00:03:18.000They know that the mainline liberals who have some classical liberal traits, Jeffersonian traits, are really starting to freak out.

00:03:39.000While the people they're funding and the curriculum they're driving is the totalitarianism.
00:03:47.000So, We're going to be looking at all that and it ties into a story that when I read it yesterday, I had to read it two more times and then I actually went to the Georgia newspapers and actually went to the court filings at the Smoking Gun and other places.

00:04:08.000I was reading this at lunch on my iPhone and I couldn't believe it.
00:04:15.000And I thought about how surreal it was going to be to come here and go on air and discuss this.

00:18:25.000And in Georgia, during the whole Confederate flag fight, Where they put the guilt of 10 poor black people killed by a mentally ill white supremacist onto anyone that supported Southern heritage or anything else, or Robert E. Lee, who was an amazing individual, according to the Northern historians.

00:36:28.000You had a bunch of other tribal groups, you know, dozens of different racial groups that were all fighting with each other already in the North.
00:36:35.000People were already very racially based and religiously based in New York, in Chicago, in cities like that.
00:36:42.000And so that's where you see a lot of that happening and taking place.
00:36:48.000And in the South, you have projected guilt by mainly the preachers on to whites in general, even though 2% of whites had slaves, to where it is a kind of kill a mockingbird syndrome, where people in the South that I grew up around
00:37:07.000Absolutely 100% had a guilt complex and were buying into the modern liberal mindset because of that.
00:37:23.000And so I would expect the juries will put these people under the jail and feel real good about themselves when they send these 15 people to prison And the police got there, talked to both sides, conflicting stories, basically people yelling at each other.
00:37:44.000Some of the folks at the birthday party, some of the black folks reportedly throwing plastic bottles and things and yelling.
00:37:52.000That's just people getting hot emotions.
00:37:54.000Nobody's hurt, nobody needs to be arrested.
00:37:57.000Well, the state got involved, the county got involved, and they want to show off to everybody, like all these Republican governors taking down the Confederate flag.
00:38:04.000And now folks are saying take down the American flag.
00:38:49.000Not shipping guns into Mexico to blame the Second Amendment, fast and furious.
00:38:53.000Not having the IRS terrorize Christians and conservatives, libertarians and veterans groups.
00:38:57.000No, no, the terrorism is going out in Georgia with rebel flags And saying, this is our heritage, we're not giving it up, and arguing with people.
00:39:07.000Heritage, not hate, and all the rest of it.
00:39:11.000I'm gonna tell you the real heritage of the Confederate flag here in just a moment.
00:39:17.000And if you want the real history, just a snapshot, but still deeper than anything anybody's ever heard on the subject, at least what I've heard on talk radio, I'm gonna give it to you, just briefly.
00:39:25.000But let's go ahead and go to this clip, here it is.
00:40:37.000Driving around with their flags flying.
00:40:39.000It'd be one thing if they had to see a Confederate battle flag on the front of a tank or something. - Okay.
00:40:50.000You know, meaning not losing wars, not backing down, not, you know, not surrendering, if it was honorable.
00:40:55.000I don't think people like that, running around acting like fools, stirring up trouble, you people disgrace the Confederate battle flag the way you act.
00:41:44.000The South was agrarian, the North was industrial, the North had about four times the population of the South, or about three and a half times.
00:41:54.000The North put internal tariffs on products for the South to ship tobacco, cotton, Wheat, corn, you name it, to Europe.
00:42:08.000But didn't put tariffs on manufactured goods out of the country.
00:42:26.000And he called the Southern delegation to dinner with him at the White House.
00:42:30.000And he said, I'm going to lead an army down there to defeat you right now.
00:42:33.000You're not going to do this and break the country up.
00:42:36.000And they got some of the tariffs cut on the South.
00:42:39.000So the South was getting fed on by the North to a certain extent.
00:42:49.000British intelligence wanted to control Western expansion.
00:42:54.000The United States was only out As far as the Midwest and Texas is that at that point a little bit west of the Louisiana Purchase.
00:43:06.000The British wanted to get back in there and wanted to break the South off from the North and basically make a treaty.
00:43:15.000The British did sign interim agreement treaties with the South to supply them with weapons and armaments and to blockade and engage in ship warfare with the North.
00:43:31.000British, and this has all been written about in history books, has been declassified decades later.
00:43:36.000Just like they had a secret treaty with the Nazis if they invaded the Soviet Union, and of course didn't follow the treaty in World War II.
00:43:44.000British did not go along with their treaty with the South and let Operation Atacanda, not the one from Iraq but another one, the North put a blockade all the way from Texas in the Gulf of Mexico all the way up to past Virginia into Maryland.
00:44:05.000And they cut the South off And many Southern and Western statesmen who were the real patriots said, do not be part of this.
00:44:15.000Robert E. Lee was against war with the North and said that shouldn't happen.
00:44:20.000And that he was offered the command of the Northern armies.
00:44:25.000And when he refused to join the war in the South, he was then offered command of the Northern armies.
00:44:31.000And it was such an insult because he was from Virginia.
00:44:34.000And of course his father had been Light Horse Lee, one of the main generals under George Washington, and given the farewell speech at Washington's funeral, first in war, first in peace, first in the hearts of his countrymen.
00:44:52.000And he was just so blown away that he had to go with the states because he was a constitutionalist.
00:45:01.000The head of the Northern armies later, of course, Ulysses S. Grant did.
00:45:06.000So, there is incredible ignorance when you see the demonization of the Confederate battle flag.
00:45:11.000It's the flag, basically, of Robert E. Lee.
00:45:17.000But, here, from the Handbook of Texas State Historical Association, from the state website, You can go and read the quotes and the statements by Sam Houston.
00:45:32.000You know, Houston's named after him, the father of Texas.
00:45:35.000Sent here by President Andrew Jackson in the early 1930s, 1830s, to basically set up the movement that would then be the takeover of Texas from Mexico.
00:45:55.000And he said in public letters, when he was governor, this is after he'd been president, then they had President Jones, and then it became a state, the Lone Star State, by treaty, and then he became governor.
00:46:08.000He said, as governor, he said to secede from the Union and set up another government would cause war.
00:46:13.000If you go to war with the United States, you will never conquer her as she has the money and the men.
00:46:19.000If she does not whip you by guns, powder and steel, she will starve you to death.
00:46:24.000It will take the flower of the country, the young men, in the name of the Constitution of Texas, which has been trampled upon, I refuse to take this oath.
00:46:34.000I love Texas too well to bring civil strife and bloodshed upon her.
00:46:38.000I declare that civil war is inevitable and is near at hand.
00:46:43.000When it comes, the descendants of the heroes of Lexington and Bunker Hill will have found equal in patriotism, courage, and heroic endurance with the descendants of the heroes of Calpins and Yorktown.
00:46:55.000For this reason, I predict the Civil War, which is now at hand, will be stubborn and of long duration.
00:47:01.000I mean, this guy was like Davy Crockett.
00:47:10.000There was one account where he had like five arrows sticking out of him in Tennessee.
00:47:13.000And they spit at him, they laughed at him, they ran around, woo, woo, we're gonna beat everybody's butt, we're gonna beat everybody's butt.
00:47:23.000And see, that's why the Civil War is a great defeat of this republic, a very sad, disgusting event.
00:47:30.000And the North came in and did horrible atrocities and just the carpetbaggers, the scallywags, it was terrible.
00:47:37.000And a great federal tyranny was founded out of it that we live under now today.
00:47:46.000Here it is from the State Historical Society about Sam Houston.
00:47:49.000But when he refused to take the oath of loyalty, the newly formed Confederate States of America, the Texas Convention removed him from office on March 16th and replaced him with Lieutenant Governor Edward Clark two days later.
00:48:03.000Reportedly, during these traumatic days, President Lincoln twice offered Houston the use of federal troops to keep him in office in Texas and the Union.
00:48:10.000Offers that Houston declined, again, to avoid making Texas a scene of violence.
00:48:13.000Yeah, he just, he couldn't betray Texas.
00:48:35.000And now, 160 years later, 155 years later, they will arrest you and charge you for terrorism if you fly the Confederate flag and people's feelings get hurt.
00:48:55.000So you can see where political correctness goes.
00:48:57.000They wind up all the so-called minorities to see racism and hate everywhere.
00:49:01.000When they get upset, you get arrested.
00:49:04.000And when that precedent is set, it's going to be everybody.

03:35:42.000And of course, last night, you didn't hear anybody talking about liberty, except within the very narrow constructs of civil liberties being violated by the NSA, about the Snowden whistleblowers.

03:35:53.000You're not going to hear the Democrats talk about it.
03:35:55.000Unfortunately, you won't really hear the Republicans talk about this either.
03:35:59.000The Republicans will occasionally get upset about the fact that the IRS will use asset forfeiture, but they won't talk about the war on drugs, which is where this really came from.
03:36:08.000If we go back to 1984, they passed the Comprehensive Crime Control Act of 1984.
03:36:14.000It was pushed by Prominent Republicans like Strom Thurmond, Orrin Hatch at the time, it was signed by the sainted patriarch of the GOP, Ronald Reagan.
03:36:24.000And what they did with this was they essentially destroyed property rights.
03:36:28.000Why aren't Republicans concerned about that?
03:36:31.000Over and above the issue of the drug war.
03:36:33.000They called it civil asset forfeiture because by calling it civil, they don't have to give you your due process.
03:36:39.000If they called it criminal, you would have the presumption of innocence, you would have a jury trial, you'd have all these other Prohibitions that are in the Constitution that they would have to overtly ignore.
03:36:48.000But by calling it civil, which is a lie, they can confiscate your property.
03:36:51.000They don't have to convict you of a crime.
03:36:53.000They don't even have to charge you with a crime.
03:36:55.000What they say is that your property committed a crime.
03:36:58.000And then if you want to get that back because it's civil, you have to sue them in court.
03:37:02.000So most people can't afford to do that.
03:37:04.000So people have lost their property through this over the years.
03:37:06.000And I think it's interesting, Leanne, that at the same time they were doing this, this was passed in the fall of 1984.
03:37:13.000A program that had started just a month before was Miami Vice.
03:37:16.000What was the key thing about Miami Vice?
03:37:19.000These cool Miami cops running this drug war, and they got to do all kinds, they're riding in these fancy boats, these fancy cars that they had stolen.
03:37:27.000They were teaching the American public, especially law enforcement, they were teaching the local police to become thieves, to become blackmailers, to steal cars, boats, and other property.
03:37:46.000The Attorney General at the time, Richard Thornburg, said five years after they'd done this, he said, now we can have forfeiture finance prisons where we put people who are agents who are driving forfeiture confiscated cars, can work in a forfeiture funded sting operation.
03:38:02.000They're funding all the law enforcement by outright theft.
03:38:06.000And now we see that it's not just the BLM.
03:38:09.000All of these agencies are acting as their own little empires.
03:38:14.000They don't want to pass all these laws.
03:38:16.000That's why it was perfectly natural for Nancy Pelosi to say, we have to pass it so we can find out what's in it.
03:38:21.000They create these broad guidelines, whether it's the Dodd-Frank bill or these other things.
03:38:25.000They create these agencies, as the Dodd-Frank bill did.
03:38:27.000And then they sit back and wait for them to write laws for a couple of years, and the Congress looks at it, and then they can, if it gets too authoritarian, then they can come in like they're rescuing us from this.
03:38:37.000But these agencies write the laws, not the Congress.
03:38:40.000Then they have their own armies, as you're talking about this article that came out today with the EPA.
03:38:45.000They have their own armies, they have their own courts, they ignore our due process.
03:38:49.000We have multiple empires being built in Washington.
03:38:54.000That is the real danger that we see with this.
03:38:56.000And people really need to care about this, because a lot of people, when the whole thing happened with Clive and Bundy, they were like, oh, he's just a white privilege, you know, the white guy, he's just a rich cattle rancher, it doesn't matter.
03:39:09.000Here we have this other guy in Wyoming, they're $16 million in fines, they're saying, because he built a stock pond, which is actually good for the environment.
03:39:20.000And the EPA has no jurisdiction over stock ponds.
03:40:42.000You know, it's interesting when we look at this massive militarization of the Environmental Protection Agency, when we look at this... It's a dangerous field to be in.
03:40:53.000A few years ago, the Washington Post noticed that there was an RFP, just like we noticed these RFPs Paul Joseph Watson did about all the ammunition purchases, right?
03:41:02.000They noticed, they said, why is the Department of Education putting out this stuff for shotguns and vehicles and ammunition and all this kind of stuff?
03:41:10.000Why does the Department of Education need that?
03:41:12.000Well, in less than a year, you had a situation where a family, the mother was behind in her school loan.
03:41:19.000And in the middle of the night, The EPA comes in and does a SWAT raid on the family.
03:41:23.000They drag out the husband, they drag out the children, face down in the ground, knees on their back, guns to their heads, because the mother who has left the family is behind on her student loan.
03:41:34.000That's the kind of over-the-top authoritarian government that we have to stop.
03:41:38.000We're not going to stop it in Washington.
03:41:40.000Nobody in Washington wants to stop this.
03:41:42.000Nobody but Rand Paul has introduced anything to stop civil asset forfeiture.
03:42:07.000I know they absolutely love to rule over this type of tyranny.

03:42:15.000That was sort of one of the things they said, do black lives matter or do all lives matter?
03:42:19.000And that was really a pivotal point here in our country where the world really was rallying around what was going on in Ferguson saying, Finally, Americans are waking up to the fact that they live in a police state.
03:42:32.000Everyone was like, yes, yeah, stand up against this police state.
03:43:32.000How can people take seriously a group that wants to take down the confederate flag, ban this confederate, it's a sign of oppression, and then they want to raise the hammer and sickle in its place?
03:43:44.000I mean, that does not even make sense to me.
03:44:07.000But here's the fundamental thing, Leigh Ann.
03:44:09.000If you're going to stop this, we have to understand that we're all in this together.
03:44:12.000And that's why they start this divide and conquer.
03:44:15.000If you're a minority, if you're black and you feel like you're being unfairly targeted at a disproportionate rate, why wouldn't you want to make common cause with the larger population out there and say this is something that affects all of us, not just me, not just me because I'm a minority and I may not be able to have enough power to get this stopped.
03:44:34.000That's why we all need to stand together.
03:44:36.000We need to stand together against these out-of-control empires that are called bureaucracies.
03:44:40.000And we need to stand together against these rules of engagement, if you will, because it is a militarization of our police.

03:45:19.000Right, and well then they give them the audience with Hillary Clinton and with all of these other presidential candidates so that they feel, okay, now we have power, this is working, this separating ourselves from the larger group, we are having the power now.

03:47:17.000And we need the black people to stand with us and to help educate the larger white group about this, because the white people are the ones who don't see it at this point.

03:47:34.000And the next thing you know, it escalates within seconds.
03:47:36.000The officer's lie said that he was dragged down the road by the vehicle when in actuality, this cop pulled out a gun and shot him in his head.

03:48:13.000They know how to de-escalate a situation, sit back and try to use risk management and all this, you know, fasten their head and not just go for the gun.
03:48:22.000And time and time again, we keep seeing this.
03:48:23.000Cops are just shooting people for no reason.
03:48:25.000And then it goes to court and you have these people who are bought out and cops get let off.
03:48:31.000Then you have another riot and then it creates more division and segregation.
03:48:37.000People at the top, whether it's the government, whether it's the police, whether it's the black community leaders, they don't want to solve the problem.
03:48:44.000And the white people that I talk to, by and large, don't get it.
03:48:49.000And every time you have these, the Black Lives Matters comes out here, every time they have someone who shoots a police officer who's not doing anything to anybody, Then that reinforces this narrative of the white community that, oh, the black community is just violent.
03:49:11.000And that's why we need to come together as one, as the people in this area, and get rid of this division.
03:49:18.000And that's what's keeping us from getting anything done about this.
