00:30:06.000 And they call them refundable tax credits. They put forward Obamacare taxes.

00:30:16.000 And they leave the Cadillac tax, the tax on really good insurance, stays in place forever.

00:30:25.000 You don't pay the mandate to the government, you don't have to pay a tax if you don't buy insurance, but you pay a penalty to the insurance company.

00:30:33.000 The insurance companies have their fingers into this bill, and the insurance companies also have bailouts built into them.

00:30:40.000 If someone's insurance becomes expensive, if someone gets really sick, instead of the insurance company taking the risk, they're pawning the risk off on the taxpayer.
