02:39:34.000 And this matter was pursued by the Department of Justice under the Obama administration.

02:39:40.000 The same folks that meet on tarmacs with Bill Clinton.

02:39:54.000 This is the same Justice Department that Congressman Steve King and others are saying need to be criminally investigated for all the things they've done.

02:41:20.000 Let's see, we also We even filed a motion just to stop the trial for a brief period of time because it was going to overlap with my only son's Bar Mitzvah.

02:41:34.000 We couldn't even get that courtesy from the government or the court.

02:41:40.000 The government had the audacity to argue that it's just a one-day social event, so who cares?

02:41:51.000 This was pursued by the very same, contrary to fake news and false media reports, this was pursued by the Justice Department, although under Sessions, by the very same attorneys that were pursuing it during the Obama administration.

02:42:15.000 And before the trial, explaining to him that this case was being brought forward and prosecuted under the wrong statute, which it was and has been and continues to be.

02:42:31.000 The Justice Department used a statute and the court sanctioned it that Is inapplicable to the facts of this case, and had they used the correct statute, there wouldn't have been a trial because that statute provides for a one-year statute of limitations, which had expired.

02:42:52.000 And even if the one-year statute of limitations had arguably not expired, that statute provides in Uh, unambiguous terms and exact terms that the sheriff was entitled to a jury trial.

02:43:13.000 And needless to say, as we all know now, the sheriff was denied a jury trial in this matter.

02:43:19.000 That's why I said, tell us about the trial because he wasn't allowed to have one.

02:43:23.000 He was given a kangaroo hearing.

02:43:27.000 This was a criminal referral by one judge in a federal court to another judge in the same federal court.

02:43:44.000 Isn't it in the Constitution that if your life's in jeopardy or you're facing jail time, that by law you can demand a jury trial?

03:55:12.000 First of all, it is Mr. McCabe who authorized the spending of $50,000 of our tax money to pay for the phony dossier that was created in Europe and brought to our FBI for the purposes of smearing the President Based on completely false allegations that he engaged a group of prostitutes to urinate on a bed in a Moscow hotel room for some period or, I guess, sexual reason.

03:55:58.000 We now know that the Fusion GPS was involved, but what convinced Mr. McCabe that we would want to spend $50,000 of our tax dollars trying to forward this phony dossier?

03:56:15.000 He also didn't bother to report that his wife, who was running for the State Senate, got a $675,000 infusion of cash from Terry McAuliffe, the Democrat governor of Virginia, the finance chairman for both Bill and Hillary's previous presidential campaigns, and a fellow who knows how to move money around.

03:56:44.000 This, at the exact time that McCabe was supposed to be investigating Hillary Clinton.

03:56:50.000 Sure smells like a payoff to me.

03:56:53.000 And now, of course, McCabe is deeply involved, using the full force and might of the FBI as the thugs who are running the wide-scale witch hunt against the Trump family.

03:57:07.000 Laura High Executioner Mueller, who we now know was appointed at the behest of White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus, through the auspices of the number two man at the Justice Department, Rod Rosenstein, all at the behest of Democrat Congressman, yes, Elijah Cummings.
