03:47:59.000 And some of these designer compounds are getting into the standard toxic opioids like fentanyl and so forth.

03:48:20.000 Not long-term addiction, but short-term death because the drugs are so powerful.

03:53:06.000 So we know you're a criminal and we're arresting you and we're freezing the shipment.

03:53:13.000 Now the DEA has to go through an elaborate process to justify and plead and grovel in order to Take action.

03:53:27.000 Pharmaceutical companies who are operating as killers, basically. 0.99

03:53:36.000 Are shrugging their shoulders and saying, well, we're now well on the way to being immune from prosecution for illegal trafficking.
