02:19:56.000 After President Trump took office, there has been a rise in fake hate crimes targeted at pushing the idea that white supremacy, racism, and homophobic attacks are commonplace to Trump supporters.

02:20:07.000 For example, back in November of 2016, a church organist spray-painted a swastika, an anti-gay slur, and the words, Hail Trump, on an LGBTQ church he attended.

02:20:18.000 And when the story first broke, several mainstream media outlets tied the hate hoax to Trump's election.

02:20:23.000 He was later arrested after it was found out that he was the very one behind the crime he had reported.

02:20:29.000 Also during that month, an 18-year-old Muslim woman in Louisiana claimed that two white men, one of whom was wearing a MAGA hat, attacked and robbed her, taking her wallet and hijab while yelling racial slurs.

02:20:44.000 In 2018, a 19-year-old African American woman in Long Island said that a group of four teenagers approached her yelling Trump 2016.
