02:22:55.000 The Secretary of HHS will be able to immediately waive provisions of applicable laws and regulations to give doctors, hospitals, all hospitals, and health care providers maximum flexibility to respond to the virus.

02:23:13.000 This includes the following critical authorities, the ability to waive laws to enable telehealth, a fairly new and incredible thing that's happened in the in the not so distant past.

02:29:36.000 What happens to the brain in fear is you show incoherent brain patterns, not those associated with higher-order thinking, or those things that are associated with the gifts of the spirit.

02:29:48.000 You know, actually, your brain activity and fear and God don't mix, you know, in the same way.

02:29:55.000 That's why when the angel arrives, he always announces, Fear not!

02:29:59.000 That's the first words out of the mouth because they want your brain in neutral where you can hear still before you jump into the flight or fight response too vigorously.

02:30:12.000 Now that we're awake, pay attention to everything that's happening around you and try to stay calm and do what you can.

02:30:19.000 Be as prepared as you can.

02:30:23.000 This is a great country, the United States, only by virtue of the people that here live here and that are here, which are, in fact, I want to remind everyone, we are the government, you know, by the people, for the people, of the people.

02:30:37.000 If we remember that and remember our humanity in all of this, Americans tend to rise to our best at the worst times in the world's history.

02:32:10.000 You know, there's things going on in the Middle East, things going on in the currency world that people haven't talked much about.

02:32:17.000 The Brazilian currency is down almost 20%, already ratcheting down before this really got in full gear.

02:32:25.000 The Russian ruble dropped 8% at one point and then bounced back a couple percent in the same day.

02:32:33.000 You know, these are big moves that normally don't happen.

02:32:38.000 So I would say there's big powers at play and there's a lot of things being unhinged right now.

02:32:45.000 The Australian dollar just tanked.

02:32:47.000 You know, if you look at what's going on there and they just fueled their markets

02:32:51.000 with lubrication and cash.

02:32:53.000 And Japan just fueled their markets, lubrication and cash.

02:32:56.000 And everybody's running around going, "Oh no, what do we hold?"

02:32:59.000 Do we hold dollars?

02:32:59.000 Do we hold yen?

02:33:00.000 Do we hold gold?

02:33:01.000 Gold crash.

02:33:02.000 Silver crashed horribly this week.

02:33:04.000 Silver down, you know, like a big chunk, 30 percent.

02:33:07.000 Totally counterintuitive, right?

02:33:09.000 When markets crash, metals go up.

02:33:11.000 Not if they're paper metals, which is most of the markets lately.

02:33:14.000 If anybody was paying attention, You know, it was exchange traded funds, ETFs.

02:33:21.000 These are being unhinged by margin calls.

02:33:23.000 People have to cough up money, you know, they're choking on their debt.

02:33:27.000 And here we are.

02:33:31.000 Folks, we are on a really rough ride at the moment.

02:33:35.000 This is what's going on.

02:33:36.000 That's the reality of it.

02:33:38.000 And it's going to be bumpy for a while.

02:33:40.000 And I agree with Mike Adams in the last hour.

02:33:42.000 On the other end of this, this will escalate right back out of this because there's a lot of money parked at the sidelines.

02:33:57.000 And what happens to derivatives and hedge funds and the big ones that when they start coming into whatever's going on right now, we'll see the big effect.

02:34:18.000 Everybody was aware of it in the economic circles.

02:34:23.000 Don't let them off the hook.

02:34:24.000 You know, know what's behind the economic side of the equation.

02:34:28.000 But let's talk about the future also.

02:34:30.000 You know, people are working at home.

02:34:33.000 People are going to school at home.

02:34:35.000 People are going to college at home.

02:34:37.000 And they're setting up systems to do this on the Internet, which in one sense is like, hey, maybe this changes the economy, economies of scale on and how people function in the future.

02:34:48.000 I think it'll have lasting effect.

02:34:50.000 I think some companies will say, hey, it's cost effective to reduce office space and keep people at home.

02:34:57.000 It saves money to do it this way.

02:35:00.000 Uh, companies that were unwilling to try it are trying it out of necessity, now may find it works.

02:35:05.000 And in the long run, this changes the way maybe education gets delivered, so more people can access it for less money, less cost, because it's way less costly.

02:35:13.000 And the same for employment.

02:35:14.000 Maybe they can push more into payroll and less into building if people are working out of their homes and shuffle the deck around.

02:35:21.000 This could have huge and will have huge structural changes in what comes after this.

02:35:27.000 After the supply chain interruptions and people sort of reassess what globalism really looks like because right now everyone's getting a bad taste, if you're the average guy, because globalism is working against you and now If you haven't seen it, you certainly can feel it now as supply chains get interrupted and the sovereignty of food supplies and food sovereignty for lots of parts of the world are in jeopardy.

02:35:54.000 The foundations of independence, which is about food production and the things that are necessary for a modern society and a modern culture.

02:36:01.000 These are the things that we should all be reassessing right now as we move Into this thing, but also knowing that we're going to come out of it.

02:36:20.000 And then what happened on the other side of these things as we come out of it, it may be in this one may dangle for years.
