01:26:29.000 I think, you know, If you have any of the symptoms of this virus, then you should get tested.

01:26:39.000 Possibly, even if you don't have the virus, you might want to get tested.

01:26:45.000 And the idea that you should be able to link up to the nearest testing facility is not really a hard engineering problem.

01:26:55.000 In fact, I looked at the technical specs of what they were trying to do and I went, This is something that I can do as an engineer.

01:27:03.000 Like, I literally work for Google Earth as part of the Jupiter department.

01:27:08.000 And this is something that one senior software engineer should be able to achieve over the course of about, you know, maybe a week.

01:27:15.000 The idea that they're putting 1,700 engineers on this problem means that it's not just overkill.

01:27:28.000 And I think that what's happening is that the patriots are, you know, they're kind of doing a carrot and a stick.
