00:17:28.000 She was contracted by Dominion Voting Services to offer technical support while votes were being counted in Detroit.

00:17:42.000 And Melissa, I want to just say, first of all, my compliments to you for having the courage to step forward and to say exactly what you saw and to defend the integrity of our electoral process.

00:18:05.000 Let me start with the most egregious part of what I read in your affidavit.

00:18:13.000 Multiple counts of the same ballots.

00:18:16.000 How did that happen?

00:18:19.000 So the workers are handed ballots in stacks of 50s.

00:18:26.000 They are referred to as batches.

00:18:29.000 And they run them through the tabulators.

00:18:33.000 When the ballot has any kind of a mark on it, it'll stop.

00:18:40.000 The tabulator will stop completely and the computer will put up an error and it'll say, you know, ballot number 25.

00:18:50.000 has an error.

00:18:53.000 So the process would be to take ballot number 25, as well as all of the other ballots that had already went through the tabulator, off, put them back in a pile, put ballot number 25 on top of the stack, discard the whole batch, and re-scan it.

00:19:17.000 And instead, they went through that process several times.

00:19:23.000 Describe the night shift chaos that you described.

00:19:30.000 Food vans apparently showing up, but not with food, but with ballots, apparently.

00:20:26.000 And the vans that showed up, they were supposed to be filled with food.

00:21:26.000 We filed the complaint on behalf of two voters and residents of Wayne County.

00:21:31.000 Melissa is one of our witnesses who provided an affidavit, as well as many other people.

00:21:37.000 We have affidavits from another whistleblower, Jessie Jacob, who is an employee of the City of Detroit, worked in the election department.

00:21:46.000 She delineates all kinds of fraud and problems she saw.

00:21:50.000 And then also an attorney, Zachary Larson, who's a former Michigan Assistant Attorney General, worked under both Republican and Democrat administrations, and he saw many acts that were incredibly concerning to him.

00:22:05.000 We got an affidavit just this afternoon, Lou, from Ruth Johnson, who is our former Secretary of State, who just left that position two years ago.

00:22:14.000 And she reviewed our complaint and all the affidavits and she recommended to the court, we had a hearing today at 3 o'clock, and she recommended to the court that the court intervene and take action to order an audit.
