00:06:32.000 He captured my attention when he said, it's through that grain of sand, he quoted a famous philosopher, that sometimes we can see the world through a microcosm.

00:06:44.000 And Britney Spears, not allowed to have children, not allowed to drive a car, given $2,000 a week. 0.68

00:06:51.000 Well, her family got $150 million a year.

00:06:55.000 The idea that slavery like that could happen today really captured people's attention.

00:07:00.000 So, as we declare independence against the New World Order, I wanted to get Barnes back up to just talk about that as a microcosm, but also the allegory of that collapsed Miami.

00:07:15.000 They knew about leaking seawater in.

00:07:17.000 They knew about too many construction sites around it.

00:07:19.000 But people were in denial, just like Deepwater Horizon with the whole BP spill, where the engineer said, if you don't put concrete in the hole, it will explode.

00:07:32.000 These are real quotes that came out in court.

00:07:34.000 We're invincible, as if that money suspended the laws of physics.

00:07:38.000 So I see all this as an allegory Britney Spears is the awakening, but also the collapsed, tragic event at the condo, and the denial there, and the Deepwater Horizon, and the imploding borders, and the out-of-control money printing, and Homeland Security trying to declare war on the American people.

00:08:11.000 So I want to hit a bunch of other issues with you, but first, this segment and the next.

00:08:15.000 Recap what you were saying in the latest developments there, because that really got people's attention.

00:08:20.000 I mean, there was some fake news last week that the judge had actually ruled against Britney Spears after she testified.

00:08:26.000 That was inaccurate.

00:08:27.000 That was an old order that got just recently published.

00:08:31.000 In fact, the judge is now apparently going to schedule an evidentiary hearing and the big trustee that was supposed to be coming in Now says, based on what Britney testified to, they no longer want to be part of the Bee Trustee and basically are supporting her claim to end the conservatorship and end the guardianship altogether.

00:08:49.000 There's a great film that was on Netflix recently called, basically called, I Care A Lot.

00:08:54.000 And it's, and it describes, it uses sort of fictitious narrative to, like James L. Roy or like John le Carre or one of the others, to describe something that's very real, which is the problem of guardianship law in America.

00:09:07.000 But it is a microcosm of the much broader concern that what the world, what the George Soros and Bill Gates of the world want to do to us, is they want to treat all of us the way those conservators have treated Britney Spears.

00:09:20.000 That they basically, they've controlled her labor for more than 12 years.

00:09:26.000 They've controlled what, what, whether she could even have children or has things forced into her, basically forced sterilizations and IUDs she has wanted out for a while. 1.00

00:09:43.000 And it's part of the Epstein-Bill Gates story that was really under-told, which is the whole Bill Gates agenda is a control-driven agenda, which he's sought out the patents to be able to put a chip in you that would control vaccine release, that would control your medical information, that would control your identity, that would also control your financial information.

00:10:03.000 We saw information last week come out where former high-ranking bank executives are talking about digital global currencies.

00:10:09.000 So what we see in Britney Spears, someone who is extraordinarily well off, is that even she couldn't control her own life. 1.00

00:10:24.000 It's that extreme degree of control, as portrayed in the movie I Care A Lot, And as portrayed in the real life example of Britney Spears, that Bill Gates and George Soros want to impose on the entire world, using things like COVID as a pretext and predicate to achieve it and accomplish it.

00:10:40.000 And I think in that perspective, if we understand the significance of that, And the dangerous legal loopholes that are established by Guardian laws that have now been replicated in various COVID laws, then we understand what we're up against and how and why it is critical that we resist and support the efforts that she is making, Britney Spears is making, to speak out against what has happened and taken place to her.

00:11:06.000 In that same capacity, that's intending what a lot of red flag laws are really about.

00:11:13.000 The attempts to sort of weaponize the legal process to completely control the population to make them totally docile, as if we're little bodies inside the Matrix machine in literal life, because that's how Britney Spears has been.

00:11:38.000 court system, because that information was public, because it was put on audio, because it was recorded and broadcast to the world, the L.A.

00:11:54.000 The court system's response, the judiciary's response, has been to completely suppress, completely silence the public's ability to know what's going on.

00:12:06.000 And even though constitutionally we are all entitled to public access to the courts, both under the state constitution and the federal constitution, depending on the situation, And in here, they're ignoring all of that by denying the ability to have access to it because of how impactful and how revelatory her words were.

00:12:23.000 It shocked most people to discover this could happen not only in modern day America, like the I Care A Lot movie for real happening to Britney Spears, but could happen at such a scale that it could be a threat to all of us.

00:12:36.000 And to give you an example, in the I Care A Lot movie, The theme of it is that you look at the pharmacy companies profiting from this, the doctors profiting from this, the clinics profiting from this, the lawyers profiting from this, the politicians profiting from this.

00:12:49.000 That's what they want to use the sort of whole scale of what lockdown logic is all about.

00:12:54.000 It's about continuing it, extending it, just coming up with a new excuse for it to completely control you as a human being.

00:13:01.000 I'm not an award-winning lawyer like you are, but I've studied common law and just basic history.

00:13:06.000 They use emergencies throughout history to suspend everybody's basic rights.

00:13:10.000 They declare us wards of the state.

00:13:13.000 We're all disease factories.

00:13:15.000 So now we're these little problems that they're going to mitigate and handle.

00:13:19.000 And so we see, through Britney Spears, a microcosm of L.A.

00:13:23.000 and the predatory Hollywood system, a la Jeffrey Epstein and, you know, all the rest of the things we've seen.

00:13:29.000 Well, the other Hollywood types and the sexual abuse, we realize that the cult happening in Hollywood has now been externalized and projected against all of us.

00:13:39.000 And we see how we're being declared wards of the state as incompetence to be managed by these very lawyers.

00:13:46.000 And it really is nothing against the law itself or lawyers.

00:13:49.000 It is these rackets of criminals coming in, taking over the law.

00:13:54.000 And affecting this system of making us wards of the state, it'll be through the law and just action we remedy that.

00:14:04.000 The court of public opinion can ultimately impact the courts of law.

00:14:09.000 Because like in the film, I Care A Lot, this criminal comes up with this genius idea, but it's really what the system is trying to do.

00:14:16.000 Where it's like, let's create a monopoly where we control all guardianships, where we control all populations, where we control all medicines, we control all clinics, we control everything about it.

00:14:25.000 That's effectively what Bill Gates has been trying to do for a dozen years, using as a pretext pandemics.

00:14:30.000 I mean, he's been open and public about his belief that a pandemic will come about and how that will justify his power grab.

00:14:37.000 And so the only way to resist that is by reasserting our constitutional rights and liberties, both in the court of public opinion on behalf of the Britney Spears in the world, but also inside the courts of law as well, whether that's at the legislative branch, the executive branch, or the judicial branch.

00:24:03.000 Whether it was MKUltra mind experimentation involving Manson and that group, that even had correlations and correspondence to aspects of the Son and Sam murders of New York some decade later or thereabouts, but also what happened in the Bobby Kennedy assassination, who was involved and who helped cover it up.

00:33:43.000 Barnes, is that a good ruling, a bad ruling?

00:33:44.000 What really happened there?

00:33:46.000 Well, it was an incredibly politicized process.

00:33:48.000 Whatever people think about Bill Cosby, the reality is that what you had was the prosecutor who did the deal, told Bill Cosby, I'm not going to indict you, made it public, forced Bill Cosby to testify against his own interests without being able to assert the Fifth Amendment in the civil trial.

00:34:07.000 Then that evidence was used against him in the criminal prosecution.

00:34:11.000 Because the successor prosecutor refused to recognize the public promise made by the former prosecutor.

00:34:17.000 And the big key to this case is the judge presiding over the trial was a prior political adversary of the prosecutor who had cut the deal with Cosby.

00:34:26.000 So this judge allowed all kinds of crazy things to take place.

00:34:29.000 Not only did he allow the prosecution to take place, despite the Fifth Amendment violation even occurring, he also allowed the evidence from the deposition to be used against Cosby in the trial.

00:34:40.000 On top of that, he allowed five other people to come forward.

00:34:43.000 After the first case had a mistrial, he allowed five other women to come forward

00:34:47.000 whose allegations could not be confirmed or verified to further attack Cosby,

00:34:52.000 and then did things involving the jury that were highly questionable,

00:34:55.000 allowed Gloria Allred to have this glamorous role in the process. 1.00

00:34:59.000 So the whole nature of the Bill Cosby case was a travesty of justice in the legal process.

00:35:04.000 So that whatever anybody thinks of Bill Cosby, the legal outcome was the correct outcome

00:35:08.000 by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to set aside one of the most politicized, abusive uses

00:35:14.000 of the prosecutorial process in Americanism.

00:35:17.000 Well, all I know is, is that people are so vitriolic about Bill Cosby,

00:35:25.000 and I don't have a dog in that fight.

00:35:27.000 But at the same time, the old saying, in fact, who first said that?

00:35:31.000 Better ten guilty men go free than one innocent man go to prison.

00:35:35.000 If they violated the law and the rules and lied, and I mean, Out-of-control prosecutors, as we've seen lately, are more dangerous than a criminal.

00:35:45.000 I mean, what is that precept in law?

00:35:48.000 Where does that come from?

00:35:49.000 Because it makes sense to me.

00:35:51.000 It comes from our founders.

00:35:53.000 The reason why we have a beyond a reasonable doubt standard is because we want to have confidence in the outcome of our criminal justice process.

00:36:00.000 Because when the state punishes the innocent, that is a much greater risk than failing to punish the guilty.

00:36:06.000 Particularly when it's ordinary citizens up against the government.

00:36:08.000 And that's what happened here.

00:36:10.000 I mean, the other thing here was, if they had a strong case, they wouldn't have had to resort to all these shenanigans.

00:36:15.000 The reality is the underlying facts of the particular case he was being indicted for were not very strong.

00:36:20.000 It was by somebody who did not make an initial report, then later made a report at a time they wanted to get money with a civil suit against Cosby.

00:36:28.000 It was partially to their benefit that the prosecutor allowed the civil suit to go forward with no threat of criminal prosecution, because that's what led to the big cash settlement that individual got.

00:36:37.000 And then they turned around and lied, figured out they'd actually been lying all along, the prosecutor's office.

00:36:42.000 By prosecuting him anyway, and then using that information that he had only disclosed because he thought he had no Fifth Amendment right against him at the trial, and then stacking the odds at the trial and rules on evidence, rules on witnesses, rules on jurors.

00:36:54.000 Thomas Mesra, one of the great criminal defense lawyers in American history, called it one of the worst travesties of criminal justice he had ever witnessed or knew about.

00:37:02.000 So, that's why we have to care more about the honesty and honor of the process when the state comes to take away people's rights, as we are witnessing how abusive it can be, not only in the Trump organization tax cases, but also the January 6th cases.

02:09:56.000 And yet, at the same time, these study authors apparently attempted to obfuscate that fact, and they included in their denominator of their calculation of the percentage, they included 700 other women who weren't vaccinated until their third trimester, And then said, well, gosh, these 700 women vaccinated in the third trimester didn't have spontaneous abortions in the first 20 weeks, which they couldn't have, Alex, because pregnant women aren't time travelers.
