00:05:46.000 But that said, it's been my own process of learning how I've been wrong that has helped me grow up and really see what's wrong with the people that are controlling our planet.

00:09:25.000 But that said, The questions were overall pretty reasonable, and I wanted to answer the questions.

00:09:36.000 But at the same time, it's a good thing I didn't, because I'm the type that tries to answer things correctly, even if I don't know all the answers.

00:09:44.000 And they can then kind of claim that that's perjury.

00:09:47.000 Because about half the questions, I didn't know the answer to, and a bunch of them were emails I'd never seen, and planning things I'd never seen, at least from memory.

00:10:00.000 But then who knows, somebody might say, oh, you saw that member at dinner.

00:10:03.000 And I'm like, I don't remember.

00:10:04.000 Because it was all one big blur.

00:10:08.000 And I just kind of jumped in the river of the million people in D.C.

00:10:13.000 You're not in control of the river when you're floating on a tube down the rapids.

00:10:20.000 I've got their questions here that I obviously couldn't answer under oath because then they could, if I said something even halfway wrong, put me in prison.

00:10:28.000 And so I'm not going to give Schiff and those people what they want, which is too dangerous of a process.

00:10:33.000 But they did have some questions that were important.

00:10:37.000 Again, they have everything that's already on my phones and things, because I saw my text messages to Caroline Wren and Cindy Shafian and some of the event organizers.

00:10:50.000 So they already have everything.

00:10:51.000 And they already know I didn't do anything.

00:10:53.000 I wasn't planning any violence.

00:10:54.000 I was even talking about everybody should be peaceful.

00:10:58.000 Again, I did not know a lot of the questions they asked.

00:11:03.000 I had not seen the Matt Bracken clip from December 31st, 2020, when he was guest hosting, because I hadn't watched when he was guest hosting.

00:11:11.000 And I had only seen it once they sent me the subpoena a few months ago.

00:11:15.000 And quite frankly, I was shocked by it.

00:11:17.000 Because I've never seen Matt Bracken basically call for things like that.

00:11:20.000 He was always the opposite.

00:11:22.000 He was always saying, look out for provocateurs and look out for federal plants.

00:11:27.000 And he didn't normally do my show wearing an InfoWars shirt in all the background.

00:11:30.000 I even noticed he's like an InfoWars guy.

00:11:32.000 And then it's six days before January 6th and he's basically calling for what happened that day.

00:11:45.000 But, oh, he wasn't there that day.

00:11:46.000 He was up at the Washington Monument, if you believe him.

00:11:51.000 I'm not going to read into whether he's a bad guy, whether he's a provocateur, or whether he just got hyped up in the emotion of the time, but to answer the committee's question, hell no, I don't support that, and that's not what we stand for.

00:12:05.000 And speaking of capitals, they showed that photo that was all over the news of myself and Ali Alexander.

00:12:18.000 And it's he and I walking up the steps to then have a photo shoot with a few hundred people that peacefully went in with the agreement of the state police and the Capitol Police with Vernon Jones, former state rep, I believe.

00:12:36.000 He said, would you like to go in the Capitol?

00:12:38.000 I was, quite frankly, tired.

00:12:40.000 I've been there having our demonstration, calling for an investigation of the election.

00:12:43.000 I didn't really want to go in.

00:12:44.000 We'd given our speech outside.

00:12:46.000 I wanted to go back to the hotel and eat a cheeseburger and do my show.

00:12:50.000 But Ali Alexander and Jones wanted to do it.

00:12:52.000 So we went through the metal detectors.

00:12:54.000 That took an hour and a half.

00:12:56.000 We went inside.

00:12:57.000 We had a peaceful event.

00:13:01.000 And we left.

00:13:02.000 So that was our goal.

00:13:05.000 And they asked, who organized that and who planned that?

00:13:09.000 I mean, I remember there were demonstrations already going on in Georgia.

00:13:15.000 And so, as best I can remember, we just went there to be part of the demonstrations and to cover it, to be part of it.

00:13:21.000 And then there's Vernon Jones, I think that's how you say his name, African-American fellow, really nice, really smart guy.

00:13:29.000 Also spoke on January 6th.

00:13:31.000 In DC.

00:13:32.000 And so he invited us since we did the event.

00:13:35.000 They asked me if we were with Proud Boys or if we were with Oath Keepers.

00:13:41.000 And I do remember being at a Hooters.

00:13:44.000 That was by our hotel eating and having, you know, there was some Proud Boys in there that sat down and I think we drank a beer and ate cheeseburgers again.

00:13:51.000 So yeah, there's your answer there.

00:13:53.000 Yeah, there's Vernon Jones with his arm around my shoulder.

00:13:56.000 And so that was what we had was a very friendly, very nice event.

00:14:01.000 There wasn't any violence.

00:14:03.000 I'm told a few weeks later Antifa came out and there was some scuffles and ongoing demonstrations.

00:14:07.000 But all I know is what I saw and what I witnessed.

00:14:11.000 So there's the answer to that.

00:14:14.000 They kept asking me, "Who was your White House connection?"

00:14:17.000 Or, "Who was it?"

00:14:18.000 Well, I mean, I knew that Caroline Wren was a big fundraiser, headed up one of Trump's

00:14:22.000 PACs, and I knew that she, indeed, when I talked to other people, said, "Yeah, she's 1.00

00:14:26.000 the one that sets up these events.

00:14:28.000 It's not the White House itself that sets up events, but when you say the White House,

00:14:32.000 So, yes, that was my contact for the 5th and the 6th was Caroline Wren, and that's what

00:14:42.000 She's there that day behind the stage with the Trumps and the family and talking to Secret

00:14:46.000 Service, and the Secret Service in uniform come over and open the gate up and do direct

00:14:51.000 us out and do lead us back to the White House.

00:14:56.000 Back of the stage, so we could then go and get around the crowd, try to go lead the march.

00:15:01.000 But by then, a million people were there, hundreds of thousands had already marched to the Capitol.

00:15:14.000 And that's footage I and others shot, there's a lot of these clips, of once we figured out the people had gone to the Capitol and we couldn't stop it, we tried, we went up on the roof.

00:15:26.000 And I'll show you the size of these crowds.

00:15:29.000 You never see this footage on the news.

00:15:31.000 This is only a small part of them.

00:15:34.000 Just to give you an idea of how what a tiny group went in the Capitol, there's just oceans of every street and road full of people.

00:15:39.000 It's a million people.

00:15:40.000 A million.

00:15:41.000 It's what the DC police estimated.

00:15:43.000 And the idea that that could be controlled.

00:15:46.000 I mean, I just know it was led by provocateurs into a crisis.

00:15:52.000 It was mission impossible when a million people showed up.

00:15:58.000 And they cut the amount of Capitol Police in half.

00:16:01.000 But even the full contingent of Capitol Police couldn't stop even 10,000 people that wanted to break into the Capitol, much less a million people there thinking they were going to hear Trump's speech.

00:16:12.000 And by the time a few hundred broke in, 800 or so, now they're saying maybe 2,000, waded their way into the Capitol having no idea what was going on.

00:16:26.000 If you're a TV viewer, you see some of the footage I shot from the rooftop.

00:16:29.000 You could then pan all the way around and see all the other streets full of people, and it went on for hours.

00:16:36.000 You have to understand, what I just showed you on TV was in the afternoon, once I got up on the roof, when I was unable to stop people going into the building.

00:16:47.000 And again, we didn't know Ashley Mabbitt had been shot.

00:16:49.000 A red flare got shot at by police, and that's when my security Said, I don't know if they use the same military terminology, but a red flare means somebody just got killed or shot.

00:16:59.000 We need to get out of here.

00:17:00.000 We're not stopping this.

00:17:02.000 Because by then we learned there were a bunch of people inside the Capitol.

00:17:06.000 And that was so stupid and so dumb and we do not support that.

00:17:10.000 I didn't support it that day.

00:17:13.000 But I don't support that million people that came there.

00:17:21.000 And a tiny fraction went to the Capitol, and they're all being called terrorists.

00:17:25.000 My personal doctor didn't even go to the Capitol.

00:17:30.000 And they raided her house last year.

00:17:33.000 Raided her with a SWAT team.

00:17:35.000 Just to see what she had and what she'd done.

00:17:36.000 Medical doctor.

00:17:39.000 And... She thought maybe it was because she's my doctor.

00:17:43.000 But, I mean, I... The doctor that owns the clinic's quasi-retired, so she's just been my doctor recently.

00:17:51.000 I just need to get checkups, blood work done, like once a year.

00:17:58.000 So that's how crazy this is.

00:18:01.000 That's how big this dragnet is.

00:18:06.000 And they kept, you know, asking me, do we use Oath Keepers?

00:18:14.000 And did we use Proud Boys as security?

00:18:19.000 I hire professional security.

00:18:20.000 I'm not putting these people down, but...

00:18:23.000 I get mobbed in these big crowds, and big crowds are dangerous, as anybody knows, just because people can stampede or there could be a backfire from a bus, and they're dangerous.

00:18:32.000 So yeah, I had 12 or 14 security people for all those big events, because when you're out in the middle of hundreds of thousands of people, you need that just to be able to get places.

00:18:42.000 And so I hired DC and Maryland police, and I hired a well-known private security company here in Austin.

00:18:51.000 Uh, that is bonded and works for, not going to name names, but the people that work for me have worked for, you know, the richest people in the world, the biggest government people, all of it.

00:19:01.000 Uh, they've guarded Hillary Clinton.

00:19:02.000 They've guarded, you know, Joe Biden.

00:19:05.000 They've guarded Michael Bloomberg.

00:19:06.000 Hell, I'll just say the names.

00:19:11.000 And of course, there's no way I had D.C.

00:19:13.000 police and Maryland police off-duty with us trying to do an insurrection.

00:20:13.000 And he has a tendency, and I believe this quote I've heard from witnesses of the committee, that he told Mark Meadows, oh, I told him I'd meet him down there, but I really wasn't going to go.

00:20:23.000 I might drive by or fly the helicopter over, because he did that at our other events.

00:20:28.000 And I was just about to leave with my wife, who was freezing, to go back to the hotel and drink coffee and take a hot shower and not even be part of the Capitol thing.

00:20:39.000 Because I found it hard to believe from our, when I say White House source, campaign has to run events, but it's liaison within the White House, Caroline Wren.

00:20:50.000 And I'm like, yeah, let's just get out of here.

00:20:52.000 And I was talking to Enloe, who was with me.

00:20:53.000 I took one security guy in to the Ellipse.

00:20:56.000 Our other security was outside.

00:20:58.000 And because that's a contained area with the Secret Service stuff where Trump was speaking with this 900,000 or whatever people around it.

00:21:05.000 And I'm like, you know, maybe we just won't do this.

00:21:09.000 Because they're like, and then all of a sudden, she's back there with all the Secret Service and people.

00:21:13.000 She comes and opens the gate.

00:21:14.000 They come over, they get me.

00:21:17.000 Whatever it was, it was uniformed people.

00:21:20.000 We go back and we get let out.

00:21:24.000 And then I'm given the Mission Impossible job with a bullhorn.

00:21:28.000 That you can maybe reach a thousand people with, to midstream, jump on Pennsylvania Avenue, where already, God knows, at least over 100,000 had gone before us.

00:21:41.000 People ask, well, then why'd you get up and try to stop it?

00:23:32.000 There was, you know, headlines about insurrection acts and Trump was all over the news.

00:23:36.000 But I was getting this from the news like everybody else.

00:23:41.000 I didn't say I was an insider.

00:23:43.000 I didn't say I had all the answers.

00:23:45.000 I was basically following the political system.

00:23:49.000 Of going through who is the designated campaign PAC manager to run speeches and events.

00:23:56.000 When Trump goes and gives a speech, folks, it's not the White House running that.

00:23:58.000 It's not government money paying for that.

00:24:00.000 When Trump comes to Pennsylvania or Texas to give a speech, that's paid for by the campaign.

00:24:06.000 That's paid for by donations.

00:24:07.000 So there's also that confusion going on.

00:24:10.000 I went there to have a peaceful political rally, to put peaceful political pressure on Congress, to have a 10-day investigation by the Senate, because that's what I thought was right, it's what my listeners wanted.

00:24:21.000 And it's a horrible, historic fiasco, and I wish it would have never happened.
