00:18:52.000 It won't be easy, because Putin has staked his regime on destabilizing Ukraine, because it's a threat to his regime in Russia.

00:19:09.000 If you have freedom, free media and so on, and a flourishing economy, that would make his regime unsustainable.

00:19:21.000 OK, then a few years later, when he was outgoing out of the Biden administration, he went on C-SPAN at the Council on Foreign Relations.
