00:11:47.000 Do juries ever think that they would go and then someone's guilty, you're told, and now you decide how guilty?

00:11:54.000 That would be a judge usually, a jury would decide, then the judge would have some oversight on how guilty.

01:23:12.000 And also had a mistrial in the whole Whitmer situation and what's happening there.

01:23:39.000 The defeat for the government in a federal courtroom in Grand Rapids, Michigan last week was one of the greatest setbacks that the DOJ has endured in the past 10 or 15 years that was not on the top of the fold.

01:23:56.000 It was not on the top of the fold because the New York Times and the Washington Post and their colleagues and the rest of the mainstream media We're ardently hoping that these defendants would be convicted.

01:24:09.000 I mean, the Times hates people like this.

01:24:12.000 These are people who join a militia, a perfectly legal organization.

01:24:16.000 They train with weapons, perfectly legal training, and they are there to protect lives and property when and if the government fails to do so, or when and if the government becomes the aggressor.

01:24:28.000 Their group was infiltrated by FBI agents.

01:24:30.000 There were more FBI agents in the group than there were people that were ultimately defendants in the case.

01:24:37.000 The FBI planned and plotted, came up with the idea and paid for the training for the so-called plot to kidnap Governor Whitmer of Michigan.

01:24:47.000 Now, whatever you think of her, she's one of the worst. 1.00

01:24:53.000 And she has the right to be free from being kidnapped.

01:24:56.000 The FBI knows this, but the FBI planted the seed of the crime in the heads of these defendants, scared the daylights out of two of the defendants.

01:25:09.000 The jury did not buy the testimony.

01:25:11.000 The jury did not buy the testimony of the undercover FBI agents.

01:25:16.000 Of the four who were tried, two were outright found not guilty.

01:25:20.000 They can't be tried again.

01:25:22.000 Two were mistrials.

01:25:23.000 I doubt the government will try them again because the government has spent millions on this case.

01:25:29.000 We don't know the exact number, Alex.

01:25:32.000 And the government has been utterly humiliated.

01:25:34.000 These people will lose their jobs if they suffer another not guilty plea.

01:25:40.000 A not guilty finding verdict by the jury.

01:25:43.000 But you put your finger on it when you introduced this segment.

01:25:48.000 How does the FBI decide who to target?

01:25:52.000 What was the FBI doing on January 6?

01:25:56.000 What did they know and when did they know it?

01:26:00.000 All of this information has not fully come out, even though this was a very happy ending for two people in this case, and sort of happy in that they weren't convicted for two others.

01:26:13.000 The judge made many rulings against them and barred a lot of testimony that the defendants tried to obtain from how the FBI targeted them and And what the FBI conversations were in Grand Rapids and where in Washington.

01:26:27.000 They had a judge who ruled against them on everything.

01:26:30.000 Thank God we still have the jury system in this country.

01:26:33.000 Judge ruled that it was not entrapment.

01:26:36.000 The defendant can always make that argument to a jury.

01:26:39.000 The jury accepted it.

01:26:40.000 The jury has the final word.

01:26:42.000 When will this happen again?

01:26:43.000 We don't know.

01:26:45.000 Who will the government target next?

01:26:48.000 We don't know.

01:26:49.000 What was the extent of government involvement in January 6th?

01:26:58.000 He won't plead to anything, no matter what the government threatens or what the government offers, because he's a true believer who wants to expose what the government did on that day to try to humiliate President Trump.

01:28:05.000 In the same conversation, which she lied to the FBI about what, uh, stock holdings she sold or bought that day.

01:28:12.000 They lied to her about whether or not she was a target.

01:28:16.000 She was convicted of lying to the FBI and the FBI agent and the conversation was given a promotion.

01:28:22.000 That's terribly, terribly wrong law.

01:28:24.000 It is the law of the land and the FBI loves to charge people with it.

01:28:30.000 They start out all their conversations by saying, we're the FBI.

01:28:32.000 If you lie to us, you're going to go to jail.

01:28:36.000 Judges do send people to jail for lying to the FBI, even Uh, if it's something that's not material.

01:28:41.000 So it's the concept of lying by the federal government, particularly the Department of Justice, is not alien to the government.

01:33:54.000 So this judge, first of all, found that the Congress never gave the CDC the authority To regulate things like relations between landlords and tenants.

01:34:05.000 And to tell you what to wear on your face.

01:34:09.000 The CDC has authority to kill diseased animals.

01:34:15.000 And to suggest what what medications people should take.

01:34:20.000 But it doesn't have the authority to tell you what to wear on your face.

01:34:23.000 It doesn't have the authority to interfere in the relationship between the customer, the passenger, and the owner of the means of passage, whether it's Amtrak, which is owned by the federal government, or whether it's an airline, which is owned by the owned by the shareholders.

01:34:44.000 B, We failed to give notice to the Congress that it was going to do this, to give Congress the opportunity to invalidate it.
