01:52:24.000 So what's happening is the county, we saw Sheriff Coe last week, He was, he received four illegal aliens from border patrol.

01:52:32.000 They said, Hey, go get these guys down to, to medical, have them cleared.

01:52:37.000 And then, uh, and then, and then release them.

01:52:40.000 And Sheriff Coe, being who Sheriff Coe is, he's a constitutional sheriff, decided I'm not going to release, uh, felons or criminals in the United States because I have, uh, I have, I have citizens I have to protect.

01:52:51.000 And he actually ran a check on him.

01:52:53.000 One of the illegals he found had a, uh, was a sex offender registered out of New Jersey.

01:52:58.000 So he took him to the International Gateway and he released him and said, "Walk that way."

01:53:02.000 So that was just kind of the thing that really pushed it over the edge.

01:53:05.000 But this has been ongoing for months and months where they've organized to declare an emergency,

01:53:12.000 declare an invasion, enforce the Texas governor to act,

01:53:15.000 Governor Abbott, under the Texas Constitution, Article IV, Section 7,

01:53:22.000 as the Commander-in-Chief of the Texas Constitution, allows him to repel invasions.

01:53:26.000 And under the federal Constitution, under the Guarantee Clause, Article 4, Section 4, the federal government guarantees the states are free from invasion and guarantees a Republican form of government.

01:53:37.000 And that's not happening.

01:53:38.000 So you also see the states have warlike authority under the federal Constitution, Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3, where they can repel invasions.

01:53:46.000 And it grants them warlike authority.

01:53:48.000 All throughout history, these states, our states are sovereign.

01:53:51.000 They have a right to protect their borders.

01:53:53.000 And when the federal government fails to act or their intentional policy creates this nightmare, this mess, it's just sucking in all of these drugs and the cartel activity and rewarding the cartel activity.

01:54:06.000 Uh, then we have to act and the state has to act.

01:54:08.000 I mean, we, we have a duty and obligation to protect our citizens within the, within the confines of the constitution.

01:56:07.000 Uh, I'd also like to see the state of Texas enter into more Compacts under the Compacts Clause with states like Florida,

01:56:15.000 Arizona, and then really from a security standpoint have the states, we the people, act

01:56:24.000 Well that's right because of a power vacuum they're not doing their job, it's up to us
