Alex Jones Show - 20221101_Tue_Alex

00:00:00.000 For all intents and purposes, America is dead.

00:00:04.000 The Republic is gone.

00:00:05.000 But unlike a human, when they die, they're dead.

00:00:08.000 An idea or a system can be rebooted or resurrected from the dead. 1.00

00:00:14.000 But if you don't admit the country is gone, and what's left of it being sacked and looted in a hostile, globalist, World Government takeover, you're a fool. 0.95

00:00:24.000 And if you don't recognize that as above so below, the attacks you see on the wide scale against our infrastructure, our culture, our families, our very lives, is directed directly at you and I on the bottom. 0.97

00:00:38.000 All right.

00:00:39.000 This is undoubtedly the biggest news since the founding of the country in 1776.

00:00:45.000 And the plan they're running here in America is being duplicated across the world.

00:00:52.000 Except for Communist China that's even further ahead than us and our controllers are duplicating what China's done. 0.94

00:01:00.000 Now we have congressional documents, we have leaked documents, we have four-year documents that have all come out in lawsuits and in other ways confirming that under Obama, big tech, big banks, big media with foundations right down to the grassroots have set up Spy networks in churches, in businesses, in universities, in charity organizations, so that they have access and placement, placement and access in every facet of life.

00:01:45.000 They're motivated.

00:01:46.000 They believe they're on a winning team.

00:01:48.000 That's why you see the coming out of the pedophilia, the coming out of All of the incredible tyranny is because they have gone operational.

00:01:57.000 They are at war with everybody.

00:02:03.000 Rallying patriots worldwide in defense of human liberty.

00:02:07.000 is Alex Jones.

00:02:14.000 [music]

00:02:27.000 You better believe you got one!

00:02:32.000 From the front lines of the Information War, it's Alex Jones.

00:02:37.000 Life?

00:02:37.000 [Music]

00:02:46.000 Knife?

00:02:47.000 What knife?

00:02:49.000 Are you suggesting this is a knife I have in my hand? 0.99

00:02:54.000 Have you gone mad, my sane husband?

00:02:57.000 There was a knife, but I lost it.

00:02:59.000 Remember what the FBI did last week?

00:03:01.000 They said crime has gone down in the last year and a half by 2%.

00:03:06.000 Of course, crime on average is up about 50% around the country.

00:03:10.000 Some areas it's up four-fold, some of the blue cities.

00:03:12.000 Everybody knows that.

00:03:13.000 There's a crime wave.

00:03:15.000 In fact, in July, transit crime was up nearly 57% compared to July of last year.

00:03:23.000 The FBI just doesn't count crime in America's largest 50-plus cities.

00:03:30.000 So they don't process the crime numbers from Chicago or LA or New York.

00:03:38.000 Or Miami.

00:03:40.000 Or Houston.

00:03:41.000 Or Dallas.

00:03:42.000 Or Detroit.

00:03:44.000 Or San Antonio.

00:03:45.000 Or Oakland.

00:03:46.000 Or Seattle.

00:03:48.000 Or Portland.

00:03:49.000 They just say right there, oh big headline, crime's actually down.

00:03:53.000 Since Biden got in.

00:03:53.000 Then you go read The fine print, they go, we no longer process statistics out of the largest cities, which is where the majority of people live, and where the majority of the crime's happening.

00:04:05.000 That's as big a gaslighting as Daryl Brooks saying, I'm not Daryl Brooks.

00:04:11.000 Mr. Brooks, you are well aware that the reasons documents are being... Billions in taxpayer money in America alone, exact same program was run in Europe, and the UK, and Australia, and Canada, and New Zealand, all the same coordinated UN control.

00:04:24.000 This is a time for science and solidarity.

00:04:26.000 Anybody that government big pharma said censor, from talk show host to medical doctors to

00:04:31.000 mothers and fathers that lost their children or loved ones from the shots, must be silenced.

00:04:36.000 This is a time for science and solidarity.

00:04:40.000 Yet the global misinformation epidemic is spreading.

00:04:43.000 Harmful health advice and snake oil solutions are proliferating.

00:04:48.000 Falsehoods are filling the airwaves.

00:04:50.000 Wild conspiracy theories are infecting the internet.

00:04:54.000 Hatred is going viral, stigmatizing and vilifying people and groups.

00:04:59.000 The world must unite against this disease too.

00:05:03.000 And the vaccine is trust.

00:05:05.000 I remember last year, a college athlete in great health had myocarditis and a heart attack and had to have a heart ablation and almost died.

00:05:14.000 I am in the hospital right now with heart complications from the COVID-19 vaccine.

00:05:20.000 And I want to inform as many people as I can about the risks from taking the vaccine that I wish someone would have told me.

00:05:26.000 And the doctor at the hospital said the shot caused it, the Pfizer shot caused it.

00:05:31.000 And they censored him and took him off Instagram when his video had 5 million views.

00:05:35.000 And then the UN was quoted in Yahoo News, and they said, well, we're the UN, we're an advisory panel, and we told them to take his channel down, even though what the young man said is true and his doctor told the truth.

00:05:45.000 So the UN is in control.

00:05:47.000 Biden's Health and Human Services and CDC paid screenwriters and comedians to mock unvaccinated and to call for violence against them.

00:05:55.000 Remember all that?

00:05:55.000 How we're murderers, how we're killers, how we should be denied medical care.

00:06:01.000 I wish we put in jail.

00:06:03.000 I wish we put in camps.

00:06:04.000 This was their big authoritarian rollout.

00:06:06.000 Their big attempt to take over.

00:06:07.000 And people woke up and backed them off.

00:06:09.000 Now they hope you just forget and go away and don't call for their prosecution and don't sue them.

00:06:14.000 For most Americans, one COVID shot each year will be all they need.

00:06:19.000 And if you get it, you're protected.

00:06:21.000 And if you don't, you're putting yourself and other people on necessary risk. 0.94

00:06:26.000 Get the shot.

00:06:28.000 $5, $10, $20 off your drugstore grocery purchase or grocery purchase next time at the same time you get the shot.

00:06:36.000 But you don't have a choice.

00:06:37.000 and you won't silence us with intimidation, you'll only intensify our efforts.

00:06:40.000 You murdering criminals that have tried to gag us and silence us while we expose what

00:06:46.000 you and the Bill Gates, Klaus Schwab, you in run, depopulation operation have launched 0.79

00:06:52.000 against us.

00:06:53.000 But you don't have a choice.

00:06:55.000 People act like you have a choice.

00:06:56.000 I am honored to be public enemy number one.

00:06:59.000 Seven days from the incredibly important historic midterms.

00:07:02.000 All right.

00:07:02.000 at them 110% because we're defending the lives of ourselves and our families and every human on earth.

00:07:07.000 It is Tuesday, November 1st, 2022, seven days from the incredibly important historic midterms.

00:07:20.000 All right, I am not doing this for dramatic effect, but I'm going to air a special report right now so that I

00:07:32.000 can calm myself and really try to come up with proper statements that will address the

00:07:38.000 true magnitude of this.

00:07:40.000 I've been on air 28 years, and we've broken thousands of major stories.

00:07:44.000 And the story that's now broke, we know is true.

00:07:47.000 We first broke it, along with Zero Hedge, six years ago.

00:07:54.000 And of course, other pieces of it before that.

00:07:58.000 But this news proves a governmental corporate big tech coup is in control of the United States and works directly with the European Union and is absolutely completely criminal and illegal at every level and will be the enforcement for the social credit score that is the Mark of the Beast system.

00:08:21.000 So I'm going to air this special report on the Pelosi October surprise.

00:08:27.000 And then I'm going to go write the headline for the live show because I was just here last night and this morning and I'm for the show reading more of these documents that have come out via FOIA request and lawsuits and it's just The holy grail of evil.

00:08:48.000 And we knew this.

00:08:50.000 When you hear me lay all this out, you'll go, well, Alex, we've heard this a hundred times, a thousand times.

00:08:54.000 But this is all confirming exactly how they do it.

00:08:59.000 We'd already reverse engineered it.

00:09:00.000 It's exactly what we said, except it's worse. 0.98

00:09:06.000 And it is Obama And the CIA and the Carnegie and Ford and Rockefeller foundations running the whole damn thing. 0.94

00:09:15.000 So here's a special report. 0.91

00:09:16.000 We're going to come back and I'm going to hit the biggest news ever.

00:09:19.000 Stay with us.

00:09:42.000 The story tonight, a new warning from law enforcement of a heightened threat to the midterm elections and the safety of elected leaders.

00:09:49.000 Investigators say DePappy had planned to tie up Paul Pelosi and wait for the Speaker to return home.

00:09:55.000 Mr. Pelosi was taken to the hospital.

00:09:57.000 Representative Pelosi's office tells us he underwent a successful surgery to repair a skull fracture and serious injuries to his right arm and hands.

00:10:07.000 Tonight's bulletin from the FBI warns of a heightened threat fueled by a rise in domestic violence extremism driven by ideological grievances.

00:10:16.000 Potential targets include candidates running for public office, elected officials, election workers, and others.

00:10:22.000 The FBI warns the threat will continue even after election day.

00:10:26.000 Clinging to the far-right January 6th boogeyman myth in order to desperately forward a campaign of stochastic terrorism. 0.85

00:10:34.000 We have to understand that this attack was most likely done because of that rhetoric being spread.

00:10:42.000 That's my prediction, is that we're going to find out that this was someone with very far-right motivations and someone who follows people like Tucker Carlson, like Ben Shapiro, like Matt Wall.

00:10:52.000 That's my prediction here.

00:11:13.000 As the clock runs out on the 2022 election, an outcome which could not only bring a response to the corporacratic neo-Marxist cancer festering in the American body politic, but also result in prosecution for a host of Democrats that had avoided scrutiny, including the President of the United States.

00:11:33.000 The October surprise was imminent.

00:11:36.000 If you're poor, it's the same chant.

00:11:39.000 Was used by this guy they have in custody.

00:11:42.000 That was used on January 6th.

00:11:45.000 The chant was, Where's Nancy? 0.57

00:11:48.000 Where's Nancy? 0.99

00:11:50.000 Where's Nancy? 0.99

00:11:52.000 This is despicable.

00:11:55.000 There's no place in America.

00:11:58.000 There's too much violence, political violence.

00:12:01.000 Too much hatred.

00:12:03.000 Too much vitriol.

00:12:07.000 And what makes us think that one party can talk about stolen elections, COVID being a hoax, there's all a bunch of lies, and it not affect people who may not be so well balanced?

00:12:24.000 What makes us think that it's not going to corrode the political climate?

00:12:31.000 The alleged attacker, David DePappe, a Canadian illegal immigrant, had spent his time in Berkeley, California making hemp jewelry and contributing to Bay Area nudist activism at a residence replete with a rainbow flag and a Black Lives Matter sign.

00:12:49.000 However, they dared to deny the implausible narrative of 9-11.

00:12:53.000 Not exactly the far-right extremist Nazis they would have us believe DePaupe was a product of.

00:13:00.000 According to KTVU, DePaupe had supposedly had with him a manifesto that contained anti-government COVID beliefs and a list of other politicians he planned to target.

00:13:13.000 Additionally, the media had immediately derided De Pape's online writings detailing COVID vaccine danger, the Great Reset, and the epidemic of pedophile normalization as crazed conspiracy nonsense, just buzzwords to be feared.

00:13:29.000 The problem is, people keep egging these people on.

00:13:32.000 There are people on the television, across the street from us, that egg these people on, talking about cabals and stuff, and people secretly running the world, and this guy doesn't like women either.

00:13:41.000 So, that's happening right now.

00:13:45.000 And then on top of it, you have political figures.

00:13:47.000 You have the previous President of the United States, you know, posting about QAnon on his social media platforms.

00:13:52.000 Which is just about this same cabal that the guy's talking about.

00:13:56.000 So, look, it doesn't really matter at the end of the day.

00:13:59.000 Because right now there are people advocating for these conspiracy theories out there.

00:14:06.000 So of course people who can't, you know, who don't know this is a game to these politicians

00:14:12.000 are going to take it out on real people.

00:14:14.000 Oddly, DePape hadn't posted anything online for 15 years, until reappearing in August of 2022, just months before a forthcoming October surprise.

00:14:25.000 But the real questions, per usual, open up gaping holes in the Pelosi-DePaupe narrative.

00:14:31.000 For instance, how and why does a man wearing underwear carry a manifesto with him?

00:14:37.000 And what about the possible depravity of Pelosi's alcoholic husband?

00:14:41.000 Was DePaupe there for another reason?

00:14:44.000 Why did Pelosi tell dispatchers DePaupe was a friend?

00:14:48.000 and working out copy are defeated there's a bailing the home that he's going to

00:14:52.000 wait for his wife are being treated as though the mail is the advice that it

00:14:56.000 was david that he is a friend

00:14:58.000 are being held up a confused questions that come to mind after others in the

00:15:02.000 california democratic party within the circles of the polosies have revealed

00:15:07.000 their true colors there are at least two counts of providing methamphetamine

00:15:12.000 to aid victim that resulted in death Four additional counts of providing methamphetamine.

00:15:17.000 One count of using his West Los Angeles apartment as a drug lair.

00:15:21.000 And two counts of paying for interstate travel for the purpose of prostitution.

00:15:26.000 All of these are significant charges.

00:15:27.000 He's been found guilty in all of them.

00:15:29.000 There are maximum sentencing.

00:15:31.000 It is likely that 66-year-old Ed Buck will spend the rest of his life in a federal prison.

00:15:36.000 Anyone would assume that at the very least, Nancy Pelosi's multi-million dollar home in crime-riddled San Francisco would be outfitted with an equally expensive government-funded security system to protect the third in line to the presidency and her expensive ice cream freezer. 0.99

00:15:54.000 And why would police allow DePaupe to continue assaulting Paul Pelosi after they arrived on scene?

00:16:00.000 Furthermore, why was DePaupe injured?

00:16:03.000 Details that could certainly clear some things up, but continue to remain a mystery.

00:16:09.000 Of course, we have been here a thousand times before.

00:16:12.000 The left despises questions.

00:16:14.000 Because the truth is lurking, and there is nothing more frightening for those invested in lies than the emergence of the truth.

00:16:22.000 John Bowne reporting.

00:16:29.000 This is Uncle Sam with Music and the Truth until dawn.

00:16:36.000 Right now, I've got a few words for some of our brothers and sisters in the occupied zones.

00:16:40.000 The chair is against the wall.

00:16:42.000 John has a long mustache.

00:16:44.000 This is the heart of 1776!

00:16:47.000 It's 12 o'clock, Americans.

00:16:49.000 Another day closer to victory.

00:16:50.000 And for all of you out there on or behind the lines, this is your song.

00:16:57.000 For all intents and purposes, America is dead.

00:17:07.000 [BLANK_AUDIO]

00:17:08.000 The Republic is gone.

00:17:09.000 But unlike a human, when they die, they're dead.

00:17:13.000 An idea or a system can be rebooted or resurrected from the dead. 1.00

00:17:18.000 But if you don't admit the country is gone, and what's left of it being sacked and looted in a hostile globalist world government takeover, you're a fool. 0.94

00:17:29.000 And if you don't recognize that as above so below, the attacks you see on the wide scale against our infrastructure, our culture, our families, our very lives, is directed directly at you and I on the bottom. 0.97

00:17:43.000 All right.

00:17:44.000 This is undoubtedly the biggest news since the founding of the country in 1776, and the plan they're running here in America is being duplicated across the world Except for Communist China that's even further ahead than us and our controllers are duplicating what China's done. 0.82

00:18:04.000 Now we have congressional documents, we have leaked documents, we have four-year documents that have all come out in lawsuits and in other ways confirming that under Obama, big tech, big banks, big media with foundations right down to the grassroots have set up Spy networks in churches, in businesses, in universities, in charity organizations, so that they have access and placement, placement and access in every facet of life.

00:18:49.000 They're motivated.

00:18:51.000 They believe they're on a winning team.

00:18:53.000 That's why you see the coming out of the pedophilia, the coming out of All of the incredible tyranny is because they have gone operational.

00:19:01.000 They are at war with everybody.

00:19:07.000 And so, if you go back to this broadcast 25 years ago, 15 years ago, 10 years ago, they were just putting footage on screen from 15 years ago, where we showed you documents and reports where the federal government had infiltrated secretly and taken over most churches, and they give them the scripts of what to say, both Catholic and Protestant.

00:19:27.000 That it's not our government, it's the criminals that are in charge of our government.

00:19:30.000 And they're training them to be constitutionalist, gun owners, Christians.

00:19:33.000 Veterans are the enemy. 1.00

00:19:36.000 Unless they adopt the anti-human culture of the left.

00:19:39.000 So, this is a cult.

00:19:46.000 And so the big news here is, more documents have been made public, which the federal government admits are real.

00:19:54.000 That going back the first week of Biden being put into office two years ago, or 22 months ago, within a week of him in office, they had press conferences declaring war on the American people and gun owners and veterans and people that question elections and forced inoculations and the rest of it.

00:20:13.000 But they then set up through a federal office, a secret office of Disinformation Governance Board that still had money in it from when Obama left and put it into the Defense Authorization Act and the Countering Disinformation and Foreign Propaganda Act, but pointed at the American people.

00:20:37.000 The Disinformation Governance Board.

00:20:40.000 Now, in these documents, that are also transcripts of the communiques and battle plans, remember they go way further than even this, and this is complete felony, absolutely criminal, they should all be arrested now.

00:20:54.000 But they do even more on the ground, because we've been the victim of it, we've learned a lot of intelligence dealing with their operatives on the ground.

00:21:00.000 Which again, every weapon they turn against us, every weapon they use against us, shall not prosper.

00:21:06.000 No weapon formed against us shall prosper if we just stay focused and don't quit with God's help.

00:21:11.000 But this is such a huge issue because this is an authoritarian spy grid takeover, and in the documents they coordinate the federal government, Homeland Security, with big tech, with banks, with universities, with philanthropic organizations, with everybody, and they give battle plan orders That so the public doesn't know it's the government or Biden or Obama running this that actually says this, we're going to put you in charge with our case officers that are at the ADL, actually says it, Southern Priority Law Center, and our agents in the military.

00:21:53.000 They're agents in our military.

00:21:55.000 They know they're like Spectre.

00:21:56.000 This is like a James Bond movie.

00:21:59.000 And even local police.

00:22:01.000 That's why they're purging the police to get the good ones out and put in their people.

00:22:05.000 So this is a total criminal takeover.

00:22:10.000 Now, I'm not at liberty to get into all this right now, but I will at a later date.

00:22:15.000 And I've foreshadowed this before, but we've dealt with at least three waves of attempted infiltrations.

00:22:26.000 Everybody that works here gets contacted by the national media and by these think tanks and they get offered money.

00:22:33.000 A lot of the crew sitting there in the control room has been called by and they've told me.

00:22:37.000 Then they start digging into your past or trying to threaten you but you can't be intimidated by this because this is an organized criminal group and if they win it's all over for everybody.

00:22:47.000 It's a cult and Where are the Republican leadership on this?

00:22:52.000 They know all about this.

00:22:54.000 If I knew about this 20 years ago, they know about it.

00:22:57.000 If I made films about it 15 years ago, they know about it.

00:23:02.000 Police State 4, my last Police State film, is just about this.

00:23:07.000 And so it's been going on a long time.

00:23:11.000 And at first they built the network saying, oh, it's to stop violent Muslim extremists.

00:23:16.000 That's why I want everybody to be spies in the infrastructure.

00:23:19.000 But just like Indiana Jones, the Raiders of the Lost Ark, where he's putting the sand where the idol is, they took Islam off the lever and they've now moved the American people onto it as the bag of sand. 0.98

00:23:34.000 We're the target. 0.97

00:23:35.000 The training dummy for the attack dog was the Muslims. 1.00

00:23:42.000 But now, as I warned you 20 plus years ago, the real target was always red, white, and blue, hardcore Americans that wouldn't roll over to this criminal takeover. 0.63

00:23:53.000 So, they're removing Bin Laden off of the pedestal and putting us on it as the new target. 0.80

00:24:00.000 And of course, the left going along with this, they'll be the next target as well.

00:24:04.000 First they came for Alex Jones, then they came for everybody else.

00:24:07.000 This is a tried and true formulae.

00:24:10.000 I remember under Obama, they hired Marcus Wolf, the former head of the East German Stasi, to come and work with big tech and the federal government to set up the embryonic system of what we're now witnessing.

00:24:23.000 That was in the Washington Post, like it was a good thing.

00:24:27.000 Google in Germany moved into the former headquarters of the Stasi.

00:24:30.000 Can't make this up.

00:24:34.000 They do all this on purpose.

00:24:36.000 So when you listen to this broadcast, you need to understand, I'm not gonzo journalist writing myself into it.

00:24:41.000 I'm their number one enemy because I've been understanding them.

00:24:44.000 When I would have conversations with Trump and he was telling me, oh, you're a great guy, pat me on the head like politics and say, listen, sir, there's a stay behind network.

00:24:53.000 There's $3 billion in this fund.

00:24:55.000 They've got infiltrators in here in the White House.

00:24:57.000 Here's their names.

00:24:59.000 And here's the people inside running this disinformation operation that's really there to remove you from office.

00:25:04.000 It's very interesting that all hell broke loose because that gave those reports to the President.

00:25:09.000 We'll be right back.

00:25:10.000 Let's go ahead and play the clergy response team clip.

00:25:13.000 Now remember, before this became national news, we got the secret documents from pastors who've been recruited by FEMA.

00:25:22.000 We posted the secret documents with FEMA phone numbers.

00:25:25.000 Train your flocks to turn their guns in.

00:25:27.000 Train your flocks to go to FEMA camps.

00:25:29.000 Train your flocks to take forced inoculations.

00:25:32.000 People didn't believe us, just like they didn't believe the MIAC report.

00:25:35.000 Then, suddenly local news began reporting it, but like it was a good thing.

00:25:39.000 Now listen, will martial law ever be a reality?

00:25:41.000 And the preachers are there, being paid by the government, faith-based initiative now, continuing under Obama, to tell their flocks to do what they're told by the authorities, and the government's biggest threat is the American people.

00:25:53.000 That's a quote.

00:25:55.000 So, this is specifically the pastors getting ready for us to go to FEMA camps.

00:26:00.000 And there's thousands of pieces of evidence like this, and Glenn Beck's saying it doesn't exist.

00:26:04.000 Here it is.

00:26:06.000 Will law ever become a reality in America?

00:26:09.000 Some fear any nuclear, biological, or chemical attack on U.S.

00:26:13.000 territory might trigger just that.

00:26:16.000 NSK SLA News 12's Jeff Ferrell discovered that clergy would help the government with potentially their biggest problem.

00:26:23.000 Us.

00:26:24.000 From my cold, dead hands!

00:26:26.000 Charlton Heston's famous declaration captures a truly American value.

00:26:31.000 The overarching desire to protect our freedoms.

00:26:34.000 But gun confiscation is exactly what happened during the state of emergency following Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans.

00:26:41.000 U.S.

00:26:42.000 troops also arrived.

00:26:43.000 Something far easier to do even now, thanks to last year's elimination of the 1878 Posse Comitatus Act.

00:26:50.000 That forbid U.S. 0.73

00:26:51.000 troops from policing on American soil.

00:26:56.000 If martial law were enacted here at home, like depicted in the movie The Siege, easing public fears and quelling dissent would be critical.

00:27:03.000 And that's exactly what the Clergy Response Team, as it's called, helped accomplish in New Orleans.

00:27:09.000 Jeff, the primary thing that we say to anybody is let's cooperate and get this thing over with, and then we'll settle the differences once the crisis is over.

00:27:16.000 Such Clergy Response Teams would walk a tightrope between the needs of the government versus the wishes of the public. 0.95

00:27:22.000 In a lot of cases, these clergy would already be known in the neighborhoods in which they're helping to defuse that situation.

00:27:29.000 For the clergy, one of the biggest tools that they will have in helping calm the public down or obey the law is the Bible itself.

00:27:37.000 Specifically, Romans.

00:27:39.000 Romans 13.

00:27:40.000 Because the government's established all the law.

00:27:43.000 And that's what we believe in the Christian faith.

00:27:43.000 You know?

00:27:45.000 That's what's stated in the scripture.

00:27:47.000 Civil rights advocates believe the amount of public cooperation may depend largely on how long they expect a suspension of their rights might last.

00:28:01.000 So they've been beta testing this for a long time.

00:28:03.000 They've got most the big preachers.

00:28:06.000 They've got almost all the heads of universities.

00:28:09.000 They've got almost all the police chiefs.

00:28:10.000 They've got the Justice Department, the FBI.

00:28:12.000 They've got almost the complete control of big tech and the big telecoms that have purged the military and police to put their people in.

00:28:21.000 And they are infiltrating every facet of society with actual seminars and spy training, starting with Antifa.

00:28:34.000 Now the Antifa you see on the streets is just the cutouts they pay $20 an hour to be there and carry out violence.

00:28:40.000 But there are professors above them, and then government operatives, and then FBI above them.

00:28:44.000 It came out this year that the FBI was coordinating the summer of rage and coordinating Antifa and the murders around the country.

00:28:52.000 So yes, the government's completely taken over at the top.

00:28:56.000 The few Republicans that aren't completely sold out, are scared and isolated, and are being physically attacked, and people are coming to their baseball games, shooting them.

00:29:06.000 They are coming after everybody.

00:29:09.000 And they already had their lockdowns, they're planning new lockdowns.

00:29:12.000 They had new announcements today in Australia, and in Canada, and in the U.S., that they're looking to bring back new lockdowns.

00:29:18.000 We have those clips.

00:29:20.000 But the ultra-massive news is that the ADL, Southern Poverty Law Center, are listed in these government documents, DHS, as the bosses.

00:29:31.000 Homeland Security, through an InfraGard system, signs up executives in the private sector, but also in government, to have their own little police identification, federal Disinformation board badges.

00:29:46.000 They've got other badges.

00:29:47.000 Started with infrastructure protection, InfraGard.

00:29:50.000 And they talk about all that in here.

00:29:51.000 It's in my film, Police State 3 and Police State 4.

00:29:53.000 It's in those films.

00:29:56.000 And they describe in there how they're then going to have martial law.

00:30:01.000 And you just saw that on local news telling you how great it is.

00:30:04.000 Now it's of the Lord.

00:30:05.000 And quoting Romans 13 out of context.

00:30:09.000 Hitler's favorite Bible verse. 0.92

00:30:12.000 Render unto Caesar the things that are Caesar's, the things that are God's. 0.88

00:30:18.000 Because the Pharisees were trying to set Christ up and saying, hey, you don't want to pay your taxes to the Roman governor?

00:30:23.000 And he said, no, that's his system, that's his coin.

00:30:25.000 It's got his face on it, correct?

00:30:27.000 Render to Caesar what's his, and to God's what's God's. 0.78

00:30:31.000 And don't bring Caesar's money into the temple.

00:30:36.000 Separation of church and state.

00:30:38.000 Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.

00:30:44.000 Let's put the First Amendment on screen. 1.00

00:30:45.000 For the freedom of the press.

00:30:47.000 For the right of the people to peaceably assemble.

00:30:51.000 For a redress of grievances.

00:30:55.000 First Amendment comes out of Jesus' mouth. 0.75

00:30:58.000 Go read that chapter in the Bible.

00:31:01.000 In the New Testament.

00:31:02.000 It's in three Gospels.

00:31:06.000 It's important.

00:31:09.000 Congress shall make no law respecting and establishing a religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof or abridging the freedoms of speech or the press or the right of the people to peaceably assemble and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

00:31:25.000 That's the First Amendment.

00:31:26.000 Number one, the most important, after it's self-defense.

00:31:29.000 Because the founders knew the pen's mightier than the sword, but if they take the pen away, well, you gotta draw your sword.

00:31:37.000 I know I'm on the right side of history.

00:31:39.000 I can be an honorable man in the eyes of my ancestors and my peers, but I know why most people roll over to this, because they're up against organized government, offshore, megacorporation crime, and they go scoop up in the universities with the psychological test and programs these people that aren't going to get jobs In the private sector, they're going to get jobs running our lives as our commissars, as political officers over us.

00:32:10.000 And when you read these documents, I'm going to start covering that segment, they're bone chilling.

00:32:15.000 The government says, so they don't figure out we're illegally doing this and controlling big tech and the universities and the schools and the media and running all this.

00:32:26.000 Democrat hijacked government.

00:32:28.000 We will give the directives to our officers and our agents in NGOs.

00:32:33.000 And the NGOs are, as I've told you, the ADL, Southern Poverty Law Center, and the list goes on and on.

00:32:40.000 Black Lives Matter, you name it.

00:32:42.000 So they all wear multiple hats.

00:32:45.000 But your Antifa leaders, your Black Lives Matter leaders, they're all government agents of a hijacked, rogue government state. 1.00

00:32:55.000 And they've been promised power and control once this takeover is complete.

00:32:59.000 And they're all around us.

00:33:01.000 They're everywhere.

00:33:03.000 And it's a real problem.

00:33:05.000 But they don't have the moral high ground we do.

00:33:07.000 They're the criminals, not us. 0.67

00:33:10.000 Leaked documents outline DHS plans to police disinformation.

00:33:16.000 The Intercept broke the big story.

00:33:18.000 A secret disinformation governance board.

00:33:21.000 Set up for the war on terror, but always for the American people.

00:33:29.000 [BLANK_AUDIO]

00:33:31.000 Chilling Conversations Uncovered, it tells DHS collusion with big tech to censor speech.

00:33:35.000 Town Hall.

00:33:37.000 You see the corruption on the surface, but it's the tip of the iceberg.

00:33:42.000 And I've been fighting these people for decades.

00:33:44.000 I've been down here in a submarine, and I've seen it, and it's bad.

00:33:49.000 So horrible, it's hard to even admit to myself.

00:33:52.000 Docs show Facebook and Twitter closely collaborating with the Department of Homeland Security FBI to quote police disinfo, plans to expand censorship on topics like withdrawal from Afghanistan, origins of COVID, info that undermines trust in financial institutions.

00:34:09.000 Tim Pool says this may be the biggest story of our lives.

00:34:12.000 It is.

00:34:12.000 It is our lives.

00:34:13.000 They've taken them over.

00:34:14.000 The direct violation of law.

00:34:16.000 And the Constitution on a scale designed to subvert our elections and control the populations. 0.63

00:34:22.000 Here's the actual CISA Cybersecurity Advisory Committee that has a secret bureau called the Disinformation Governance Board.

00:34:31.000 You might want to go read this massive document for yourself.

00:34:44.000 It's a lot worse when we come back.

00:34:46.000 I'll show you directly in the document where they say the ADO is in full command.

00:34:50.000 Full command.

00:34:52.000 Watching you, listening to you, tracking you, and preparing to take your bank account and put you in a death camp. 0.92

00:34:58.000 We'll be right back.

00:34:59.000 So in the year 2022, it is out in the open that a consortium of leftist think tanks that are really CIA, FBI on record, Are directing the banks, the universities, big tech, the military, most of the police departments.

00:35:22.000 Soros has put in thousands of DAs and county attorneys.

00:35:27.000 He's got 22 state attorney generals under his control.

00:35:33.000 We talk about death camps, they're building emergency COVID centers all over the world under UN auspices, all of the same specifications.

00:35:41.000 They already sent tens of thousands of old people in New York alone to their deaths on ventilators under orders to kill them.

00:35:50.000 This is all a test for total power and total control.

00:35:57.000 Leaked documents outline DHS plan to police disinformation with a secret Disinformation Governance Board.

00:36:08.000 And remember, What they just announced two months ago that was already set up, it turned out.

00:36:14.000 A ministry of truth.

00:36:15.000 A ministry of countering disinformation in the federal government.

00:36:23.000 Joe Biden's ministry of truth.

00:36:25.000 There's the Hill's headline.

00:36:28.000 This is it. We're in an authoritarian high-tech dictatorship that's just mopping up what's left of the

00:36:39.000 country.

00:36:39.000 Cutting off the pipeline, shutting down the oil drilling, shutting off the diesel.

00:36:45.000 Shutting us down with the lockdowns to break the economy was just the start.

00:36:48.000 They're at total war with you.

00:36:50.000 And I'm really sad to have to report this to you, my friends,

00:37:01.000 but I have--

00:37:02.000 Personally experienced Democratic Party and think tanks and the intelligence agencies rigging trials against me, finding me guilty with judges, not letting us put on evidence, then announcing trillions in money they want because it's all meant to break our will.

00:37:17.000 It's not going to break our will because we know how bad it's going to get if we don't turn this around and quickly.

00:37:31.000 So here's more of the subsections of the documents that folks are pouring through.

00:37:34.000 Tim Pool's rights, the biggest story of our lives, direct violation of the Constitution, federal law, state law, on a scale designed to subvert our elections and control the population.

00:37:46.000 And that's really, out of all this, the biggest issue.

00:37:50.000 They admit it's to subvert the 2020 election.

00:37:53.000 These are documents, most of these documents are before Biden got in, and then there's more after.

00:38:01.000 Where they were working, the federal government that Trump didn't get control of, because it's their people, they just ignored him.

00:38:09.000 He didn't know how bad it was.

00:38:12.000 And the same ones gave him bad medical advice, did everything else.

00:38:15.000 That's what these people are doing. 0.99

00:38:16.000 They are ruthless criminals. 0.66

00:38:19.000 And they've stolen an election, even if they didn't physically steal it with mail-in ballots, which we know they did. 0.69

00:38:24.000 They stole it by suppressing and censoring the internet.

00:38:27.000 Remember the FBI Zuckerberg said?

00:38:31.000 Called him up and said, don't allow this Hunter Biden story.

00:38:34.000 It's Russian disinfo, even though it wasn't.

00:38:36.000 And he said, oh, they told us all the time what to do. 0.98

00:38:39.000 He was covering his ass because he knows all this is coming out. 0.98

00:38:43.000 The other big question is, where's Senator Paul, Josh Hawley? 0.99

00:38:47.000 I mean, we've seen Ted Cruz that goes along with most of this, but acts like he's against it.

00:38:51.000 He's been out speaking out.

00:38:53.000 This is the number one issue with seven days of the midterms.

00:38:56.000 That's what these people are doing.

00:39:00.000 And here's the document, one of the documents, the CISA Cybersecurity Advisory Committee.

00:39:06.000 Judge Joe Brown's power went out yesterday.

00:39:08.000 That's why he couldn't come on.

00:39:09.000 He is coming on today.

00:39:10.000 We have some other big guests as well, but I'll be asking him about this.

00:39:20.000 FBI agents, it lists their names, for communication directly with Facebook every day, telling them what to take down and what to do and what to suppress.

00:39:28.000 It's the documents where they were giving the orders!

00:39:32.000 But they go on to say, but don't take your order from me, we're gonna have the ADL and other groups send you the order so they don't know it's us.

00:39:40.000 actually says it. The emails, document.

00:39:49.000 Show close collaboration with the DHS and private sector.

00:39:54.000 And the head of Twitter, VaginaGabda, or VagetaGabda, VaginaGaday, met monthly with DHS to discuss censorship plans.

00:40:07.000 Microsoft execs tested DHS platforms have got to get comfortable with the government.

00:40:17.000 And their secret disinfo governance board.

00:40:22.000 But none of it's secret.

00:40:23.000 We see where the rubber meets the road.

00:40:28.000 Pre-discussional, deliberative, unclassified, for official use only.

00:40:33.000 You can read all their plans to shut you down, all their plans to censor you, all their plans to illegally surveil you.

00:40:42.000 Subcommittee members return to the recommendation for the CISA To amplify trusted information and discuss designated a point of contact as clearinghouse for trusted information such as Mr. Hill suggested designating the ISAC as the clearinghouse for information to avoid appearance of government propaganda.

00:41:02.000 They go on to say to then use third party NGOs like the ADL and others.

00:41:11.000 To avoid it being known the government was illegally running it.

00:41:14.000 Representatives from JPMorgan Chase attended virtually all DHS meetings about federal government efforts to censor disinformation on social media.

00:41:23.000 Are they laying the groundwork for debanking to become an even more mainstream strategy?

00:41:29.000 I think so.

00:41:31.000 Just in behind closed doors, U.S.

00:41:33.000 government has reportedly used its power to shape online discourse, DHS to expand censorship on topics like origins of COVID, efficacy of vaccines, racial justice, Afghanistan withdrawal, and more.

00:41:45.000 And it goes on and on and on and on and on.

00:41:55.000 We'll talk to Judge Joe Brown about this coming up.

00:42:01.000 It's just, I mean, Nixon thought about using the FBI against his political enemies, and he was called the greatest criminal ever.

00:42:15.000 But they're actually doing it on a scale never before done.

00:42:17.000 I mean, this is as bad as Communist China, and it's just going on out in the open.

00:42:23.000 They should all go to prison.

00:42:25.000 It's an illegitimate government.

00:42:29.000 They stole the election.

00:42:31.000 They meddled in everything.

00:42:32.000 They suppressed you.

00:42:33.000 I'm going to air a special report in the short next segment, long segment coming in.

00:42:38.000 We've got Judge Joe Brown and then we've got Judge Andrew Napolitano today to respond to this in the third hour.

00:42:44.000 I'm just going to tell you this.

00:42:48.000 We need to stay on air.

00:44:48.000 We'll be right back.

00:45:04.000 I am blessed to know that our information is so hardcore.

00:45:09.000 The enemies of humanity are obsessed with silencing us.

00:45:13.000 They know the truth about their globalist operations is exposed.

00:45:17.000 It's game over.

00:45:18.000 And all over the planet, humanity is awakening and peacefully fighting back.

00:45:24.000 And our main tool is free speech and the truth we promote using free speech.

00:45:28.000 That's why when you share articles and videos from Band.Video or Infowars.com or Newswars.com, it changes the world.

00:45:35.000 And that's why when you go to InfoWarsTore.com and get amazing products that empower you and your body and your immune system and that of your family, you're also empowering the tip of the spear in the fight against the globalists.

00:45:47.000 The fight starts at InfoWars.com and the support of the fight starts at InfoWarsTore.com.

00:45:53.000 God bless and thank you all for your support.

00:46:13.000 [MUSIC PLAYING]

00:46:14.000 And when the Russian president said that the use of nuclear weapons in Ukraine is senseless, The Biden administration reversed the no first use and sole purpose policies regarding nuclear warfare, meaning that the U.S.

00:46:28.000 will now consider first strike nuclear attacks against non nuclear threats.

00:46:36.000 In a surprising break from projection and gaslighting, U.S.

00:46:40.000 Congressman Jamie Raskin recently explained the truth behind the current U.S.

00:46:45.000 policy with Russia.

00:46:47.000 Russia is an Orthodox Christian country with traditional social values.

00:46:51.000 And for that reason, it must be destroyed, no matter what the cost to us.

00:46:57.000 So this is not a conventional war.

00:47:00.000 This is a jihad.

00:47:02.000 Jamie Raskin said that out loud, but many in Washington agree with him.

00:47:06.000 In both parties, they would like to see World War Trans immediately. 0.97

00:47:11.000 On the surface, that's what this is.

00:47:13.000 World War Trans. 0.64

00:47:15.000 That is what the United States has become. 0.92

00:47:18.000 To the rest of the world, America has become the land of abortions, castrations, death, and lies.

00:47:25.000 Meanwhile, our diesel fuel is set to run out before the winter, and our leadership could care less.

00:47:32.000 What are we doing to increase the supply of diesel, given that the Energy Information Administration said as of October 14th, the U.S.

00:47:40.000 only had about a 25-day supply.

00:47:42.000 You have the Northeast and New York already rationing home heating oil.

00:47:47.000 What are we doing to prepare for the winter and to ramp up the supply of diesel?

00:47:52.000 I'll take the question on the diesel, because I just don't have the data on that in front of me.

00:47:55.000 So let me take that and we'll get back to you on that.

00:47:59.000 But writ large, the president has been working very, very hard to make sure that we're, that not only are we ready for fluctuations that could come, and of course the prices are going down, and we think that's important.

00:48:12.000 But that we are also doing what we can to help our European friends and partners who are also going to be facing a long cold winter.

00:48:19.000 We have doubled our commitment.

00:48:21.000 The commitment you made in March for natural gas exports to Europe, we've doubled that commitment.

00:48:26.000 The President has cut off our fuel and given away our emergency reserves.

00:48:32.000 Without diesel fuel, the entire nation comes to a halt.

00:48:36.000 And at this point, nothing is being done to stop it.

00:48:39.000 The problem is, at this point, there may not be an answer.

00:48:42.000 Because there may not be a way to avoid a disaster.

00:48:45.000 Diesel fuel is not just low in this country, it's low in every western nation that has aligned itself with Ukraine. 0.51

00:48:52.000 All these nations preparing for World War Trans are running out of diesel fuel.

00:48:56.000 While millions may be scratching their heads over World War Trans, too afraid to speak against it, Russian President Vladimir Putin recently explained what it's all about, and how Russia has already been there.

00:49:09.000 He said, after the 1917 revolution, the Bolsheviks also said that they would change existing ways and customs, and not just political and economic ones.

00:49:21.000 But the very notion of human morality and the foundations of a healthy society, the destruction of age-old values, religion and relations between people, up to and including the total rejection of family.

00:49:36.000 All this was proclaimed progress, widely supported around the world back then and was quite fashionable, same as today.

00:49:45.000 Parent number one and parent number two, birthing parent instead of mother, I repeat, this is nothing new, and they made such a mess, it still makes one shudder at times. 1.00

00:49:58.000 President Putin says America should do what they want, but leave Russia out of it.

00:50:03.000 They've already been there.

00:50:05.000 And seeing as how Americans have become nothing but submissive spectators, it seems as if the United States will be going there as well, starting this winter.

00:50:15.000 Reporting for InfoWars, this is Greg Reis.

00:50:18.000 [Music]

00:50:33.000 Waging war on corruption.

00:50:36.000 It's Alex Jones coming to you live from the front lines of the InfoWar.

00:50:41.000 We're now in hour number two on this live Tuesday, November 1st, worldwide broadcast, seven days out from the midterms.

00:50:54.000 And we already had Judge Joe Brown set up to talk about the election and the censorship and all the tyranny, but it's a perfect day to have him on.

00:51:02.000 We also have Judge Andrew Napolitano joining us next hour to discuss, look at the headline of our show today, Deep State Coup Alert.

00:51:12.000 A secret disinformation governance board is actively surveilling, censoring Americans in coordination with big tech, banks, and leftist NGOs.

00:51:21.000 And the documents state, and they admit these documents are real, that the NGOs are really secret CIA, FBI cutouts run by Democrats.

00:51:31.000 Surveilling even your private messages, spying on you, and planning to de-platform the average conservative even out of banking.

00:51:38.000 It's a secret disinformation governance board set up under Obama, stayed in effect during Trump.

00:51:45.000 He didn't know about it.

00:51:46.000 That's what worked against him inside the whole government.

00:51:48.000 This is literally a coup.

00:51:51.000 And then they admit that they manipulated the election and suppressed what the American people could see and do for Biden.

00:51:59.000 It's all in the documents.

00:52:02.000 The CISA Cybersecurity Advisory Committee.

00:52:06.000 This is a bureaucratic big tech...

00:52:10.000 Cyber security, homeland security, coup.

00:52:12.000 Just like you see in most third world countries where the military takes over. 0.97

00:52:16.000 Well, this is the bureaucracy taking over.

00:52:19.000 It is unbelievable.

00:52:21.000 I just covered all the documents in the last hour.

00:52:24.000 Judge Joe Brown, I'm sure you've already been seeing this.

00:52:26.000 We've already seen a lot of this before.

00:52:28.000 Now it's out in the open.

00:52:31.000 That we know they use military propaganda in the COVID fear.

00:52:34.000 I've got all those articles.

00:52:36.000 We have where Obama put this into law.

00:52:37.000 The last week he was in office in December of, in early January of 2017, the Countering Foreign Propaganda Disinformation Act.

00:52:47.000 But it's actually pointed at the American people.

00:52:50.000 Judge Joe Brown, with your history as a judge and a journalist and a commentator of the Judge Joe Brown Show dot com, on Twitter at Judge Joe Brown TV.

00:53:01.000 I mean, this makes Nixon look like an angel compared to these people.

00:53:06.000 This is so illegal.

00:53:07.000 It doesn't just violate the First Amendment.

00:53:09.000 You've got government not just coordinating censorship, that came out in the last year, but actually secretly running it and saying in the documents, we can't let the public know we're in charge, so you take orders from the ADL and the Southern Poverty Law Center and Black Lives Matter and actually list more than 100 NGOs that are trained and run by a A coup, a breakaway gang, a cabal, a putsch inside the federal government.

00:53:35.000 I mean, this is just beyond anything America's ever seen.

00:53:39.000 This is beyond 1984.

00:53:40.000 Your views on this, sir?

00:53:44.000 Well, I experienced this back in the 60s.

00:53:48.000 Let's just say I was an activist back then when I was in college.

00:53:54.000 But the technology has gotten so profoundly different since then that it's frightening what they can do now.

00:54:02.000 Back then, you didn't go along with the approved methods or the approved party line.

00:54:13.000 Well, they invaded your mail.

00:54:16.000 They tapped your phones.

00:54:17.000 They followed you.

00:54:18.000 They had people taking shorthand notes then so they could find out what you were saying.

00:54:26.000 Now, they don't even have to have anybody nearby.

00:54:29.000 And I've been looking at it up close and personal for the last week because I announced that I was running for mayor of Memphis, Tennessee in 2023.

00:54:37.000 That's October.

00:54:40.000 And we still have an election coming up in a little while, this midterm, and they're focusing on that.

00:54:46.000 So they were, the media around here, trying to pick two free nobodies and avoid me.

00:54:56.000 So the last several days I've had what looked to be government vehicles parked out in front of my house while Binoculars are being used to see what I'm up to inside.

00:55:13.000 And that's all because I said we have to bring this country back to the people.

00:55:19.000 We have to bring the city back.

00:55:21.000 We have to have manhood in the hood and in the hallways so that we get what we need.

00:55:28.000 And let's be clear.

00:55:29.000 You know this.

00:55:30.000 They're there to let you know they're watching you.

00:55:32.000 They're trying to intimidate you.

00:55:34.000 Yes, but it doesn't work with me.

00:55:37.000 So This thing is going on and I find it interesting in that 14 years ago, the Department of Justice under the Obama administration put up the money to replace every single voting machine that we have in this county because it was their finding that the things are hacked and the elections are controlled.

00:56:01.000 So we have selection, not election.

00:56:04.000 And for 14 years that money has not been used to replace those machines until right now for the first time in 14 years after multiple elections.

00:56:17.000 It's claimed that these machines will be used for the early voting and the voting on the day of the election for the first time.

00:56:27.000 And I'm glad you raised that.

00:56:29.000 The main push in this is election meddling.

00:56:32.000 They admit that the government, still under the control of the Democrat Party, under the The presidency of Trump was not just trying to impeach him, not just saying he worked for the Russians, but literally manipulating the elections like they do foreign elections illegally, like they just did in Brazil.

00:56:48.000 This is outrageous.

00:56:50.000 What can we do about this?

00:56:52.000 We can make it very difficult for those people that we supposedly elect to represent us to allow this to happen.

00:57:04.000 We need representation in Washington.

00:57:07.000 We need representation in the state capitals and in the city halls.

00:57:13.000 And we don't need someone in there who is a surrogate for somebody else.

00:57:17.000 We need somebody in there who is a representative of the people, who has the people's interest at heart, who can do something about it.

00:57:25.000 Exactly.

00:57:26.000 So how do we stop the WEF from getting state and federal level control, and then these FBI, CIA groups getting local control?

00:57:34.000 You just said it.

00:57:34.000 They're putting their surrogates in everywhere.

00:57:37.000 That's right.

00:57:38.000 It's like, in fact, the latest little fear that came up is because I was asked at a young Democrat function that I crash just to be heard.

00:57:49.000 And they wanted to know, since there was a black woman that might be running, why wouldn't I withdraw in her favor? 0.99

00:57:57.000 And I don't even know who that person is.

00:57:59.000 So what are you supposed to be?

00:58:02.000 That's misogynistic. 0.96

00:58:03.000 The only thing that's posing in their fake lexicon is, "Oh, got to do what the black 1.00

00:58:06.000 people do," but really it's the liberals controlling and claiming they own blacks. 0.96

00:58:09.000 Like Biden said, "If you're not, vote for me, you're not black." 0.98

00:58:12.000 So now they trump you with a black woman. 0.99

00:58:14.000 You can't run because maybe a black woman's going to run. 1.00

00:58:17.000 Think about the sickness of that. 0.99

00:58:18.000 Yeah, it's misogynistic. 0.95

00:58:21.000 Misogynist, it's racist, and it's sexist.

00:58:25.000 Like a woman can't run in a straight-up election where the voters get to decide you're supposed to stack the deck by withdrawing so she can get in. 1.00

00:58:35.000 And I also have been talking about the next mayor of Memphis needs to be someone who can be Hands-on, face-to-face, up close and personal with the problem and not just throw money at some kind of program sitting at a desk.

00:58:53.000 So I did that when I was a judge.

00:58:55.000 I got down in the hood to deal with violence that was going on and has resurfaced again.

00:59:04.000 We had 15 shootings, 6 murders and A lot of nasty assaults that went on just over two days in this last past weekend here and somebody needs to be able to go down and talk to all of the people that he's supposed to represent.

00:59:21.000 So I suggested with an answer that a 19 year old young lady had given me and some of them seem to have been very offended by pointing out that there are men who don't mind protecting women And trying to make it safe in this world and in this city and in this country.

00:59:44.000 Well you just said it, they don't want classic warriors, no matter what color they are, men, standing up and creating civilization.

00:59:51.000 And one of them, who was the chairwoman for the Young Democrats, actually said, we don't need protection.

00:59:59.000 How dare him say he would protect us.

01:00:04.000 That kind of thing.

01:00:05.000 Well, that's what got him in trouble down there where they're trying to... Well, we gotta get you in there and it's a perfect microcosm.

01:00:11.000 Sir, let's come back and talk about all this and more with the one and only Judge Joe Brown.

01:00:15.000 Wow, stay with us.

01:00:18.000 Speaking of shamelessness, Kathy Hochul just went on Al Sharpton's show to claim that the crime wave, the one that you're watching, the one that may have hurt you or killed one of your neighbors, it's all fake.

01:00:29.000 In a statement that is crazier than anything Alex Jones has ever thought...

01:00:34.000 ...going all across America to try and convince people that in democratic states they're not as safe.

01:00:39.000 Well, guess what?

01:00:40.000 They're also not only election deniers, they're data deniers.

01:00:44.000 The data shows that shootings and murders are down in our state by 15%, even in New York City, down 20% on Long Island, where Lee Zeldin comes from.

01:00:56.000 That's just a lie, actually.

01:00:58.000 New York is so dangerous that people are leaving.

01:01:01.000 Rents haven't gone down because foreign investors are buying up a lot of the buildings, but people are leaving New York in droves, of course.

01:01:09.000 But according to Kathy Hochul, in a claim that is truly crazier than anything Alex Jones has ever even thought, in the shower to himself, Kathy Hochul is telling you that the data are fake.

01:01:20.000 So here you have a city in which, New York City, subway ridership has dropped by 40% over the last two years.

01:01:28.000 Now according to Kathy Hochul it's not because subway riders are being pushed in front of trains, people are being attacked by mentally ill homeless, no.

01:01:35.000 It's because apparently millions of New Yorkers are watching Fox News and they've been fooled by right-wing propaganda into thinking the subway is dangerous.

01:01:43.000 That's what she's suggesting. 1.00

01:01:45.000 This is too stupid. 1.00

01:01:46.000 This is a lie. 1.00

01:01:48.000 Voters know it's a lie.

01:01:50.000 And when Democrats get crushed in next week's midterms, it'll be in part because people who live in cities and states run by liberals understand that what happened to Paul Pelosi could very well happen to them.

01:02:03.000 And no one would care.

01:02:05.000 Morning Joe would pretend it never happened.

01:02:08.000 And of course, Hogel's telling the truth based on a lie.

01:02:11.000 Last week, the FBI put out crime statistics for last year.

01:02:14.000 They're always a year behind.

01:02:16.000 And they didn't count America's 100-plus biggest cities that have had the crime explosion.

01:02:21.000 So then they said crime went down. 1.00

01:02:23.000 That is idiotic. 1.00

01:02:25.000 Everybody I know has been robbed, their car broke into, muggings. 1.00

01:02:29.000 I mean, it's exploding off the charts as bad as it was in the 1980s.

01:02:32.000 Judge Joe Brown, what's really going on here?

01:02:34.000 Why did the left think defunding the police and setting criminals loose would be a good idea?

01:02:40.000 What's their problem?

01:02:42.000 Well, they want to deny the truth, because if the truth is out, it's a condemnation of their failed policies and what they have set in place in the major cities of this country over the last half century.

01:02:56.000 We've taken manhood out of the equation.

01:02:58.000 Womanhood has been attacked.

01:03:00.000 Childhood is being trying to convert.

01:03:03.000 They're trying to convert that into a recruitment ground.

01:03:07.000 The schools don't teach character.

01:03:09.000 You can't put God in the schools, but you can put something else in there where people just become indecent.

01:03:16.000 We have to return back to the ways of strong people and What we're seeing right now is bad.

01:03:25.000 Right here, Memphis, we're becoming the murder capital of the United States, and one candidate in here is talking about the most important thing is to improve the downtown skyline, and another wants to sink three quarters of a billion dollars into changing a football arena into a soccer arena.

01:03:49.000 And brags about he took Nathan Bedford Forrest's statue out and got rid of it and Jeff Davis's statue out and meanwhile crime soars and everybody I know including self has been victimized this year.

01:04:04.000 Hell, I had one window in my car broken out and glove compartment jimmied because of this thing they have with put your pistol Somewhere else other than taking it in with you to a restaurant.

01:04:17.000 So they just go around, jump out, and the chief of police even got a gun stolen from her, which is just absolutely ridiculous.

01:04:27.000 But, you know, mine wasn't in the glove compartment.

01:04:31.000 We've got a constitutional carry state, and this bunch doesn't like it.

01:04:36.000 They want to defund the police, get rid of reasonable bonds, and... What are you predicting for the midterms?

01:04:45.000 I think it's going to be a bloodletting.

01:04:48.000 I'm seeing some really bad things.

01:04:50.000 I note that even CBS did a poll, and it's showing that 84%, well, 64% of the independents are now going to vote Republican.

01:05:02.000 It's got an astonishingly high proportion of people.

01:05:08.000 Well, 8 out of every 10 Americans are saying that the country is going way wrong right now.

01:05:15.000 So, that is just- Well, that's right.

01:05:18.000 8% said the country's out of control, and almost 70% blame the Democrats.

01:05:22.000 Yeah, and that's a bad report card.

01:05:25.000 Let's face it.

01:05:26.000 This administration had its chance, and all they've done is fail. 0.70

01:05:31.000 Again and again and again, and they have this clown show up in D.C., the January 6th thing, which is just a showpiece trial.

01:05:41.000 And you look at it and you say, OK, what are they talking about?

01:05:46.000 How did this thing get out where it is?

01:05:49.000 And see, I was the judge on a mock trial that Fox put on, and it's streaming now, went on for a week, and we were looking into Hunter Biden's laptop.

01:06:00.000 We had the individual that he left three of them with, not one, but three, and The question was, is there probable cause to believe that this should be investigated for a FARA violation?

01:06:17.000 F-A-R-A, Foreign Agents Registration Act.

01:06:22.000 And the jury, which was selected randomly, we had four women, two of them were black, two of them were white, two men, black, and their Decision was, there's probable cause.

01:06:38.000 Somebody should look into this.

01:06:40.000 And it does indeed reveal a lot of criminality that the American public would be astonished by.

01:06:48.000 But typically, when somebody's trying to run a game on you, you can find a lot of hypocrisy.

01:06:53.000 In other words, what I do and say is okay, but what you do and say we have to suppress.

01:06:59.000 And the most important thing as a people that we have Is free speech.

01:07:08.000 And when you try to clamp down on free speech, you are going toward the National Socialist Workers Party angle.

01:07:17.000 And the acronym for that was Nazi.

01:07:20.000 That's fascist.

01:07:22.000 That's un-American and it's unacceptable. 0.96

01:07:25.000 And in my lifetime, I've never seen anything like this, even back in the 60s.

01:07:30.000 When there was this great uproar over the Vietnam War.

01:07:34.000 But right now, your freedom and liberty are in high jeopardy because there are some people who want to put you behind the eight ball so you go along like sheep.

01:07:47.000 It's... How would you describe it, Judge?

01:07:49.000 We're a little minute to break.

01:07:50.000 I mean, this is a classical authoritarian takeover with a high-tech overlay.

01:07:55.000 Yeah, it's Orwell's Animal Farm.

01:07:58.000 All animals are equal, but the pigs are more equal than others.

01:08:02.000 And if you categorize yourself in that category of pigs, then you're supposed to be more equal. 0.74

01:08:09.000 So if you are on that far left, we'll save you from yourself by keeping you in a crib all your life instead of letting you grow up. 0.98

01:08:18.000 Then, while we whoopee, we have the solution for you.

01:08:24.000 Wow, Judge Joe Brown's our guest.

01:08:26.000 I've got so many questions, but what do you want to hit when we come back?

01:08:31.000 Anything you want, sir.

01:08:33.000 Well, I want to talk about the war on our children.

01:08:35.000 I want to talk about the war in Ukraine.

01:08:37.000 I want to talk about just what's going to happen with Biden and just everything else.

01:08:42.000 I've got so many comments.

01:08:43.000 And then I just can't get over the admission, these documents.

01:08:46.000 Yeah, the federal government's illegally working with think tanks and private groups to spy and surveil and debank people.

01:08:52.000 I mean, they're a gang of criminals.

01:08:55.000 Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen. 0.95

01:08:57.000 Judge Joe Brown's our guest.

01:09:00.000 So, Judge Joe Brown said he'll go wherever I want, but let me bring this up then.

01:09:04.000 We'll show you the background of this.

01:09:06.000 Countering Foreign Propaganda Disinformation Act, Obama signed into law right before he left office six years ago.

01:09:14.000 And then here's examples of it, not just here, but around the world.

01:09:16.000 Canadian military saw COVID pandemic as a unique opportunity to deploy propaganda on their own population.

01:09:22.000 Then it shows the U.S. 0.80

01:09:23.000 doing it, Germany doing it, France doing it.

01:09:27.000 The biggest psychological experiment in history is running now.

01:09:31.000 They admit they did it, that they worked with military psyops.

01:09:36.000 Well, now they come out with documents.

01:09:39.000 And they say, well, Homeland Security, even when Trump was in office, was working against him.

01:09:45.000 With censorship.

01:09:46.000 And then even worse, since he got removed from office.

01:09:49.000 And it's just such a big deal that they list, don't question the Afghanistan withdrawal.

01:09:56.000 Federal government involves suppressing Americans and censoring them without them knowing illegally.

01:10:00.000 Or don't question these shots, or lockdowns, or crime, or open borders.

01:10:03.000 They list it all right here, and then Democrat Party connected and funded think tanks Are given surveillance power over people.

01:10:10.000 This is so criminal in my view.

01:10:14.000 They can claim big tech has a right to censor their own platform but violate section 230.

01:10:19.000 But what is it judge when you've got...

01:10:22.000 That's exactly what happened.

01:10:24.000 secretly working with think tanks and NGOs and corporations and banks and others to surveil

01:10:31.000 and censor and bully the American people and even take their bank accounts away.

01:10:35.000 I mean, that sounds like what Hitler did pre-death camp to the Jews.

01:10:40.000 That's exactly what happened.

01:10:43.000 We have, you know, my comparison of this January 6th committee is what happened after the Reichstag

01:10:50.000 got burnt down in 1932 in Germany.

01:10:57.000 And it became an excuse to put in draconian restrictions on the German people, which allowed 1.00

01:11:04.000 the takeover to occur.

01:11:05.000 And it backfired on everybody.

01:11:08.000 We have to be vigilant against that.

01:11:11.000 I may not agree with what you say, what you want to say, but I will defend to the end your right to say it, because your right to say it is also my right to say something the contrary.

01:11:25.000 And when you put opposing ideas against each other and you get into them deeply, the better ideas will prevail in the end.

01:11:39.000 We call it also, by the way, consensus.

01:11:41.000 But right now, we have people with an agenda who want it imposed at all costs.

01:11:48.000 And they should be very careful with what they do because when you do that, it's a two-edged sword.

01:11:55.000 It swings both ways.

01:11:57.000 One of the things I'm just absolutely tickled about is seeing what's going to happen after this election And the midterms revealed the bloodletting that's going to get a reversal.

01:12:11.000 So we will get red rather than blue in charge.

01:12:15.000 And they set the precedent by going after President Trump the second time with impeachment proceedings after he was no longer in office.

01:12:24.000 Well, from what I saw on that laptop, laptops, those laptops, there would be ample precedent Well, not ample, it's already there, but it's going to be a disaster if they decide to go after Biden for what he was up to when he was vice president.

01:12:47.000 So the three grounds for impeachment and conviction are bribery, treason, and crimes in office.

01:12:59.000 Treason is the only crime defined in the Constitution.

01:13:03.000 It's very strict.

01:13:04.000 It dictates how many witnesses, what they have to speak to, and what the evidence has to be.

01:13:10.000 But bribery?

01:13:12.000 That's in those laptops.

01:13:15.000 Other crimes?

01:13:17.000 Certainly.

01:13:18.000 And what's crazy about the laptops, and I know you professionally reviewed them for

01:13:22.000 Fox News and it's a big important part of why you should see, they're in Fox Nation

01:13:26.000 and other places, I've seen it, but I mean he's in there saying, "I take money, I give

01:13:31.000 this percent to my dad, and then we do this for the, and then I'm under the control of

01:13:35.000 the Chinese head of intelligence." 0.95

01:13:36.000 I mean it's ridiculous that he was so arrogant he didn't even hide any of it. 0.95

01:13:41.000 Well see there's another thing too. 0.80

01:13:43.000 Fox was responsible enough, we were responsible enough not to even get into certain things that compromises the security, that compromise the security of the United States of America.

01:13:56.000 Some of that, I'm not talking about Hunter Biden's porn activities that are all through there, but I'm talking about the emails and exchanges and there are even some White House tapes and how a crackhead gets his hands on White House tapes.

01:14:12.000 I don't know, but there are some really frightful things in there.

01:14:19.000 Listen, I started looking at it back during the election six years ago.

01:14:23.000 I guess it came out a few years before 2020.

01:14:27.000 And I couldn't look at it.

01:14:28.000 I told my crew, we shouldn't even look at this because it's so criminal.

01:14:31.000 I felt dirty even looking at it.

01:14:34.000 Well, it's bad.

01:14:37.000 And it's very bad.

01:14:40.000 So it can come back to bite them.

01:14:43.000 How much of it did you look at?

01:14:44.000 Because there's so much.

01:14:46.000 There's a lot, but We didn't cover a lot because we just focused on Foreign Agents Registration Act and whether there was any likely violation of that but some of the other stuff came up so we looked into it but I don't even want to go there because it's just not proper.

01:15:10.000 I was about to say I mean I mean it's just unbelievable.

01:15:15.000 Yeah some drug druggy doesn't need to even if he messed up we don't need to take the opportunity to mess ourselves up any further by getting into some of what's in there that's just somebody needs to look at that and I think it's absolutely criminal that no one has there should be a special prosecutor appointed on behalf of the United States Outside of the Justice Department who gets into that seriously and does something to protect the interest of this country.

01:15:50.000 We are not being protected now.

01:15:53.000 We were being and are being fed forcefully a 1984 type thing that is very, very bad for the country.

01:16:04.000 We are conditioning a generation of Americans to think it's all right to oppress free speech.

01:16:12.000 We are raising a generation of Americans to think it's all right to suppress the free exchange of ideas because somebody's feelings are hurt.

01:16:23.000 We are raising a generation that is being taught That shame is bad and guilt is bad.

01:16:31.000 Shame and guilt control inappropriate human behavior and they are good things.

01:16:38.000 We don't want them overloaded, but we don't want them wiped out.

01:16:41.000 We don't want someone being able to use this kind of censorship and oppression to stack the deck.

01:16:49.000 And that's what people are doing, Hank.

01:16:52.000 They're doing it down here in Memphis right now.

01:16:55.000 This is like I've never seen it all the 50 years I've been in Memphis.

01:16:59.000 You're talking about the mayor's election, which is more than a year away, and you still have an election that isn't over with right now?

01:17:10.000 Give me a break! 1.00

01:17:11.000 Well, they're scared of you!

01:17:12.000 I mean, you'd make a great, not just a great mayor, you'd make a great governor or president.

01:17:18.000 All right, thank you for that.

01:17:20.000 I'm getting a little old for it, but you know, I've got to go out with a little bit of hint of trying to be righteous.

01:17:29.000 In fact, one of our senior officials, who was a woman who's always been about decency, was in her 90s and still holding office and dealing with what she had to do for the interest of the people.

01:17:43.000 She recruited me and set up An exploratory committee and was on my campaign committee until things happened to her a couple of months ago and she passed a couple of weeks. 0.97

01:17:55.000 That's Mrs. Barbara Cooper. 1.00

01:17:59.000 Who has always been a strong woman, who has been about advancing the interest of the people.

01:18:08.000 That's what worries me.

01:18:08.000 We're going to break here, final segment, but I don't want to always just say older generations are better, but they were compared to us.

01:18:14.000 So many iconic people quietly have held society together and they're dying.

01:18:17.000 And that's a big problem because I'm really worried about the young people, including myself, compared to a lot of my ancestors that were so good.

01:18:25.000 We'll be right back with Judge Joe Brown.

01:18:26.000 Stay with us.

01:18:27.000 There's a takeover happening of America by multinational ruthless corporations, but if we're aware of their operations and their surrogate operatives at every level, not just the WEF but the stay-behind networks that the globalists set up, we can beat them.

01:18:40.000 They've got to have the public on board or they'll fail.

01:18:43.000 That's what they're trying to censor us so hard.

01:18:46.000 That's why when you go to infowarestore.com and buy books and films and high quality supplements, you're keeping us on air.

01:18:52.000 We will stay on air.

01:18:53.000 They put out these giant billion dollar and 2.57 trillion dollar requests to try to make you think we're done, we're shut down. 0.98

01:19:01.000 Folks, that's all just made up garbage.

01:19:03.000 We're going to appeal for years, but we've got to have money to stay on air. 0.95

01:19:06.000 Fund the crew.

01:19:08.000 And pay for the appeals.

01:19:10.000 So please go to infowarestore.com right now.

01:19:12.000 Today is the last day to get 60% off the promo code 1776 on DNA Force Plus, Vitamin Refusion, X3, all of it.

01:19:28.000 The sale has to end today, last day of the big 1776 Infowars Super Sale at InfowarsShore.com.

01:19:36.000 Judge Joe Brown, bringing myself now into the discussion, because I wanted to get you

01:19:40.000 on a few weeks ago about this, your take.

01:19:43.000 Now you're here, but there's obviously bigger issues than me, except this is their beta

01:19:47.000 test.

01:19:48.000 You've now seen the Texas trial.

01:19:50.000 You are a big...

01:19:52.000 Let me tell you what just happened to you.

01:19:57.000 Apparently the largest judgment ever taken in American legal history was against Exxon

01:20:05.000 That's that oil tanker up in Alaska.

01:20:07.000 That got set aside because of some technical matters, so that didn't stand.

01:20:13.000 The next biggest one, which until your situation, was the largest judgment taken in American history, was obtained by A friend of mine, Willie Gary, down in Boca Raton, Florida, and that was affirmed on appeal in 1984.

01:20:36.000 Wow, interesting year, but yours is now the biggest judgment taken against anyone in the history of the United States, and the basis for that is you hurt someone's feelings.

01:20:56.000 And that sounds extraordinary in terms of all of the actual wrong that has been done over the years.

01:21:05.000 Physical harm, death, endangerment of the public, and ideas now become The most damaging thing?

01:21:17.000 Well, Oxycontin killed hundreds of thousands.

01:21:20.000 They paid $6 billion and change.

01:21:23.000 And now the plaintiff's lawyers are asking in this unfair trade practices deal for $2.75 trillion.

01:21:27.000 $2,750 billion.

01:21:28.000 Judge, I don't have $2 billion.

01:21:29.000 $2,750,000,000.00. Judge, I don't have $2,000,000,000.00.

01:21:33.000 Oh, I understand. It's, you see, there's frustration involved here and they want to punish someone.

01:21:41.000 This administration and its preceding cousins in power have turned this country into an unsafe place.

01:21:54.000 And I'm not talking about guns out on the street, it's character.

01:21:58.000 I mean, myself and some other individuals I know who've been taking martial arts for a half century, we can kill most people with our bare hands without a weapon.

01:22:07.000 So what do you do?

01:22:09.000 Gonna register us?

01:22:10.000 No such thing.

01:22:11.000 So why do you think they did this?

01:22:13.000 Because they defaulted me lying.

01:22:15.000 I gave them all the discovery.

01:22:17.000 They showed all the discovery, twisted it.

01:22:19.000 We couldn't put on a defense.

01:22:20.000 The judge said yes, no, or I don't know answers.

01:22:22.000 They had a five-week memorial service for the children and told the jury I was guilty.

01:22:26.000 I mean, this is a lot bigger than me, obviously.

01:22:30.000 Now the Democrats say they're going to do default judgments everywhere and shut everybody down.

01:22:34.000 They admit this is now their authoritarian, totalitarian plan.

01:22:38.000 Well, yes, it is.

01:22:39.000 It's the same thing they did to Dr. Bill Cosby.

01:22:41.000 I said, in fact, I told you way back when, I said, this isn't going to stand on appeal.

01:22:47.000 Somebody just trounced all over the Constitution.

01:22:50.000 You did say that.

01:22:51.000 You did say it.

01:22:52.000 And folks, it was a fraud.

01:22:54.000 The media lied.

01:22:55.000 The whole thing was a fraud.

01:22:56.000 Yeah, well, I think Personally, I think you're going to have a pretty good chance on appeal if they apply the law.

01:23:07.000 And one of the things is that somebody on some of these appellate benches gets the idea that there is a bigger picture, which is the interest of all of us when it comes down to being able to avail ourselves of free speech so this country can keep on its journey.

01:23:31.000 of something else to a beacon of democracy.

01:23:36.000 Well, Judge, just like you said, surrogates, just like DHS is running,

01:23:43.000 the big tech, the media, they are.

01:23:46.000 now I know what Soros involved with these judges and involved with the exact

01:23:50.000 same program. This is weaponization of the judiciary. How could they get judges

01:23:55.000 to default me when I gave them all the evidence? There was no evidence and then

01:23:59.000 let them put the evidence on, twist it, but not let me put on a defense. They

01:24:02.000 admit that. Well that's why we have appellate court.

01:24:07.000 Somebody's looking over somebody's show. One of the things that I do not like today

01:24:15.000 is this thing of son let's say you're in the ninth grade

01:24:19.000 Yes, I want to be a judge just like you.

01:24:21.000 Well, do you know what that means?

01:24:23.000 What do you know about life?

01:24:25.000 What do you know about the law?

01:24:27.000 Are you good at it?

01:24:28.000 Are you wise and experienced in the ways of the law and learned and wise and what's going on with people?

01:24:37.000 Do you know anything about that?

01:24:38.000 They don't know, don't care, and We select people for particularly some of these new openings on appellate benches who have never dealt with people law.

01:24:49.000 They haven't had a client on the other side of their desk that's a real life person and not representing a mega corporation or they have been confined throughout their careers to academia where they don't deal with reality and they don't get it.

01:25:07.000 But there are still a few remaining And I'll say this, during the last administration, fortunately, some judges got appointed who understand the Bill of Rights.

01:25:22.000 You see, the Bill of Rights is what got this leftist bunch in a position to be able to speak out and be heard.

01:25:31.000 And now that they have been able to take advantage of that situation, they want to Shut it down.

01:25:39.000 They're pulling the ladder up.

01:25:41.000 Yeah, it don't go the other way.

01:25:44.000 But that is a dangerous type of thing because that leads other places.

01:25:49.000 Now, I had a professor back in the 60s.

01:25:53.000 I was a teaching assistant for the lady.

01:25:56.000 And she said America is in grave danger of becoming a fascist country. 0.87

01:26:02.000 Not for many jackboot-wearing, goose-stepping, uniform fascists.

01:26:08.000 Political thugs, but as she put it, from some pink panty-wearing, long-haired beatniks who will impose the methods of fascism on the country with clean hearts because they think they will be protecting the country from itself. 0.94

01:26:29.000 That's kind of what we've got here.

01:26:31.000 It's not good.

01:26:32.000 We are adults.

01:26:34.000 We need to be raised to become effective adults, not pampered and protected so we never grow up and remain children the rest of our lives with somebody, big brother somewhere, playing the parent role.

01:26:51.000 Frankly, I think parenting stinks anyway, so.

01:26:55.000 Judge Joe Brown, thank you so much for the time.

01:26:58.000 I want to invite you back anytime you want to come on, sir.

01:27:01.000 We love you.

01:27:02.000 Judge Joe Brown TV on Twitter, JudgeJoeBrownShow.com.

01:27:05.000 Check out his amazing hot sauce.

01:27:06.000 I've already had about 10 bottles of it since it came out.

01:27:09.000 Find that at JudgeJoeBrownShow.com.

01:27:12.000 Judge, thank you so much for the time, sir.

01:27:14.000 Yes sir, good luck on that case.

01:27:16.000 Yeah, well it's kind of a joke.

01:27:19.000 I mean anything above like a couple million, like I have a couple gallons of blood in me.

01:27:23.000 So they say we want a trillion gallons or a billion gallons, it's just kind of a joke.

01:27:26.000 I mean it actually turned them, when they requested though 2.75 trillion,

01:27:31.000 almost everybody I know turned against them at that point.

01:27:34.000 I mean, they actually requested that.

01:27:36.000 The plaintiff's lawyers now want that.

01:27:42.000 You're not the United States government.

01:27:45.000 The United States government would be a little hard-pressed to pay that for any one thing.

01:27:54.000 So, you know, I'm really sorry for what happened to their families.

01:28:00.000 But There are bigger issues.

01:28:04.000 A lot of us have parents.

01:28:05.000 A lot of us put ourselves in, or our parents, our relatives, or our ancestors, or the people of this country put themselves in peril of death, mutilation, and worse, to get the right to have free speech, or maintain it, or advance it.

01:28:29.000 And some happily Say okay.

01:28:34.000 Let's throw it away because our feelings are hurt.

01:28:38.000 Absolutely, and they misrepresent what I said.

01:28:40.000 Judge Joe Brown, thank you so much.

01:28:41.000 Have a great week.

01:28:41.000 We'll be right back.

01:28:42.000 Stay with us.

01:28:42.000 with us now at number three.

01:28:43.000 [dramatic music]

01:28:46.000 [dramatic music]

01:28:50.000 Once a tragedy reaches a level of national significance, American citizens should be allowed

01:28:57.000 to basically question that event in any way that they deem fit.

01:29:01.000 The First Amendment is unique in the world.

01:29:03.000 That's what they want to take away.

01:29:05.000 Your ability to speak freely.

01:29:06.000 So they're going to go for Mike Lindell next?

01:29:08.000 Or are they going to go for Steve Bannon?

01:29:09.000 Or are they going to go for Tucker Carlson?

01:29:11.000 I studied the globalists 30 years ago, but on air 28 years, and I knew they were planning all of this.

01:29:16.000 And I warned the public, as a modern Paul Revere.

01:30:40.000 Resistance to tyrants is obedience to God. It's Alex Jones.

01:30:47.000 This is an emergency transmission from deep in the heart of Texas.

01:30:53.000 The U.S.

01:30:54.000 resistance against a global corporate combine, empowered and funded by Communist China, allied with the big megabanks that set up Communist China in 1949.

01:31:11.000 This is all confirmed.

01:31:12.000 This is not a drill.

01:31:13.000 Big Tech in Silicon Valley is almost completely run by the Communist Chinese government.

01:31:18.000 They've officially become state-run.

01:31:19.000 Apple 100%.

01:31:20.000 Google is now making the transition and announcing a merger and total worldwide censorship.

01:31:26.000 They are now beta testing using me as the straw man, a demonized version of Alex Jones, to do that.

01:31:31.000 This is happening.

01:31:32.000 This is not like the other probes before that were meant to get you used to probes and censorship, thinking you would adapt to censorship by just putting up with it.

01:31:40.000 Now, this attack is thousands and thousands and thousands of times the magnitude of all previous attacks.

01:31:46.000 This is a titrated dose, reverse psychological warfare operation using adapt and overcome, subversion, paradigm manipulation.

01:31:55.000 In layman's terms, they are manipulating the fact that we adapt to being oppressed.

01:31:59.000 We adapt to being pressed with the low dosages of oppression.

01:32:02.000 Now when the megaton hits us of the total takeover, we try to adapt to the poison infusion instead of not knowing.

01:32:10.000 It's a lethal dose if we accept the dose.

01:32:34.000 combine emergency situation. I am I have been chosen for destruction because I brought you this information and have been battering, ramming it out as much as I can.

01:32:40.000 They want to double use me as they always do in any complex system of mathematical deception, where every angle of my good is turned against us.

01:32:49.000 So they take what I've said, being sincere, build me into an insincere person in the straw man.

01:32:54.000 I'm a person that cares about life and children, and is against these wars, and so they make me a murderer of children.

01:33:00.000 And then they built me into this lie to then set the distraction while they're actually censoring all of you to make a debate about Alex Jones.

01:33:07.000 So even if I didn't sell out to them, they've now used me as an archetype to serve them by being the main distraction.

01:33:15.000 I have now been captured by the enemy in the information warfare fulcrum and is being used against you.

01:33:21.000 Only your full understanding of this key will break you free from this paradigm.

01:33:25.000 I have given you the transmission!

01:34:01.000 In a freak mishap, InfoWars.com and Alex Jones are blown out of their trajectory into an orbit which freezes his life support systems.

01:34:11.000 ...and returns Alex Jones to Earth 25 years later.

01:34:16.000 Transdimensionally, over the space-time continuum through full space.

01:34:20.000 Where people are extremely lazy, the social engineers are there laughing.

01:34:24.000 What we envisioned 100 years ago, 20 years ago, is now reality.

01:34:29.000 While the society unravels, men run around totally frantic, not knowing how to be men, and women run around frantic, not knowing how to be women, and they don't understand that it's an animating contest of life, and that it's fulfilling to be informed, it's fulfilling to be involved, it's fulfilling!

01:34:45.000 InfoWars, tomorrow's news, today.

01:34:49.000 Well, I've been wanting to get Judge Andrew Napolitano on in the last week, and I'm glad that today's the day he can come on, because it broke yesterday.

01:34:58.000 And so much of this has already come out, but now we've got not just the skeleton, but the full body and the full blueprint of this.

01:35:06.000 Going back under George W. Bush, they set up Homeland Security and InfraGard and infrastructure protection, putting spies in all the industry to look for radical Muslims under the Patriot Act.

01:35:15.000 And we always said, and Judge Andrew Napolitano at the time on Fox News 22 years ago said, mark my words, I know I put him in my documentaries, he said this will be used against the American people.

01:35:27.000 Well, yesterday, The Intercept released all these documents that are confirmed to be real, where during Trump's administration, there were stay-behind groups set up by Obama, which we have articles from six years ago where he set them up, but now we know the details, coordinating to undermine Trump and remove him from office, and then they manipulated the 2020 election to not criticize anything that was going on.

01:35:51.000 Not just calling up Facebook and saying, don't have the Hunter Biden laptop, As on Joe Rogan's show over a month ago, Mark Zuckerberg admitted, but controlling, questioning lockdowns, open borders, election fraud, all of it.

01:36:06.000 So this isn't just big tech censoring, this is Homeland Security doing it.

01:36:08.000 And Homeland Security, I'll show you the documents of Judge Napolitano in a moment.

01:36:13.000 They say...

01:36:14.000 Because the government isn't supposed to be involved in censorship and propaganda, we're going to use trusted leftist NGOs, ADL, Southern Poverty Law Center, that we'll give orders to that are our agents.

01:36:27.000 This is an intelligence operation to then go in with big tech and interface and also dinosaur media.

01:36:34.000 They say respected, trusted media, New York Times, Washington Post.

01:36:37.000 So they're not just censoring you and ordering who's censored.

01:36:40.000 They're spying on you, including your private messages.

01:36:44.000 It's the CISA Cybersecurity Advisory Committee.

01:36:49.000 It's all over the news today.

01:36:51.000 They're trying to desperately spin it.

01:36:53.000 And here they are in the documents talking about we have to have a clearinghouse that's a fence so there's no appearance of government involvement or propaganda.

01:37:02.000 This is the Rosetta Stone of what they've done.

01:37:05.000 Tim Pool says this may be the biggest story of our lives.

01:37:08.000 Oh, this makes Richard Nixon thinking about spying look like an angel.

01:37:12.000 They've got battle points, everything.

01:37:15.000 This is unbelievable.

01:37:16.000 It's a secret.

01:37:18.000 Agency Disinformation Governance Board with billions of dollars put in place by Obama before he left office.

01:37:27.000 This is incredible.

01:37:29.000 I'm not a lawyer.

01:37:30.000 I'm not a famous judge.

01:37:32.000 I just study these things and this looks completely like the Godzilla of tyranny and totally illegal.

01:37:39.000 Judge Andrew Napolitano, what in the world?

01:37:42.000 I mean, we're learning more and more every day.

01:37:44.000 This is insane.

01:37:48.000 Alex, it's a pleasure to be with you.

01:37:51.000 You've been on my mind with all you've been going through in the past couple of weeks.

01:37:56.000 I have talked about you on my podcast.

01:37:59.000 I wrote a piece called Alex Jones and the Freedom of Speech, which, thanks be to God, got tremendous coverage and made a very plain and basic free speech argument before you in your behalf.

01:38:13.000 I guess we can talk about your own situation.

01:38:16.000 At a later time, because the issue that you raise now doesn't affect just Alex Jones, where the state of Connecticut changed its laws retroactively to censor and punish you.

01:38:27.000 Oh, yes, sir.

01:38:28.000 I wanted to get you on about my case.

01:38:30.000 It affects everybody as well.

01:38:31.000 But I just this is breaking and you're the perfect timing.

01:38:35.000 I mean, am I underestimating how bad this is?

01:38:39.000 No, no, you're not, because this is this is a government trick.

01:38:43.000 Now, this goes back to George W. Bush.

01:38:45.000 Who, of course, brought us the Department of Homeland Security, which is basically 60,000, 60,000 federal cops.

01:38:54.000 There are only 8,000 FBI agents, but we have 60,000 federal cops in the Department of Homeland Security.

01:39:03.000 They don't direct traffic.

01:39:05.000 You don't really see them.

01:39:06.000 They do the types of things that you are quite properly and quite courageously warning your audience and the American people about.

01:39:14.000 So when the Department of Homeland Security or any government engages a private entity to do the government's bidding, so it looks like it's the private entity, it looks like Facebook is censoring you, but they're really doing it because the government hates you, Then the private entity is engaged in what the courts call state action, which basically means the private entity and the government, I'm putting my fingers together, become so intertwined with each other that the limitations that the Bill of Rights imposes on the government will be imposed on the private entity.

01:39:54.000 Stated differently, if Facebook or Google Or Twitter or any of them are censoring as a favor to the federal government, then the Bill of Rights will be applied to Facebook or Google or Twitter.

01:40:11.000 And they won't be able to do this on the basis of content.

01:40:15.000 And they can be sued for doing it, just as the federal government could be sued if it censored you or me on the basis of content.

01:40:24.000 So they were a little too cute.

01:40:27.000 They thought, the Feds that is, they could hide behind Facebook, but because these documents have been revealed, it is now obvious what they were doing, it is clear what the law is, and Facebook and Google and Twitter and whoever else is doing this will be exposed to mammoth liability by becoming spies and censors in behalf of the Feds.

01:40:54.000 And not just in U.S.

01:40:55.000 history, but in history, where are the parallels?

01:40:58.000 Because this technology didn't exist before.

01:40:59.000 I mean, this is, you said mammoth.

01:41:01.000 It's gargantuan.

01:41:02.000 It's just total admission.

01:41:05.000 You're the expert.

01:41:05.000 You're the lawyer.

01:41:06.000 You're the judge.

01:41:08.000 How illegal is this?

01:41:10.000 Well, it is profoundly illegal, A, because it It has a private entity standing in the place of the government.

01:41:19.000 The Fourth Amendment prohibits the government from doing this.

01:41:21.000 So when Edward Snowden, for example, revealed that the NSA was spying on everyone, he revealed What was up to that time the most massive federal violation of constitutional liberties in the post-Civil War era, again instituted by George W. Bush, which was capturing every keystroke on every desktop and every mobile device in the United States.

01:41:50.000 The Total Information Awareness Network that you first exposed.

01:41:54.000 Correct.

01:41:55.000 And when you and I talked about this, we were ridiculed.

01:41:58.000 We were ridiculed by the mainstream media.

01:42:00.000 We were ridiculed by my colleagues at Fox.

01:42:04.000 We were ridiculed by the government.

01:42:06.000 We were ridiculed by a lot of people who said we were extremists, we were alarmists.

01:42:10.000 We weren't.

01:42:10.000 We were stating the facts, and it has taken 22 years for the American public to come around to an understanding of the fact that our warnings were correct.

01:42:20.000 All of this started with the give Bush whatever he wants attitude that occurred right after 9-11 when they enacted the Patriot Act with 15 minutes of debate on the floor of the House of Representatives and next to no debate on the floor of the Senate and it eviscerated the Fourth Amendment by allowing one FBI agent to give another another FBI agent a search warrant even though the Constitution says only judges can do that on the basis of a probable cause.

01:42:49.000 All of that led, in varying steps, to the Department of Homeland Security, to more massive spying, to a doubling and trebling of the amount of agents that work for the NSA, so there's now, it's the same number as the DHS, 60,000 American spies.

01:43:10.000 This is not the same 60,000 that work for DHS.

01:43:13.000 This is another 60,000 who work for NSA and all they do is spy on America.

01:43:19.000 So this is getting worse and worse and worse and worse and worse.

01:43:22.000 But what was revealed yesterday was far more duplicitous than what even Bush was doing.

01:43:31.000 Bush was having, and Obama before this, was having the government directly interfere with your constitutional liberties.

01:43:40.000 What we now know has happened under Obama and Biden is the federal government hiding behind big tech And pretending it is Big Tech that is censoring us when in reality it is Big Tech doing what the federal government wants.

01:44:00.000 Now why would Big Tech do this for the federal government?

01:44:04.000 Great question.

01:44:05.000 Easy answer.

01:44:06.000 Because there's a statute that immunizes Big Tech from being sued for the consequences of what Big Tech posts.

01:44:14.000 So the statute says Hold on, stay there, stay there and explain this, but it's simple.

01:44:20.000 They're indemnified, so now the federal government gets indemnified from surveillance.

01:44:24.000 Unbelievable racketeering.

01:44:26.000 We'll be right back.

01:44:27.000 Remember James Clapper, now about seven, eight years ago, former head of the NSA, saying, we've never spied on a single American citizen.

01:44:38.000 Total lie!

01:44:39.000 Came out, they're spying on everybody.

01:44:42.000 But imagine the controversy now with DHS, with NSA-like powers, through big tech, and the banks, and the universities, and NGOs, farming out government orders on who they want censored, who they shut down.

01:45:00.000 That's why Zuckerberg a month ago, and Joe Rogan, is getting ahead of this.

01:45:03.000 He knows it's coming out.

01:45:04.000 He's like, yeah, the FBI told me don't cover Hunter Biden.

01:45:07.000 It was Russian disinfo.

01:45:09.000 And you read this, it's total election meddling.

01:45:11.000 They admit it's about the elections.

01:45:14.000 So Trump got in for four years, but he wasn't really in because these bureaucracies were still operating.

01:45:19.000 So it was really bad under Obama.

01:45:21.000 Trump gets in, they're still operating undercover.

01:45:23.000 And then now under Biden, it just spikes.

01:45:26.000 Judge Andrew Napolitano, one of the top brains when it comes to constitutions here.

01:45:30.000 You should definitely check him out on Twitter at JudgeNap and on the website, JudgeNap.com and his amazing podcast and shows that I watch on a routine basis, at least twice a week.

01:45:40.000 And I did see your big defense of me and laying out the law, which we'll do later.

01:45:44.000 In the hour, but obviously this is this is even bigger than the weaponization of the judiciary.

01:45:49.000 You got cut off by the break, Judge Napolitano, when you were getting into why the federal government wanted to use these cutouts of private industry.

01:45:58.000 Well, the real question is, why would private industry cooperate with the federal government?

01:46:02.000 Because the feds have enacted a statute that declares that big tech is really a bulletin board.

01:46:08.000 So the view Facebook as a bulletin board, some crazy person could post some harmful Uh, information there or some private information and an innocent individual harmed by it.

01:46:20.000 That innocent individual cannot sue Facebook.

01:46:22.000 It can only sue the person who posted it, who may not be somebody you can find, or may not be somebody with any assets.

01:46:29.000 And so that's Section 230.

01:46:31.000 Correct.

01:46:32.000 So, Section 230 of the Federal Communications Act, which regulates this stuff, gives Facebook and the others absolute, uh, immunity Or the consequences of what's posted there.

01:46:46.000 So probably during these negotiations, the feds have said, you like that immunity, right?

01:46:52.000 Sure.

01:46:52.000 Of course we do.

01:46:53.000 It saves us a fortune.

01:46:54.000 Okay.

01:46:55.000 You want to keep that immunity?

01:46:56.000 You're now working for us.

01:46:58.000 And if you don't work for us, there's a lot of Republicans and even many Democrats who want to get rid of that immunity.

01:47:06.000 That will force you to buy very expensive liability insurance, which will force you to start charging people for using Facebook and Twitter and Google and all the others.

01:47:17.000 I'm not picking on Facebook.

01:47:19.000 I'm just using it as an example.

01:47:20.000 There are many of high tech businesses that we use and take for granted that we don't pay directly for using that are protected by this section of the federal law.

01:47:33.000 Do I know that this threat occurred?

01:47:35.000 Of course not.

01:47:36.000 I wasn't in on those conversations.

01:47:38.000 You and I are not the type of people... No, but we saw the Democrats on air saying, if you don't censor more, we'll strip 230.

01:47:44.000 They said that.

01:47:46.000 Correct.

01:47:47.000 So the Democrats are on the other side of this.

01:47:47.000 Correct.

01:47:51.000 The Democrats are threatening to strip the immunity that's granted to Big Tech if Big Tech Fails to censor.

01:48:00.000 The Biden administration is saying to them, we're censoring, but we're going to pretend it's you.

01:48:07.000 And if you don't go along with this pretense, we will strip this immunity.

01:48:12.000 So you have pressure coming from both sides.

01:48:15.000 Republicans hate big tech because they believe that there should be some censorship and they don't like that Trump was censored and others weren't.

01:48:24.000 So you have massive pressure from the federal government.

01:48:27.000 You said the key.

01:48:28.000 That's what allowed this all is the Republican establishment, including who I like, but he's bad on this, Clarence Thomas.

01:48:34.000 They see the horrible excesses of media and say, OK, let's do some censorship, but it's going to be selective.

01:48:41.000 Well, you know, it's wrong.

01:48:45.000 I'm holding up my iPhone.

01:48:47.000 What's in here?

01:48:48.000 Financial, medical, legal, personal, professional.

01:48:54.000 Banking, almost everything you can think of.

01:48:57.000 When Donald Trump nominated Brett Kavanaugh, and he asked me what I thought.

01:49:04.000 He said he doesn't believe in the Fourth Amendment.

01:49:05.000 I said, what are you talking about?

01:49:06.000 I said, well, here's this opinion, Mr. President, if you want to have one of your people read it.

01:49:11.000 In Kavanaugh's opinion, you don't need a warrant to get into an iPhone.

01:49:17.000 The government can just go in there.

01:49:19.000 Even though it's the most personal papers there are.

01:49:22.000 It is literally like a colonoscopy.

01:49:26.000 Correct.

01:49:28.000 So you have so-called conservative Republicans on the court, appointed by conservative Republicans, agreeing with liberal Democrats, appointed by liberal Democrats, that the Fourth Amendment is meaningless when the federal government claims its favorite claim, national security.

01:49:49.000 Yesterday, when the Supreme Court oral argument over affirmative action, one of the justices said, well, why does West Point get to use racial quotas and Harvard can't?

01:50:00.000 And the lawyer for the federal government said, national security.

01:50:03.000 And the court laughed.

01:50:04.000 It has nothing to do with national security.

01:50:06.000 But the government will always claim it's national security.

01:50:09.000 And in their minds, and regrettably, even in the court's minds, that Trump's The personal right to privacy, which is supposed to be protected by the Fourth Amendment.

01:50:19.000 So the bottom line here is the government is spying on us, but it's hiding behind Big Tech so that we won't know it.

01:50:29.000 Because Big Tech is a private entity that can censor whoever it wants.

01:50:34.000 But when Big Tech does the government's bidding, then the Fourth Amendment is applied to Big Tech.

01:50:40.000 And they can be sued for what they do and exposed for what they've done.

01:50:44.000 So is this not election meddling, illegal spying, government closure of private corporations, the mother of all civil rights violations?

01:50:51.000 How bad is this?

01:50:52.000 Is this not the worst thing I've ever seen?

01:50:53.000 And where should we go from here?

01:50:56.000 Well, it is probably worse than what Snowden revealed because it's all being done behind the shield of private enterprise.

01:51:05.000 I mean, this is the worst form of, I'm going to use a word you're not supposed to use, fascism.

01:51:11.000 That the United States has seen.

01:51:12.000 So the definition of fascism is private ownership but government control.

01:51:17.000 Which is exactly what we have.

01:51:17.000 Exactly.

01:51:20.000 I mean, Facebook is owned by its shareholders.

01:51:22.000 Oh yeah, the left uses fascists, but Judge, you're right.

01:51:25.000 This is the definition of fascism.

01:51:28.000 Yes, yes, it literally is.

01:51:31.000 Facebook is owned by its shareholders, but the government is controlling it.

01:51:35.000 And the same with any other big tech that the government is using to hide behind.

01:51:42.000 So this began under Bush, was done below the radar under Trump, because he never would have gone along with it, but it happened on his watch.

01:51:53.000 Sorry, began under Bush, exacerbated under Obama, below the radar under Trump, exacerbated now again under Biden.

01:52:01.000 This stuff that came out yesterday, these are Biden-era documents, so they're less than 18 months old.

01:52:08.000 They are simply reprehensible, and they are a nightmare, and they are what you and I and our colleagues predicted 22 years ago.

01:52:18.000 Well, you are completely vindicated, because I learned much of this from you, watching you.

01:52:22.000 When you said all this, you said it'll be used against citizens.

01:52:25.000 You watched, you said in a few years, and now here we are.

01:52:28.000 When we come back, let's shift gears into my show trial.

01:52:32.000 You're an expert.

01:52:32.000 I'd love to hear your view on it.

01:52:35.000 We're pounding on it.

01:52:36.000 And then I want to get into midterms, the war, whatever Judge Andrew Napolitano wants to cover. 0.98

01:52:41.000 And folks, if you don't watch this podcast, you're crazy.

01:52:43.000 Find all the details on his website right now and on Twitter at JudgeNap and website JudgeNap.com.

01:52:51.000 Incredible stuff.

01:52:52.000 We'll be right back.

01:52:53.000 Stay with us.

01:52:55.000 So as negative as all this is, we are bringing the evil, the authoritarianism out in the open.

01:53:04.000 And Judge Andrew Napolitano is our guest.

01:53:07.000 So Judge, I could ask a thousand questions about the midterms, my show trials, where this country's going, the situation in Ukraine, just all of it.

01:53:19.000 The red wave we see.

01:53:22.000 What do you think is most important front and center that I haven't talked about?

01:53:24.000 I think the efforts to silence you and others Is the most important thing.

01:53:34.000 I mean, this judicial demonization of you, this Orwellian declaration that your opinions on matters of public interest were non-opinions because they didn't like what the opinion was.

01:53:48.000 Okay, so I'm going to shut up.

01:53:49.000 I'm going to shut up because I've watched your show and you did a good 20 minutes on this and let it all out.

01:53:53.000 So I'm going to try to be quiet until the break.

01:53:55.000 So you got the floor.

01:53:57.000 As a judge, as a famous commentator, With respect to legal analysts, what did you make of these trials?

01:54:06.000 Well, the trials that occurred in Connecticut were at the hand, you were at the hands of a judiciary which hated you and hated your message and was determined to find a way to silence you.

01:54:19.000 The judges and justices in Connecticut are popularly elected.

01:54:22.000 And so there was obviously a wave of sympathy amongst the public.

01:54:28.000 For the parents of the victims of Sandy Hook.

01:54:33.000 And because you resisted that, you became public enemy number one.

01:54:38.000 But in reality, all you were doing was expressing your opinion on a matter of public interest.

01:54:44.000 The matter of public interest was the killing of children in a school by another young person who took a rifle that was lawfully owned by his parents.

01:54:54.000 So you have The right to keep and bear arms, you have school safety, you have mental health, you have freedom of speech.

01:55:02.000 These are all matters of material public interest.

01:55:05.000 In matters of material public interest, now, you're not expressing an opinion on the color of my shirt.

01:55:10.000 That's not a public interest.

01:55:12.000 You're expressing an opinion on the most critical ideas of our day.

01:55:17.000 Public safety, freedom of speech, right to keep and bear arms.

01:55:22.000 You can express any opinion you want, as long as you give any reasons for the opinion.

01:55:28.000 Your reasons can be wrong, your reasons can be bizarre, your opinion can be bizarre.

01:55:33.000 But because it's an opinion, and because it's on matters of public interest, It's absolutely protected by the Supreme Court.

01:55:41.000 You had a great lawyer whom I interviewed at length and who pointed me to the documents in the case, which of course I read before I wrote my piece, Alex Jones and the Freedom of Speech.

01:55:52.000 Norm Pattis is absolutely and utterly fearless.

01:55:56.000 And totally and completely devoted to the protection of our civil liberties.

01:56:03.000 But he was not permitted to make the arguments that needed to be made because the judge simply decided, just like George Orwell in 1984 predicted, that Alex Jones's opinions were really non-opinions.

01:56:19.000 And because they were non-opinions, they're not protected.

01:56:21.000 So the Supreme Court has said this, in a unanimous opinion in 1969, you know this case, Norm Pattis knows the case, the judge in Connecticut avoided the case, called Brandenburg versus Ohio.

01:56:35.000 In Brandenburg versus Ohio, Mr. Brandenburg, a Ku Klux Klan leader, suggested that Jews and blacks, and he used derogatory terms to refer to them, had taken over Washington and should be taken out.

01:56:51.000 And we should march from Hamilton County, Ohio to Washington, D.C. 0.94

01:56:55.000 to take them out.

01:56:56.000 He was convicted of criminal syndicalism, basically encouraging people to commit a crime in public.

01:57:05.000 That conviction was upheld by an Ohio appellate court, upheld by the Ohio Supreme Court, reversed unanimously by the U.S.

01:57:13.000 Supreme Court, saying the speech is protected.

01:57:17.000 And the rule is this.

01:57:19.000 All innocuous speech Is absolutely protected.

01:57:23.000 And all speech is innocuous when there is time for more speech to challenge it.

01:57:31.000 So if the parents of these children did not like what you said, they had the opportunity, and they took that opportunity, to go on television and challenge you.

01:57:42.000 That's the remedy for speech that they find offensive.

01:57:46.000 There is no right in America not to be offended.

01:57:51.000 You're an American, you have free speech.

01:57:53.000 With free speech comes offense when you hear it.

01:57:56.000 You don't like what people say.

01:57:57.000 Put your hands over your ears.

01:57:59.000 There's no right not to be offended.

01:58:02.000 But there's a right to say whatever you want about matters of public interest.

01:58:06.000 And there's a right to challenge what people say about matters of public interest.

01:58:11.000 There is no right for a judge To deny you, Alex Jones, and I'm not saying this because you're my friend.

01:58:18.000 I'm saying it because you're a human being.

01:58:21.000 These rights are personal to your humanity.

01:58:23.000 To deny you your right in court.

01:58:26.000 The public needs to know there was never a trial on whether or not you defamed anyone.

01:58:33.000 The courts denied you that right, because a judge decided that your opinions, in her mind, were so off the wall that they were non-opinions.

01:58:44.000 And there's no basis for the courts to do that.

01:58:47.000 And then the Connecticut Supreme Court, by a vote of seven to nothing, in a very, very short opinion, which was just conclusory, it wasn't analytical, upheld what this judge did.

01:58:59.000 I believe And your very fine lawyer, Norm Pattis, believes that the Supreme Court of the United States will reverse what happened to you in Austin and what happened to you in Connecticut.

01:59:13.000 For all of the faults of this present Supreme Court, the John Roberts Supreme Court has been superb on free speech.

01:59:22.000 And once this case gets there, and it's got a bunch of steps to go before it gets there, Alex, but once it gets there, you will be vindicated.

01:59:31.000 And the Alex Jones case, which now stands for suppressing free speech, will be one of the great cases of all time that law students will study and lawyers and judges will rely on as the great protection of free speech.

01:59:48.000 Unless the authoritarians are able to set us a precedent and erase our entire country, and I just want to be clear, they took stuff out of context, barely ever covered it, misrepresented it, said I was the first to say it, all of this had PR firms involved. But I look at the Westboro Baptist

02:00:04.000 Church, horribly disgusting people, that's my view, that's my right, going out to military funerals 1.00

02:00:10.000 and screaming at people that because gay people exist, it's their fault that their 1.00

02:00:15.000 son or daughter died. I hate that. 1.00

02:00:18.000 I disagree with it.

02:00:19.000 But the Supreme Court said they have a right to do it.

02:00:22.000 As long as they're not on the property in their face.

02:00:24.000 So, as long as they're not trespassing.

02:00:26.000 So, that's the Supreme Court saying you can do that.

02:00:29.000 Well then, how can I then not question something, because the internet was questioning it.

02:00:34.000 It's just insane.

02:00:34.000 And people say, will you please stop covering it.

02:00:36.000 I've barely ever covered it.

02:00:38.000 The Democrats looked at my whole history, chose that, blew it up, and then made me the Sandy Hook man.

02:00:45.000 Flabbergasted at now their demands of $2.75 trillion, $2,750 billion.

02:00:54.000 Wow.

02:00:55.000 Look, Alex, you are, you are the, you have the biggest microphone in the world, bigger megaphone than the networks.

02:01:05.000 You are the government's most effective and articulate and fearless critic.

02:01:11.000 And they did their best to silence you.

02:01:14.000 Now, they won't succeed in silencing you.

02:01:16.000 A, because even if this case is not overturned, you are entitled to legal protections, which will allow you to continue to express the freedom of speech.

02:01:27.000 But B, this case will be overturned.

02:01:31.000 Because it is profoundly un-American, and it was written by judges and justices who were pandering to the public because it's an elected system, and they were afraid of their own shadows.

02:01:41.000 The federal system!

02:01:43.000 Hard to believe you and I have been such critics of the federal government!

02:01:46.000 But the federal system where the judges are life-tenured will vindicate your natural human right to speak freely, which is utterly and totally protected by the First Amendment when it comes to matters of public interest.

02:02:00.000 Again, we're not talking about private matters.

02:02:03.000 We're talking about matters of public interest.

02:02:06.000 Judge Andrew Napolitano, stay there.

02:02:08.000 And that's the federalist system.

02:02:09.000 It doesn't mean we're only for the federal government.

02:02:11.000 It means there's a division of power, so one can get out of control.

02:02:13.000 And I've experienced that state courts, on average, are worse than the feds, if you can believe that.

02:02:18.000 We'll elaborate on that when we come back with Judge Andrew Napolitano.

02:02:21.000 Please stay with us.

02:02:23.000 Alright, final segment with the great Judge Andrew Napolitano.

02:02:27.000 I'm your host Alex Jones, Royce White, former NBA player and great talk show host, and MMA fighters coming up next hour ahead of the War Room at 3 p.m.

02:02:36.000 Central with Owen Schroyer.

02:02:40.000 But I always tell people what I really think.

02:02:42.000 I've been right, I'd say, 95% of the time.

02:02:43.000 I've been wrong 5% of the time.

02:02:45.000 Or they take something out of context and twist it.

02:02:47.000 And, you know, all's fair in love and war.

02:02:50.000 But I want listeners to know, as negative as the things we are that we cover, We're winning.

02:02:57.000 Humanity's waking up.

02:02:58.000 We're seeing evidence everywhere.

02:02:59.000 And it only gets worse if we lay down, so why not stand up and speak up and not submit?

02:03:04.000 And I use the example of having a cracked tooth.

02:03:06.000 Your body's telling you there's pain, not because you're giving up.

02:03:08.000 It's telling you to do something.

02:03:09.000 So you go to the dentist, you get it fixed.

02:03:10.000 Or in the old days, you'd pull it out or whatever.

02:03:12.000 Have a witch doctor do it. 1.00

02:03:13.000 But the point is, is that Things don't get better rolling over and denying these problems.

02:03:19.000 And the good news is we see a huge red wave coming in.

02:03:21.000 We see big awakenings happening.

02:03:23.000 The power structure is scared.

02:03:25.000 And that's why they're coming in with billion-dollar verdicts and 2.75 trillion requests, is to intimidate people like the Wizard of Oz behind a curtain.

02:03:35.000 That's how I see it.

02:03:36.000 So I'm actually optimistic in many ways, but also very negative in other ways.

02:03:40.000 But people shouldn't see covering negativity As being negative, it's believing in you and betting on humanity that if we know there's a problem, we're going to deal with it.

02:03:50.000 That's why there's the internet saying that's so popular, I quote every day, if the situation was hopeless, the propaganda would not be necessary.

02:03:58.000 If the situation was hopeless, they wouldn't be trying to censor us.

02:04:01.000 It's because we do have power.

02:04:03.000 Can you speak, Judge Andrew Napolitano, just to your overall gravitas and worldview about where humanity is today?

02:04:10.000 Well, sure, Alex, to follow up on your saying, if you weren't effective, they wouldn't have come after you.

02:04:16.000 And if they can do this to you, who has the largest audience in the country, bigger than any of the networks, the biggest megaphone in the country, then they can do this to anybody.

02:04:28.000 That's why the demonization of Alex Jones The destruction of your due process rights as well as your First Amendment liberties should be of profound interest to everybody all across the board, even progressives.

02:04:44.000 I think Norm Pattis might be a progressive.

02:04:46.000 I don't know.

02:04:47.000 Even progressives should agree with this.

02:04:51.000 The left should agree with this.

02:04:53.000 Only totalitarians will rejoice in the demonization of somebody with whose speech they disagree.

02:05:01.000 If they weren't fearful of you, they wouldn't be coming after you.

02:05:03.000 You know, Thomas Jefferson once said, when the people fear the government, there is tyranny.

02:05:09.000 But when the government fears the people, there is liberty.

02:05:13.000 The government fears Alex Jones and people who speak like him, and they will Go after those people because the thing the government fears more than anything else is losing its power.

02:05:25.000 Well that's right and Judge let's bring you into this because I know some of the inside baseball and a lot of it came in the news.

02:05:31.000 You were targeted for over a decade for removal at Fox.

02:05:34.000 All sorts of threats behind the scenes.

02:05:35.000 They also want Tucker now.

02:05:37.000 So people need to know folks that tell the truth even on Fox are paying a high price.

02:05:43.000 Yes.

02:05:44.000 Yes, I'm gone from Fox.

02:05:46.000 I miss those days, and I wish Tucker well.

02:05:48.000 He has a huge audience like you do.

02:05:50.000 It's not as big as yours, but he has the biggest audience.

02:05:52.000 I don't know.

02:05:53.000 It's pretty big.

02:05:55.000 Also, I'm up there with Joe Rogan, and Tucker thanks the audience, but yeah.

02:05:58.000 We're kind of the three-headed dragon.

02:06:01.000 But the big audience gives you a cushion, because the audience pays the bills. 0.89

02:06:07.000 And Fox is not dumb.

02:06:09.000 They know that. 0.72

02:06:09.000 But Tucker is as fearless as you and I are. 0.72

02:06:14.000 I hope to be back in the media soon.

02:06:15.000 I have my own podcast, as you know, Judging Freedom.

02:06:18.000 When you're on it, the numbers go through the roof.

02:06:20.000 Or Colonel Doug McGregor or Scott Ritter are on it, or Ron Paul is on it, the numbers go through the roof.

02:06:26.000 And I'm deeply grateful for all my YouTube followers.

02:06:30.000 Well, you seem better than ever with your podcast.

02:06:32.000 I mean, I literally watch it at least twice a week.

02:06:35.000 Well, that's very gratifying, and I know it's gratifying for you to say that to your huge audience, and I hope they watch it as well.

02:06:42.000 I try to inform as best I can.

02:06:45.000 A little bit of breaking news as we're speaking.

02:06:47.000 The Supreme Court of the United States has just denied the petition of Senator Lindsey Graham to be relieved from the obligation to testify before a grand jury in Atlanta.

02:06:57.000 So the criminal investigation of whatever Trump's people attempted to do in Atlanta moves forward and Senator Graham is now a reluctant and involuntary witness.

02:07:08.000 This is not a big deal, but in the Supreme Court world, it's a big deal.

02:07:12.000 No, no, it is a big deal.

02:07:13.000 That was my next question.

02:07:15.000 I'm not wedded to Trump.

02:07:16.000 I think he means well.

02:07:17.000 I know you've been very close to him, but also had issues.

02:07:19.000 The shot issue.

02:07:21.000 I mean, even DeSantis has gotten away from the shot, as his Surgeon General has.

02:07:25.000 Everybody's turning against it, even Ben Shapiro's coming out against it.

02:07:28.000 Trump is still up there pushing it.

02:07:31.000 Why is he doing that?

02:07:35.000 Listen, I say this as somebody that's known him for 35 years, and I've been with him many times alone.

02:07:42.000 Even while he was president.

02:07:44.000 He has an enormous ego and is determined to wrestle the White House back.

02:07:48.000 I think he's going to be indicted. 0.99

02:07:50.000 I also think if the Republicans nominate him, they're crazy.

02:07:54.000 Because then the issue becomes his personality and his character.

02:07:58.000 He energizes Democrats.

02:08:00.000 He energizes Democrats.

02:08:02.000 Yes, he does.

02:08:03.000 The issue in 2024 should be the blatant, utter, total incompetence of the Biden administration.

02:08:10.000 If Trump is the Republican nominee, it doesn't matter who the Democrats nominate.

02:08:15.000 The issue will be Trump himself.

02:08:17.000 And his personal behavior is, quite frankly, indefensible.

02:08:21.000 If half of what the federal government has on him is provable, it's criminal and he should be indicted.

02:08:27.000 Well, let's give him some inside baseball.

02:08:28.000 I'm loyal to people.

02:08:29.000 I think Trump means well.

02:08:30.000 I like Trump.

02:08:31.000 But let's just get down to brass tacks.

02:08:33.000 Even Tucker at a certain point broke with Trump because of the, they were talking every day, you at some point broke with Trump, and there's just people, Drudge broke with him, and I don't like the word direction, Drudge went, he went to the other extreme, which is shame on him in my view.

02:08:47.000 Listen, we were all staunch supporters of him.

02:08:50.000 When I revealed that the Obama administration used the British spies to spy on his campaign, I was excoriated.

02:08:58.000 I took tremendous hits for him.

02:08:59.000 You almost lost your job for that, you were right, it was true.

02:09:03.000 Correct.

02:09:03.000 I believed in him.

02:09:05.000 And then four British spies, five, went to the Guardian of London and said, that judge in New York that everybody's ripping apart, the one that's defending Trump, he's right!

02:09:14.000 We were involved in it.

02:09:16.000 So the point is I have come from a staunch defender of him to a person who believes he is by character and intellect Not appropriate to be a public official.

02:09:28.000 Let him run his company, let him make all the money he wants, let him build all the skyscrapers he wants, but keep the levers of government power away from him.

02:09:37.000 What do you think of DeSantis?

02:09:40.000 I think DeSantis is Trump without the baggage, Alex.

02:09:43.000 I mean, I don't agree with him on anything, but I think he can rally Republicans and independents behind him.

02:09:49.000 Um, uh, to an effective degree and defeat whoever... What are your problems with him?

02:09:54.000 The skull and bones thing?

02:09:55.000 Or what are you concerned about with DeSantis?

02:09:58.000 You know, I don't agree with what DeSantis has done to suppress LGBTQ rights, and I don't agree with what DeSantis did with respect to shipping immigrants who are here legally from Texas to Martha's Vineyard.

02:10:14.000 Aside from that, and those are not huge issues to me, DeSantis could very well save the Republican Party and save us from Trump!

02:10:25.000 Well, I know this with my listeners, and I don't do what my listeners tell me, but I listen to him and I have the same feelings.

02:10:30.000 They're just getting madder and madder about him not coming out against the shot when they admit it doesn't work.

02:10:35.000 I mean, even the Democrats are in the news.

02:10:38.000 The Atlantic, the voice of the Democrats says, you know, oh, let's have an amnesty.

02:10:42.000 Let's forget COVID.

02:10:44.000 No, we're not going to forget the lockdowns and the attempted four shots and all the rest of it.

02:10:51.000 Gretchen Wilmer, the governor of Michigan, is in the run for her life because of her draconian lockdowns, and she may very well lose.

02:11:00.000 That governor, whose picture we see now, did not impose any lockdowns.

02:11:05.000 The governor of New Jersey won by the skin of his teeth in a state that the Democrats never lose because of these lockdowns.

02:11:12.000 We all know That the vaccination does not prevent you from getting sick, and it does not prevent you from transmitting the sickness.

02:11:20.000 It may, in some people, temper the force of the sickness, but it doesn't prevent transmission.

02:11:26.000 There was no reason to force this upon people.

02:11:29.000 There was no reason to close the schools.

02:11:31.000 There was no reason to close businesses.

02:11:33.000 There was no reason to fire cops and firemen and EMS workers who declined to take it.

02:11:38.000 It's about time Trump acknowledged that.

02:11:41.000 All right, you got to join us more often, not just every few months.

02:11:44.000 Judge Andrew Napolitano, I'd love for you to host the fourth hour some days if you would like to.

02:11:48.000 God bless you, my friend.

02:11:50.000 I'd be thrilled to do it, Alex.

02:11:52.000 I'm going to be in Austin for a wedding in January.

02:11:56.000 I hope I can come into your studio when I'm there.

02:11:59.000 You better come in the studio for all the shows.

02:12:01.000 Judge Andrew Napolitano, thank you so much.

02:12:04.000 All the best, my man.

02:12:05.000 Thank you. We got some breaking news with Saudi Arabia and Iran and more I'll hit before Royce White

02:12:10.000 Takes over and again folks. I like Trump. I like him getting Republicans elected

02:12:15.000 I like what he's doing and and I don't want to see him destroyed and maybe his persecution is wrong

02:12:19.000 But when it comes to these shots folks, it is a it is it is the children come first. I mean now

02:12:24.000 God the children

02:12:29.000 my family the country and then good leaders, you know, I

02:12:33.000 I mean, I'm sorry.

02:12:35.000 Children trump Trump.

02:12:37.000 Big time.

02:12:38.000 In my deck of cards.

02:12:41.000 That's where I'm at when it comes to these shots.

02:12:43.000 I'll continue to support him on the good stuff he does, and I'll continue to go after him on the shots.

02:12:47.000 [Intro]

02:13:01.000 Don't let the globalist monsters and their mercenary minions be successful at silencing you.

02:13:09.000 And the Globalist's number one mission is to silence InfoWars because they rightly see us as one of the main beacons of resistance alerting the people, not just of America, but the world to the threat of the Globalist and their censorship and tyranny.

02:13:22.000 That's why it's so essential today, now more than ever, to share links for InfoWars.com and to also financially support InfoWars.com at the most critical time on our fight by using promo code 1776 at checkout so you get an additional 10% off.

02:13:38.000 These people are coming for your birthright.

02:13:40.000 They're coming for your First Amendment. 1.00

02:13:41.000 They admit, once they've silenced us, they're coming for you.

02:13:45.000 I am in your hands, and I'm asking for your support now.

02:13:47.000 You have my commitment to never give up or back down, but I could give out without your support.

02:13:52.000 Thank you for all your past support, and I'm encouraging you now to redouble your efforts at InfoWareStore.com with promo code 1776 for an additional 10% off on the already big sales and huge discounts.

02:14:03.000 All right.

02:14:04.000 Royce White, always kicking ass, is going to be taking over. 0.93

02:14:07.000 But I got some big news we're about to hit in a moment here ahead of the War Room in one hour with Owen Schroyer. 0.89

02:14:14.000 Look, we've already covered this, but now there's more statements from the Pentagon and the Washington Post.

02:14:18.000 Last week, last Friday, the Pentagon said we may use nukes first on Russia for non-nuclear confrontations against non-nuclear forces.

02:14:28.000 Just gigantic escalation.

02:14:31.000 And now we've got the Washington Post today.

02:14:33.000 The official who spoke in addition to anonymity to provide a military update would not say where the inspections are taking place or how close the battlefields the U.S.

02:14:43.000 troops are getting.

02:14:44.000 The officials of the U.S.

02:14:45.000 personnel can't do inspections close to the front lines, but they are going where security conditions allow.

02:14:51.000 So they admit U.S. 0.85

02:14:53.000 troops, which you already knew, are on the ground.

02:14:55.000 They've been there since before February, battling and fighting Russians.

02:15:02.000 U.S.

02:15:02.000 military now doing on-site weapons inspections.

02:15:04.000 That means training.

02:15:06.000 That means advisors.

02:15:08.000 Like, we got into Vietnam War in 1960.

02:15:10.000 They didn't really officially announce it until the Gulf of Tonkin in 64.

02:15:14.000 So they're just letting you know now we're at full war with Russia.

02:15:20.000 Continuing here, Saudi Arabia.

02:15:21.000 U.S.

02:15:22.000 on high alert after warning of imminent Iranian attack.

02:15:27.000 Saudi Arabia assured intelligence.

02:15:29.000 With U.S.

02:15:30.000 warning of an imminent attack from Iran on targets of the Kingdom, putting the American military and others in the Middle East on elevated alert, Saudi officials have said in response to a warning, Saudi Arabia said the U.S.

02:15:39.000 and several other neighboring states have raised the level of alert for their military forces.

02:15:43.000 The officials said they didn't provide any details of the Saudi intelligence.

02:15:51.000 We are living in totally, absolutely dangerous times.

02:15:56.000 And it's only going to get more insane from this point on.

02:16:01.000 Now let me hit some of the COVID stack I didn't get to earlier, because this is important.

02:16:05.000 I mentioned this, but let's drill back into it. 0.99

02:16:08.000 You murderous hypocrites! 0.99

02:16:11.000 Outrage ensues after the Atlantic suggests amnesty for pandemic authoritarians. 0.99

02:16:18.000 The mouthpiece, owned by the widow of Steve Jobs, who basically lived at Epstein Island, is, give us amnesty, leave us alone, sure we lied to you, sure we gave you a poison shot, but that's okay, it's for your own good.

02:16:37.000 And everybody marbles at a clip From myself in 2002 predicting an authoritarian global government, UN regime with forced inoculations and lockdowns.

02:16:47.000 There's countless other clips of me in the last 20 plus years laying all that out from their own documents.

02:16:52.000 But there's a clip going viral that will air on the other side of this break before Royce White takes over of David Icke in 1997.

02:17:02.000 We're going to play this clip when we come back and then hand the baton to Royce White.

02:17:05.000 Let me just throw this out there.

02:17:06.000 We're going to stay on air indefinitely. 0.75

02:17:07.000 We got two years of appeals against these ridiculous judgments.

02:17:10.000 You heard Andrew Napolitano and you heard Judge Joe Brown say they will be overturned if the country's gone for totally illegal or frauds.

02:17:17.000 So as long as you fund us and we have attorney's fees to pay and appeals fees, we will stay on air.

02:17:23.000 Plus we get great, incredible...

02:17:25.000 Products you need.

02:17:26.000 And today is the last day to get 60% off on DNA Force Plus, X3, Vitamin Refusion, Brain Force Ultra, Brain Force Plus, Ultimate Fish Oil, Ultimate Krill Oil.

02:17:39.000 They're all incredible at InfoWareStore.com.

02:17:44.000 A promo code at checkout, 1776.

02:17:47.000 Infowarstore.com or 888-253-3139.

02:17:52.000 And then I personally, I'm almost out of money.

02:17:55.000 I gotta pay 40% of legal bills.

02:17:57.000 The bankruptcy court said fine.

02:17:59.000 Thanks for your support.

02:18:01.000 Go to SaveInfoWars.com.

02:18:03.000 Make a $5, $10, $20, $50, $100, whatever you can.

02:18:06.000 I love you.

02:18:07.000 I appreciate you.

02:18:08.000 You know who you are.

02:18:09.000 I want to thank those that have made donations.

02:18:11.000 I want to encourage those that haven't to go to SaveInfoWars.com.

02:18:16.000 SaveInfoWars.com, make a donation, keep us on air.

02:18:20.000 We're barely in the black, barely almost in the red.

02:18:22.000 I humbly ask you for myself and your future and all of us together, who's fighting this hard?

02:18:27.000 Nobody.

02:18:28.000 We're up against the new world order.

02:18:30.000 They're coming directly after us with intelligence agencies, but we'll win with your support, your prayers, your word of mouth, your financial support.

02:18:36.000 SaveInfoWars.com.

02:18:38.000 It's Tuesday, November 1st, 2022.

02:18:40.000 About to hand the baton to the great Royce White.

02:18:44.000 But I wanted to get to these clips before I ejected from the transmission.

02:18:49.000 Folks give me a lot of credit.

02:18:53.000 But if you go back to David Eich, he was laying out exactly what was coming in many cases

02:18:57.000 even before I did.

02:18:58.000 And quite frankly, I wasn't following David Eich very closely then.

02:19:01.000 I had him on sometimes.

02:19:02.000 He separately was looking at the same research I was, coming to the exact same conclusion

02:19:06.000 with incredible precision.

02:19:10.000 The reason I raise the point is not to say I don't follow David Eich or...

02:19:12.000 Listen, David Icke, I do.

02:19:13.000 The point is, is that we're separately studying coming to the same conclusion just like you will once the blinders are off.

02:19:20.000 Here he is talking about the coming medical tyranny because we see Kyrie Irving and others putting on a clip where I predicted it all.

02:19:27.000 That was in 2002.

02:19:28.000 Here's David Icke five years before.

02:19:30.000 They were going to create New viruses in laboratories that were resistant to drugs, that they were going to use that to cull the population, that they were going to use vaccinations to cull the population, and also that they were going to change the way that health care treated old people so that more and more old people died and didn't go long into life because from their 0.99

02:20:01.000 Extraordinarily sick perspective. 0.96

02:20:04.000 Old people are useless to them. 1.00

02:20:06.000 And what we're looking at now very clearly is this attempt to play that card of mass global immunization. 0.64

02:20:16.000 With a excuse of this manufactured virus to get access to the bodies, the body computer systems as I would say, of almost everyone on the planet.

02:20:28.000 And they're not doing that because they want to protect people from anything.

02:20:31.000 Crikey! 1.00

02:20:32.000 The force that's saying be vaccinated is the force that created the virus which they're saying be vaccinated against.

02:20:39.000 They're doing this to get access to the global population for very, very malevolent reasons.

02:20:45.000 And what people need to realize is that these families do not come from the same perspective of life and respect that we do.

02:20:56.000 They see humans like cattle, nothing more than cattle, and most humans see cattle.

02:21:01.000 They therefore have no empathy with the consequences for the human population of their actions.

02:21:08.000 So if people say, they'd never do that, mate, no, no.

02:21:12.000 You'd never do that.

02:21:14.000 They do it all the time.

02:21:16.000 And 25 years later, exactly what he said happened.

02:21:19.000 Here's a clip of me a few years later laying it out.

02:21:24.000 Facts and common sense are in.

02:21:25.000 Yes, there have been corrupt empires.

02:21:27.000 Yes, they manipulate.

02:21:28.000 Yes, there are secret societies.

02:21:30.000 Yes, there have been oligarchies throughout history.

02:21:33.000 And yes, today, in 2002, there is a tyrannical organization calling itself the New World Order, pushing for worldwide government, a cashless society, open borders, total and complete tyranny.

02:21:50.000 Where human beings are absolutely worthless.

02:21:54.000 There's six and a quarter plus billion of us, and the globalists have said it many times, there's too many of us, we're causing a problem, we need to be culled at the tune of 80%.

02:22:03.000 It's amazing to talk about that, but it's the globalists, the UN, their own public statements, and they've convinced a lot of Liberals and elitist conservatives and others, that by going along with this, that we're intelligent members of society.

02:22:19.000 It's the ultimate Malthus worldview. 0.92

02:22:23.000 It is this radical, virulent form of social Darwinism.

02:22:30.000 It's the excuse of tyrants.

02:22:34.000 And by creating open borders where there's no national sovereignty and only global bodies that control all the resources, by centralizing and socializing health care, the state becomes God, basically, when it comes to your health.

02:22:48.000 And then by releasing diseases and viruses and plagues upon us, we then basically get shoved into their system.

02:22:56.000 and become slaves. We're about to go to our guest host who is loaded for bear, but I want to play one more clip.

02:23:02.000 This is yesterday in the Australian government.

02:23:05.000 Senator Malcolm Roberts pointing out that the House of Cards has collapsed and then when we come back Royce White will

02:23:14.000 take over.

02:23:15.000 The only thing about our death rate in 2020 that was unusual was that it was at a seven-year low.

02:23:24.000 These are facts.

02:23:25.000 This makes a joke of provisional approval granted for injections out of urgency.

02:23:29.000 There was no urgency.

02:23:31.000 Once the injection rollout started, there was a spike in deaths.

02:23:35.000 It must be noted correlation is not causation.

02:23:38.000 The link between the cause, vaccines, and the effect, death, injury, and suffering, must be proven.

02:23:43.000 Well, it has now been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt.

02:23:47.000 At my second COVID-19 under question inquiry in August, many highly qualified medical professionals from around the world established that link, providing evidence the injections were responsible for many more deaths than a health technocrat admitted.

02:24:01.000 And then late last month, the Journal of Clinical and Experimental Immunology published an article entitled COVID-19 Vaccines and Australian Review.

02:24:11.000 Authors are Connie Turney and Astrid Leffringhausen from the University of Queensland.

02:24:15.000 Published journal article.

02:24:17.000 This article details the medical science behind the wide range of medical harms being inflicted on Australians as a result of the hubris, the criminal negligence of health technocrats.

02:24:27.000 I promised to hound you people down and now science has done that for me.

02:24:32.000 The issue of vaccine harm must be referred to a Royal Commission today.

02:24:36.000 These criminals must be brought to justice.

02:24:39.000 This report is reproduced on my website and anyone who reads this report and still defends the fake vaccines is as guilty as the companies that made it.

02:24:48.000 It's no surprise that COVID has spiked in correlation with the rollout of the fake vaccines.

02:24:55.000 ABS data is not yet available for 2022, although Australian actuarial data is.

02:25:00.000 In the first four months of 2022, deaths from all respiratory diseases—the flu, pneumonia and COVID taken together—are still at normal levels.

02:25:09.000 Yet deaths from cardiac and pulmonary events are up 11 per cent, and unexplained deaths are up 13 per cent.

02:25:14.000 At this rate, an extra 10,000 Australians will die in 2022.

02:25:19.000 10,000 extra!

02:25:22.000 Anyone reading the journal article I just referred will know exactly why this is happening.

02:25:27.000 Welcome. I'm your host, Bill Shulman. Thank you for joining us. We're going to get started.

02:25:34.000 Welcome, I'm the new President of the United States of America, Bill Clinton.

02:25:36.000 I am your guest host for the rest of the hour.

02:25:38.000 Royce White here from Minneapolis, live from Minneapolis, the Belly of the Beast.

02:25:43.000 The Belly of the Beast, one of the outposts of globalism.

02:25:49.000 Thank you to Alex Jones for allowing me to host again in such a legendary time on such an iconic platform.

02:25:57.000 Long-time viewer of Alex Jones and InfoWars, and I say that unapologetically and unabashedly.

02:26:02.000 I also want to thank the InfoWars team, Or for always thinking of me to be able to come and help Alex out and guest host when I can.

02:26:12.000 Really is an honor and a privilege.

02:26:13.000 A lot of things to discuss today.

02:26:16.000 So much going on.

02:26:17.000 You know, we got the election in Brazil.

02:26:20.000 We got Old-faithful politics and sports.

02:26:24.000 I always say never say that you want to keep your politics and your sports separate because they're never separate.

02:26:30.000 Politics are sports and sports are politics and the politics are never off and we haven't seen a political hit job in my lifetime like the one that's being done against Kyrie Irving.

02:26:42.000 I mean week after week Wave after wave, the mainstream media establishment is trying to crack Kyrie Irving and back him into a corner and pressure him into saying something that they can then justify.

02:26:55.000 Probably suspending him without pay and, you know, and then eventually just getting him out of the league.

02:27:01.000 And then they'll say, hey, he's too old.

02:27:03.000 He's not good enough anymore.

02:27:04.000 There's some other young guards that are better than him.

02:27:07.000 And there's so many people at home that don't even watch sports close enough or don't even care enough about injustice that Kyrie would fade into the background.

02:27:16.000 Although I do believe that Kyrie has the spirit and the intuition and the desire to stay in the fight for truth and would use all the resources at his disposal to continue to wage war back against these people.

02:27:30.000 And then you got the ripples of the Kanye West incident that are still lingering around.

02:27:38.000 So we're gonna talk about that much more over the course of the segment.

02:27:43.000 Nothing more important than what's, and I said it one of the first times I was on Alex Jones,

02:27:47.000 race isn't the biggest issue.

02:27:49.000 But if you can't talk about a people and their culture, if you can't talk about a society and its culture,

02:27:54.000 then you can't talk about a society.

02:27:56.000 So we have to be able to say black people.

02:27:59.000 We have to be able to say Asian people.

02:28:01.000 We have to be able to say Latinos and Hispanics.

02:28:04.000 We have to be able to say white people, although I'm murky on what the white definition is, and we can talk some about that over the course of the segment.

02:28:11.000 But we have to be able to say Jews, the Jewish community.

02:28:15.000 We have to be able to talk about people and their culture and their traditions in order to be able to talk about where we are in society today.

02:28:22.000 And we're going to do that live from here in Minneapolis.

02:28:25.000 Stay over to the other side of the break.

02:28:27.000 I'm your guest host, Royce White.

02:28:29.000 Thank you.

02:28:31.000 Sing till the power of the Lord comes down.

02:28:55.000 Sing till the power of the Lord comes down.

02:29:22.000 And that's it, ladies and gentlemen.

02:29:24.000 What you're watching right there is the real reason why they went after Kanye West.

02:29:28.000 They can't fool me.

02:29:29.000 They can't fool me and make it be about Donald Trump.

02:29:32.000 They can't fool me and make it be about fashion or Balenciaga or Kim Kardashian or any of these other little, you know, side stories, side shows that they want to make it be about.

02:29:43.000 I know the truth.

02:29:45.000 I know the truth. 0.70

02:29:45.000 I came from the black community. 0.70

02:29:47.000 I grew up in a black community, a real black neighborhood where you had all of the things that a black neighborhood comes with.

02:29:55.000 You had people who were hard working.

02:29:57.000 You had people who were not working.

02:29:58.000 You had people who were homeless.

02:29:59.000 You had people who were on drugs.

02:30:01.000 You had people in gangs.

02:30:02.000 You had people who shot each other.

02:30:05.000 You had people who loved each other.

02:30:06.000 You had the influence of hip-hop.

02:30:08.000 We had the influence of the church, all of it right there in one small, one tightly cramped up community.

02:30:17.000 And Kanye West is one of the few individuals in our society and maybe in history that can take black musical talent, Black culture and convert it into a ministry and gospel and what you saw right there with the Sunday service choir Was an example of just how good Kanye West can be at that and how powerful is that?

02:30:42.000 I mean, you know people want to make it be Political it's not political.

02:30:47.000 It's spiritual the political is downstream from the spiritual and and how powerful is What was that clip?

02:30:56.000 You know, I knew right away when Kanye West decided to make a career shift or a brand shift to Jesus Christ that he was going to have a big issue.

02:31:10.000 And here, you know, I want to piggyback off of where I left last time and talking about this question of Jew versus anti-Jew.

02:31:19.000 Because this is, you know, obviously, outside of us going to nuclear war, an election, and I don't know.

02:31:29.000 food scarcity and inflation, I guess the conversation about who's Jewish and who's not is the topic of the hour.

02:31:37.000 And it's not, it's actually not immaterial, it's more significant than people give it credit for.

02:31:43.000 And the last time I was on, I said that what's really being done to undermine the Jewish identity

02:31:51.000 is to suspend the Jewish identity in a World War II and Holocaust context.

02:31:58.000 And by doing that, you delegitimize or invalidate one of the single greatest historical records that we have of the covenant between God and Abraham.

02:32:07.000 And the Jews were the stewards of that covenant, which is why they made great effort And they take very serious the scribing of the Torah.

02:32:19.000 The young Jews who grow up observant of the faith and learn Yiddish and learn Hebrew actually scribe the Torah by hand. 0.95

02:32:27.000 And that's a cultural tradition that goes right back to the high rabbinical court of Moses himself.

02:32:33.000 And it can't be, you know, anything that is upheld over 5,000 years must be respected for the commitment, just the basic commitment that that takes.

02:32:42.000 So, I knew that Kanye West was going to have a problem.

02:32:50.000 And look, when you can't talk about people and their culture and their traditions, you can't talk about people.

02:32:55.000 I said it at the top of the hour.

02:32:57.000 And I want to reiterate it here.

02:32:59.000 Because there is obviously a concerted effort by a group of people who call themselves Jews to take Kanye West off of a platform that they can Undoubtedly be said was given to him by them. 0.95

02:33:22.000 And that is the case.

02:33:23.000 It is the case that there are a group of secular, elite, anti-Jews that run the music business.

02:33:30.000 And they run basketball and pro sports to an extent too.

02:33:34.000 And they also run Hollywood. 0.97

02:33:38.000 But the music business, especially the hip-hop music business specifically, It's certainly run by these anti-Jews.

02:33:48.000 And why is that important?

02:33:50.000 What is the implication of making the distinction between who is Jewish and who is anti-Jewish?

02:33:57.000 And I think it's important because, and I really think it's important for black people to stand up and articulate.

02:34:04.000 Why?

02:34:06.000 Because the post-World War II Holocaust narrative around the Jews is one that is very similar to the post-slavery narrative that is used for black people.

02:34:17.000 And both of them are used to first justify and rope off and protect people from within our own communities that mean to exploit their own identity.

02:34:30.000 And that is what the anti-Jews have done.

02:34:32.000 The anti-Jews have used the Jewish identity as a cover and a shield for their corrupt practices, both in politics and in business. 0.98

02:34:43.000 And they say, well, we're Jews. 0.94

02:34:44.000 And my claim is, no, you're not.

02:34:47.000 If you don't believe in God, if you reject God, if you reject everything that is Judaism, you're not a Jew. 0.95

02:34:52.000 And as a matter of fact, if you say you're a Jew, but you reject all the fundamental tenets of being a Jew, that makes you an anti-Jew.

02:34:59.000 Like, if I'm a Christian and I say I don't believe in the existence of God, that would make me an anti-Christian.

02:35:04.000 Now, there are many Christians who say they believe in God but don't act as though they believe in God, and that's something different.

02:35:09.000 That would make you a Christian in name only. 0.84

02:35:12.000 And that's an important distinction to make.

02:35:14.000 The same thing could be said of the Muslims.

02:35:16.000 You know, there are many Muslims who are not observant of the Muslim faith or don't behave as though they believe in the Muslim faith.

02:35:23.000 And you can look right at the Saudis if you need an example. 0.84

02:35:26.000 And I think the Saudis are the best example. 0.98

02:35:28.000 They are the globalist Muslims. 1.00

02:35:29.000 They are the Muslims in name only. 0.81

02:35:32.000 And there are others as well.

02:35:33.000 And there are others across culture.

02:35:35.000 There are all kinds of people who say they're one thing, but their actions don't align with that.

02:35:39.000 That's not what we're talking about.

02:35:41.000 What we're talking about and what Kanye West has tried to allude to is who are these people in these positions of power in this industry who I can't even say by name?

02:35:54.000 And we're going to talk a little, we're going to go even deeper into this in the next segment because I want to unpack this even further and the info war that has been played on the broad swath of American people who just read headlines and are given their narratives with their morning coffee and their cereal and whatnot and why it's so strange to look out and see people shill.

02:36:18.000 Or that mainstream narrative and there's, you know, very subtle, very, very distinct tricks that were played in the historical narrative to throw people completely off.

02:36:30.000 But all Kanye West is saying, who are these people that I can't name?

02:36:34.000 We're perfectly fine talking about black people as a community.

02:36:37.000 We talk about white people with impunity, even though I don't know what people really mean when they say white, to be honest.

02:36:44.000 We'll get to that later as well.

02:36:46.000 We're okay talking about Asians.

02:36:47.000 We're okay talking about Muslims.

02:36:49.000 We're okay talking about Arabs and Middle Easterns or Hispanics and Latinos or anybody else.

02:36:55.000 But you can't even say the word Jew.

02:36:57.000 And that's something that we can't allow to have an honest and open dialogue about where we are in society today.

02:37:05.000 And when we come across on the other side, I want to go a little bit deeper and talk about the roots of communism.

02:37:14.000 Let's just go right back to the beginning.

02:37:17.000 Stay tuned.

02:37:19.000 It requires a change in outlook, a change in tactics, a change in missions by the government, by the people, by every businessman or labor leader, and by every newspaper.

02:37:32.000 For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covet means for expanding its sphere of influence.

02:37:44.000 On infiltration, instead of invasion.

02:37:48.000 On subversion, instead of elections.

02:37:51.000 On intimidation, instead of free choice.

02:37:54.000 On guerrillas by night, instead of armies by day.

02:37:58.000 It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific, and political

02:38:16.000 operations.

02:38:17.000 Its preparations are concealed, not published.

02:38:21.000 Its mistakes are buried, not headlined.

02:38:24.000 Its dissenters are silenced, not praised.

02:38:28.000 No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed.

02:38:38.000 Ladies and gentlemen, Kennedy himself.

02:38:42.000 So, you know, when you see this narrative that all of these people who have started to speak out against this

02:38:49.000 establishment, across, you know, this globalist establishment,

02:38:54.000 [BLANK_AUDIO]

02:38:56.000 One common thread. 0.74

02:38:57.000 They're all crazy. 1.00

02:38:58.000 They're all conspiracy theorists. 1.00

02:38:59.000 Alex Jones is a conspiracy theorist.

02:39:02.000 Steve Bannon is a conspiracy theorist.

02:39:03.000 The Minister Louis Farrakhan is a conspiracy theorist.

02:39:06.000 Now Kanye West is a conspiracy theorist.

02:39:09.000 Kyrie Irving is.

02:39:10.000 And the list goes on and on and on and on.

02:39:13.000 And, you know, these people mean to mock you.

02:39:15.000 You got to understand.

02:39:17.000 That it's not enough for Satan to be able to pull you in to evil and wickedness.

02:39:23.000 The ability to be able to mock you as he does it is just as valuable, is just as satisfying.

02:39:28.000 And that's what they've set up. 0.57

02:39:30.000 They've set up a society where people are so worried or concerned or busied with their own physical lusts and passion, with jerking off and getting high, let's just be honest, that they can mock you as they lie to you.

02:39:45.000 They actually have people believing that all of these ideas are conspiracy theories.

02:39:52.000 Well, here's JFK, somebody who they actually idolize, or who they say they idolize, in any way they treat him as he's an iconic political figure, and he comes right out and say there's a ruthless and monolithic conspiracy.

02:40:04.000 Now, if you accept that there's a ruthless and monolithic conspiracy, where do we go from there?

02:40:09.000 Well, okay, it's widely accepted that JFK, in that speech, was talking about the threat of communism.

02:40:16.000 And I tend to agree with that, although you can make the case that he may have actually been talking about New World Order and the prominence of a communist sort of ethos or spirit that is driving the New World Order. 0.90

02:40:32.000 But in the same speech, he also made reference to the military-industrial complex, and he warned that in trying to fight the communist threat, We would be, we would be unwise, we would be idiots to give up our freedom to a surveillance state in order to combat that communist threat.

02:40:50.000 So he was very, very aware, very conscious and very unabashed and outspoken about his fear of the military-industrial complex on our own side of the world basically swallowing up, you know, the whole fish in any effort to thwart communism.

02:41:07.000 And, you know, let's take communism and Go back a second, because we know we live in a society where communism is at our door, despite what the neoliberal mainstream media establishment machine tries to tell us.

02:41:24.000 We know that the ideals of communism are right at our doorstep.

02:41:28.000 In fact, they're not at our doorstep.

02:41:30.000 They're in our homes.

02:41:32.000 And the policies are in our homes.

02:41:33.000 Look, there's the tacit truth that we aspire to be China.

02:41:42.000 That we see nothing wrong with this sort of communist totalitarian government style of organization.

02:41:51.000 I mean, many of our political leaders, they openly gawk over China and what they've been able to accomplish through communist authoritarian means.

02:42:00.000 But let's go a layer deeper.

02:42:01.000 70% of our college professors identify as Marxist.

02:42:08.000 And when you talk about communism, or when people talk about communism or socialism, many times they leave out that communism derived directly from Marx.

02:42:17.000 And they make the argument that people lived in a commune way before Marx.

02:42:23.000 In other places around the world, but that's dishonest to begin with because the communism that was bred and derived from Karl Marx is the communism that is responsible for hundreds of millions of deaths in multiple places around the world.

02:42:38.000 And so why is it that people fail to identify Karl Marx with communism?

02:42:46.000 And to take it a level deeper, To circle back to the last segment, why is it that we can't talk about the fact that Karl Marx was a Jew?

02:42:56.000 And again, Karl Marx wasn't a Jew, he's an anti-Jew, but that's a spin, that's a distinction that I'm making in the here and now.

02:43:04.000 Karl Marx is somebody who historically, you know, was born into a patriarchal lineage of rabbis, and his father converted to Christianity to assimilate in the times, and then he completely rejected God.

02:43:17.000 And like I said on the last time I was able to guest host, liberalism, communism, and globalism all have the same aim.

02:43:24.000 The removal of God from the organization of man.

02:43:26.000 And when you do that, the government becomes the highest rule.

02:43:29.000 And you can see that.

02:43:30.000 You can see that with their efforts.

02:43:32.000 And there are people out there who want you to believe that any inference that liberalism, communism, and globalism are working in accordance across our society is completely crazy.

02:43:45.000 But look at the evidence.

02:43:47.000 Look at the neoliberal machine that was erected in the post higher learning education system that came to be infiltrated with Marxist professors and look at the dragon in the east that both have come to serve.

02:44:05.000 Or you could say the crown in Europe that we still serve.

02:44:10.000 And let's circle back to Zionism And you know, of course this might get me deplatformed or banned or whatever.

02:44:18.000 Who cares?

02:44:19.000 I mean, we're at that point now.

02:44:20.000 We just got to stop pulling punches.

02:44:22.000 Okay? 0.95

02:44:23.000 Nobody's saying round up the Jews.

02:44:25.000 Nobody's saying round up anybody.

02:44:26.000 If anything, I'm going to call for a truth commission so we can figure out what actually happened here.

02:44:31.000 How did we get to this place?

02:44:33.000 Because most of what we're having to do is piece together information with huge gaps in it.

02:44:39.000 Why?

02:44:40.000 Like Kennedy said, these initiatives were done in secret.

02:44:46.000 It's monolithic and ruthless conspiracy.

02:44:49.000 But let's go to the Zionism question.

02:44:52.000 Many of the black hats in Israel and many of the black hats around the world, the observant, faithful Jews, the real Jews, the Jews that I call kin, these people are openly Openly admit that Zionism itself is a rejection of God. 0.67

02:45:11.000 Now, I believe in the preservation of Israel.

02:45:14.000 I don't think that what's happened there since 1949 is okay.

02:45:18.000 And you can make the argument that the inception of Israel itself was illegitimate on a geopolitical basis.

02:45:29.000 But Israel should stay because it's been But let's be honest, Zionism is a rejection of God. 0.98

02:45:39.000 Zionism is a rejection of the Jew, the Jewish identity, the Jewish ethno-religious identity that they cling to in a post-World War II context. 0.85

02:45:49.000 And if we talk about Zionism, and if we talk about the Jewish identity or the anti-Jew identity, let's go back to the sine qua non. 0.87

02:45:57.000 Let's go back to the banking and the Rothschilds and the Crown.

02:46:02.000 Nobody wants you to be able to talk about it.

02:46:04.000 You can't talk about that.

02:46:05.000 They treat it as though the Rothschilds are a mythological beast, like they're a unicorn or a sasquatch.

02:46:13.000 They're not.

02:46:13.000 There's a Rothschild that's alive today.

02:46:15.000 I mean, David Rothschild is still living to this day.

02:46:18.000 And he's still in the same spot of the financial institution that he's always been in and that his family has always been in.

02:46:24.000 And their wealth is unbearable.

02:46:25.000 Unquantifiable and they've sat in service to the crown which they were initially instituted to be in service of or the monarchies the European monarchies and and yeah And who was in who we talked about the crown the Freemasons another conspiracy theory really?

02:46:42.000 Really go look at the Grand United Lodge right now.

02:46:44.000 Who's the Grand Master the Grand United Lodge Prince Edward of Kent?

02:46:49.000 It's not by accident that the Freemasonry and the International Zionist Conspiracy is regarded as a conspiracy theory from the outset.

02:46:58.000 We're going to talk more about this on the other side of the break, but I have to get to this.

02:47:04.000 Thank you.

02:47:06.000 Gary, while we're on the topic of promotion, why did you decide to promote something that Alex Jones said?

02:47:15.000 That was a few weeks ago.

02:47:17.000 I do not stand with Alex Jones.

02:47:20.000 Position, narrative, court case that he had with Sandy Hook or any of the kids that felt like they had to relive trauma or parents that had to relive trauma or to be dismissive to all the lives that were lost during that tragic event.

02:47:37.000 My post was a post from Alex Jones that he did in the early 90s or late 90s about secret societies in America of occults.

02:47:44.000 And it's true. 0.56

02:47:46.000 So, I wasn't identifying with anything of being a campaigner, a campaignist for Alex Jones or anything.

02:47:52.000 I was just there to post.

02:47:54.000 And it's funny.

02:47:55.000 It's actually hilarious because out of all the things I posted that day, that was the one post that everyone chose to see.

02:48:01.000 It just goes back to the way our world is and works.

02:48:04.000 I'm not here to complain about it.

02:48:05.000 I just exist.

02:48:07.000 And to follow up on the promotion of the movie and the book... Can you please stop calling it a promotion?

02:48:14.000 What am I promoting?

02:48:16.000 You put it out on your platform.

02:48:18.000 But I'm promoting it?

02:48:19.000 Do you see me doing--

02:48:20.000 Do you see me in front of the--

02:48:21.000 By putting it out there, people are going to say that you are promoting--

02:48:23.000 Yeah, I put it out there, just like you put things out there, right?

02:48:25.000 Yeah, but I--

02:48:26.000 OK.

02:48:26.000 It's not stuff--

02:48:27.000 You put things out there for a living, right?

02:48:28.000 Right, but my stuff is not--

02:48:29.000 Great, so let's move on.

02:48:30.000 --filled with anti-Semitic stuff.

02:48:32.000 Don't dehumanize me up here.

02:48:32.000 Let's move on.

02:48:34.000 I'm not doing that.

02:48:35.000 You're free to post whatever you want.

02:48:36.000 I can post whatever I want.

02:48:37.000 So say that, and shut it down, and move on to the next question.

02:48:40.000 But Kyrie, you have to understand that by posting... I don't have to understand anything from you.

02:48:44.000 Nothing.

02:48:44.000 It's not me.

02:48:45.000 By posting what you did... There's no people that you're making up, bro.

02:48:46.000 Move on.

02:48:47.000 But by posting what you did... Move on.

02:48:48.000 Next question.

02:48:49.000 Next question.

02:48:50.000 Do you guys have any more questions for me?

02:48:51.000 And they're going to say... Do you guys have any more questions?

02:48:53.000 Does he have anti-Semitic beliefs?

02:48:53.000 Because this is going to be a clip.

02:48:54.000 This is going to be a clip that he's going to marvel at.

02:48:56.000 Is this any more questions?

02:48:58.000 But you're not answering the question.

02:48:59.000 This is another answer to your question.

02:49:00.000 Oh my God.

02:49:01.000 Let's make another Instagram clip so we can be famous again.

02:49:04.000 Next question.

02:49:05.000 Kyrie, basketball related.

02:49:10.000 That's awesome.

02:49:11.000 Kyrie Irving, what a hero.

02:49:13.000 I mean, you know, it's it's incredible.

02:49:19.000 It's it's incredible that he has the courage.

02:49:23.000 And maybe I shouldn't say it's incredible.

02:49:24.000 Maybe it's just rare because, you know, the times make the warrior.

02:49:29.000 But it's it's certainly impressive that he had the courage to stand up there under that line of questioning and say, yeah, I was referencing the Alex Jones video from 2002 about secret societies and cults.

02:49:41.000 And it's true. 0.56

02:49:43.000 And, you know, I know Kyrie personally a little bit.

02:49:47.000 And he's somebody who is definitely trying to see beyond beyond the veil and is willing to speak out on these issues and has continued to show that he's willing to speak out on these issues.

02:49:58.000 Now, I hope for and I hope to be able to facilitate him getting to know Alex Jones a little bit better or meeting Alex Jones at some point, maybe coming on the show or something of that sort so that he could understand who Alex Jones really is in totality, what Alex Jones has come to represent in the world of information in the most broadest sense, not just around that one particular video, because that one particular video Obviously, for all of us who are part of the InfoWars audience and the InfoWars family knows that that's what Alex Jones has represented for the vast majority of his time on the air.

02:50:36.000 And yeah, they want to take the few mistakes that you make and use that to hang string you up on a cross.

02:50:41.000 That's biblical, but we know the truth.

02:50:45.000 And I'm glad that Kyrie's speaking out on it, but You know, right there, right there towards the end, you heard them pop it up.

02:50:52.000 That's anti-Semitic.

02:50:53.000 And obviously he was referencing from, I think it was from what's from Hebrews to slaves, from slaves to Hebrews or something like some black Israelite documentary that that I didn't watch it really because it just wasn't that good to me.

02:51:09.000 But The point is, why can't he have the conversation?

02:51:14.000 Why can't he pose the question?

02:51:16.000 Who gets to say what we can and can't talk about?

02:51:20.000 This is America.

02:51:21.000 This is a country based upon free speech.

02:51:23.000 This is a country based upon the convincing of people with the convincing of others of

02:51:34.000 our ideas with oratory and composition, right?

02:51:37.000 A dialectical progression of thought.

02:51:42.000 Who are these people who say that we can't ask certain questions, or we can't say certain words, or we can't mention certain parts of history?

02:51:52.000 And now, you know, again, why is this conversation about Jew versus anti-Jew so important?

02:52:00.000 Is it because the Jews are the only people behind this entire global circumstance? 1.00

02:52:09.000 Of course not!

02:52:10.000 Nobody reasonable is saying that!

02:52:12.000 And the attempt to make it seem like anybody who mentions any conversation about the Jewish elite, the anti-Jewish secular elite in pro sports or in America or in Hollywood or in banking, they're just showing themselves to be shills for the very movement that they're trying to rope off. 0.59

02:52:31.000 And they make it worse because the immediate question that any reasonable sane American citizen is going to have is, why can't I ask this question?

02:52:40.000 Um, right.

02:52:41.000 And like I said before, and like Kyrie, Kyrie is alluding to, he said, don't dehumanize me up here.

02:52:47.000 Why is it that you think that you can just cut me off and not even allow me the chance to answer the question that you've asked?

02:52:54.000 Well, you know, you know, and these white liberals.

02:52:58.000 And the people who have come up under this white liberalism, you know, they show that sort of grandiosity, that sort of superiority complex when they're in these conversations about political ideas or political issues.

02:53:11.000 And that's exactly what he tried to do to Kyrie Irving in that instance.

02:53:15.000 And Kyrie just, you know, he just basically de-bowed him and said, hey, next question.

02:53:21.000 I got the microphone.

02:53:22.000 I'm in control up here.

02:53:23.000 I'm Kyrie Irving.

02:53:24.000 Who are you?

02:53:25.000 And I love that.

02:53:26.000 I love that.

02:53:26.000 I think more people need to stand up like that and stop letting these mainstream media shills bully them.

02:53:32.000 But to go back to this, so I went to go, I got to thinking, and I'm sitting at home and I'm going, if we're talking about masonry, Right, which is the oldest secret society on record now.

02:53:47.000 This isn't a conspiracy theorist.

02:53:48.000 They're the oldest secret society that we know of today that's in public existence.

02:53:57.000 So I started thinking about Freemasonry and this whole conversation about conspiracy and it dawned on me that Solomon's Temple or the admiration of the Great Pyramid of Giza is not an admiration of Master building or craft.

02:54:14.000 It's an admiration of slavery.

02:54:17.000 And then right away, you'll hear people say all the pyramids weren't built by slaves.

02:54:22.000 That's been debunked.

02:54:23.000 The pyramids were built by 44 farmers who couldn't farm their land.

02:54:28.000 So they had the time to be, you know, independently contracted to build the build the pyramids another another anti-jew story another

02:54:37.000 way to invalidate the exodus from Egypt which is really the central motif in

02:54:42.000 the Torah it's really the central idea of the Jewish faith that God's

02:54:45.000 people had favor and a promise from the days of the covenant with Abraham and that

02:54:50.000 it was fulfilled when Moses rose up and came from within the within the

02:54:55.000 elite and stood with his people out there in the in the slums and and and liberated

02:55:01.000 his people from from a tyrannical legion but nowadays even the you know these 0.99

02:55:05.000 secular anti-jews go up and off the pyramids weren't built by Jew slaves that's a 0.88

02:55:10.000 lie that's not historically true and you got black people who show for the 0.96

02:55:14.000 same argument and you got these white LGBTQ finocchio's who show for the 0.99

02:55:18.000 same argument and radical feminists who don't even you know who've 1.00

02:55:21.000 never read anything in their life you know much less anything substantive or

02:55:25.000 historical they might read about the the latest relationship gossip between

02:55:29.000 Kanye and Kim K but but they're not reading anything in historical it

02:55:35.000 definitely not outside of the bastion of Marxist college material they're

02:55:39.000 all saying that this isn't even true what are they doing they're delegitimizing

02:55:43.000 one of the one of them

02:55:46.000 One of the central pieces of cultural identity that the real Jews have carried across 5,000 years.

02:55:54.000 That's anti-Semitic!

02:55:55.000 I mean, to take what a people have written and passed down for 5,000 years and go, that's a lie. 1.00

02:56:02.000 That's just garbage. 0.99

02:56:05.000 It doesn't get any more anti-semitic than that. 1.00

02:56:07.000 I mean, there are people who take real criticism or even questioning, you know, let's say, the music from black rappers.

02:56:16.000 And they go, and people will say, hey, you don't get to question that.

02:56:19.000 That's their art. 0.98

02:56:20.000 You know, are you anti-black or are you racist? 0.97

02:56:24.000 But you can take the Torah and completely erase it from history at will. 0.99

02:56:28.000 Okay.

02:56:29.000 Why are we even talking about this?

02:56:31.000 Because there are no people who we can't or shouldn't be able to talk about in a cultural and political context to diagnose where we are here in society now.

02:56:42.000 And we are in a crisis and it is a monolithic crisis.

02:56:47.000 We do need to diagnose and we need every tool possible to be able to uncover the secrets that lie therein.

02:56:54.000 And it's not just the Jews, the anti-Jews.

02:56:57.000 I have just as many questions about the Crown, and about the Masons, and I have just as many questions about their relationship with China, or their acceptance of China, or maybe a war in secret that we don't quite see going on between them and China, which is one of the oldest wars, the Opium War.

02:57:15.000 All of these things have come into question.

02:57:17.000 All of these things need to continue to be questioned.

02:57:20.000 Thank you to Alex Jones and the Info Wars team and family for allowing me to host.

02:57:25.000 I'm Royce White, live from Minneapolis, the belly of the beast.

02:57:28.000 Stay true.

02:57:30.000 Stay honest.

02:57:31.000 Walk with God.

02:57:32.000 Thank you guys.

02:57:33.000 See you next time.

02:57:42.000 You know where the Russians tune in? 0.81

02:57:43.000 You know where everybody tunes in, right?

02:57:44.000 You know who Tucker Carlson tunes in to, and Joe Rogan, Elon Musk?

02:57:47.000 You know where they tune in, right?

02:57:49.000 They tune in right here!

02:57:50.000 InfoWars.

02:57:51.000 Tomorrow's News.

02:57:53.000 Today.

02:57:54.000 We are witnessing the Mark of the Beast system openly rolled out and announced.

02:57:59.000 Whether you believe the Bible is inspired by God or the Word of God or not, what was written over 2,000 years ago by John the Revelator on the Isle of Patmos is coming true. 0.57

02:58:10.000 A world government that makes you take a mark in the hand or the head to be able to buy and sell and that you must worship the beast.

02:58:17.000 That means follow what the beast says or you can't buy or sell.

02:58:21.000 It's not just that you have to have the mark to buy or sell.

02:58:24.000 You've got to do what the beast wants you to do, or you cannot buy and sell.

02:58:30.000 And that's where, in late 2022, we are.

02:58:33.000 Last week, the World Economic Forum was given over $100 million by Government of Canada to roll out a World ID through the UN based on the Communist Chinese digital social credit score system.

02:58:44.000 And now, just today, Bill Gates came out.

02:58:46.000 Here's the article right here.

02:58:48.000 And his foundation donated $200 million to expand digital ID surveillance system for the same Chinese communist control program. 0.71

02:58:57.000 So the social credit score, communist China, and all the control you see is the model of this system being rolled out in Spain, rolled out in Italy, rolled out in Germany, rolled out in Canada, and now they're trying to roll it out here in America.

02:59:08.000 Just a few years ago, Klaus Schwab, head of the WEF, said, you will have to take a microchip to buy and sell in the near future.

02:59:17.000 And now here we are.

02:59:19.000 So this is a huge, huge issue, that they can then dictate to you, through this new digital currency, through this World ID, every action you take in your life, with a carbon tax, through the social credit score, through universal basic income, as they shut off the regular economy and small businesses, making you sign on for a government handout, but with that handout comes all of the rules of the game.

02:59:46.000 This is no longer theoretical on some drawing board or some computer.

02:59:51.000 This is something the bureaucrats and the megacorporations and major governments are doing.

02:59:56.000 There's a race between the West and Communist China to see, with big tech, who can put this in first. 0.92

03:00:05.000 It's scary, but at least we are exposing it.

03:00:08.000 And at least we know about it.

03:00:09.000 Just last week, PayPal said, if you criticize government, if you criticize open borders, or forced injections, or anything else, gun control, we're going to fine you $2,500 for what we say you're doing in your own personal life.

03:00:24.000 We're going to surveil you, and then we're going to censor you.

03:00:28.000 But within days of the announcement, they had to back off because of the backlash.

03:00:33.000 So submitting to this only makes things worse.

03:00:35.000 Standing up to it and saying no only makes things better.

03:00:39.000 And that's why it's so important today, ladies and gentlemen, to say no to World War, no to nuclear war, no to open borders, no to pedophilia, no to the Satanism that is the New World Order.

03:00:51.000 And you cannot do that better.

03:01:44.000 The problem was everybody sold out of high quality but the same time affordable sat phones.

03:01:49.000 They finally got them back in.

03:01:50.000 They also have this amazing bivy stick dongle that turns any phone into a sat phone.

03:01:55.000 Spend a few minutes telling folks about InfoWarsPhone.com.

03:01:58.000 Well, first of all, anybody who's watched what happened in Florida absolutely saw people without power, people without communication, and the word when you lose communication is you panic.

03:02:08.000 The nice thing about Satellite Phone Store is the owners have dedicated themselves to making sure everyone can stay in touch with their loved ones, that they understand And how fragile the electrical grid is and also the cell phone communication grid.

03:02:23.000 I'm told that there are hundreds of thousands of people without cell phones in Florida.

03:02:27.000 And what was neat about Satellite Phone Store, Alex, they sent out vans and were finding people that had to communicate to let their loved ones know that they're alive.

03:02:36.000 Communication in a survival situation is paramount.

03:02:40.000 Not just to be keeping in contact with your loved ones, but for information services.

03:02:45.000 So the bivy stick obviously is satellite to satellite.

03:02:49.000 You use your cell phone in airplane mode, but this is probably one of the neatest things there is.

03:02:54.000 The difference between the bivy stick and satellite phone is a voice communication, but you're limited to the amount of text you can send.

03:03:00.000 With a bivy stick you can give messaging and that's one of the things that's so important.

03:03:05.000 And these are free just with a year contract.

03:03:07.000 They have the satellite phones back in stock.

03:03:11.000 You mentioned that.

03:03:11.000 A thousand of them I believe available at the end of October.

03:03:14.000 They've got the bivy stick. 1.00

03:03:15.000 The package comes with a free phone.

03:03:17.000 They have a satellite uplinks.

03:03:19.000 They have the storage battery.

03:03:21.000 The power solar generators.

03:03:22.000 And in essence they are a one-stop communication and electrical production facility.

03:03:28.000 Go to InfoWarsPhone.com or 941-955-1020.

03:03:29.000 941-955-1020.

03:03:29.000 That's InfoWarsPhone.com or 941-955-1020.

03:03:30.000 This is essential.

03:03:31.000 Everybody needs this.
