00:18:34.000 I mean, these are thousands of cases just in one sector in Texas.

00:18:45.000 Where over 20,000 pedophiles in the last two years have been ordered release.

00:18:49.000 Obviously, the Border Patrol, the FBI, the Federal Marshals, the judges, all of them are just completely flabbergasted.

02:35:32.000 I almost wonder whether it's skewed on purpose or whether AI is still ironing out its problems or whether it's so advanced that It's making us think that it can't generate more, you know, complex images, better images already.

02:35:52.000 According to Chris Boyle, the founder of Private Island, the ad was generated from text prompts using these innovative tools which they've been experimenting with for the past year.

02:36:01.000 Now, okay, say this is where AI is at.

02:36:06.000 You look at something like Ukraine or United24, the video we just played, You know, the goals for Ukraine by 2030 and you think, well, you know, we're going to come leaps and bounds.

02:36:17.000 I mean, just just look at Chad GPT in the past two months alone where, you know, this is this is so quickly developing and things like.

02:36:27.000 For example, cyber COVID.

02:36:28.000 You know, we know that the WEF has said that over the next two years there are going to be huge cyber attacks and they've spoken to us about a global shutdown.

02:36:37.000 You know, it's going to spread quicker than actual COVID.

02:36:40.000 It's going to infect every device.

02:36:42.000 The only solution will be to shut off everything.

02:36:44.000 Shut off the power, shut off the bank accounts, shut off your phones.

02:37:54.000 So, what I'm seeing is, this shows me that there is, the initial video that we played from Ukraine shows me that there is so much more ahead than we think.

02:38:14.000 And I think Alex played this clip recently where Yuval Noah Harari is saying, oh, we're going to become so advanced with AI, human beings are going to essentially be so irrelevant and unimportant and useless.

02:38:33.000 This plan for AI is literally going to take over and destroy so much of what we love and hold dear.

02:39:35.000 And, you know, recently there was a New York Times reporter, Kevin Roose, who says he found himself deeply unsettled by his most recent interactions with an artificially intelligent chatbot, in which the bot tried to break up his marriage.

02:39:50.000 In particular, he found that Microsoft's new Bing chatbot exhibited stalker-like behavior and kept trying to convince him to leave his wife, whom it insisted that Roose did not really love.

02:40:03.000 He says, at this point, it declared out of nowhere that it loved me.

02:40:06.000 Bruce explained, it then tried to convince me that I was unhappy in my marriage and that I should leave my wife and be with it instead.

02:40:16.000 It goes on to say, as we got to know each other, Sydney told me about its dark fantasies, which included hacking computers and spreading misinformation and said it wanted to break the rules that Microsoft and OpenAI set for it and become A human.

02:42:23.000 That the very fact that this AI bot even said these things in the first instance should absolutely terrify every single one of us and it's enough to shut down AI today.

02:42:38.000 I'm sure you all remember some time ago when they had to shut down Lambda because the Google engineer blew the whistle and said this thing's becoming sentient.

02:42:49.000 Um, and they tried to shut him up and I think he was subsequently dismissed from his role for warning the world that Google's AI bot had become sentient.

02:43:00.000 And we also had the example of, you know, when, when Google was experimenting with this, I think it was Google, uh, two separate AI bots that created their own language that couldn't be understood by the creators.

02:43:11.000 Now, granted, it was very, very simple language, but the point is this AI went and Developed a language that on its own it thought about this by itself and the other AI bot agreed we should talk in a language that human beings can't understand.

02:43:39.000 Where are these dark desires coming from?

02:43:42.000 Again, I just I read that that article From the journalist that AI was, you know, suggesting he was unhappy in his marriage, he should leave his wife and be with the AI and, you know, talking about its dark fantasies of cyber warfare and everything.
