01:07:35.000 over the new camps. They're building two new camps in the Darien Gap. That is an existing

01:07:45.000 other day. Actually, the president of Costa Rica and the president of Panama were in that

01:07:49.000 camp on the 6th of October announcing that they're going to go. You see those red buses

01:07:53.000 in the lower left corner?

01:07:54.000 And let's explain. These are UN multinational staging grounds.

01:07:59.000 Oh yeah. Oh yeah. I left that part out.

01:08:03.000 Funded by the United States.
