02:53:57.000 On November 27th, as you know, trying to figure out what the latest motive is, I was outside of my home and all of a sudden I'm looking down the street and I see about 15 to 20 SWAT team members running down the street towards my house.

02:54:15.000 Is this something going on for the neighbor and they're going to tell me to go in the house?

02:54:18.000 And no, it was actually about me.

02:54:20.000 They're wondering, you know, is this my house?

02:54:21.000 Is this where I live?

02:54:23.000 And thank heavens I was outside because it could have turned much different, maybe even deadly, because they were there to serve a no-knock warrant on my house.

02:54:35.000 Oh my gosh, okay.

02:54:37.000 First of all, I can't imagine... They could have barged down the door if I was inside the house and just started trashing the place.

02:54:43.000 Thankfully I was outside though.

02:54:45.000 You have a lot of children.

02:54:49.000 So what was the reason?

02:54:50.000 So I'm sure everyone out there is going, well, why would they do this?

02:54:55.000 What did you do?

02:54:58.000 According to the Sheriff's Department, I am a hardened drug kingpin leader, I guess.

02:55:03.000 Because the warrant we found out is completely illegal.

02:55:07.000 There's a lot of information we can get on that.

02:55:09.000 But they were suspecting, they said that they had evidence to believe that illegal controlled substances in various forms of production from raw marijuana bud and plants to process THC in the form of THC dab, components of a clandestine lab including glass beakers and jars, Butane chemicals, burners, ovens, camp stoves, marijuana grow equipment such as pots, soil, plants, in various stages of growth, heaters, ventilators, PPE, chemicals, and supplies needed to grow plants indoors.

02:55:42.000 CO2 emitters, watering supplies, additionally any other item needed to construct, operate, and maintain a clandestine DAB, laboratory, or marijuana grow.

02:56:06.000 So how could they come up with a warrant like that?

02:56:19.000 The detective, when he started talking to me, I was like, a drug lab?

02:56:25.000 He's like, you have a hose coming out your window, right?

02:56:28.000 And so I have, yeah, I have a hose coming out my window because I have a 3D printer and I exhaust out the fumes.

02:56:35.000 And so the only information he really gave me was that I have a hose coming out my window.

02:56:39.000 And so they had probable cause to believe That's all that they'll give me because it says on the affidavit that supposedly has the evidence, they won't release to me.

02:56:51.000 I've filed a grammar request, which is my state's version of a Freedom of Information Act request, and tomorrow is the last day that they have to, according to statute, to give it to me.

02:57:04.000 It's something easy they have on file.

02:57:06.000 They could just go send and get it to me, but they refused to send me the evidence that they used to collect besides what his verbal description was, is that I have a hose coming out my window and so therefore I have an entire drug lab in my house.

02:57:22.000 I almost don't have words, which is unique for me.

02:57:29.000 So if I'm getting this right now, they can make up Any reason at all.

02:57:36.000 And I mean, we're talking, knowing Ben, you would have to make up all of these reasons, because I know him very well, to get inside somebody's house, to do a no-knock.

02:57:49.000 They even went as far as a no-knock warrant.

02:57:52.000 Not even a knock on the door to ask you a question about that.

02:57:55.000 So, did you have any indication that this was happening at all, against you at all?

02:58:02.000 No, not a clue.

02:58:03.000 Totally just out of the blue.

02:58:05.000 Most of these things that you've talked about were totally out of the blue and no warning in advance that I noticed.

02:58:11.000 And so a lawyer called me up.

02:58:15.000 He's a kind of a civil rights lawyer.

02:58:17.000 And he said, well, you know, send me out the warrant because just just his experience was people don't tell the whole story.

02:58:24.000 And so just, you know, kind of let me get their side of it.

02:58:27.000 So I was like, here you go.

02:58:29.000 Here's the warrant.

02:58:30.000 And he's like, this is Egregious on its face.

02:58:34.000 Without the affidavit even, it's egregious because it's a complete violation of the Fourth Amendment, which says that if they have a warrant to search and to seize something, they have to specifically name what is to be searched and what is to be seized.

02:58:47.000 But in the warrant, it says that any other person on the property or in the home, on the vehicles, as well as described, as well as any vehicle on the property, And so anybody visiting is blanketed into this search warrant.

02:59:04.000 Any person on the property is in the search warrant.

02:59:07.000 So this is a completely just unlawful, illegal, unconstitutional search warrant on its face.

02:59:14.000 And then the fact that they're hiding the affidavit of any supposed evidence, right?

02:59:18.000 If they had just staked out my home for any amount of time, There's nothing that would even make someone suspect that a hose leads to a drug lab.

02:59:31.000 It's crazy.

02:59:33.000 I can't even imagine the reach.

02:59:36.000 It's not even a reach, it's made up.

02:59:39.000 I mean, they had to have made this up.

02:59:41.000 So, with all the cop cars down the street, what stopped them from serving this?

02:59:47.000 I was, well, from doing the no-knock because I was already outside.

02:59:50.000 And so you have this huge rush of SWAT team guys, they're bulletproof vests, they're AR-15s right at me.

02:59:58.000 And, you know, I was out thankfully, right?

03:00:00.000 Because barge down the door, it says no knock and no announce.

03:00:04.000 When they barged through my door, they didn't even have to tell me, according to the warrant, the illegal warrant, who they were and why they were there.

03:00:11.000 And so I've got my kids.

03:00:14.000 Like you said, I've got a fairly large family and I'm there to protect them.

03:00:19.000 And so quickly, that kind of a thing could have gotten very bad.

03:00:22.000 We know that this entire SWAT team, I looked at their record and they have a record of of violence towards others and there was one case that I

03:00:31.000 read about where they pulled over a guy and they thought he was a drug guy

03:00:35.000 again and they start beating him up and then they realize that

03:00:38.000 they got the wrong guy and they continue beating him up according to the report

03:00:42.000 and another guy that they had that they that they killed in another incident

03:00:47.000 And then, you know, just throughout the state, we see it all over the country, is these mistaken identities where people die.

03:00:52.000 And so it could have gotten really bad really fast if I really believed that it was divine providence that I was outside when they decided to storm the house.

03:01:02.000 A hundred percent.

03:01:03.000 There's no doubt in my mind.

03:01:05.000 You know, the reason I asked you on today, and I want people to understand what's happening to the people that try to tell the truth in their states, and about issues in the country right now.

03:01:16.000 When you try to tell the truth, they target you, and this is a targeting.

03:01:19.000 There's no reason, if you knew Ben at all, there would be absolutely, you're shocked at the allegation because it's so, It's so insane.

03:01:31.000 But the sad part is that people go, oh well it's about drugs, so the government has the ability to search for drugs, which is absolutely not true, which is absolutely insane that people kind of give this kind of thing a pass.

03:01:44.000 It's amazing to me that this is what they had to make up in order to go into your home.

03:01:51.000 That's how desperate they are to go after their fellow citizen.

03:05:03.000 And so, this was so insane, and you know, there's a couple of things.

03:05:08.000 Number one, this reminds me of Lavoie Finnicombe, a true patriot who was gunned down by the FBI.

03:05:14.000 Who, in the back, who basically talked about the fact that the tone and the tenor of the FBI was changing when they were all in Oregon, and he was in Oregon with the Bundys.

03:05:26.000 And I remember him on video the day before he died talking about, the day before he was murdered, talking about the tone and tenor for no reason escalating into a type of frenzy And they were doing it all on their own.

03:05:42.000 There was nothing escalating, they were just talking, and there was nothing happening that would have made that so.

03:05:50.000 It was just a choice they were making, and I call it badass syndrome.

03:05:54.000 Because they honestly have this drive and need to look like some sort of, forgive the word, badass, like I'm a badass, you know, like this pride, puffed up pride in whatever they do, whoever they want to accost, whatever unconstitutional thing they want to do to somebody, Is okay because they're the FBI.

03:06:13.000 And because they're SWAT.

03:06:15.000 And I look at the huge cost of what the toll of their harassment has been on you and your family simply because you tell the truth.

03:06:22.000 Simply because you tell the truth about what the legislators are doing.

03:06:26.000 So I would believe that in some point they have to be giving the green light to this.

03:06:30.000 What are your thoughts now two weeks later after this horrendous event and scary event for your family?

03:06:41.000 Well, I mean, just that thing, you know, it's one of those things where some people, it was, I think Alex talked about this in the last segment about, you know, we shouldn't, or it was you talking about how we shouldn't be scared to stand forward just because this happens.

03:06:56.000 I'm, I'm on the trail.

03:06:57.000 Otherwise they would be leaving me alone.

03:07:00.000 And so just like you and I, we were really hot on them and in our state on their move to remove the power of the sheriff.

03:07:09.000 And so they went after me with the, like you said, the checkpoint blocking my home with the DUI checkpoint blocking my home.

03:07:15.000 Mysterious burnings, the attempted kidnapping of my daughter, and now this.

03:07:21.000 And so, you know, I've been talking about how satanic ritual abuse is a real thing and showing the links with government officials and other people in society, showing its link across the country.

03:07:34.000 And so with my own sheriff that had to have signed off on this.

03:07:40.000 And then what's interesting is the judge that signed off on this warrant, his wife, Works for CPS is something that I've come to to learn and so is is my understanding and so it's kind of interesting that the the spouse of what I believe to be a CPS attorney is signing off on a warrant after I you know exposed CPS and show that they had that last time they went after me they claimed that I was starving my daughter and the guy had never met me and never met my daughter claimed that I was not allowing her to drink you know fluids

03:10:06.000 But you have paid a high cost and he's so right about being targeted with a medical kidnapping

03:10:23.000 and so you have to go by these checkpoints or they just wanted to make sure they were right there.

03:10:31.000 They took Ammon Bundy's home, the hospital and as he stood up for a little child

03:10:37.000 with another medical kidnapping from the hospital and it's amazing 'cause I know one of the people

03:10:42.000 that works at that hospital and he was just thinking, he was just so prideful about everything

03:10:47.000 that was going on and he was right and I thought you, it was already proven

03:10:50.000 that that little baby had nothing wrong with it.

03:10:54.000 And so they took Ammon Bundy's home.

03:10:57.000 But wouldn't you say at the end of this you'd rather be on the side of truth and on the side of cowering in your living room and not exposing any of these people?

03:11:07.000 Oh, it just reminds me of the scripture that talks about that if you are living in Christ Jesus, that you will receive persecution.

03:11:15.000 And so, you know, if I were to cower, that would mean I didn't want to pay the price of living my life as I best as I can in Christ Jesus.

03:11:23.000 And so it's, you know, that the option to me isn't there.

03:11:27.000 And I think one of the most recent things that I've done to expose them is my new book, Invasion Volume 2, which I show what Alex has done on the international level, showing the conspiracy and the internationalists and how they invade through, you know, into our nations.

03:15:13.000 You and I don't get educated in what we need to do.

03:15:55.000 But if they feel your support and they feel like you're going to help them and they feel like there are other people that maybe don't have that kind of courage, but are willing to at least help financially or whatever, then they'll keep doing it because they'll get the help that they need to suffer through these things.

03:16:13.000 So the movie leave the world behind.

03:16:15.000 I saw this movie with Julia Roberts.

03:16:16.000 She looked terrible by the way.

03:16:20.000 I was like, Ooh, wow.

03:16:22.000 Um, but, She does this show for the Obamas, and the Obamas are credited as the producers.

03:16:28.000 And this show is about a cyber attack happening in America.

03:16:32.000 There were a lot of symbols and signs in this, like the upside-down flag, when they were talking about the book that it was named after.

03:16:42.000 A lot of symbols, okay?

03:16:44.000 And it was really creepy, actually.

03:16:46.000 They actually did a pretty good job with the overall creep of the movie.

03:16:50.000 Um, but it was interesting because what I kept thinking about was, um, what sold it was that every, let's talk about COVID for a second and kind of give you this little analogy.

03:17:00.000 So they bring out COVID in 2020 and they tell you that there's a pandemic, but you're not actually seeing one in front of your face.

03:17:07.000 Okay.

03:17:08.000 Um, you're isolated in your home, right?

03:17:10.000 You're not seeing people fall over dead.

03:17:13.000 Okay.

03:17:13.000 You're not seeing people that actually were under a pandemic.

03:17:18.000 But why did everybody believe it?

03:17:19.000 Because all of government...

03:17:22.000 Started talking about it, all of government started saying there was the word a pandemic, and then everybody you know started jumping on the bandwagon.

03:17:29.000 The hospitals started receiving money, everyone was receiving cash, and then it bolstered up this idea, well we're in a pandemic, we're in a pandemic.

03:17:37.000 The hospitals were empty, people were shooting dance videos that worked there, the doctors and nurses.

03:17:43.000 There was no evidence of a pandemic, but we all believed it, so we all keep saying the word pandemic.

03:17:49.000 And I started thinking as I was watching this show, how easy it was for them to do this.

03:17:54.000 In fact, it was so easy that all they would have to do is gain control of the internet, which they already really have, but not officially, not publicly yet.

03:18:06.000 But once they do that, if they were to take down the internet and down a few planes, they could tell us we were under attack.

03:18:13.000 They are, with this movie, I think, creating the fear, creating the fear porn so that it's believable when it happens.

03:18:22.000 You've seen it play out with Julia Roberts looking frantic, being suspicious the whole nine yards. 0.99

03:18:28.000 You've seen the guy that's the prepper made out to be the bad guy, right?

03:18:32.000 Kevin Bacon isn't the nice guy because he was the one that had some foresight, started prepping, started gathering things and he didn't just give it up.

03:18:40.000 The second somebody showed up at their house, they made it into a moral dilemma

03:18:44.000 and they made Kevin Bacon look like this horrible human being because he was a prepper.

03:18:50.000 Of course, they had the American flag in front of his house and he has the cowboy hat and they make,

03:18:55.000 they make the majority of Americans look pretty horrific.

03:18:58.000 Okay?

03:18:59.000 And so I thought, you know, wouldn't it be easy for them to basically tell us we were under attack

03:19:05.000 so that we did our own civil war?

03:19:07.000 So maybe, and we actually enacted that because we thought we were under attack.

03:19:13.000 I don't know that they even have to have an attack.

03:19:16.000 All they have to do is some brilliant couple of things and all of a sudden everyone believes it, right?

03:19:20.000 And so we take care of business ourselves for them, is really what happens.

03:19:24.000 The other message in this movie was there's no cabal at the helm.

03:19:28.000 The cabal is even scared, ooh, and that they're succumbing to whatever happens because it's just happening.

03:19:36.000 And no one's pulling a single string because the strings are just chaos.

03:19:41.000 And it's pure baloney, okay?

03:19:44.000 So they're trying to tell you, oh yeah, if you're a real thinker, you're above all that.

03:19:49.000 It's just chaos.

03:19:50.000 It's kind of like telling you that climate change is happening because of your plastic bag and your straw.

03:19:56.000 It makes zero sense, but they want you to think that something's wrong and that you're the problem.

03:20:01.000 And now they're telling you you're the problem because you think there are people at the helm.

03:20:09.000 None of this would be going on if there weren't people at the helm, right?

03:20:13.000 Going behind our back, working out deals with China, having money in big round numbers go over to the Ukraine for heaven knows what, and BlackRock taking over the money, and everything else that's going on.

03:21:35.000 And everyone that works at the post office and Amazon and Costco and Walmart seem to be perfectly fine.

03:21:46.000 Because if it were real, right, and this is the way things transmitted, we'd all be dead.
