01:11:55.000 He was literally convicted for his intentions, his thoughts behind publishing these stickers and what they did was they took things from our house and they went through tens of thousands of private messages of Sam and tried to build up a profile of him and then presented that in court and said this guy is a really bad guy, he needs to go to prison.

01:12:13.000 And they sentenced him for two years in custody with immediate effect, which is, it's just heartbreaking for us because, you know, we have a two-year-old girl, we have a toddler, but we're also having another baby in five and a half weeks and Sam will miss her birth, he will miss her first smile and her first laugh, he'll miss experiencing her learning to crawl.

01:55:53.000 So during COVID, Regulation D of the Federal Reserve said they could change the reserve requirement to zero.

01:56:01.000 Okay, so that means for every hundred dollars you would deposit in a bank, they could lend out a hundred dollars of it.

01:56:09.000 Now, why would they do this?

01:56:10.000 They did this to stimulate the economy under the assumption of, hey, if we're lending money out, people are going to spend it.

01:56:17.000 Right, so that's why they reduced it to zero.

01:56:21.000 And they were just hoping and praying, like we talked about on a previous show, that not everybody was going to want their deposits out, you know, at the same time, you know, via withdrawals.

01:56:30.000 Well, sadly for some banks, that did happen.

01:56:35.000 Interest rates started to rise.

01:56:38.000 Right.

01:56:39.000 So when and why did interest rates rise?

01:56:41.000 Because the printing money like there's no tomorrow to try to stimulate everything under the sun with raising the debt ceiling to to stimulus, you know, handouts to people during COVID to welfare, food stamps, women, infant children programs, you name it.

01:56:58.000 So so here's the the problem.

01:57:03.000 Because the way the mechanism that the Fed uses to slow down inflation is two things.

01:57:09.000 Number one, they can raise interest rates, raise the cost of borrowing, that would tackle inflation.

01:57:14.000 Or number two, they can stop printing money.

01:57:17.000 Well, let's face it, Alex, they're not going to stop printing money.

01:57:19.000 It's the only thing keeping things afloat right now.

01:57:22.000 So therefore, you raise interest rates like they've done almost every single month for the past year and a half.

01:57:29.000 So this is a sign to me that banks are going to start failing.

01:57:34.000 I mean, this is not rocket science, right?

01:57:36.000 But we were ahead of the curve.

01:57:38.000 We were calling this a long time ago.

01:57:40.000 Rising interest rates when people are living at the margin.

01:57:45.000 Most of America is living hand-to-mouth, paycheck-to-paycheck.

01:57:53.000 So, if you raise interest rates and everybody's in debt up to their eyeballs, they have less money at the end of the month, which causes what?

01:58:12.000 Now, a series of delinquencies ultimately is going to end in default.

01:58:17.000 Meaning, either you go bankrupt, the bank cancels your loan, they call for all of it back, right?

01:58:23.000 So, I looked at a chart this weekend when you and I were talking, and this chart shows the delinquencies of large and small banks in America.

01:58:35.000 So, the delinquency rate of large banks is now 3%.

01:58:42.000 So, 3% of every loan that's made is basically late payments.

01:58:46.000 It's delinquent.

01:58:48.000 Now, you might not think that that's a huge number, but that's the largest delinquency rate in 11 years.

01:58:54.000 Now, it gets worse for small banks, which I would say a small bank, Alex, is anything less than a billion dollars in deposits.

01:59:02.000 That delinquency rate is now 7.8%, which is the highest that it's ever been in the history of America.

01:59:10.000 So again, a series of delinquencies is going to result in defaults.

01:59:16.000 So, when people don't make their payments, the banks start running out of money.

01:59:22.000 See, this is where we start to connect dots, because you're an amazing researcher, I research this stuff, and this is where we started connecting dots together.

01:59:30.000 It's like, okay, What happens when people are delinquent, not making their payments, and banks are already undercapitalized?

01:59:37.000 They're strapped for capital.

01:59:39.000 Well, in the past, ever since Silicon Valley Bank crisis, there was a program called the Bank Temp Funding Program, the BTFP, and it was an emergency funding program, kind of like TARP back after 2009 correction.

02:00:03.000 Silicon Valley Bank, Signature Bank, Silvergate, Credit Suisse, First Republic.

02:00:15.000 It's like, let's give these failing banks money so there's not a bank run, so we can save the banking system in America.

02:00:22.000 Well, the end of January, that sunsets.

02:00:26.000 They decided, we're not going to keep this going anymore.

02:00:29.000 We're actually going to sunset this program.

02:00:31.000 It expires on March 11th.

02:00:33.000 That's where I came up with the March 11th date is because it's their date, not mine. 0.63

02:00:43.000 It means when banks start running out of capital, when withdrawals are more than their deposits, because Biden's horrible economic plan for America of lowering wages, raising taxes, raising prices via inflation, people are pulling money out of the bank just to survive.

02:01:02.000 But in the past, they could go to the Fed, the banks could and say, hey, this emergency funding program, this BTFP, we need money so our bank doesn't fail.

02:01:19.000 This article that you brought up about New York Community Bank It's a big deal, because to me it's the tip of the iceberg, Alex.

02:01:32.000 A, they're just a bank that was actually involved in the Silicon Valley Signature Bank, all those banks that went into FDIC receivership.

02:01:45.000 So when Signature Bank went under, they bought them.

02:01:48.000 So any rational person would know that if you buy toxic assets, you're going to make your whole body toxic, right?

02:49:55.000 Now, they say that a complex, high-threat landscape is emerging in which future wars might be fought with humans controlling hyper-sophisticated machines with their thoughts.

02:50:07.000 The military-industrial base is disturbed by synthetically generated, genomically targeted plagues.

02:50:13.000 And the future warfighter goes beyond the baseline genome to become an enhanced warfighter who is capable of survival in the harshest of combat environments.
