00:04:28.000 And found out that the CRO, that's the Chief Reorganization Officer that's appointed by the federal court in bankruptcy, Patrick McGill, was giving orders to send in more guards at night, after they think we're all gone at nine o'clock at night, to change the locks.

00:04:45.000 I then called the different lawyers and people who were learning about it, and They were told, oh, it's just chill, you know, Monday when there was going to be a hearing in court.

00:04:59.000 But the judge never said shut the place down.

00:05:01.000 The judge said he's going to continue to leave the bankruptcy open at least until the 14th of June, which is like 13 days away.

00:05:07.000 So why would he do that?

00:05:10.000 And I then explained through his lawyers to McGill, because I don't speak to him, but certainly I'm alone.

00:05:17.000 I'll tell you why in a moment.

00:05:19.000 That I'm the sole managing member of the LLC, Free Speech Systems, and under that type of corporation, in the type of bankruptcy that Free Speech is in, it's just a fact, it's not even debatable, that I'm the sole managing member and I actually make the critical decisions and things.

00:05:40.000 If he disagrees with what I'm doing, he's a monitor.

00:05:43.000 If he disagrees with what I'm doing, he has to go to the court.

00:05:46.000 He can't act on his authority to just say, close the doors.

00:05:53.000 Then by the evening, I learned from my lawyers, the talk to his lawyers, that he was going to close it until the 14th of June, that Friday in Houston in the federal courthouse.

00:06:07.000 And I've also talked to some of the top lawyers in Texas.

00:06:11.000 I mean, the really top people.

00:06:12.000 I'll stop right there.

00:06:13.000 And they said, this is Alice in Wonderland stuff.

00:06:19.000 But this is the Trump derangement syndrome.

00:06:21.000 It turns out this guy is a huge Hillary supporter, a huge Democrat.

00:06:27.000 And the last few weeks as we were on the office weeks here, telling everybody that I'm going to get people killed.

00:06:34.000 And that I'm a bad person because I'm telling people not to take the vaccine and that shows like this should not be on the air.

00:06:40.000 Now, he said this in front of some of the crew that doesn't want to be on TV.

00:06:43.000 John Harmon, two weeks ago, he came in his office and there was a promo up there with myself and guest and Tyra Carlson.

00:06:51.000 And he just started talking with the TV, you know, not yelling at it, but just, you know, just, oh, that's terrible, blah, blah, blah.

00:06:58.000 And then it gets even crazier.

00:07:02.000 He has clearly, no doubt about it, tried to set me up.

00:07:05.000 My lawyers agree.

00:07:06.000 Everybody agrees.

00:07:07.000 They saw it happen.

00:07:09.000 I was in bankruptcy when Free Speech was in the first six months.

00:07:13.000 And I already had some advertising that I was doing with John Harmey.

00:07:16.000 He's been doing it for many years.

00:07:17.000 It's been 27 years.

00:07:20.000 And I told my lawyers, as assets, I have some of this money over here that I've been paid by advertisers.

00:07:31.000 And so in meeting after meeting with McKeel, they would bring this up and say, OK, let's talk about it later.

00:07:38.000 Well, they went ahead and filed after a few months of this in the court in amongst everything else in my assets and said, by the way, we have this money.

00:07:44.000 We're trying to negotiate to get into free speech systems or maybe the court will give us guidance.

00:07:48.000 But you have to report all this stuff or it's a felony.

00:07:52.000 And I didn't understand what was happening at the time.

00:07:54.000 I just don't imagine that there's people like this.

00:07:58.000 But you see, nobody that was very, very reputable or let's say top shelf, CRO wanted to come be the Chief Reorganization Officer for InfoWars.

00:08:33.000 But he's done some of these, and he's in that court, so it means he's authorized by that court.

00:08:38.000 And compared to the last guy we had that didn't even know what he was doing, and it was just an unbelievable disaster.

00:08:44.000 And that's a whole other story, so I brought him in.

00:08:48.000 And then immediately, he cuts off all the advertising coming directly to free speech systems.

00:08:56.000 Harmon started doing some of the side jobs over a decade ago, he's been here 22 years, because a lot of guests go, hey, I'm coming on the show, I want to help Alex.

00:09:04.000 It's not a lot of the guests, but out of a ton of guests, it's a lot.

00:09:08.000 It's like maybe 15 guests over the years.

00:09:11.000 I said, we'd like to do a rev share, since you're already doing an interview with my book, we'd like to pay you, you know, five bucks, whatever, each book.

00:09:17.000 And then it would be Harmon, because he's also been a producer of Booking Guest.

00:09:21.000 He's Jack Altrey, he's been here 22 years.

00:09:23.000 I would let Harmon take those smaller little deals and do that.

00:09:26.000 And so, McGill's like, nope.

00:09:28.000 Well, at first, he said, that was all fine.

00:09:31.000 But we're trying to get a deal to bring the money in.

00:09:33.000 Then he reports to the court that We are taking in this money and that we're doing this stuff and basically implies we've committed a crime, which it potentially would have been if this was true.

00:09:52.000 While I have the Justice Department and literally at my depositions, physically there and on the phone, and they hardly ever do that, the U.S.

00:10:53.000 Again, Harman had always just done some of the little stuff as a producer because he'd set it up with the guests and do it that way, and it's a hassle, and sometimes it would fall through the cracks if I tried to have the other people do it.

00:11:08.000 And so, McGill gets rid of $12 million of advertisers.

00:12:17.000 We've been at least three or four meetings with my lawyers, and you, and my CPA, where they're writing notes about everything.

00:13:15.000 And so, I'm sitting there watching all this unfold, and I'm like, excuse me, we've been in meeting after meeting about this with the lawyers and with John Harmon, because I wanted John Harmon to come over and bring back all the other advertising that used to be handled over here that you got rid of.

00:13:33.000 He's a really good salesman, knows how to organize this and get the ads producing, get them all, he knows every step.

00:13:38.000 And he's like, oh yeah, we might do that on the road, and then for almost a year, we'll never do that.

00:13:43.000 And I said, Pat, I'm not going to meet alone with you anymore because I don't know what you're going to make up in the future.

00:13:49.000 And my lawyers told me not to.

00:13:50.000 And I said, you know you lied.

00:13:52.000 And I said, if you do it one more time, I'm going to have to go public because it looks like you're trying to set me up.
