00:03:18.000 Bankruptcy court trustee and Alex Jones liquidation case previews wind-down of media company.

00:03:24.000 That's a wind-down over two to four months instead of the judge's order signed last Friday, Gloria Gamble, the same one that ran the show trial against me here in Texas, to have sheriffs come yesterday She said, immediately, and lock the doors.

00:03:48.000 So people say, okay, well, what's happening?

00:03:50.000 Well, that's what I told you a few weeks ago.

00:03:52.000 They will immediately come and try to shut things down.

00:03:55.000 And the Democrat Party lawyers in federal court wanted me shut down two Fridays ago in court. 0.66

00:04:08.000 And there's some maneuvering we can do there.

00:04:12.000 Now the federal court is fighting the state court trying to imminently shut us down because the federal law says if something's profitable, you don't just close the doors.

00:04:24.000 And there's a lot within that, and I'm not going to give out any more strategy here on air, but there is a narrow way To keep Infowars on the air.

00:04:38.000 Now, I've been fighting the Deep State for decades, but they've been completely after me for eight years, as you know.

00:05:52.000 And we're going to successfully censor and demonetize and destroy WikiLeaks and Julian Assange.

00:05:59.000 And when the left wing doesn't stand up, we'll set the precedent to take all the liberals off the air and off the internet.

00:06:07.000 And then when we demonize and remove Alex Jones, The conservatives won't stand up for him because they'll be scared of being shut down and then once they don't stand up for him, they won't stand up for the next person and we'll get all of them.

00:06:27.000 I forget the exact headline on it, but there was a Gizmodo headline and a couple others that were, hold on to your tinfoil hat, Alex Jones, YouTube's about to take you off the air.

00:06:36.000 And then it linked to the Wall Street Journal article, and we had a paid subscription, and I printed off a 30-something page article where it said, meeting at NATO headquarters, big tech working with the EU has developed a plan to stop disinformation and shut down blah, blah, blah.

00:06:52.000 But then it went in to the fact that this would make dinosaur media, Legacy Media more successful and was telling investors, don't worry about all the competition.

00:07:04.000 Don't worry about lagging readers at the Wall Street Journal or viewers being taken away by the Internet from Fox News.

00:07:15.000 Because we're going to end the free internet as we know it.

00:07:18.000 Well, they've certainly tried to a great extent been successful other than X and still independent talk radio and independent websites like Infowars.com.

00:07:28.000 And if Trump doesn't win, well, you know, they're only going to intensify it.

00:08:00.000 But three weeks ago, I'm told that the CRO appointed by the court is going to

00:08:08.000 lock the doors at nine o'clock at night.

00:08:10.000 So two and a half weeks ago, three weeks ago, it was on a Friday. And I said,

00:08:16.000 where's the court order? You're not doing it. I'll call the police. And I blocked it.

00:08:20.000 And there was a lot of concern about that.

00:08:25.000 Some people said, oh, this isn't true.

00:08:26.000 This is a publicity stunt.

00:08:27.000 No, no, no, no, it wasn't.

00:08:29.000 And then an emergency hearing the next Monday, two days later, they admitted it all and it came out in court.

00:08:34.000 The judge said, I'm not going to hear any of this until the 14th.

00:08:40.000 That was two Fridays ago.

00:08:42.000 And at that event, he fired the CRO and said, Mr. Jones owns the company.

00:08:46.000 You cannot do this.

00:08:49.000 Who do you think you are?

00:08:50.000 And handed me the company back.

00:08:52.000 That said, the judge then went on to say, but Mr. Jones is the owner.

00:08:56.000 He now today, that same court hearing, approved my Chapter 7 total liquidation.

00:09:02.000 I've already sold off all the stuff that's not exempt, so it's a foregone conclusion.

00:09:07.000 But it was me wanting to keep it in federal court.

00:09:12.000 So the judge denied shutting down the Democrat Party using the San Diego folks as front people.

00:09:18.000 He shut down their request to close me, close the operation, to close Infowars that day, the 14th.

00:09:27.000 So the last move was then to have it kicked back into state court, but the judge kept jurisdiction over it so that if he doesn't like what the state court does, Which would be imminently, Judge Gware Gamble closing the doors, he said he would probably step in.

00:09:44.000 So that's what goes into all of this and the chess, not checkers.

00:09:50.000 Now, the Democrat lawyers got up in front of the judge and they said, no, no, no, we're not going to immediately close it down.

00:09:59.000 But they immediately ran in and filed last Friday in front of Gware Gamble to shut us down.

00:10:07.000 And told the Travis County Sheriff's Department to come paddle off the doors and kick us out of the building. 0.99

00:10:15.000 The federal trustee filed an emergency motion Sunday saying that is not going to happen and that he is going to do an orderly liquidation so there's value to the quote creditors which they don't want they don't want money they won't be silenced yesterday.

00:10:39.000 I'm going to move away even though I'm going to be cornered and they're going to get me.

02:33:13.000 This is why, this is, for me, I'm all for choice and freedom of expression and all of the rest of it.

02:33:21.000 But the transhumanist movement, I remember, I've read about Marvin Minsky and Doug Engelbert having conversations way back in the 60s.

02:33:36.000 And Doug Engelbert said, what are you going to do for the people?

02:34:04.000 There were those technocrats, those fledgling technocrats that thought even then that that wasn't good enough to be a biological flesh and blood human being.

02:34:42.000 As things stand, we have barely, we have barely paddled a dugout canoe out onto the Pacific Ocean of the unknown of consciousness.

02:35:04.000 And this drive to get us all herded into 15 minute cities, to put us under surveillance from cameras and satellites and drones, to take control of our transactions with central bank digital currencies so that they can make in real time decisions about whether you can buy that or go there or make that decision for yourself.

02:35:28.000 I think in 2016 in America, a majority elected Donald Trump.

02:35:33.000 In Britain in the same year, a majority elected or chose by the biggest plebiscite in British history to leave the European Union.

02:35:47.000 It took them by surprise and everything that's happened then, Covid, war in Ukraine, all of the rest of it has been this sustained punishment beating to put the democratically minded people back in their boxes.

02:35:59.000 And because of it, they were panicked in that moment, and they've tried to tighten the screws too quickly, something they had been doing slowly and subtly.

02:36:07.000 They've tried to do in a hurry over the last four or five years.

02:36:09.000 And in so many ways, they've made this break for the tape.

02:36:13.000 They've tried to breast the tape and get to where they wanted to be.

02:36:17.000 And in so doing, right in that last final act, they've blown it.

02:36:22.000 And too many of us have seen what they're doing and we're waking up to all of it.

02:36:29.000 You see all across Europe, people are voting for popular populist parties.

02:36:34.000 You know, they're voting in increasing numbers for people that are talking about secure borders.

02:36:39.000 They're talking about, you know, taking care of a religion that has served Europe well for the best part of 2000 years.

02:36:45.000 They're talking about You know, championing the family, doing something about falling birth rates, giving people a voice, encouraging people to think, making sure that people aren't afraid to voice their opinions.

02:36:58.000 And the tractors' revolts, the farmers' revolts, the truckers' revolts in Canada, all of these things they have, those baddies have inadvertently triggered.

02:37:07.000 And by God, they've got a tiger by the tail now.

02:53:15.000 It's why in ancient times, our ancestors used to bury their dead on the coast because they understood the coast as being that liminal zone between the land and the sea.

02:53:31.000 And so we have that in us, that when we're on the edge between the land and the sea, that we know that we're on the portal between one reality and another.

03:02:43.000 I want to talk to you about the attack on water, the attack on farmers.

03:02:47.000 While we're having these winds, they're simultaneously coming after our food supply and the water.

03:02:53.000 Something astounding has happened in Idaho.

03:02:58.000 But before we get to some good news about Idaho, could you take us through what you know is going on there?

03:03:05.000 They are coming after the water.

03:03:09.000 Yeah, that's right.

03:03:10.000 We found in the Federal Register that the EPA had entered into an agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers whereby regulation of water goes all the way to it leaving your body.

03:03:21.000 And effectively, the U.S.

03:03:22.000 Department of Defense is the one in charge of enforcing the EPA edicts.

03:03:27.000 So anything the EPA says goes, we are in again, plenary power, dictatorial edicts by a regulator out of control.

03:03:39.000 I've seen, I mean, how many millions of people have been affected by these decisions, Todd?

03:03:44.000 This is unprecedented attacks on not only the farmers, but the people of that region.

03:03:51.000 Yes, and so herein lies the problem.

03:03:54.000 They've given onto themselves the ability to do anything they want as a dictatorship.

03:03:59.000 13 March 2020, a national emergency was declared.

03:04:04.000 That by itself consolidates power in the executive branch alone.

03:04:08.000 But worse, after that a public health emergency was declared.

03:04:11.000 Title 42 is in operation.

03:04:14.000 All human rights, all constitutional rights are suspended and plenary power sits in the hands of the executive branch and the public health authorities in particular.

03:04:24.000 You might have seen the governor of New Mexico said gun violence is a public health emergency.

03:04:29.000 The border has to be opened because it's a public health emergency.

03:04:32.000 They will use it for any and all excuses, including taking away our food supply, Under something they call the One Health Initiative, they designed diseases to be zoonotic so that they can blame disease on people and on animals for the purpose of killing them and depriving us from our food supply.

03:04:50.000 Well, this is something I've discussed many times, Todd, but I keep referencing this document because it really is the model for the whole world.

03:04:57.000 Australia, in conjunction with the CSIRO, who is accused of having involvement in gain-of-function research in Wuhan, published Australia's pandemic preparedness report two years ago now, or almost two years ago, and in that report it says how because of human encroachment on natural habitats, This is going to cause pandemics and potentially change the course of pandemics, impact pandemics.

03:07:10.000 A lot of people don't know all of the things that he does behind the scenes.

03:07:21.000 It started back in the middle of the COVID madness.

03:07:23.000 He was still wearing his green suit.

03:07:25.000 He was an Army Green Beret Medical Doctor and he was tasked in Texas with going around preparing the meatpacking plants for their PCR tests.

03:07:33.000 And by this point in time, he'd already figured it out because he was tasked with giving shots to his troops.

03:07:38.000 And he said, informed consent requires we know what's in it.

03:07:41.000 By the way, I'm not giving my troops these shots.

03:07:43.000 And he saved thousands of lives that way.

03:07:45.000 He went to the meatpacking plants a day before the test was supposed to happen and said, you should probably have a sick out tomorrow because these tests will make sure that everybody gets tested positive.

03:07:54.000 They'll shut down your plant and the meat supply to Texas will be no more. 0.99

03:07:57.000 So, they had a great giant sick out and he saved the meat packing business, the meat business, in Texas.

03:08:04.000 More recently, the thugs from USDA said, we suspect that these deer, domesticated deer, have some kind of a brain virus and we're going to kill all of the deer to find out.

03:08:16.000 And Colonel Chambers with his Don Joe stood the line and said, nope, not over my dead body unless you produce a warrant.

03:08:22.000 Hours and hours later they eventually produced a warrant and they killed 300 deer that had no viruses in their brains whatsoever.

03:08:29.000 But he created such a ruckus that they haven't come back to do it to the cattle.

03:08:36.000 I want to talk about that, but before we do, you mentioned New Mexico.

03:08:40.000 I was actually in the States when New Mexico said, oh yes, gun violence is a national emergency, you know, tried to suspend the Constitution for a month.

03:08:53.000 The Governor said it was a public health emergency, and on that basis, plenary power rests in the Governor, and for that reason, she would have had the legal reasons to obfuscate the guns.

03:09:03.000 The only good news is the Sheriff said not me, not on my watch.

03:09:06.000 Yeah, well I was about to say, there were peaceful protests, everyone turned up.

03:09:15.000 In droves with their weapons to say, no, we have a Second Amendment and you're not getting away with this.

03:09:25.000 We need non-violent, non-compliance and resistance, but standing up for our rights.

03:11:15.000 So the thing to take to heart, the thing to keep in mind for all you farmers and ranchers, no PCR test.

03:11:22.000 If the USDA wants to come on your property, make them get a warrant.

03:11:27.000 How is it that you believe my chickens have a stiffle?

03:11:29.000 On what basis do you think my cows have a problem?

03:11:32.000 Hold the line and you call Colonel Chambers and you call all the other people, your neighbors, and they must come from near and far and bring their weapons with them.

03:11:45.000 The same thing has to apply with these Idaho farmers.

03:11:47.000 They've got to go to their legislature and exercise their First Amendment and their Second Amendment rights at the exact same time.

03:11:55.000 I just can't help but see how the US has more protection under the, you know, your laws are just better than ours here in Australia.

03:12:05.000 Team, if you can bring up, I sent you a photo of the Victorian farmer who I am going to keep anonymous because that was the conversation that we had.

03:12:19.000 So if you've got that photo, guys, bring it up.

03:12:21.000 Basically, this farmer sent a message out.

03:12:25.000 This is following the Australian government saying, we've got to kill all these chickens they already have.

03:12:31.000 And this farmer has sent a letter to their customers saying, we're very sorry, but due to the current avian influenza that is in Golden Plains Shire, Agriculture Victoria has placed a restriction on us and other farms in the area, preventing us from moving eggs off our farm.

03:12:48.000 Having said that, we do not have avian influenza.

03:12:54.000 Even with this fraudulent test, Todd, the birds actually tested negative.

03:13:00.000 We confirmed that when we rang them.

03:13:03.000 And so, you know, they're saying this is an incredibly stressful time and even though You know, the birds are not sick, they're not displaying any symptoms.

03:13:11.000 The government has come in and shut their farm.

03:13:14.000 Now, I will say, this farmer, you know, worked with Agriculture Victoria and eventually they backed off.

03:13:21.000 But the point is that they're just coming in gun-ho, shutting down farms, shutting down businesses, when there's no evidence that these animals are sick! 1.00

03:13:31.000 They have no evidence.

03:13:32.000 And you know what that farmer could do if they wanted to make all of their friends and neighbors happy and produce goodwill?

03:13:38.000 They can say, look, I'm going to loan you this chicken.

03:13:40.000 They didn't say I couldn't move the chicken.

03:13:42.000 They said I couldn't move the egg.

03:13:43.000 So here you take care of this chicken for the next month.

03:13:48.000 I would like to have the chicken back when you're done.

03:13:50.000 We can find ways to beat them.

03:13:55.000 We are nimble and aggressive and we can solve these problems.

03:14:25.000 We really need to be informed, standing our ground and getting those results.

03:14:32.000 So I am seeing a lot of things moving in the right direction.

03:14:37.000 But unfortunately, we have to be completely aware of the agenda of what is coming in order to be able to stand against it properly.

03:14:52.000 The draft that was recently announced With women included in the draft, what do you see coming down the pipeline? 0.91

03:22:29.000 What is implicated here is something called universal jurisdiction.

03:22:33.000 So believe it or not, the Nuremberg Codex It came from the Nuremberg Trials of World War II, created international law, international criminal law in particular.

03:22:42.000 And what that says is that some things are so egregious, so universally bad, like bioweapons, that nobody can hide from this, that they can be hunted down, they can be tried in absentia, and they don't get to live in a country that doesn't allow capital punishment.

03:26:55.000 And we exposed the fact that they were encouraging voter fraud and within minutes, within minutes, Todd, of this broadcast ending, the Australian government, the Electoral Commission, put out messaging apologising and clarifying that they do not want people to commit voter fraud.

03:31:55.000 But Todd, you know, watching these mainstream media outlets, and I'm naming them because it was so embarrassing, the ways in which these people pose their questions, not realizing, you know, and Tucker said something so, so powerful to them, which is that journalists exist to challenge power.

03:32:15.000 What happened to you all where you just started agreeing with the governments and pushing their agendas?

03:37:21.000 And this is where I just want to pivot now, Todd, to Trump and the fact that the gag order has partially been lifted.

03:37:34.000 I'm seeing a bit of a shift where people are, even huge Trump loyalists are asking For his accountability when it comes to some of his recent statements with the injections and so on, I think that's very healthy, Todd.

03:37:47.000 I'd like to get your thoughts.

03:37:50.000 It is.

03:37:50.000 Before we get to Mr. Trump, and maybe this is for him to understand as well, all of these people who assume power and then they dish it out any way they so choose, must bear in mind what happened to Ceausescu in 1994.

03:38:04.000 When you go too far, the people had enough, Your law enforcement, your military isn't going to come and save you.

03:38:12.000 And this is the problem.

03:38:13.000 This is the mistake they made with our own military.

03:38:15.000 They tried to frag our troops, 1.4 million of them, in order to take the poison, all at the same time with use of force authorized.

03:38:25.000 And too many people said, we're not going to do that.

03:38:28.000 And this should be looming in the back of the heads of all politicians, that there is no law without law enforcement.

03:38:34.000 And if you abuse people, and law enforcement see it, They aren't necessarily going to stay on your side because they see the writing on the wall.

03:38:45.000 And this is exactly the point I want them to understand.

03:38:48.000 And frankly, Mr. Trump, I think he owes us an answer.

03:38:52.000 The answer I want is why did you declare a national emergency on 13 March of 2020?

03:39:02.000 And yes, I feel absolutely sick to my stomach that he's up on stage saying, go get your shots when he should have known better.

03:39:09.000 There was lots of evidence out there to show that these things were dangerous.

03:39:17.000 Because if he does, it's going to be used to demonize him further.

03:39:20.000 But at the end of the day, they all must answer.

03:39:29.000 It was planned out methodically and it was executed methodically.

03:39:39.000 The eradication of humanity is what they were after and this is the reckoning that must happen.

03:39:46.000 My view on this really is that perhaps he was not aware of exactly what these people were trying to achieve.

03:39:57.000 But to come out recently and, you know, his statement that got a lot of attention where he was like, you know, telling Biden, you can thank me for the shots or whatever.

03:40:10.000 And the reason why we should be calling it out is because if we care about good leadership, which I think he is a good leader.

03:40:19.000 And, you know, I think the shots should be banned, but at least against the mandates.

03:40:25.000 And so I think it's important that there isn't a blind loyalty right now.

03:40:30.000 I've warned about what's happening in Europe.

03:40:35.000 I'm saying, well, what are they actually talking about?

03:40:39.000 Because these guys are all saying we need to get to net zero and climate change needs to be our economic model, essentially the green economy that the World Economic Forum talks about.

03:41:25.000 Effectively, the holding in this case is that you can't just make up criminal charges and get a majority of the jury to say, well, I think he's guilty of something.

03:41:36.000 It's got to be unanimous on each and every count.

03:41:39.000 And this is going to serve Mr. Trump very well, because at the end of the day, his criminal convictions are going to go away.

03:41:46.000 They can't stand not under the current Or even historic pieces of law that we've had in place for hundreds of years, or common law generally.

03:41:55.000 So these are really positive changes.

03:41:56.000 And when you see things like this coming out of the Supreme Court, and you see a little bit of a reconciliation happening where they back off of the water, for example, things to that nation, what it shows me is they are now afraid of our power.

03:42:11.000 And when we have that power, then we have a responsibility to be disciplined with it as well.

03:42:17.000 We can't have chaos in the streets.

03:42:19.000 That is the means by which they control us.

03:42:21.000 Their motto is ordo ab cao, order from chaos.

03:42:25.000 So our job is to look at everything through a constitutional lens, and we guard our conduct the same way.

03:42:32.000 Police officers, the same thing.

03:42:34.000 When they pull somebody over, they're doing everything procedurally through a constitutional lens.

03:42:38.000 This is how we live our lives, and that being secondarily only to God's lens, right?

03:42:44.000 God's ten rules are really easy to follow.

03:42:47.000 The easiest one is, do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

03:42:50.000 We can get along peacefully.

03:42:51.000 We can take our planet back.

03:42:53.000 We can have our reckoning and have a thousand years of peace.
