01:44:25.000 On this structure was a sign which read all citizens not having proper identification will be detained.

01:44:32.000 All citizens who are deemed to be acting in a suspicious manner will be detained.

01:44:36.000 In each of these posts, there will be six armed Army National Guard reservists with M16s with a full field kit.

01:44:42.000 On the top of the structure of the rear, the open structure on the top, there's a man with a machine gun emplacement.
