01:11:06.000 As an inactive voter and only those who actually voted in 2020 or 2022 should have been reactivated and the chances that they did not reactivate someone that did actually vote are slim to none.

01:13:16.000 I mean, we played the election officials and the district attorneys all over the country going, no, most of these are fraudulent, so they do it right before the deadline, too, to try to swamp and get it through.

01:13:39.000 I mean, in Arizona in 2020, there were 16 counties that had identical regression lines, and there were different races.

01:13:53.000 And it's almost as if it's a plane coming into land where if you're a little bit too far back, you have to speed up to get on that perfect trajectory downward where the point is already set where they need to hit that margin of victory ahead of time.

01:15:07.000 I mean, election law is the most complex and politically charged, dirty realm of law that I've ever been involved in.

01:15:19.000 And the thing about it, the best way I can explain it, is think of it like a maze that takes you two years to go through and check every single corner to see if there's a door as the exit.

01:15:28.000 There's never a door, but it takes you all the way through that two-year period to check every single spot until you realize there isn't a door out.

01:15:34.000 And the problem with that is that as soon as that two-year period comes up, they start changing the rules again because you have a congressional race every two years.

01:15:42.000 It's changing at the federal level.

01:15:44.000 It changes at the state level.

01:15:45.000 It changes at the county and municipal levels.

01:15:47.000 Then you have people disregarding court orders, you have county boards like you see in Fulton County, where we even had the woman who was the former chairman of the Board of Elections in Fulton County state that they quote, never conduct an independent search for anybody, dead people, felons, people who live out of state.

01:16:04.000 They just absolutely disregard the law.

01:16:06.000 And the only way I think that this is ever going to get fixed in the long run is if Trump is in office and he does an absolute massive overhaul of the election structure within this country because it is so just absolutely plagued with corruption.

01:16:22.000 But I think we are able to get through, especially when you look at what a fair election is.

03:09:56.000 He won't even buy his own shares back.

03:09:58.000 So, when you've got these multi-billionaires, they're They're in the know, right?

03:10:49.000 But then also the headline, 700-plus billion of unrealized debt coming due in the banks.

03:10:56.000 So, and this is all real estate debt.

03:10:58.000 The $700 billion is realty losses that are unrealized on the books.

03:11:03.000 So you've got these banks, and they're sitting there with their balance sheets.

03:11:07.000 And if they were, what's an unrealized loss is, it's sitting there.

03:11:12.000 If they were to sell that asset, they would lose money.

03:11:15.000 So their commercial real estate, their residential real estate, the real estate that's on the books at banks is down $700 billion.

03:11:23.000 That's seven times greater, Alex, than it was in 2008-2009 in that crisis that caused a massive recession that took about eight years for people just to break even with, right?
