01:09:49.000 If, for example, you're involved in a civil situation, the police say, well, it's more civil than criminal, and if you want to pursue this, you've got to pursue it on your own.

01:10:03.000 But this individual who filed a private criminal complaint, two of them actually, Hadassah Feinberg, is reportedly a federal employee.

01:10:17.000 This is my understanding.

01:10:18.000 I have no idea who this person is, what her position is, or what she knows or what she doesn't know, even after reading the private criminal complaint.

01:10:31.000 Based on what was posted, she filed a private criminal complaint back between July and August of 2024. And that was declined.

01:10:44.000 The Butler County District Attorney declined to entertain the complaint because the same complaint that she posted or was posted about her allegations.

01:10:56.000 Because there were multiple investigative agencies or investigations being conducted by various government agencies.

01:11:03.000 So the Butler County DA said, no, we're not going to entertain this at the moment.

01:11:08.000 Now, throughout my, I can't believe this, but 40 years in the private sector as an investigator, I filed about, best recollection, 15 of these documents.

01:11:27.000 So there are certain reasons why you would file a private criminal complaint, like I said.

01:11:37.000 Whoever this woman is, again, I don't know if she could be the smartest individual of all the information, but the actual complaint itself that I printed out, went through it a number of times, lacks the necessary specificity as required by the rules of criminal procedure, rules 504 and 506 in Pennsylvania, where you have to really...

01:18:24.000 I'm going to tell you, that someone else that was supposedly on that roof, without giving away too much, I'll just tell you this.

01:18:32.000 I looked at that man in his eyeballs and identified him, and he's very much alive.

01:18:38.000 And that was as of September, October of last year.

01:18:46.000 Not so sure.

01:18:47.000 But I can tell you, on that roof, that body that was shown is Thomas Matthew Crooks.

01:19:05.000 In order for everything to have happened the way it happened on that day, on July 13th, The 12 points of failure by the U.S. Secret Service in conjunction with the failures by Pennsylvania State Police and the individual local bodies, not so much there, but still, there are problems there.

01:19:28.000 For that to happen, and then toss in an assassin, a man who wanted to kill the president, The odds against everything happening in that fashion, one in one septillion.

01:19:47.000 And Jack Posobiec talks about this, writes about this in his book, Bulletproof, and he's absolutely dead nuts accurate.

01:29:49.000 We went to the public library in Bethel Park, looked at Thomas Crook's yearbooks.

01:29:59.000 But we looked at his yearbooks the Monday before the BBC had came in and taken a photograph of his yearbook picture.

01:30:09.000 We were in the following Thursday, looked at the yearbook.

01:30:13.000 Somebody had come in between that Monday and Thursday with a pair of scissors and cut out his picture and the picture of yet another individual.

01:30:22.000 We do know the name of the other individual, but we're not going to disclose that.

01:30:26.000 So it was on that same day when we found that out that they were...

01:30:31.000 For what reason, I don't know why somebody would want to just cut the picture of Thomas Crooks out of a yearbook.

01:30:37.000 But nonetheless, on that same day, we were interviewing people who knew Thomas Crooks.

01:30:45.000 And of course, we noticed probably within 15 minutes of one of our final interviews that we had surveillance on us by the local authorities.

01:30:55.000 And 10 minutes after that, that switched to...

01:30:59.000 Obvious, federal surveillance.

01:31:01.000 And then we continued with the interviews, not to be deterred.

01:31:05.000 I mean, you know, it's within our rights.

01:31:07.000 We're credentialed.

01:31:09.000 We can do this.

01:31:11.000 Except they weren't happy with the people we were talking to.

01:31:15.000 So we ended up, rather than continuing to interview, we ended up being followed by this, or we proceeded to a A public location, a store, if you will.

01:31:32.000 And we were followed by the federal unmarked vehicle, who became more intimidating.

01:31:40.000 I'll leave out the details, but I'll just say this.

01:31:43.000 They were more intimidating, really, by the stop we made.

01:31:47.000 Every stop, a little bit more intimidating.

01:31:49.000 A little closer to the rear bumper, blocking us in.

01:31:54.000 And okay, so we then had, we took a road out of the county on that date.

01:31:59.000 They followed us to the county line and turned around.

01:32:02.000 You would think, okay, those are county officials, but no, those are federal officials making sure we just got out of the county.

01:32:08.000 So the second time was probably a week later.

01:32:12.000 We had the same thing happen to us, except this time we went down a road near, this time we were in Butler, not Bethel Park.

01:32:20.000 That's a hundred mile difference, 90 mile difference.

01:32:24.000 And we were in Butler, and we went down a gravel road, a cow path, basically, near the water tower, shall we say.

01:32:35.000 And we traveled down that road, and out of nowhere came another vehicle with, obviously, two feds in there.

01:32:46.000 How we know this, we were able to verify this afterwards.

01:32:52.000 So anyway, we were blocked into this cow path, and we kind of had a standoff for about 15 minutes.

01:33:02.000 Myself, my investigative partner, and a German Shepherd canine dog were in the vehicle.

01:33:08.000 They basically attempted to intimidate us out of the area, and after about 15-20 minutes, we decided, okay, it's time to go.

01:33:19.000 We'll see what they're going to do.

01:33:20.000 We began to approach them.

01:33:23.000 They backed up to their credit and let us go.

01:33:26.000 But again, they followed us.

01:33:28.000 And we stopped at a convenience store.

01:33:32.000 And one of the individuals, and I haven't told this, I have not said this publicly.

01:33:38.000 One of the individuals, the passenger, got out of the vehicle, came to me and said, have you had enough yet?

01:33:45.000 It's time for you to leave.

01:33:46.000 Got back in his vehicle.

01:33:48.000 And he meant business.

01:33:57.000 He was mid-40s, mid to late 40s.

01:34:03.000 If I could draw somebody from Central Casting from the FBI khakis, a polo shirt, I mean, that's what he was wearing at the time.

01:34:11.000 It would be like an FBI agent that you would think, okay, these days, as opposed to back then.

01:34:18.000 So anyway, but very imposing and very serious about getting us out of there.

01:34:26.000 How he knew we were there, that's a problem.

01:34:29.000 Because we had our cell communications in Faraday bags after the first event.

01:34:36.000 So I don't, you know, how he knew, maybe it was a visual thing.

01:34:40.000 The other thing, again, I told very few people this.

01:34:44.000 The vehicle I was driving is a relatively new vehicle that has all the computer stuff on the, I don't even understand the computer stuff.

01:34:52.000 However, I got in it the following morning.

01:34:56.000 And on the splash screen, there was a warning, a big exclamation point with theft detection or theft attempt detected.

01:35:09.000 And I didn't know what that meant because it was inside a garage, my garage.

01:35:14.000 Okay, so I took it to the dealer or I took it to a shop and they hooked it up to the machine, I guess a diagnostic machine.

01:35:24.000 And they said, okay, this was not a physical attempt, but it was a hacking attempt of the driving mechanism.

01:35:31.000 You're steering brakes and acceleration.

01:35:35.000 How do they know that?

01:35:36.000 I guess by computer.

01:35:37.000 Now, they can see by the order.

01:35:38.000 Yeah, so somebody, because for those that don't know, almost all the new cars, basically all of them have by law, not just tracking systems.

01:35:46.000 Remember, Biden signed into law two years ago.

01:35:48.000 It was already in most of them for 10 years at least.

01:35:50.000 But they can remote control.

01:35:52.000 Almost all cars that have driving assist or safety features, Ford, Chevy, Mercedes, it just goes fancier the car, the worse it is, they're already hooked up to be autonomous.

01:36:04.000 And so, yeah, somebody, like the old X-Files episode 25 years ago, was trying to, it's what you're saying, hack into the vehicle while you were driving it, it looks like.

01:37:32.000 The Heritage Foundation came out with a report stating that somebody with a device at Crooks' house showed up at the FBI prior to the shooting, near the D.C. FBI building prior to the shooting event.
