01:36:30.000 If we can stop it at that initial point, then we can lessen the impact on the child and hopefully, you know, lessen the distribution of their images and videos of them being tortured.

01:36:42.000 Facebook would deactivate the suspect's site but not contact police.

01:36:45.000 The suspects would simply set up a new account in a different name.

01:36:49.000 They are their teachers.

01:36:50.000 They are in top positions in law enforcement.

01:36:54.000 These two individuals, a deputy in Livingston Parish and his teacher wife, who was a middle school teacher, got caught by Adobe.

01:37:01.000 They were photoshopping things.

01:37:03.000 Adobe turned them into authorities in Louisiana, which launched an investigation.

01:37:08.000 Authorities with the attorney general's office showed up at the couple's house.

01:37:11.000 They found this safe full of hard drives, computers, thumb drives, things like that.

01:37:18.000 And all of it was encrypted with a software called Keep My Data Safe.

01:37:23.000 And so essentially they had to come in and decode everything.

01:37:26.000 And when they decoded everything, they were alarmed at what they saw.

01:37:29.000 They saw child porn.

01:37:30.000 They saw child rape.

01:37:31.000 They also saw what appeared to be this deputy who was ejaculating on sweets that were then being served to...

01:37:41.000 They are in the tax-fueled bureaucracy that runs our lives.

01:37:45.000 The Defense Department releasing brand new details into an investigation involving child pornography and dozens of its workers and contractors, some with top-level security clearance.

01:37:56.000 Not only are these very serious accusations, but investigators say some of the people involved were handling the nation's most sensitive secrets.

01:38:04.000 The National Security Agency, the National Reconnaissance Office, and the very secretive Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.

01:38:13.000 Others also worked on actual military installations, including Edwards Air Force Base in California, and also the California-based Naval Air Warfare Center.

01:38:25.000 And the military hardware.

01:38:27.000 Department of Defense computers are being misused to share, to spread, to access child pornography.

01:38:35.000 The Department of Defense does not have an adequate way of responding to this, of tracking down and investigating who as an individual is misusing these computers, who is sharing these pornographic images of children, who is sending them.

01:38:50.000 Parents are knowingly selling videos and photos of their children to predators.

01:38:56.000 Exactly what is happening on these platforms that are allowing adults to subscribe to exclusive content of minors.

01:39:03.000 This is a 13, maybe 14-year-old girl behind me who has a variety of tiers to see photos and videos.

01:39:12.000 And I just want to be clear that these parents know it is not other teenage girls who are buying these photo packages.

01:39:20.000 And everyone who is selling exclusive content of their children online to strangers should be invested.
