00:44:18.000And a grand jury has issued subpoenas for both of them, though it doesn't appear that either have been served yet.
00:44:25.000What we do know tonight as we come on the air is that the Justice Department investigation centers on possible obstruction of federal law enforcement.
00:44:32.000Both the FBI Director Kash Patel and the Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche were in Minneapolis today.
