00:00:00.000 Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh brothers and sisters and dear friends
00:00:06.680 Welcome to this video where we're going to be reacting to something very important that's a
00:00:10.200 matter of our deen inshallah. This video is sponsored by Sirat Seminary. I was going to say
00:00:15.940 what is it called? Celery. One of your five days celery you know vegetables and also one of your
00:00:22.840 five days salah but how do you know how to pray? Well you need to sign up to Sirat Seminary so
00:00:26.420 you can learn you see. Anyways it's one of my jokes. We're going to get straight into it. We're going
00:00:30.460 to be going and reacting to a imam, a scholar who has memorized 14 centuries of chain going back to
00:00:37.440 the prophet peace be upon him. Very profound and we're going to talk about why it's important for
00:00:41.140 us to have that. Now if you guys are watching this and thinking you know what brother Ali where you
00:00:43.960 get that t-shirt from? He looks a bit good on you. Thank you. Okay now obviously what I'm going to do
00:00:48.880 is the t-shirt you can find in Sindeed official inshallah. I'm going to be wearing this yes the
00:00:53.660 first time ever. I'm wearing something live as you guys can see. You know if it gets too cold
00:00:57.480 as you can see brothers and sisters if you want one of these these are very comfortable. I'm telling
00:01:01.280 you bro since they've besides sponsoring me I like this stuff. So as you can see brothers and sisters
00:01:06.120 it gets your back covered literally when you're going to sajda. It's quite long inshallah so I
00:01:09.840 recommend it. But anyways let's get straight into our video. We're going to react to this video
00:01:13.600 and let's watch it for ourselves. Are you guys ready?
00:01:15.640 So you see as the sheikh's going along yeah you were talking about possibly when I say in every 1.00
00:01:38.740 century there's a name because obviously there was maybe in that century you would have maybe two
00:01:41.900 three people living. But you can see where it's going. And if I'm not mistaken it's quoted from
00:01:45.920 his teacher that from his teacher is going all the way back to the prophet. This is fundamental to
00:01:49.460 our religion. Watch this.
00:02:00.620 The only thing I memorized is probably a recipe how to make a milkshake. That's why we need to sign up to
00:02:05.400 Surat Seminary brothers and sisters. But let's carry on watching. This is interesting.
00:02:19.000 Right here he's going up to Bukhari. So he's quoted a chain going all the way back to Bukhari. So we're
00:02:25.240 talking about maybe two three centuries after the Prophet's death yet. Now he's quoting that he's from
00:02:33.080 Bukhari. Yeah. Narrated to us. Boom. So everything that is quoted the chain of transmission going all
00:02:45.080 the way down to Bukhari and from Bukhari. So there is specific chains in Bukhari where the chain is
00:02:50.360 like very short. There's two to three people between Bukhari. Imam Bukhari may have mercy on him and the
00:02:55.560 Prophet peace be upon him. Some of them I think they refer to this as a golden chain. Yeah. Okay. So
00:02:59.560 basically there's three people in between them. And what was the hadith? So now he's mentioned the
00:03:03.960 chain and he's mentioning the hadith. What's the hadith? This is very important guys.
00:03:08.600 The Prophet said, whoever says upon me that which I did not say, then let him take his 0.98
00:03:13.000 seat in the fire. So before he quoted this hadith, which is very popular, he quoted the whole chain.
00:03:18.840 We learn a couple of things from this. Number one, the Prophet has narrated
00:03:22.680 that anyone that says something that the Prophet didn't say, intentionally let him take his place in
00:03:28.200 the fire because you're lying against the messenger of Allah . Now this is very profound
00:03:32.360 because the whole point of the chain of transmission that we have, you know, be it from Bukhari, Muslim,
00:03:37.960 Abu Dawood, Ibn Maja, Tirmidhi and one more, what is it, Shaykh? Nisai. Nisai, Nisai, yes. So the sixth book of
00:03:47.160 hadith, yeah. So what we learn from this world and sisters is that our religion is based on this
00:03:52.920 transmission. Like the Quran is mutawatir. It came from multiple chains. So this shows the foundations 0.97
00:03:59.400 for anybody to doubt a single hadith or any Quran verse is a mass conspiracy. It's like saying a group
00:04:07.240 of people came together and conspired, a mass conspiracy and lied against the Prophet. And they
00:04:11.880 did this in such succession that the other companions, even though they didn't hear it,
00:04:15.640 they didn't say nothing about it. This is what makes our religion foundation so strong because we have
00:04:22.040 everything that goes back to the Prophet, peace be upon him. So even when the Prophet was talking 0.71
00:04:27.480 about telling his companions to write the Quran down, he would make sure that he's not talking 1.00
00:04:31.320 about anything that is from himself in the context of a hadith, yeah. So for example, he would make
00:04:36.840 sure that that is the Quran. His companions doesn't mix it up with his actions. You know, he's saying
00:04:43.640 his hadith is not just what he said, it's his actions, it's his silence, it's his speech, it's his
00:04:48.440 character and it's even his appearance. That is what we learn from the hadith. So this is fundamental.
00:04:55.560 This shows that our religion cannot be from other than by God Almighty. It's impossible. And this is
00:05:01.880 what should make your Iman firm and want you to come and study your religion and understand the
00:05:07.960 science. Yeah, I studied a bit of the science, science of hadith and how we know what is Sahih and
00:05:12.680 Hassan and Daiv and you know, Hassan Ghairi etc. These things are fundamental and it helped me so
00:05:19.960 much. Studying Baykuniya with Ustad Abdul Rahman Hassan, I learned so much. So Surat Seminary has been
00:05:28.360 set up by one of my teachers, Shaykh Abu Safiya to help you guys understand the basics of your religion
00:05:33.320 and help you to build those foundations. If you have time for anything else but not the religion of
00:05:39.480 Allah, then don't be surprised if you are led astray. Because if I give my dedication and time
00:05:44.840 to something other than the Book of Allah or his religion, I am bound to either giving dawah, 0.99
00:05:49.880 seeking knowledge or receiving knowledge from somewhere else. And who is that people?
00:05:54.920 Who is that going to be from? So brothers and sisters, this was a profound video that I found
00:05:58.680 and I, MashaAllah, I found it amazing. So that's the reason why brothers and sisters, I want you guys,
00:06:04.360 inshallah, to sign up to Surat Seminary, inshallah, and learn your religion. And you can pay in
00:06:09.560 installments if you want, inshallah, but it is fundamental for you guys to equip yourself with
00:06:15.400 this knowledge. I'm not going to keep this video very long. Be Allah, bless you guys for watching and
00:06:19.640 I want to thank Surat Seminary for, inshallah, sponsoring this video, inshallah, and I urge every
00:06:25.320 single one of you guys to study in your own time. Videos are pre-recorded, you can ask questions,
00:06:29.800 etc. So thank you for watching and hope you guys found this profound. I will say share it with your
00:06:33.800 Muslim and non-Muslim friends. Till next time, Asalaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wabarakatuh. 0.97
