00:00:00.000 how can we have so many devices with so many apps which help us monitor our progress for our body

00:00:07.580 but none for the soul well the qurani app is about to show you your progress with your soul

00:00:12.740 yes that's correct not only does it encourage you to read it tells you how many verses you've read

00:00:17.140 how many pages you read how long you've been on it and best of all the hasana counter

00:00:20.960 download the qurani app now and have a ramadan with allah subhanahu wa ta'ala's book like you've

00:00:25.420 never had before assalamualaikum warahmatullahi barakatuh brothers and sisters and dear friends

00:00:29.760 imagine as a muslim if i come and say the quran is not a perfect book what would be going through

00:00:35.560 your head the question that we're going through your head or should be going through your head is

00:00:39.140 well okay you believe this is from god you don't believe it's to be perfect it has mistakes in it

00:00:44.160 how are you even a muslim now when i came to islam brothers and sisters one of the main reasons i

00:00:48.940 chose islam was because i said if i am going to dedicate and follow any religion it has to be a

00:00:54.940 book that is preserved and it has evidences that it is from god it's a basic foundation if it's from

00:01:00.480 god i need to know and be proved it's from god yeah and if it is i have to follow it yeah now

00:01:05.880 someone that you had a dialogue with um this uh speak in speaker's corner said something very

00:01:11.920 strange and bizarre and the way he said it is as if he thought he was doing something good to uh to

00:01:17.240 his uh yeah it was like one point for him but he didn't realize it was like an own goal let's watch

00:01:22.240 hear what he had to say because it was quite bizarre yeah christians don't teach or believe

00:01:29.080 that the bible is perfect that is a quranic claim about the quran so you have to judge the quran 0.99

00:01:39.120 by what the quran says and the bible by what the bible says so the bible says it is here to teach you

00:01:50.040 about who god is and how to live it doesn't claim to be perfect like the quran okay so it's very 1.00

00:01:59.700 simple yeah anywhere in the bible does the bible claim that it's been preserved

00:02:03.800 no it doesn't it doesn't there's a verse where it says if if you change one drop god will punish

00:02:10.840 you etc but it does not say it's been preserved so we're going to judge the bible by the bible and

00:02:14.440 his statements that the bible doesn't claim to be preserved okay the quran does the quran claim to 0.99

00:02:18.920 be preserved yeah okay what does the quran say it says um that certainly we will send down we have 1.00

00:02:28.240 sent down the reminder and we will preserve it okay well hold on a second but is there a challenge

00:02:32.960 there to prove you can it's easy to say but is there challenges that allah gives there are many

00:02:36.840 challenges that the quran gives in fact it's good to ask this question because it would seem that there

00:02:41.480 are two categories of things which are required in order to prove a god a word is from god right

00:02:47.200 that are necessary and sufficient okay okay yeah so necessary are like the basic requirements that if

00:02:53.600 you don't if you don't fulfill those um necessary requirements then you we can't even have a

00:03:00.140 conversation about the book being from god and i would say among the most necessary conditions

00:03:05.100 that are required in order for a book to be from god not only just preservation but i would say

00:03:10.400 lack of inconsistencies and this is what the quran actually mentions in chapter number four verse

00:03:15.640 number e2 where it mentions if it was from other than god they would have found in it many different

00:03:24.720 areas and contradictions right now the thing is because it's not a uncommon thing for a christian

00:03:32.680 apologist like him or a christian scholar to say that the bible is um has errors in it in fact carl bart

00:03:40.840 who is one of the major scholars yeah um in the 20th century he referred to the bible as vulnerable

00:03:46.840 other people like him you know have also said that the bible they don't uphold what is referred to as the

00:03:52.540 principle or the the the the creed or biblical inerrancy most people that definitely do uphold this

00:03:59.320 would be evangelical but others don't especially in the modern age where you can you can literally

00:04:05.180 materially see the mistakes in the bible whether it's historical mistakes whether it's um textual

00:04:11.660 mistakes or whether it's bible mistakes contradictions internal scientific mistakes anything right and so

00:04:18.200 what happened in this discussion is that i was pushing him on some of the internal contradictions in

00:04:23.080 the bible and he came to the conclusion that well we don't need to say the bible is perfect now what i'm

00:04:27.680 saying is why should we believe that a book with contradictions is the word of god and that's a

00:04:33.680 very important question to be asked brothers and sisters because when we discuss and i spoke to a

00:04:37.760 lot of christians when they realize and come to the realization hold on a second i cannot defend this

00:04:42.980 book anymore and we see that in speaker's corner where the christians um who come to the park they have

00:04:48.600 actually stopped talking about the bible they do not talk about the trinity yeah all they're doing is

00:04:52.760 talking about islam now one wonders like i'm a muslim if i don't talk about tawhid who's going to talk

00:04:57.620 about tawhid so when you come into the park and all you're doing is talking about islam and not

00:05:02.180 your book that asks a big question now that big question mark is answered with your words this

00:05:07.140 individual the book is not perfect now if the book is not perfect and you're telling me that this is

00:05:13.440 the book that we know the resurrection and the crucifixion and the trinity hold on a second you're

00:05:18.920 basing your life on jesus's divinity his crucifixion and his resurrection on a book that is not perfect

00:05:24.440 yeah well how can we we're asking the question how do we how can we trust that the resurrection

00:05:28.980 and the divinity and his uh his his death or whatever it may be his divinity are perfect because

00:05:34.720 it's coming from an imperfect book yeah brothers and sisters if i would and i say this to our christian

00:05:38.720 brothers when i speak to them i go look you you care about your body your well-being okay if i gave

00:05:44.160 you a bottle of water and i said look just a drop of poison just a little bit drop drink it you will

00:05:48.540 never drink it how are you putting your soul at risk by consuming a book that is not perfect not

00:05:54.860 only not perfect it's the severity of imperfection as well like let's say the parts of the book which

00:06:00.400 are imperfect to what extent are they imperfect to what extent are they erroneous they may be so

00:06:05.020 imperfect that they may be guiding you astray and what kind of book from god would guide somebody

00:06:10.200 astray and why would a book from god have imperfections in it when it says that god is not

00:06:15.880 meant to be the author of confusion yes and this is the point like at the end of the day

00:06:20.040 if god wanted it if how could god punish me for following a book which is imperfect exactly

00:06:26.200 following a book which is filled with contradictions exactly and it just it just seems hijab to me bro it

00:06:31.800 just seems observing speaking to our christian brothers and sisters is that they have totally lost

00:06:36.460 absolute hope well it was first it was a trinity and the trinity could be discussed using the bible

00:06:41.100 yeah now they're saying that the very trinity that we used to discuss using the bible

00:06:44.840 we're not even using the bible anymore i hear statements as like this the following we don't

00:06:50.020 need the bible we have christ i've heard these statements many times what do you mean you it's

00:06:55.680 like me saying i don't need the quran um i will i will i have allah how are you going to know allah

00:07:02.080 his attributes who he is if you don't have the quran exactly i don't think there's much to say um

00:07:07.960 there's really not much to say and this shows you it's intellectual self-sabotage it's it's it's

00:07:13.000 it's an intellectual suicide it's as simple as that yeah it's a yeah they're making our case for us

00:07:18.480 yeah and i think this this this coward this is helping us out yeah he's an intellectual eunuch 0.97

00:07:23.960 yeah uh he is he is he is he is an intellectual coward he's somebody who comes to the park over and 0.97

00:07:28.860 over again and you know why you can see you know when i look at his face you can see 0.96

00:07:32.880 the the the the darkness in his face every time he comes to the park yeah all he does is just talk

00:07:39.120 about islam yeah and i you know i understand the moment he spoke about the bible he gave us

00:07:43.700 everything we needed exactly and that's why he doesn't like speaking about it can you imagine if

00:07:47.300 this guy can you imagine he spoke about the bible for what was that under one minute yeah can

00:07:51.120 imagine speaking for 10 minutes oh yeah that's what else you're gonna you're gonna throw the

00:07:55.940 bible on the bus you throw everyone in the bus so brothers and sisters um in a nutshell for christian 0.81

00:08:01.380 brothers and sisters who are genuinely watching this we're talking about a specific individual

00:08:03.800 because it's hostile towards us yeah and allah tells us that you guys are not all the same but

00:08:07.440 for those who are genuinely seeking the truth one more thing know that just just to make a claim

00:08:11.580 that we're not here to you know we're laughing at this individual but if you're genuinely looking

00:08:15.040 for the truth this does not make you question it bro one more thing actually i've done this video

00:08:18.300 on my channel and so i'm gonna i'm gonna read something out that someone has said this is

00:08:23.960 william lane craig who's seen as a premier apologist of the christian world and a scholar

00:08:28.880 and he takes the same view as bob and so many listen to what he says yeah he says the author

00:08:33.940 of genesis seems utterly unconcerned to iron out the inconsistencies between chapter one and chapter

00:08:40.780 two that commentators have struggled with for centuries he does not seem to care that they're

00:08:44.920 inconsistent the author an attitude suggestive of an intended non-literal interpretation so basically

00:08:52.040 his way to solve the problem of contradictions in the bible is to say all of it is a metaphor

00:08:56.180 but my question would be what is the use of contradictory metaphors

00:09:00.280 exactly yeah this is a good question yeah yeah yeah

00:09:04.240 brothers sisters hope you enjoyed the video next till next time assalamu alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh
