00:00:00.000 Us? I might be wrong with that.
00:00:03.000 In a valley? No, it's a...
00:00:05.000 Over a razor sharp bridge, is that correct?
00:00:08.000 One second. Do you want to record this?
00:00:10.000 Is it for your channel?
00:00:12.000 Yeah.
00:00:13.000 I made it for my channel as well.
00:00:15.000 Can I smile?
00:00:17.000 Smile.
00:00:18.000 Smile!
00:00:19.000 So basically, as I understand it,
00:00:23.000 I need to look up the script because I'm speaking from the top of my head.
00:00:26.000 Even he appeared not to have assurance of salvation.
00:00:29.000 It's not to show the salvation. It's humble.
00:00:32.000 You know, it's not saying...
00:00:33.000 We don't go and say,
00:00:34.000 You are 100% going to heaven and nobody can see that.
00:00:37.000 With you, we're just being, you know what, look.
00:00:39.000 This guy is going to come this side. This guy is so loud, man.
00:00:41.000 We will do our best. Right?
00:00:43.000 We will do our best.
00:00:44.000 But your opinion, you've got a guarantee card.
00:00:46.000 You both think it's good.
00:00:48.000 I absolutely agree with you.
00:00:50.000 Okay, we're in humility. We're seeing, you know what?
00:00:52.000 We do our bit.
00:00:53.000 Right.
00:00:54.000 If you read the Quran, it says Allah, the most merciful, the most beneficial.
00:00:58.000 Right.
00:00:59.000 So if he's the most merciful, he looks at Ali and says,
00:01:01.000 You know what? Ali has made sins.
00:01:03.000 But Ali brings five times a day, for example.
00:01:05.000 Yeah.
00:01:06.000 He helps the poor.
00:01:07.000 He does, et cetera, et cetera, for example.
00:01:08.000 Yeah.
00:01:09.000 He does all of this.
00:01:10.000 Yeah, do you get what I'm trying to say?
00:01:11.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:01:12.000 He has a haircut looking good.
00:01:13.000 Whatever, yeah?
00:01:14.000 So what it is, if he does this, right?
00:01:16.000 God is going to get my good deeds and my bad deeds.
00:01:19.000 And Allah says, he chooses.
00:01:21.000 Even if my bad deeds are more than my good deeds, he might choose and say,
00:01:24.000 You know what?
00:01:25.000 One day, let's say this time, you did something really good.
00:01:28.000 And I give you bad things because of that.
00:01:30.000 And you go into heaven.
00:01:31.000 This is the mercy of God.
00:01:32.000 Okay.
00:01:33.000 This is the mercy.
00:01:34.000 But you need to put work in.
00:01:35.000 If you was married, how would you like if your wife came up to you and said,
00:01:38.000 Patrick, I love you.
00:01:39.000 But she doesn't kiss you. 0.99
00:01:40.000 She doesn't show you love. 0.86
00:01:41.000 She doesn't buy you nothing.
00:01:43.000 She says, I love you.
00:01:44.000 Does that love count?
00:01:46.000 It's a rather cheap love, basically.
00:01:49.000 It's a cheap love?
00:01:50.000 Yeah.
00:01:51.000 Just the way, don't get me wrong, it's the cheap one you give to God.
00:01:53.000 You know why?
00:01:54.000 Because you see, we believe.
00:01:56.000 Do you practice?
00:01:57.000 No, we don't.
00:01:58.000 Do you pray?
00:01:59.000 No, we don't.
00:02:00.000 Do you give the charity?
00:02:01.000 No, we don't.
00:02:02.000 No, we don't.
00:02:03.000 That's not love.
00:02:04.000 We love you.
00:02:05.000 We sacrifice.
00:02:06.000 We pray.
00:02:07.000 Look over there.
00:02:08.000 Take the camera over there.
00:02:09.000 The brothers have just finished praying.
00:02:11.000 Right?
00:02:12.000 The brothers have just finished praying.
00:02:13.000 They pray.
00:02:14.000 We pray just like Jesus did.
00:02:16.000 Jesus fasted over 30 days.
00:02:18.000 We fast for 30 days.
00:02:20.000 To summarize, you're trying to say that actions speak louder than words.
00:02:23.000 Yes.
00:02:24.000 Yes.
00:02:25.000 It's very louder than words.
00:02:26.000 And I believe it's a wishful thinking.
00:02:27.000 That you believe you're going to die.
00:02:29.000 Not praying.
00:02:30.000 You're not doing certain things.
00:02:31.000 And you're going to go to God and say,
00:02:32.000 God, we believe your son or yourself died for our sins.
00:02:36.000 Yeah.
00:02:37.000 And God's going to be like,
00:02:38.000 Yes.
00:02:39.000 Okay.
00:02:40.000 Now you can go heaven.
00:02:41.000 And now you're going to have to reply specifically to that.
00:02:42.000 I believe that's what you're thinking on your part.
00:02:43.000 Yes.
00:02:44.000 Because you believe that you put faith in your good works.
00:02:46.000 Yes.
00:02:47.000 That you can be on an equal level of God.
00:02:48.000 As holy as the pure as God.
00:02:49.000 No.
00:02:50.000 Because if God is just and holy.
00:02:51.000 No way we say that.
00:02:52.000 He will not be able to accept you.
00:02:53.000 No way we say that.
00:02:54.000 No way we say that.
00:02:55.000 Listen.
00:02:56.000 Listen.
00:02:57.000 The most pure as the pure as we can say.
00:02:58.000 Yeah.
00:02:59.000 Is the prophet Muhammad.
00:03:00.000 Yes.
00:03:01.000 Even he.
00:03:02.000 Yeah.
00:03:03.000 Right.
00:03:04.000 Even he.
00:03:05.000 Can't say he's the same.
00:03:06.000 We don't say that.
00:03:07.000 Okay.
00:03:08.000 Listen to this.
00:03:09.000 Look.
00:03:10.000 In the Quran it says look.
00:03:11.000 Yeah.
00:03:12.000 You can make mistakes.
00:03:13.000 Yes.
00:03:14.000 But I'm merciful.
00:03:15.000 Okay.
00:03:16.000 God is saying I am merciful.
00:03:17.000 I can forgive.
00:03:18.000 I have no argument.
00:03:19.000 I'm sorry.
00:03:20.000 You're not arguing about that.
00:03:21.000 No. 0.99
00:03:22.000 I need somebody to die. 0.99
00:03:23.000 I need blood. 0.99
00:03:24.000 I need to see someone.
00:03:25.000 What kind of a loving God is that?
00:03:26.000 That requires someone.
00:03:27.000 His son.
00:03:28.000 To die for our sins.
00:03:30.000 Where in the Quran.
00:03:31.000 Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala say.
00:03:32.000 Look.
00:03:33.000 Come to me with sin as high as the skies.
00:03:36.000 I will forgive.
00:03:37.000 Okay.
00:03:38.000 I will forgive.
00:03:39.000 Every single one of them.
00:03:40.000 Unless you associate partners with me.
00:03:41.000 Look at the love.
00:03:42.000 This is what real love is.
00:03:43.000 God is saying I will forgive you.
00:03:44.000 I'm so sorry.
00:03:45.000 And whereas in the bible it says no.
00:03:46.000 I need blood. 0.96
00:03:47.000 Somebody has to die. 0.99
00:03:48.000 You tell me which one is my love. 0.97
00:03:49.000 Okay.
00:03:50.000 Going back to what you made bad sort of.
00:03:51.000 Good deeds.
00:03:52.000 I'm going to rephrase it a different way.
00:03:53.000 Yeah.
00:03:54.000 Do you believe you have any corruption in you whatsoever?
00:03:55.000 Are you as pure as God is?
00:03:56.000 Me?
00:03:57.000 Yes.
00:03:58.000 I'm telling him look.
00:03:59.000 Yeah.
00:04:00.000 I'm telling him look.
00:04:01.000 Yeah.
00:04:02.000 Do you believe you have any corruption in you whatsoever?
00:04:03.000 Are you as pure as God is?
00:04:04.000 Me?
00:04:05.000 Yes.
00:04:06.000 I'm telling him look.
00:04:07.000 Are you on camera?
00:04:08.000 I am a sinner.
00:04:09.000 I make sins.
00:04:10.000 I always make sins.
00:04:11.000 Okay.
00:04:12.000 And I would always make sins.
00:04:13.000 Okay.
00:04:14.000 But knowing that I try my best.
00:04:15.000 Yeah.
00:04:16.000 And I pray.
00:04:17.000 Right?
00:04:18.000 I don't want to be perfect.
00:04:19.000 But knowing that Allah is the most merciful.
00:04:20.000 Right.
00:04:21.000 I know in my heart.
00:04:22.000 When even when I sin I don't want to.
00:04:24.000 But certain times we all fall for it.
00:04:26.000 But knowing that there's a loving God that says he will forgive me.
00:04:29.000 That gives me hope.
00:04:30.000 Yeah.
00:04:31.000 But where about you?
00:04:32.000 What do you mean by that?
00:04:33.000 I've answered the question.
00:04:34.000 Sure.
00:04:35.000 If we say that we can work our way into God's good books.
00:04:39.000 We are saying that we're as pure and righteous as God's.
00:04:42.000 And I would have to refute that.
00:04:44.000 We've never said that.
00:04:45.000 And number two.
00:04:46.000 I'll come back to the point.
00:04:47.000 We've meant to be doers of the word.
00:04:48.000 Not just hearers.
00:04:49.000 The Bible's very clear about that.
00:04:50.000 And therefore.
00:04:51.000 If I was to claim I'm a Christian.
00:04:52.000 Yet did anti-Christian things all the time.
00:04:55.000 You'd probably have enough proof to say.
00:04:57.000 Well.
00:04:58.000 You know.
00:04:59.000 That actually I is a Christian.
00:05:00.000 I don't think you'd have the proof in front of you.
00:05:08.000 That I'm lying about my Christianity.
00:05:11.000 Or at least I'm a cultural Christian in most cases.
00:05:13.000 Like I could be a cultural Muslim.
00:05:14.000 Muslim.
00:05:15.000 Which is basically the way Muslim. 0.99
00:05:16.000 So it's the same difference there.
00:05:18.000 But our salvation relies on God.
00:05:21.000 Because the minute you start relying on works.
00:05:24.000 To make yourself right before God.
00:05:26.000 That is where pride comes in.
00:05:27.000 That is where you make yourself equal to God.
00:05:29.000 And ironically.
00:05:30.000 You're almost making yourself an associate with God.
00:05:32.000 You're doing that.
00:05:33.000 How do you know this?
00:05:34.000 You said.
00:05:35.000 The moment we put our works in.
00:05:36.000 It's like what?
00:05:37.000 The moment we rely on our works.
00:05:39.000 Yeah.
00:05:40.000 On good deeds.
00:05:41.000 And I'm saying from bad deeds too.
00:05:44.000 No.
00:05:45.000 That is a form of pride.
00:05:46.000 Okay.
00:05:47.000 You're saying that you can be as pure as God.
00:05:49.000 Okay.
00:05:50.000 You're thinking that when we practice.
00:05:52.000 It's like we're saying.
00:05:53.000 Look.
00:05:54.000 We did the works with pride.
00:05:55.000 Even though we practice.
00:05:56.000 And we do all of that.
00:05:57.000 We still come to Christians and say.
00:05:58.000 Look.
00:05:59.000 Inshallah.
00:06:00.000 Meaning hopefully.
00:06:01.000 We will go heaven.
00:06:03.000 Look at this.
00:06:04.000 Look at what you said.
00:06:05.000 You said.
00:06:06.000 Look at.
00:06:07.000 We don't even have a pride.
00:06:08.000 We're doing.
00:06:09.000 We're praying.
00:06:10.000 Yeah.
00:06:11.000 But we still come to Christians and say.
00:06:12.000 Look.
00:06:13.000 If God wills.
00:06:14.000 We will go heaven.
00:06:15.000 Look at.
00:06:16.000 Look at the thing we have in here.
00:06:17.000 Look at the humbleness. 0.96
00:06:18.000 As Muslims we have in here.
00:06:19.000 Right.
00:06:20.000 Even though we're doing the works.
00:06:21.000 We're saying.
00:06:22.000 Look.
00:06:23.000 Inshallah we'll go to heaven.
00:06:24.000 Right.
00:06:25.000 But whereas you.
00:06:26.000 I want to tell you.
00:06:27.000 God said.
00:06:28.000 He's going to die for your sins.
00:06:29.000 Where did he say that?
00:06:30.000 Where did he say. 0.97
00:06:31.000 I will die for your sins. 0.60
00:06:32.000 At the moment. 0.52
00:06:33.000 I can't remember why.
00:06:34.000 You got me.
00:06:35.000 No.
00:06:36.000 No.
00:06:37.000 No.
00:06:38.000 No.
00:06:39.000 No.
00:06:40.000 No.
00:06:41.000 No.
00:06:42.000 No.
00:06:43.000 No.
00:06:44.000 No.
00:06:45.000 No.
00:06:46.000 No.
00:06:47.000 No.
00:06:48.000 No.
00:06:49.000 No.
00:06:51.000 Yeah.
00:06:53.000 Nobody gives a father back to me.
00:06:55.000 That's important.
00:06:56.000 Also, this is an important thing,
00:06:58.000 he says he's a forgiver of sins.
00:06:59.000 Take blind people's sins. 1.00
00:07:00.000 Do you remember the Gospel of Luke?
00:07:02.000 When he mentions he had a paralyzed man,
00:07:04.000 and says,
00:07:05.000 your faith has made me well.
00:07:08.000 Your faith has made me well.
00:07:10.000 The Pharisees looked at that,
00:07:12.000 and they thought,
00:07:13.000 what's going on here?
00:07:14.000 This is Sabbath.
00:07:15.000 First of all, it's Sabbath.
00:07:17.000 Then number two,
00:07:18.000 he wants them to say,
00:07:19.000 who can give sins?
00:07:21.000 When he says,
00:07:23.000 your sins are forgiven, brother.
00:07:24.000 The Pharisees knew what Jesus was saying here.
00:07:26.000 They knew that he was forgiving sins.
00:07:28.000 And this is Sabbath,
00:07:29.000 because they knew
00:07:30.000 that was equating himself with God.
00:07:32.000 Okay, okay.
00:07:33.000 If that's the case,
00:07:34.000 if he was forgiving sins on his own accord,
00:07:36.000 then you need to understand
00:07:37.000 that there's another verse that says,
00:07:39.000 Jesus says,
00:07:40.000 I and my own self can do nothing.
00:07:43.000 As I seek, I judge,
00:07:45.000 and my judgment is just.
00:07:46.000 I do not seek my will,
00:07:48.000 but the will of my Father.
00:07:49.000 Automatically,
00:07:50.000 he's referring to God.
00:07:51.000 In the book of Acts,
00:07:52.000 chapter 2, verse 22,
00:07:53.000 it says,
00:07:54.000 Jesus of Nazareth,
00:07:55.000 a man approved of God,
00:07:57.000 with wonders,
00:07:58.000 miracles,
00:07:59.000 and signs,
00:08:00.000 which God did by him.
00:08:03.000 Listen to this carefully.
00:08:04.000 Which God did by him.
00:08:06.000 Just like Moses did miracles,
00:08:08.000 God did it by him.
00:08:10.000 You know, God gave him that power.
00:08:11.000 Moses didn't come and say,
00:08:12.000 look, I'm throwing this on the floor,
00:08:13.000 and he's going to turn to a snake.
00:08:14.000 By God's will,
00:08:15.000 and Jesus is clearly saying this.
00:08:17.000 Now,
00:08:18.000 I will give you another verse,
00:08:19.000 where Jesus is clearly saying,
00:08:20.000 he didn't die for our sins.
00:08:21.000 Because he says,
00:08:22.000 one day,
00:08:23.000 some man comes up to him,
00:08:24.000 and says,
00:08:25.000 oh good master,
00:08:26.000 what must I do,
00:08:27.000 to gain eternal life?
00:08:28.000 Why do you call me good?
00:08:29.000 First,
00:08:30.000 if he's the same with God,
00:08:32.000 why does he,
00:08:33.000 if God would,
00:08:34.000 somebody comes to God,
00:08:35.000 and says,
00:08:36.000 oh good master,
00:08:37.000 why would he refuse to be called good?
00:08:38.000 He says to the man,
00:08:39.000 he says to the man,
00:08:40.000 why do you call me good?
00:08:42.000 There is only one good,
00:08:43.000 and that's God,
00:08:44.000 number one.
00:08:45.000 Now, coming back to the sense,
00:08:46.000 he says,
00:08:47.000 only your mother and father,
00:08:48.000 do not commit adultery,
00:08:49.000 do not commit murder,
00:08:50.000 etc, etc, etc.
00:08:52.000 And the man says,
00:08:53.000 look, Jesus, my Lord,
00:08:54.000 yeah,
00:08:55.000 he says,
00:08:56.000 I have done all of them since I was young,
00:08:58.000 what must I do now,
00:08:59.000 to gain eternal life?
00:09:01.000 Now, the problem here is,
00:09:02.000 and I ask the Christians is this,
00:09:04.000 if that's the case,
00:09:05.000 why didn't Jesus say,
00:09:06.000 um,
00:09:07.000 okay,
00:09:08.000 you lack one thing,
00:09:10.000 and that one thing,
00:09:11.000 is believing that I died for your sins,
00:09:13.000 he doesn't say that,
00:09:14.000 he doesn't,
00:09:15.000 he says,
00:09:16.000 you lack one thing,
00:09:17.000 and that one thing is,
00:09:18.000 you go home,
00:09:19.000 sell your wealth,
00:09:20.000 and give it,
00:09:21.000 distribute it to the poor,
00:09:22.000 then you will be in eternal life.
00:09:24.000 Now, the problem is here is this,
00:09:26.000 if Jesus,
00:09:27.000 his all Christianity thing,
00:09:28.000 is based on him dying for your sins,
00:09:29.000 he should have said,
00:09:30.000 you lack one thing,
00:09:31.000 and that's believing that I died for your sins,
00:09:33.000 now follow me.
00:09:34.000 But he doesn't say that,
00:09:35.000 he says,
00:09:36.000 go home,
00:09:37.000 sell your wealth,
00:09:38.000 you get to the poor,
00:09:39.000 you get eternal life.
00:09:40.000 So that means,
00:09:41.000 if I'm a rich man,
00:09:42.000 I go home,
00:09:43.000 sell my wealth,
00:09:44.000 you get to the poor,
00:09:45.000 I get eternal life.
00:09:46.000 So, how does Jesus' time fit into that?
00:09:47.000 We haven't died yet,
00:09:48.000 basically,
00:09:49.000 this was going to happen in the future,
00:09:50.000 that was going to happen in the future.
00:09:52.000 And number two,
00:09:53.000 you have to bear in mind,
00:09:54.000 that when he said,
00:09:55.000 why are you calling me good,
00:09:57.000 God is good,
00:09:58.000 my implication was saying,
00:10:00.000 he is God himself.
00:10:01.000 Number two,
00:10:02.000 number two,
00:10:03.000 this is important bit,
00:10:04.000 if you go earlier,
00:10:05.000 if you go earlier in that chapter,
00:10:06.000 Jesus is giving you an illustration of the vineyard,
00:10:09.000 where you had the tenancy farmers,
00:10:12.000 basically,
00:10:13.000 and the owner of the vineyard,
00:10:14.000 was going there to get his rent,
00:10:16.000 basically.
00:10:17.000 So mistreating his servants, 0.89
00:10:18.000 killing some,
00:10:19.000 mistreating others,
00:10:20.000 ultimately sent his son.
00:10:21.000 Now that owner,
00:10:22.000 even the Pharisees knew what Jesus was saying,
00:10:25.000 they knew,
00:10:26.000 that he was meant that the owner was God,
00:10:28.000 the tenancy farmers,
00:10:29.000 basically,
00:10:30.000 were the Pharisees, 0.81
00:10:31.000 the servants,
00:10:32.000 who the owner was saying,
00:10:33.000 were the prophets from old,
00:10:34.000 and his son,
00:10:35.000 Jesus was implying that he himself was God's son.
00:10:38.000 Now,
00:10:39.000 they knew that,
00:10:40.000 and that's why they took offense at that.
00:10:42.000 And that was happening before,
00:10:43.000 Jesus met up with,
00:10:45.000 met up with this chap,
00:10:46.000 who's asking him,
00:10:47.000 what have you told him,
00:10:48.000 that's one thing you lack?
00:10:49.000 You also asked,
00:10:50.000 well,
00:10:51.000 you said that Jesus was saying,
00:10:52.000 why do you call me good?
00:10:53.000 No,
00:10:54.000 God is good.
00:10:55.000 You've got two answers to that.
00:10:56.000 Either you could say,
00:10:57.000 well,
00:10:58.000 you're not,
00:10:59.000 you're not good,
00:11:00.000 because you're not God.
00:11:01.000 Or,
00:11:02.000 you could say that you,
00:11:03.000 you are good,
00:11:04.000 Jesus,
00:11:05.000 because you are God.
00:11:06.000 Do you have a choice?
00:11:07.000 You've got two choices to that.
00:11:08.000 Yeah, so,
00:11:09.000 that would be my answer to that.
00:11:10.000 And second,
00:11:11.000 two points,
00:11:12.000 very quick.
00:11:13.000 First of all,
00:11:14.000 when,
00:11:15.000 after Jesus had been resurrected from the dead,
00:11:16.000 when he met his disciples,
00:11:17.000 you had Thomas,
00:11:18.000 who called him,
00:11:19.000 my Lord and my God.
00:11:20.000 And Jesus referred to him and said,
00:11:21.000 said,
00:11:22.000 reply to him,
00:11:23.000 now you believe.
00:11:24.000 Now,
00:11:25.000 if Jesus was a good teacher,
00:11:26.000 that we both believe he was,
00:11:27.000 he would have immediately corrected Thomas on that,
00:11:29.000 on that point.
00:11:30.000 Third point,
00:11:31.000 the third and final point,
00:11:32.000 is just at Jesus' trial,
00:11:34.000 with the religious leaders.
00:11:37.000 Jesus,
00:11:38.000 Jesus asked about,
00:11:39.000 who,
00:11:40.000 who are you?
00:11:41.000 He referred to himself as a son of man,
00:11:42.000 who's prophesied in Daniel,
00:11:44.000 and who would be,
00:11:45.000 whose kingdom to be everlasting,
00:11:46.000 is everlasting.
00:11:47.000 But,
00:11:48.000 the point I'm trying to make is,
00:11:49.000 that if you're trying to...
00:11:50.000 Where did he say,
00:11:51.000 he died for our sins?
00:11:52.000 I don't get it.
00:11:53.000 Sorry?
00:11:54.000 Where did he say,
00:11:55.000 he died for our sins?
00:11:56.000 Yes.
00:11:57.000 He died for our sins.
00:11:58.000 He died for our sins.
00:11:59.000 I love the passion,
00:12:00.000 the young man promised him,
00:12:01.000 the young man died.
00:12:02.000 What I'm trying to say is this,
00:12:03.000 if he didn't save his own mouth,
00:12:05.000 and he died for our sins,
00:12:06.000 if he didn't save his own mouth,
00:12:07.000 that I am God,
00:12:08.000 why do you believe what God said?
00:12:10.000 Because at the end of the day,
00:12:11.000 it's the escape.
00:12:12.000 Abraham,
00:12:13.000 said there was one God.
00:12:14.000 Moses said there is one God.
00:12:15.000 Jesus said there is one God.
00:12:17.000 Jesus said there is one God.
00:12:18.000 Jesus says look, hear o Israel, our LORD God is one.
00:12:22.920 No, no, no, no, no.
00:12:23.860 It's very important here.
00:12:24.740 United one.
00:12:25.740 No, no, no, no.
00:12:27.320 It isn't words for God, it's a plural.
00:12:29.520 Listen, listen Patrick.
00:12:30.440 Do you believe in Abraham?
00:12:31.120 Yes I do.
00:12:31.860 Do you believe in Moses?
00:12:32.740 Yes I do.
00:12:33.440 Do you believe in Jesus?
00:12:33.640 Yes I do.
00:12:34.360 Then why do you say, Moses, I mean, Abraham's a liar. 0.98
00:12:37.260 Moses a liar. 0.99
00:12:38.520 Jesus a liar. 0.99
00:12:39.520 But what Paul said is right.
00:12:40.520 You're getting three messages of God, who's Paul a messenger of God?
00:12:44.740 You're complaining, that's absolutely complication.
00:12:46.820 Was Paul a messenger of God?
00:12:50.820 Yes, of course. He's an apostle.
00:12:52.820 No, no, no. Was he a messenger of God?
00:12:54.820 He was an apostle basically.
00:12:55.820 No, he wasn't. You know very well he was then.
00:12:57.820 Okay.
00:12:58.820 So, Abraham says one God...
00:12:59.820 No, no, no. Tell me what he was then. If you wasn't an apostle, tell me what he was.
00:13:01.820 That's according to your language. 0.97
00:13:02.820 Paul was somebody that killed Christians. 0.95
00:13:04.820 He was a bounty hunter, as you know. 0.97
00:13:06.820 And one day he comes and goes,
00:13:07.820 Guys, I had a revelation today.
00:13:10.820 God spoke to me.
00:13:11.820 Okay.
00:13:12.820 What if Hitler came here today 0.96
00:13:14.820 and said to the Jews, 1.00
00:13:16.820 Jews, I've killed six million of you guys, 1.00
00:13:18.820 but God spoke to me. 1.00
00:13:20.820 Now follow me.
00:13:21.820 Would the Jews follow us? 1.00
00:13:23.820 Very unlikely. 0.99
00:13:24.820 They were flying kicking him in his head.
00:13:26.820 Yeah, they were flying kicking him straight up.
00:13:27.820 So, what I'm trying to say to you is,
00:13:29.820 Abraham says one God,
00:13:31.820 Moses says one God,
00:13:32.820 Jesus says one God.
00:13:33.820 Paul comes along, 0.98
00:13:34.820 a person that kills Christians and says, 0.99
00:13:35.820 No guys, 1.00
00:13:36.820 this is a good God.
00:13:37.820 And they didn't believe him at first.
00:13:38.820 They were scared of him at first.
00:13:40.820 They didn't believe him for a while.
00:13:41.820 Exactly.
00:13:42.820 I'm trying to say,
00:13:43.820 I'd rather believe Abraham, 0.52
00:13:44.820 Moses and Jesus, 0.97
00:13:45.820 than somebody that used to kill Christians. 0.90
00:13:46.820 And you should take that upon yourself. 0.98
00:13:48.820 Now,
00:13:49.820 secondly,
00:13:50.820 know where Jesus said...
00:13:51.820 Come on, verbatim, verbatim.
00:13:52.820 Don't use notes.
00:13:53.820 No, no, no.
00:13:54.820 I'm not using notes.
00:13:55.820 Okay, no problem.
00:13:56.820 So,
00:13:57.820 what I'm trying to say is this.
00:13:58.820 I can give you like,
00:13:59.820 many examples, right?
00:14:01.820 I need you to acknowledge that Jesus,
00:14:03.820 if he never said it himself,
00:14:05.820 why do you want to believe that?
00:14:07.820 We're not here to say,
00:14:09.820 my religion is the best.
00:14:10.820 I'm on the debate.
00:14:11.820 I'm not here to do that.
00:14:12.820 I'm sincerely telling you Patrick,
00:14:13.820 and I've talked to you many, many times.
00:14:15.820 You are sincere.
00:14:16.820 Yes.
00:14:17.820 If you are truthful,
00:14:18.820 excuse my voice,
00:14:19.820 if you are sincere and truthful,
00:14:21.820 you will say,
00:14:22.820 hold on a second.
00:14:23.820 Most people come and say to me,
00:14:25.820 the Quran is written by man,
00:14:27.820 and the Bible is from God.
00:14:29.820 And this is what I say.
00:14:30.820 I say,
00:14:31.820 if that's the case,
00:14:32.820 how is it that a man,
00:14:33.820 has done a better job than your God?
00:14:35.820 In the Bible,
00:14:36.820 there's contradictions,
00:14:37.820 there's errors,
00:14:38.820 there's errors,
00:14:39.820 there's verses added in later,
00:14:40.820 but in the Quran,
00:14:41.820 that's written by a man,
00:14:42.820 he doesn't have these errors.
00:14:44.820 So, you need to question yourself,
00:14:45.820 and go, hold on a second.
00:14:46.820 Jesus, himself,
00:14:48.820 prophesies of a comforter that will come.
00:14:51.820 Yes.
00:14:52.820 In his name.
00:14:53.820 In his name.
00:14:54.820 No, no.
00:14:55.820 His name?
00:14:56.820 That's nonsense.
00:14:57.820 If you're trying to say the Holy Spirit,
00:14:59.820 it's Mohammed, 0.95
00:15:00.820 that is absolute nonsense. 0.96
00:15:01.820 How is that nonsense? 0.85
00:15:02.820 Because it comes in his name,
00:15:03.820 in Jesus' name.
00:15:04.820 And Mohammed's, 0.97
00:15:05.820 sorry,
00:15:06.820 Mohammed's message is rather different from the Bible. 0.75
00:15:08.820 No, no, no.
00:15:09.820 Didn't he come,
00:15:10.820 didn't prophet Mohammed,
00:15:11.820 the message he got,
00:15:12.820 told us to believe and love Jesus?
00:15:13.820 Excuse me, sorry?
00:15:14.820 Didn't prophet Mohammed, 0.98
00:15:15.820 he told us to believe and love Jesus?
00:15:17.820 He would,
00:15:18.820 well, he so.
00:15:19.820 So,
00:15:20.820 so,
00:15:21.820 if he's talking about the comforter,
00:15:22.820 if he's saying,
00:15:23.820 when I go,
00:15:24.820 he shall come,
00:15:25.820 prophet Mohammed came 600 years later, 0.74
00:15:27.820 he says,
00:15:29.820 he shall guide you onto all truth.
00:15:31.820 Yes.
00:15:32.820 Which is the Quran.
00:15:33.820 He says,
00:15:34.820 he shall not speak of himself.
00:15:35.820 As he hears,
00:15:36.820 he shall speak.
00:15:37.820 Every Muslim knows that prophet Mohammed,
00:15:38.820 he spoke on him,
00:15:39.820 did not know how to read or write.
00:15:40.820 And he taught it.
00:15:41.820 He did not speak of himself.
00:15:42.820 As he heard from angel Gabriel,
00:15:44.820 he spoke it to his disciples.
00:15:45.820 Right.
00:15:46.820 And the last point it says,
00:15:47.820 the comforter,
00:15:48.820 Jesus is saying,
00:15:49.820 he shall glorify me.
00:15:50.820 Is there any religion,
00:15:51.820 on this planet,
00:15:52.820 that loves Jesus,
00:15:53.820 follows Jesus,
00:15:54.820 and glorifies Jesus apart from Islam? 0.77
00:15:56.820 I don't think it's true.
00:15:57.820 I'm asking who is it then?
00:15:59.820 Okay,
00:16:00.820 first of all,
00:16:01.820 you're coming out with,
00:16:02.820 saying the Quran is perfect and unchanged.
00:16:03.820 Yes.
00:16:04.820 Do you have the Romanic manuscripts?
00:16:05.820 Sorry?
00:16:06.820 Do you have the,
00:16:07.820 do you have the manuscripts
00:16:08.820 from the time of Kalifutban?
00:16:09.820 Yes.
00:16:10.820 Without going to the notes.
00:16:11.820 No, for the pictures.
00:16:12.820 No, no, it's okay.
00:16:13.820 Without going to the notes.
00:16:14.820 Okay.
00:16:15.820 We've got,
00:16:16.820 we've got,
00:16:17.820 the Quran was done by two ways.
00:16:18.820 What's been said about Al-Katuric?
00:16:19.820 What's been said about the Quran?
00:16:20.820 Sorry?
00:16:21.820 What's Al-Katuric? 0.99
00:16:22.820 I've got a nice name.
00:16:23.820 Al-Turic. 0.94
00:16:24.820 Al-Turic is Turkish.
00:16:25.820 I know.
00:16:26.820 He said it in this picture over here.
00:16:27.820 Yeah.
00:16:28.820 That is from the late 1st century,
00:16:30.820 2nd century Egypt.
00:16:31.820 Right.
00:16:32.820 We have 100% of the Quran
00:16:35.820 in Al-Uspain Museum,
00:16:37.820 in Egypt,
00:16:38.820 Mosque.
00:16:39.820 Yeah.
00:16:40.820 And from 1st century Egypt,
00:16:41.820 we have 85%.
00:16:42.820 You're aware of,
00:16:43.820 you're aware of Yasser Gasser,
00:16:44.820 aren't you?
00:16:45.820 Yasser Gasser,
00:16:46.820 who does,
00:16:47.820 actually,
00:16:48.820 I'm with Mansour's actually,
00:16:49.820 where they actually were
00:16:50.820 ponding apple-chase with us
00:16:51.820 at the tennis house.
00:16:52.820 This was about one month ago.
00:16:54.820 There is no,
00:16:55.820 there is no,
00:16:56.820 um,
00:16:57.820 extant,
00:16:58.820 full Mushaf from,
00:16:59.820 from the time of Kalatufman.
00:17:00.820 You've got to bear in mind,
00:17:01.820 at the time of Islam,
00:17:02.820 at that time,
00:17:03.820 at that period of time,
00:17:04.820 that the Mushafs were on, 0.99
00:17:05.820 apparently on Vellum,
00:17:07.820 which is quite strong,
00:17:08.820 does not deteriorate fast.
00:17:09.820 And also,
00:17:10.820 the cities,
00:17:11.820 where these Mushafs were taken to, 1.00
00:17:12.820 they were all under full Muslim control. 1.00
00:17:15.820 We Christians,
00:17:16.820 we,
00:17:17.820 for the first,
00:17:18.820 um,
00:17:19.820 for the first three centuries,
00:17:20.820 we were persecuted,
00:17:21.820 we were,
00:17:22.820 we were not in control of cities,
00:17:23.820 basically.
00:17:24.820 Uh,
00:17:25.820 our manuscripts were on,
00:17:26.820 on Papari,
00:17:27.820 which deteriorates very quickly.
00:17:28.820 So,
00:17:29.820 we,
00:17:30.820 we're quite open.
00:17:31.820 We're quite open that we don't have,
00:17:32.820 um,
00:17:33.820 manuscripts from,
00:17:34.820 from the first two centuries.
00:17:35.820 in the first three centuries.
00:17:36.820 We're quite open,
00:17:37.820 that there are four,
00:17:38.820 four hundred thousand variances.
00:17:39.820 But we're quite happy,
00:17:40.820 we're quite happy,
00:17:41.820 with the difference between the text of Stratus,
00:17:42.820 which is used in the King James Bible,
00:17:44.820 and what we call the critical text,
00:17:46.820 which is used in the,
00:17:47.820 NIV,
00:17:48.820 or the English Standard Version,
00:17:49.820 as,
00:17:50.820 as examples.
00:17:51.820 We are aware of the differences,
00:17:52.820 we are the big differences,
00:17:53.820 like the end of,
00:17:54.820 uh, Mark,
00:17:55.820 we're aware of the missing one,
00:17:56.820 which is,
00:17:57.820 exactly,
00:17:58.820 exactly,
00:17:59.820 but,
00:18:00.820 nevertheless,
00:18:01.820 there is no,
00:18:02.820 difference in doctrine,
00:18:03.820 where you read the New Testament as a whole,
00:18:04.820 either from the text of Stratus,
00:18:06.820 or from the Bibles that we use today.
00:18:08.820 There's no,
00:18:09.820 there's no difference.
00:18:10.820 Okay, Patrick, Patrick.
00:18:11.820 You are confirming,
00:18:12.820 that for,
00:18:13.820 300 years later after Jesus,
00:18:15.820 Yes.
00:18:16.820 the New Testament start coming about.
00:18:17.820 Yes,
00:18:18.820 we've got the,
00:18:19.820 we've got the,
00:18:20.820 we've got the first management.
00:18:21.820 The first management.
00:18:22.820 We've got the first,
00:18:23.820 yeah.
00:18:24.820 As I know from,
00:18:25.820 I don't know how it is,
00:18:26.820 I think from the third century,
00:18:27.820 the New Testament you have,
00:18:29.820 is this big.
00:18:30.820 It doesn't really matter how,
00:18:31.820 how big it is.
00:18:32.820 This big.
00:18:33.820 Right.
00:18:34.820 From the New Testament,
00:18:35.820 from the first century,
00:18:36.820 that's the oldest,
00:18:37.820 original ones you've got.
00:18:38.820 This big.
00:18:39.820 And it's proven,
00:18:40.820 people know that.
00:18:41.820 Now,
00:18:42.820 you're saying there's variances.
00:18:43.820 Yeah.
00:18:44.820 Sorry,
00:18:45.820 just to go back a little.
00:18:46.820 When you say it's this big,
00:18:47.820 what do you mean by that?
00:18:48.820 The oldest,
00:18:49.820 newest,
00:18:50.820 New Testament.
00:18:51.820 In terms of,
00:18:52.820 the number of pages,
00:18:53.820 or?
00:18:54.820 Pages,
00:18:55.820 the original,
00:18:56.820 the latest you've got is that big.
00:18:57.820 Right?
00:18:58.820 Yes.
00:18:59.820 You've got variances.
00:19:00.820 Yes.
00:19:01.820 And you're still willing to believe that it's from God.
00:19:02.820 Absolutely.
00:19:03.820 Okay.
00:19:04.820 Now, from that on,
00:19:05.820 what I can say is,
00:19:06.820 I've done my bit.
00:19:07.820 Yes.
00:19:08.820 You're rejecting it.
00:19:09.820 Yes.
00:19:10.820 Not a problem.
00:19:11.820 Right?
00:19:12.820 Yeah.
00:19:13.820 So,
00:19:14.820 people,
00:19:15.820 show me a verse that's been added into the Qur'an,
00:19:16.820 or show me two books where it says,
00:19:17.820 look,
00:19:18.820 over here it says this,
00:19:19.820 in this Qur'an it says this.
00:19:20.820 If you cannot prove that,
00:19:21.820 you do not have a case.
00:19:22.820 You need to show to me,
00:19:23.820 look,
00:19:24.820 in the Qur'an,
00:19:25.820 in this chapter,
00:19:26.820 this verse,
00:19:27.820 this has been added in,
00:19:28.820 this is my evidence.
00:19:29.820 Do you have that?
00:19:30.820 I'm sorry.
00:19:31.820 Straight back to the point I made earlier.
00:19:32.820 Do you have the mushafs from the time of Kalefufman?
00:19:34.820 Yes.
00:19:35.820 Do you have the extent one?
00:19:36.820 Go for it.
00:19:37.820 Go for it.
00:19:40.820 And how many,
00:19:41.820 how many do you have?
00:19:42.820 How many do you have?
00:19:44.820 Let me show you.
00:19:45.820 From 1st,
00:19:46.820 from 2nd century Hydra,
00:19:47.820 Yes.
00:19:48.820 To the late 1st century Hydra,
00:19:49.820 to the beginning of 2nd century Hydra,
00:19:51.820 we have got,
00:19:52.820 in the Al Hussein Museum,
00:19:54.820 the entire Qur'an.
00:19:56.820 Right?
00:19:57.820 Yes.
00:20:03.820 That's there.
00:20:04.820 Yes.
00:20:05.820 Okay.
00:20:06.820 Yes, I'm looking at that.
00:20:07.820 From 1st century,
00:20:08.820 at the time of the Prophet Muhammad,
00:20:09.820 we have 85%.
00:20:10.820 Yes.
00:20:11.820 From 1st century,
00:20:12.820 repeat that, sorry.
00:20:13.820 Yes.
00:20:14.820 From the 1st century,
00:20:15.820 1st century,
00:20:16.820 we have 85%.
00:20:17.820 Okay.
00:20:18.820 Now.
00:20:19.820 What count was in the power of the time?
00:20:20.820 Just so we've got reference.
00:20:21.820 I'm not sure.
00:20:22.820 I mean,
00:20:23.820 the Ufman,
00:20:24.820 or was it afterwards?
00:20:25.820 No, no, no.
00:20:26.820 Ufman was,
00:20:27.820 after that.
00:20:28.820 I don't know why.
00:20:29.820 It's Abu Bakr maybe.
00:20:30.820 I'm not sure.
00:20:31.820 The thing with Qur'an is,
00:20:32.820 it's oral transmission.
00:20:33.820 Yes.
00:20:34.820 You can't go wrong.
00:20:35.820 Check this out.
00:20:36.820 Look, I've given you this example before.
00:20:37.820 Yes.
00:20:38.820 Right?
00:20:39.820 The time stable.
00:20:40.820 Yeah.
00:20:41.820 You know your time stable by heart?
00:20:42.820 I do.
00:20:43.820 Okay.
00:20:44.820 You guys all know your time stable by heart, yeah?
00:20:45.820 Yes.
00:20:46.820 I'm going to say something,
00:20:47.820 and I want you to correct me.
00:20:48.820 If I say,
00:20:49.820 3 times 3 is 20.
00:20:50.820 No, it's 9.
00:20:51.820 What is it?
00:20:52.820 It's 9.
00:20:53.820 It's 9.
00:20:54.820 What is it, bro?
00:20:55.820 9.
00:20:56.820 The time stable by heart,
00:20:57.820 would we ever go wrong?
00:20:58.820 No.
00:20:59.820 If I say, 3 times 3 is 520,
00:21:00.820 you'd say,
00:21:01.820 no, it's 9.
00:21:02.820 The Qur'an has been memorised.
00:21:03.820 Okay.
00:21:04.820 What's it?
00:21:05.820 Okay.
00:21:06.820 When we're in the Muslim, brother,
00:21:07.820 when the Imam,
00:21:08.820 decides something wrong,
00:21:09.820 you correct him.
00:21:10.820 Nothing.
00:21:11.820 The congregation.
00:21:12.820 The congregation.
00:21:13.820 So you can't go wrong.
00:21:14.820 It's impossible.
00:21:15.820 That's why we say,
00:21:16.820 if we threw all the scriptures into the sea today,
00:21:18.820 the Qur'an is the only one that will come back,
00:21:20.820 because it's been memorised by millions.
00:21:22.820 Okay.
00:21:23.820 You know what I'm trying to say?
00:21:24.820 And this point's been raised before,
00:21:26.820 but I've had sort of...
00:21:27.820 I've had sort of...
00:21:28.820 Then why do you reject it?
00:21:29.820 Because you've still got the variances.
00:21:31.820 What little units you have,
00:21:32.820 and I'm going to keep on coming back to the point.
00:21:34.820 This is the fourth point to keep on making.
00:21:36.820 You had an Islamic Caliphate 1.00
00:21:38.820 where you had cities and so forth
00:21:40.820 under Muslim control. 0.98
00:21:41.820 There were Muslim towns and Muslim cities.
00:21:43.820 Okay.
00:21:44.820 You had the Qur'an manuscripts
00:21:45.820 being written out on vellum.
00:21:46.820 Not papyrus,
00:21:47.820 which deteriorates really quickly.
00:21:49.820 So you're saying the Bible deteriorates?
00:21:50.820 I'm saying that the manuscripts
00:21:52.820 would deteriorate very quickly.
00:21:53.820 That's why...
00:21:54.820 Okay.
00:21:55.820 That's all.
00:21:56.820 That's clever.
00:21:57.820 That's good.
00:21:58.820 So, so, so...
00:21:59.820 I need to go back to a few points.
00:22:00.820 You've raised some important points.
00:22:02.820 You're going on about the oral tradition.
00:22:05.820 Yes.
00:22:06.820 And I've seen on YouTube,
00:22:07.820 you've got many sort of these Muslim 0.89
00:22:10.820 Quran reciters. 0.99
00:22:11.820 Yes.
00:22:12.820 And it's very impressive.
00:22:13.820 Yes.
00:22:14.820 However, that's...
00:22:15.820 Imagine how impressive that might be,
00:22:16.820 all that sort of oral sort of...
00:22:18.820 Transmission.
00:22:19.820 Transmission of the Qur'an may be.
00:22:21.820 You've still got to face up to the facts.
00:22:23.820 Though those early mushafs that you have with the Qur'an, 0.96
00:22:26.820 the early extant ones that you have in your possession,
00:22:28.820 there are, there are variances.
00:22:30.820 Now, I can't...
00:22:31.820 The next question is,
00:22:32.820 if you're asking me,
00:22:33.820 well, show me them.
00:22:34.820 How...
00:22:35.820 I would not be able to do that,
00:22:36.820 because I did not speak Arabic.
00:22:37.820 And it's important that...
00:22:38.820 I've not made claims that I can't sort of bolster.
00:22:40.820 No, you know when the Qur'an came?
00:22:41.820 There was poets of par excellence in the Arabic language.
00:22:45.820 There's a challenge in the Qur'an for those Arabs.
00:22:47.820 They say,
00:22:48.820 if you think this is not from your God,
00:22:50.820 Yes.
00:22:51.820 From Allah,
00:22:52.820 bring a verse or chapter...
00:22:53.820 I mean, bring a chapter like it.
00:22:55.820 Yeah.
00:22:56.820 Right?
00:22:57.820 So look, it's challenging the Arabs. 0.97
00:22:58.820 These guys were par excellence in the Arabic language.
00:23:00.820 And they couldn't beat the challenge.
00:23:01.820 Okay.
00:23:02.820 I mean, that's all well and good,
00:23:04.820 but it's a fairly...
00:23:05.820 Why do you reject it?
00:23:06.820 It's a fairly meaningless challenge.
00:23:07.820 Yeah.
00:23:08.820 You say what?
00:23:09.820 It's a fairly meaningless challenge.
00:23:10.820 What is it meaningless?
00:23:11.820 It's challenging you.
00:23:12.820 In what way?
00:23:13.820 It's telling you...
00:23:14.820 Yes.
00:23:15.820 It's a test.
00:23:16.820 Does the Bible come and say this?
00:23:17.820 If you think this is not from God,
00:23:18.820 bring a verse like it.
00:23:20.820 It's stepping up to you, Patrick.
00:23:21.820 It's saying, look, Patrick.
00:23:22.820 If you think this is not from God,
00:23:23.820 bring a verse like it.
00:23:25.820 It's stepping up to you, man.
00:23:26.820 It's telling you,
00:23:27.820 bring a verse like it.
00:23:28.820 So it's challenging you.
00:23:29.820 Look.
00:23:30.820 Come on, Patrick.
00:23:31.820 I want to look.
00:23:32.820 I want to quickly finish on with this.
00:23:33.820 Yeah, yeah.
00:23:34.820 Let's...
00:23:35.820 No, but let's...
00:23:36.820 Rather than coming out with...
00:23:37.820 You're bringing out information.
00:23:39.820 Keep it verbatim, basically.
00:23:41.820 Basically, I'm taking on board what you say,
00:23:43.820 and you know what I'm like...
00:23:44.820 Are you rejecting it?
00:23:45.820 Well, that's my right.
00:23:47.820 That's your right.
00:23:48.820 No, no, no.
00:23:49.820 That's my right.
00:23:50.820 I have every right and I'm saying publicly
00:23:51.820 I'm rejecting this.
00:23:52.820 Yeah, you can reject it.
00:23:53.820 No problem.
00:23:54.820 But believe me,
00:23:55.820 I'm giving the evidence.
00:23:56.820 You're saying reject...
00:23:57.820 It's like me saying,
00:23:58.820 No, it's right.
00:23:59.820 Okay.
00:24:00.820 That's what you're doing.
00:24:01.820 So, it's upon you.
00:24:02.820 I've conveyed the message.
00:24:03.820 Yes.
00:24:04.820 And I convey every time I come and see you.
00:24:05.820 But you're always rejected for something.
00:24:06.820 Can you give me some two things up?
00:24:07.820 You mentioned the Quranic challenge saying,
00:24:10.820 Bring me a verse.
00:24:11.820 Bring me a verse like this.
00:24:12.820 Yes.
00:24:13.820 What are you trying to show?
00:24:14.820 I mean, what are you...
00:24:15.820 Okay.
00:24:16.820 For example...
00:24:17.820 For example, in Arabic,
00:24:18.820 Yes.
00:24:19.820 The shortest chapter...
00:24:20.820 Yes.
00:24:21.820 I think...
00:24:22.820 I'm not sure...
00:24:23.820 I'm not sure...
00:24:24.820 Is it three...
00:24:25.820 Three...
00:24:26.820 Three verses.
00:24:27.820 Three verses.
00:24:28.820 Three verses.
00:24:29.820 Three verses, that's it.
00:24:30.820 Yeah.
00:24:31.820 It's only three verses long.
00:24:32.820 We are asking you, the Arabs, whoever speaks Arabs, whoever, 0.82
00:24:36.820 to make something similar to that.
00:24:38.820 Right?
00:24:39.820 If you can't, then...
00:24:41.820 Okay.
00:24:42.820 But what do you say makes something similar?
00:24:43.820 What do you mean?
00:24:44.820 Because, I mean, it's sort of...
00:24:45.820 Arabic language, you know the way it's written.
00:24:46.820 I can't...
00:24:47.820 I don't know in detail.
00:24:48.820 The way it's written, you mean, is...
00:24:49.820 It's not...
00:24:50.820 It's not...
00:24:51.820 You can't be doing that.
00:24:52.820 Do you get what I'm trying to say?
00:24:53.820 I understand what I'm trying to say.
00:24:54.820 The floor...
00:24:55.820 Why does Quran have to be... 1.00
00:24:56.820 Okay.
00:24:57.820 Why does Quran have to be Arabic?
00:24:58.820 Sorry?
00:24:59.820 Why does Quran have to be Arabic?
00:25:00.820 Why can it not...
00:25:01.820 Because, you know why?
00:25:02.820 Because it came to the Arabs. 0.93
00:25:03.820 At those times who were par excellence in Arabic language. 0.69
00:25:06.820 Because they were saying,
00:25:07.820 It's...
00:25:08.820 It's man written.
00:25:09.820 Look, not to you.
00:25:10.820 To those Arabs that were rejecting it.
00:25:12.820 Okay.
00:25:13.820 And he said,
00:25:14.820 Try to bring it like...
00:25:15.820 You guys are poems, yeah?
00:25:16.820 Yeah.
00:25:17.820 You know it all.
00:25:18.820 Yeah.
00:25:19.820 Try to make something like this.
00:25:20.820 Okay.
00:25:21.820 And if you can't, fear the fire.
00:25:22.820 Okay.
00:25:23.820 Fear the fire.
00:25:24.820 Okay.
00:25:25.820 I mean, what you said,
00:25:26.820 I mean, as always,
00:25:27.820 you've been very eloquent,
00:25:28.820 and you've pushed your case very hard.
00:25:29.820 I've got three sort of problems with this now.
00:25:32.820 Three challenges, basically.
00:25:33.820 But they're three quite strong challenges
00:25:34.820 why I reject this,
00:25:35.820 why I would invite you to reject this too.
00:25:37.820 But what I'll do is,
00:25:38.820 after I've said them,
00:25:39.820 rather than debating them now,
00:25:40.820 you can make a civil country challenge to me if you wish.
00:25:43.820 So, my three challenges are,
00:25:44.820 number one,
00:25:45.820 is the lack of manuscript evidence.
00:25:47.820 Considering the fact that, that, that, that Islam had con... 1.00
00:25:50.820 that Islamic religion has control... 0.99
00:25:51.820 No, no, no, wait, wait, wait, wait.
00:25:52.820 It's important.
00:25:53.820 You've been speaking for a bit.
00:25:54.820 So,
00:25:55.820 two,
00:25:56.820 the lack of manuscript evidence,
00:25:57.820 considering that Islam was in power, 0.98
00:25:59.820 during all those cities mentioned.
00:26:01.820 Number two,
00:26:02.820 why,
00:26:03.820 for the first,
00:26:04.820 I think it's a hundred,
00:26:05.820 maybe a hundred years,
00:26:06.820 I'll at least recheck my email,
00:26:08.820 why,
00:26:09.820 did all the quibblers,
00:26:10.820 of the mosque,
00:26:11.820 face towards Petra,
00:26:12.820 in Jordan,
00:26:13.820 as opposed to Mecca,
00:26:14.820 in Saudi Arabia,
00:26:15.820 towards the sea?
00:26:16.820 Three,
00:26:17.820 you've got no mention of Islam.
00:26:19.820 You've got no mention of Muhammad,
00:26:20.820 outside of Islam,
00:26:22.820 for quite some time,
00:26:23.820 after it supposedly started.
00:26:24.820 And that, to me,
00:26:25.820 is a bit of a mystery.
00:26:26.820 Because, with Christianity, 1.00
00:26:27.820 for instance,
00:26:28.820 you have people mentioning it,
00:26:29.820 quite early on,
00:26:30.820 after it happened.
00:26:31.820 Like who?
00:26:33.820 You've got Josephus,
00:26:35.820 you've got Pliny...
00:26:36.820 There is,
00:26:37.820 there is as many books against it,
00:26:39.820 there's,
00:26:40.820 there's as many books against it,
00:26:41.820 then there is foreign.
00:26:42.820 Now, the first...
00:26:43.820 What's your first criteria,
00:26:44.820 did you say?
00:26:45.820 What's your first...
00:26:46.820 My first...
00:26:47.820 What manuscripts?
00:26:48.820 First is,
00:26:49.820 the manuscript problems.
00:26:50.820 And I'll...
00:26:51.820 I'll continue...
00:26:52.820 I'll continue this option...
00:26:53.820 Let's start with the first one.
00:26:54.820 Let's start with the first one.
00:26:55.820 Okay.
00:26:56.820 No, no, no.
00:26:57.820 What I'm doing is,
00:26:58.820 I'm leaving you with these three challenges.
00:26:59.820 Okay.
00:27:00.820 Can you touch on the first one?
00:27:01.820 Yeah, sure.
00:27:02.820 Okay, no problem.
00:27:03.820 Patrick, you have got a problem
00:27:04.820 with our manuscripts.
00:27:05.820 Yes.
00:27:06.820 We've got all transmission.
00:27:07.820 Yes.
00:27:08.820 We've got 100% from the 1st century Hedra. 0.99
00:27:09.820 Yes.
00:27:10.820 But you don't have a problem
00:27:11.820 with your manuscripts,
00:27:12.820 where you do not have it from 3rd century Hedra.
00:27:14.820 I mean, the 3rd century.
00:27:15.820 Yes.
00:27:16.820 It looks like you're trying to shoot us,
00:27:18.820 but you've got a bazooka behind you.
00:27:19.820 Yes.
00:27:20.820 You don't...
00:27:21.820 From the 3rd century,
00:27:22.820 300 years later after Jesus,
00:27:23.820 you do not have nothing.
00:27:24.820 Okay.
00:27:25.820 You're happy with your Bible.
00:27:26.820 Yes.
00:27:27.820 But with our Qur'an,
00:27:28.820 we've got thousands,
00:27:29.820 thousands of transmissions.
00:27:30.820 You're saying,
00:27:31.820 look, I don't accept that.
00:27:32.820 How does that work?
00:27:33.820 Because you make claims,
00:27:34.820 you make claims that you can't support
00:27:35.820 for your own Qur'an.
00:27:36.820 We do not claim...
00:27:37.820 Oh, no, no, no.
00:27:38.820 We do not claim that the Bible is eternal.
00:27:40.820 We claim that Jesus is eternal.
00:27:42.820 He is the word that has always been with God,
00:27:44.820 and was God who became flesh.
00:27:45.820 And that's the first...
00:27:46.820 According to the Bible, not Jesus.
00:27:47.820 According to John.
00:27:48.820 Not Jesus.
00:27:49.820 You see?
00:27:50.820 He was one of his disciples.
00:27:51.820 Yeah.
00:27:52.820 When it comes to Ufman,
00:27:53.820 Yes.
00:27:54.820 Yeah, the Caliph Ufman,
00:27:55.820 he was a disciple of the Prophet Muhammad.
00:27:56.820 Oh, by the way, sorry.
00:27:57.820 By the way, the other thing is,
00:27:58.820 you claim that the Qur'an is eternal as well.
00:27:59.820 Sorry?
00:28:00.820 You claim that the Qur'an is eternal,
00:28:01.820 or at least it's written on the
00:28:02.820 imperishable tablets.
00:28:05.820 You were in control of these areas from very early on.
00:28:10.820 Dying.
00:28:11.820 You guys dying? 0.98
00:28:12.820 Yeah.
00:28:13.820 No, no, no, no.
00:28:14.820 Like I said, look.
00:28:15.820 I'll finish it, yeah.
00:28:16.820 I want to look.
00:28:17.820 I just want to see this.
00:28:18.820 Have you read this book?
00:28:19.820 Who's by?
00:28:20.820 Bart Ehrman.
00:28:21.820 He's the guy who has done the Doctonist's heresy, 1.00
00:28:23.820 doesn't he?
00:28:24.820 He's the guy who left Christianity. 0.90
00:28:26.820 Yes.
00:28:27.820 He's quoting Jesus.
00:28:28.820 Oh, hang on.
00:28:29.820 Sorry, I'll run away.
00:28:30.820 Don't mind.
00:28:31.820 So, er...
00:28:32.820 He knew the Greek language by heart.
00:28:34.820 Yes.
00:28:35.820 Right?
00:28:36.820 He studied the Bible,
00:28:37.820 and he's saying,
00:28:38.820 you guys do not have a copy of a copy of the Bible.
00:28:40.820 This is correct.
00:28:41.820 Can I show you this?
00:28:42.820 Can I show you this?
00:28:43.820 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:28:44.820 Okay, I'm going to read it back.
00:28:45.820 Here comes three points.
00:28:46.820 First of all,
00:28:47.820 he mentions the King James Bible.
00:28:49.820 Yes.
00:28:50.820 It's based on a corrupted, inferior manuscript.
00:28:51.820 Yes.
00:28:52.820 That in many cases,
00:28:53.820 do not accurately represent the meaning of the original text.
00:28:56.820 Okay, yes.
00:28:57.820 Well, first of all,
00:28:58.820 I can point out this is nonsense.
00:28:59.820 The King James Bible
00:29:00.820 is based on the Textus Receptus.
00:29:02.820 These are manuscripts
00:29:03.820 which have come very late
00:29:04.820 in the manuscript tradition of the New Testaments.
00:29:06.820 And therefore,
00:29:07.820 we have better ones to use.
00:29:09.820 And I absolutely agree with you,
00:29:10.820 for instance.
00:29:11.820 No, no, no, no.
00:29:12.820 The back of the book,
00:29:13.820 for instance,
00:29:14.820 you have the Gospel of Mark.
00:29:15.820 In the Textus Receptus,
00:29:17.820 you go on from chapter 19,
00:29:19.820 verses 16 to 20.
00:29:20.820 Now, most early manuscripts,
00:29:22.820 stop at verse 15 of chapter 19.
00:29:25.820 Well, it might be 20.
00:29:26.820 You'll have to double-check.
00:29:27.820 We Christians are aware of that.
00:29:29.820 But no doctrine is changed as a result of that.
00:29:32.820 You can refer to John.
00:29:34.820 You can refer to the story about the adulterous woman. 0.84
00:29:36.820 About just forgiving her.
00:29:38.820 Again.
00:29:39.820 That's not found in the earliest manuscripts.
00:29:41.820 But Patrick, he's been changed.
00:29:42.820 That's not the reason that Bart Ehrman left Christianity.
00:29:45.820 Because he's saying there has been errors. 1.00
00:29:47.820 Wait, he's a fool. 1.00
00:29:48.820 He's a fool, my brother. 1.00
00:29:49.820 Why is he a fool? 1.00
00:29:50.820 No, no, no. 1.00
00:29:52.820 He's a fool, my brother. 1.00
00:29:53.820 No, no, no. 1.00
00:29:54.820 He's a fool, my brother. 1.00
00:29:55.820 No, no, no. 1.00
00:29:56.820 He's a fool, my brother. 1.00
00:29:57.820 No, I do not speak Greek. 1.00
00:29:58.820 This guy studied Greek language.
00:29:59.820 He looked into old manuscripts.
00:30:00.820 Yes.
00:30:01.820 And he's saying,
00:30:02.820 I studied it.
00:30:03.820 He's wrote in a book.
00:30:04.820 And he became an atheist.
00:30:05.820 I will say for the third time, 1.00
00:30:07.820 he's a fool. 1.00
00:30:08.820 If that is a reason, 1.00
00:30:09.820 falling away from Christianity.
00:30:10.820 No, no, no. 0.97
00:30:11.820 You know why he's not a fool? 0.96
00:30:12.820 He stepped it up. 0.95
00:30:13.820 He said, you know what?
00:30:14.820 There's errors,
00:30:15.820 and I see the errors,
00:30:16.820 and I do not believe it's from God.
00:30:17.820 Whereas you, you say,
00:30:18.820 there is errors,
00:30:19.820 but I'm blind for it.
00:30:20.820 I'm going to follow it blindly.
00:30:21.820 What's your reverse trend?
00:30:23.820 Is it Paul?
00:30:24.820 Yeah, Paul, yeah.
00:30:25.820 Yes.
00:30:26.820 He left Christianity, 1.00
00:30:27.820 vaguely the same reasons as he did.
00:30:29.820 He's done a good reason. 1.00
00:30:31.820 He's twice a fool. 1.00
00:30:32.820 He is twice a fool. 1.00
00:30:33.820 Why? 1.00
00:30:34.820 He's walked away from Christianity, 0.99
00:30:35.820 and he's walked into Islam.
00:30:37.820 Okay, Patrick.
00:30:38.820 Patrick, Patrick.
00:30:39.820 And you face worse problems.
00:30:40.820 Paul, Paul.
00:30:41.820 No, no, no.
00:30:42.820 What worse problems?
00:30:43.820 We are following Jesus more.
00:30:44.820 Myself,
00:30:45.820 I look into Christianity, 0.97
00:30:46.820 the reason I went to Islam is...
00:30:47.820 We are open, brother.
00:30:48.820 We are open for any person
00:30:49.820 to seek our manuscripts.
00:30:50.820 Paul, you're saying this.
00:30:51.820 We are open.
00:30:52.820 Patrick, Patrick.
00:30:53.820 Patrick, you're like,
00:30:54.820 Patrick, you're like,
00:30:55.820 we have errors,
00:30:56.820 we know it,
00:30:57.820 but we still follow the Bible.
00:30:59.820 How does that work?
00:31:00.820 You're saying it's good for errors.
00:31:01.820 Oh, Ali, brother.
00:31:02.820 Whereas Paul and Bart Ehrman are saying,
00:31:04.820 we saw the errors,
00:31:06.820 and we are leaving Christianity.
00:31:07.820 Ali should be a politician.
00:31:08.820 Ali should be a lawyer.
00:31:09.820 He is absolutely wrong with me.
00:31:10.820 He is so eloquent.
00:31:11.820 Patrick?
00:31:12.820 Any Muslim scholars?
00:31:13.820 No.
00:31:14.820 No.
00:31:15.820 No.
00:31:16.820 Patrick.
00:31:17.820 Sorry, where are we?
00:31:18.820 No, look, I've done my bit.
00:31:19.820 You've done your bits?
00:31:20.820 Do you think two people
00:31:21.820 leaving Christianity 1.00
00:31:22.820 because they found errors are a fool? 1.00
00:31:23.820 Yes. 0.99
00:31:24.820 But you're saying,
00:31:25.820 I know there's errors,
00:31:26.820 but I'm following blindly.
00:31:27.820 I can't say nothing else.
00:31:28.820 Ali, brother,
00:31:29.820 I love you.
00:31:30.820 God bless.
00:31:31.820 I love you too, my friend.
