00:00:00.000 Their God said don't kill shipwrecked survivors and now you're alive. So their God saved your life. The concept of God in and of itself saved your life.
00:00:07.880 Concept. What is the definition of concept? It's an abstract idea. Now this idea can be false or it can be real.
00:00:16.460 So guys, if you are somebody who trains like me when I'm doing boxing, when I'm joking, when I'm doing bodybuilding, this can benefit you.

00:00:41.280 So check out Nature's Blend in the description box and enjoy it.
00:00:45.020 Asalaamu Alaikum guys. So basically Andrew Tate done an interview with Value Taitment.
00:00:48.680 And in the video, as you can see, there were some people tweeting, some Muslims were a bit upset.
00:00:53.480 They deemed him to say things that were borderline disbelief and all this kind of stuff were going on.
00:00:59.180 So I thought as a revert of 10 years, let me show you my experience and also let's react to these videos one by one and see why certain people are taking things out of context.
00:01:07.900 And one thing that we need to understand before the video starts is very clear.
00:01:10.760 I've been a Muslim for 10 years. And guys, when I first came to Islam, Musa would know, Musa Adnan, my friend who I lived in his house when I got kicked out,
00:01:17.200 would know, I used to do stuff like, touch wood. Yes, I would do that in front of me.
00:01:21.580 They'd be like, bro, what are you doing? I'd be like, what? And he's like, you can't do that.
00:01:25.000 There'd be stuff like I would have the Turkish eye in my car. These were things that you gradually let go of.
00:01:31.300 So people need to understand, Andrew Tate is new to Islam. He spent more time inside a prison than outside as a Muslim.
00:01:39.400 He is on house arrest. There are many, many examples of excuses we can make.
00:01:44.380 Even certain companions who came to Islam, when they were going to war, they had these superstitious beliefs of tying their swords on a tree for some kind of blessing.
00:01:54.200 And they even went to the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him and asked him, the messenger of God who came with Tawheed, the wonders of God, and asked him, can you make us such a tree?
00:02:01.200 So let's get straight into the video and understand what did he mean by that.
00:02:05.200 And let's give some clarifications and give the benefit of the doubt to our brother who is new to Islam.
00:02:09.500 Regardless of whether you're an atheist or not, you're thinking of God as a man in the sky.
00:02:13.660 But you need to think of God as a concept as a whole.
00:02:17.280 And once you do that, it's impossible to accept that he doesn't exist, right?
00:02:21.120 You and your friend are shipwrecked.
00:02:22.200 On one island, your friend goes and he crashes and they kill him and they eat him.
00:02:26.660 And you go to another island and they want to kill you and eat you, but they don't because it's against their religion.
00:02:32.060 Did God save your life?
00:02:34.420 Who cares? Who doesn't even know the name of their God?
00:02:36.320 But their God said, don't kill shipwrecked survivors.
00:02:39.500 And now you're alive.
00:02:40.500 So there, God saved your life.
00:02:41.580 The concept of God in and of itself saved your life.
00:02:44.160 You owe God just for the concept of it, the idea of it.
00:02:46.880 Okay, so let's just touch upon that, which is one of the biggest contentions a lot of people had.
00:02:50.380 Concept.
00:02:50.780 What is the definition of concept?
00:02:52.200 It's an abstract idea.
00:02:53.860 Now, this idea can be false or it can be real.
00:02:56.020 But the example that he's given, and like I said before, guys, let's just understand,
00:02:58.980 and maybe just a little message to our brother, Andrew, is the following.
00:03:01.800 Now, there can be false concepts that can cause you to think that you survived.
00:03:05.760 For example, if I go out with my family in a forest and I go, stay away from these mushrooms.
00:03:10.320 Yeah, I don't know nothing about those mushrooms, but I go, if you touch that mushroom, you'll die.
00:03:13.800 Or if you eat it, you'll die.
00:03:15.200 Now, the mushroom itself maybe is not harmful at all.
00:03:17.680 It's just a healthy mushroom.
00:03:18.780 But the concept that I have brought up to my family, do I then say, okay, we survived the forest because we didn't touch that mushroom or we didn't eat it?
00:03:27.960 Not necessarily.
00:03:28.500 It's a false concept.
00:03:30.620 Therefore, some people are accusing you, and I'm here to defend you in the sense that if you are saying,
00:03:35.840 like if somebody is saying that God is just a concept, then this is problematic.
00:03:40.240 Why?
00:03:40.540 Because we do not believe God to be a concept.
00:03:42.240 Like in the Quran, in Surah Ikhlas, Allah SWT says,
00:03:52.020 Say he, Allah is one.
00:03:54.040 He is self-sufficient.
00:03:55.140 He does not beget, nor is he begotten, and there is nothing like unto him.
00:03:59.400 We have clear descriptions of who God is.
00:04:01.800 So it's not a concept.
00:04:02.880 We believe that he really exists.
00:04:05.120 So like, imagine the island example that you gave.
00:04:07.420 If there are a couple of islands, and in those islands, one of them is, for example,
00:04:10.080 they have this belief that you should not harm people or shipwrecked.
00:04:14.660 Okay, good.
00:04:15.560 And let's say there's another island which believes the same thing,
00:04:17.660 but they believe in a different God.
00:04:18.860 They have an idol.
00:04:19.540 And let's say there's another island where there's Christians, and they believe the same thing.
00:04:23.640 Now, all of them are applying the same concept of not harming a shipwrecked individual.
00:04:27.180 Now, which one of their God is the true God?
00:04:29.140 Because when we say God saved them, okay, but which one of them?
00:04:32.040 Because they all believe in some kind of a God that is different.
00:04:34.480 One believes in an idol.
00:04:35.260 One believes in Jesus.
00:04:36.160 One believes...
00:04:36.420 We say no.
00:04:38.160 God ultimately saved you, and it is the true one God which you believe in, our brother Andrew.
00:04:43.980 It's Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.
00:04:45.620 So I understand what he was trying to say, and we should give the benefit of doubt, again,
00:04:49.900 in this specific aspect.
00:04:51.540 So we need to understand that when we say God is a concept, we need to understand that God is a real.
00:04:56.540 It's real.
00:04:57.080 He is real.
00:04:57.560 It's not just a concept.
00:04:58.720 He is real.
00:04:59.500 So we assume the best.
00:05:00.340 So for those Muslims who are getting upset, brothers, understand he's the new Muslim.
00:05:04.620 He's been in prison.
00:05:05.540 He spent Ramadan in prison.
00:05:07.960 So please give the benefit of the doubt to your brother.
00:05:10.620 It's not damn hard.
00:05:11.880 So hope that clarifies that specific area that it touched upon.
00:05:15.760 Now, let's move on to the next issue some Muslims had a problem with.
00:05:19.740 I would be friends with a gay person.
00:05:21.220 Yes, I'm a Muslim, but I would be friends with a gay person.
00:05:23.040 Because if a full-grown man decides to make a decision, it's his decision to make.
00:05:25.920 But I must protect innocence as a man, so I must protect children.
00:05:28.940 If two full-grown men decide to have a fight, let them fight.
00:05:32.200 If a full-grown man decides to pick on a kid,
00:05:34.080 that's unacceptable.
00:05:35.280 So I must protect innocence.
00:05:37.000 So I agree with the extremism point.
00:05:39.060 But I have no problem with full-grown men doing what they want to do.
00:05:41.340 Maybe some Islamic scholar is going to watch this and get mad at me.
00:05:44.140 I don't have a problem with gay people and being friends with a gay person.
00:05:46.660 Okay, so being friends with a gay person.
00:05:49.000 I mean, I'm not an Islamic scholar.
00:05:50.140 And I did watch this interview.
00:05:51.480 Once again, brothers and sisters, we need to understand what he means.
00:05:53.640 And very simple.
00:05:54.860 Would I be friends with a gay Muslim?
00:05:57.260 Depends what you mean by friend.
00:05:58.560 Look, there are some individuals that I know who I actually had a discussion in the park
00:06:01.620 who was a brother who had inclinations to homosexuality.
00:06:04.720 I speak to him.
00:06:05.720 I've got his WhatsApp number.
00:06:06.800 We speak regularly.
00:06:07.600 I have, we can even say, I have a brother in Islam, which is Brother Hussein, who I spoke to.
00:06:12.160 He's my brother in Islam who has these tendencies.
00:06:15.440 You know?
00:06:15.700 So, I don't think you can be shundled, the extremist, you know, that you can't be friends.
00:06:21.580 So, that notion doesn't exist.
00:06:22.760 We hate the sin, but we do not hate the sinner unless that sinner is propagating it.
00:06:27.220 So, yes, just to clarify that as well.
00:06:28.660 Let's go to the next clip.
00:06:29.900 Truly, and I want to make one more point.
00:06:31.160 I do believe there is one God and I believe there's many different paths to God.
00:06:34.340 Okay, good.
00:06:36.020 So, he says that he believes in one God, which, again, affirms what he said, guys, that he
00:06:39.160 believes in the oneness of God.
00:06:40.280 But there are many paths to God.
00:06:42.660 We don't know what exactly that means, but we believe that there is only one path to God.
00:06:46.120 Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala says in the Quran that he's chosen Islam for us, and it is
00:06:50.080 only Islam that he will accept from us.
00:06:52.020 Different people have different journeys, and we need to understand something very simple
00:06:54.600 and clear, the Brahmin sisters.
00:06:56.080 Sometimes, certain things, look, it might be that Andrew Tate came to Islam for the wrong
00:07:01.260 reasons.
00:07:01.640 But guess what?
00:07:03.100 He may be staying in Islam for the right reasons.
00:07:05.640 How?
00:07:06.400 I, one of the reasons I accepted Islam was the scientific miracles.
00:07:09.600 I'll be honest with you.
00:07:10.980 And now we know that this whole scientific miracle was actually nonsense, not in total.
00:07:16.080 But guess what?
00:07:17.040 Allah led me to Islam.
00:07:18.740 One of the reasons was because of the scientific miracles.
00:07:21.040 And guess what?
00:07:21.560 Did I leave Islam when this whole scientific miracle thing got debunked?
00:07:24.440 No, I stayed because I grew in faith.
00:07:27.400 And that's what Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala says in the Quran to the Bedouins.
00:07:30.100 Don't say you have believed, but rather say you have submitted.
00:07:35.020 There were Bedouin Arabs, and Allah says, because Iman hasn't entered your heart.
00:07:39.100 What does Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala say in the Quran?
00:07:41.040 It says, the Bedouins say we have believed.
00:07:43.100 Say, you have not yet believed, but rather say we have submitted.
00:07:47.340 For, for faith has not entered your hearts.
00:07:50.180 If you obey Allah and his messenger, he will not deprive you from your deeds or anything.
00:07:54.020 So, which is very clear, meaning faith hasn't come into your heart yet.
00:07:58.400 So, every Muslim is, every Mu'min is a Muslim, but not every Muslim is a Mu'min.
00:08:04.620 A true, true, true believer in that sense.
00:08:06.960 This comes with time, which is one of the reasons I'm doing this video.
00:08:10.420 Because we know very clearly our brother Andrew Tate is a Muslim.
00:08:14.200 Is he a Mu'min yet?
00:08:15.460 No, not just yet.
00:08:17.240 He'll be working towards that.
00:08:18.560 So, this clearly shows us the following.
00:08:21.320 But Allah also mentions in Surah Ahzab in the Quran,
00:08:24.300 إِنَّ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَالْمُسْلِمَاتِ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ وَالْقَانِتِينَ وَالْقَانِتَاتِ
00:08:29.040 And the verse goes on, and that they will have a great reward.
00:08:31.880 So, we need to understand, we give him the benefit of doubt.
00:08:35.000 He's still learning.
00:08:36.420 And I highly, highly encourage him.
00:08:38.400 And if Prophet Tam Khan is watching this, which I'm sure he will be,
00:08:41.000 I was actually going to do this video because I heard some things about himself.
00:08:44.700 Alhamdulillah, I clarified with Ustari Abu Taymiyyah, which I was speaking to him today.
00:08:48.700 And he said, you're actually a very lovely person,
00:08:50.800 and you are not ascribed to those individuals, which I don't want to get into,
00:08:53.440 who deem everyone to be misguided and da-da-da-da-da-da,
00:08:55.960 and don't listen to Mufti Men, don't listen to that person.
00:08:58.300 And Alhamdulillah, seeing pictures with you and Mufti Men,
00:08:59.920 it shows that you are your own man and you're not falling for these individuals
00:09:03.040 who backbite and slander individuals.
00:09:04.740 So, I'm very happy. I spoke to Abu Taymiyyah.
00:09:06.200 He actually kind of calmed me down a bit and told me what kind of a person you are.
00:09:09.580 And I'm so happy to hear that.
00:09:10.720 So, I would say, Tam Khan, if you're watching this,
00:09:13.040 please get Andrew Tate connected to Ustari Abu Taymiyyah.
00:09:16.620 He's the perfect person, and I just say this in a nice way,
00:09:20.280 that Andrew Tate is new, he's learning, he should have some teachers,
00:09:22.800 and I'm sure he does, that can help him on this path, inshallah,
00:09:25.980 that will clarify for him the deen.
00:09:27.440 We all have teachers. I have teachers to this day, you know, till the day I die.
00:09:31.200 To learn and to educate himself, inshallah, slowly, slowly, about Islam, inshallah,
00:09:36.080 so that people don't pick up on these little misunderstandings.
00:09:39.260 The primary function of a religion, I don't believe, is the religion exists so I can live forever.
00:09:44.300 I mean, that's a nice thought.
00:09:46.280 But I think on a macro level, the primary objective of a religion is to restore and contain some degree of traditional value.
00:09:52.720 Okay, that's true. Of course, religion is there to sustain some traditional values throughout our life
00:09:58.300 and to live through the moral compass of Islam.
00:10:01.920 However, we cannot say religion is there just for that reason.
00:10:04.420 And he said, obviously, religion is not there for him to live forever.
00:10:07.660 He might mean maybe living physically forever.
00:10:10.060 But in a sense, for example, if we look at the Quran, Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala said,
00:10:13.200 it is he who created life and death to test you and so that it can be proven who has the best of actions.
00:10:21.540 So very clearly, this means that Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala said that he has created us for the purpose that he can test us.
00:10:28.560 And Allah says in the Quran that we have not created for no other reason except to worship him.
00:10:31.900 Our whole life, everything that we do should be for the sake of God and in his worship and his remembrance.
00:10:36.960 And Allah says in the Quran also, we did not create this worldly life for enjoyment and fun.
00:10:42.540 There is a purpose.
00:10:43.840 You know, that's why Allah says in the Quran,
00:10:45.960 Allah says in the Quran,
00:10:53.080 you are busy with the worldly affairs and, you know, race, this race that you're in, this rat race you're in until you visit the graves.
00:10:58.940 And then you will surely know.
00:11:00.540 So God Almighty is telling us this world is temporary.
00:11:03.840 The bigger goal is what?
00:11:04.660 The eternal living, which is what?
00:11:07.220 We're going to live forever.
00:11:08.000 Our souls are going to live forever, which is paradise or hell.
00:11:11.080 And for those who are still saying, no, you're just making up, you know, just defending.
00:11:14.480 No, look at this next video that he said.
00:11:16.460 If I could lie right now for $10 million and nobody would find out, nobody, I still couldn't do it because God would know and he'd punish me sooner or later.
00:11:27.620 I really, truly believe that I would pay the price of that life.
00:11:30.980 I truly believe.
00:11:32.220 Now, there you go.
00:11:33.740 That is an aspect of Tawhid, knowing that if nobody can hear him, that he will still not do it.
00:11:40.940 He has belief.
00:11:42.060 He has Iman there saying that he would be accountable.
00:11:45.420 Not only that we know the hadith of the man who committed so many sins that he told his sons, when I die, get my body and turn it into ashes and scatter it around.
00:11:57.020 For I fear that if Allah got hold of me, he will give me a punishment he would never give.
00:12:02.240 Now, if you think about it, he's actually negating, you know, which I would like to ask a certain brother to our ragu about this.
00:12:07.500 If you think about it, he's actually negating the attribute of Allah that Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala cannot bring him together, which some of the mushrikeen did.
00:12:12.680 And Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala brought him back because Allah has that capability.
00:12:17.020 And he asked him, why did you do that?
00:12:18.380 Why did you say that?
00:12:19.660 Why did you ask him to do this?
00:12:20.900 He said, because I feared you.
00:12:22.680 And guess what?
00:12:23.280 Allah forgave him because he acknowledged that Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala, he was so scared of Allah that it's as if he went a bit like he lost the plot by thinking that God can't put him together.
00:12:32.020 The one who created the heavens and earth.
00:12:33.360 So it's very clear from the statement he believes in Allah, it's not just a concept that some Muslims are upset over.
00:12:38.440 Give him the benefit of doubt.
00:12:40.460 Next clip, and we're going to end, inshallah.
00:12:42.940 I like to see myself as a person whose respect you have to earn.
00:12:45.840 I like to see myself as a person who has strong, rigid boundaries.
00:12:48.260 I like to see myself as a person who will stand up and say, no, that's wrong.
00:12:50.840 I like to see myself as a person who's not afraid of being shamed by whatever community for saying, I don't agree with that particular ideal.
00:12:55.940 I like seeing myself that way.
00:12:57.660 So if I'm going to see myself that way, then I'm going to naturally align with a religion that operates within that form.
00:13:03.040 Okay, Andrew, that's well and good.
00:13:04.220 But you need to understand that that shouldn't just be the criteria.
00:13:06.740 Once again, brothers, you need to understand he's just making some connections where he seems similarities.
00:13:11.640 And one of the reasons I came to Islam is because I saw the gradual decline of my family members, my culture, just becoming more and more westernized, assimilating, literally losing everything.
00:13:21.680 Like these days, our weddings are full of like literally it's a nightclub.
00:13:24.500 But miniskirts, alcohol, music, it's crazy.
00:13:30.700 They were not like that before.
00:13:32.160 This is what happens when you don't have a religion.
00:13:33.920 Like Malcolm X said, if you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything.
00:13:36.960 And I found a connection with Islam.
00:13:39.140 So he's meaning in that sense where he sees those values that he already have and he sees it in Islam.
00:13:43.540 That's well and good, of course.
00:13:44.780 But we should also bear in mind that, for example, we should follow Islam not based on how many people follow it or it has a traditional values, etc.
00:13:51.520 But based on it being the truth from God.
00:13:53.740 That's very important.
00:13:55.000 The reason you need to sleep with, not sleep with, but date lots of women when you're younger so you have choices.
00:13:59.480 Which, define the two.
00:14:01.780 Yeah.
00:14:02.000 Which is more important, date or sleep, in your eyes?
00:14:05.780 I feel like you don't really, I think that sleeping with a woman, you learn more about them as a closer relationship.
00:14:10.980 So I'd say probably sleep with X amount.
00:14:12.900 Not crazy amounts.
00:14:14.320 But I would say that, okay, let me give an example.
00:14:16.940 If I go to the supermarket and pick up an apple and it's the only apple I've ever eaten, can I really say if it's a good apple or a bad apple?
00:14:25.600 It's the only apple I've ever tasted.
00:14:26.820 It might be sour.
00:14:27.420 It might be terrible.
00:14:28.000 I don't know.
00:14:28.680 Whereas if I try 10 apples, I can tell the differences between apples.
00:14:31.960 I say, what's a good apple?
00:14:32.700 What's a bad apple?
00:14:33.240 I think you need that degree of experience because sometimes you'll be with a woman and go, yeah, she's great.
00:14:37.160 But if you're not experienced enough, you'll realize she really isn't all that great and she actually treats you like a dickhead.
00:14:41.100 Whereas if you've been with enough women, you can always reference back to that girl who actually was...
00:14:45.040 Okay, here, I would have to give a nice hit to our brother Andrew T if he's watching this.
00:14:48.160 Yeah, okay, here, what you're saying is not correct.
00:14:50.360 Why, my brother?
00:14:51.140 Because at the end of the day, it's haram.
00:14:53.220 Adultery, zina for a man or a woman is the same.
00:14:54.860 The punishment is the same.
00:14:55.840 If you're not married, it's the same.
00:14:57.160 If you're married, it's the same.
00:14:58.460 In the hereafter, it's the same.
00:14:59.820 So here, I would say, just be a bit careful and understand that look like it's not permissible.
00:15:05.060 It's as simple as that.
00:15:06.240 Categorically, it is haram.
00:15:07.940 Now, I would just like to maybe see it from a different perspective.
00:15:11.620 Like, I believe, for example, that anybody who has never tried an apple before or a strawberry for that matter.
00:15:16.580 Let's stick to the apple.
00:15:17.440 Give an example of apple.
00:15:18.900 Him trying the apple for the first time or her, she might be thinking, hmm, this is tasty or whatever it is.
00:15:24.440 Yes, if they try different apples, it's going to do what?
00:15:26.400 Cause more problems.
00:15:27.100 Like they say, comparison is the biggest destroyer of pleasure.
00:15:31.900 So the point is what?
00:15:33.840 If that person tries the apple, that's all he knows.
00:15:36.220 That's all he tasted.
00:15:37.240 That's all he knows for an apple to be.
00:15:38.840 So he's going to be happy and content with that thing.
00:15:41.060 But if I give another apple that's sweeter, he's going to say, oh, that was not nice.
00:15:45.180 So do you see how this can work for a man or a woman?
00:15:47.440 Does that mean that now a woman has to go and have multiple partners and to find out that that first apple was bad?
00:15:54.360 Or that person that they were not good or et cetera?
00:15:56.840 Not really.
00:15:57.340 That's why we have tawakkun in Allah.
00:15:58.380 We trust Allah.
00:15:59.260 We don't take everything into our hands and think, let me go and do A, B, C, D.
00:16:02.520 No.
00:16:02.920 We say we have trust in Allah.
00:16:04.040 We go about things the right way and the halal way.
00:16:05.740 And we hope that Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala will grant us a good woman.
00:16:08.640 It's in the hands of Allah.
00:16:09.620 Not necessarily everything is in our control.
00:16:11.500 So Islam very categorically says it is haram.
00:16:14.600 So I would say, my brother Andrew, please just be careful with this because there are a lot of people that follow you.
00:16:18.780 And in Islam, it is totally prohibited to be sleeping around.
00:16:23.300 And we say you put your trust in Allah.
00:16:24.940 You stay away from sex outside of marriage.
00:16:26.860 If you do, if you indulge in it, you repent.
00:16:29.680 And that's it.
00:16:30.760 So that's the only thing I wanted to say, guys.
00:16:32.220 And once again, I'll reiterate it.
00:16:33.980 Someone might come to Islam for the wrong reasons and stay in it for the right reasons.
00:16:38.040 So guys, please be patient and stop nitpicking and stop trying to attack him.
00:16:42.720 He is new.
00:16:44.000 Be patient with him, inshallah.
00:16:45.200 I know how it is.
00:16:45.960 I was a revert myself.
00:16:47.220 If people came and bombarded me, at one point they did.
00:16:49.480 It really put me off.
00:16:50.760 Till next time.
00:16:51.460 Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
