00:00:00.000 Assalamu alaikum brothers and sisters inshallah all of you in the best of health and iman and

00:00:28.060 you're all doing fine you're tuning into another episode of ask the sheikh we are here with our

00:00:32.400 sheikh sheikh heatham al-haddad inshallah today's discussion is going to be about sheikh basically

00:00:38.100 there's a girl or a boy it can happen with both cases they're growing up trying to be a good

00:00:42.960 muslim but they start discovering these new tendencies yeah they are feeling attracted to

00:00:48.060 the same gender the girl starts feeling attracted to girls the boy starts feeling attracted to boys

00:00:52.940 yeah he feels like he's turning bisexual or gay can that person still be a muslim is that person

00:01:00.620 instantly a kafir what happened yeah okay yeah this is yeah this is yeah this is a very interesting

00:01:09.080 question and i think it takes time to to address it from all angles yes however i will just maybe give a

00:01:18.460 taster for our brothers and sisters yeah about this issue now see i've been dealing with this case

00:01:27.920 a lot okay for in fact the last in the last few months i had the three cases yeah a young boy

00:01:37.260 he feels that he's a gay a young sister she feels that she's lesbian she's attracted 0.90

00:01:44.600 one of the recent cases a young boy he came actually with his father and he feels that he is

00:01:50.800 a gay yeah yeah i asked him number of questions i said to him one key question i want the brothers

00:02:00.080 and sisters to ask themselves this question yeah see in the beginning when when when the young boy he is

00:02:08.000 mixing with young boys he might be emotional same thing with sisters with sisters even it is bigger

00:02:13.660 they might they become emotionally emotional in generally speaking at the the after puberty

00:02:20.560 they are emotional emotional they want they want to be loved and they want to love someone okay yeah

00:02:27.520 and when for example boys or girls mixing with each other they might find that they are close

00:02:35.540 one sister might find that she is close to a particular sister yeah and the boy feels that he is close

00:02:42.860 to a particular boy yeah even practicing people yeah they might feel that they are close to each other

00:02:48.960 they start what to do half of the quran together yeah they start just about it they feel okay that they do

00:02:57.240 together then the shaytan comes to them and tells them that oh listen before you go to bed send salam to the other

00:03:05.960 person after you go to bed send salam to the other person yeah they check whether he has said his adkar

00:03:12.060 she has said the adkar etc etc so they develop the relationship like this okay slowly slowly as they as i said the shaytan is involving

00:03:22.680 uh is involved yeah and then the shaytan says oh use what certain words like oh so and so i missed you

00:03:31.780 okay i need to see you okay okay yeah and then they start using innocently this kind of language not in the wrong way

00:03:40.700 not in the wrong way yeah so they become even more attached to each other okay okay slowly slowly oh

00:03:49.800 the each side might feel that he can't stay for long time away from seeing the other side okay yeah okay yeah and then

00:04:01.800 oh i i could not sleep because i could not see you for the last two three days

00:04:08.500 you know yeah then the relationship develops slowly slowly until when they come next to each other

00:04:15.780 yeah they would like to sit okay next to each other they would like to hold hand they would like to

00:04:22.720 have some physical contact okay yeah then it's slowly slowly the shaytan might come to them 0.99

00:04:30.660 with some bad ideas such as let me be open with brothers and sisters yeah yeah this is young boys and young

00:04:38.500 girls told me this yeah they like to spend time together in seclusion no one with them okay they feel happy

00:04:48.260 together yeah together alone then they might like when they stay together they might like hold hands

00:04:56.020 for long time yeah sometimes they like that the the skin will be next to the skin okay and what may happen

00:05:05.620 as it happened with some boys some girls they were sleeping next to each other not in a bad way

00:05:14.100 but they feel kind of love happiness yeah okay and then after some time they the shaytan comes to them 0.95

00:05:22.480 and tells them take off your clothes the skin to next to the skin so it's a build-up okay so it is

00:05:30.320 yeah a build-up now i say to them okay because now i have experience so i that's why i describe it okay

00:05:39.040 yeah not happen okay yeah yeah so i can explain this and it is very important for those brothers or sisters

00:05:48.640 who feel that they have this to feel that the person in front of them understand this so you've seen

00:05:55.120 some cases where it's been like what you just said most of the cases are like this okay so it's not

00:06:00.080 actually sexual attraction yeah yeah this is the point so it might turn to be a sexual attraction it might

00:06:07.920 okay okay it can happen okay now i ask those boys and girls i say to them are you attracted to for

00:06:15.760 example the boy are you attracted to boys from the same boys yeah the sister i ask her are you attracted to

00:06:25.680 all girls or just that particular one okay and i think in in all cases i don't remember a single case

00:06:38.160 where the person says i am attracted to all boys yeah or most of the boys or maybe let me be open so to

00:06:49.200 the handsome boys yeah or the sister i'm attracted to so and so girls no it is that particular or for

00:06:58.640 example boys with this feature or girls oh yeah no okay to that particular person okay yeah and then

00:07:07.200 because of what we read in the media about homosexuality and it is a natural thing and labeling 1.00

00:07:14.400 yeah the issue of labeling that okay the person who is attracted to the same gender yeah it is put like

00:07:24.080 this and so he it is a natural for him to be attracted to the same gender it is natural for her to be 0.94

00:07:31.680 attracted to the same gender this is called homosexuality okay yeah so they start labeling themselves like 0.96

00:07:39.120 this and they start to internalize this and then the problem becomes bigger will stop here we will

00:07:48.400 continue in the coming episode this is that as i said it's just a taster okay inshallah inshallah so

00:07:55.520 guys i want to thank you for watching basically this is part one addressing this topic inshallah stay

00:08:01.440 tuned for part two and yeah we're going to get into that inshallah if you have any more questions for

00:08:06.880 shaykh haytham email us at the email below take care of yourselves assalamualaikum

00:08:14.720 he feels that he's a gay uh a young sister she feels that she's lebyan lesbian she's attracted 0.96

00:08:22.160 again as well you know in order to deal with this

00:08:26.480 uh the young boy okay that i dealt with him recently and in fact i dealt with so many
