I think the main thing is this, yeah, is that if we look into it, I'm really sorry, the thing is because we're going back and forth, the main thing we do is very simple, we talk with the Christians as well, we go to the scriptures, we go to the Quran, we go to your religious scriptures, if the scriptures, if we can prove that the Quran is from Allah, the matter of Tawheed, what you say, oh is this right or wrong, we take it all, like for example, if I prove to you the Quran is from Allah, you can't pick and choose what you like, whatever I show to you, and I say for example Tawheed is worshipping Allah in his powers and everything that he does, singling out Allah in worship, his name is an attribute,
00:01:00.000
when we go to the scriptures, and if I prove to you, my scripture is correct, you can't say, and same with you, same with you, yeah?
00:01:06.000
Ali, sorry because I know your name, yeah, you can't, I don't know your name, what's your name? Jagraj, how do you say your name? Jagraj, like a jag and then the raj. Jagraj, I like it, I like it.
00:01:13.000
Alright, so look, I don't know, what's your name?
00:01:25.000
Well, let me just explain something to you, right?
00:01:30.000
...is that you were talking about how come it came later and not at the beginning.
00:01:34.000
But in a way, many Muslims are kind of making a very similar argument that...
00:01:38.000
And it may be that you say, oh no, no, that's not true, but it's another way.
00:01:41.000
But it's a very similar argument that the truth came with the Prophet Mohammed because everybody else was corrupted.
00:01:52.000
Because you said all the other scriptures got corrupted, but they had the truth.
00:01:55.000
We, hold on, because at the beginning of Guru Granth Sajjid, because you seem to have read Ajuni, right?
00:02:01.000
Saj means truth, which is at the beginning, at the beginning of time.
00:02:11.000
Sikhi is such as well, at the beginning of time.
00:02:12.000
And then, at the time, when time started, then Sikhi was also true.
00:02:16.000
And then now it's true, and forever it will be true.
00:02:21.000
A Sikh believes that the Sikh view was true from the beginning.
00:02:24.000
Only thing is, some people did have access to that truth.
00:02:27.000
For example, I'll give you an example of a guy that found the truth.
00:02:32.000
Unfortunately for Mansoor, he stood up one day, opened up his jacket and he goes,
00:02:38.000
He opened his jacket and he goes, I am one with the truth.
00:02:42.000
He got killed in a very terrible way by the Islamic terrorists at that time.
00:02:46.000
They chopped him into pieces for saying that he is the truth.
00:02:53.000
So it's not that we're saying that we're the only ones that found it.
00:02:55.000
We're just saying that the Guru gave it in a perfect way.
00:02:58.000
Are you saying why did the truth, if it was there from the beginning,
00:03:01.000
why did it come like 1600 years ago as the Quran?
00:03:22.000
So what I'm trying to say is Islam has been there from day one.
00:03:24.000
That's why when we say Jesus was a Muslim, the Christians get confused.
00:03:27.000
They're like, what do you mean he was a Muslim?
00:03:30.000
The one who submits his will to God is a Muslim.
00:03:38.000
Because Jesus says in the scripture, I don't see nothing for myself.
00:03:50.000
And with some of the prophets and messengers, he gave them scriptures.
00:03:53.000
Those scriptures were meant for those people at that time.
00:03:57.000
So what happened is, once a scripture came, it would prophesied...
00:04:08.000
So the prophet comes, the messenger comes with a scripture.
00:04:12.000
For those specific times, because if God Almighty finished in his plan,
00:04:16.000
there was other prophets that were going to come.
00:04:19.000
So for example, with the Old Testament, the Old Testament was given to Moses,
00:04:25.000
And it was prophesied of another prophet that will come.
00:04:32.000
That's why it's frustrating you, because I know what you're going to say.
00:04:37.000
Maybe you've seen it, but other people haven't.
00:04:39.000
So, when those scriptures came down, it wasn't meant to be preserved.
00:04:42.000
It talked about another prophet that will come.
00:04:44.000
When Jesus came, the ones who follow the scriptures correctly said,
00:04:51.000
And Jesus said, I have many things to say unto you,
00:04:58.000
The Quran is the only scripture where God Almighty said,
00:05:01.000
the final messengers come, we have the Old Testament,
00:05:05.000
So the Quran is the seal that says everything that...
00:05:07.000
Obviously, Ali, you know that I don't agree with you.
00:05:16.000
If your scripture is true, I'm ready to accept and follow you.
00:05:20.000
If my scripture is true and I have evidence based on that,
00:05:33.000
In the native title, how you would actually say it.
00:05:39.000
Faith is more beloved to me than religion or something like that.
00:05:46.000
A lot of people make up quotes and they stick...
00:05:48.000
It's a nice meme, you know, stick it up online.
00:06:09.000
Again, like what you said earlier, it's going to go nowhere.
00:06:28.000
Allah says in the Quran, there is no compulsion of religion.
00:06:36.000
And I've also heard a lot of speeches by Muslim scholars.
00:06:38.000
And the thing is, for me, it doesn't fulfill the requirements of truth.
00:06:49.000
But that was what I was talking to all that time with our man Hamza.
00:06:54.000
Is that the reason I believe in that truth is because of all the things that I've experienced
00:07:00.000
Okay, but what I'm trying to say is, look, I believe...
00:07:05.000
Why I chose Islam is because I believe if there is a Creator,
00:07:08.000
if the Creator has sent down a scripture, this scripture should not be altered with.
00:07:22.000
If you believe Allah says in the Quran, if this book was not other than from your Lord,
00:07:25.000
you will find many discrepancies and contradictions in it.
00:07:27.000
I challenge you to find me a single contradiction, a single error in the Quran that has been changed.
00:07:36.000
Because let's listen to the Prophet as well, yeah?
00:07:38.000
The second point Allah says in the Quran that He challenges the disbelievers and says,
00:07:42.000
Like if you think this one from God Almighty, it's good.
00:07:44.000
It's like me coming and saying, I will knock out anyone here.
00:07:47.000
So, and if I go, if you say to me, Ali, that guy, boom, I knock him out.
00:07:56.000
But the thing is, yeah, Ali, is that there are people out there that have actually come
00:08:04.000
There's a website dedicated to showmeaverselikeit.com.
00:08:08.000
And it's actually a whole website dedicated to showing verses like the Quran.
00:08:11.000
But the thing is, who is going to be the guy that decides that, oh no, this verse has
00:08:27.000
Ali, if we found you a verse like that, would you leave Islam?
00:08:35.000
Allah said, look in the Quran, speak the truth even if it's against yourself.
00:08:39.000
If you bring me evidence, if I'm truthful and I'm looking for the truth, I'm on camera,
00:08:54.000
And everybody in the village at night has a realization of who they were in their past
00:09:03.000
Where everybody suddenly realizes who they were in their past life.
00:09:13.000
So at that moment, effectively, they'd have to leave Islam.
00:09:22.000
And what they say is that you see, many people in this world have actually experienced
00:09:35.000
The thing is, you know, there's also confirmation bias.
00:09:38.000
That somebody who's not going to believe something, it doesn't matter what happens to
00:09:48.000
We're talking about your scripture and my scripture.
00:09:57.000
Can I tell you the difference between our argument and your argument?
00:10:02.000
The main difference is that we aim to offer proofs and evidences, whereas you're saying
00:10:11.000
Anybody sitting here watching right now can agree that I never said just believe.
00:10:16.000
No, I said it's experience is what drives the belief.
00:10:21.000
Hamza, that it's subjective only when you're an individual.
00:10:24.000
When you can take it generalized, then it becomes subjective.
00:10:29.000
What's your evidence that your scriptures are true?
00:10:45.000
They never get confused for three and a half years.
00:10:48.000
So I'm telling you, what is the criteria for you?
00:10:50.000
Listen, if you spent three and a half years making arguments.
00:11:01.000
I'm asking you, what is your evidence to your scripture being from God?
00:11:05.000
I'm seeing challenge the historical miracle, the linguistic miracle,
00:11:13.000
Whether you like it or not, this is my challenge to you.
00:11:18.000
If I met someone who was really fit at running, yeah?
00:11:24.000
I've trained these hundred people for five years, yeah?
00:11:28.000
Then one guy comes along and trains one guy, right?
00:11:33.000
Then that guy becomes faster than everybody else in that whole group.
00:11:38.000
He goes, it's because of that guy, the trainer.
00:11:41.000
So then, what will make those people, the hundred people,
00:11:48.000
I want to go and try what that guy is training.
00:11:59.000
Believe in him for the fact that they made him faster
00:12:06.000
Which is what I've been saying to you from the very beginning.
00:12:13.000
we experience God in the way that he's describing,
00:13:24.000
that I've actually made this point a few times.
