Usually my routine is, every day, I wake up for fajr, do what I need to do for about half an hour, go back to sleep, wake up at 10.30am, get ready, hit the road at 11am, do Quran lesson for one hour.

That's why I believe somebody who trains their body and not their soul is a weak person.
