00:00:00.920 As-salamu alaykum, Shaykh.
00:00:02.420 As-salamu alaykum to Allah.
00:00:03.620 Shaykh, let's make this very quick. Let's not waste time, yeah?
00:00:06.100 Is Oreo haram?
00:00:07.760 It's halal. Alhamdulillah.
00:00:09.160 What's your evidence? Bring the evidence if you're truthful.
00:00:10.740 It's halal until proven otherwise. 0.92
00:00:13.040 Okay, what is it that, Shaykh, did you say it's not halal certified?
00:00:16.060 Well, it's up to them if it's not halal certified. 0.87
00:00:17.560 So basically, it is halal, but it's just not HMC approved.
00:00:20.340 They haven't got a certificate to prove that it's halal,
00:00:23.020 but us Muslims, we don't require that.
00:00:24.480 Allah, as-salamu alaykum, baqa maa kaan ala maa kaan,
00:00:26.260 that the as-sal is that anything will remain as it is until it's proven otherwise.
00:00:30.080 So the as-sal for this is halal, unless we can see ingredients that are haram,
00:00:33.360 and we cannot see that, therefore, it is halal.
00:00:35.600 No, I'm going to go get somewhere real, yeah?
00:00:36.820 Can I have it for iftar?
00:00:38.260 We can, nah.
