00:00:04.000 Good evening everybody!
00:00:06.000 You are watching America First.
00:00:08.000 My name is Nicholas J. Fuentes.
00:00:09.000 We have a great show for you tonight.
00:00:11.000 Very excited to be back with you here tonight on Friday.
00:00:15.000 We have a lot to talk about tonight.
00:00:17.000 Lots to get into.
00:00:19.000 We have another update on the ongoing Great Patriotic War that Russia continues to wage against the evil Empire America.
00:00:29.000 In Ukraine and our featured story is about how Facebook and Instagram have now changed their terms of service and rules to permit their users to threaten violence against Russian people and the Russian government.
00:00:46.000 So as you know, Facebook, Instagram, like all other social media, their terms of service prohibits people from threatening violence.
00:00:57.000 But as of this week, they changed that, and they changed that specifically to allow people to threaten violence against Russians in light of the war.
00:01:08.000 So we'll talk about the rule change.
00:01:10.000 Pretty sick stuff.
00:01:12.000 Pretty sick.
00:01:14.000 You know, if they were changing the rules about anybody else, they would call it another Holocaust.
00:01:20.000 But because it's the Russians now apparently that's okay.
00:01:25.000 We can threaten to kill them all we want.
00:01:27.000 So we'll talk about that.
00:01:29.000 We'll also be talking tonight about DuckDuckGo, which is a Google alternative.
00:01:35.000 It's supposed to be a free speech search engine, free speech alternative.
00:01:41.000 We're good to go.
00:02:07.000 In those results.
00:02:09.000 So Russia Today, I assume, and other state-sponsored Russian media will be pushed to the back and State Department propaganda, US and British propaganda will be put at the front.
00:02:24.000 Duck, duck, go!
00:02:25.000 That's supposed to be the free speech alternative to Google is now putting in place the exact same policies as Google.
00:02:34.000 And it seems like that's every, every one of these big tech alternatives, they all do this.
00:02:41.000 It's honestly, it's a giant scam is what it is.
00:02:44.000 With the exception of Gab and Cozy, every other one of these alt tech platforms is just a giant scam, because they always do this.
00:02:54.000 This was Getter, of course, Parler, even Rumble.
00:02:59.000 You know, Rumble's a livestream video platform.
00:03:01.000 Even they had to accept a Terms of Service to bring Trump onto the platform.
00:03:08.000 And, you know, what good is an alternative to Google when, at a time like this, they're not going to allow free information?
00:03:18.000 So we'll get into all that.
00:03:19.000 It should be a pretty good show.
00:03:21.000 I'm exhausted.
00:03:22.000 It's been a long week.
00:03:24.000 My first week back.
00:03:26.000 First full week of shows in a long time and honestly I'm tired.
00:03:31.000 I'm tired.
00:03:31.000 It's a grueling schedule.
00:03:33.000 I've been working all week.
00:03:35.000 I've been on the phone all week.
00:03:37.000 I've been unpacking.
00:03:39.000 Doing this show.
00:03:40.000 Been playing a lot of Valorant.
00:03:43.000 This UX man... Oh my...
00:03:47.000 I love this guy, but this stream has caused a lot of headaches for Mr. Businessman over here.
00:03:55.000 Sheesh.
00:03:57.000 You know, now I'm beginning to understand why every other platform censors.
00:04:01.000 Now I understand why the world is so gay.
00:04:05.000 Because man oh man, I mean this stream that this guy did, I got people calling me all day.
00:04:12.000 Oh, what's this about this stream?
00:04:13.000 This is a hate raid platform.
00:04:16.000 This and that.
00:04:18.000 Media requests and all kinds of stuff and I'm putting out all these fires all day because of this one duck man, this little ducky man, this man in a duck costume.
00:04:29.000 You know, freedom and fun comes at a price.
00:04:34.000 Comes at a price.
00:04:37.000 Oh boy, no more monkeys jumping on the bed around here because I keep getting hassled over this.
00:04:45.000 But it's worth it.
00:04:46.000 But it's worth it, and we love them.
00:04:48.000 We love them!
00:04:50.000 We love you, X, and it's totally worth it.
00:04:51.000 But man, what a long day because of that.
00:04:56.000 We love it!
00:04:58.000 We implemented a report function and we take this very seriously.
00:05:03.000 I told you yesterday, we take these reports very seriously.
00:05:08.000 There were hundreds and thousands of reports that a streamer on the Cozy Platform by the name of UX
00:05:15.000 Was spreading vile bigotry and hatred on his stream yesterday using this platform to spread hatred and negativity and evil in the world and we take this very seriously.
00:05:31.000 We take the safety and the trust of this community very seriously and particularly the most vulnerable among us.
00:05:40.000 The homosexuals, transgenders, blacks, Jews, women, we take all of this very seriously.
00:05:48.000 So in response to your concerns, which are extremely serious and valid, we've implemented a report function on the site.
00:05:56.000 You'll be able to report any channel and any replay of any video if you see any of this bigoted, hateful content.
00:06:04.000 And believe me, our trust and safety team will be reviewing
00:06:09.000 Every report and we will be monitoring all future streams to ensure compliance with our terms of service I can assure you when you type of those reports.
00:06:19.000 We are absolutely receiving them
00:06:22.000 We're good to go!
00:06:43.000 If anybody suspects that this is the case, this is totally rest assured.
00:06:48.000 We take this very seriously.
00:06:50.000 They are, in fact, leaving your browser, and they are arriving on our end, and we are getting those.
00:06:59.000 And it's all in an effort to ensure the safety of the global population, and particularly the Jews.
00:07:06.000 And we need to ensure that what happened during the Holocaust can never happen again.
00:07:12.000 I don't think so.
00:07:29.000 To ensure safety and humanity for our democracy.
00:07:34.000 It's who we are as Transgender black homosexuals here on the platform.
00:07:39.000 So thanks everybody.
00:07:41.000 Thank you You know, thank you for your patience with us.
00:07:44.000 We're a new and growing platform The Holocaust is very present in our minds.
00:07:49.000 We strive to prevent it at all times
00:07:52.000 We know the six million died for democracy a hundred thousand years ago and we know it's our duty and it's our obligation to step up.
00:08:02.000 It's time for us to step up, do the right thing for humanity.
00:08:06.000 And that is our mission statement here at COSI.
00:08:09.000 So I hope everybody is confident in our process.
00:08:13.000 I hope that will inspire some confidence that, you know, here at COSI, we take all of those concerns very seriously.
00:08:19.000 As I said, we are absolutely receiving and reading them.
00:08:24.000 So thank you very much.
00:08:25.000 But yes, UX, he remains on the platform.
00:08:29.000 He's been a real naughty computer boy.
00:08:33.000 Real naughty.
00:08:35.000 But we gave him a good talking to.
00:08:37.000 We reminded him of the consequences of trolling and harassment.
00:08:43.000 It can lead to another holocaust.
00:08:45.000 He now understands the stakes here he understands the gravity and the risks associated We gave him a very thoughtful little educational seminar on
00:08:57.000 Thank you for joining us in our mission to free the world of vile antisemitism!
00:09:20.000 Anyway, we're just having a little fun here.
00:09:23.000 We're just having a little casual Friday.
00:09:24.000 Now that that serious portion is out of the way, we're gonna have a little casual Friday fun.
00:09:30.000 Wow, thank God it's Friday.
00:09:32.000 It's been a long week.
00:09:33.000 I'm so ready for the weekend.
00:09:36.000 Remember, no meat.
00:09:37.000 I hope you're not eating meat.
00:09:40.000 It is the Lenten season.
00:09:41.000 We're not eating meat.
00:09:44.000 I had a pizza.
00:09:45.000 You know, that's a fun Lenten thing.
00:09:47.000 Order a pizza every Friday.
00:09:49.000 There's no meat on Friday.
00:09:51.000 So here's a fun twist.
00:09:54.000 Order a pizza.
00:09:55.000 You know, it's your Lenten fast.
00:09:57.000 No meat.
00:09:58.000 Just order one 12-inch pizza for one individual.
00:10:04.000 You know, and there's your Lenten meal.
00:10:06.000 So I had a pizza with spinach and ricotte.
00:10:11.000 That was my Lenten
00:10:14.000 Meal very delicious.
00:10:15.000 I had a can of Pepsi and this is this is all you know, and it's all very consistent.
00:10:21.000 So I hope you're not eating meat.
00:10:24.000 I'm just hanging out here.
00:10:26.000 Like I said, we're gonna have a casual chill low-key stream here this Friday before we get into our news.
00:10:31.000 Honestly, it's kind of a slow news day.
00:10:33.000 That's why I'm procrastinating a little bit because it's really not much going on.
00:10:39.000 The war is underway.
00:10:41.000 The war is awesome.
00:10:42.000 I mean, well, I should rephrase that.
00:10:45.000 Let me retract that.
00:10:47.000 War is never awesome.
00:10:48.000 It is never awesome to have death in the world.
00:10:52.000 And it's definitely not awesome to see videos of buildings being destroyed by missiles and tanks driving around.
00:10:59.000 There's nothing awesome about that.
00:11:01.000 Certainly there's nothing awesome about the live footage of a 21st century European war.
00:11:07.000 Nothing cool about that at all.
00:11:09.000 We're good to go!
00:11:22.000 And it's also refreshing to see Russia stand up to the evil empire.
00:11:28.000 Honestly, it really is refreshing to see that.
00:11:31.000 Because for so long, America, and particularly the American regime, just gets away with everything, spreading their evil around the world.
00:11:39.000 And it's a beautiful thing to see Russia take a stand.
00:11:43.000 And I love to see all these all these homos with the Ukrainian pin and like I said all this blue and gold shit stand with Ukraine and all this and it's so awesome that Russia is just bulldozing this country and there's nothing anyone can do about it.
00:12:00.000 We shut down McDonald's!
00:12:01.000 We shut down Visa and MasterCard!
00:12:03.000 And his approval rating went up!
00:12:05.000 His approval rating went up 10%!
00:12:09.000 And all these suckers here in America are paying $5 a gallon per gas because the Biden regime is waging this futile economic war against the greatest statesmen in the world?
00:12:21.000 Simply awesome!
00:12:23.000 I just haven't even left the house.
00:12:24.000 I haven't even been driving at all.
00:12:26.000 I'm not paying for that gas.
00:12:28.000 I'm sitting here and I'm enjoying the war from home base.
00:12:34.000 And...
00:12:36.000 I was going to say something else, I just lost my train of thought, but what was I going to say about Russia?
00:12:46.000 Totally forgot.
00:12:48.000 Whatever I don't know it's like I said it's been a long week long day but we're happy we're happy finally something cool is happening but before we get into the news I just want to remind you follow me on gab and telegram links are down below follow me here on the cozy platform right here cozy dot TV slash Nick to get a push notification whenever my show begins what the hell was I gonna say I totally forgot I don't know
00:13:15.000 But it is a very patriotic war.
00:13:18.000 I really do believe that.
00:13:21.000 These guys are heroes.
00:13:23.000 These Russian soldiers, they're heroes.
00:13:26.000 Vladimir Putin is a hero, and I love to see it.
00:13:31.000 It's so awesome to see something like this in the 21st century because we were supposed to believe that nothing cool could ever happen again.
00:13:38.000 And now something cool is happening.
00:13:40.000 Finally, one country is going to take a stand, not be bossed around by the Jewish West, not be bossed around by the World Economic Forum.
00:13:49.000 And also, here's a little something for the haters.
00:13:52.000 You know, some people have been saying, oh, Russia's part of it.
00:13:56.000 Russia and China, they're part of this globalist regime.
00:14:01.000 They're part of the West.
00:14:03.000 Well, as of today, Klaus Schwab has expelled Russia from the World Economic Forum.
00:14:09.000 So, for anybody that was saying, oh, Russia's fake, Russia's part of the system, screw you.
00:14:16.000 You're wrong.
00:14:17.000 They just got kicked out of the WEF because they're standing up to the satanic world order.
00:14:24.000 People are posting Z. Yeah, can we get some Z's in chat?
00:14:27.000 Can we get some Z's in the live chat?
00:14:29.000 Get the Z's up!
00:14:31.000 Post Z if you support.
00:14:33.000 The news are President Putin... Can we get some Z's going?
00:14:38.000 In case you don't know, Z has become the new symbol of the Russian campaign.
00:14:42.000 I don't know... No one knows really what it means, but it's been appearing all over Russia.
00:14:47.000 Yeah!
00:14:48.000 Yeah!
00:14:49.000 Let's go!
00:14:50.000 Look at that!
00:14:50.000 Oh, I'd love to see that.
00:14:57.000 Look at all the Z's.
00:14:58.000 Yes!
00:14:58.000 Yes!
00:15:00.000 Yes!
00:15:01.000 Get the Z's going in the live chat.
00:15:04.000 Let's show Zelensky, let's show the Ukrainian dogs that we support the Tsar.
00:15:11.000 Let's get those Z's in chat.
00:15:16.000 Oh yeah, let's show that dog Zelensky who's boss.
00:15:20.000 He is a dog.
00:15:22.000 Comparing himself to Churchill.
00:15:23.000 You know, he is like Churchill.
00:15:26.000 In a bad way.
00:15:29.000 I hope Zelensky surrenders.
00:15:31.000 Zelensky must be crushed.
00:15:33.000 Zelensky and Kiev will be crushed.
00:15:36.000 There's no resistance.
00:15:37.000 No running.
00:15:39.000 Pretty awesome.
00:15:40.000 Pretty awesome.
00:15:41.000 It's an inspiration.
00:15:42.000 He's truly inspirational.
00:15:44.000 He's following in the footsteps of Stalin in the best possible way.
00:15:48.000 Putin following in the footsteps of Stalin.
00:15:51.000 Another great patriotic war.
00:15:53.000 And he will emerge from this after two decades.
00:15:58.000 Two decades of leadership.
00:16:00.000 And Russia will once again be a world power.
00:16:03.000 Really, you love to see it.
00:16:04.000 So, it's inspirational.
00:16:06.000 But, anyway.
00:16:09.000 We're going to move on.
00:16:10.000 We're going to get into the news.
00:16:11.000 I'm trying to remember.
00:16:12.000 What was that thing I was going to say earlier?
00:16:14.000 I totally forgot.
00:16:15.000 It was about Putin and... What was it?
00:16:21.000 Was it the... I covered the WEF.
00:16:25.000 I don't know.
00:16:26.000 Whatever.
00:16:26.000 It's just one of those things.
00:16:27.000 When you're 23, you just start forgetting things.
00:16:31.000 Anyway, so we'll dive into the news here.
00:16:37.000 Yeah, I don't remember.
00:16:39.000 Okay.
00:16:39.000 So, OH!
00:16:40.000 You know what I was gonna say?
00:16:41.000 I was gonna say, how about Madison Cawthorn?
00:16:44.000 Can we get an M in chat for Madison Cawthorn?
00:16:47.000 Did you see this latest development?
00:16:49.000 I put it in my telegram the other day, but he really pleasantly surprised me.
00:16:54.000 I've been critical of Madison Cawthorn, you know that, and I've been skeptical about a lot of the things that he's said and done since getting into Congress, like divorcing his wife after eight months, but
00:17:07.000 He put out a statement the other day where he said Zelensky is a thug, he said Zelensky's a dirtbag.
00:17:13.000 I'm paraphrasing here, but he said something like, Zelensky's a Western dirtbag and he'll be grouted at the heel of the new Tsar Putin.
00:17:23.000 He said something to that effect, something like that.
00:17:26.000 And I saw this clip and I was like, you know, say what you will about Madison, but that was a really brave and bold thing to say.
00:17:34.000 That was really fresh and a bold new flavor.
00:17:37.000 Really crisp and I really love to hear that.
00:17:40.000 I was really pleasantly surprised because you don't really hear that too much from all these rhinos.
00:17:45.000 You know, these rhinos will never stand up to this thug, this Western dog, Zelensky.
00:17:52.000 These other rhinos, these cucks in the GOP, they will never support the new czar of Russia, Vladimir Putin.
00:17:59.000 Finally, thank you Madison Cawthorne, thank you based Madison Cawthorne, for standing up for Russia.
00:18:06.000 We really appreciate that.
00:18:07.000 We really appreciate you.
00:18:10.000 We really appreciate Madison Cawthorne taking a stand for Russia.
00:18:15.000 I mean, God bless.
00:18:16.000 No one will step up to the plate.
00:18:19.000 Nobody will stand up for their rights.
00:18:23.000 And we just appreciate that Madison has the courage to do that.
00:18:26.000 No one else has the fortitude to get up off the couch, get up off their seat, and take a stand for what's right.
00:18:34.000 No one else can do that.
00:18:37.000 So, you know, Madison, he's really courageous.
00:18:43.000 Really courageous for doing that.
00:18:47.000 Anyway.
00:18:49.000 He really knows how to roll with the punches.
00:18:51.000 And I know he's gonna get a lot of heat for that.
00:18:53.000 He's gonna get a lot of criticism.
00:18:55.000 But he really knows how to roll with the punches.
00:18:58.000 Rolling right along.
00:18:59.000 God bless him.
00:19:00.000 So thank you, Madison.
00:19:02.000 Thank you, Madison, for backing me up.
00:19:03.000 I know everybody was attacking me over Putin and based Madison.
00:19:07.000 Thank you for having my back, bro.
00:19:09.000 I appreciate you.
00:19:10.000 You're a real one.
00:19:12.000 Fellow handsome white man, we appreciate you.
00:19:16.000 We have to stick together.
00:19:17.000 Us handsome white men, like you and I, Madison, we're under attack in America.
00:19:23.000 We have to stand up for each other.
00:19:25.000 We have to hang together, or they will hang us separately.
00:19:29.000 You know?
00:19:30.000 Madison, you know, try as you might.
00:19:33.000 Run away, but you're a handsome white man.
00:19:37.000 They'll hate you for that.
00:19:39.000 And people like us, we gotta stick together.
00:19:43.000 Madison is more handsome than me.
00:19:55.000 Thanks a lot, Madison.
00:19:56.000 Thanks a lot for the moral support.
00:19:57.000 Maybe he speaks at AFFPAC.
00:19:59.000 You know, hey, I didn't want to say this, but, you know, I was talking to our producers.
00:20:03.000 Maybe we're going to need a wheelchair accessible ramp at AFFPAC 4.
00:20:07.000 Don't want to drop any hints.
00:20:08.000 I don't want to make it too obvious, but hey, I know everybody's been saying, hey, Nick, you're going to need to shell out another $20,000 for a wheelchair accessible ramp at AFFPAC 4.
00:20:18.000 I said, I know.
00:20:19.000 We've already made the preparations.
00:20:21.000 We're already getting the resources together.
00:20:24.000 For that wheelchair accessible ramp.
00:20:27.000 Because we're going to need some differently abled patriots to roll up to our next conference to support the white, blue, and red.
00:20:44.000 It's so wrong.
00:20:45.000 It's so mean.
00:20:45.000 No.
00:20:53.000 So we're enjoying that.
00:20:55.000 We're having a lot of fun.
00:20:56.000 We're having a lot of Friday fun.
00:20:58.000 Hey, listen, Madison.
00:20:59.000 Don't take it personally.
00:21:02.000 We're just having a little Friday fun, Madison.
00:21:04.000 We're having a little Friday fun.
00:21:06.000 We want Madison to... I know he doesn't like me, but come on, Madison.
00:21:09.000 You gotta come around.
00:21:11.000 You gotta come around.
00:21:12.000 I'm extending my hand.
00:21:13.000 Will you take my hand, Madison?
00:21:15.000 I'm extending my hand.
00:21:17.000 In friendship.
00:21:19.000 Will you take my hand?
00:21:20.000 Will you join the Groypers?
00:21:22.000 Will you become who you are?
00:21:24.000 It's your destiny, Madison.
00:21:26.000 It's your destiny.
00:21:27.000 You know it's true.
00:21:28.000 Oh no.
00:21:31.000 For all the liberal media watching, that was all a joke.
00:21:34.000 We're not, you know, he didn't say what I said about Putin.
00:21:38.000 He did call Zelensky a thug, which was epic.
00:21:41.000 But I'm just saying that to get a rise out of him.
00:21:46.000 But it's all fun.
00:21:48.000 I'm not saying that in a mean, malicious way.
00:21:53.000 Alright.
00:21:53.000 Okay, alright.
00:21:54.000 Let's get into the news.
00:21:56.000 Enough, enough.
00:21:57.000 Let's dive right into the news.
00:21:59.000 Let's see what we got going on tonight.
00:22:02.000 The old Madison Cawthorn.
00:22:04.000 Representative Cawthorn.
00:22:07.000 From North Carolina.
00:22:11.000 He has a little bit of a southern accent.
00:22:13.000 Little bit of a southern accent.
00:22:16.000 North Carolina?
00:22:17.000 The problem is he's a simp, Madison.
00:22:21.000 Stop simping, my friend.
00:22:22.000 You know, listen, pal.
00:22:25.000 You gotta get it together, man.
00:22:26.000 I mean, if you want to go anywhere, you gotta stop simping.
00:22:30.000 It's no good.
00:22:30.000 We hear these things.
00:22:32.000 We believe in you, Madison.
00:22:33.000 We believe you can come around.
00:22:36.000 Anyway, so let's get into our news.
00:22:39.000 Our first story is about DuckDuckGo and
00:22:43.000 For those of you that don't know, I'm sure you guys are all familiar, but DuckDuckGo is supposed to be a free speech alternative to Google.
00:22:50.000 It is a search engine, like Google.
00:22:54.000 And their whole claim to fame is that they are the privacy, in particular, the privacy, as well as the free speech alternative.
00:23:03.000 Because, of course, Google tracks you, you know, they track all your search queries, they track your location, they track
00:23:10.000 I don't know.
00:23:27.000 We're good to go!
00:23:48.000 But that all changed this week when DuckDuckGo put out a statement and they said that they would actively be targeting Russian disinformation and pushing it further down in the search results.
00:24:00.000 And this is the story.
00:24:01.000 It says, quote, from National File.
00:24:05.000 It says, quote, DuckDuckGo, a search engine dubbed by many as the free speech alternative to Google, has announced that it will be taking steps to combat Russian disinformation.
00:24:15.000 The move was announced by DuckDuckGo founder Gabriel Weinberg in a tweet.
00:24:20.000 Gabriel Weinberg.
00:24:22.000 You know, you just can't seem to get away from these people.
00:24:24.000 It's kind of interesting how that works.
00:24:26.000 Gabriel Weinberg.
00:24:28.000 Weinberg wrote in a tweet, quote, Like so many others, I am sickened by Russia's invasion of Ukraine and the gigantic humanitarian crisis it continues to create.
00:24:39.000 At DuckDuckGo, we've been rolling out search updates that downrank sites associated with Russian disinformation.
00:24:46.000 Further down in a Twitter thread, Weinberg said the company would be downraking sites associated with disinformation.
00:24:53.000 Weinberg did not make it clear what the company considers to be Russian disinformation.
00:24:58.000 Several narratives that have come out of Ukrainian media since the Russian invasion began have been debunked or called into question, such as the ghost of Kiev and Snake Island stories.
00:25:09.000 Weinberg's statement did not address the possibility of Ukrainian or Western misinformation and disinformation being disseminated and spread online through DuckDuckGo, rather that they would use news modules and information boxes to highlight quality information for rapidly unfolding topics, which means censorship.
00:25:32.000 All of that is a roundabout way of saying censorship.
00:25:35.000 We are going to curate the news.
00:25:37.000 We will determine what information that you see.
00:25:40.000 That's what that means.
00:25:42.000 Highlight means they will prioritize that, the algorithm will prefer that
00:26:02.000 I don't know.
00:26:17.000 I don't think so.
00:26:37.000 No, no.
00:26:38.000 That's not disinformation.
00:26:40.000 Those are oopsies.
00:26:41.000 Those are rumors.
00:26:42.000 That's still high quality information.
00:26:45.000 The disinformation only comes from Russia.
00:26:48.000 Anybody that is pro-Russia is just spreading disinformation.
00:26:51.000 And that will just be suppressed.
00:26:53.000 Of course.
00:26:55.000 It says DuckDuckGo, which is headquartered about 40 minutes outside Philadelphia, has been marketed as a privacy alternative to Google.
00:27:04.000 The search engine has gained widespread popularity among Western political dissidents in recent years who use it due to its lack of algorithmic suppression that is common with Google.
00:27:15.000 DuckDuckGo also markets its commitment to privacy and seeks to guard users from personalized search results based on collected data.
00:27:22.000 DuckDuckGo's move follows the general crackdown of U.S.
00:27:25.000 and European companies against Russian interests.
00:27:28.000 Russian nationals have been barred from air travel to and from the U.S.
00:27:32.000 and the European Union, while various Russian exports have been banned across the world.
00:27:37.000 On the tech front, Russian gamers have been barred by Xbox and Sony after requests from the government of Ukraine.
00:27:46.000 So, it's DuckDuckGo now too.
00:27:49.000 And you know, it really defeats the purpose of having these alternatives if they behave in the exact same way as the mainstream company.
00:28:00.000 Why even do you have DuckDuckGo if they're suppressing Russian information during a critical time like this?
00:28:09.000 You do not need DuckDuckGo in peacetime.
00:28:12.000 You don't need DuckDuckGo to look up recipes about chicken pot pie.
00:28:19.000 You need DuckDuckGo for exactly these kinds of circumstances.
00:28:24.000 The point of having a censorship-proof platform is not so that people could say the N-word.
00:28:29.000 It's not so that people can show nudity.
00:28:32.000 It's not so that people could, even to some extent, say a right-wing political narrative any day of the week.
00:28:38.000 The purpose of these kinds of platforms is specifically to be a platform for information that is contrary to the establishment agenda.
00:28:48.000 That's what it's for.
00:28:50.000 Free speech, all these other arguments,
00:28:54.000 That's really, at the end of the day, just a cover for the fact that we are seeking a platform where we can disseminate thought, opinion, narrative, and information that goes contrary to the agenda of the elites.
00:29:11.000 It's really that simple.
00:29:15.000 The security apparatus in America, which is comprised of the Pentagon, the intelligence agencies, the bureaucratic state, to some extent the defense contractors, the broader military-industrial complex, they understand that part of our security is control of information.
00:29:34.000 Like, they understand this.
00:29:36.000 They know that
00:29:39.000 The political narratives that dominate the conversation, controlling that, managing that, that is part of our security posture.
00:29:50.000 And they write about this.
00:29:52.000 The Atlanta Council puts out papers on this.
00:29:56.000 State Department, United Nations, Department of Homeland Security, they all put out bulletins and papers about exactly this.
00:30:03.000 That part of securing the homeland is controlling the political narrative.
00:30:08.000 And they've talked a lot about this in the past year, ever since January 6th.
00:30:12.000 They said that part of their security strategy is to embed confidential informants, to spy on dissidents, to monitor the emergence of fringe or extreme narratives, because, and I think this is correct actually, from their perspective, they know that if a lot of people in America start to believe that, hey, the whole government's corrupt,
00:30:37.000 And the government's illegitimate and, you know, the Russians are right and all this.
00:30:41.000 It is going to undermine the State Department policy.
00:30:45.000 It is going to undermine America's ability to project power and have credibility on the world stage.
00:30:52.000 Absolutely.
00:30:54.000 And so the American regime, public and private, has been in the business of managing opinion
00:31:02.000 We're good to go.
00:31:15.000 And lately, in the past seven years, they've also been controlling what's online.
00:31:19.000 And so the State Department, the intel agencies, the Ivy League schools, and the social media companies have been working like this to control emerging political narratives.
00:31:32.000 And so this war over free speech is really anything but.
00:31:35.000 It's really anything but.
00:31:38.000 It is more about fighting in this information war and being able to tell the truth
00:31:44.000 We're good to go.
00:31:54.000 I don't think they really care so much
00:32:14.000 That you make a racist joke.
00:32:16.000 They may care about that for purposes of monetizing the platform, for advertisers, like that's certainly valid.
00:32:22.000 And there is a broader political agenda about making us think a certain way.
00:32:27.000 But big picture stuff?
00:32:28.000 It's a security problem.
00:32:30.000 It is a security problem to have unfettered information and political narratives in the global village, which is the global social media.
00:32:40.000 That is why they have such a vested interest.
00:32:42.000 That's why they care so much.
00:32:44.000 That's a big part of why they control the financial system for the same reason.
00:32:49.000 The reason you need to show an ID to open a bank account is because they know that if just anybody opens a bank account and you can't track that, anyone can access the power of money.
00:32:58.000 Once again, that could be used to undermine the security posture of the American homeland.
00:33:02.000 So you have all these tight controls over finance.
00:33:04.000 It's the same thing with regards to speech.
00:33:07.000 It's the same thing with regards to political narrative and discussion.
00:33:11.000 So the point I'm trying to make is these cutesy free speech platforms...
00:33:17.000 It doesn't matter if every day of the week it's a free speech platform, if on the day of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, they're suppressing so-called Russian disinformation.
00:33:29.000 Because it's made.
00:33:30.000 It's made.
00:33:31.000 So that when Russia invades Ukraine, it can be a place where you can get the real story about the most consequential topics in the most consequential time.
00:33:40.000 We don't need a DuckDuckGo if they do this at this moment.
00:33:44.000 We don't need a getter if getter bans Russia today at a time like this.
00:33:49.000 It's not to say that we can't make use out of these platforms.
00:33:52.000 We should instrumentalize these platforms for our purposes to the extent that we can, like we do with the others, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook, and all the rest.
00:34:01.000 But it is to say that it really defeats the purpose of their stated goals.
00:34:05.000 The goal is not to create a free speech platform so you could Google, like, QAnon stuff or whatever.
00:34:12.000 It's for that moment.
00:34:30.000 So thank God for Gab.
00:34:30.000 Gab appears to be the only platform that is not censoring Russia.
00:34:57.000 Telegram, Getter, DuckDuckGo, they're all censoring Russia.
00:35:03.000 And it seems like Gab is the only one.
00:35:04.000 And that's critical.
00:35:08.000 But that is really what all of this censorship business is about.
00:35:11.000 And you know what?
00:35:13.000 And I'm going to say this, and this may sound controversial, but hear me out first.
00:35:19.000 When you look at it this way, the actions of the government become actually very rational.
00:35:26.000 Their response to 1.6 becomes rational.
00:35:34.000 America is a global hegemon.
00:35:37.000 America projects power all over the globe, and we've got many adversaries, and our adversaries do try to undermine our security.
00:35:44.000 Often it is defensive, but yes, Russia and China and our adversaries, Iran, they are trying to undermine our security.
00:35:52.000 And when they see someone like Trump, who is a disruptor and shaking things up, and then there's a siege at the Capitol,
00:36:00.000 When the Justice Department rounds up all those people and throws the book at them and throws them in jail, it's actually an extremely rational response.
00:36:07.000 Because they have to demonstrate for the same reason that Obama had to follow up the red line in Syria in 2013.
00:36:14.000 For the same reason that Trump had to strike Syria in 2017 in April.
00:36:19.000 For the same reason he had to send out carrier strike groups and all the rest.
00:36:23.000 It's the same reason
00:36:25.000 We're good to go.
00:36:47.000 We're good to go.
00:37:03.000 Read a particular way can be rational.
00:37:05.000 That's where they're coming from.
00:37:07.000 That's where they're coming from and that's where normies are coming from.
00:37:10.000 When they say our democracy is under attack and we and people say, oh, that's a grandma.
00:37:15.000 It's a grandma walking around.
00:37:16.000 It doesn't matter.
00:37:18.000 Because if there is this, if visibly to the world, there's this presentation of hey, guess what?
00:37:24.000 The Capitol is not secured.
00:37:27.000 What kind of problems do you think that invites for the security apparatus in America?
00:37:34.000 If that's broadcast to the world live on a stream, then hey, guess what?
00:37:38.000 Proud Boys and Grandmas are breaking into the seat of the sovereign!
00:37:42.000 Like, you know, that's a bad message.
00:37:44.000 And of course, you could say certainly that the intel agencies had prior knowledge of it and then they, you know...
00:37:51.000 We're good to go!
00:38:08.000 The regime is waging a war against its own people, with the elite and witness stuff, the trannies, the gay people, the women, the Muslims, the black people, the Hispanics, the poor, the homeless, the criminals, let them all out of jail, the felons, and so on.
00:38:26.000 And Sam Francis writes about this, it's a war of the top working with the bottom against the middle.
00:38:32.000 Now,
00:38:34.000 All of that being said about, you know, the Trump coalition disrupting America and showing the inadequacy of the security apparatus and that's broadcasting a message to Russia, that kind of tells you about, like, sort of what our posture should be towards these foreign countries.
00:38:50.000 You know, I see all these conservatives saying like, you know, I'm a conservative, sure, but I'm also a patriot and I back America against Huawei and China and Putin and all this.
00:39:01.000 It's like, why are you doing that?
00:39:03.000 The elite is working with the homeless and the criminals to screw you over and kill you and steal all your resources and devalue the currency and so on.
00:39:11.000 And you're gonna work with the government?
00:39:14.000 To take on China or Russia?
00:39:15.000 Like, what are you thinking?
00:39:16.000 You're gonna go sign up for the military to go fight over Taiwan?
00:39:20.000 It should be the opposite.
00:39:22.000 You should be saying, hey, guess what?
00:39:24.000 We're being canceled like Russia.
00:39:26.000 If the regime is working with the poor against the middle, then maybe we, you know, the enemy of our enemy is our friend too.
00:39:35.000 I don't want to say it too explicitly, but you understand what I'm getting at here.
00:39:39.000 I'm not talking about foreign collusion.
00:39:41.000 I'm not talking about working with foreign governments to take down the... I'm not saying that at all.
00:39:46.000 But I am saying I have no sympathy for the American regime.
00:39:50.000 I have no sympathy for the American state.
00:39:54.000 And I think that we have to have a more practical view of how these things are happening on an institutional level.
00:40:01.000 Which is to say, once you look at it from that perspective, things become very clear.
00:40:05.000 I don't want to spell it out too explicitly, but maybe you understand what I'm getting at there.
00:40:13.000 It's not about, you know, like, liberals want us to this and that, or whatever.
00:40:17.000 It's like, no, it is the regime against the people.
00:40:21.000 It is this American regime against the people.
00:40:25.000 It's this regime which is holding on to a precarious position
00:40:30.000 We're good to go?
00:40:50.000 And, uh, trouble for them in Ukraine, trouble for them in Taiwan, in Afghanistan, trouble for them in America, in Canada.
00:40:57.000 It's all good.
00:40:58.000 It's good trouble.
00:40:59.000 It's like John Lewis said.
00:41:00.000 We're getting into some good trouble.
00:41:02.000 That's what I mean.
00:41:03.000 I mean to say it's good trouble.
00:41:05.000 Like John Lewis said.
00:41:08.000 But that's what this, that's what the free speech stuff is really about.
00:41:11.000 That's what it's all about.
00:41:13.000 It's about security apparatus.
00:41:16.000 And yeah, it's not just that.
00:41:18.000 It's a little bit more complicated than that, but that's a big part of it.
00:41:21.000 So when they're coming at you with the censorship and all this, it's about control of information, control of opinion, control of narrative for the sake of so-called national security.
00:41:33.000 We're good.
