02:28:20.000 Of course the priority people get their applications processed first, and then once all those applications are processed and all the money is dispersed, then they process the non-priority applications, but there's a finite amount of money. 0.97

02:35:39.000 They say that when blacks underperform compared to whites, when Hispanics underperform compared to whites, that that's because of institutional discrimination.

02:35:50.000 Under the left-wing premise that all people are equal, if people wind up unequal going through the system, then something must have happened in the middle.

02:36:00.000 If people are born equal, all groups are equal, they all start from the same place,
