00:00:01.000 Tongue-in-cheek to who?
00:00:02.000 There's a lot of irony involved.
00:00:04.000 Well, okay, now explain to me the irony about it.
00:00:06.000 It's because we're in a very far right click, and then you come to this far right click, and it's fucking little girls dancing.
00:00:11.000 Like, that's the joke.
00:00:13.000 Like, yeah, it's so obvious.
00:00:14.000 This is projection.
00:00:18.000 Like, textbook style stuff.
00:00:19.000 Dude, why don't you go project your voice somewhere else, because you're annoying.
00:00:27.000 Thank you, Tag.
00:00:28.000 I just sent Joe the Boomer the evidence that we need to seal this case shut forever.
00:00:33.000 Yeah, I'm taking a look, hold on.
00:00:35.000 And he's gonna, he's gonna, maybe he'll be able to put it up on screen.
00:00:39.000 Well, I put something up for Joe as well, as a counterpoint.
00:00:46.000 Hold on.
00:00:47.000 So I was thinking, you know?
00:00:49.000 You don't need to watch something to know that it's bad, you know?
00:00:53.000 Like, you don't need to watch two guys kissing to know that it's bad.
00:01:14.000 So people are telling me to watch this so that I know what it's like?
00:01:20.000 Everyone knows that, man.
00:01:22.000 You don't need to make a point about it.
00:01:24.000 Thank you so much for your question, Pac.
00:01:26.000 We appreciate it, buddy.
00:01:27.000 I'm sure it's just like two guys pissing.
00:01:29.000 Whatever.
00:01:30.000 I have the same reaction to K-On!
00:01:33.000 that I do as a bowl of maggots, okay?
00:01:37.000 All we want is our anime channel back.
00:01:41.000 Alright, Jake, we brought a tweet from Scott Greer up on stream.
00:01:46.000 And let's see what the image is.
00:01:48.000 Oh, it's a video.
00:01:49.000 Hold on.
00:01:49.000 Oh, it's a video.
00:01:51.000 Yeah, it's a video.
00:01:53.000 Alright, let's see.
00:01:55.000 I want to know before we play this, what's his relationship with Christ?
00:01:59.000 Does he go to church a lot?
00:02:01.000 What?
00:02:02.000 Shut up.
00:02:03.000 Scott, you're here.
00:02:05.000 I'll pull on my soldier!
00:02:07.000 I'll run through the firing line and kill that Yankee soldier!
00:02:12.000 I'll kill that Yankee soldier!
00:02:15.000 I'll run through the firing line and kill that Yankee soldier!
00:02:27.000 Unbelievable.
00:02:29.000 That's such a stupid comment.
00:02:32.000 Great video.
00:02:35.000 Great video, Jake.
00:02:36.000 Let's see.
00:02:38.000 Oh no.
00:02:38.000 If they knew that their descendants would do this, they'd drop their muskets and join the Union.
00:02:45.000 100%.
00:02:45.000 They would.
00:02:45.000 That's not how it works.
00:02:47.000 We live in the Union world.
00:02:52.000 Oh my god.
00:02:53.000 Yeah, the union world is paused.
00:02:55.000 Alright.
00:02:56.000 The confederate supporters are like trainees, like what's the point then?
00:03:00.000 Now Beardson, I'm gonna pull Beardson's thing up on stream that he sent me.
00:03:00.000 Alright, wait.
00:03:04.000 It's not looking good.
00:03:06.000 Not looking good.
00:03:08.000 Not looking good.
00:03:10.000 But wait a minute, Beardson.
00:03:12.000 Wait a minute.
00:03:13.000 Wyatt is black.
00:03:15.000 Which means that the Confederacy, which means, which means the Confederacy wanted to keep him in chains, and the Confederacy is pro-Khaon, so if they had won, he wouldn't be able to do that.
00:03:30.000 This is your average Khaon supporter, right?
00:03:33.000 A black pedophile.
00:03:40.000 It's undeniable.
00:03:42.000 If I can mask off for a moment, I think it's a funny debate, and it's very fun, the discourse.
00:03:47.000 If you really honestly get too passionate about this thing either way, other than just like shitposting, I think you're fucking cringe.
00:03:54.000 Like, I love Jake Lloyd, he's my friend.
00:03:57.000 Even though he watches K-On!
00:03:59.000 Even though he is disappointed.
00:04:02.000 Especially because I watch K-On!
00:04:06.000 But at the end of the day, I will still love Jake Lloyd.
00:04:09.000 He will still be my brother.
00:04:11.000 And all of this, I mean really honestly though...
00:04:14.000 All this, like, pedophile shit.
00:04:15.000 Like, oh, you're a pedophile!
00:04:17.000 You're, like, chill out.
00:04:19.000 I like how PAG blocked me because I didn't let him sit in the chat for more than his question time.
00:04:25.000 Unbelievable!
00:04:26.000 Unbelievable!
00:04:26.000 PAG also says, you know, chat, I hate Jake Lloyd.
00:04:29.000 Jake Lloyd has AIDS.
00:04:35.000 Gay AIDS.
00:04:38.000 So, I think, so, I have a question.
00:04:41.000 Let's get those donations, folks.
00:04:43.000 Donate to the links in the live chat right now.
00:04:45.000 Support the show.
00:04:47.000 My heart medication is very expensive.
00:04:49.000 Support the show, please.
00:04:53.000 Is the evidence a muzzle?
00:04:54.000 Can you stop talking?
00:04:55.000 My evidence is in bronze, okay?
00:04:57.000 It's proof that Nicholas J. Fuentes hasn't snuck up off the house.
00:05:00.000 Shut up, man.
00:05:01.000 Shut the fuck up.
00:05:02.000 Dude, you will never be a woman.
00:05:04.000 You will never be a woman.
00:05:05.000 Cope's seen and died.
00:05:07.000 Are you telling me that?
00:05:08.000 You sound like you're halfway there, man.
00:05:12.000 Whatever, dude.
00:05:13.000 I'm from Brooklyn, you know how it is.
00:05:16.000 Okay, you're African-Brooklyn.
00:05:18.000 Great, you're a fucking gay yankee.
00:05:20.000 God, you're fucking- You're a Dixie loser, dude.
00:05:23.000 You'll always be a loser.
00:05:24.000 Oh, here it is.
00:05:25.000 Anime people.
00:05:26.000 That's what I told you.
00:05:28.000 Anime people.
00:05:29.000 If you wanna come swing in that- I got Steve Urkel over here, and he's calling Dixie a loser.
00:05:34.000 I'm gonna run through the streets of Brooklyn right now and say that people who watch anime are pedophiles.
00:05:40.000 That's what I'm gonna do.
00:05:42.000 That is an edit that I made, yo.
00:05:44.000 And they retweeted it for the official America First update.
00:05:48.000 Oh, wow, great.
00:05:49.000 It is a bow.
00:05:49.000 Are you an artist?
00:05:50.000 Do you want to be a manga artist?
00:05:53.000 No, no, no.
00:05:55.000 But at least I have a talent, unlike you, who's sort of just some kind of... What's your talent?
00:05:59.000 What's your talent?
00:06:00.000 I'm going to make hobbies for the whole... You're going to make groipers.
00:06:04.000 You're going to make groipers.
00:06:06.000 I do make groipers, dude.
00:06:07.000 I make chestnut groipers.
00:06:08.000 This dude draws lollipop poop.
00:06:11.000 Okay, whatever, guy.
00:06:13.000 Who?
00:06:14.000 You don't make Roidbers.
00:06:15.000 I made, like, a bunch of Roidbers.
00:06:17.000 Who?
00:06:18.000 Who cares?
00:06:18.000 Dude, I live in your mind rent-free.
00:06:20.000 I'm a random, and I live in your mind rent-free.
00:06:23.000 You live in my ears.
00:06:24.000 Your voice echoes because it's annoying.
00:06:25.000 Dude, you'll never match anybody.
00:06:27.000 You're in a, like, number two for, like, for fucking, for Aiden, alright?
00:06:32.000 You don't produce anything.
00:06:33.000 You're a fucking, like, garbage.
00:06:35.000 That's not true.
00:06:35.000 He's a number two?
00:06:39.000 Assistant Trey, get it right.
00:06:44.000 I'll tell you what, I'm gonna put this offer out here on the Daily Brat, okay?
00:06:48.000 I'm just gonna put this out here.
00:06:50.000 This is an exclusive offer.
00:06:52.000 If somebody makes me a spooky Beardson Graper, we will, in my Discord, we will donate $200 to Joe the Boomer.
00:07:01.000 We will watch one episode as a community of K-On!
00:07:07.000 And we will judge it, based on that analogue.
00:07:11.000 Okay?
00:07:11.000 Somebody make this man a spooky beards and avatar.
00:07:15.000 I'll do it for you, King.
00:07:16.000 Next time we deploy First God Talent on Jaden's server, I'll show you a few tricks I know.
00:07:23.000 So, I'm sure you've learned tricks over time.
00:07:28.000 I'll turn you tricks like that.
00:07:30.000 Jesus, on Brooklyn Street Corner you got this trainiac.
00:07:34.000 Hold on, hold on, hold on.
00:07:40.000 Calm down, son.
00:07:41.000 Calm down, son.
00:07:44.000 Somebody sent me some screenshotted evidence.
00:07:47.000 Of, uh, we'll just say his name's Batman Groyper.
00:07:50.000 He says, K-On!
00:07:51.000 He's controlling the opposition 100%, he just joined the server, like... He just joined the server, he's got the new Discord, like, thing in the bottom.
00:08:01.000 This guy's controlled off, he's talking about...
00:08:03.000 You don't even need to put it up.
00:08:04.000 This guy's 100% crypto.
00:08:07.000 It's this weird fetish that Japanese people like, where it's literally women with dicks.
00:08:13.000 Not like trannies, but like women with dicks.
00:08:14.000 Why do you have that?
00:08:15.000 Why are you into that?
00:08:16.000 I'm not into it.
00:08:17.000 I've just been around the internet a lot.
00:08:19.000 I know it consensually.
00:08:20.000 It's been worse than my face on 4chan, trust me.
00:08:23.000 Dude, if you know... If you've been on 4chan, it's hard not to see his face.
00:08:27.000 Dude, this is definitely not... That is very slanderous.
00:08:30.000 That's slander.
00:08:31.000 That's slander dude.
00:08:31.000 Shame on you.
00:08:32.000 Alright Gibby, you gotta get... Alright, take Gibby's coat.

00:08:51.000 Oh my gosh.
00:08:53.000 Oh my gosh.
00:08:54.000 He bailed on Brat Pack!
00:08:56.000 And he stopped Jake Lloyd from coming to Brat Pack!
00:09:00.000 And now he's gonna do that.
00:09:01.000 It's true.
00:09:01.000 It's true.
00:09:03.000 Unbelievable.
00:09:03.000 Brat Pack!
00:09:05.000 He must make you pay for the gun range trip, huh Jake?
00:09:09.000 Well, he probably was gonna try.
00:09:12.000 This guy, Jewish Gibby, that's what they call him.
00:09:17.000 That's the truth.
00:09:21.000 Well, hold on.
00:09:23.000 Not that there's anything wrong with that.
00:09:28.000 Yeah, I agree.
00:09:29.000 It's just an observation.
00:09:32.000 Unbelievable.
00:09:34.000 Unbelievable.
00:09:36.000 Alright, so... So, congratulations to YeezyPeezyLemonSqueezyGroiper, also known as YeetyPeterson.
00:09:44.000 Just donated for his Daily Brab Gold Premium membership.
00:09:47.000 He donated in crypto.
00:09:48.000 What a smart guy.
00:09:50.000 I'm going to make him a lot of money, and I already made him a lot of money with some of his crypto stuff, but... Dude, jump in the VC so we can pull you in.
00:09:59.000 Well, I'm going to get out of here, because I've got things I've got to go do, but I just wanted to hop in and confirm for myself that Jake Wood is a filthy pedophile.
00:10:09.000 I'm kidding.
00:10:10.000 Unbelievable.
00:10:11.000 See you later, Beardson.

00:10:30.000 More Persona girls.
00:10:31.000 Let's do that.
00:10:32.000 Dude, Pearson does not miss.
00:10:34.000 Pearson does not miss.
00:10:35.000 He just said it.
00:10:37.000 He just called you a pedophile.
00:10:38.000 What do you mean you don't miss?
00:10:39.000 Hey, he said it.
00:10:40.000 I never miss.

00:10:42.000 P Miami.
00:10:46.000 Yeah, Beardson, don't miss, I guess, right?
00:10:48.000 Alright, hey, it was good talking to you guys.
00:10:50.000 I'll talk to you later.
00:10:51.000 See you, buddy.
00:10:52.000 Take care, Beardson.
00:10:53.000 See you, guys.
00:10:54.000 Alright, let's go ahead and pull in Yeezy Peezy Lemon Squeezy, new Daily Brab Gold Premium member.
00:10:58.000 Congratulations, buddy.
00:11:01.000 I gave him the old head discount, too.
00:11:02.000 I don't know if I should have, but once he makes a lot of money off my advice, I know he's gonna donate a lot more.
00:11:10.000 He certainly will.
00:11:11.000 I know he will.
00:11:15.000 Better turn on your mic easy.
00:11:20.000 Alright, I guess he hasn't figured out how to get his mic working.
00:11:23.000 No, this has been great so far.
00:11:25.000 I love it, man.
00:11:43.000 I mean, I'm very tolerable of the K-On!
00:11:44.000 people.
00:11:45.000 I can't watch it myself.
00:11:46.000 It's just... Pulling my hair out.
00:11:48.000 Like I said, I'm Beards and Streams.
00:11:52.000 I watched Girls Und Panzer or whatever the shit.
00:11:56.000 Literally cutting myself.
00:11:58.000 I couldn't stand to watch it.
00:11:59.000 I got five minutes in.
00:12:02.000 I wanted to- I wanted to- I wanted to- Yeah, they're in school, and I wanted to kill somebody.
00:12:11.000 I wanted to kill anybody I could get my hands on.
00:12:13.000 I couldn't stand it.
00:12:14.000 So we skipped every- we kept skipping.
00:12:16.000 Like, well maybe it'll get better in five minutes.
00:12:18.000 Five minutes.
00:12:19.000 It sucks.
00:12:20.000 Five minutes.
00:12:21.000 It sucks.
00:12:21.000 Five minutes.
00:12:22.000 It sucks.
00:12:23.000 I could not take it, so we just quit.
00:12:25.000 We started watching Inuyasha instead.
00:12:26.000 What's it called?
00:12:28.000 Girls und Panzer.
00:12:29.000 Oh, we started watching Inuyasha instead and that was much better.
00:12:32.000 I don't like that old head stuff.
00:12:37.000 Okay, well, I watch a lot of old head stuff.
00:12:41.000 But you are an old head, son.

00:12:51.000 You would like it.

00:12:55.000 It's very good.
00:12:56.000 And you gotta catch up on Vinland Saga.
00:12:58.000 Amazing show, by the way.
00:13:00.000 Man, that was good.
00:13:01.000 I finished it.
00:13:02.000 It was good.
00:13:03.000 It was really good.

00:13:28.000 I get it.
00:13:28.000 Very funny.
00:13:37.000 Rushes.

00:13:39.000 Alright, let's pull in Yeezy Peezy Lemon Squeezy, brand new Daily Breath premium gold member.
00:13:46.000 How's it going, buddy?
00:13:49.000 Like I said earlier, I gave him the old head discount, but I know when he starts pulling in those bucks, I know he's going to wet his old Uncle Joe the Boomer's beak.
00:14:05.000 Is this mic still not working?
00:14:06.000 Where is this guy?
00:14:07.000 He's in the VC with us, but his mic... He's muted.
00:14:10.000 An average Nasuno hater.
00:14:13.000 Hold on, let me try something.
00:14:22.000 Uh-oh.
00:14:23.000 What is that?
00:14:24.000 Paris sent me something.
00:14:27.000 That's what the anime people were posting yesterday.
00:14:29.000 Alright.
00:14:30.000 Now, that looks like proof.
00:14:32.000 Harkin?
00:14:33.000 You know the standards I have for Daily Brap Gold Premium members.
00:14:36.000 If this is real, you're in trouble.
00:14:38.000 It's not the only one.
00:14:39.000 I have more.
00:14:40.000 From Harkin.
00:14:42.000 Harkin?
00:14:48.000 Harkin is based...
00:14:50.000 He causes trouble sometimes.
00:14:52.000 Arkin says he likes the little anime girls for their tits and thighs.
00:14:55.000 Is that base, Jake Lloyd?
00:14:57.000 Please tell me is that base.
00:14:59.000 Well, I don't know.
00:15:01.000 I... I didn't see this myself.
00:15:05.000 Oh no!
00:15:06.000 Wait, say that one more time.
00:15:10.000 Sounds like you have a lack of confidence.
00:15:12.000 Yeah, repeat that one more time here.
00:15:13.000 What was that?
00:15:13.000 What did you say before?
00:15:15.000 Hey, you want a screenshot of it?
00:15:16.000 No, you want- no, what do you say, though?
00:15:18.000 You like the anime girls for the tits and thighs?
00:15:21.000 Is that what you said?
00:15:22.000 That's what he said.
00:15:23.000 Okay, what's the problem?
00:15:25.000 I avow that.
00:15:26.000 100% I avow that.
00:15:27.000 Yeah, okay, well, thank you for- thank you for proving my point.
00:15:30.000 The little anime girls- I got balls to go- I got balls to go- The little anime girls, the K-On!
00:15:34.000 girls, you like for their- The K-On!
00:15:35.000 girls are the same age as Mozart.
00:15:37.000 They're like 17.
00:15:39.000 They're not 8, like you keep saying.
00:15:41.000 You keep misrepresenting them.
00:15:42.000 Yeah, the Japanese guy, for litigation purposes, wrote in the Wikipedia page, they're 17, so people like you could justify yourself.
00:15:49.000 Dude, they're like... What do you mean, what do you mean, wait, what do you mean for litigation purposes?
00:15:53.000 Dude, they're like, they're in junior year high school.
00:15:58.000 Do they look like they're in junior year high school?
00:16:00.000 Yes!
00:16:01.000 What do you think a woman looks like?
00:16:05.000 A woman does not look like that.
00:16:06.000 That's because your mother has a monobrow and has a refrigerator built, okay?
00:16:12.000 I will say adult Japanese women do look like that.
00:16:16.000 So... Alright, so... I mean, are we... Are we saying that finding an Asian woman attractive is like pedophilia now?
00:16:25.000 So... Is it sus to be attracted to an Asian woman because she looks young?
00:16:28.000 You know damn well that they're not designed to look like adult women.
00:16:31.000 Yeah, I've got to step in here.
00:16:33.000 With the voice of Christian morality, I've gotta step in here with the voice of Christian morality.
00:16:37.000 You say heterosexuality.
00:16:39.000 That's fine, but if you're letting your passions get the better of you, then it's just plain wrong.
00:16:43.000 And that's not okay.
00:16:44.000 So, I see lewd stuff.
00:16:46.000 I see sexualization.
00:16:48.000 I'm gonna put the boot down.
00:16:50.000 That's degenerate.
00:16:51.000 And you should stop it.
00:16:52.000 And you should repent.
00:16:54.000 True.
00:16:54.000 True.
00:16:55.000 Now, not once has Jake Lloyd sexualized any of us.
00:16:59.000 That's true.
00:17:00.000 And the rest of you have no excuse.
00:17:01.000 True.
00:17:03.000 Amen, brother.
00:17:04.000 Well, you just said two minutes ago that you about this, you about that.
00:17:07.000 Well, that's degenerate.
00:17:08.000 All I'm about is a heterosexual stance, but I don't repeat it.
00:17:12.000 Well, good, good.
00:17:12.000 Kind of say it as some kind of gay or pedophilic thing, which it's not.
00:17:18.000 What is wrong with... I don't listen to any member of the K-On!s, just for the record.
00:17:23.000 I have my own wife.
00:17:24.000 Alright, Yeezy, give it a shot.
00:17:30.000 Uh-oh, Yeezy!
00:17:34.000 Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!
00:17:36.000 Bye all day!
00:17:39.000 Bye all day!
00:17:41.000 That's supposed to be an attempt at humor?
00:17:45.000 Definitely not mad at me, 100%.
00:17:47.000 All the times I shit, I ain't even mad at him.
00:17:49.000 Mad at cringe.
00:17:49.000 I'm mad at cringe.
00:17:50.000 You're, like, eternally unfunny and annoying to listen to.
00:17:53.000 Okay.
00:17:56.000 Oh, PAG is back!
00:17:57.000 Hold on.
00:17:57.000 He just threatened me a few minutes ago, so I'm removing him.
00:18:02.000 No, you're not.
00:18:02.000 Look at what I'm going to send you in chat.
00:18:04.000 This is a literal brick.
00:18:07.000 It's horrible.
00:18:08.000 You're talking about lust?
00:18:09.000 I'm going to show you lust like you've never seen it before.
00:18:12.000 Look at the anime pillow.
00:18:15.000 Look at it.
00:18:16.000 Look at his body.
00:18:17.000 It's a monster.
00:18:17.000 Alright, Pac, get out of here.
00:18:21.000 Unbelievable.
00:18:22.000 Pac threatened me not five minutes ago.
00:18:24.000 He threatened me.
00:18:25.000 He said, I'll never send you another dollar.
00:18:28.000 I took that personally.
00:18:30.000 I take that personally.
00:18:31.000 That's a threat.
00:18:33.000 That's an act of aggression.
00:18:34.000 That's an act of aggression against Joe the Boomer?
00:18:36.000 That's an act of war!
00:18:38.000 Oh, you laugh, Pac.
00:18:39.000 Well, let's see if you're laughing now.
00:18:44.000 That's what I thought.
00:18:46.000 That's right.
00:18:49.000 Everything I do for this kid, he's like a son to me.
00:18:53.000 Unbelievable.
00:18:54.000 Jake, I got a sandwich I gotta share with you later.
00:18:56.000 Oh, delicious.
00:18:58.000 Oh, very good.
00:19:00.000 I've gotta have you have one when you come to Brat Pack.
00:19:02.000 They're so good.
00:19:05.000 Not a seasonal sandwich, it's delicious.
00:19:11.000 I'll tell you about it later.
00:19:12.000 I cannot wait.
00:19:12.000 These peasants in the chat, they don't deserve it.
00:19:14.000 These are the things I have to look forward to.
00:19:16.000 They haven't donated.
00:19:17.000 They barely donated at all.
00:19:18.000 They don't even appreciate it.
00:19:19.000 No, they can't appreciate it.
00:19:20.000 They don't even appreciate the stream, all this content.
00:19:22.000 They're not donating.
00:19:23.000 We don't see anything in the box.
00:19:25.000 I've been trying to donate, but it says it's not processing my card.
00:19:30.000 You got crypto?
00:19:30.000 Uh, no.
00:19:33.000 You take gold?
00:19:35.000 No, but I'll help you get into crypto.
00:19:39.000 I'll have to follow you up on that.
00:19:41.000 For free?
00:19:44.000 For free is good.
00:19:44.000 Yeah it is.
00:19:47.000 Unbelievable.
00:19:50.000 A lot of people are saying they're trying to donate but Streamlabs won't take their card.
00:19:55.000 How convenient.
00:19:57.000 Zizen says he only gives money to Jade and McNeil.
00:19:59.000 Well, Jade and Zay Joe the Boomer respect your Zizens, so you're banned.
00:20:06.000 Let's see.
00:20:14.000 Alright, let's see.
00:20:17.000 Oh wait, we've got some!
00:20:18.000 Oh, we've got some right there!
00:20:19.000 But Streamlabs wasn't alerting me.
00:20:22.000 Oh, we've got Teavis!
00:20:24.000 Excellent!
00:20:24.000 Thank you, Teavis, so much!
00:20:27.000 He says... Yeah, for some reason the alert is off.
00:20:30.000 Let me see real quick.
00:20:31.000 Donation Ticket Alert Box... That should be it right there.
00:20:37.000 Let's recycle that.
00:20:40.000 Did it work?
00:20:42.000 Ah, there it is.
00:20:45.000 Okay.
00:20:46.000 Teavis says, time to answer the K-Anon question with a Discord viewing of Season 1 with all of us present.
00:20:51.000 We'll figure this out by going straight to the source.
00:20:54.000 Who said that?
00:20:55.000 Uh, Groypchak.
00:21:23.000 We remember our friends, don't we, Jake?
00:21:27.000 We do, we sure do.
00:21:30.000 Wish I could say the same for Pag.
00:21:35.000 He exists to make me suffer.
00:21:37.000 On my own show!
00:21:39.000 On my own show.
00:21:42.000 And Zyzins, what's wrong with you?
00:21:45.000 How could you say those things about me?
00:21:50.000 Wasn't he listening when we said it was basically tantamount to war?
00:21:56.000 Wait a minute.
00:21:56.000 He's a Daily Brap Silver Premium member.
00:21:58.000 That means he's donated to me before.
00:22:00.000 What are you doing, Zizen?
00:22:03.000 Unbelievable.
00:22:05.000 What is he doing?
00:22:06.000 I have no idea.
00:22:07.000 Chef Big Dawg donates.
00:22:08.000 He says, Have you heard of Yu Yu Hakusho?
00:22:10.000 It's made by the same guy who made Hunter X Hunter Great Anime.
00:22:13.000 Yes, I have heard about it.
00:22:15.000 It's on the list of Daily Brap Silver Premium member group anime watch sessions.
00:22:19.000 So... Fifteen more dollars, Chef Big Dawg, and you're a Daily Brap Silver Premium member.
00:22:24.000 Just remember that.
00:22:25.000 That's true, that's not good.
00:22:27.000 That's not good.
00:22:28.000 On Trobo.
00:22:54.000 Yeah, did you get that, Jake?
00:22:57.000 Trovo?
00:22:57.000 I don't know if it's... Yeah, I'm on Trovo.
00:23:01.000 Can people chat right now?
00:23:02.000 Yes.
00:23:03.000 I see the chat, yeah.
00:23:04.000 You want to link, Jake?
00:23:06.000 That's weird.
00:23:07.000 Well, I'm on the channel right now, but I don't see chat, and then it says, um... I don't know.
00:23:14.000 It might be because I got banned on there, but whenever I... Yeah, it's live.
00:23:20.000 Yeah.
00:23:20.000 If I can see it, I just...
00:23:22.000 I just don't see the chat.
00:23:23.000 I can see the video, I just can't see the chat.
00:23:40.000 ATG donates and says, no refunds.
00:23:43.000 We love anime.
00:23:44.000 ATG, you just donated enough to become a Daily Brap Silver Premium member.
00:23:47.000 Make sure you join the Discord right now.
00:23:50.000 Redeem your Daily Brap Silver Premium membership and all the benefits that come with it, my boy.
00:23:55.000 Link to the Discord is in the live chat.
00:23:57.000 Amazing.
00:23:59.000 We've got a donation from PolishAmericanGroper with a very small amount.
00:24:05.000 He says some very offensive things and tells me to unmute him.
00:24:09.000 I don't think he understands how this works.
00:24:10.000 So, yeah.
00:24:16.000 Very offensive, very hurtful.
00:24:22.000 Yes, keep the donations flowing, Akneka says.
00:24:25.000 Shoutout to Akneka, a soon-to-be Daily Brap Gold Premium member.
00:24:30.000 He is well on his way.
00:24:33.000 Shout out to Zbiba, long time fan of the show.
00:24:35.000 Oh, Pag is trying to at me, but I have him blocked because he threatened me!
00:24:47.000 He threatened me, and not with a good time.
00:24:51.000 Polish American Groyper says, gonna cry you big baby?
00:24:55.000 I may.
00:24:57.000 I mean, I'm basically your dad, how could you do this to me?
00:25:01.000 Let's unmute him and see what he's got.
00:25:04.000 Alright, Peg.
00:25:05.000 How are you doing, Joel?
00:25:08.000 I'm doing good.
00:25:08.000 Are you okay?
00:25:11.000 I mean, it's troublesome to get threats.
00:25:14.000 Oh!
00:25:14.000 Zaviva says, make me a Daily Rep Gold Premium member!
00:25:18.000 Hell yes!
00:25:40.000 We're good.
00:26:13.000 America First is inevitable.
00:26:15.000 It's unstoppable.
00:26:16.000 And the reason why is because it's not cool to shill for big business.
00:26:21.000 It's not cool to shill for Israel.
00:26:45.000 This is a Christian nation.
00:26:48.000 This is a miracle.
00:26:54.000 I fear and love God.
00:26:57.000 When you remove the fear and love of God, you create the fear and love of everything else.
00:27:04.000 You talking to somebody right now that only fears God and Jesus has won the victory.
00:27:09.000 Bro?
00:27:13.000 We good to go.
00:28:26.000 It's not cool to chill for Israel.
00:28:30.000 It's not.
00:28:35.000 This is a Christian nation.
00:28:37.000 This is America.
00:28:39.000 Americanism not globalism will be our credo!
00:28:46.000 It's going to be only America first.
00:28:51.000 America first.
00:28:55.000 The American people will come first once again.
00:29:22.000 America First!
00:29:25.000 America First!
00:30:45.000 Good evening, everybody.
00:30:46.000 You are watching America First.
00:30:48.000 My name is Nicholas J. Fuentes.
00:30:50.000 We have a great show for you tonight.
00:30:52.000 Very excited to be back with you here tonight on Wednesday.
00:30:56.000 We have a lot to talk about, a lot to get into tonight.
00:31:00.000 Our featured story is a big white pill.
00:31:03.000 We'll be talking more about the vaccine mandate, specifically following up on the Texas ban on vaccine mandates, which we covered yesterday.
00:31:12.000 Tonight, our featured story is about in Texas, a federal judge has blocked United Airlines from enforcing a COVID vaccine mandate on their employees.
00:31:25.000 So, about 600 United employees are about to be put on unpaid leave because they won't get the vaccine.
00:31:33.000 And the company, in spite of the Texas ban on vaccine mandates, is going forward with it anyway, nationwide.
00:31:40.000 And they're going to remove anybody that doesn't get the COVID vax.
00:31:45.000 So a number of people that applied for exemptions at United Airlines sued the airline so that they couldn't go forward with it.
00:31:52.000 And now a federal judge is putting an injunction on the vaccine mandate allowing all of the people that requested an exemption to stay on while remaining not vaccinated.
00:32:05.000 And in the meantime, the federal judge in Texas will hear the case and ultimately make a decision on whether or not to uphold the vaccine mandate.
00:32:15.000 So it's a big white pill.
00:32:16.000 And I said yesterday, we'll have to wait and see how this plays out.
00:32:20.000 Not just the ban on vaccine mandates in Texas and Florida.
00:32:24.000 And I think there's one other state that has just elevated
00:32:29.000 A vaccine mandate ban to the level of statewide.
00:32:32.000 I don't know if that was Arkansas or I think it was a southern state.
00:32:37.000 But not just those, but also the court cases.
00:32:39.000 We'll have to see it play out in court.
00:32:41.000 So we'll talk about that.
00:32:42.000 That'll be our featured story.
00:32:44.000 Hopefully good outcome with that case.
00:32:46.000 We'll also be talking tonight about a walkout at Netflix.
00:32:51.000 And I don't know if you guys have been following this, but apparently Dave Chappelle, who is a black comedian, if you don't know,
00:32:59.000 He just did a comedy special for Netflix and I haven't watched it I'm gonna be honest with you because I don't really think Dave Chappelle is all that funny but he did a brand new special for Netflix where apparently he makes jokes about transgender people and there's a big controversy about it and some people are defending Dave Chappelle and other people say he went too far
00:33:25.000 And it's more of the same.
00:33:26.000 But the news today is that at Netflix headquarters, there's a big walkout.
00:33:30.000 All of the transgender employees that work at Netflix are walking out.
00:33:37.000 I think it's on October... I don't know what date it is.
00:33:40.000 I think it's October 20th.
00:33:44.000 We'll talk about that too.
00:33:49.000 Should be a pretty good show.
00:33:50.000 Honestly, it's kind of a slow news week.
00:33:52.000 I think I might do a more casual stream one of these days.
00:33:56.000 I'm gonna be out of town this weekend, but maybe I'll do a casual stream tomorrow.
00:34:01.000 Well, tomorrow I gotta get a haircut.
00:34:04.000 Maybe next week, but...
00:34:06.000 Yeah, I just feel like there's nothing going on in the news lately.
00:34:09.000 It's been a couple of weeks.
00:34:10.000 We have a big, obviously we're on the new platform, so big launch of our beta test, and there's nothing to cover.
00:34:18.000 There's nothing, there's absolutely nothing going on.
00:34:23.000 Nothing in Congress, no elections, no foreign policy stuff, no nothing.
00:34:29.000 It's boring.
00:34:31.000 Whatever, but we'll talk about that and you know, we're gonna make the best of it.
00:34:35.000 It's still gonna be a good show.
00:34:36.000 So, those will be our stories.
00:34:39.000 Of course, for anybody new here, we are on our brand new streaming platform, which in case you missed it, it's called Cozy.TV.
00:34:47.000 We launched yesterday and we've launched with a brand new homepage and we brought on two additional streamers to the platform.
00:34:55.000 Of course, I'm on the platform too now, but I was streaming on America first out live We now have Jada McNeil and Vince James on the platform.
00:35:04.000 So yesterday was our first full day of streaming It was a huge success.
00:35:08.000 We had Vince James.
00:35:10.000 I think he started around 530 central last night and then I did my show and then I think Jaden streamed right after my show until like 2 or 3 a.m.
00:35:19.000 and
00:35:21.000 And I thought yesterday went very well, and let me know what you think in the super chats or in the live chat.
00:35:27.000 I now have a super chat button on both AmericaFirst.Live and Cozy.TV.
00:35:33.000 If you're on my channel on Cozy.TV, if you go to the about section, there's a button to send a super chat because there was some confusion about that yesterday.
00:35:41.000 Some people said, oh, we don't have a button.
00:35:44.000 We don't have the link.
00:35:45.000 So I updated that.
00:35:48.000 Let me know what you think.
00:35:49.000 I thought it went very well yesterday and we got a lot of positive feedback which was good because this whole platform has been a long time coming, been working on it for months and I was interested to see if people would like the name and logo and the UI and all that.
00:36:06.000 We got like universally positive feedback even from people that don't really like me.
00:36:11.000 People were saying it was a huge success and
00:36:15.000 I think it was a big morale boost to see people like Vince and Jaden back on the same platform.
00:36:20.000 It feels like
00:36:22.000 We're coming home.
00:36:23.000 Like, we're so back.
00:36:25.000 Are we back?
00:36:26.000 I feel like we're so back.
00:36:27.000 Now that we're on CozyTV, Jaden's back, Vince is back.
00:36:31.000 I've never left.
00:36:33.000 Next week, we have three more streamers coming to the platform, and I think I'll announce those either tomorrow or Friday.
00:36:41.000 We got three new streamers, additional streamers coming onto the platform next week, and then we should have more coming the week after that, and we're just gonna keep bringing them on.
00:36:51.000 And it'll be sort of a rolling rolling rollout, but as the weeks go on we're going to add I'd like to add at least three or four people every single week so that
00:37:04.000 Honestly, it's really just a cheap marketing ploy, but it works.
00:37:07.000 And, you know, we want to test it and make sure we can handle the capacity.
00:37:11.000 But I like that.
00:37:13.000 I like the fun of that.
00:37:14.000 And over time, you'll see there'll be more cards on the homepage and more people on the sidebar.
00:37:20.000 And pretty soon the whole America First family will be on Cozy.TV.
00:37:25.000 We had a big meeting with our dev team today, and we discussed all the features we're going to put on the platform.
00:37:31.000 We got some of your feedback.
00:37:33.000 In case you missed it, we have a Telegram channel for the platform and we have an email where people can send in if they're a streamer and they want to stream on the platform.
00:37:43.000 Although when I say streamer, I mean you have to have an audience.
00:37:46.000 And also for feedback, we've gotten some great feedback from friends, our two new streamers, other people, and we had a big meeting today to discuss a timeline for when we're putting in all the features.
00:38:00.000 Just so everybody understands, this is a beta test period.
00:38:03.000 So this is like the bare minimum.
00:38:06.000 You know, we've got the live chat, the video player, push notifications, but we are going to add, of course, view count, replays, which we already have replays, but we're gonna mess around with them a little bit.
00:38:17.000 We're gonna add clips, emotes, super chats, subscriptions, sub gifting, sub only streams, sub badges.
00:38:26.000 We're gonna add
00:38:28.000 Everything that you get on DLive, Trovo, any other platform, we're working on rolling that out for our platform.
00:38:35.000 My goal is to get it all finished by the end of the year.
00:38:38.000 I don't know if we're gonna get there because it's a lot and we have a small dev team.
00:38:43.000 But I think we're gonna get pretty close by the end of the year.
00:38:47.000 So very excited!
00:38:48.000 More streamers, more content, more features.
00:38:51.000 It's all on the way.
00:38:52.000 But this is a great start and this is a big historic first step.
00:38:56.000 There's no censorship.
00:38:58.000 We're totally independent.
00:39:00.000 We are not beholden to the ADL or the SPLC and pretty soon this is going to be the hub for all America First content streaming content on the internet.
00:39:09.000 So very very exciting.
00:39:12.000 So big shout out to Vince and Jaden for joining us and to our dev team.
00:39:16.000 You know again after a big successful first day and now we're going to carry on on the platform and keep building.
00:39:23.000 We're on cozy.tv slash nick.
00:39:26.000 Pretty soon if you go to americafirst.live it's just going to redirect to my channel on cozy tv just so you know.
00:39:33.000 And this hopefully will be the permanent home for this show for years to come.
00:39:39.000 So that's that.
00:39:40.000 I also want to remind you we have our brand new merch line on the merch store.
00:39:44.000 If you go to merch.nicholasjfuences.com we have six brand new designs for Halloween which are limited edition.
00:39:53.000 We've got our brand-new I will not comply official t-shirt and we've got the America first hat which is back on sale and you got to get those while you can because we're almost sold out already I think we launched them like two weeks ago we did another full order we restocked them I thought okay we're gonna be good for a long time and now we're more than halfway sold out already more than halfway and it's been like two weeks so
00:40:19.000 If you want to get an America First hat, make sure you go now to merch.nicholasjfuences.com because they're not going to last much longer.
00:40:25.000 I think it'll be a month before we're going to have to order another batch.
00:40:31.000 Anyway, that's our merch site.
00:40:33.000 I think that's everything.
00:40:36.000 Unless I'm forgetting.
00:40:38.000 I think that's all of our announcements.
00:40:40.000 I don't think I'll be doing a show on Friday.
00:40:43.000 Might not be here Friday.
00:40:44.000 That's the other thing.
00:40:46.000 With that out of the way I think that's it so we can jump in here and we'll dive into our first news story which is about the Netflix walkout and I don't know I mean I guess you guys will have to tell me maybe I'll watch it myself but I actually haven't seen this Dave Chappelle special apparently everybody's talking about it.
00:41:05.000 Honestly I never thought that Dave Chappelle was that funny maybe it's like a generational thing but I never watched his what was his old show I don't even know the name of it.
00:41:16.000 But I never watched his old show which everybody talks about and I never really understood the hype.
00:41:22.000 You know I saw him on SNL and I think I saw one of his specials on Netflix but honestly I was never that impressed.
00:41:29.000 I really don't like these people where
00:41:32.000 They go out and they say something like basically normal about LGBT or feminism or race or Donald Trump and then they get lauded as like, wow, like they just
00:41:46.000 They broke new ground.
00:41:48.000 Dave Chappelle changed the conversation again.
00:41:51.000 Like, why?
00:41:52.000 Because on election night he said, you wish you'd give Trump a chance.
00:41:56.000 Like, I'm so sick of that.
00:41:58.000 Because I feel like that happens every other month or every other year.
00:42:03.000 It's like a mainstream, liberal, progressive comedian or actor or singer.
00:42:09.000 They'll go out and say, like, the bare minimum.
00:42:12.000 They'll say something so
00:42:15.000 So, mainstream, something that you could find on MSNBC or CNN, and then it's applause.
00:42:23.000 And even from our side, even from conservatives, they say, Dave Chappelle, free speech icon, anti-cancel culture, political correctness.
00:42:34.000 And it's like Dave Chappelle's a black liberal, right?
00:42:37.000 I mean, and the same goes for all these people.
00:42:39.000 So, I've never been a huge fan and I don't think he's a visionary.
00:42:44.000 I don't think he's changing the conversation.
00:42:47.000 But there was a big controversy with his latest special where apparently he made jokes about transgender people.
00:42:53.000 And now there's a big walkout planned at Netflix headquarters in protest because Netflix won't take his special down.
00:43:01.000 And so this is the story.
00:43:04.000 It says, quote, trans employees and allies at Netflix are planning a walkout on Wednesday, October 20th in protest of co-CEO Ted Sarandos' comments regarding Dave Chappelle's new special, The Closer.
00:43:18.000 As reported by The Verge, a leader of the streamer's trans employee resource group wrote the following in a message to its members.
00:43:26.000 Trans lives matter.
00:43:28.000 Trans rights matter.
00:43:30.000 And as an organization, Netflix has continually failed to show deep care in our mission to entertain the world by repeatedly releasing content that harms the trans community and continually failing to create content that represents and uplifts trans content.
00:43:47.000 We can and must do better.
00:43:51.000 Failing to create content that represents and uplifts trans content.
00:43:56.000 Does that even make any sense?
00:43:58.000 Read that again.
00:43:59.000 Let's read that again.
00:44:00.000 It says, Netflix fails to show care in our mission to entertain the world by releasing content that harms trans community and continually failing to create content that represents and uplifts trans content.
00:44:16.000 That doesn't even make any sense.
00:44:19.000 They're not creating content that uplifts trans content?
00:44:22.000 What the fuck does that even mean?
00:44:24.000 Anyway, I'm so sick of it, honestly.
00:44:27.000 Now listen, you know me.
00:44:31.000 Normally, I'm a pretty level-headed guy.
00:44:33.000 And I'm not one of these people to LARP about, you know, violence or... And I disavow violence.
00:44:38.000 I don't want violence.
00:44:41.000 I don't encourage violence or anything like that.
00:44:44.000 But I feel like it takes a lot, because I cover this stuff every day for years, so I have a pretty high tolerance.
00:44:51.000 But you hear these same lines just over and over and over again, and you see them on TikTok, and you see them on Instagram, and you hear them on TV, and you read them in the news, and it's all over social media, and it's always the same stuff.
00:45:08.000 Trans lives matter.
00:45:10.000 Trans rights matter.
00:45:11.000 We can and must do better.
00:45:14.000 We can do better.
00:45:15.000 We can do better.
00:45:17.000 Shut up.
00:45:18.000 I'm so, like, I'm sick of the lines.
00:45:21.000 The same lines.
00:45:23.000 It's not even the rest of it.
00:45:25.000 I mean, obviously the rest of it is bothersome for reasons we understand, but...
00:45:30.000 It's just, and I know it's overused to say Orwellian, but it's just the dogmatic, just beaten over the head with the sort of very specific vernacular they use, the very specific language they're always using when they talk about harm.
00:45:47.000 Harm is a big one.
00:45:48.000 They always talk about harm.
00:45:51.000 That's very harmful and it's problematic and you're harming trans bodies and trans persons and we can do better.
00:45:58.000 It's like to say, you know what I'm talking about?
00:46:00.000 It's the same vocabulary and they all think they're so smart and all these people are illiterate.
00:46:05.000 All these like SJWs, specifically women, I think women are like this in general, but specifically these types, they're all illiterate.
00:46:14.000 Like if you go and you see anything they post on like Instagram or
00:46:18.000 Twitter or whatever whenever you see these viral posts It's always like grammatical mistakes misspellings when you see these tick tocks about like here's sweetie.
00:46:27.000 Here's the latest like, you know LGBT acronym and They use these like these big $5 words that they're posting on tumblr like a sociology professor says but like functionally they are illiterate at the same time anyway that's just a side note, but
00:46:47.000 Netflix isn't making content to uplift trans content, and they're not entertaining the world by releasing content that doesn't harm the trans people.
00:46:56.000 I don't know.
00:46:57.000 None of it makes sense.
00:46:58.000 It says, Netflix's most Twitter account dedicated to LGBT... This is the article, by the way.
00:47:03.000 I think it's maybe the article that doesn't make sense.
00:47:06.000 It says, Netflix's most Twitter account dedicated to LGBTQ plus content posted on Wednesday, quote, we can't always control what goes on screen.
00:47:17.000 What we can control is what we create here, and the point of view we bring to internal conversations.
00:47:24.000 On Monday, Variety exclusively reported that Sarandos had defended Chappelle's special, which has been accused of containing transphobic and homophobic content in a memo to staff.
00:47:36.000 Sarandos, and these are the comments that are
00:47:39.000 Controversial.
00:47:40.000 He said, quote, Chappelle is one of the most popular stand-up comedians today and we have a long-standing deal with him.
00:47:47.000 His last special, Sticks and Stones, also controversial, is our most watched, stickiest, and most award-winning stand-up special to date.
00:47:57.000 As with our other talent, we work hard to support their creative freedom, even though this means there will always be content on Netflix that some people believe is harmful.
00:48:07.000 In a statement to Variety, Netflix said the company encourages employees to disagree openly with the sentiment.
00:48:16.000 A Netflix spokesperson said, Dave Chappelle's specials are consistently the most watched comedy specials and have earned many awards including both an Emmy and a Grammy for Sticks and Stones.
00:48:25.000 We support artistic expression for our creators.
00:48:28.000 We encourage our employees to disagree openly.
00:48:31.000 Shortly after Sarandos' memo, three employees were suspended for crashing an executive meeting, including Tara Field, who identifies as trans and queer, and it criticized Chappelle's special on Twitter.
00:48:43.000 According to Netflix, Field was not suspended due to her tweets, but for attending the meeting uninvited.
00:48:49.000 On Tuesday, it was announced that the employees had been reinstated after finding that they did not join the meeting with any ill intent.
00:48:57.000 So, the only thing I wanted to say about this, because, I mean, I read this and... I mean, what is there to say, really?
00:49:05.000 It's more of the trans nonsense.
00:49:07.000 It's the woke corporations and so on.
00:49:11.000 But this is what I wanted to point out, because I see a trend here.
00:49:14.000 This has been going on for a little while.
00:49:17.000 That black basketball player comes out against anti-vax, or comes out, I should say, in favor of anti-vax.
00:49:24.000 And everybody in the conservative movement is over the moon.
00:49:28.000 Cardi B comes out against the Vaxx and people are saying she should lead Blexit for real this time.
00:49:36.000 And then there's Dave Chappelle who comes out and makes a couple of trans jokes and then I heard blames everything on white people and everybody says he's a free speech warrior and good on Netflix for not caving to the PC mob.
00:49:51.000 Here's what I want to point out about this.
00:49:53.000 The reason why Dave Chappelle did not get cancelled because of this is not because he's winning Grammys.
00:50:00.000 It's not because he's winning Emmys.
00:50:02.000 It's not because he makes a lot of money.
00:50:05.000 It's not because he made the best and most popular special on Netflix.
00:50:10.000 Dave Chappelle didn't get cancelled because he is black.
00:50:15.000 It's that simple.
00:50:16.000 It is black and white in this case.
00:50:19.000 Dave Chappelle is not being canceled for making transphobic or homophobic jokes on his special because he is black.
00:50:28.000 And it's really not more complicated than that.
00:50:31.000 Cardi B can go out and say that the vaccine caused her cousin's testicles to swell up
00:50:39.000 And not get cancelled or banned from Twitter because she's black and the basketball players can protest the vaccine without, well I guess they're getting taken off the court, but without getting dismissed, without huge backlash because they're black and everybody knows it.
00:50:59.000 So when the Netflix
01:05:28.000 ...and they would try to cover it up and hide it where they were doing it.
01:05:32.000 Now they're doing it in the open.
01:05:34.000 And what I'm talking about is, the way that this administration is governed, they just don't care about the law, you know?
01:05:42.000 And like I said, people might hear that and roll their eyes and say, that's literally every administration since FDR and probably going back to Abraham Lincoln and maybe even before that.
01:05:54.000 Maybe the president has never really obeyed the law and the administration hasn't.
01:06:00.000 What I mean is in this case, this is like their public policy.
01:06:03.000 They're like openly going out there.
01:06:06.000 As an example, this summer the eviction moratorium was set to expire and the Supreme Court said in June that the CDC did not have the authority
01:06:18.000 To extend the eviction moratorium.
01:06:21.000 Because, weirdly enough, a year ago it was the CDC, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, which implemented the eviction moratorium.
01:06:29.000 You wouldn't think that a public health agency would have the power to suspend evictions from landlords, but they did that.
01:06:36.000 Supreme Court decided in June that the CDC can't do that again.
01:06:40.000 That's obviously unconstitutional.
01:06:42.000 They obviously don't have the power to do that.
01:06:45.000 And there was a big outcry, I think it was in July or August, when the eviction moratorium was set to expire, that the Biden administration and the Democratic House of Representatives would not extend it any further.
01:06:56.000 Because they didn't have the authority to.
01:06:58.000 And, at least in Congress, they didn't have the votes to do that.
01:07:03.000 So Democrats were outraged and they said, how could we elect Democrats?
01:07:06.000 How can we put Joe Biden in the White House?
01:07:09.000 How can we give Nancy Pelosi the speakership?
01:07:12.000 And we're going to let the eviction moratorium expire when all these renters are going to be kicked out?
01:07:18.000 And so the Biden administration came out like the next week.
01:07:22.000 After they had already said that they couldn't do it, they came out the next week at a press conference and said, we don't care that it's illegal, we don't care that the Supreme Court told us June that it's unconstitutional for us to extend it, we are just simply going to extend it.
01:07:38.000 And they said that it will be challenged in the courts because it's illegal, and the Supreme Court probably will prevent us from extending it.
01:07:47.000 But, they said,
01:07:49.000 We're extending it for about 90 days.
01:07:51.000 By the time the eviction moratorium extension expires, it'll already be too late for the Supreme Court to adjudicate it.
01:08:01.000 So, in other words, yes, it is illegal.
01:08:04.000 Yes, it'll be challenged.
01:08:05.000 Yes, the Supreme Court will shut it down, but they won't be able to shut it down in time because we can work
01:08:13.000 We're good to go.
01:08:29.000 So yeah, the courts, they've already decided it and they'll shut us down again, but not before the eviction extension, or rather eviction moratorium extension itself expires.
01:08:41.000 They're not going to fix it in 90 days, so who really cares?
01:08:44.000 And then they sign the order.
01:08:47.000 And so I don't think I've ever seen anything like that.
01:08:49.000 We've seen things that are similar, but Donald Trump never disobeyed the courts like that, which is a shame he should have.
01:08:58.000 And so now the Biden administration is plowing through and then in this case with the vaccine mandate, there's even a little bit of confusion about this.
01:09:05.000 We know that in September, I think it was September 13th or somewhere around there, they did a press conference.
01:09:12.000 This is the famous, basically the federal vaccine mandate announcement.
01:09:18.000 They came out and said, if you're a business with more than 100 employees, you have to have everybody vaccinated or else you'll get fined.
01:09:27.000 And every federal contractor and every federal worker, they will also have to be vaccinated.
01:09:34.000 And the way that they were supposed to go about doing that was through OSHA, which is, what is it, Occupational Safety and Hazards, whatever.
01:09:44.000 That was supposed to be filed in the bureaucracy.
01:09:47.000 It was supposed to be a new regulation.
01:09:49.000 They were calling coronavirus exposure like an occupational hazard.
01:09:54.000 And under that legal pretext, that's how they were going to go and enforce this and fine companies that didn't do it.
01:10:01.000 But the weird thing is they haven't even filed that
01:10:05.000 Rule change yet.
01:10:06.000 That's not on the books.
01:10:08.000 They went out and said, if you break the rule, we're going to go out and fine you thousands of dollars.
01:10:13.000 They haven't filed that rule yet.
01:10:15.000 And so businesses are not able to challenge it.
01:10:18.000 You can't get an injunction on that order through the courts because it hasn't even been put on the books.
01:10:25.000 So people are scratching their heads and wondering, well, why do you do a press conference announcing you're going to start fining businesses if you don't even put it on the books?
01:10:32.000 Well, that's just it.
01:10:34.000 They put out the announcement.
01:10:35.000 They drafted the rule change.
01:10:37.000 They're waiting to file it.
01:10:39.000 They're waiting to file it so that businesses can't challenge it, can't put it in the courts, and maybe it gets shut down.
01:10:46.000 But in the meantime, there will be adoption.
01:10:49.000 Because businesses, out of fear of an impending fine or order, and under pressure from banks and other companies and social pressure, they're implementing it in the meantime as though it were filed.
01:11:01.000 So it has this effect where it's scaring people into complying, scaring people into going, companies in particular, business owners, it's scaring them into enforcing a vaccine mandate, but if they file it in the books then they challenge it so they won't do that.
01:11:18.000 So people are afraid, they enforce the vaccine mandate, but businesses that are not afraid and are paying attention can't challenge it in the courts either.
01:11:27.000 And then they threatened later on, I think this was either in September or early October, they came out and said, we're going to make the fine $700,000.
01:11:35.000 Didn't file that either.
01:11:37.000 That was supposed to be in a law, which I don't believe is even passed yet.
01:11:42.000 That provision is also not on the books either, but companies are acting as though they are.
01:11:47.000 Now you've got states like Florida and Texas banning vaccine mandates, although there is technically no federal vaccine mandate and not even in the technical, unofficial way that they were trying to do it.
01:11:57.000 That doesn't even exist.
01:11:59.000 So to what extent this is going to go through the courts and how this is going to play out, I really don't know.
01:12:04.000 And this is why I've been pushing it so hard on the show.
01:12:07.000 I think it's still yet to be determined.
01:12:09.000 I think that they still may back off if they are met with enough resistance.
01:12:13.000 And this is just part of it.
01:12:16.000 So this is the story.
01:12:17.000 United Airlines is imposing a vaccine mandate.
01:12:20.000 They're a federal contractor.
01:12:22.000 And so they're telling all their employees they have to get vaccinated or else they get put on unpaid leave.
01:12:29.000 And so a lot of United Airlines employees have tried to file exemptions, although United Airlines is not really giving those out.
01:12:37.000 There's about 600 workers that are set to be put on unpaid leave because they refused the vaccine.
01:12:43.000 And in recent weeks some of those workers have sued the company.
01:12:47.000 And now a federal judge in Texas has put an injunction on United Airlines enforcing the mandate so that all these workers that should be put on unpaid leave now are not going to be.
01:12:57.000 The vaccine mandate has been stalled.
01:13:00.000 So this is the article which I'll...
01:13:03.000 Pull up here.
01:13:03.000 It says, quote, a federal judge in Texas has temporarily blocked United Airlines from putting unvaccinated workers who requested exemptions from the company's COVID shot mandate on leave.
01:13:16.000 U.S.
01:13:16.000 District Judge Mark Pittman wrote in his order, quote, the court is not currently ruling on the merits of the party's arguments on these points.
01:13:25.000 Rather, the court seeks simply to avoid the risk of irreparable harm to the parties.
01:13:30.000 We're good to go.
01:13:53.000 Because if they allow it to go through, people get vaccinated.
01:13:56.000 This is a permanent thing while they decide, while they look at the evidence.
01:14:02.000 So don't get too excited.
01:14:03.000 It's not, they're not shutting it down.
01:14:05.000 They're just, they're just blocking it temporarily while they make a decision.
01:14:09.000 It says United originally planned to put any workers who did not comply with the company's shot order on leave.
01:14:15.000 Even those who requested and were granted religious exemptions from the jab were going to be forced into medical or indefinite unpaid leave.
01:14:24.000 Under Pittman's new order, however, the company is not permitted to take any unvaccinated workers off the airline's payroll and the order expires on October 26th, which is in two weeks.
01:14:35.000 United Airlines was one of the first airlines to force the COVID shot on its employees starting in August.
01:14:41.000 Nearly 600 of the company's workers are at risk to be fired since they have yet to get the jab, in addition to the 2,000 employees who have filed requests for exemptions.
01:14:54.000 United CEO Scott Kirby and President Bret Hart wrote in a memo, quote, we know some of you will disagree with this decision to require the vaccine for United employees, but we have no greater responsibility to you and your colleagues than to ensure your safety when you're at work.
01:15:10.000 And the facts are crystal clear.
01:15:12.000 Everyone is safer when everyone is vaccinated.
01:15:17.000 Which I disagree with, but that's United.
01:15:19.000 And since thousands of pilots, flight attendants, and office staff applied for medical and religious exemptions, but their requests were met with hostility.
01:15:28.000 A handful of employees sued United for discriminating against people with legitimate objections to the shot and forcing them to abandon their convictions or source of income.
01:15:38.000 United agreed to push back the deadline for getting the shot from September 27th to October 15th amid the ongoing litigation.
01:15:46.000 We're good to go.
01:15:58.000 But the good news is, is this is starting to be challenged in the courts.
01:16:01.000 And honestly, this is what we want.
01:16:03.000 We want it to go to the courts because at least there's a chance.
01:16:07.000 And at the minimum, at least this buys people time.
01:16:09.000 I mean, that's maybe primarily why this is a good thing, is everybody should be prepared to get fired for refusing the vaccine.
01:16:17.000 I understand that not everybody has a plan B in the event that they lose their job unexpectedly for something like this.
01:16:24.000 So at the minimum, if you're in a company or a state
01:16:29.000 Where there's an injunction like this or there's a ban on vax mandates, at the minimum this might buy you some time to get another job or to look at alternative options.
01:16:41.000 I don't know, you know, tap into your savings, whatever.
01:16:45.000 But this is good obviously for the people that have requested exemptions and for the people that did not request exemptions but won't get the VAX to get everything together if they're going to get fired in a couple weeks.
01:16:57.000 The other reason this is good is because I think that this could go to the Supreme Court.
01:17:02.000 I think it's basically inevitable.
01:17:04.000 And there are multiple avenues for how this might get to the Supreme Court.
01:17:10.000 Maybe the federal government finally files their federal vax mandate and that's challenged and that goes to the Supreme Court.
01:17:18.000 Or the state bans on vax mandates, maybe that'll go to the court.
01:17:24.000 And then maybe a case like this will go to the court.
01:17:27.000 I will say though, I'm not extremely optimistic because we have seen, for example, universities, they've been challenged on their vaccine mandates and in those cases the students have lost.
01:17:39.000 In particular, there was a college in Indiana where a group of students challenged the vaccine mandate and the district judge upheld the Indiana University's decision to put in place a vaccine mandate.
01:17:53.000 And I believe this was a private school.
01:17:55.000 We're good to go.
01:18:25.000 So we'll have to wait and see what the outcome of this case will be.
01:18:28.000 At the minimum, we could say that it's buying people time.
01:18:31.000 But I just want to remind people in no way, shape, or form is this over.
01:18:35.000 Because there's a lot of people out there that are getting vaccinated.
01:18:38.000 To this day, I still get super chats from people saying, you know, I got vaccinated because I want to keep my job or whatever.
01:18:45.000 And I guess the overarching point is this is still far from over.
01:18:50.000 From a legal point of view, political, and also from the point of view of the economy, this has not been settled.
01:18:59.000 Because there are still millions of people, there's still a serious percentage of the population which has not been vaccinated.
01:19:06.000 And whichever way you cut it, there could be an outcome in the court which will help us.
01:19:11.000 And if every worker refuses to get vaccinated, even in spite of being fired, if they all do that, that'll shut down the economy.
01:19:19.000 Government can't do that.
01:19:21.000 And there may be other possible avenues, too, if in the next election, you know, and I don't like to put too much faith in the elections, and that's still a year away, but who knows?
01:19:31.000 Maybe if that turns out to be a very unpopular issue, at least in Republican states,
01:19:35.000 We're good to go.
01:19:55.000 This is an issue where we can change the outcome.
01:19:58.000 And when I say we, I mean like me, and I mean like the people watching this show.
01:20:03.000 Small group of activists can still move the needle on this, and it's worthwhile to do.
01:20:09.000 And I go into that almost every night, so I'm not going to relitigate that here on this show, because we've done that like every week.
01:20:15.000 But you understand the seriousness of this.
01:20:18.000 We're talking about it, as I've said before, biometric security compliance system everywhere.
01:20:24.000 Controlled by the government, controlled by Kamala Harris, Joe Biden, the Deep State, people that hate us.
01:20:32.000 It's clearly worthwhile, if possible, for that not to come to fruition.
01:20:36.000 And we have a chance to make that happen because when you look at it in the courts, when you look at the Southwest pilot strike, when you look at there are some unions fighting this, the Chicago Police Union is fighting this, other airlines are fighting this.
01:20:52.000 And there's lots of workers protesting too that are not unionized.
01:20:56.000 When you look at all the resistance happening in the economy, and then you look at the court orders being done, and some governors putting in place bans on the VAX mandates, you can see that it's still far from over here.
01:21:08.000 So that's why, because I think that's a tricky thing.
01:21:11.000 A lot of people might think to themselves, am I going to get fired for some kind of meaningless stand that is going nowhere against the vaccine?
01:21:19.000 You can't look at it like that, because if everybody that opposes the vaccine is willing to get fired and go to a protest and sue their university or business or the government or whatever, if we're willing to fight in every way that we can, everybody that's not vaccinated, everybody that is a conscientious objector,
01:21:38.000 Then we can turn the tide on this and force them to back off.
01:21:42.000 I really do believe that.
01:21:45.000 Because it's a pretty big ask to tell people, you know, get fired from your job, get expelled from school, have your life turned upside down.
01:21:52.000 And a big variable on whether or not people are willing to do that is whether or not they realistically believe that it's going to make a difference.
01:21:59.000 But I'm telling you that it is going to make a difference.
01:22:01.000 It can make a difference.
01:22:02.000 And you can see that every day.
01:22:04.000 And it seems like the tide is turning a little bit.
01:22:07.000 For a long time, every day it was
01:22:09.000 This slow and dreadful encroachment moving towards a federal vax mandate and it feels like just in the past couple of weeks you're starting to see real organized resistance from unions, public sector, private sector, from workers.
01:22:24.000 You're seeing protests.
01:22:25.000 DeSantis and Abbott are stepping up and it looks like some other state governments too.
01:22:30.000 So this is far from over and this is something that, you know, we can't turn the tide on this fully.
01:22:36.000 So that's a Texas
01:22:39.000 We're good to go.
01:23:02.000 Immigration, the border wall, we could go on and on and on.
01:23:06.000 And I don't know that they're gonna come back and shut down the vaccine mandate.
01:23:09.000 Where were they when the lockdown happened, you know?
01:23:11.000 I mean, how about that?
01:23:13.000 I'm pretty sure it was unconstitutional for the CDC to shut down every private business in America, but that's gone on for two years now, almost.
01:23:22.000 So I don't know if I place a lot of faith in the courts that they're gonna shut down a vaccine mandate.
01:23:26.000 I don't think much has changed.
01:23:28.000 So...
01:23:29.000 We'll keep an eye on it, but I think the bigger thing is going to be the strikes.
01:23:35.000 We're going to move on.
01:23:36.000 We're going to take a look at our Super Chats, and we'll see what you guys are saying about all of this.
01:23:40.000 I'm just dying to know.
01:23:43.000 It's your turn now, and now we get to hear from you, the audience, about what is your take on Dave Chappelle and Texas and these crazy, these wacky vaccines and all that.
01:23:55.000 We'll see.
01:24:03.000 We got our San Pellegrino out.
01:24:08.000 And we got the Super Chats up.
01:24:12.000 You know what I think it is?
01:24:16.000 You know what I think it is in the studio?
01:24:18.000 It's this damn echo.
01:24:19.000 That's the problem.
01:24:21.000 Because I told you lately I've been doing the show and my voice is strained.
01:24:25.000 I feel a little discombobulated.
01:24:27.000 I have this new setup and the lights are brighter and the echo is louder.
01:24:33.000 And now I feel like I'm yelling I'm straining my voice and now my throat hurts and I can't really see the camera because I got this blinding light right in my face so I might have to make some adjustments because I've been sitting here the past couple of shows I'm like not feeling it and look are the shows been good since I moved over I feel like I'm not I feel like I'm not in my element I feel like I'm totally out of my element so I don't know
01:25:00.000 If that's in my head, or if that's real, but I don't feel myself.
01:25:04.000 I don't know if it's because the echo is like, it's making me hear myself, and it's not... Maybe I feel like I'm not loud enough, so I'm yelling, and... I don't know.
01:25:17.000 Maybe it's this chair?
01:25:18.000 Maybe the height is off?
01:25:20.000 Is it the height is off by a millimeter, and it's messing with my head?
01:25:23.000 I don't know, but... Anyway.
01:25:33.000 That's just my feeling.
01:25:37.000 Slow news week?
01:25:38.000 Yeah, I guess it's that.
01:25:39.000 But it's not really that.
01:25:41.000 It's not just the news.
01:25:42.000 We always have a slow news week.
01:25:48.000 Echo is very annoying.
01:25:49.000 Yeah, I'm not asking about that.
01:25:50.000 I'm asking about how it affects me, actually.
01:25:57.000 Man, I regret reading the live chat.
01:25:59.000 It's because no Curtis.
01:26:00.000 Awesome.
01:26:03.000 So that one's dead.
01:26:04.000 That one's dead already.
01:26:07.000 The green screen and audio is off.
01:26:09.000 Yeah, that's not really what I'm asking, but whatever.
01:26:11.000 Let's see.
01:26:12.000 Let's just read our Super Chats.
01:26:14.000 Let's see what we got.
01:26:15.000 We'll take a look here.
01:26:19.000 Always a mistake.
01:26:20.000 Every time I read the live chat, instant regret.
01:26:22.000 Instant regret.
01:26:25.000 I don't know.
01:26:26.000 Damn Nick, you're just realizing this?
01:26:28.000 No, no.
01:26:30.000 I think I said it literally the first night I did the show with the new setup.
01:26:34.000 I'm just saying how it's affecting me because I feel like I'm yelling.
01:26:38.000 So.
01:26:40.000 Whatever.
01:26:45.000 All right, yeah, big mistake.
01:26:47.000 Let's just, let's just read the Super Chats.
01:26:49.000 Catholic Goo vs. Liberals be all about, if you're idolizing them, you're missing the point when talking about Joker or Patrick Bateman, but then say shit like, heaven sounds boring and that Satan is the good guy.
01:27:01.000 I don't get it.
01:27:05.000 If you're idolizing them about Joker and Patrick Bateman, but then say, heaven sounds boring and Satan is the, I guess that's comparable, kind of.
01:27:15.000 Brian says, got back from my military deployment today and my wife dragged me to the mall.
01:27:19.000 She told me she vaccinated after work last week.
01:27:22.000 Had to set her straight and tell her what an idiot she is.
01:27:25.000 Oh well.
01:27:25.000 Is this just bait at this point?
01:27:27.000 Yeah, that's gotta be bait.
01:27:29.000 Got back from the military.
01:27:31.000 Wife dragged me to the mall and she was, okay, that's good.
01:27:34.000 Nice bait.
01:27:35.000 Nice try.
01:27:40.000 Boy, now we got six, seven Super Chats from Jews Stay Killing Christ.
01:27:45.000 I think I'm just gonna skip over that.
01:27:48.000 Bleach says, excited for the New York event.
01:27:50.000 Thanks for remembering us.
01:27:52.000 Seems like everything else was in the Midwest or the South.
01:27:55.000 Midwest or the South?
01:27:57.000 What are you talking about?
01:28:00.000 Midwest?
01:28:00.000 When's the last time we did anything in the South?
01:28:03.000 Or the Midwest for that matter.
01:28:05.000 For White Boy Summer, we were in Las Vegas, LA, Phoenix, and Texas.
01:28:12.000 So that's not the South or the Midwest.
01:28:15.000 And then for Anti-Vax, we did Springfield, which is, I guess that's Midwest.
01:28:20.000 I don't know what you're talking about.
01:28:22.000 But yeah, we've never done anything in New York because, you know, Stop the Steal was focused on swing states.
01:28:30.000 So there's no swing state, you know, New York's obviously not a swing state.
01:28:35.000 And, um, White Boy Summer, the reason we did that is we had a few things to do in Phoenix and Texas, so we just made a road trip out of it.
01:28:44.000 But, yeah, New York, we have, there's nothing going on there.
01:28:47.000 For Trump supporters, for conservatives at least, there's nothing going on there for us.
01:28:52.000 There's no scene.
01:28:54.000 It's enemy territory.
01:28:55.000 People get beat up there.
01:28:56.000 It's Antifa headquarters, so...
01:29:00.000 I would say that probably my biggest influences would be Donald Trump and Sam Hyde and maybe to some extent like Bill O'Reilly.
01:29:23.000 Those are the people that I watched and I think started to emulate when I started doing this years ago.
01:29:31.000 I'm trying to think if there's anybody else notable, but those really are the big ones.
01:29:37.000 Alex Jones.
01:29:38.000 I mean, I just don't have that same energy.
01:29:41.000 I can't, you know, the stuff that he does.
01:29:43.000 That's really only he can do it because other people try to do the I don't even know what you would call that.
01:29:52.000 But he rides a very fine line where it's entertaining.
01:29:55.000 It's over the top.
01:29:56.000 You can tell it's a joke, but it also is informative.
01:30:00.000 It's a very fine line where, you know, it's still sort of like believable in the sense that
01:30:08.000 Some people just like they don't they don't like believe it.
01:30:11.000 I feel like Alex Jones is a real performer And don't get me wrong That's not to take away from what Alex Jones says on the show because this show is very informative And if you watch the show, he's been right about like everything for decades But there is a performative element to it.
01:30:28.000 There's an entertainment element to it and
01:30:31.000 And there's something subtle about the way in which he plays it up, and you know, when he does things that are sensational, and when he does these kinds of stunts, there's something very subtle about it where there's a suspension of disbelief where you watch the show and you go, is this guy for real?
01:30:47.000 And there's of course a kernel, there's always truth in there, and sometimes he plays it up and exaggerates, but the exaggerated part of it, you have to wonder sometimes, is this guy just as crazy?
01:30:59.000 And that's part of the entertainment.
01:31:01.000 Now some people, some people think that what Alex Jones does is just gratuitous crazy.
01:31:08.000 You know?
01:31:09.000 And people just start talking about goblins and vampires and like almost every parody or imitation of Alex Jones is a failure because they lack this kind of subtlety.
01:31:21.000 I don't exactly know what it is but he strikes this balance
01:31:26.000 He plays this sort of character, or plays an exaggerated version of himself.
01:31:31.000 Only he can do it.
01:31:32.000 I've only ever seen him do it well.
01:31:34.000 So I don't really try to emulate him.
01:31:36.000 I think if I did, it would come across very obviously that that's what I'm trying to do.
01:31:41.000 And that goes with anybody.
01:31:42.000 Anybody trying to imitate Alex Jones, it's obvious.
01:31:45.000 It's like, yeah, you're...
01:31:46.000 You're a second-rate Alex Jones, you know, so I I don't think I could I don't think that's even my style But I definitely couldn't do it better than him.
01:31:55.000 I don't want to be you know, an inferior Alex Jones, you know As he's already the best of what he does So, um, so no, I don't I don't really he's not a huge influence on me But I'm a big fan, of course, I used to watch the show every day when I was in high school and
01:32:14.000 We're good to go.
01:32:45.000 I think he proves that.
01:32:48.000 Morgan says, Whale watching on Jayden's stream last night was so cozy.
01:32:53.000 Thank you for putting this together.
01:32:55.000 Cozy.tv is inevitable.
01:32:57.000 Thank you.
01:32:57.000 Yeah, no, he had a great stream and you're very welcome.
