00:18:53.000But if you read into the Southwest policy, yeah, they didn't technically have a mandate, but if you didn't get vaccinated, they would charge you $200 per month more for insurance.

00:19:06.000They might give you an opt out option where you can test daily or every other day to opt out of receiving the vaccine, but then they make you pay for the test.
00:19:18.000And it's an exorbitant amount of money for an average person to pay for a daily or three or four times a week test.
00:19:38.000So that's sort of what the NBA is doing.
00:19:40.000But like I said, this is the first time I heard of an American business shifting the mandate, you know, technically not, but really it is, for the booster shot.

00:19:53.000And what's interesting, and again, I've talked about this for weeks now, is technically, according to both the FDA and the CDC, they're only recommending the booster shot for elderly people and people with a compromised immune system, right?

00:20:13.000Both the FDA advisory panel and the CDC advisory panel, these are supposed to be the scientists, the doctors, the experts, the epidemiologists, both bodies, both advisory bodies said, don't get the booster shot.

00:29:14.000We do know that a lot of pregnant mothers are having miscarriages because they were vaccinated.
00:29:20.000We know that a lot of not just adolescents, but just young people, people in their late teens and 20s, are suffering more adverse reactions from the vaccine than older people.
00:29:31.000And the thing about the blood clotting and the myocarditis and the precarditis is.

00:29:39.000The blood clotting, the myocarditis, that's scar tissue in the veins.
00:29:45.000That's scar tissue in the cardiovascular system, which never heals.
00:29:50.000You know, so if you get an arrhythmia, you know, if you have an irregular heartbeat, if you're having blood clotting, this is something you're living with now for the rest of your life.
00:29:59.000If you're paralyzed, if these spike proteins cross the blood brain barrier and cause paralysis, That's irreversible.
00:31:25.000And, you know, God only knows what the outcome will be when people are being pumped with this shit every six months for the rest of their lives if things keep going on their current trajectory.

00:33:26.000And now Joe Biden can go in, and this is actually a nice segue into our next story.

00:34:08.000The latest is that a federal judge put a block on the mandate.
00:34:14.000You know, the mandate that was filed in September or announced in September, filed in November or October, I should say, which mandates that every federal worker get vaccinated and all the workers at federal contractors and businesses with over 100 employees, they have to be vaccinated too, or they get fined.
00:34:33.000And so, like I said, they set the deadline last week.
00:34:39.000I think at the end of October, thankfully, a federal judge, and I think everyone saw this coming, stepped up and shut this down and said this is overreach.
00:34:50.000But the real news is that Joe Biden is moving ahead anyway.
00:34:54.000And even though a federal judge blocked the order, and so just in case you don't know, the vaccine mandate is null right now, it has been nullified.
00:35:04.000So OSHA will not be enforcing this mandate on companies anytime soon or extracting fines or anything like that.
00:35:13.000Because a federal judge, you know, we still have a legal process in this country.
00:35:16.000We still have a judiciary and checks and balances.
00:35:18.000A federal judge said the order is blocked.
00:35:30.000It says, The White House is telling American businesses, do not wait to vaccinate employees, brushing aside a ruling by a federal court, putting a hold on the OSHA mandate, and triggering calls to impeach Joe Biden.
00:35:45.000The Deputy White House Press Secretary Karen Jean Pierre told reporters People should not wait.
00:35:52.000They should continue to go, move forward, and make sure that they're getting their workplace vaccinated.
00:35:58.000The remark initially flew under the radar until it was highlighted by CNBC on Monday evening.
00:36:04.000Within minutes, critics of the administration pointed out that ignoring court orders may well be grounds for impeaching the president.
00:36:11.000Biden's de facto vaccine mandate took the form of an emergency rule from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, requiring companies with 100 or more employees to make sure they're vaccinated or get tested weekly at company expense.
00:36:54.000All along the way from the middle of September until now, People are feeling the pressure and getting vaccinated, and companies are forcing the vaccine.

00:37:19.000So, at no point have companies been actually subject to fines yet.
00:37:24.000Nevertheless, you know, after they announced, a lot of companies went out and told their employees, you get vaccinated or you get fired.
00:37:32.000In anticipation that the rule would be filed, processed, deadlines set, beat the courts, and then fines extracted.
00:37:41.000But all the way at the beginning of this process, people and companies began to fold.
00:37:47.000And so once it was announced, companies and people got vaccinated and the percentage increased.
00:37:52.000And then when the rule change actually was even filed in the federal registry, then more people got vaccinated, more companies demanded the vaccine.

00:38:05.000And with each passing week and each step through this process, more and more people are capitulating.
00:38:12.000More and more people, as the pressure increases, as the anticipation of the fines and the enforcement grows, more people are getting vaccinated.
