00:09:25.000By a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covet means, expanding the sphere of influence.
00:09:40.000What makes Christianity and Christ so different from the other religions is that our religion is based on the bearing of suffering for the sake of even those that persecute us.
00:09:55.000An overflowing of love, an overflowing of self-giving love, so much of it it cannot be contained.
00:10:08.000An unconditional, absolute standard of love for all of God's children.
00:10:14.000Even those that are misguided, even those that persecute us, even the most heinous among us.
00:10:22.000That is what makes us different, that is what makes us good.
00:10:59.000Read as many books as you can, learn a language, learn an instrument, get the best grades you can, get into a good school, and just don't mess around.
00:11:07.000You turn like 18, 20, and then it just goes at light speed.
00:11:12.000And if you are wasting time, years will go by.
00:11:16.000And you will wake up when you're 25 years old and say, I thought I would have accomplished more by now.
00:11:21.000Why am I still stuck in the same place?
00:11:24.000Let time be your ally by working every single day at what you think you want to be doing in 20 years.
00:11:39.000The servant who received five talents invested it and earned five more.
00:11:44.000The one who received two talents also invested wisely and earned two more.
00:11:49.000But the servant who received one talent went and dug a hole in the ground and hid his master's money.
00:11:57.000When the master returned, the servant with five talents said, Master, you gave me five and look, I've gained five more.
00:12:05.000The master replied, Well done, good and faithful servant.
00:12:09.000Because you have been faithful with little, I will put you in charge of much.
00:12:14.000The servant with two talents said, Master, you gave me two, and look, I've gained two more.
00:12:20.000The master said the same, Well done, good and faithful servant.
00:12:25.000You have been faithful with little, I will trust you with much.
00:12:30.000But the servant with one talent said, Master, I was afraid, so I hid your money in the ground.
00:13:22.000Let's say that Kamala Harris had won the election in 2024.
00:13:26.000If Kamala doubled down on supporting Ukraine as Trump has, if Kamala bombed Iran, there'd be riots in the streets.
00:13:34.000People would say our illegitimate president, who cheated her way into the nomination, she's expanding the war, she's expanding World War III into the Middle East.
00:13:43.000Everybody would say this is illegitimate, this is like a crime.
00:13:46.000But because it was Trump, 90% of Republicans supported Trump bombing Iran on Israel's behalf.
00:14:26.000After October 7th, the Jews knew that the Republican Party, controlled by AIPAC, controlled by Israel, and with Trump in office, they were going to let Israel do whatever they wanted to do.
00:15:24.000When Israel was under attack, They played into the right wing because they knew that the Republican Party would say things like, There's a Muslim takeover of America.
00:30:28.000If Israel controls that region, How rich, how powerful can they become?
00:30:34.000My issue with Iranian regime change is that we are creating an Israeli superpower that not even we will be able to restrain.
00:30:43.000Look at how they have used us like an instrument.
00:30:46.000They stole a nuclear arsenal from us, they got all of this military technology from us, we defeated their foes, and now we have essentially handed this to them.
00:30:56.000Now they're ready to cut the umbilical cord and become their own superpower.
00:31:00.000We endured the cost, we paid the money, our soldiers died, our country burned so that.
00:31:05.000A Israeli superpower could be born, and now our country will be in the wreckage.
00:37:19.000Remember when I grabbed my shit, I said, no buys, I'm dippin.
00:37:23.000Remember when I said I changed, I'm new, I'm here, I listen.
00:37:26.000I know all this shit's so mean, but I'm really tryna fix it, fix it.
00:37:30.000We can go side to side, it's my shot, I assume you're lookin' at me We can go low to high, it's half on, treat it like nobody else can see But I could be mean tonight, but that's not what I'm tryna be I could be mean tonight, no I'm tryna be nice, I'm trying to be nice, I'm trying to be, I'm trying to be
00:43:15.000And now it's inevitable, now it's unthinkable that we're not going to war, and that is because of the coercive influence of organized inside of our country.
00:44:06.000I can't see the time but I'm having the time of my life Chris Poe the game on the line I'm dropping the dime on him He called me turning what USA NBA did and that's why it's filled with gripe I'm trying to change for the better It's driving me fucking the same Hey,

00:47:12.000Our corpses paved the way for you now to walk over.
00:47:17.000And you can't give us acknowledgement.
00:49:26.000They use artificial intelligence to look at vast amounts of data and create insights.
00:49:33.000If the government has an amount of data which is kind of unimaginable, if you've got every phone call, every email, every transaction, every photograph of a license plate on the highway, satellite data, it's too much data for a bureaucracy to sift through.
00:49:51.000Palantir comes in and interprets the data using.
00:49:54.000Algorithms using artificial intelligence, using software to make vast amounts of data usable.
00:57:52.000The United States military began major combat operations in Iran.
00:57:58.000To consign the American empire to destruction while they look forward to a golden age, while they look forward to a century of empire and domination.
00:58:08.000Maybe we can't stop it, but I'm not going along with it.
00:58:46.000When Syria and Egypt launched a surprise attack on Israel, which started the Yom Kippur War on October 6th, 1973, almost 50 years exactly before October 7th, Israel was almost overrun.
00:58:59.000And the United States was reluctant to provide them with the military support that they needed to defend themselves.
00:59:05.000So the prime minister of Israel, Golda Meir, called up Nixon and said, if you don't help us, we will nuke Syria and Egypt.
00:59:48.000We're like the SWAT team of Free Thought, and I go on with this battle ram at the door, and then they come in with these laser beams and have that information.
01:00:13.000Groyper dating app, do AF legal team to represent Groyper's who are fired from work or kicked out of school for being a Groyper.
01:13:56.000You're raised by your parents, you go to school, you finish school, then you move into an apartment as a single man or woman, and you go to work.
01:15:03.000So it's totally fair for us to recognize that the countries around Russia, no, we shouldn't be invading or torturing them or oppressing them.
01:15:12.000And big picture, holy smokes, you do not want the two largest powers in the world, apart from the United States, to get together and align against us.
01:15:21.000Why do you support Israel against Hamas, for example?
01:15:24.000Why do you support America giving them billions of dollars?
01:17:54.000I can't say a damn thing, they walk Yeah, they like Stevie They can't see me They wanna be me I'm in that guinea With a nice zucchini Wanna feed you?
01:26:27.000I'm going to say about it, because I don't want to crash out again for, you know, a hundred minutes, like I did the other day, but you're a bitch.
01:43:34.000after the September attacks, there were countless rumors about strange coincidences surrounding the events.
01:43:41.000One report about a group of Middle Eastern men spotted the morning of September 11th parked just across the river from New York City has not gone away.
01:59:10.000that America was different because we are different.
01:59:33.000And Christ, so different from the other religions, is that our religion is based on the bearing of suffering for the sake of even those that persecute us, of love, and overflowing of self-giving love.
01:59:54.000So much of it, it cannot be contained.
01:59:57.000An unconditional, absolute standard of love Love for all of God's children, even those that are misguided, even those that persecute us, even the most heinous among us.
02:00:18.000That is what makes us good, Ever since I got on this keto diet, ever since I got on the acetone, ever since I got on a carnivore diet, shut the fuck up.
02:00:52.000Read as many books as you can, learn a language, learn an instrument, get the best grades you can, get into a good school, and just don't mess around.
02:01:00.000You turn like 18, 20, and then it just goes at light speed.
02:01:04.000And if you are wasting time, years will go by.
02:01:08.000And you will wake up when you're 25 years old and say, I thought I would have accomplished more by now.
02:01:13.000Why am I still stuck in the same place?
02:01:17.000Let time be your ally by working every single day at what you think you want to be doing in 20 years.
02:01:31.000The servant who received five talents invested it and earned five more.
02:01:36.000The one who received two talents also invested wisely and earned two more.
02:01:42.000But the servant who received one talent went and dug a hole in the ground and hid his master's money.
02:01:49.000When the master returned, the servant with five talents said, Master, you gave me five and look, I've gained five more.

02:02:07.000The servant with two talents said, Master, you gave me two, and look, I've gained two more.
02:02:13.000The master said the same, Well done, good and faithful servant.
02:02:18.000You have been faithful with little, I will trust you with much.
02:02:23.000But the servant with one talent said, Master, I was afraid, so I hid your money in the ground.
02:03:15.000Let's say that Kamala Harris had won the election in 2024.
02:03:18.000If Kamala doubled down on supporting Ukraine as Trump has, if Kamala bombed Iran, there'd be riots in the streets.

02:05:17.000When Israel was under attack, They played into the right wing because they knew that the Republican Party would say things like, There's a Muslim takeover of America.
02:33:35.000one of them caught our eye, the one in the center.
02:33:40.000He would neither go towards the feeding grounds at the edge of the ice nor return to the colony.
02:33:49.000Shortly afterwards, we saw him heading straight towards the mountains, some 70 kilometers away.
02:33:55.000Dr. Ainley explained that he was going to be a little bit more than a little bit more than a little bit more than a little more than a little more than a little Even if he caught him and brought him back to the colony, he would immediately head right back for the night.
02:34:27.000Half ago, people said, I just can't even imagine Trump bringing us to war in Iran for regime change.
02:34:37.000And now it's inevitable, now it's unthinkable that we're not going to war, and that is because of the coercive influence of organized inside of our country.
02:35:46.000I be from the back, she grippin' them covers like she on her latest leg She look like she belongin' to cover this hook, gettin' covered in everything I might buy a bottle, take a banana, but she is not gettin' wet, it rain If he wants to interview Nick Puetta, get the word out Ten whole thousand is brilliant, we just ate ten whole thousand for dinner I got a pent-up type of aggression, I'm bout to go mental, tryna suppress it They don't make no noise, it's a press I spent your whole life on my necklace Couldn't tell which one I like better,
02:36:16.000so I'm gettin' both kinds of that shit I'm takin' that deal, I got your whole cryin' off of my it's undeniable.
02:40:48.000They use artificial intelligence to look at vast amounts of data and create insights.
02:40:55.000If the government has an amount of data which is kind of unimaginable, if you've got every phone call, every email, every transaction, every photograph of a license plate on the highway, satellite data, it's too much data for a bureaucracy to sift through.
02:41:13.000Palantir comes in and interprets the data using.
02:41:16.000Algorithms using artificial intelligence, using software to make vast amounts of data usable.
02:57:28.000But we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covet means.
02:57:39.000What makes Christianity and Christ so different from the other religions is that our religion is based on the bearing of suffering for the sake of even those that persecute us.
02:59:05.000Read as many books as you can, learn a language, learn an instrument, get the best grades you can, get into a good school, and just don't mess around.

02:59:30.000Let time be your ally by working every single day at what you think you want to be doing in 20 years.
02:59:44.000The servant who received five talents invested it and earned five more.
02:59:49.000The one who received two talents also invested wisely and earned two more.
02:59:55.000But the servant who received one talent went and dug a hole in the ground and hid his master's money.
03:00:02.000When the master returned, the servant with five talents said, Master, you gave me five and look, I've gained five more.
03:00:11.000The master replied, Well done, good and faithful servant.
03:00:14.000Because you have been faithful with little, I will put you in charge of much.
03:00:20.000The servant with two talents said, Master, you gave me two, and look, I've gained two more.
03:00:26.000The master said the same, Well done, good and faithful servant.
03:00:31.000You have been faithful with little, I will trust you with much.
03:00:36.000But the servant with one talent said, Master, I was afraid, so I hid your money in the ground.
03:01:28.000Let's say that Kamala Harris had won the election in 2024.
03:01:31.000If Kamala doubled down on supporting Ukraine as Trump has, if Kamala bombed Iran, there'd be riots in the streets.
03:01:39.000People would say our illegitimate president, who cheated her way into the nomination, she's expanding the war, she's expanding World War III into the Middle East.
03:01:48.000Everybody would say this is illegitimate, this is like a crime.
03:01:51.000But because it was Trump, 90% of Republicans supported Trump bombing Iran on Israel's behalf.
03:02:31.000After October 7th, the Jews knew that the Republican Party, controlled by AIPAC, controlled by Israel, and with Trump in office, they were going to let Israel do whatever they wanted to do.
03:05:01.000I predicted this to the letter probably about a month ago.
03:05:07.000As you know, Ben Shapiro's platform, the Daily Wire, has been in free fall all throughout 2026 and has been on a downward trajectory for the past several years.
03:05:19.000A lot of people celebrated prematurely that this would be the end of Daily Wire, the end of Ben Shapiro.
03:05:26.000People said the company would go bankrupt, insolvent, and then disappear.
03:05:32.000But the big development today is that Ben Shapiro and the executives at Daily Wire are now shopping around with the Koch brothers, who are leading an investment group.
03:05:43.000They're seeking $100 million in outside investment for Daily Wire at a $2 billion valuation, potentially.
03:05:52.000They say Daily Wire could get to a $2 billion valuation within 18 months so that they can rescue the dying platform.
03:06:04.000Now, what would make them possibly think they could command a $2 billion valuation?
03:06:11.000What would investors see in terms of return on investment for a $100 million strategic investment in this company?
03:06:37.000And I said this about a month ago when Daily Wire had their second round of major layoffs.
03:06:42.000Some reports said up to 50% of their staff has been laid off in the past year.
03:06:48.000When everybody said this company was going down the tubes, I reminded you, and I said this, Very early, that is just simply not how the media market works.
03:06:59.000The media market is not like other markets.
03:07:02.000In the media market, you don't actually have to make money because that is not the purpose of media.
03:07:10.000And maybe I would clarify that is not the purpose of news media.
03:07:15.000The purpose of news media is it's effectively a form of lobbying, it's effectively a form of political lobbying.
03:07:27.000And so the real positive benefit from investing in media is not actually the return on the money, but it's the return that you get in the form of influence, specifically over the broader market at large, over politics, over society.
03:07:44.000And this is why you really have investors interested in Daily Wire for the same reason investors were interested in CBS News and the free press and CNN and all the rest of it.
03:08:05.000And it's like I said, this is why we in the alternative space are really fighting for our lives every day because we have to make a profit.
03:08:16.000And by we, I mean anybody like me, anybody like Alex Jones, Candace Owens, Tucker, Megan Kelly.
03:08:23.000If we fail to succeed, then we don't make money.
03:08:27.000If we don't create a competitive product that gets people's attention, that is profitable, that generates revenue, We don't make money.
03:08:37.000And if we don't make money, then we have to lay off our staff and we have to get rid of our equipment and we can't rent out the space anymore.
03:09:32.000Yesterday, Tucker made headlines everywhere and ruffled everybody's feathers.
03:09:38.000When he made the shocking announcement that he's leaving the GOP, he said that after 35 years of dutiful support for the Republican Party, he said he can no longer support them in the upcoming election in 2026.
03:09:54.000And everybody said, wow, this is a really big deal.
03:09:59.000Tucker is arguably the number one right wing influencer in the country, number one right wing podcast in the space.
03:10:07.000If he's out of the GOP, then that is really saying something.
03:10:12.000And puts the Republicans' prospects in jeopardy in the midterms and maybe even after that.
03:10:18.000Well, I said last night, and I put this on Twitter as well I said, don't hold your breath here.
03:10:24.000I said, because Tucker Carlson, maybe that's not the right idiom for this, but Tucker Carlson is actually not leaving the GOP.
03:11:02.000I said, not so fast, because what is going to happen in 2028 when his best friend, JD Vance, and I'm not even really saying that to be shitty, I mean, Tucker says it himself.
03:11:39.000Will he not be able to, in good conscience, support the GOP, which betrayed its voters, brought us to war in Iran, represents nothing other than Israel?
03:11:52.000In 2028, you know, and I know, and everyone knows, he will be there as the probably number one spokesperson, campaign surrogate for Vance 2028.
03:12:06.000He'll be there in the primary, he'll be there in the general.
03:12:09.000So, what is this business really about?
03:12:11.000When he says, I'm not in the GOP, all that is meant to do is earn credibility from already disaffected GOP voters.
03:12:23.000In other words, people are already out of the GOP.
03:12:39.000Then the voters left en masse after that because of the Epstein files, because of Thomas Massey, because of the war in Iran, because of the big, beautiful bill, because of all these different things.
03:12:51.000And now that the voters have left, trailing just a millisecond behind them is Tucker.
03:12:58.000Who is gonna say, hey guys, me too, I'm out of the GOP as well.
03:13:09.000He's staking out a posture outside the GOP, let's say, inside the Beltway camp, so that in 2028, he can more effectively speak to those people that have already left and say, hey guys, the coast is clear, let's come back and support Vance.
03:13:28.000I know you guys were frustrated in 2026, so was I.
03:13:32.000I didn't support the Republicans either, but it's all good now.
03:13:38.000And this is exactly what happened today.
03:13:41.000The big news is that JD Vance, or excuse me, Tucker Carlson, in an interview with Alex Jones, clarified that yes, of course, he will be supporting JD Vance in 2028.
03:15:32.000You get access to the entire archive of the show, 100 bucks a month.
03:15:37.000You get access to the exclusive group chat.
03:15:39.000I was in there today giving some early stuff about this upset election in New York.
03:15:47.000I'm going to cover it extensively tomorrow, but I gave some of my very early thoughts, thinking out loud about the situation in New York City.
03:15:57.000All of these Zoran Momdani backed DSA candidates won their elections in New York City for the state assembly and the city council.
03:16:55.000The world is about to flood with third world refuse.
03:17:00.000The world is about to flood with socialists and communists and third world garbage and filth of every stripe.
03:17:09.000And Trump, as much as we don't like him anymore, as much as we don't agree with him and everything that he is and everything that's been said, he is like the ark.
03:17:20.000And two by two, every animal, every right winger, every species of the right is going to be on the ark.
03:18:16.000And so with the Trump movement goes the entire right wing.
03:18:21.000There's going to be no unity, no vision, no direction, no stick togetherness.
03:18:29.000And not only is Trump failing all of us and bringing the right down with him.
03:18:34.000Creating all this division and chaos and just a general demoralization, loss of a will to go on.
03:18:43.000But what's more, he is empowering the left.
03:18:48.000And not to mix metaphors, but he is supercharging the pendulum.
03:18:52.000Every one of these half ass measures, half measures, broken promises, all it is doing is charging up the potential energy of this pendulum, which is going to shoot back in the other direction like a fucking.
03:19:09.000Like an RPG, like a bazooka, and blow all of our heads off and destroy everything.
03:19:17.000Every time Trump promises mass deportations and does a half measure and doesn't deliver and just pisses everybody off.
03:19:24.000Every time he threatens indictments of his political enemies and does a half measure and doesn't actually deliver.
03:19:32.000All this is doing is storing up this potential energy, pissing off the shock troops, the protesters, the activists.
03:19:41.000The elites, the billionaires, the radical left, the DSA.
03:19:46.000And all that's going to do is you're already seeing it in New York City, first with Zoran, now with the DSA, with Hassan Piker.
03:19:55.000They're just charging up left wing economic populism.
03:20:00.000All these issues that have been neglected, like housing and healthcare and cost of living and the rest of it, it's all getting charged up.
03:20:09.000And mark my words, in 2028, It's going to be brutal, brutal.
03:20:16.000And we are left up a creek without a paddle.
03:20:18.000No arc, no vision, no leadership, no organization, division between Vance and Rubio, the Tucker camp and the Levin camp.
03:20:29.000And we're going to be staving off this challenge from these other people.
03:20:32.000And all they have in common is pure resentment against everything that is good and competent and successful and patriotic.
03:21:30.000Left wing economic populism is just winning.
03:21:33.000It's winning in Virginia, it's winning in Pennsylvania, it's winning in New York City.
03:21:37.000It even defeated this reality TV star in Los Angeles.
03:21:43.000It's like that energy from the right, not only is it gone, And destroyed, but it's actually been transmuted and it's charging up the enemy now.
03:21:52.000When people talk about this generational coalition that defeated wokeism and propelled Trump into office in 28, or excuse me, in 24, not only is that coalition fractured, dead, the energy is gone, the energy has been siphoned out into the other side.
03:22:12.000And it's just, it's just the worst of the worst.
03:22:20.000At least with Joe Biden, think about it this way at least with Joe Biden, he had an expiration date and we had a raft because we fell back on Trump.
03:22:31.000But in 2028, we don't have these guardrails.
03:22:36.000There is no Joe Biden that will die out of office that's literally just going to expire while he's running.
03:22:43.000And we don't have this life raft of Trumpism that can be anything that anybody wants it to be.
03:22:49.000And, you know, certain coalitions can come together and project what they want onto it.
03:23:25.000And all these people that have been flirting with the left, myself included, we can understand in a very mechanical and cynical way, maybe the necessity of this pain that is going to come and that might be necessary pain.
03:23:40.000But let's just not be under any illusions about what it is.
03:24:05.000This black chick that got elected to the city council, DSA member backed by Zoran, she has a tweet from 2019 where she said, I didn't have a napkin in this restaurant, so I just wiped my hands on the American flag behind me.
03:25:48.000This city threw everything they had at him.
03:25:51.000Paris, which is a dump anyway, Paris, which is filled with trash and Africans, I repeat myself, trash and Africans and degenerate socialists that don't even work, I repeat myself.
03:26:06.000This stinking piece of shit, pile of garbage city.
03:26:11.000They threw everything they could at Clav, and he still walked in your fashion week.
03:26:18.000He said, I took over France faster than Napoleon.
03:26:24.000Clav took over France faster than Hitler, bro.
03:26:27.000I'll be the, we're all thinking it, I'll say it.
03:26:30.000Clav took over your city faster than Hitler.
03:26:34.000That was a Hitler level blitzkrieg on Paris, and I love to see it.
03:29:11.000And it's the same thing with Trump, actually.
03:29:14.000You're criticizing Trump, and then once again, you look to your right and left, and it's like, Baby Hands Cheeto thinks that he doesn't have to go through Congress.
03:31:46.000I will always be the number one clav defender.
03:31:49.000We are going to move on, we're going to get into the news.
03:31:52.000We're going to talk a little bit about Daily Wire, Tucker, the whole thing.
03:31:58.000Our first story, our featured story, we're talking all about the Daily Wire bailout.
03:32:06.000Now, this is one of my, I think, best predictions.
03:32:11.000Because this is something that I feel like nobody could have even predicted unless you just deeply understand how the system works.
03:32:19.000Our big story tonight is all about this Daily Wire bid for strategic investment.
03:32:25.000The big story today is that Ben Shapiro's Daily Wire is seeking $100 million in the form of a strategic investment.
03:32:35.000They're going to raise all this private capital so that they can expand and grow their operation, in their own words, so that the Daily Wire could rival the New York Times.
03:34:43.000We're going to work through some of the numbers here specifically.
03:34:47.000It says The Daily Wire, one of the biggest players in conservative media, is in talks to take on at least $100 million in investment with an eye on an initial public offering in a few years.
03:34:58.000The company, founded by conservative podcaster Ben Shapiro, has been in talks with High Mount Capital to lead a funding round that would value the company.
03:35:06.000At $750 million, according to documents reviewed by Semaphore.
03:35:12.000Daily Wire, which is trying to take on the New York Times from the right, privately disclosed that it notched $48 million and adjusted EBI TDA last year.
03:35:23.000But it also failed to grow its subscriber base and to keep the ones that it has paying, according to those documents.
03:35:30.000High Amount, which was founded by two former Coke Industries employees, has been helping the Daily Wire to shop around the investment to at least four other firms, including two strategic investors.
03:35:41.000The company's bankers said it had fielded buyout offers above $1 billion.
03:35:46.000But the Daily Wire's founders prefer to take a minority aligned investment to grow the business, according to the documents.
03:35:54.000Those bankers said a $2 billion IPO could be achievable within approximately 18 months.
03:36:01.000Once seen as the Fox News for the next generation of conservatives, the Daily Wire has stumbled over the last several years.
03:36:08.000Strategic missteps and internecine fighting have led to key departures and audience attrition.
03:36:16.000Which make up about three quarters of the company's revenue, dropped by a third in 2025 from a year ago to roughly 850,000 people.
03:36:25.000Ad revenue, which is 20% of its revenue, has also dropped every year since 2022.
03:36:31.000Despite boasting 3.2 million subscribers, recent YouTube videos have notched only tens of thousands of views, and it has begun to lose subscribers on that platform.
03:36:42.000As part of the company restructuring, Shapiro agreed to take less podcast money for more equity in the company.
03:36:49.000And the company planned to hire five emerging talents to produce podcasts and social media content.
03:36:56.000And I guess one of those is Matt Nuclear.
03:37:00.000Matt Nuclear, the Jubilee Niglet, who looks like an acorn.
03:38:13.000But anyway, that's part of their plan.
03:38:15.000It says the memo also said that the company will increase its editorial investment to $6.4 million a year from $2.4 million.
03:38:23.000And boost headcount to 67 from 22 as it expands beyond politics into breaking news, investigative journalism, national security, business, sports, health, and opinion.
03:38:39.000The memo said The advertising environment for Daily Wire has shifted meaningfully over the past two years.
03:38:46.000The stigma that kept many mainstream brands from advertising on conservative media platforms during the 2020 to 23 period has largely dissipated.
03:38:56.000The return of Fortune 500 advertisers validates the platform's scale and audience quality, and we expect the advertiser base to continue broadening as Daily Wire's content mix diversifies.
03:39:09.000So, a few months ago, when the news of the layoffs was announced, everybody was taking a victory lap.
03:39:17.000And everybody said it's over for Ben Shapiro.
03:39:21.000People said, Who even watches Ben Shapiro?
03:40:10.000By the news media platform or the social platform is because there is actually an intangible value, not a monetary value measured in dollars, not a monetary value in terms of profits.
03:40:44.000The Washington Post is not a super profitable business.
03:40:49.000Amazon doesn't need the Washington Post to make cash.
03:40:53.000The intangible value of media and news media in particular, we all know media conditions public opinion, media influences society, tastes, trends, consumer habits, and yes, political opinions.
03:41:14.000All of this has impact on the market itself, on the next election.
03:41:20.000It is a form of in kind lobbying, it is influence peddling.
03:41:25.000And so, what is the purpose of an outfit like the Daily Wire?
03:41:29.000It is true that at one point, the Daily Wire was a very profitable company.
03:41:33.000It made Ben Shapiro very rich, it made their investors very rich.
03:41:39.000And it is true that for a time, it incidentally was a profit generating enterprise.
03:41:46.000And you might expect that, like other industries and like other markets and other businesses, Daily Wire, the purpose of it is to bring their product to the market, make the best product, offer it at the best price, sell the most of it, and make money like they were doing.
03:42:06.000That's actually not the purpose of the Daily Wire.
03:42:09.000And those are not the rules that govern the market the Daily Wire is in.
03:42:13.000You may think that if the Daily Wire ceases to make a good product at a reasonable price, If they lose profit, lose revenue, if they're not able to pay their employees, if they're no longer on the cutting edge, you might expect that, like any other business, they're going to simply die off, declare bankruptcy, declare insolvency, sell their assets, and then they're just going to go and do something else.
03:42:52.000And I told you that what would happen almost certainly is that some conglomerate, some billionaire investor, someone from the outside was going to swoop in, give them a huge injection of cash, and that's going to keep them in the game.
03:43:07.000And in the meantime, at the same time that they're going to get an injection of capital, the rules of the game will change as well.
03:43:15.000If the Daily Wire is running out of chips at the casino, the pit boss is going to come and bring them more chips to play with.
03:43:23.000And that keeps Daily Wire in the game.
03:43:25.000And at the same time, the casino is going to change the rules.
03:43:31.000If the Daily Wire's not doing so hot, not only are they going to get dealt back in, but the rules of the game will also change to make it so that they can start winning again.
03:44:25.000And so, what is happening with Daily Wire?
03:44:28.000Is that they are effectively being rescued in exactly the same way that Barry Weiss was.
03:44:34.000When Larry Ellison bought up CBS and Paramount and CBS News with his billions of dollars, hundreds of billions of dollars for Oracle, who did he bring in to run his new news media empire?
03:44:49.000They gave Barry Weiss's free press a $150 million valuation, bought them out, acquired her, and then they put her in charge of CBS News.
03:44:59.000You might have been looking at an entity like Free Press.
03:45:40.000If it didn't, it gives her something to do.
03:45:43.000It gives her a title when she goes to a symposium, when she goes to a talk, a debate.
03:45:48.000It gives her a title when she gets brought onto a show.
03:45:50.000It gives her a platform to bring other people on as guests to launder their reputation or talking points through a high production quality interview.
03:46:01.000And it positions her to get a golden parachute from somebody like Larry Ellison when the timing is right.
03:46:09.000And the same is true with Ben Shapiro.
03:46:11.000You thought that Ben Shapiro is losing people's attention.
03:46:15.000You thought that Ben Shapiro was losing money.
03:46:18.000Nobody's paying attention to his show anymore.
03:47:56.000Nobody would bet on Daily Wire right now based on consumer trends, based on the direction of the market, based on what's popular right now.
03:48:07.000What has happened, and we all know this, is that there is a political interest right now in shoring up the pro Israel right wing in particular.
03:48:18.000But I would even go further and say, The establishment Republican Party in general.
03:48:27.000Obviously, he represents an Israel first, pro Israel politics.
03:48:33.000And that is maybe the primary thing that we associate with Ben Shapiro.
03:48:37.000And that's the primary reason he's being bailed out.
03:48:41.000He's arguably the only millennial or person under the age of 50 in the conservative media space that has any kind of name recognition, that has any kind of an audience that isn't an Israel critical zealot at this point.
03:48:56.000And so we can recognize that that is why he's being dealt in.
03:48:59.000It's the same way, same reason that Barry Weiss is being dealt in at CBS News.
03:49:24.000It's not going to be extremely profitable for any type of investor.
03:49:28.000But politically, it is necessary that that position exists.
03:49:33.000Politically, it is necessary that Daily Wire exists and Ben Shapiro has a title there and they have a multi million dollar studio, which gives them a form of credibility and it gives Ben Shapiro a fake seat to pontificate from to the masses.
03:49:50.000It's important that they shore that up as a pro Israel guy.
03:49:55.000And I think everybody recognizes that.
03:49:57.000But I would add that maybe the less obvious angle as well.
03:50:02.000Is that not only is Ben Shapiro a tireless defender of Israel, but he's also a tireless defender of the free market.
03:50:10.000And you also understand that at the same time that people like Tucker and Candace and Megyn Kelly and the GOP at large and JD Vance, Steve Bannon, these people are all moving further away from Israel.
03:50:24.000They're also moving further away from free market orthodoxy.
03:50:28.000They're also moving away from a supply side economics.
03:50:31.000There are more criticisms now in this camp of.
03:50:36.000Of little tech and Silicon Valley and Wall Street and the oligarchy.
03:50:42.000And not only is Ben Shapiro a bulwark against the Israel criticism and the decoupling of the right wing from Israel's influence, but he's also a bulwark against some of this more left wing economic messaging as well.
03:50:56.000And the reason I say this is because who is leading this round of fundraising?
03:51:02.000It is two former Koch Brothers employees.
03:51:05.000And if you recall, those are exactly the types of people that led the initial round of fundraising for Daily Wire when they got off the ground 10 years ago.
03:51:30.000They're interested in low taxes, a pro business environment.
03:51:34.000And increasingly, not only is Ben Shapiro the only defender of Israel, he's also the only defender of the free and unregulated supply side free market policies.
03:51:49.000And so, when you look at the bailout for Daily Wire, it's a reflection, yes, obviously, of the pro Israel side, but also of the Chamber of Commerce, also of Wall Street, also of the business interests.
03:52:02.000And so, the way that you have to look at it is the media market is not a representation of consumer taste.
03:52:10.000It's not a question of who's bringing the hottest, trendiest product to the market in terms of political opinion and taste making.
03:52:20.000It's more like representations of different political factions.
03:52:25.000And who's going to be able to raise tens or hundreds of millions of dollars?
03:52:30.000Who's going to be able to get that kind of access and play to that money?
03:52:35.000And then, therefore, come into the market with a high production quality product.
03:53:06.000The online battle of clipping and news coverage and podcasts, all this stuff, they were all losing to the Israel critical side on the left, on the right.
03:53:18.000And we all know Netanyahu in Israel launched this eighth front counteroffensive in America.
03:53:25.000With his friend Larry Ellison to begin changing that.
03:53:29.000And what they did last year is they started buying up all these different media companies.
03:53:33.000Larry Ellison's son, David Ellison, acquired Paramount Pictures.
03:53:38.000And then this year they acquired Warner Brothers.
03:53:40.000And with these acquisitions, not only did they get the entertainment products, but maybe more importantly, they get CBS News and CNN.
03:53:49.000And we know that Barry Weiss was bought out of the free press for $150 million.
03:53:56.000Now, as This Paramount Skydance production company acquires Warner Brothers with CNN.
03:54:02.000Now they're saying she's going to be put in charge of CNN as well.
03:54:06.000At the same time, Larry Ellison, in the deal brokered by Trump to acquire the U.S. TikTok business, his Oracle company will now control the U.S. TikTok algorithm, U.S. TikTok user data, and they're going to be the largest stakeholders in the U.S. based consortium that owns the U.S. TikTok business.
03:54:28.000So, Larry Ellison, in the course of one year, has acquired CBS, CNN, TikTok, and he's put Barry Weiss and other Jews in charge of all of this.
03:54:41.000TikTok's U.S. business has a Jewish president.
03:54:47.000All those shows have Jewish anchors, Jewish producers, and Jewish showrunners.
03:54:55.000It's a top down acquisition of the media, vertical integration, putting their people in every position.
03:55:02.000Step of this process to produce content, ultimately, so that they can change overall the substance of what people are getting on their phones from top to bottom, from the actual studios to the licensing to the streaming products, but also even to the actual social platform like TikTok.
03:55:24.000Every step of that process is owned, run, editorialized, managed by some pro Israel Jewish person.
03:55:35.000Billion dollar campaign involving shrewd regulatory capture of the Trump administration, political lobbying, huge political donations, all these kinds of things.
03:55:46.000This Herculean effort to shift a significant percentage of the media landscape in their direction.
03:55:53.000And now they're doing exactly the same thing with Daily Wire.
03:55:57.000Because in this semaphore article, they not only say that Shapiro's going to get a hundred million dollar cash injection and they're going to acquire these emerging talents.
03:56:07.000But they also said a couple of other things which are really interesting.
03:56:10.000They said the goal is to make Daily Wire compete with the New York Times.
03:56:17.000So make no mistake about it, Daily Wire is going to become part of this suite of pro Israel news media products.
03:56:27.000It's going to be a constellation, a suite.
03:56:32.000This is all part of a closed loop system.
03:56:36.000CNN, CBS News, TikTok, Daily Wire, Free Press.
03:56:41.000All pushing in the same direction, and there's going to be all kinds of cross pollination.
03:56:46.000How much market share is this behemoth going to have?
03:56:52.000Between Daily Wire, Free Press, CBS News, CNN, that's a significant chunk of the total.
03:57:00.000And understand, none of this is market driven.
03:57:03.000Was anybody in 2025 asking for more Barry Weiss and Ben Shapiro?
03:59:35.000What the billionaires want is they want a young girl like Barry Weiss, a youngish millennial girl who is skilled, quote unquote, in media, who knows how to write articles.
03:59:49.000She was trained by Hazzoni and Brett Stevens.
03:59:51.000They want a young millennial guy like Ben Shapiro who owns the libs and is tech savvy.
04:00:14.000They are tasked with playing the role of a popular podcaster.
04:00:20.000Barry Weiss has been cast in a role as the mastermind behind a more balanced CBS and CNN news media empire.
04:00:32.000And she is being portrayed in her role as this smart, savvy, Young, bringing a kind of quirky, eccentric energy, interested in ideas, less woke and censorious than the previous ones.
04:02:28.000They will always be dealt back in, always given these opportunities, always crammed down the throats of the Goyam.
04:02:35.000And the other thing I want to point out about this article, aside from this competitor to the New York Times thing, they also said if you pay close attention, that now Daily Wire is going to get blue chip advertisers.
04:03:11.000It's the biggest Fortune 500 companies.
04:03:13.000And this used to be very limiting for conservative media because if a company is publicly traded and if the company is very large, then they might tend to not want to be associated with the right wing, which is unpopular.
04:03:49.000Now, how would anybody become unhappy with these companies?
04:03:53.000If the Jews, like the ADL or SPLC, will take out a front page ad in the LA Times and say Ford, General Electric, Pfizer, these companies, They advertise with right wing extremists, so and so, and that's why they shouldn't be listed in this stock index, and that's why this pension fund should divest, and that's why this hedge fund should divest, and so on and so forth.
04:04:21.000And so most conservative media can't make ad revenue, which is how all media is funded, because the ad revenue is provided by the biggest companies, and the biggest companies can't provide that ad revenue because they're being policed.
04:04:36.000By these activist organizations with a reputational protection racket.
04:04:41.000And so, what this article says is that, gee, all of a sudden, what did they say?
04:04:48.000They said, ever since 2023, it seems that blue chip companies, Fortune 500 companies, are no longer wary of giving their ad money to companies like Daily Wire.
04:05:06.000Why after 2023, hmm, what happened in 2023?
04:05:12.000Why after 2023, all of a sudden, did all of this money, all of this money, why did all of this blue chip Fortune 500 discretionary ad money get unlocked after 2023?
04:05:28.000You see, because before 2023, they wouldn't give their ad money to any right wing company because they were afraid that they would be under attack.
04:05:40.000ADL and SPLC would say those companies support racist, you know, sexist, Islamophobe, transphobe, so and so.
04:05:50.000And this would hurt their share price.
04:05:53.000But then after 2023, all of a sudden they're no longer concerned with that.
04:05:58.000Could it have anything to do with October 7th?
04:06:01.000Might that have something to do with it?
04:06:04.000That after October 7th, the Jews that run everything saw Hamas.
04:06:09.000Leap over the border and kill everybody.
04:06:11.000And suddenly, those Jews realize that the third world is a problem.
04:06:16.000And the left wing shitheads that support the third world are a problem also because the left and the third world became a problem for Israel.
04:06:25.000So now, all of a sudden, the Jews that run that protection racket, the Jews that run the big asset managers, the Jews that run the big funds, that run Wall Street, in a word, they decided, oh, all of a sudden, now Ford can give their ad money to Daily Wire.
04:07:13.000What do you think would happen if Ford bought ads on Tucker Carlson's show?
04:07:19.000Oh, well, Jonathan Greenblatt and Mark Levin and the JNS and the RJC and the WJC and the ZOA, they would lose their minds.
04:07:28.000The ADL and the SPLC, they would lose their minds.
04:07:32.000They would say it is reprehensible that America's largest automakers and chemical companies and whatever, if blue chip companies started buying ads with Tucker Carlson, we would know about it the next day.
04:07:48.000They would oive shut it down immediately.
04:07:53.000So I guess the blue chip companies are only no longer getting cold feet when it comes to the Daily Wire.
04:08:01.000And you realize this has always been the case.
04:08:04.000When YouTube and Facebook were censoring everybody on the right, they weren't censoring everybody.
04:08:11.000Daily Wire kept their platform access, Daily Wire kept their check marks, Daily Wire kept their business accounts.
04:08:19.000And the representatives at those companies.
04:08:22.000Google and Facebook, which are run by Sheryl Sandberg and Sergey Brin and Larry Page, they kept Ben Shapiro on the platform.
04:08:31.000Not only that, when the adpocalypse happened and people were being demonetized, forget about even censorship and platform access, when people like Steven Crowder and Fresh and Fit and others, when they were losing their monetization on the platforms, who kept their monetization and made it a fundamental pillar of their business model?
04:09:04.000How are we going to keep Ben Shapiro in the game?
04:09:07.000Not only does he get a $100 million cash injection out of nowhere, even though clearly that entire ideology is going down the tubes, but also suddenly all this blue chip money gets opened up.
04:09:21.000And this is why I say there's a dual benefit.
04:10:32.000I said, they're going to get $100 million exactly like Barry Weiss.
04:10:37.000And then that's literally what happened.
04:10:41.000And not only that, like I said, now they're changing the rules.
04:10:44.000So now you're going to see, and that is like prohibitive for any right wing podcaster.
04:10:50.000Nobody can get the big advertisers because the advertisers are all afraid that they're going to get attacked with this political protection racket.
04:11:01.000And sure enough, who is now going to be immune to that?
04:13:33.000It's so funny that Sneeko was the guy that drank the Kool Aid the hardest on Dr. Jang because that's all Sneeko is, it's just following one thing to the next.
04:13:44.000Isn't it so funny that now he's Mamdani's biggest dick rider?
04:13:49.000In 2024, Sneeko was criticizing Trump because he was pro Israel until the election, of course.
04:13:55.000Then he put on the MAGA hat and then he was pro Trump.
04:13:58.000And now Sneeko is saying, Mamdani for emperor.
04:15:35.000He's like that other guy in Star Wars.
04:15:38.000He's like that archetypal character that when the good guys get ambushed, The mercenary strolls in and says, Hey, I told you I was only in it for the money.
04:20:53.000You could argue that I'm not going to say that there's not structural advantages in the economy based on the rule of whoever gets the Federal Reserve money first has an advantage, or that there's funds that are sort of tightly controlled and things like that.
04:21:10.000But this idea that the wealth is like distributed and some people are being given more and other people are being given less, it's not really true.
04:21:18.000And regardless, it's like, okay, some people might have an argument about maybe it's better if the floor would be raised, if there was less wealth inequality.
04:21:30.000Like, there are some intellectual arguments for this.
04:21:32.000But the people that are arguing in favor of this, they're just seething brokoids.
04:21:38.000They're just people that are mad that they're broke.
04:21:41.000And in a lot of cases, they're broke because they suck.
04:21:46.000It's not, don't get me wrong, there are a lot of earnest working poor.
04:23:04.000There are a lot of people that simply do not work.
04:23:08.000And this is why they don't have money.
04:23:09.000Or they do work and then they just blow all their money.
04:23:14.000You see people that make no money and then on the weekend they spend $100 on liquor and then they get a $100 tattoo and then they blow their money on like a designer clothing item and they say, Well, I needed this.
04:23:28.000It's like there are a lot of people that like they say they live paycheck to paycheck and that's because they make it a mission to blow their paycheck every week.
04:24:47.000And the company has value because of its productive potential, okay?
04:24:52.000Because of what the company does, because of the technology it owns, because of the hard assets the company has, because of the applications of the technology.
04:25:02.000And so when they say, well, we need to take that money and give it to these people, it's like what actually creates wealth is entrepreneurship, risk taking, expertise, technical knowledge, hard work.
04:25:16.000Like a person that can orchestrate a conductor, a music maker, a person that could put the deal together.
04:25:26.000Yes, other people had an idea for an electric car, other people had an idea for a reusable rocket.
04:25:35.000Elon figured out not just the tech, but the economics and the political lobbying and the business strategy, all these things to make it work.
04:25:45.000And there's very few, there's one in a billion people that can do things like that.
04:25:50.000And that is what moves society forward.
04:25:57.000It's entrepreneurship and things like that that is actually what creates wealth and gets us to the next plateau in terms of human prosperity.
04:26:07.000If you have this mindset of we need to take to give to somebody else, you're going to destroy all the incentives and the process that makes it possible to create wealth.
04:26:18.000Who is going to want to do these things if you don't get rewarded for it, if it's not easy to do it?
04:29:08.000So, I don't know if I really want to fully send it against Candace.
04:29:11.000And I like that I kind of low key, it's like if Turning Point and Candace are blowing each other up, it's like, hey, that's not the worst thing ever.
04:37:25.000It's like because you've got your own life and you've got your own goals and you've got your own situation and you have to do what's best for yourself.
04:37:34.000You have to do what's best for your career, for your family, whatever it is that you're pursuing in your life.
04:37:41.000And other people don't share those values, those goals.
04:37:44.000They don't know what's going on, they don't know all the facts, they don't know what drives you.
04:37:48.000So people can think whatever they want.
04:37:52.000And it's the same reason that you shouldn't always ask people for advice.
04:37:56.000There needs to be some element of self reliance and realizing you could go to somebody for advice, but they don't have all the information that you have.
04:38:06.000You have the tools to solve your own problems.
04:38:09.000You have more tools to solve your own problems than other people in many cases.
04:38:15.000So that's where you get more of a self reliant mentality and you realize that.
04:38:22.000Uh, people, not only that, people are jealous and judgmental, and you know, sometimes people will have a negative opinion of something for a completely arbitrary reason, so you just can't take it too seriously.
04:38:38.000People are fickle, people are fickle, and moody, and jealous, and selfish, and judgmental, so you have to take that into account.
04:38:47.000You can't be a people pleaser, um, for those reasons, so you have to search out.
04:38:54.000And seek out people whose advice you respect.
04:38:58.000And you respect somebody's advice if they've achieved what you want to achieve.
04:39:03.000You know, so if it's an expert in your field, if it's someone who's done something you want to accomplish, you know, those are the people whose advice is good.
04:39:13.000People that care about you, your parents, you know, a spouse, a really good friend that's genuinely wants what's best for you.
04:39:24.000You know, those people that have your best interest in mind.
04:39:26.000But other than that, people are full of shit.
04:43:53.000It turns out an incel is attacking, an incel is laying seeds to Pornhub headquarters because of hypergamy, which that's kind of hilarious by itself.
04:52:53.000Oh, if it wasn't for the Groypets, honestly, isn't that so real?
04:52:58.000It's so, there's something so poetic about that.
04:53:03.000Because I'm on this hero's journey and so hard, it's so difficult, and I'm so down on the women, but it's always these meek women that are just there for me.
04:53:14.000Even though I just heap abuse upon women and I'm so cruel towards them, they're my soft landing.
