03:02:50.000 Whoever you believe was behind the murder of Charlie Kirk, what we do know is that thousands and thousands of leftists celebrated the murder.

03:03:01.000 Now the Trump administration is looking to crack down on some of those people.

03:03:10.000 FCC leaning on ABC to get Jimmy Kimmel punished or terminated from his late night show.

03:03:22.000 But the rub, and the one thing I didn't like was a remark by the attorney general Pam Bondi, who a couple of days ago said that the DOJ is now going to move against hate speech.

03:03:40.000 If private citizens want to take videos and social media posts, which these dirt bags voluntarily posted themselves, celebrating what is political terrorism.

03:07:25.000 One sentiment which I have seen on social media over the past week, which has become very popular, whether you think this is a conspiracy or whether you think the FBI actually has the shooter in custody.

03:07:45.000 If you are talking about the right and the left in America, the ideological right wing and the ideological left wing.

03:07:54.000 If you are talking about the right and the left wing in conflict, intention, especially as it pertains to the murder of Charlie Kirk.

03:08:04.000 People say that that is a fake or a false or an artificial paradigm.

03:08:10.000 That's a fake matrix.

03:08:13.000 To talk about right and left, to speak in these terms, to talk about the right and left being set against each other.

03:08:21.000 They say that is a fake battle.

03:08:23.000 That is a fake fight that is being set up by more powerful forces, they say, like Palantir, Israel, the Jews.

03:35:05.000 If left-wing people lose their job and then they get hired by left-wing radicals, then what you have is the further polarization, and that's actually on some level maybe good for us.

03:36:33.000 They're being fired because they're celebrating an act of terrorism that took place last week.

03:36:41.000 Now, if somebody makes a joke about it in five years, should they be fired?

03:36:46.000 I think the reason it's important now is because we are in a climate of escalating tension.

03:36:55.000 We are in a tense climate where we may be sitting on a powder keg.

03:37:00.000 There's now an established pattern of political violence.

03:37:04.000 And it could escalate, it could become reciprocal.

03:37:07.000 There might be copycats.

03:37:10.000 It has momentum.

03:37:11.000 And so during this sensitive time when it just happened, when the country's on edge, when the feelings are raw, if your reaction was to ridicule that, it kind of says something about who you are.

03:37:27.000 But to say that we will create a new precedent, that hate speech as a broad category is now not allowed.

03:37:36.000 To say that hate speech as a rule is now a new category, can now be punished by law, that is something that would never go away.

03:37:48.000 That is something that is overly broad, contrary to the First Amendment in spirit and in law and in reality.
