01:55:59.000One report about a group of Middle Eastern men spotted the morning of September 11th parked just across the river from New York City has not gone away.

02:12:34.000And we covered this a couple of weeks ago.
02:12:37.000Basically, what the rule says is DHS, Homeland Security, they went through and created a list of all of the eligible voters in the country that can vote by mail.
02:12:50.000DHS is going to give this information to the post office.
02:12:55.000And the post office is only going to deliver absentee ballots to eligible voters.
02:13:01.000And this is supposed to be like a federal crackdown on mail in voter fraud, where you'll have in a lot of states people that are not eligible to vote because they're not citizens or they've recently moved or maybe even they're deceased.
02:13:16.000In spite of this, they're going to receive an absentee ballot in the mail.
02:13:20.000And theoretically, someone else could intercept the ballot, fill it out on their behalf, and submit it.
02:13:27.000And there would be no way to detect this.
02:13:30.000The chain of custody is broken between the state and the voter.
02:13:34.000We don't know what happens between when the state ships the ballot out and when the ballot shows back up at a Dropbox or in the mail.
02:13:42.000And so, this was an executive order that Trump launched back in March to create the database, then, he changed the rules that the post office would enforce this.
02:13:52.000It was immediately challenged by the ACLU and some other liberal groups, even some Republican states challenged it on the grounds that it would be too chaotic to implement.
02:14:02.000And now the decision has come from the Supreme Court.
02:14:05.000They will not allow Trump to implement the executive order before the midterm elections.
02:14:12.000And we covered this, I think, either last week or two weeks ago when the Supreme Court took up the decision.
02:14:19.000And they made a decision, I think, about some procedural matter relating to this.
02:14:25.000But what I said about it a couple weeks ago is that this, like everything else, it's just too little too late.
02:14:32.000And what's really sad about the decision is that.
02:14:35.000There were some justices that actually sided with the Trump administration, including Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito.
02:14:42.000They actually said that on its merits, maybe the executive order would have stood.
02:14:48.000They said that the liberal challenge against the executive order was a desperate Hail Mary, that it doesn't even really hold water legally.
02:14:58.000However, though, and this is the problem, the other justices, including conservatives like Brett Kavanaugh, they said, They can't implement the executive order, not even because it's not legally sound, but because it's too late.
02:15:13.000They said to implement the executive order this close to the midterm election, it's not that it's necessarily not legal, it's that it's not practical.
02:15:22.000And what's blackpilling about this is maybe there's another timeline where had Trump implemented this executive order in January of 2025, in March of 2025, as opposed to March of 2026, Maybe they would have had a chance.
02:15:38.000Maybe they could have implemented it, and maybe we could have had this in place for the midterms.
02:15:44.000And between that and the gerrymandering and some of the other procedural things they're doing, maybe Republicans would have had a chance.
02:15:52.000But this is the problem it's always too little, too late, day late, dollars short, always ad hoc.
02:16:01.000It's why we have no tariffs, why we have no border wall, why we have no mass deportations, and why we have no remedy for the mail in voter fraud.

02:18:46.000And we're calling this the America First Scorecard.
02:18:49.000What we did is we took the voting record of every sitting member of Congress, every incumbent in the House, the Senate, Republicans, and Democrats.
02:19:00.000We analyzed every piece of legislation that they either sponsored, co sponsored, drafted, or voted on.
02:19:08.000And we evaluated how closely all of the representatives in Congress are to our America First agenda.
02:19:17.000And specifically, we gave them a letter grade on three of the core issues that we consider to be the America First issues those are trade, immigration, and foreign policy.
02:19:28.000And to put it simply, you already know on trade, we are in favor of the American system and protectionism.
02:19:35.000On immigration, we are restrictionists.
02:19:38.000We want to reduce not just illegal immigration and increase border security, but we also want to curb illegal immigration as well and protect American demographics and labor.
02:19:48.000And on foreign policy, we're not isolationist, we're not non interventionist, but we want an America first foreign policy.
02:19:56.000And that means we're doing some things interventionist that are good for America and not doing other things that are not 100% in America's interest.
02:20:06.000So the more aggressive actions against Iran, we don't consider America first.
02:20:12.000Even to some extent, supporting Ukraine.0.66
02:20:15.000We don't consider that to be America first either.
02:20:18.000But something like the intervention against Venezuela, that is something we would consider a vital American interest.
02:20:26.000So we gave every sitting member of the House and the Senate a letter grade, A, B, C, D, or F, on how they align with us on those three core issues.
02:20:37.000And then we put together the three issues, giving them an overall letter grade.
02:22:41.000So, if you're from Alabama, for example, you can look at every senator and representative from Alabama and look at their letter grades.
02:22:49.000Or you could sort it by grade and you could see who's got an F, who's got a D. As it turns out, and this is some of the kind of interesting insights that you're going to have the highest rated member in all of Congress only has a C.
02:23:07.000We were looking at how we were going to weight the different issues, figuring out what would comprise the data set.
02:23:14.000And when we put all of it together, we determined that at best, the number one representative, a senator, Bernie Moreno, he's only got a C.
02:23:24.000And we were thinking about how that's going to look, how are people going to perceive this?
02:23:29.000But I think this is a reflection of where we are at, not just in the Republican Party, but in the Senate and the House overall.
02:24:05.000You've got other Groups like, for example, track AIPAC, and they look specifically at support for Israel.
02:24:13.000But to my knowledge, this is the only holistic system that evaluates every aspect of America first.
02:24:20.000And you really need all of them together.
02:24:23.000And some of the interesting insights, for example, you'll have somebody like Randy Fine, which we'll pull up.
02:24:34.000Randy Fine, he actually has a B on immigration.
02:24:38.000If you look at his voting record on immigration, he's one of the strongest Republicans, ironically, on border security and even reducing legal immigration.0.84
02:24:48.000He might be one of the highest rated members on immigration, but obviously that's a problem because he is the biggest and worst Zionist in Congress as well.0.66
02:25:00.000So something like Track AIPAC or something like Coalition for Mass Deportations, neither one is going to give you the full picture.0.80
02:25:09.000He's got a good record on immigration, but for obvious reasons, we know he's a problem.
02:25:17.000People might say, well, Thomas Massey is a patriot on Israel.
02:25:21.000He is in favor of America first against the war in Iran and against foreign aid and all these things.0.60
02:25:27.000However, he's got a C on immigration because he's also in favor of legal immigration.
02:25:34.000He was at one time in favor of amnesty.
02:25:38.000And so, although he might be America first on a very narrow issue pertaining to Israel, on other foreign policy issues, on trade and on immigration, he's not conservative enough.
02:26:54.000And what we're going to do between now and the election is every single day we are going to have on our official social media, we're going to spotlight.
02:27:05.000I think we're going to do five or six a day.
02:27:08.000And each day between now and the election, we're going to post some of these profiles and give special attention to everybody's voting record.
02:27:15.000And that way you know what you're getting.
02:27:17.000And then you can make your decisions accordingly.
02:27:20.000And what this is supposed to do ultimately is give you the resources to make a decision whether you're even going to vote at all.
02:27:28.000You know, I'm a very big proponent of voting Democrat in this election.
02:27:32.000This is actually the intellectual firepower that's going to give you.
02:27:36.000The information that says, look, they're going to tell you you can't vote Democrat because if you do, then we're going to get America last and open borders.
02:27:46.000You'll find, though, that voting for a Republican is not going to give you really that much of a better option.
02:27:54.000If the Republicans at best are a C on our scorecard, it's not really much better.
02:28:00.000I don't know how much longer Republicans can continue voting for America last politicians, even if they have an R next to their name.
02:28:09.000So, that's going to be the program between now and the election.

03:04:30.000We're going to also take a look at this Supreme Court decision on mail in ballots.
03:04:34.000Speaking of which, I guess that doesn't really have much to do with this, but we'll talk a little bit about this decision.
03:04:42.000Our big news story, this is what's actually in the news the Supreme Court made a decision on President Trump's executive order to reconfigure the mail in voting system.
03:04:54.000We covered this a couple of weeks ago.
03:04:56.000Basically, the idea is the Trump administration instructed Homeland Security to create a registry of every eligible voter in America.
03:05:06.000And I assume they're doing this with technology.
03:05:09.000They're going to go through the voter rolls and they're going to compare it with data from the states and from the federal government.
03:05:15.000And they're going to determine all the people that are citizens and where they reside and how old they are, all the other variables.
03:05:23.000And they're going to figure out who in America is eligible to vote.
03:05:26.000And they're going to give that list to the post office.
03:05:29.000And when a voter requests an absentee ballot by mail, which would be delivered by the post office, the post office is going to compare the person requesting the ballot with the registry.
03:05:44.000And if the registry says that that person is not eligible, then the post office will not send them a ballot.
03:05:50.000And this is how the federal government is going to ensure election integrity.
03:05:55.000This is how they're going to make sure that no one is getting a ballot that shouldn't have one.
03:06:01.000Because you understand why mail in voting is such a problem.
03:06:04.000It has to do with the chain of custody, it has to do with this issue that anybody can request a mail in ballot since COVID, and they don't necessarily have to give all their information, or the information might be outdated.
03:06:19.000And a ballot is a very valuable thing, this is like a commodity.
03:06:23.000And so, if just anybody can get a ballot, if it just gets shipped out, we don't know who's filling it out, whether that person is who it's intended for is alive or dead, whether that person's a citizen or a non citizen, we just don't know.
03:06:39.000The ballot goes out and then it comes back, it disappears into the public, and then it's returned to the state.
03:06:46.000And there is no guarantee, there's no certainty because the government didn't oversee it that this ballot is from an eligible voter.
03:06:54.000That the ballot was filled out by the voter it was intended for.
03:06:59.000And so you really just cannot have any confidence at all that the ballots you're receiving are coming from the people they're intended for or people that are even eligible to vote in the first place because the state loses custody of the ballot.
03:07:14.000The chain is broken when they mail it to the voter.
03:07:18.000So this executive order is an attempt to remedy the problem.
03:07:21.000And I said before, I don't know if this is the best way to go about it.
03:07:28.000It seems cumbersome to maintain a giant database and then to have the post office making these decisions.
03:07:35.000It seems like it's just a little bit of an arduous process, but I suppose something is better than nothing trying to crack down on mail and voter fraud.
03:07:47.000The Trump administration puts the executive order out.
03:07:50.000Predictably, it's challenged by the ACLU, liberal groups, even some Republican states, and they say that this is a deprivation of rights.
03:08:00.000The federal government has no right to determine who's eligible to vote and trying to stop them from voting illegally.
03:08:08.000And so the Supreme Court has now weighed in and they finally made their decision.
03:08:13.000And the Supreme Court says that the executive order will not be in effect before the election.
03:08:27.000It says The Supreme Court on Monday blocked a Trump administration plan to dramatically change how Americans vote by mail in the lead up to the midterm elections.
03:08:37.000The Trump administration's efforts, they had said, would introduce chaos and confusion.
03:08:42.000As early voting gears up in many states.
03:08:45.000In a one paragraph explanation, the court's majority wrote that the government was unlikely to succeed on the merits at the conclusion of additional litigation on the issue.
03:08:55.000So the majority said, probably if we made a full decision, we would decide against it.
03:09:03.000Brett Kavanaugh, one of the court's conservatives, wrote a one paragraph concurrence.
03:09:07.000Writing for himself alone, he said there was at least a fair prospect.
03:09:12.000That the mail in ballot rules issued by the Postal Service fell within its purview under federal statutes, but that allowing those changes so close to the midterms would be arbitrary and capricious.
03:09:25.000State and local election officials, he wrote, would not have sufficient time to reasonably implement the changes.
03:09:32.000So the majority said it would probably fail on its merits.
03:09:37.000Kavanaugh said that's not the problem.
03:09:44.000And the states would not be prepared for this.
03:09:47.000In an eight page dissent, Justice Samuel Alito, joined by Clarence Thomas, wrote that he would have allowed the Trump administration plan to go into effect for the midterms.
03:09:57.000Justice Alito called the legal challenge a Hail Mary pass that was unlikely to succeed, and that he believed the administration would ultimately win because the Postal Service has broad authority to regulate the mail.
03:10:09.000Trump administration lawyers had urged the justices to step in and clear the way for its plan to use the Postal Service.
03:10:15.000To screen ballot envelopes after they are submitted by state election officials.
03:10:20.000The new rules would have required states to submit lists of voters approved to receive mail ballots.
03:10:27.000The Postal Service then would have delivered mail ballots only to the voters on the list.
03:10:33.000The plan would also have required states to use an envelope approved by the Postal Service, including a unique barcode for each voter.
03:10:41.000Some states have argued that redesigning ballots so close to the election would have been challenging or perhaps impossible.
03:11:21.000The IRS knows how much money you make.
03:11:24.000They know how much money you owe, but if you guess wrong, you're the problem.
03:11:29.000If you don't pay, they know and they're coming after you.
03:11:32.000When it comes down to the money, when it comes down to things like that, oh, nothing's impossible.
03:11:38.000When it comes to a $100 bill, they got special security technology on that.
03:11:44.000They can do anything when it concerns things that they actually care about, things that they matter.
03:11:50.000When it concerns voting, Which is, by the way, the essence of our government.
03:11:55.000It's a representative republic, meaning that how the citizens delegate their power is through elections, through representation.
03:12:06.000It means that the essence of our sovereignty is that we vote for our representatives.
03:12:11.000It's literally the most important thing that we do.
03:12:15.000And they say that would be impossible.
03:12:18.000It's impossible to have a special envelope, it's impossible to have a special envelope for ballots.
03:12:26.000That people vote with, just to make sure that, you know, while we're making it convenient for everybody, we can't expect you to show up in person on election day.
03:12:35.000We can't expect you to show up in person for early voting.
03:12:39.000We can't expect you to provide your information when you request an absentee ballot.
03:12:46.000And even after all this, we're making it convenient.
03:12:50.000We can't even have a special envelope just to make sure that when you're not voting on election day, not doing early voting, When you're literally just asking for a ballot and putting it in a drop box, we can't make sure that that's legitimate.
03:13:17.000The final paragraph says the chief election officials in seven GOP controlled states had also filed a brief in the case.
03:13:23.000The Republican secretaries of state in Kentucky, North Dakota, South Dakota, Georgia, New Hampshire, and Kansas.
03:13:30.000As well as the lieutenant governor of Utah, also urged the court not to allow major changes so close to the midterms.
03:13:40.000So we have nothing on election integrity.
03:13:46.000And what is sad about this is that, in my view, this is just an unforced error by the Trump administration.
03:13:55.000I would like to believe that, had Trump done this just earlier, if Trump had this executive order ready to go in January 2025, At least they couldn't make the argument that it's too soon, right?
03:14:09.000The Supreme Court said it probably would have failed on its merits, but we didn't even get that far because the Supreme Court said, forget it, it's just too close anyway.
03:14:20.000Even if it might have failed or possibly would have failed, we're not even going to consider it all the way because it's just too soon.
03:14:29.000These are the unforced errors that I'm talking about.
03:14:33.000It's like this with everything, it's like the emergency tariffs.
03:14:38.000Trump gets into office and immediately starts doing emergency tariffs.
03:16:13.000I'm not sure if this was the best way to address the voter fraud.
03:16:17.000Surely there were other ways to go about it.
03:16:20.000But okay, maybe there's a chance the post office can.
03:16:24.000Choose which voters they're going to send ballots to.
03:16:27.000We don't even know if it could have or would have worked because they just did it at the last minute.
03:16:34.000And this is what I've been talking about from the beginning Trump just does not have it in him.
03:16:41.000And now we have here another election where we're just not going to be able to make it happen.
03:16:47.000Arguably, maybe we could have won the midterms.
03:16:51.000Let's just think about an alternative timeline.
03:16:55.000There's an alternate timeline where Trump released the Epstein files and became a folk hero, right?
