00:25:29.000Everyone you know, your relationship to them, your tastes, your preferences, your habits, your whereabouts, your routines, your schedule, when you're asleep.

00:54:54.000What makes Christianity and Christ so different from the other religions is that our religion is based on the bearing of suffering for the sake of even those that persecute us.
00:55:23.000An unconditional, absolute standard of love for all of God's children, even those that are misguided, even those that persecute us, even the most heinous among us.
00:56:49.000The Canary Mission is an Israeli-funded blacklist, which since July 2025 has been confirmed to be used by the Trump administration to target students, professors, and professionals who oppose Israel and reside in the United States.

00:57:09.000In their initiative, titled Project Esther, they state that students participating in pro-Palestinian protests and activism are supporting Hamas, a group that the United States designates as a foreign terrorist organization.
00:57:21.000Therefore, pro-Palestinian students are considered to be supporting terrorism and are subject to the revocation of visas, frozen bank accounts, asset seizures, and the denial of basic constitutional rights.

02:22:37.000But they also own HBO, HBO Max, CNN, a number of other properties.
02:22:43.000And there is currently a bidding war going on between Netflix, the digital streaming service, and Skydance Paramount, which is a new conglomerate which came together in August of this year under the ownership of David Ellison.
02:23:00.000It looks like Netflix will acquire Warner Brothers.
02:23:06.000Depends on whether it gets regulatory approval from the Trump administration, but it seems that Warner Brothers is going with Netflix.
02:23:16.000That being said, the Ellisons are pulling some strings and they're trying to mount a hostile takeover of Warner Brothers.
02:23:25.000They want to acquire it by any means necessary.
02:23:28.000They may use their connections with the Trump administration.
02:23:31.000They're using sovereign wealth funds in the Middle East to finance a very large cash offering for the entire company.
02:23:41.000And we'll talk about the state of the play.
02:23:52.000It is an operation by organized Jewry to accumulate more and more media assets, I believe, so that they can control the political conversation.
02:24:08.000Related to that, we'll talk about another story tonight.
02:24:17.000Our second story tonight is about what's already happening at CBS.
02:24:22.000So as I said, Warner Brothers is sought by Skydance Paramount.
02:24:28.000Skydance Paramount is a new company that was created earlier this year when Skydance Studios, David Ellison's production company, acquired Paramount Global.
02:24:41.000And that is the CBS, Sumner Redstone media conglomerate.
02:25:13.000She is now the editor-in-chief of CBS News, and she's been making some sweeping changes, including she has appointed a new nightly news anchor, Tony Dokopil.
02:25:34.000We did a whole show about him last year.
02:25:37.000He is the infamous Jewish news anchor who grilled Todd Nahazi Coates for his brand new book last year about the Israeli genocide in the occupied Palestinian territories.
02:25:52.000He was the Jewish host that grilled this black leftist for being anti-Israel.
02:25:58.000He was admonished by the higher-ups at CBS for being editorial, but ultimately the Jewish owner of CBS, Sherry Redstone, came in and defended him because she's a pro-Israel Zionist also.
02:26:13.000This person is now the lead anchor on CBS news.
02:26:31.000Should be a pretty good show because this is one of those things that a lot of people intuitively understand, but they're not armed with the facts.
02:32:37.000If Turning Point doesn't do a good enough job on December 15th, I'm going to have to step up.
02:32:42.000And just like I exposed Tucker Carlson and just like I exposed JD Vance, I'm going to have to step up and I'm going to have to blow the lid and expose everything about Candace Owens and reveal who she really is, who her husband is, who her donors are.
02:33:00.000And unlike her, I will be naming names.
02:34:03.000So I'll be live streaming it and we'll see how it goes.
02:34:06.000And if they don't do a good enough job, then I'll be coming back for the season finale of 2025 and I'm going to put her in a coffin, metaphorically speaking.
02:37:21.000We think in terms of we need to raise awareness, get the message out there.
02:37:26.000We need to pound the pavement and get the word out and let the people know.
02:37:30.000And if enough people agree and if enough people believe the things we believe, then a political candidate will be propelled into office in a democratic election and they'll deliver the change.
02:37:47.000But when we say that Jews run Hollywood, Jews control the media, of course, both of those things are true.
02:37:54.000But it carries with it an implicit understanding of how a democratic and open society really works, which is to say that if you want to gain control over an open democratic society, you don't necessarily start in politics.
02:38:16.000You don't necessarily start running for president or running for office because the power in a liberal, democratic, capitalist society is actually centralized, like it is in any society.
02:38:32.000And it's centralized in the major businesses and where those businesses and their ownership is traded, like on Wall Street.
02:38:41.000It's centralized in the government, where all the government decisions are made about who gets the contracts and where the departments and agencies are headquartered.
02:38:52.000And it's also centralized where the mass media is produced.
02:39:19.000You would start with media, mass media, because that is what influences the hearts and minds of the people the most.
02:39:28.000You take it apart piece by piece, the open society, going for those elite institutions where power and decision-making power is concentrated, where you're going to get more bang for your buck.
02:39:40.000You're going to have more power if you have clout in New York or in LA or in DC than if you have a lot more people dispersed elsewhere in the country.
02:39:53.000And anyway, everybody sort of understands this vaguely.
02:39:58.000If they have control over the media and if they have centralized control over mass media, then they can influence the hearts and minds of hundreds of millions of people, how they think, how they talk, how they act, how they vote.
02:40:14.000And thus, this is a part of how they can gain control over government and society at large and influence government decisions, influence how politicians vote and the legislation they introduce, and so on and so forth.
02:40:33.000But what is shocking about what has been happening over the past several months is that we're seeing the stereotype come to life in real time.
02:40:44.000Now, of course, it has been the case for decades and for many years that the highly centralized mass media, it's centralized in a half dozen major media conglomerates.
02:40:57.000It has been the case for generations that almost all of those media conglomerates are owned and managed by people who are ethnically Jewish.
02:41:07.000When you're looking at Disney, the big name is Bob Iger.
02:41:13.000And when you're looking at the major cable news network like CNN, it's Zucker.
02:41:20.000And when you're looking at CBS, the titan of CBS media is Sumner Redstone.
02:41:33.000It's been the case for a very long time.
02:41:36.000Of course, we know that in the past couple of years, I don't think it's controversial to say, that the Jews who run the media have lost control over the conversation as it pertains to Israel.
02:41:49.000In the past couple of years, Israel has become extremely unpopular.
02:41:55.000And with it, the broader Jewish community has become unpopular.
02:42:00.000People have become cynical and negative attitudes have been expressed about Jewish people.
02:42:06.000It has been described as a PR problem.
02:42:09.000Others have said it's a crisis comparable to the lead up to the Holocaust.
02:42:19.000And I don't think anybody's seen anything like this in their entire lives.
02:42:22.000Never before has this conversation been so open, at least not in this century.
02:42:29.000As a result, I believe there has been a concerted effort on the part of organized Jewry to regain influence in the media, to recapture or regain control over some of these media networks, companies, and conglomerates.
02:42:49.000And if you think I'm talking in a way that is very direct, you might say the way that I'm talking, it sounds conspiratorial, or maybe it sounds cartoonish, or like a caricature.
02:43:06.000I will submit to you the facts, and you can tell me in the comments below or in the super chats whether you think anything that I'm saying sounds crazy once you've heard what has been happening.
02:43:20.000So, in the first place, I'll set the stage here.
02:43:25.000Our featured news story tonight is about the fate of Warner Brothers.
02:43:29.000Warner Brothers is one of the major media conglomerates.
02:43:33.000It owns a number of major media assets, including the Warner Brothers Hollywood Studio, which actually makes and distributes the Warner Brothers films.
02:43:44.000It owns the Warner Brothers film library, like Casablanca and The Godfather, and other major films.
02:43:54.000Warner Brothers also owns HBO, HBO Max, the streaming service, with the shows on the streaming service, like The Sopranos and Game of Thrones.
02:44:05.000Warner Brothers also owns CNN and a number of cable television channels that you probably watch.
02:44:17.000Currently, there's a bidding war going on between Netflix, the streaming service, and Skydance Paramount.
02:44:26.000Both are seeking control of Warner Brothers.
02:44:31.000And this is part of a serious competition that's going on between a lot of these new streaming media companies, content creation companies, I guess you could call them now, like Amazon, Apple, Netflix, Comcast, and Skydance Paramount.
02:44:49.000Before we get into the conversation about Warner Brothers, I first want to talk about one of the players in the bidding war, Skydance Paramount.
02:45:00.000So, first, we have to talk about Skydance Productions.
02:45:03.000For those that don't know about it, Skydance Productions is a media and financial company that was founded by David Ellison in 2010.
02:45:14.000For those that don't know, David Ellison is the son of Larry Ellison.
02:45:19.000Larry Ellison is the founder of Oracle.

02:50:28.000And one of the major trade deals that Trump has made earlier in the year with China saw the Chinese parent company ByteDance transfer ownership of TikTok from Beijing to Washington.
02:50:45.000After the U.S. Congress banned TikTok last year, it was an act of Congress that did it in 2024.
02:50:52.000TikTok was officially banned in January.
02:50:55.000When Trump came to power, he made this part of his negotiations with the Chinese state.
02:51:00.000Among other things, it was about trade.
02:51:02.000Was about semiconductors, computer chips, critical minerals.
02:51:10.000Donald Trump aggressively pushed Beijing to force the Chinese parent company ByteDance to sell TikTok to a consortium of American companies.
02:51:21.000And earlier in the year, that deal was finalized.
02:51:28.000TikTok is being sold from ByteDance to a consortium of private American companies.
02:51:35.000And the private American company that will take the biggest interest, the biggest commercial and financial stake in TikTok, is Oracle, Larry Ellison's software company.
02:51:52.000Not only does Larry Ellison get the biggest chunk of TikTok out of any of the other private companies like Andreessen Horowitz, for example, that will own TikTok, he has the biggest chunk.
02:52:05.000He will also be hosting all of the American data that is on TikTok.
02:52:12.000So if you have a TikTok account, if you have it downloaded on your phone, all of that data that TikTok receives from its American user base, it is being hosted by Oracle.
02:52:30.000Not only does Oracle have the largest financial stake and they're hosting all the TikTok data, but Oracle alone is going to get access to TikTok's algorithm.
02:52:43.000And Oracle will receive the proprietary algorithm from ByteDance that is owned by TikTok.
02:52:50.000And they will manipulate the algorithm and change it for its U.S. user base.
02:52:58.000So to recap, Larry Ellison's son, David, creates a production company called Skydance.
02:53:09.000Larry, the father, backs the merger between Skydance and Paramount.
02:53:15.000So now inside of Larry Ellison's family portfolio, you have the Skydance production company, the Paramount Production Company, Paramount Plus, Showtime, Nickelodeon, MTV, Comedy Central, CBS News.
02:53:33.000This is a deal paid for by Larry Ellison, the original company, paid for by Larry Ellison.
02:53:40.000But in addition to that, what is also part of his portfolio is TikTok, the largest financial stake out of any of the private companies that are part of the consortium that owns it, all of TikTok's data and the proprietary algorithm.

02:54:55.000They also then now own the television stations that will air the shows, the television networks, the streaming platforms that will distribute them so it gets on to Paramount Plus, Showtime.

02:55:21.000So every step of the way, Larry Ellison owns it.
02:55:26.000The studio, the licensing, the distribution, the television networks, the streaming channels on digital, and also even a social media company too, including its data, where it's literally hosted on the back end, its algorithm, and in terms of the governance of the company, too.
02:55:49.000And this is all owned by a pro-Israel Jew that has a personal relationship and friendship with the prime minister of Israel.

02:57:35.000It was in the second term that Trump, as part of a wider trade deal between the United States and China, had China compelled ByteDance to sell TikTok, at least its American business outright to Larry Ellison's company, Oracle, and to transfer the algorithm exclusively to Oracle so that it could be retooled for its American side of the business.
02:58:04.000That happened through Larry Ellison's personal connections to President Trump and his support of the Republican Party through lobbying, I'm sure through other political connections.

02:59:01.000But picking up on, it was actually a nice place for there to be a break because I was transitioning to today's news.
02:59:08.000So the reason this is all in the news today and this week is because earlier in the year, Skydance and Paramount made an offer at around $23 per share to buy Warner Brothers Studios outright.

02:59:26.000They want to acquire Warner Brothers because Warner Brothers is considered the crown jewel of Hollywood.
02:59:32.000They have the most prestigious library of content.
02:59:36.000They own HBO and HBO Max, including some of the hottest shows like The Sopranos, Game of Thrones, among other things.
02:59:44.000Warner Brothers has an actual Hollywood studio and distribution and relationships with movie theaters.
02:59:51.000So after Skydance acquired Paramount, they immediately then made an offer for Warner Brothers.
02:59:58.000If they are successful in acquiring Warner Brothers, we keep dropping.

03:01:21.000Now Netflix wants to buy Warner Brothers.
03:01:24.000In other words, the interest from Skydance Paramount triggered an auction.

03:01:33.000The owner of Warner Brothers wants to sell it outright.
03:01:38.000And this is where it brings us to today.
03:01:41.000It looks like Netflix and Warner Brothers have inked a deal.
03:01:45.000Netflix is going to acquire Warner Brothers for, I believe it's $72 billion.
03:01:52.000And now Skydance Paramount is going to try to mount a hostile takeover.

03:01:59.000It says, quote, Paramount Global has sweetened its offer to acquire Warner, offering an all-cash deal valued at $108 billion to take over the parent company of HBO, Warner Brothers Studios, and CNN, among other notable properties.
03:02:18.000It would appear to significantly outstrip the deal worth $83 billion that Netflix and Warner announced last Friday, although that agreement is solely for Warner's streaming service and studios, not its other assets.
03:02:32.000If that deal were to go through, CNN and other cable channels would be spun off.
03:02:38.000Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison and his son David, the movie producer and founder of Skydance Media, took over Paramount this summer.

03:04:51.000Netflix says it's a done deal, open and shut.
03:04:58.000However, in order for the deal to go through, it will need regulatory approval from the Trump administration.
03:05:06.000It will have to be approved under certain antitrust provisions by the Trump government.
03:05:14.000And although it's supposed to be nonpartisan, the bodies that adjudicate this, they're going to listen to the influence of President Trump.
03:05:21.000So really, it all comes down to how Trump feels about this.
03:05:25.000And let's think a little bit about the calculus here.
03:05:29.000When Skydance and the Ellison family acquired CBS, the first thing they did is they hired Barry Weiss to be the editor-in-chief.
03:06:07.000So the Ellisons are telling Trump, as a matter of fact, they called him up today.
03:06:12.000Larry Ellison called up Trump today and said, if Netflix acquires Warner Brothers, this is bad for competition in the media.
03:06:22.000They have also told Trump, if we acquire CNN, we're going to make it more Trump friendly.
03:06:30.000We're going to make it more conservative.
03:06:33.000So if you're Trump, you get to decide.
03:06:36.000Does Netflix get Warner Brothers and CNN or does Skydance Paramount and Larry Ellison?
03:06:44.000Well, Larry Ellison is a pro-Israel Jew.

03:06:51.000And Larry Ellison has promised Trump that if Trump allows Skydance Paramount to acquire Warner Brothers, that they will put a pro-Trump or a more moderate person in charge of CNN.

03:07:11.000At the same time that Larry Ellison is making an appeal to President Trump, he's also making an appeal to the shareholders of Warner Brothers.

03:07:23.000So Larry Ellison is taking the offer to the shareholders and telling them that the leadership of Warner Brothers is making a mistake, that they're going to offer more money.
03:07:33.000The shareholders will make more profits if they accept the offer from Skydance Paramount.
03:07:39.000They're trying to get the shareholders to vote in favor of that deal.
03:08:42.000They identify as proudly secular Jewish.
03:08:47.000And they're so proudly and so unashamedly and so self-identifiably Jewish that they are extremely pro-Israel and maintain close ties with the state of Israel.
03:09:03.000Because a lot of people like to say that our Israel problem has to do with Netanyahu in particular.
03:09:10.000Or they'll say it's a religious issue having to do with religious Judaism.
03:09:15.000Or they'll say it's a neoconservative issue, that it has to do with conservative ideology.
03:09:22.000But the reason that Larry Ellison supports Israel is because he is Jewish and Israel is the Jewish state.

03:10:28.000And if you become an oligarch in America, you become an oligarch in the world.
03:10:34.000You're an oligarch that is one of the richest oligarchs that exists.
03:10:40.000And if you're a rich oligarch in America and in the world, and you have influence over the American government, it makes you one of the most powerful people in the world.

03:12:36.000This is what she had to say about how she treats her media enterprise.

03:18:09.000It says, quote, many staffers at CBS News are not thrilled with editor-in-chief Barry Weiss tapping Tony Docapil as the next anchor of the network's flagship nightly news broadcast, describing the CBS Mornings host as a mediocre, straight white man.

03:21:26.000Now that Barry Weiss is the editor-in-chief, she is promoting him, even though nobody likes him, even though he's a mediocrity, to be the anchor of the CBS evening news, literally the post that was held by Walter Cronkite.
