01:04:21.000And the big news this week is that after the trial of Lindsey Clancy, the mother that murdered her three children with an exercise band, there is now the first reported copycat killing where another mom in central Illinois hanged her two year old son to death, reportedly just hours after texting her friends in a group chat.

01:04:55.000And hopefully, the last, but certainly the first instance of a mother now imitating Lindsey Clancy, murdering her child, perhaps for the infamy, maybe to get some similar notoriety.
01:05:09.000And it's very disturbing and sick and sad that this is the world we live in, but it's not really surprising.
01:06:00.000There is a brand new investigative report by Haaretz, which is a left wing Israeli source, which found that just a month before October 7th, 2023, the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, was warned about an imminent impending attack from Hamas in Gaza by the President of the UAE, the United Arab Emirates, Mohammed bin Zayed.
01:06:25.000And what the report says, it's extremely damning, is that there was an intermediary between Hamas and the UAE.
01:06:33.000This intermediary told the United Arab Emirates that a major attack was coming from Gaza, perpetrated by Hamas, that would change everything.
01:06:45.000They said it would be a surprise attack, the consequences of which would totally destabilize the region and blow up the Abraham Accords.
01:06:54.000The UAE relayed this information to Netanyahu.
01:07:01.000So the UAE, even more persistent, had a personal call with Netanyahu, Mohammed bin Zayed, MBZ as they call him, had a 45 minute call with Netanyahu and explained to him the gravity of the situation that there's an imminent surprise attack from Hamas.
01:07:20.000Even still, Netanyahu sat on the intelligence, didn't brief his intelligence agency, didn't brief the military, and then even further, He was also warned by the president of Egypt, who told him the exact same thing.
01:07:35.000Surprise attack, significant consequences perpetrated by Hamas from Gaza.
01:07:42.000And Netanyahu sat on that warning as well, didn't brief his people, didn't push any additional resources to the south on their border with Gaza.
01:07:55.000So we'll talk about the new report, comes at a very interesting time because, as you may or may not know, Israel will be holding their elections, first elections since October 7th on October 27th of this year.
01:08:11.000And one of the major questions facing the Israeli public before the election is not necessarily how Netanyahu has perpetrated the wars in Gaza, in Lebanon, against Iran.
01:08:23.000But the major question hanging over his head is what role, if any, did he have in the security failure that led to October 7th itself, which is what started all of this?
01:08:35.000And the polling shows that the Israeli public blames him, they hold him accountable.

01:08:46.000And if this report is true, and there are members of the Israeli cabinet that say it is, and the UAE and Egypt have verified its authenticity, then it might have some significant ramifications for the election.

01:31:57.000It says that about one month before the October 7th attack in 2023, Benjamin Netanyahu, the prime minister of Israel, was privately briefed in a phone call by the president of the United Arab Emirates about the forthcoming October 7th attack.
01:32:18.000In the first week of September 2023, a full month before anything happened, Mohammed bin Zayed, otherwise known as MBZ, head of the UAE, he had a 45 minute call with Netanyahu where he relayed intelligence that he gathered from an intermediary that also talked to Hamas, specifically that was talking to Yahya Sinwar.
01:32:42.000And MBZ warned Netanyahu that a massive surprise attack.
01:32:48.000Perpetrated by Hamas, originating in the Gaza Strip, was imminent against Israel, and that Netanyahu should surge forces to the border in the south in anticipation of this.
01:33:02.000The report says that Netanyahu basically sat on the intelligence, did nothing with it.
01:33:08.000At the next meeting with Shin Bet, the intelligence agency, at the next meeting of the National Security Council, Netanyahu did not even deliver this intelligence to his people.

01:33:46.000It says UAE President Mohammed bin Zayed warned Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that Hamas was.
01:33:54.000Planning a major operation against Israel days before the October 7th massacre, according to a Haaretz investigation published on Tuesday.
01:34:04.000Netanyahu reportedly dismissed the warning despite MBZ urging him to take the threat seriously.
01:34:09.000During a 45 minute conversation held just 10 days before the massacre, MBZ reportedly warned Netanyahu that the then Hamas leader, Yahya Sinwar, was planning a major operation against Israel.
01:34:23.000The UAE leader expressed concern that an attack could lead to significant bloodshed.
01:34:29.000Destabilize the region and undermine the Abraham Accords.
01:34:33.000So, in other words, he predicted exactly what would happen because that is exactly what happened.
01:34:43.000It plunged the entire region into a conflagration, which we're still involved in.
01:34:48.000Iran and Lebanon are ostensibly related to what is happening in Gaza.
01:34:53.000And of course, this did blow up the Abraham Accords, it completely derailed the accession of Saudi Arabia into the agreement and maybe potentially other countries too.
01:35:03.000It says Netanyahu failed to mention the warning in subsequent security briefings leading up to October 7th, with both the former Shin Bet chief Ronan Barr and the IDF chief of staff Herzi Halevi telling Heretz they had not been informed of the warning delivered by the president.
01:35:21.000So neither the intelligence agencies nor the military, neither of them, were forwarded the warning from MBZ.
01:35:50.000The article goes on it says the investigation said that in September 2023, Sinwar had warned through an intermediary that he was preparing a zilzal or earthquake, and later described what he was planning as the mother of all surprises and a terrifying operation.
01:36:12.000The investigation also said Egyptian intelligence chief Abbas Kamel contacted Netanyahu around the same time period and warned of something unusual, a terrifying operation being planned by Hamas.
01:36:26.000So, like I said, this is important to understand.
01:36:30.000None of this is new, actually, because we knew in 2023, we knew as early as November of 2023, three years ago.
01:36:42.000That Netanyahu had received some kind of advanced warning.
01:36:47.000This information that Netanyahu had foreknowledge of the attack, we have heard different versions of this story consistently and repeatedly since 2023.
01:36:59.000There were some reports that came out in the very immediate aftermath, which said that they had been monitoring Hamas activity in the Gaza Strip and they noticed increased activity.
01:37:14.000Was doing drills, they were training, they had heard rumors of an impending operation.
01:37:19.000They knew something like a month or weeks within the timeline of October 7th.
01:37:26.000We heard in another report about a year later, I believe it was in the summer of 2024.
01:37:30.000Again, detailed information about how Netanyahu received an intelligence briefing from his own people saying that they had seen unusual activity, they had heard rumblings about a potential attack.
01:37:49.000This is the latest confirmation of what we have known for three years, which is that Netanyahu knew in advance of the attack, sat on the intelligence from his own people, monitoring the situation from the Israeli side of the border.
01:38:06.000Now we know also ignored warnings from Egypt and the UAE.
01:38:10.000And by the way, the UAE and Egypt, they also told the United States, they told Burns, who is a CIA director under Biden, about all this.
01:38:19.000So, they were getting pressing warnings from their own people, from their own military, their own intelligence agencies, from the most powerful foreign governments, the middle powers in the region.
01:38:30.000They knew full well all the details of the operation.
01:38:35.000They knew who was doing it, where it was coming from.
01:38:38.000They knew the magnitude of the attack, and they knew something about the timing as well.
01:38:43.000They knew it was Hamas operating in Gaza, they knew it was going to be a surprise attack.
01:38:49.000In a way that is unprecedented and unexpected and great in magnitude, and they knew it was going to happen imminently.
01:38:58.000They saw them training in the early fall.
01:39:01.000And yet, not only did Netanyahu bury the intelligence, sat on it, didn't forward it to the appropriate people, he didn't action it either, didn't surge resources to the South, didn't talk to his commanders or military officials in the South.
01:39:35.000I think that what it points toward, maybe more persuasively, is that the reason Netanyahu did not action the intelligence, it's not because they're not sophisticated.

01:41:47.000And that change in perception happened not only in Israel, but maybe also more importantly in the United States.
01:41:57.000And so if you go back to October 7th, 2023, before the attacks, before that day, what is the situation in Israel in a very general sense?
01:42:08.000Well, in a very general way, what is happening in Israel is what has been happening since 1948, which is there is an ongoing debate about how Israel is going to secure its northern border.
01:42:21.000And what are they going to do about Iran with its burgeoning nuclear program no longer governed by the JCPOA?
01:42:28.000And what are they going to do about rising anti Semitism and the so called new anti Semitism of the left in America?
01:42:35.000And maybe most importantly, what are we going to do with all these Arabs living in Palestine?
01:42:40.000Living in East Jerusalem, the West Bank, and the Gaza Strip.
01:42:43.000And there were some precipitating events there, too.
01:42:46.000There were the general strike and the protests over Netanyahu's judicial reform.
01:42:53.000And there was some major contention and acrimony in the Temple Mount, where you had Jews and Muslims fighting it out about their rights.
01:43:04.000There was a very contentious situation over whether Israel could claim Jerusalem as its capital because Trump moved the embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.
01:43:15.000This is the general situation that's going on in Israel.
01:43:19.000And what October 7th did, first and foremost, again, because people think, well, October 7th is like the 9 11 of this current regional war.
01:43:30.000What 9 11 was for Iraq and Syria and Libya, this is that for Iran and Lebanon and deposing Assad.
01:43:40.000It's like a new Pearl Harbor, it's a new 9 11.
01:43:45.000But what you need to understand, maybe first and foremost, is that after October 7th, what this did, the simplest version of the idea, Is it planted the idea in the minds of Jews in Israel and in America that the status quo of Israel in the Middle East was no longer tenable?
