02:06:55.000 The Democrats are saying they will not give any money for Homeland Security unless the Republicans agree to this huge package of restrictions on how ICE can carry out their duties.

02:07:15.000 They got to get rid of the masks, a bunch of different things that will basically reduce the effectiveness of ICE as they carry out the deportations.

02:07:51.000 And that will be shut down until there can be some agreement on how we're going to deal with ICE, how the Republicans are going to restrain ICE and their ability to do their duty.

02:32:26.000 But what they're describing, they're saying that ICE is leaving the city because now if someone gets arrested for murder and they go to jail, the police will give that person to ICE.

02:32:39.000 So they're saying, we don't need 5,000 ICE agents in the city because now we have an agreement where if someone gets arrested for a horrible violent crime, well, then they'll just get turned over to ICE.

02:41:45.000 They're taking pictures of license plates to identify ICE vehicles.

02:41:49.000 Then they've got spotters placed around the city to look out for the vehicles.

02:41:54.000 And when they see them, they then deploy the activists and they deploy them in vehicles and on foot to either harass the vehicles, honking the horns, alerting illegals, or they're using their vehicles to box in ICE, or they're on foot getting in the face of ICE agents and physically confronting them, harassing them, impeding their operations, impeding actual arrests and law enforcement duties.

02:42:58.000 So then Trump deploys National Guard and Border Patrol to deal with the protesters.
