00:00:40.280 bread that you sit out, any type of food, preferably something that you've cooked

00:00:46.880 yourself, that you've put effort into it. One of the things that I like to do when I make something,

00:00:53.400 uh for instance the the hammer i'll save the shavings from the carving and and use that as

00:01:01.240 an offering to symbolize the effort and this goes the same with you know with your your food offerings
