The Financial Times of London, everybody on the City of London, Wall Street, the
00:00:05.280
multinational corporations, they're the ones trying to shut me up. They will never shut me up and never shut me down.
00:00:12.000
Let's discuss all of this with the Chairman of the Select Committee, Congressman Benny Thompson.
00:00:16.080
I know you're moving ahead with holding Steve Bannon in criminal contempt. How will this work?
00:00:21.520
Steve Bannon leaves us no choice. We gave the process every attempt to work, and so the committee
00:00:31.120
will do what we are required to do. Do you really think you'll compel testimony,
00:00:36.320
or is this meant to send a powerful message to other witnesses?
00:00:41.920
Well, I think it's both wish. Well, I think it's both wish.
00:00:47.120
Representative Benny Thompson, chair of the House Select Committee, tested positive for COVID-19.
00:00:59.920
In a statement, Thompson said he was following CDC guidelines for isolation. The diagnosis comes
00:01:05.520
just two days ahead of a scheduled televised primetime hearing for the January 6th committee.
00:01:13.520
Hey folks, guess you heard? This morning I tested positive for a coup.
00:01:19.120
What are the odds that a gentleman named Benny Thompson is vaxxed, boosted, and double boosted,
00:01:27.840
following Dr. Fauci's recommendations, that on the very day this trial starts, he comes up with COVID?
00:01:39.280
He comes up with COVID. What are the odds of that?
00:01:44.400
It is $1 billion. Why is Benny Thompson not here defending his committee, the show trial,
00:01:54.720
the Moscow show trial of the 1930s? Why is he not here in person? Does he really have COVID? Has anybody
00:02:01.920
checked at all? Or is he just saying he has COVID? Has Dr. Fauci come forward and says,
00:02:06.240
Benny Thompson really has COVID? This is an absurdity. I challenge Benny Thompson today to
00:02:11.680
have the courage to come to this courthouse. If he's going to charge somebody with a crime,
00:02:15.360
he's got to be man enough to show up here or send somebody like Shifty Shift or Fang Fang Swalwell or
00:02:21.760
send Liz Cheney. Send somebody on the committee that has the guts to come here and accuse somebody of a crime.
00:02:27.760
It is outrageous. And for them to sit there and try to get a complete hearing,
00:02:32.240
and they won't bring in any testimony. Any testimony about FBI involvement, DHS involvement,
00:02:38.480
any testimony about any other involvement, and what's driving this. The total and complete
00:02:43.840
illegitimacy of Joe Biden. I stand with Trump and the Constitution.
00:02:52.080
Crime was committed. It's to put the information out there. And, you know, the Department of Justice
00:02:59.040
doesn't need to wait on us to do something. I sure as hell hope that Merrick Garland has an open
00:03:03.840
criminal investigation into Donald Trump. I mean, with what we've laid out there, with all of the
00:03:07.840
information that is publicly available as well, because your earlier guest said this was just all
00:03:12.640
done in public. Like, no one needs to wait for some formality from our committee to have that ball in motion.
00:03:22.640
So there's no excuse, no excuse for anyone being unvaccinated. This continues to be a pandemic of
00:03:29.680
the unvaccinated. So we've got to make more progress. You're okay. You're not going to,
00:03:35.520
you're not going to get COVID if you have these vaccinations. Yeah.
00:03:39.040
Thank you, Corinne. Let me follow on Dr. O'Connor. Neither of you has seen the president today.
00:03:48.240
Neither of you is treating the president. The question is, when will Dr. O'Connor come out?
00:03:54.320
Because to just put out a statement and shield them from questions would be the least transparency
00:04:00.160
of any White House in 50 years on a presidential illness. Wow. I wholeheartedly disagree on your
00:04:06.160
last statement. Wholeheartedly disagree on your last statement. So we are doing this very differently,
00:04:13.680
very differently than I would argue than the last administration. And I'm happy to have that
00:04:26.240
The president has mild symptoms. He's able to do the business of the American people from
00:04:32.880
the residents. And that's what matters right now.
00:04:38.800
Ladies and gentlemen, today is 22 July, year of our Lord 2022. And you are in war room in the field,
00:04:51.200
Tampa, Florida. We have decamped Washington, DC, the imperial capital for the free state of Florida
00:04:59.200
under the administration of Governor Ron DeSantis, who will be joining us here in this room later this
00:05:07.680
evening as the Turning Point USA, SAS, the Student Action Summit, commences here. The centerpiece,
00:05:14.640
the focal point of freedom, the focal point and the center of the conservative galaxy here in Tampa,
00:05:20.880
Florida. This weekend, we've got Governor DeSantis tonight. President Trump also will be speaking
00:05:25.680
tonight over in Arizona. Then President Trump flies. He'll be joining us here, Tampa, Florida,
00:05:30.480
tomorrow night. You do not want to miss this. The incredible show that we have for you today
00:05:36.400
as well is in so packed because as we're here and we are having a celebration of America,
00:05:41.840
a celebration of freedom, a celebration of what is to come. 5,000 people have come together in this
00:05:49.600
convention. They're going to be coming in behind me. You might see him walking around, but we understand
00:05:53.840
that the news does not stop. Now, Stephen K. Bannon, he is not here right now because he is facing trial.
00:05:59.920
He is on this final day and he is elected to call no witnesses in his own trial. We're going to have
00:06:05.520
Mike Davis come up in a minute. We're going to have him give an update on the trial, everything
00:06:09.440
that's going on. We're going to go to Ben Harnwell in Rome. We've got so many people, huge, huge
00:06:14.400
packed story. We have a candidate, by the way, attacked on the stump last night. New York State,
00:06:21.200
upstate New York, Congressman Lee Zeldin. He's running for governor, attacked with a bladed weapon
00:06:26.480
outside of upstate New York at a VFW rally that he was holding. This is what's going on in our
00:06:32.960
country. We're seeing this as the GOP, Rasmussen, they sent me the numbers this morning, hot off the
00:06:38.080
press, Rasmussen, GOP opening up a 10-point lead in the generic congressional polls, highest that we've
00:06:44.720
ever seen from Axios. We've seen from their new numbers that the GDP, they're worried, the White House
00:06:52.000
is worried that the GDP might come out next year. We are going to see this contraction next week,
00:06:56.720
and worries of a recession. They're already starting to work the numbers on that, work the messaging.
00:07:02.400
President Biden, AWOL. We do not know where the president is. We do not know the status of the
00:07:08.800
president. And as I said yesterday, I believe that this will be the moment that Kamala Harris
00:07:14.400
has the ability to try to push him out of the way. And you saw the White House Correspondents
00:07:19.520
Association yesterday for 40 minutes go full Columbo, full court press. It's like you flipped
00:07:26.000
a switch and they turned into actual journalists for a second. All of this going on. They're pushing
00:07:31.280
Biden out. They want to bring Kamala Harris in, pull her in off the world stage. And before we go to
00:07:36.560
Davis, though, I have to I have to say I'm a little bit confused because here with me in Tampa, I've
00:07:42.800
got this this gentleman to my side who's shown up with with a bag of of of some some kind of orange
00:07:51.040
colored delectable. What? What? What? What? What's going on? It's my brother, folks. It's Kevin
00:07:57.360
Posobiec shows up. And what do you have here? What is this?
00:08:03.360
The citrus sweetness. That's right, because we need the vitamin D. And as Dr. Malone told us
00:08:19.040
earlier this week, as Dr. Malone told us this week, it is the vitamin D. That is how you fight
00:08:24.720
depression so well, because the stories are coming out that the serotonin levels, this chemical
00:08:29.360
imbalance, it was all bunk. It was bunk for so long. The vitamin D. That's what we need.
00:08:33.360
I have about three of them. All right. We're going to meet him during the break. But I want
00:08:37.680
to bring in now I want to bring in Mike Davis, because as we said, we're down here in Tampa,
00:08:41.520
but up in D.C., we've got Stephen K. Bannon facing off against the regime, closing arguments expected
00:08:48.320
to come today. Mike Davis, walk us through what's going on the last couple of days of the trial.
00:08:53.760
And where does where does Steve Bannon find himself right now? Well, Steve Bannon had a major
00:09:00.000
legal error happen in his trial where the judge said that he could not present evidence that
00:09:07.040
President Trump asserted executive privilege in this case. President Trump absolutely asserted
00:09:12.320
executive privilege as confirmed by a letter on July 9th, 2022, saying that Stephen K. Bannon cannot
00:09:20.240
cooperate with the January 6th commission because of executive privilege. We've had executive privilege
00:09:24.960
going back to George Washington. What it does is it protects presidential advice between a president
00:09:33.200
and his advisers. And the Supreme Court has held that that applies to former presidents. Former
00:09:41.360
presidents can maintain executive privilege after they leave office. And the Office of Legal Counsel,
00:09:47.760
OLC, the General Counsel for the Executive Branch at the Department of Justice, has an opinion from
00:09:55.120
2007 that outside advisors to the president are protected by executive privilege, meaning the fact
00:10:01.120
that Steve Bannon was a former White House staffer does not mean that he does not enjoy executive
00:10:06.880
privilege. So the fact that this judge did not allow Steve Bannon to put on this defense is a
00:10:13.200
reversible error. It's a legal error. It destroyed Steve Bannon's case. Steve Bannon has no defense
00:10:19.520
now because the judge erred, legally erred, majorly legally erred by stripping this Steve Bannon's
00:10:27.760
ability to put forward this evidence of executive privilege. Well, Mike, what's so confusing to I
00:10:34.160
think the jury and a lot of people watching this is that the letter, though, that was written by President
00:10:39.520
Trump that was delivered to Steve Bannon about executive privilege also was introduced in the
00:10:45.760
trial. And yet the judge came around and we had Viva Fry on. He's doing the podcast over for Post
00:10:50.160
Millennial. And he said that the judge was a lot. He allowed the letter to be introduced, but he said
00:10:55.840
do not worry about the underlying truth of the matter itself. What is going on here with this judge?
00:11:02.320
This judge, I think the judge may realize that he screwed up royally by not allowing Steve Bannon to put
00:11:08.880
forward this evidence that President Trump asserted executive privilege in this case.
00:11:13.440
The government needed this evidence. And so the judge let the government backdoor this evidence
00:11:19.760
at the last minute through this hearsay letter. But the judge did not allow Steve Bannon to
00:11:26.640
call the appropriate witnesses and call the appropriate evidence to put forward the fact that
00:11:32.560
President Trump asserted executive privilege. I think where the judge may have gotten confused is
00:11:37.840
he may have gotten confused whether there is a valid claim of executive privilege as a matter of law
00:11:44.000
versus as a matter of fact whether executive privilege was asserted by former President Trump
00:11:50.960
making it impossible for Steve Bannon to cooperate with the January 6th committee.
00:11:56.240
Well, and this is exactly what what Viva was talking about yesterday, because there's a difference here
00:12:03.360
between whether or not, right, whether or not Steve Bannon, his analysis of the law is not actually
00:12:11.040
what's at question here, because it was his lawyers that went to him that gave him this. This was the
00:12:15.680
advice of counsel, acting on advice of counsel. And so the idea being, though, there is no mens rea.
00:12:21.360
There's no criminal intent on the behalf of Stephen K. Bannon regarding this situation.
00:12:26.720
And so the question, of course, becomes if he had no criminal intent, then how can they say that a
00:12:31.440
crime was committed? That's the entire point. They could have brought in President Trump himself
00:12:36.400
to go on the stand and say, yes, I invoked executive privilege, but they didn't allow any of that.
00:12:41.200
Yeah, I mean, here's the issue. This is where the January 6th commission working hand in glove with
00:12:47.360
the Biden Justice Department made a legal mistake here and violated Steve Bannon's constitutional rights,
00:12:54.240
that they should have resolved this through civil litigation. If there's a dispute between President
00:12:59.600
Trump and President Biden about whether there's a valid assertion of executive privilege as a matter
00:13:05.200
of law, whether it's because they're saying that former President Trump can't assert executive
00:13:10.000
privilege. Well, the Supreme Court's already said that he can back in 1973 in the Nixon case.
00:13:15.600
Or if they're saying that a former presidential advisor that you can't have executive privilege
00:13:21.200
with an outside advisor, well, the Office of Legal Counsel has already determined that you can. But
00:13:26.160
those are issues that should have been resolved in civil litigation in the court instead of going right
00:13:31.760
to criminal contempt. These highly unusual, unprecedented actually, criminal contempt charges against
00:13:39.600
presidential advisor Stephen K. Bannon over executive privilege. This just shows that the
00:13:46.640
the January 6th commission is partisan and out of control. And usually the Justice Department
00:13:53.040
has a check on that, but the Biden Justice Department is working hand in glove.
00:13:57.600
Now, Mike, we're down to one minute. We know closing arguments are today. Do you expect a verdict
00:14:02.160
today? Final thoughts. Do you expect a verdict today? The trial for Stephen K. Bannon?
00:14:06.240
Yeah, I expect the jury to find Bannon guilty because he was not able to put up a defense.
00:14:10.800
The issue is, is this is going to go up to the D.C. Circuit, which is stacked by Obama liberals.
00:14:15.200
And so then it will have to be resolved by the Supreme Court if the Supreme Court decides to take this
00:14:19.920
case and correct an egregious legal error that affects every president going forward.
00:14:25.520
Right. Every single potential president now focused on this. Is executive privilege allowed in this
00:14:33.360
country? Mike Davis, thank you so much for coming up next. We're going to Rome. We're going to Ben
00:14:37.600
Harmwell up in Rome for a complete walk down of everything that's going on in the world. Stay tuned.

And I know it's never good when your nation's supposed authority on economic policy completely
00:15:06.000
misses the flashing red lights of impending inflation. Now, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen
00:15:12.160
has finally admitted, quote, there's been an unanticipated and large shocks to the economy
00:15:17.360
that have boosted energy and food prices and supply bottlenecks that affected our economy badly
00:15:22.880
that I didn't at the time fully understand. End quote. You know who understands the real threat of

War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon. The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon
00:16:31.280
hide. War Room Pandemic. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon. All right, Jack Posobiec here live, Tampa,
00:16:43.520
Florida. We're at the Student Action Summit. Packed show though for the War Room. We've got so much going
00:16:49.280
on and I'm joined today here in person by my brother, Kevin. And Kevin's got a giant bag of
00:16:56.120
Florida oranges. Now I was thinking, by the way, how cool would it be, Kev, if everyone went to their
00:17:01.700
getter profiles, their social media profiles. We know that President Trump is under attack right now.
00:17:07.000
Yeah. The Jan 6th committee is coming for him. They're talking about charges. They're doing anything
00:17:10.940
they can. If you want to show your support for President Trump, what can you do in your profile,
00:17:15.300
Kev? What can they do? Post orange. Let's get oranges up. So take that orange emoji, post it up,
00:17:21.420
put it in your bio. Should I start juggling these? Put it in your bio. Wait, you want to juggle?
00:17:24.580
No, I can't do that. There's no juggling in the war room, Kevin. I can't do that here.
00:17:26.880
There's no, not even, and we're, this is War Room in the field. There's no juggling on camera.
00:17:31.320
Yeah, there's not. There's not. I could do it one hand one time. All right, one hand. You work on that.
00:17:36.200
So we're going to get, put it in your profile, put the orange up in your, put the emoji in your bio,
00:17:41.840
get your oranges up, throw them up. A beautiful day in the Bay, a beautiful day across this country
00:17:46.300
for the orange man himself, orange man good. But I want to go to the Rome man. And now we've got
00:17:52.760
Ben Harnwell up in Rome. He's up there. My brother and I, you know, Ben, we actually just got back from
00:17:58.480
Rome and we had an incredible trip there. We had the Vatican, Piazza Navona we were staying at,
00:18:03.180
but Ben, you got an incredible update for us as you've been documenting in real time. You called
00:18:08.460
this the fall of the Italian government, the resignation of Draghi. And what is the latest
00:18:13.280
update? Good morning, Jack. Morning, Kevin. So the situation as of yesterday, remember when,
00:18:20.940
when we were broadcasting right outside the official presidential residence was that, um, the
00:18:27.520
speakers of both the lower house and the upper house of the Italian parliament, you can just actually
00:18:32.580
see the, the, the lower house, the Italian equivalent of the house of representatives just
00:18:37.160
over, just over where my finger is there. That's it there. Um, both speakers went over to, to the
00:18:42.180
president. There was basically no conversation, Jack, about trying to get a new government scratched
00:18:48.600
out to last through until the projected, uh, general election in spring of next year. So yesterday
00:18:56.400
evening, last night, president Sergio Mattarella, uh, signed the official decree dissolving parliament
00:19:03.140
and calling fresh elections for September the 25th. So now instead of taking off a long summer, which
00:19:10.340
Italians just love doing, the whole political establishment is now going to be in maximum
00:19:15.320
fighting gear right through the summer, all the way through to the end of September. And we're going, I'm going to
00:19:21.760
give now for the war room three things that I, uh, three factors that I think are going to be quite
00:19:26.800
important over the next couple of months. The first is the inter-party wrangling. There's a coalition
00:19:32.440
system here, uh, thanks to the appalling, uh, constitute Italian constitution. So you never really get
00:19:39.200
a strong, stable government, but they're just packed together parties. I think that this actual, uh,
00:19:46.380
parliamentary mandate, which was dissolved yesterday had three governments in four years and that's
00:19:51.200
par for the course. And there've been 67, in fact, governments since the, the, the end of the
00:19:56.900
second world war, 70 or so years. So there's going to be the wrangling between the parties, both before
00:20:03.040
the elections and then after the elections. That's going to be instrumental to decide what the color of
00:20:09.060
the new government is going to be like. In addition to that, the, the, the sword of Damocles hanging over
00:20:15.600
that discussion is something called the, the PNRR, which is the 750 billion euro bailout from the
00:20:25.980
European union. Obviously it's European taxpayers' money that's paid over to Brussels. Brussels then
00:20:30.820
hands it back out. The largest recipients of this PNRR fund is actually Italy. Um, and they're going to
00:20:38.260
get, uh, 191 billion euros. Um, Italy's already had the first tranche of 20 billion. Um, so there's
00:20:46.500
a lot more to get. The question is, and this is the, the, the, the glue, if you like, that kept the
00:20:51.740
Draghi government held together is will the Italian government and having elections in the end of
00:20:58.480
September has already thrown into jeopardy the, the autumnal budget debate. Will this shock to the
00:21:06.020
Italian political system to put the PNRR now in doubt, which is very much needed? It's, it's,
00:21:13.380
Italy's bankrupt, uh, basically. So if this money comes through, it'll be able to call forwards a
00:21:19.560
little bit longer. That is really the big question on everyone's minds. And it's going to, as I say,
00:21:24.200
color the elections going forward. The third factor, Jack, I would outline, um, very briefly is the
00:21:30.800
situation now with Giorgia Meloni, who is the leader of Fratelli d'Italia, the brothers of Italy,
00:21:38.400
which according to the polls is now the leading political party. Now, Giorgia Meloni was, um,
00:21:47.240
unusually for a center white political party, the most vociferous, one of the most vociferous
00:21:53.640
voices inside the coalition governments behind Mario Draghi's position with regards to Ukraine.
00:22:01.060
Um, the other two center-right parties that are allied to her, which are Silvio Berlusconi's party,
00:22:08.980
um, and, um, Matteo Salvini's party, they, they took a far more hesitant approach, having strong
00:22:16.000
personal relations with Vladimir Putin. Giorgia Meloni, instead, she had a, she was very much behind
00:22:22.920
the, the Draghi position. This is also, therefore, another dynamic, as I, as I'd mentioned yesterday
00:22:28.740
and a few days before, with, with this government having fallen now, and it was the most vociferously
00:22:34.260
pro-Zelensky government in the European Union, with this government now falling, the question is,
00:22:40.680
which of the other European Union countries will now step forward and take that place? Bearing in mind
00:22:47.260
that what had happened in Sri Lanka a few weeks ago now happened here. These are both direct cause and
00:22:54.500
effect consequences of the, of the Ukraine war. A government in the European Union has now fallen
00:23:02.100
because of this issue, because of the catastrophically high prices and the cost of living crisis. And once
00:23:08.320
one government falls, and Mario Draghi was the epitome of the European Union establishment, having been
00:23:13.940
president of the European Central Bank, when a country, when a government like Italy falls with,
00:23:18.900
with that government, with all the establishment support behind it, other member states are asking
00:23:23.320
who's next. And I'll simply say that I think France and Germany are two countries that are going to be
00:23:28.780
extremely cautious about, um, about pursuing a radically pro-Ukraine position right now. And I'll just
00:23:37.740
close, Jack, with the, I have been able to confirm what I had suggested yesterday, that at the same
00:23:43.560
time, Mario Draghi was formally giving his resignation to the president of the Republic, Russia was
00:23:50.260
augmenting its gas supply by 71% to, uh, to Italy. So there's also this other dynamic, uh, in play to do
00:24:01.320
with the energy shortages. Well, so Ben, what you're saying is essentially, we're starting to see a
00:24:08.140
domino effect here. And that the countries that are most vulnerable in this situation, we now see
00:24:14.780
that Russia is able to use, and this is exactly what President Trump predicted, they are able to use their
00:24:20.920
control over these gas taps to get the governments that they want across Europe. This is also why you're
00:24:27.780
seeing European Central Bank. They just said they got to come out. They're raising rates. The IEA chief says
00:24:33.220
they're cutting gas 20% across Europe. They've got to contract because all they were doing is settling
00:24:39.840
down on these green policies. They're pushing the Green New Deal type policies. That's why we saw the
00:24:43.820
government in Netherlands facing the farmer uprising, the Dutch. Have they put themselves up? Ben, what is going on?
00:24:50.580
Are they going to continue to push this policy of continuing to exacerbate the situation in Ukraine?
00:24:58.220
To go toe to toe with the Russians? Because we just saw, by the way, U.S. Treasury just said that
00:25:02.700
they're going to start floating Russian bonds again. They just put that out today. So the question is,
00:25:07.440
where'd the sanctions go? What was that? What were the sanctions all about? If you're getting back
00:25:11.300
in with Russian bonds, now we're turning it around. They have no other choice at this point than to go
00:25:18.900
back. They're running over to Azerbaijan. They're running to Qatar. They're running all over the place.
00:25:23.400
You can't turn on a nuclear facility in a week. They have no choice. And Ben, I said this the other
00:25:31.440
day. I think Germany, Scholz, is going to get to the same point when he realizes that they don't have
00:25:36.640
a choice. But they do have two pipelines called Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 that are already
00:25:43.040
built. Yeah, yeah, Jack, look, you're absolutely right. I think with the fall of the government here
00:25:48.580
in Italy, in chancellors across the European continent, political leaders are just realizing
00:25:54.680
now that the show's getting real. And if, yeah, politicians are opportunists, sure, they'll put
00:26:01.640
their own people on the back burner and support other countries at the drop of a hat. But when it,
00:26:08.520
when the prospect of losing office just comes up and hits you in front of your nose, then that becomes,
00:26:15.180
well, I say that, there's been no back, there's been, you know, that's the situation in America,
00:26:19.000
and I've not seen presently any particularly grand change of position on behalf of the Biden
00:26:25.420
administration. And that's looking a defeat of its own creating. Joe, Joe Biden, Joe Biden just
00:26:31.880
stepped off the stage yesterday. First, he says he has cancer. Then he says he has COVID. They took
00:26:36.600
him off. He's going to be taking a couple of days off now. He's resting. They're going to juice him up.
00:26:41.100
They're going to try to get he's regenerating. Biden's down. Biden down hard right now. They're taking
00:26:45.980
him away. Kamala Harris is going to be stepping up. Ben, one minute left. Close us out. Where can
00:26:51.460
people follow you? You're going to be doing a live stream today on all this? I might do. I'm waiting
00:26:56.760
to get something confirmed. I might do. I'll close with this point, Jack. And if folks want to hear
00:27:02.240
any more of this, follow me on Getter. I'm exclusively on Getter. That's it, Mike. And my profile is at
00:27:09.400
Harnwell. Now, as you basically said, the European Central Bank raised interest rates across the whole of
00:27:14.700
the European Union, the Eurozone, that is, I should say, for the first time in 11 years. And it wasn't
00:27:19.420
the quarter point rise that everyone was expecting. It was a full half point rise. That is really going
00:27:25.320
to, you know, the European economy is already circling around the toilet as it is, Jack.
00:27:30.480
We're now heading into a recession. And I think at a future point, we're going to look back on the
00:27:35.880
fall of the Draghi government and say, as far as the Western support for President Zelensky goes,
00:27:42.960
this was the turning point. It was with the fall of this government that we magnified if,
00:27:49.680
as you're saying, the Biden administration is now also going to take a slight backstep.
00:27:57.580
That's exactly right. This is the Lehman Brothers moment. Thank you so much, Ben. We're
00:28:01.100
going to make sure everyone keeps following you for all the updates. We're coming back. We've got a
00:28:05.160
huge show. We're going to be bringing on soon, Benny Johnson from Turning Point USA to give us a full
00:28:10.140
update. What's going on? Biden administration, what's going on with the numbers for Congress?
00:28:14.200
Stay tuned. Turning Point Sass and War Room continues from Tampa.
00:28:17.140
We will fight till they're all gone. We rejoice when they're no more. Let's take down the CCP.
00:28:24.180
With the recent rulings from the Supreme Court, it's worth mentioning that these wins
00:28:28.300
didn't happen on their own. It took the support of companies like Patriot Mobile,
00:28:33.140
who have passionately fought on behalf of the unborn in your constitutional rights.
00:28:37.720
Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative mobile phone provider. They have
00:28:43.560
been on the front lines fighting for your values. This is why Patriot Mobile is different from every
00:28:49.560
other provider out there. Inflation has made it really hard on many Americans. Thankfully,
00:28:53.900
Patriot Mobile has plans for almost any budget, and they offer the same nationwide coverage as all
00:29:00.060
the major carriers. So you get the same great service plus the knowledge that your money is going to
00:29:05.780
accompany fighting for the sanctity of life, religious freedom, and your Second Amendment.
00:29:13.000
Go to PatriotMobile.com. That's all one word, PatriotMobile.com, slash Bannon, or call 972-PATRIOT.

00:30:00.180
Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon. The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
00:30:06.600
War Room. Pandemic. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:30:14.880
Jack Posobiec sitting in Stephen K. Bannon on trial, facing off against the regime,
00:30:21.600
Washington, D.C. We have decamped. This is War Room in the field, Tampa, Florida, and we are here,
00:30:27.280
and Kevin, my brother, is with me, to prove that he's got an entire bag of Florida oranges.
00:30:34.280
Now, Kevin, are you going to try to finish this entire bag as we sit here on the War Room show?
00:30:39.240
There's a strong possibility of that. I was going to say, though, Jack, maybe we could get Ben to
00:30:43.320
send us some oranges from Rome. Do you remember those orange blossoms from Rome?
00:30:48.940
They're probably second. I mean, Florida's got to be number one in the world, but...
00:30:56.320
We need to. He needs the vitamin C. He needs the vitamin C. Oh, my goodness.
00:31:00.500
Well, he is pretty sick. He is absolutely sick.
00:31:02.740
And who better to bring on to talk with us about how sick and old our president is
00:31:09.740
and how it's affecting the entire country than Benny Johnson, the host of the Benny Johnson show.
00:31:16.140
He's a host over at Newsmax. He's here at Turning Point, a huge part of the event.
00:31:20.860
He's going to be coming by later today. Benny Johnson, thank you so much for joining us here today on the War Room.
00:31:26.500
Jack, of course. It's a privilege and an honor to be on the War Room for the first time.
00:31:30.200
Also, I have to lead in by saying this. I am not Benny Thompson.
00:31:37.080
Benny Thompson is a Democrat member of Congress running the J6 Committee.
00:31:40.860
Some people tweeted at me recently, hey, Stephen Bannon is coming after Benny Johnson.
00:31:46.920
I'm sorry. That was a bit of a mess up with the mic when Steve Bannon was talking outside the courtroom.
00:31:54.900
He's like a 70-year-old black member of Congress from the Carolinas, I believe.
00:32:05.700
Okay, but that being said, what would it be like if Benny Johnson actually was running the January 6th committee?
00:32:13.420
What would that actually be? Walk us through that.
00:32:14.760
So every single day, you would have Adam Kinzinger crying.
00:32:19.220
Adam Kinzinger crying memes were the hottest thing a couple of months ago.
00:32:23.320
He hasn't cried since. That's a real problem for the meme economy.
00:32:27.160
We really got to get more Kinzinger crying memes.
00:32:29.820
His salty, salty tears, they're delicious. They taste like ice cream.
00:32:33.280
They fuel us. And we would like to have more tears from Adam Kinzinger.
00:32:36.520
If I were running the committee, that would be the sole goal of the committee, also the prosecution of the Antifa members who were there on January 6th.
00:32:46.120
100%. Now, Benny, we were talking during the break a little bit.
00:32:49.740
We've got a situation now, right? Serious situation.
00:32:52.820
The president of the United States tells us he has cancer.
00:33:05.860
A war in East Asia, or excuse me, a war in East Europe.
00:33:08.360
And then in East Asia, the CCP is looking at Taiwan.
00:33:11.860
They're eyeing them up at the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait.
00:33:15.220
What does it mean by the fact that we've got this guy who doesn't even seem to be able to make it through a single week on the job?
00:33:22.900
Well, I was looking up an allegory here, and I was very interested in what you said yesterday, Jack, about Kamala's moment.
00:33:28.340
And I think the best metaphor here is Tom Brady's start in the NFL.
00:33:31.540
And I'm not comparing Kamala Harris to Tom Brady, but Drew Bledsoe, the number one draft pick, Tom Brady was like the number 900th draft pick.
00:33:40.040
But Drew Bledsoe went down with a near career-ending injury, giving Tom Brady his shot at quarterbacking the Patriots.
00:33:49.020
And I think Team Kamala is seeing this moment as their opportunity to sneak into the starting quarterback position and start making moves.
00:33:57.780
And, of course, I think it does not transmit any type of strength.
00:34:04.720
Everybody can see that he has training wheels on his bicycle, that he is currently unable to carry himself up the stairs.
00:34:14.580
We had recent revelations from Tucker Carlson that Joe Biden takes pills to have senility on the campaign trail.
00:34:30.500
And what that means is a trip to Delaware where there are no visitor logs, where he's inside of a walled compound.
00:34:36.480
We've gone to his multimillion-dollar mansion on the beach in Delaware.
00:34:38.840
Strange how all the purveyors of climate change always have multimillion-dollar homes right on the beach.
00:34:46.200
You'd think they'd be up in the mountains if they actually believed this stuff.
00:34:49.000
But nonetheless, Joe Biden has this compound that's walled, that's protected.
00:34:55.400
All we see is him doddering around on his little bicycle every once in a while, his mongoose.
00:35:01.100
And they take the training wheels off, and you see what happens.
00:35:07.800
What does it say that we have a situation like this?
00:35:12.440
I think we all know this is why Putin decided to make his move in Ukraine.
00:35:16.180
By the way, they're also talking about expanding their military operation, the special military operation in Ukraine.
00:35:21.560
But if you're Kamala Harris, you're sitting there in this situation, I think what she's going to do, and this is my contention.
00:35:30.260
I said it on Human Events Daily just now when we recorded the morning show.
00:35:35.000
And, Benny, whether or not we do see an actual designation, right, of her as acting president.
00:35:43.940
For example, if Biden goes to Walter Reed, if he takes a turn for the worse,
00:35:48.160
if he heads out and he has to undergo any type of procedure, anything like this,
00:35:53.300
you might see a designation of the presidential powers fall to Kamala Harris.
00:35:56.480
It's already happened before, and so I've said to embrace the suck,
00:35:59.960
Kamala Harris, United States of America, will be your first female president of the United States.
00:36:07.080
But I think, here's my contention, and I'll throw it to you to see what you think,
00:36:14.000
She's going to try to make her mark, because we all know that she wants to run in 24.
00:36:17.440
We're also seeing that Hillary Clinton wants to run, Gavin Newsom wants to run, right?
00:36:21.140
But Kamala Harris is going to try to make some milestone moment that she can then refer back to
00:36:27.180
and say, when President Biden fell ill, I stepped up and I was able to.
00:36:32.680
And then here's the thing, I'm not quite sure yet what that accomplishment might be.
00:36:39.860
What do you think are some of the things that Kamala might try to get into while, essentially, the cat is gone, the mice will play?
00:36:49.680
She's effectively now got a free hand in the White House.
00:36:55.000
I don't know the creation of the first COVID ice cream flavor.
00:36:57.480
That's what the meme economy is saying that Kamala is working on right now.
00:37:01.300
We know that Gavin Newsom went to the White House recently and had to meet with Kamala Harris and placate Jill Biden to say, according to reports, that Kamala wasn't going to primary Joe Biden in 2024.
00:37:14.620
I got to tell you, if you're Jill Biden right now and you're sitting in Washington, D.C. and you're up there and you hear Joe Biden doddering around inside of the executive mansion there in the, you know, the east wing of the White House and you hear him and he's in his mustard stained bathrobe and he's fumbling with the remote and he's trying to figure out how to turn on Matlock or the Andy Griffith show.
00:37:34.600
And, you know, the Werther's originals get stuck in his denture one more time, you know, and you're Jill Biden, you're sitting there and you're like, wow, how are we going to recover from this?
00:37:44.340
And you just hear the echo of Kamala Harris's cackle, right?
00:37:48.460
Like, that's what you hear faintly coming down the hall, like the cackle of Kamala Harris echoing through the halls of the White House.
00:37:55.440
And also, Jill Biden, yo, she's not a real doctor, but she's a doctor enough to know that Donald Trump went to Walter Reed with this same illness.
00:38:03.840
Donald Trump had a, you know, pneumonia spring up when he got COVID.
00:38:09.460
Donald Trump is in a much better physical position and a much better mental position, a much better moral position, a much better position of strength than Joe Biden has ever been in his presidency.
00:38:24.880
It really sucks to get COVID depending on, you know, where you're at.
00:38:30.420
I know you're a pretty healthy dude, Jack, but it's it really can't drop you down.
00:38:38.360
I think it's bad times right now in the East Wing.
00:38:40.660
And I think Jill Biden is sitting there, you know, counting her tacos.
00:38:46.780
You know, when I got COVID, right, and I've said this publicly a few times, it felt to me like no virus, no sickness that I've ever had in my entire life.
00:39:00.060
It felt like there was some kind of mechanical element to it, the way it affects you, the way it directly affects multiple systems.
00:39:10.100
It comes, it goes, you get better, you get worse.
00:39:14.940
And I've talked to other people about this, Benny.
00:39:17.080
And let me ask, was that your experience as well?
00:39:18.720
Did it feel like it was something almost artificial when you had it?
00:39:32.440
And so we get ourselves through without any big pharma help, right?
00:39:36.820
And so we really do, in the Johnson household, sunlight, activity, walking outside.
00:39:48.020
These are the treatments that were given to us from heaven.
00:39:49.940
And these are how you should treat the vast majority of regular, everyday symptoms and
00:39:58.400
And again, my wife, a trained medical professional with over 15 years of top-tier nursing experience.
00:40:04.100
And anyone who knows the medical profession knows that the nurses are the ones who do the
00:40:19.960
And it was, I got it over Christmas, like two years ago.
00:40:24.100
So I got original COVID, like the OG COVID, the bat soup straight from Wuhan, direct COVID,
00:40:34.440
Not like the cheap knockoff imitation stuff they sell in the streets of New York, but the
00:40:43.440
And if Joe Biden's got it, man, the dude's in exactly the kind of shape that you don't
00:40:55.240
And we've seen people, this is where they were putting people on ventilators.
00:40:59.900
But Benny, I have to also mention, because you sent me a video earlier this week, you're
00:41:05.480
putting out a new investigation, an investigative piece that you've done here on the streets
00:41:10.840
of Tampa, if I remember correctly, a specific area where you were going around and conducting.
00:41:15.380
We've seen these polls lately talking about how Hispanics are moving.
00:41:20.560
By the way, inflation is driving a lot of that.
00:41:23.760
Because if you look at Mexico, you look at Central America, you look at South America,
00:41:27.200
it was inflation that destroyed so many of these countries.
00:41:31.580
And so people who have moved here from those areas, they understand the damage, the severe
00:41:38.000
But you went in and you were conducting a little bit of an experiment in the community.
00:41:44.660
Instead of referring to the second largest Latino population in the world, I was shocked
00:41:51.120
It was actually the CEO of Goya that pointed that out to me, that the second largest Latino
00:42:02.040
And so America has a massive and growing Latino population.
00:42:05.380
And we can talk about the reasons that is and some of the illegal reasons that Biden
00:42:12.720
And so the left likes to take this gigantic portion of the American public and call them
00:42:30.500
This isn't actually like a this this isn't like a like a gamer handle or a profile on
00:42:36.660
It's actually a thing they refer to Latin Americans as because it's a mark against gendered
00:42:46.160
So the A and the O Spanish is a gendered language.
00:42:49.120
So you have feminine and you have masculine words.
00:42:51.700
And so they decide that because feminine and masculine can no longer exist, they have to
00:42:56.620
We are coming up on we're coming up on our one minute here.
00:43:00.000
If I could just get your final thought on that and let people know where to follow you.
00:43:04.140
So I went to the streets of Tampa and I asked Latino people if they are Latinx's and they
00:43:10.040
The follow up will probably be asking them if they are tacos, simply quoting Jill Biden.
00:43:16.580
I hope we can come back on The War Room when we have that video out and we'll be happy
00:43:20.080
to do a premiere of that video on The War Room.
00:43:23.600
I've been a huge fan of The War Room for a long time.
00:43:28.820
You can follow me at Benny Johnson on all platforms and at Benny on Truth Social.
00:43:33.400
Huge shout out to Carly Bonet, who's my favorite War Room fan and actually introduced me to
00:43:46.780
The committee fiery hearing last night as The War Room continues in the field.

The new social media taking on big tech, protecting free speech, and canceling cancel culture.
00:46:49.200
The platform for independent thought has arrived.
00:47:01.640
It's time to say what you want, the way you want.
00:47:07.880
All right, so we are back here live from Tampa, Florida.
00:47:16.000
We don't have Darren Beattie for us right now, but I wanted to bring on someone from SAS,
00:47:22.160
from the Turning Point Student Action Summit Conference.
00:47:24.780
We are here, and we were talking yesterday a little bit, and that person is Sani Dash,
00:47:31.240
and someone that I've met at many of these events, many of these conferences.
00:47:35.480
So I want to bring her in now, if we can, to talk a little bit about an interesting question
00:47:43.480
And the question, of course, becomes then, what's going on with the MAGA movement?
00:47:48.200
Because when I look at the media, the media tells us again and again, the MAGA movement's
00:48:01.380
And so here's somebody, and her business specifically is the merchandise.
00:48:07.240
She's a vendor for the various rallies, the Trump events.
00:48:10.780
And I said, well, surely somebody from the business side would know in their sales numbers,
00:48:32.740
Let's get into a little bit closer to the mic there.
00:48:35.840
The mic's, it's just a little, just talk right into it.
00:48:39.080
But so tell me, what's going on with this, right?
00:48:42.120
We talked a little bit yesterday, but for the War Room audience, are you seeing a drop
00:48:49.040
Is the MAGA movement dying like the media is telling us?
00:48:52.540
It's just growing bigger and bigger and bigger.
00:48:54.900
And I think the audience is even getting bigger than ever because we have Democrats coming
00:49:03.240
They're coming to our side and they're just, they're upset with the Biden administration.
00:49:08.560
What are you seeing in terms of the numbers though?
00:49:10.940
And we can talk a little about some of the items you have.
00:49:13.660
The numbers, I think even like, you know, everybody, some people said shut down the store
00:49:24.460
We're not going to shut down and we're not going to stop because of this committee of
00:49:31.280
We understand what's going on with the movement.
00:49:39.240
The MAGA movement is bigger than the two-party system.
00:49:41.600
And that's something the media does not talk about.
00:49:45.460
Has, has January 6th, has this affected your business?
00:49:49.900
Well, it did slow us down for the first couple of months.
00:49:52.220
And then one day in May, I said, you know what?
00:49:59.060
And I think a lot of people started following us and said, hey, you're open.
00:50:07.920
So the first couple of months we did shut down.
00:50:10.460
You know, we, it doesn't seem like the DOJ, the FBI, the government is really on our side.
00:50:15.420
And I feel like they're attacking a lot of Trump supporters, including Steve Bannon.
00:50:22.280
Well, the reason is because he's a threat to them and he's a threat to the regime.
00:50:24.680
He is one of the chief dissidents and the war room posse is a massive thorn in their
00:50:29.780
side, as well as people like you that are still staying on board the train rather than
00:50:37.260
And I think we get, I get a lot of attacks simply just because I'm not Caucasian.
00:50:41.640
So they will ask, how can you be part of this movement after you saw what happened on
00:50:48.600
That's not a representation of millions, hundreds of millions of people that love Trump.
00:50:53.520
There is a few rogue people out there, but majority of them were out there doing what
00:50:58.320
We have a right to protest and the Capitol belongs to us.
00:51:05.260
I don't understand what is, and why is their blood bigger than our blood?
00:51:08.780
And why is there so much security for the, for Nancy Pelosi and her people?
00:51:16.540
So when you're, when you're talking about the business, you mentioned something to me yesterday.
00:51:19.040
I said, are you, are you, are you, you know, are you seeing more business or less business
00:51:24.360
Tell me what's the current status of the business and tell us the website again for the audience.
00:51:28.160
The website is usatrumpstore.com and we're seeing a lot of business.
00:51:32.400
And because of that, we're opening up stores in California.
00:51:38.300
Yes, a physical brick and mortar store in Huntington Beach and Salona County.
00:51:41.960
And I believe the other counties, Yolo County, I've got reps looking out for places in
00:51:46.080
We're very close to signing deals there right now.
00:51:49.120
Our biggest store is we had a store on fifth Avenue in New York.
00:51:52.000
Also, we had to shut that down because there was a lot of threats coming to us.
00:51:57.860
And we do have a huge store in Dallas and Gainesville, Texas.
00:52:01.260
We're planning on opening up around 50 stores by end of this year.
00:52:04.160
You're going to have 50 brick and mortar stores all for the Trump movement by the end of this
00:52:11.220
The media tells me that the, that the, the, the movement's over, that people are done with
00:52:19.980
You're actually expanding into the physical, 50 stores across the country.
00:52:24.720
The reporters don't report the news necessarily that are actual, it's actual.
00:52:28.880
So we talk to people, we go, we don't just sponsor events like this, but we're also
00:52:38.820
And this is, and this is, of course, this is your livelihood.
00:52:40.520
This is your, this is your, you're, you're set on this.
00:52:42.140
This is your, you're investing all your life's work into this.
00:52:45.000
Well, I invested about a half a million dollars into this a while back ago.
00:52:48.200
I, yeah, I, I used to own a bunch of tech companies and this was really just for the
00:52:52.760
And it just turned into such a huge empire that I said, you know, I started bringing
00:52:56.860
friends on board and I said, let's get on it because you know, we love Trump.
00:52:59.920
We've been approached by Kamala Harris's people in the past to do flags.
00:53:03.420
And we absolutely said, no, I mean, there's no amount of money.
00:53:08.620
Tell us, say the website again, tell us some of the new products that are coming up.
00:53:14.900
The website is USH from you are known for the purpose.
00:53:19.600
And we come up with some cool t-shirts, but you know, other than that, we've got some
00:53:24.240
I think we got to, we don't show this to my wife.
00:53:26.540
She's going to want, she's going to want all of them.
00:53:28.520
We got to have matching bangles with the purses and then also cool shoes too coming up.
00:53:42.040
But if you talk to the actual numbers, if you look at the actual business side of things,
00:53:48.260
You guys have your entire livelihood in this and you're putting it up together because you
00:53:59.020
