00:00:12.740 The employment rate is still one of the lowest we've had in history.

00:00:19.080 We still find ourselves with people investing.
00:00:22.840 My hope is we go from this rapid growth to steady growth.
00:00:27.240 And so we'll see some coming down.
00:00:30.600 But I don't think we're going to, God willing, I don't think we're going to see a recession.

00:00:38.880 Is the White House trying to change the common definition of a recession?
00:00:42.000 Because next Thursday, the GDP numbers coming out are going to show that we've been in a recession.

00:00:47.120 The strength of our labor market, along with the other economic factors,
00:00:51.620 is what we generally see in a recession or even a pre-recession because we're seeing the strength of the economy and the labor market.
00:01:04.380 So that's really important to note there because those are key elements as we talk about that, as folks keep asking us about that.
00:01:12.220 So Americans across the country are back to work at a historic level.
00:01:16.760 Twenty-one states, the most in history, have unemployment rates at or below 3 percent.
00:01:23.740 That is an important number to note.
00:01:25.640 Fourteen states are now at their lowest unemployment rates since this series began in 1976.
00:01:33.260 And last month, the unemployment rate was a new low in eight states.
00:01:38.020 So, again, the strength of our labor market, along with the economic indicators,
00:01:42.460 is not what we generally see as we talk about a recession or even pre-recession.
00:01:48.560 But the growth of the jobs for the three-month trend, the growth of job growth in the U.S. is shrinking, is decreasing.
00:01:54.060 And 7.5 million people, a growing number, are multi-jobs, meaning they have to work more than one job to afford a living.
00:02:00.660 So is jobs really a good indicator?
00:02:02.780 Look, here's what I would say.
00:02:04.600 We've always talked about the strength of our economy.
00:02:06.980 We've always talked about how historic it's been.
00:02:09.640 And we've always talked about the transitioning, right, the transitioning to more stable and steady growth.
00:02:15.440 And so to your point about the job growth there, this is what we have been kind of stating for the past several months.
00:02:21.900 Look, you know, the economy created 1.1 million jobs in the second quarter.
00:02:26.360 And so, and around 375 jobs per month.
00:02:30.460 Those are historic numbers.
00:02:32.320 Those are, if you think about the 1.1 million jobs, we are back to where we were at pre-pandemic level.
00:02:39.240 So that is what we see as strength of the economy.
00:02:42.520 Again, we're going to transition into a more stable and steady growth.
00:02:46.960 And so we're going to continue the work that the president has set out to do to make sure that we continue to deliver for the American people when it comes to the economy.

00:02:58.560 And you can see the stock is reacting quite negatively to that announcement, down more than 6%.
00:03:03.820 Serity Partners' Jim Labenthal joining us to discuss NXPI and the earnings.
00:03:07.840 But let's react to this first, Jim.
00:03:09.640 This is what we understand to be primarily due to pricing actions aimed at inventory levels, improving them, i.e., cutting prices because they got too much inventory.
00:03:19.400 It's as simple as that, Scott.
00:03:22.060 It really should surprise no one.
00:03:24.340 I mean, you know, when they had their last earnings report along with Target, I think both companies expressed some optimism that this inventory issue would be over quickly.
00:03:33.320 I mean, anyone with sort of half a brain would realize that it wasn't going to be over quickly.
00:03:37.180 There was too much overordering.
00:03:38.840 For the consumer, this is actually good news.
00:03:41.000 For the CPI, this is actually good news.
00:03:43.000 For Walmart shareholders, it's not good news.
00:03:45.280 But, frankly, the response is somewhat muted, which reflects the fact that people should have seen this coming.
00:03:52.360 People should have seen it coming except all the guys on Wall Street.
00:03:54.860 Let's cut to the chase and stop the spin.
00:03:57.440 The Biden administration is sitting there.
00:03:58.640 They're now absolutely lying to you, okay?
00:04:00.840 They're talking about things that are, quite frankly, irrelevant.
00:04:05.020 Walmart is because people are paying too much for gas or food.

00:04:19.220 That's why today we said, what is it, one out of every eight Hispanics, 17% of Hispanics, skipped.
00:04:26.520 The statistics just showed us today, skipped June's rent, 45%, excuse me, 33% of small business owners didn't pay their rent in June.
00:04:39.120 And today, Weber Grill, at the beginning of the day, stock dropped 20%.

00:04:45.600 Walmart announces, hey, we're going to really miss our numbers here.

00:06:13.940 They're going to let them pass already the Department of Humanitarian Rights already explained that they need to help in some humane way to give them water and assistance to the children.
00:06:24.680 But ultimately, as you see behind me, sir, as I'm walking behind them right now at this particular point, they're going to cross to this inspection point.
00:06:32.500 And, you know, their whole purpose, sir, again, it sounds like a broken record, Mr. Bannon, but again, it's to walk 60 kilometers to get to this particular inspection immigration center to get the multiple migration form for them to access and to go to the north border, sir, as we're about to cross this inspection point for you to see if they're going to let them cross or not, sir.
00:06:52.880 Let me ask you, did they now just have enough power that if they lock hands and say, hey, we're not going to stop, did the federales, did the Mexican authority just let them pass?
00:07:03.680 Look at this, sir. They're not doing anything. As you see right now, the National Guard is just standing and they're going to let them pass as they're passing this inspection point.

00:07:15.400 And I was as I was commentating right now, the intelligence agency has released a statement saying that more than 16 caravans have been right now, that more than 16 caravans have been organized since 2022, sir.
00:07:29.580 More than 16 caravans. The biggest caravan is the one that we broadcasted three months ago of more than 15,000 migrants that predominantly more than 90 percent of them were from Venezuela.
00:07:40.940 This is another caravan from majority of Venezuela. And also, sir, you've got more people from Africa, Somalia, Nigeria, Cameroon, Congo and Angola.
00:07:49.160 Got a lot of people from there. As you guys are seeing, these are the inspection point by the Institute of National Immigration.
00:07:55.400 There's no Mexican officials. There's no National Guard.
00:07:58.660 And they're letting them pass and they're letting them through to the other inspection area that is going to be Cerro Gordo, sir, around 30 kilometers from here.
00:08:06.280 Wow. 16 caravans. OK, Oscar, just hang on for one second. That's all in the in 2022 under the Biden regime.
00:08:15.540 I want to go to Chris Kobach. He's running for attorney general in Kansas. Chris, you're also one of the top immigration experts in the country.

00:08:27.180 They're thinking they're issuing, I guess, IDs at the border for illegal aliens.
00:08:31.620 You can't get a voter ID thing passed by the federal government wants to get rid of all that.
00:08:35.260 But they're offering IDs. So people, the illegal aliens can get quicker services.
00:08:40.340 Also, Fox News just broke right when we were coming on air, just broke that there's five hundred thousand gotaways.
00:08:47.360 Five hundred thousand gotaways, I think, has been recorded just this year.

00:09:41.780 And then you've got all of the ones that walked up to the border agents and presented themselves knowing full well that the Biden administration will either give them a card or at the minimum let them into the country and hand them a little note saying,

00:10:17.880 They would be told here you can file for a future asylum hearing if you really believe you're entitled to asylum.
00:10:24.460 But in the meantime, you're going to have to wait four months, six months, whatever in Mexico.
00:10:28.080 If that had happened, word would immediately get back to the original countries of these individuals and they would stop coming because they know it's an open door.
00:10:37.260 And not only that, they're going to get all kinds of public benefits.
00:10:40.840 They're going to have public school for their kids.
00:10:42.540 They're going to have all kinds of goodies that we, the American taxpayer, are paying for.
00:10:46.400 So the Biden administration is actively fostering this.

00:10:58.680 And this is why we have to have, right now, the only people who can stop the Biden administration are state attorneys general going to federal judges and saying, look, this violates multiple federal statutes.

00:11:32.560 Bringing lawsuits similar to the one that Ken Paxton had that just went to the Supreme Court last week or the Supreme Court said they're going to take it last week.

00:11:42.940 But that's in my capacity as a private attorney.
00:11:45.940 As a state attorney general, I can bring a lawsuit anytime the budget of the people of Kansas is affected.
00:11:52.140 And that pretty much means anytime the Biden administration issues any executive order, any regulatory reform that has an effect on the budget.
00:12:00.300 So my intention is as they continue to go further and further in breaking federal laws, Kansas will be knocking on the courthouse door, bringing additional lawsuits to give assistance to Texas.

00:12:10.640 There's a limit to how much weight any one state can carry.
00:12:13.800 We have got to have fighting attorneys general who are willing to stand up to the Biden administration.
00:12:19.020 And by stand up, I mean something very specific.
00:12:21.300 Take them to court every single time they break a federal statute or violate the Constitution.

00:13:05.820 Have we had a president who is not only failing to execute the laws, he is by ordering federal officers to violate other laws.
00:13:14.240 So not just failing to enforce, but violating the law.
00:13:16.840 And I think our system, our founding fathers never imagined that you would have a president doing this.

00:13:24.800 We have a public that may be largely unaware of just how brazen these violations of law are.
00:13:30.840 And so the founding fathers didn't write a mechanism into the Constitution imagining that we would have presidents breaking the law.
