00:00:00.000 A combination of Biden's recession plus Biden's out-of-control border has turned many Americans
00:00:05.820 against immigration, including legal immigration. Let's look at some of the numbers in a Chalk
00:00:10.920 Talk that is powered by Getter. Recent poll out from NPR and Ipsos, they asked, is this an invasion
00:00:17.080 at our southern border? A solid majority, 56 percent, said yes. 76 percent of Republicans
00:00:23.140 said yes, it's an invasion. Let's also look at the trends of four years ago during the midterms
00:00:29.180 versus today. Back then, a supermajority, 65%, supported DACA, now barely a majority at 51%.
00:00:36.840 Support for a wall completely across the southern border, a complete wall, has risen 8%
00:00:42.220 in the last four years. And this one, I think, is really telling. They asked the question,
00:00:46.580 is immigration an important part of U.S. national identity? Four years ago, overwhelming majority 0.96
00:00:52.140 on that point, not so much any longer. Folks, the two I's, immigration and inflation, they remain
00:00:58.340 the burning issues for these upcoming elections okay you're back in the war room it is uh tuesday
00:01:04.480 the 23rd of august year of our lord 2022 i want to bring in steve cortez now by the way steve
00:01:10.740 walk through the i'm going to get to the immigration analysis a second but you've
00:01:14.020 always said it's two eyes it's immigration and inflation i want to add a d it's iid depression
00:01:20.640 walk through the latest numbers that came out this morning sir and how our theory of the case
00:01:25.600 is that we're one or two moves away from the bottom falling out of this, Steve.
00:01:30.560 I think you're exactly right.
00:01:32.520 And by the way, I would say that that eye of inflation is what is leading, of course,
00:01:36.260 to into this recession and even risks of a depression.
00:01:39.560 So we got some miserable news out again today.
00:01:41.960 By the way, yesterday, the stock market absolutely walloped.
00:01:45.380 And then today, the terrible news was the Purchasing Managers Index, PMI, widely followed.
00:01:50.820 We talk about it a lot on this show for one reason, because it's done globally with basically
00:01:54.600 the same criteria. So it gives you good apples to apples comparisons among countries. Well,
00:01:58.620 the unfortunate reality right now is that among industrial nations, the United States is literally
00:02:03.500 in last place regarding PMIs. This morning, services PMI came out. It was supposed to be at
00:02:09.200 49. And that would be troubling enough because below 50 is contraction. That's what's known as
00:02:14.340 a diffusion index. If you're below 50, you're in recession. 49 was expectations. Stephen came out
00:02:19.760 at 44. Just an absolute implosion. And by the way, PMI never misses to that degree versus
00:02:27.120 expectations. This is another aspect of this current economic crisis that we're in, that we've
00:02:31.060 talked about on the show, is how wildly the economic data is missing expectations. There
00:02:36.060 are armies of PhDs, people who went to fancy schools like Dr. Navarro to get PhDs in economics,
00:02:41.640 who are very handsomely paid to predict where these data are going to come in. And they are
00:02:46.640 increasingly unable to. Why? Because the Biden economy is so chaotic. It's so unpredictable.
00:02:52.380 It's so unprecedented in so many ways that it's incredibly hard, even for the smartest minds out
00:02:57.220 there in econometrics, to predict where these numbers will lie. But here's the point. 44,
00:03:01.620 Steve, is not just in contraction mode. It is deep, deep recession with the risks,
00:03:07.660 you're exactly right, of one or two serious policy mistakes tipping us all the way into
00:03:12.620 depression. I mean, that is the reality right now. Let's also remember, according to Census
00:03:16.820 Bureau report, we talked about this last week on your show, according to Census Bureau report
00:03:20.700 of Americans who are behind right now, who did not pay their rent or their mortgage,
00:03:25.500 that's over 10 million total Americans, 40% of them, over 5 million, believe they are going to
00:03:31.260 be evicted or foreclosed upon in the next two months. Steve, those are depression type numbers.
00:03:37.140 When you combine that information from consumers, from renters and homeowners, when you combine that
00:03:41.160 with this PMI data on services.
00:03:43.600 And by the way, the United States is a services economy.
00:03:45.980 I wish we were more industrial,
00:03:47.580 but the reality is we're a services economy.
00:03:49.800 And when services PMI crashes into the ditch like this,
00:03:53.800 attention must be paid.
00:03:56.020 Now, this is the point.
00:03:58.080 It's not just the PMI.
00:03:59.660 And by the way, tell what the purchase managers are.
00:04:01.260 These are the guys right in the middle
00:04:02.760 that are buying the goods and services.
00:04:04.420 They're getting the things
00:04:05.440 that actually make the whole system work.
00:04:07.940 This is kind of the inside baseball.
00:04:09.580 And it's really the only indice that we actually can do that you can monitor it worldwide about what what the guys in inside the operations are buying, you know, stuff they're getting, etc.
00:04:21.520 So when the purchase manager index drops like this, it's almost historic.
00:04:25.780 But first of all, it shows you that guys that are on top of this missed it again.
00:04:30.820 And in addition, it's the service side.
00:04:33.920 They always talk about where the service economy, that's where the jobs are still coming.
00:04:37.360 You know, they're running around last week, oh, all these service jobs, et cetera.
00:04:41.100 But the signal, not the noise, is you've got trouble.
00:04:45.040 There's deep trouble in River City, is there not, Mr. Steve Cortez?
00:04:49.600 Absolutely.
00:04:50.200 And by the way, PMI today for the United States, it missed on both the manufacturing side and the services side.
00:04:55.080 But the services side, in fact, is in far worse condition.
00:04:58.860 And that's where we are so bad relative to the rest of the world.
00:05:02.740 That's the reality right now.
00:05:04.420 Look, this economy is absolutely imploding before our eyes.
00:05:08.480 That is the reality at the consumer level, at the industrial manufacturing level.
00:05:12.120 And you're exactly right, Steve.
00:05:13.340 What's important also about PMIs is that they are forward-looking.
00:05:16.960 Like we talked before about manufacturing new orders, which are crashing.
00:05:21.140 This PMI index is forward-looking because businesses buy so that they can create and
00:05:25.520 they can then sell to their customers, whether it's services or tangible physical goods.
00:05:30.060 So this is a forward-looking indicator, which is telling us a lot of trouble.
00:05:32.800 And by the way, when I speak about unprecedented, so often in this Biden economy, we've got to go back to either the Great Recession of 08-09, or we've got to go all the way back to the 1970s to even have any comparisons.
00:05:42.720 And that is the case here, unfortunately, with this services PMI.
00:05:46.100 It is the biggest drop, other than the spring lockdowns of 2020, it is the biggest drop since the 08-09 recession.
00:05:53.340 So we are getting into Great Recession kind of territory with, again, the risks, in my view, that we can actually tip all the way into depression.
00:06:00.320 And if you like, Steve, I've got a few charts that I can run through, too, to show the current state of the economy.
00:06:05.120 So let's go to chart number one.
00:06:07.180 And this is the XRT retail ETF.
00:06:11.320 So this is the entire retailer sector.
00:06:13.160 You get it in one ticker, which is just XRT, all the big retailers that you would know and that you probably actually shop at.
00:06:20.240 So you can see, and I think this is important to give some context.
00:06:23.000 There was a nice bounce in July and into the first couple of weeks of August in the stock market.
00:06:27.700 But when you put that bounce, and this chart goes back one year, when you put that bounce
00:06:31.640 in context, if you look at a year, for example, it's really not very material.
00:06:35.780 It's the normal sort of ebb and flow of how financial markets work.
00:06:40.140 And let's be very clear, after yesterday's puke, and that's really what happened in the
00:06:44.680 stock market, after yesterday's-
00:06:46.000 Hold on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.
00:06:47.560 Whoa, whoa, whoa.
00:06:48.060 You're too charitable.
00:06:49.360 It's a dead cat bounce.
00:06:51.200 And that's what we keep saying. 1.00
00:06:52.180 Don't, if you're listening to these cheerleaders on these business networks, buy the dip, you're 1.00
00:06:56.900 going to get a visit and we don't we're not here to give you personal financial advice we try to
00:07:00.760 give the macro but when you see a dead cat bounce like that which we called it and they're out there
00:07:05.340 with the pom-poms is all over now go long everything like that that remember they're making
00:07:09.460 it all off fees that's just by the dip they're eviscerating your net worth okay just look at the
00:07:16.160 underlying reality of the economy because the markets will catch up steve cortez no that's
00:07:20.960 exactly right because the business networks in this country unfortunately have lost all credibility
00:07:25.220 They are propagandists both for the regime in terms of political narratives, but then also, yes, you're exactly right, for the brokerage houses, right, who want to act as nothing but cheerleaders because that's largely who pays them.
00:07:35.160 But if we look at that chart on XRT, what we see is that even with a bit of a lift off of the summer lows, given yesterday's meltdown in the stock market, it is now 36% off of its highs of last November.
00:07:48.280 And in Wall Street, down 20% is a bear market.
00:07:51.340 It's almost twice that bad in retailers.
00:07:54.100 That is the condition of the consumer right now in the United States.
00:07:58.440 Price is truth.
00:07:59.880 There is no arguing with the price of where the XRT, which is the whole retail retail sector in one ticker, of where that is.
00:08:06.580 But let's also look at small business and let's get back to the job creation side.
00:08:10.620 If we go to chart number two, I think this is crucial.
00:08:13.100 This is the National Federation of Independent Business, which is the largest organization that represents small firms in the United States.
00:08:19.660 And this is their survey regarding the number one concern.
00:08:23.100 They ask, what is the number one concern of small business?
00:08:25.300 And this is the percentage saying inflation.
00:08:28.220 This is the percentage reporting price pressure.
00:08:31.340 And for those who are watching the telecast, you can see how massive this spike is since
00:08:36.240 Joe Biden took office.
00:08:37.540 37% of small businesses now say their number one concern is inflation.
00:08:42.640 That is the highest level since 1979.
00:08:46.820 That is the reality right now for the job-creating small business sector.
00:08:50.880 Now, let's go to chart number three regarding jobs also.
00:08:54.100 And this is larger firms.
00:08:55.760 And this is a headline from Bloomberg that just came out.
00:08:58.400 Layoffs are in the works at half of companies.
00:09:01.580 This comes from a PwC, which is a huge consulting firm.
00:09:03.920 This comes from their survey of top executives, primarily at big firms.
00:09:07.700 So we see the pain on Main Street with the little guys, with the shop owners and the small firms.
00:09:12.040 Now the big firms, half of them have reported that they are planning layoffs.
00:09:17.240 So layoffs are looming in mass.
00:09:19.700 That is the unfortunate reality. And that is from the mouths of the executives, the people who are going to be doing the layoffs, who are going to institute those job reductions.
00:09:28.400 And let's go to chart number four. The last one here, I want to show real earnings, because even for those who do keep their jobs, and of course, we want everybody to keep their job.
00:09:35.580 But for those who keep their job, the point is, even if they work incredibly hard, Steve, they're getting poorer every month because their pay simply cannot keep pace with soaring inflation because of Joe Biden.
00:09:47.520 And if we look at this chart, this shows real wages, wages adjusted for inflation, which have now been below zero.
00:09:55.280 They have been imploding for 16 straight months, negative 3 percent last month.
00:10:01.080 That is the reality right now. Americans are getting poorer every single month.
00:10:06.800 And they know it. And Stephen, connect this to my chalk talk on immigration, because I think the two issues are absolutely connected.
00:10:13.740 They are. But hang on for one second. I want to go back if Denver could do it.
00:10:17.160 i know we're pressed for time just go back to the pre not the last chart but the previous chart
00:10:20.620 i want you to give the the statistics we've dug up on the on the people that feel they're going
00:10:26.820 to be evicted remember the people that feel they're going to be evicted ain't the ones that
00:10:30.840 are about to be laid off this is where we want to look like wellington said we want to look on the
00:10:35.440 other side of the hill the layoffs are coming go back to the people who think they're evicted uh
00:10:40.940 steve your your analysis of of the five million the five million things that think they're going
00:10:45.500 be a visitor. Those are the ones right now that are either laid off, they're falling behind
00:10:50.480 because their wages aren't keeping up. That's them. The wave of the layoffs are going to come.
00:10:56.480 That's when the mortgage foreclosures and not paying the rent and getting kicked out
00:11:01.500 is really going to hit. My point is you're about to turbocharge this number. Give me the numbers
00:11:07.160 that exist today, that $5 million person number. According to the Census Bureau, it is 5.4
00:11:14.580 million Americans right now report in a Census Bureau survey that they believe they're already
00:11:19.440 behind on their rent, and they believe that their rent or their mortgage, and they believe that
00:11:23.460 they are going to be kicked out of their home, that they will be evicted or foreclosed upon
00:11:26.460 in the next two months. Okay, so there's an imminence and an urgency to this, Steve. And
00:11:31.900 again, those are grapes of wrath kind of numbers. And you're exactly right. That's without the
00:11:37.060 layoffs really taking hold yet. The layoffs that we know are- Hold on, slow. Hang on. I want to
00:11:43.200 go to your chart and agree the layoffs again when you combine the census number this is what you do
00:11:49.100 as an investment banker making the board presentation when you combine the census number
00:11:53.240 cortez walk me through that chart with that the fall october november and with the natural gas
00:12:00.360 prices going to kick up their all-time high and and my guys are on the gas is going to go when
00:12:04.620 the lng plants up it's going to go to up to 12 bucks the now comes the winter of our discontent
00:12:12.720 walk me through that layoff number sir how do you get to that layoff number and steve by the way
00:12:17.520 natural gas hit ten dollars today something it has not done since 2008 and for context when
00:12:23.680 joe biden took office it was two dollars and fifty cents it has literally quadrupled the price of
00:12:29.720 natural gas and natural gas in some ways is even more important than gasoline to the economy because
00:12:34.840 it really fuels the factories and farms of america i mean it is if your food your food price is going
00:12:40.400 to turbocharge this is what's going to quadruple in in england go back to that go back to the guys
00:12:46.780 making the decision on the layoffs the audience must hear this go back to that so this is a pwc
00:12:51.200 which is a massive global consulting firm and they did a survey of their customers who are the
00:12:55.940 executives ceos and c-suite level executives primarily of the bigger firms the united states
00:13:01.220 they don't tend to consult a small business and we know what we know what dire straits small
00:13:05.500 businesses in, but they surveyed their customers, and 50% of those executives say layoffs are
00:13:13.140 coming, that they are instituting layoffs, not that they're thinking about it, that they are
00:13:16.700 doing it, that they are going to lay people off. This was also telling in that same survey,
00:13:20.800 in that Bloomberg article, Steve, 44% of them said that they are starting to rescind offers.
00:13:26.700 So think about that. They have literally made job offers to people. People have accepted those job
00:13:30.920 offers. They believe that they're reporting for work. They believe they're going to start getting
00:13:34.420 a paycheck and the company is saying that sorry not not any longer 44 of them report that in this
00:13:40.860 in this same bloomberg article so it's really stunning steve the level of despondency and
00:13:45.580 despair that's out there in contrast with the continual cheerleading of the corporate media
00:13:50.400 here's the apparatus here's how they're going to try to do it when they come back from summer
00:13:54.180 it's another massive keynesian stimulus bill they're going to go to panic mode and the fed
00:13:59.260 is going to continue to watch they're going to go dovish dovish and they're not going to do the
00:14:03.320 quantitative tiny it's gonna be back to easy money they got the apparatus only has one way
00:14:07.380 to save themselves print money print money you watch it's all coming uh by the way cortez give
00:14:13.740 your give your coordinates how do people follow you and get to your great chalk talks all your
00:14:17.100 analysis and your and your live hits on getter yeah please find me and getter i'm just very
00:14:21.380 similar at steve i'm also still on twitter at cortez steve cortez with an s steve i gotta get
00:14:27.340 you back to do the immigration we got drilled under the npr poll it's unbelievable and the
00:14:31.820 nation's awakening to it there's awakening there's a great awakening short break we've got dr robert
00:14:38.180 malone on tony fauci i think we're gonna get julie kelly we've got so much going on we'll get the
00:14:43.600 moms that are running putting it all on the line down in florida take over school boards all next
00:14:47.840 if you're cheery enough now after that economic analysis stick around you ain't seen nothing yet
00:14:53.500 You know what's never good?
00:15:01.140 When your nation's supposed authority on economic policy
00:15:04.720 completely misses the flashing red lights of impending inflation.
00:15:10.020 Now, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen has finally admitted,
00:15:13.360 quote,
00:15:14.200 there's been an unanticipated and large shocks to the economy
00:15:17.020 that have boosted energy and food prices

00:18:09.640 There are other issues that are going on in our schools. We have pornography in our schools.
00:18:13.760 We have parents that came to express their concerns about the curriculum that their children
00:18:17.720 were being taught because they were overhearing it when they decided to close our schools down
00:18:21.860 and they locked everybody in their houses. When we went to the school board meetings,
00:18:26.120 we were treated like we were domestic terrorists. There were more resource officers at our school
00:18:30.300 board meetings than there ever are at our schools, but they talk about being concerned for child
00:18:36.000 safety and student safety. So as a veteran and as a mom, I just could not send idly by. And if not
00:18:42.440 me, then if not me, then who? If not now, then when? When you were a vet, when you were active
00:18:49.920 duty, did you ever think it would get to the point that you would actually essentially be called back
00:18:54.200 to service to serve your country at the school board level that you would actually have to serve
00:18:59.920 your country you've got five kids hey i'm a mom i gotta get my job done as a mom that you would
00:19:04.780 actually be called back and i would argue maybe even for greater service than defending the nation
00:19:09.940 from attack to defend their children what's going on did you ever think of that not at all i mean
00:19:16.000 i've been active in politics i want to say for about six years i've been uh an advocate for
00:19:21.420 parental rights religious medical educational freedom advocating for children with special
00:19:25.680 needs and that are medically complex, making sure that our inherent rights are not stripped
00:19:30.800 away through our legislature. We do that by building relationships with local elected
00:19:35.520 representatives in order to hold them accountable for what they do. I actually teach that with
00:19:40.160 another moms organization, parent-led organization called Moms for America. And I teach families
00:19:46.860 across the nation how to do that. In order to hold your elected representatives accountable,
00:19:51.580 you have to know the proper role of government and their proper role of office and how their
00:19:55.120 decisions affect you as a family. Um, so a couple of years ago, three years ago, if you would have
00:20:00.440 told me or two years ago, if you'd have told me I was going to run for office, I would have laughed
00:20:03.700 at you. Uh, this was not something that I wanted to do. It's something that I feel like I have to
00:20:08.200 do. Allie, how can people follow you today on social media? How do they get to the course that
00:20:13.880 you teach and how do we get to your campaign? I know you're busy in today's election day. So how
00:20:18.160 do people follow it closely and how do people support you? So on Instagram, it's vote Allie
00:20:24.080 leg a l y l e g g e um i'm on twitter and i i can't remember the twitter one it's like leg for
00:20:31.680 hillsborough county school board it's a mess uh i wasn't thinking when i did that one
00:20:36.340 but you can also find me on um on facebook type in ally leg and i'm on there um there you go
00:20:43.620 right vote ally leg that's how you find me you can go to my website voteallymarieleg.com
00:20:48.960 and I usually give my phone number out at 813-699-0695. I want to be the people's candidate
00:20:55.220 so I need everybody to get out today and go vote. It is primary day, the most important election day
00:21:01.180 of any cycle. This is where our school boards are decided. This is where our judges are decided. So
00:21:06.860 be an informed voter and get out and vote. Allie, you're a hero and a patriot. Fight on. We'll check
00:21:13.140 in later in the day and see how it turns out. Thank you, ma'am. Thank you so much.
00:21:16.120 these are I'm telling you if you look at the MAGA movement if you look at the moms involved
00:21:21.900 it's just absolutely incredible our side of the football is so amazingly impressive it blows me
00:21:27.220 away every day I got a cold open for the revered Dr. Robert Malone let's go ahead and play it
00:21:32.400 Dr. Fauci what does your departure tell us about where we are in the state of the COVID-19 pandemic
00:21:37.780 right now you know Caitlin I don't think it tells us anything specific about where we are but I can
00:21:44.760 address where we are. And I believe that we're in a situation where I hope as the months go by,
00:21:51.840 we will be able to get this outbreak down to a low enough level so that it won't disrupt society
00:22:00.060 to the extent that it has over the last two and a half years. We have the wherewithal to do it.
00:22:06.140 We just have to implement it. We still, as I've told you several times over the past couple of
00:22:11.880 years, we only have 67% of our population vaccinated and only about a half of those
00:22:18.840 have been boosted. That is really unacceptable when you compare us to the rest of the world,
00:22:25.260 including low and middle income countries. So we've got to do better than that. I mean,
00:22:29.920 this is a formidable virus. No matter what you do, there is going to be suffering of pain,
00:22:34.780 but we can alleviate it a lot better if we follow the very obvious public health practices
00:22:41.800 of vaccinating and boosting. And hopefully as we get into the fall and the more updated
00:22:48.040 boosters, particularly the new bivalent BA5 boosters become available in September,
00:22:55.540 that we utilize them. And I don't have to tell you this, Dr. Fauci, that Republicans really,
00:23:00.580 to you, to them, you are a symbol of the restrictions that came along with COVID-19.
00:23:06.280 Of course, Republican lawmakers, and you have clashed many times and they are expected to
00:23:10.660 take over the House this fall, potentially. And they promised to investigate you if they did.
00:23:15.820 Did that have any role in your departure?
00:23:20.800 None at all, Caitlin, really none at all, not even a slight amount. I have nothing to hide and I can
00:23:28.920 defend everything I've done. So that doesn't phase me or bother me. My decisions of stepping down go
00:23:35.900 back uh well over a year i had decided i might want to step down at the end of the trump
00:23:41.940 administration but when president biden was elected one of the first things he did
00:23:45.760 was to ask me to join and be his chief medical advisor which i took as a great honor and i
00:23:52.360 enthusiastically accepted i thought that was going to last about a year every every everything out
00:23:58.060 of his mouth is a lie but uh hey dr monica bring you in so here's the good thing about fauci and
00:24:03.960 i do respect him in this regard the brother's still selling hard i mean he's not backing off
00:24:10.180 an inch he's selling hard and he also says he also says no offense doc malone to you and naomi wolf
00:24:17.280 and you know harvey rish and mtg we had in there he just said bring it i got it i i can defend
00:24:24.160 everything and he's still pushing he's still pushing new boosters dr robert malone your thoughts
00:24:30.000 Yeah, and neglecting to account for the adverse event data in terms of morbidity and mortality
00:24:38.100 associated with the current inoculations, where it's increasingly apparent globally
00:24:44.760 that those that are highly inoculated, in other words, have received three, four more injections,
00:24:51.440 are the ones that are populating our hospitals and dying. The vast majority of the people that
00:24:58.360 are being hospitalized and dying are the highly inoculated and we've gone over the logic of that
00:25:05.320 steve at length i agree the chutzpah of this gentleman uh knows no bounds but we're also
00:25:12.760 in a situation of very active historic revisionism and i i have no my personal assessment
00:25:21.720 in terms of the Kabuki theater
00:25:24.740 that typically happens at times like this
00:25:27.240 is there's a major push right now
00:25:30.240 for historic revisionism.
00:25:34.480 They want to change the storyline
00:25:37.560 that's come out about their actions.
00:25:41.100 They are clearly attempting to throw Walensky,
00:25:43.960 not Bob Redfield, under the bus
00:25:46.560 and actively blaming CDC.
00:25:49.920 Deborah Birx, in a recent interview, had the temerity to point to the CDC and blame them
00:25:56.740 for not being transparent and not following the science.
00:26:01.240 Birx said she always knew the vaccines weren't going to work.
00:26:04.680 Fauci says the masks and the lockdowns were the fault of the CDC, not himself and Birx.
00:26:11.060 And I believe that what's going on here with his resignation is an extension of what we
00:26:18.120 discussed when I was last with you, that Francis Collins is in the White House now actively
00:26:23.800 manipulating who's going to be his successor. And I suspect that the logic here in terms of the timing
00:26:30.300 is to allow Tony to select his successor right now and hopefully get that person appointed
00:26:37.120 before there's the January swearing in of the new Congress.
00:26:43.460 When you say to change the narrative, I just want to make sure I get this correctly. You're saying
00:26:47.540 this cdc report came out and they said hey we don't have enough money resources the states have
00:26:52.200 still too much parent information you believe they're trying to single out the cdc to take
00:26:56.920 care of all their sins of everything they did on the vaccine everything they did on the mask
00:27:01.260 that fauci was ever out there up there every day as a senior advisor everything you think he and 0.72
00:27:06.020 burks or even with collins are going to dump it all in the cdc take care of it get rid of a few
00:27:11.020 underlings and then try to clean their skirts that way is that essentially your argument 1.00
00:27:16.300 Rochelle Walensky, in my opinion, is the bag holder using language from Wall Street. 1.00
00:27:23.320 She is going to be the one that's going to be stuck with the blame here.
00:27:27.380 And we've seen that deployed now repeatedly in interviews.
00:27:32.360 And she is not part of the in crowd of this close in click that has made all the decisions and driven everything.
00:27:41.540 uh bob redfield is deborah burks is tony fauci is they're going to shift all the blame to this
00:27:48.920 outsider who came in from harvard and has no prior government experience i don't know
00:27:54.100 i just want to keep you i'm going to keep you through the break i've just got a couple things
00:27:59.100 on the other side i also want to talk about your book that's coming out and how we're going to set

00:28:34.820 still believe in america and our constitution patriot mobile america's only christian conservative

00:29:55.480 War Room Pandemic.
00:29:57.640 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:30:00.180 okay mypillow.com you're kit you're rolling them out to uh to college you're keeping the

00:30:21.640 of hey you're keeping the trophies give them a pillow how's that sound is that a fair swap
00:30:24.740 um dr malone we're gonna get the book up in a second we're pressed for time but just real
00:30:29.820 quickly they're doing things behind the scenes for action you know fran and francis collins the
00:30:34.600 head demon right he he's the he's the don coleon the fauci's like uh you know he's like a a wing
00:30:40.900 man but collins is the guy but they're going to try to radically change all the narrative to clean
00:30:45.900 up everything they did between now and the new congress what what we should what give us a minute
00:30:50.840 on what we should be prepared for to be ahead of that so we know what they're trying to do to us
00:30:55.320 We know they're gaslighting us.
00:30:58.220 So we've already seen it.
00:31:00.380 There's the bland game with the CDC.
00:31:02.760 The CDC is responsible for interjecting essentially the CCP treatment protocol of masking lockdowns, etc., the authoritarian measures.
00:31:14.140 You're going to see that become the dominant narrative.
00:31:17.240 There will be a continual downplaying of the adverse events and the all-cause mortality and efforts to suppress any discussion on that, yet you're seeing it leak out from all over the world.
00:31:30.180 Right now, the World Economic Forum and the World Health Organization in particular are gearing up their media manipulation campaign.
00:31:41.560 They've hired thousands of people and they've literally hired a self-professed communist to head up their propaganda campaign, which is to say their efforts to quell misinformation, which is any information that's different from the official World Health Organization narrative.
00:32:02.680 So what we're going to see is a concerted effort to ramp up censorship, de-platforming. Twitter is going to go on steroids. And all we can do, and we're being very effective, we are not without power.
00:32:20.160 Alternative media is breaking through.
00:32:23.160 Corporate media is collapsing, as you saw in that article, Steve, that you read.
00:32:28.080 And we are moving to a world that will be dominated by individuals selecting their own media sources.
00:32:36.920 And War Room is a key part of that.
00:32:39.160 So I think the main thing that people can do is continue to identify alternative media sources and link up to those in the event that there is a concerted effort to further de-platform.
00:32:54.040 And the thing we're worried about right now is shutting down Stripe so indirectly they can shut down Substack.
00:33:02.060 Yeah, give us your Substack because your stuff's great.
00:33:04.700 You're up on Getter.
00:33:05.360 What's Getter, Substack, and then when's the book coming out?
00:33:09.160 books scheduled to come out September 27th. I think that that's going to be the Kindle version
00:33:15.140 first because the printing time is just not there. The Substack, please do subscribe.
00:33:22.840 And it's our main platform for supporting ourselves now. I'm not rattling the tin cup,
00:33:29.980 but just be aware of that. rwmalone.substack.com. And Getter, of course, is our main platform
00:33:38.620 confirm at rwmalone md as you're showing there thank you steve dr moan thank you very much
00:33:45.020 let's go now to uh julie kelly uh the situation in michigan the trial the fbi the fbi is
00:33:51.740 essentially on trial julie kelly is doing amazing work over her own uh her own twitter feed and
00:33:57.560 also american greatness julie what is going on in the whitmer uh situation ma'am so this is the
00:34:03.920 second trial for two defendants, Adam Fox and Barry Croft, who were charged arrested in October
00:34:09.260 of 2020. They've been in jail ever since. April was the first trial. Two men were acquitted,
00:34:16.440 found not guilty, and made their defense that the FBI had entrapped them, which of course they did.
00:34:21.420 Jury could not reach a conclusion on Adam Fox and Barry Croft. Government immediately decided
00:34:27.040 to retry them that trial started on august 9th eight days of testimony mostly government witnesses
00:34:34.520 uh it went to the jury yesterday morning and uh late morning and they're back deliberating this
00:34:42.280 morning no verdict yet so how you you've you've watched this following one i mean it's kind of
00:34:48.760 shocking that the government didn't make their case with all their resources the first time they
00:34:51.940 retried these guys and they did it right away what's your sense of of the government's case
00:34:57.480 as they as they was there anything new that they produced this time or is this more kind of the
00:35:02.300 same sham that it was the first time when the jury acquitted two of the guys right so i think
00:35:08.040 the government's case is weaker just structurally because they these six federal defendants were
00:35:13.840 charged with conspiracy to kidnap so conspiracy has to be two or more people we've got two men
00:35:20.800 who were found not guilty, they're out of the equation. You've got two other defendants who
00:35:25.600 pleaded guilty under tremendous pressure by this DOJ, as you can imagine. They took the stand at
00:35:31.720 the first trial. They weren't convincing. They were less convincing this time, except for the
00:35:36.700 fact, Steve, that the judge this time put time limits on the defense attorneys questioning the
00:35:44.020 government witnesses, the two defendants who pleaded guilty. The judge for the first time,
00:35:49.380 really unprecedented in a criminal case certainly the judge in this case judge jonker out of western
00:35:55.220 michigan said it was the first time he'd ever done it put limits on the defense attorney's
00:35:59.220 cross-examination time of these two defendants um so you could see the judge is clearly tipping
00:36:05.680 the scales hold it hang up whoa whoa stop how do you put a time limit on a cross i thought you had
00:36:12.240 you could take as much time as you want to to go through all the information how do you what is
00:36:15.740 even the concept of a time limit? How did that even come up? He, Judge Yonker, repeatedly
00:36:21.580 interrupted defense attorneys, overruling them, really citing on behalf of the government on all
00:36:28.540 of their objections. And at one point, Steve, after the jury was dismissed in the first week,
00:36:33.920 he really scolded defense attorneys and said, you're wasting the jurors time with all this
00:36:38.920 quote unquote crap. Well, you've got the biggest domestic terror investigation in recent history
00:36:45.660 This was a terror enterprise investigation, according to the FBI, and we're wasting jurors
00:36:53.780 time.
00:36:54.440 I mean, this was crazy.
00:36:55.820 So, of course, the defense attorneys made a huge argument, didn't matter.
00:37:00.380 But the whole fact that the judge, who did not put limits in the first trial, even though
00:37:04.840 there were four defense attorneys, and now there's only two, an important cross-examination
00:37:09.740 of the motives of these two defendants to plead guilty, retracting their initial
00:37:14.980 what they initially told investigators versus what they're saying on the stand now it was
00:37:21.520 absolutely outrageous um so that's the only reason i think one of the big differences in this trial
00:37:28.240 but besides that mrs lincoln it was a great play but hang on a second what was the defense
00:37:35.600 attorney going through when he says you got to stop this crap what what were what was the area
00:37:40.280 of inquiry they were making and neither the cross or statements they were making so at this point
00:37:45.780 they were basically asking the defendant what sort of sweeteners the doj offered in exchange
00:37:52.540 for their cooperation and their plea deal so this resulted of course as you know steve
00:37:58.260 much lower sentencing uh provisions recommendations conspiracy to kidnap weapons of mass destruction
00:38:05.920 didn't one excuse me didn't one guy also get a bonus or something this how could that be crap
00:38:12.120 wasn't this central to the case of how some of these guys are incentivized you're telling the
00:38:16.740 audience that the judge said to the defense guys that this was line of inquiry was was crap about
00:38:22.400 the incentivization that's the the judge said that i don't remember if it was specifically
00:38:28.440 related to the main informant who made 60 000 plus dollars in seven months working as an informant
00:38:34.740 But he was very frustrated with the defense taking so much time, but it only was eight
00:38:40.100 days of testimony.
00:38:41.820 It was far shorter than the first trial, of course, but this was important.
00:38:47.140 And what the defense attorney once said, look, this is a 6A violation, unconstitutional,
00:38:53.640 unfair.
00:38:54.600 It also is unfair to the jury as they want to know the full story, especially how these
00:38:59.860 two defendants who, by the way, live 800 miles apart, Barrycroft and Adam Fox, the two men on
00:39:05.520 trial again, how they cooperated with the two guys who pleaded guilty. This was really critical
00:39:12.940 testimony. And the judge shut these defense attorneys down. So I'm thinking if these two
00:39:19.100 men are convicted, highly unlikely, that is a strong basis for appeal. I'm not an attorney,
00:39:24.220 but i mean i'm not you know not stupid you can sort of see how this would be a no-brainer
00:39:28.960 one of the one of the tales when this thing first came out in october of 2020 remember let's be
00:39:34.700 blunt the fbi which is the a modern new american gestapo and i don't care if chris ray doesn't like
00:39:43.480 it or the media doesn't like it or msnbc gets all up in the twitter they are the american people
00:39:48.640 agree with us remember only 26 percent strongly disagree so that means we get 75 percent of the
00:39:54.120 country and we're coming even for more of that the fbi is going to be um uh investigated it's
00:40:01.960 going to be defunded it's going to be deconstructed and it's going to be dissolved and this is one of
00:40:06.600 the many examples the fbi did this and this whole thing was brought up right before the trump right
00:40:11.300 before 2020 this was a total political hit and make gretchen whitmer like this huge assassination
00:40:16.740 nation attempt it was look at these trump people they're out of control the whole nation should

00:40:32.980 nothing here this is a sham and a joke and this is what the gestapo does it's like a nazi trial 0.80
00:40:39.120 okay and whitmer should be voted out should be turfed at his governor she went along with this 0.55
00:40:44.480 right all of it they did this in october and every night on rachel maddow this was non-stop
00:40:50.840 they tracked this thing boom all the way through look at trump supporters they're domestic terrorists
00:40:55.600 they're trying to assassinate good governors like whitmer it was all a lie it was all an fbi plot
00:41:01.340 an fbi plot to do this that's how out of control and then they took the guy the head guy and he
00:41:06.800 goes to dc he's part of the fed's direction chris ray and the fbi understand something

00:42:01.820 and i want to spend more time on that but i want to be very specific this this this deadline of
00:42:06.720 3 september my phone's blowing up the war and posse's all over this they want guidance because
00:42:12.380 it's action action action tell us exactly what that date is why it's important and what do people

00:42:29.480 You can go to Frank's Beach, or you could, before they just completely cut everything of all my servers in Detroit.
00:42:37.580 And-
00:42:37.880 Hold, hold, hold. What happened?
00:42:40.920 Okay. This weekend, Google took down all my AdWords. I just found out this morning.
00:42:47.200 So when you Google things this weekend, if you Google Moment of Truth, Mike Lindell, if you Google Frank's Beach, you couldn't see anything.
00:42:54.960 They blocked it. Then this morning, they cut my servers to Detroit.
00:42:58.900 I own all my own servers.
00:43:00.760 I was sabotaged.
00:43:02.220 Right now, we got this live stream up that they're watching right now, Steve, your war room.
00:43:07.040 And what we're doing now, we do have stuff on a hard drive from the weekend.
00:43:12.560 So we're putting the cast vote records, the inside the machines, the Clint Curtis, which is the Democrat whistleblower that did the first algorithms, and all the Dennis Montgomery stuff.
00:43:23.740 We're putting everything up on the moment of truth summit.com as we speak.
00:43:28.380 They want to play with this.
00:43:31.240 Now they've really upset me, Steve.
00:43:33.740 I'll tell you.
00:43:34.680 Hang on.
00:43:36.580 We've got to take a commercial break.
00:43:38.000 Short break.
00:43:38.660 Mike Lindell next.
00:43:45.620 Are you feeling frustrated and powerless in the face of sky-high inflation?
00:43:51.980 Well, here's what you can do about it.
00:43:53.760 Take a minute and go to this website, preparewithbannon.com.
00:43:57.740 you'll find what I call inflation-fighting food.
00:44:01.200 This is emergency food, the kind that stays fresh for up to 25 years.
00:44:05.120 It not only stays fresh, it stays affordable.
00:44:08.940 You see, at today's prices, this food works out to around $2.50 a meal.
00:44:14.120 And it will stay at that price today, tomorrow, and in years to come.
00:44:18.360 When food prices may be out of control that few of us can even afford to eat.
00:44:23.720 In other words, you'll lock in affordable food for years to come.
00:44:28.360 Now, think about that.
00:44:29.460 You can lock in the price of food today for years to come.
00:44:33.640 Right now, save $250 on a three-month emergency food kit when you go to preparewithbannon.com.
00:44:41.780 My Patriot Supply is offering their lowest price in years to keep you into food that's cheap.
00:44:48.480 This will help you fight inflation.
00:44:49.960 So go to preparewithbannon.com right now.
00:44:53.080 prepare with bannon.com lock in these prices at today's prices prepare with bannon.com
00:45:01.060 do it now use your agency action action action okay welcome back we're coming directly back to
00:45:09.500 the show since we've got so much to get through in the d block and i still got one of the moms
00:45:13.140 on that i'm trying to get in but there's breaking news of michael so michael and dale tell us once
00:45:16.880 again what's happened they took the servers down because i did have people it's interesting i did
00:45:21.660 have a lot of people saying hey it's really tough to see the summit this weekend people were telling
00:45:26.620 me the whole time we were telling to you know download the app etc but people definitely had
00:45:30.420 a problem so tell us what went on well we were crippled this weekend it the same thing happened
00:45:36.240 when i put the movie out absolute proof they took away google bing duck duck yahoo you couldn't put
00:45:43.580 you could not google moment of truth or mike lindell i couldn't you couldn't buy my adwords
00:45:48.500 They took away the ability for me to put AdWords up there.
00:45:52.220 In other words, if you put in a moment of truth, you got something that had nothing
00:45:56.420 to do with this weekend.
00:45:57.880 So I expected to have a quarter million dollars of bills at Google alone.
00:46:02.780 And I get in this morning and it's a hundred dollars.
00:46:05.200 I go, what?
00:46:06.720 What happened?
00:46:07.440 And none of the media is attacking me.
00:46:09.600 No media is talking about the weekend, the most bombshell, shocking stuff that the world
00:46:15.240 has ever seen for this to save this country.
00:46:17.880 and then Steve this morning I went to come on it was a half hour I got in here to get on your show
00:46:23.740 and we find out they sabotaged Frank's speech cut the things for my servers I own all my
00:46:30.060 own servers in Detroit and Dallas both of them have been sabotaged but we we had a backup plan
00:46:36.800 as as everyone's seeing right now if you're watching at Frank's speech this is just our
00:46:41.460 separate CDN so they can always see our live stream so we're doing this right now everybody's
00:46:46.800 watching the live stream the whole site's down but we have a backup plan there they don't want
00:46:51.600 you to see the way to get cast vote records they don't want you to see inside the machines
00:46:56.800 they don't want you to see this nerd kurt curtis that came forward and said he wrote the first
00:47:01.860 algorithms and uh he's going he's a democrat he he put his heart out on the table at the summit
00:47:07.680 and they don't want you to see dennis montgomery the case we just dropped in uh area in nevada
00:47:13.740 yesterday to release all his information i'm gonna get to alabama you've got some traction
00:47:18.880 on this i do want to you know we announced we reached out to both um smartmatic and we reached
00:47:25.140 out to dominion about coming on the show to respond not in a debate to respond what mike
00:47:29.180 had the weekend both of them by the way very politely came back and said hey look since we're
00:47:32.180 in litigation we can't do it but uh they sent the links and we're going to put up on the site and
00:47:37.440 push it out so you take a look they did send the links to their defamation suits against the
00:47:42.840 different news organizations and against mike and so we're going to put it all up and if you haven't
00:47:46.340 had a chance to read it i do recommend you read it you should read it they're voluminous it's
00:47:50.260 there look we're we're in a adversarial advocacy system you'll see uh their complaints against the
00:47:56.620 news organization you see your complaints against mike etc and i think it's particularly compelling
00:48:01.180 given the information mike put up this weekend in the 50 states so you ought to see both you get
00:48:05.460 and we're going to at war room we're taking cuts we're going to push out different cuts of it they
00:48:10.660 got both defamation suits from smart modic and from dominion will be up there and i recommend
00:48:15.640 everybody take a look at it mike let's go to the cast votes because this has got kind of a timing
00:48:20.460 thing yeah go ahead i recommend i'm going to tell everybody they can also see my evidence that i've
00:48:27.780 had from january 9th because now the dennis montgomery evidence was put into a lawsuit
00:48:32.400 nevada to release it to the country we need to get that gag order lifted so that's what they're
00:48:38.000 afraid of but yeah hold on hang on let me ask you in areas real quickly arizona nevada and now
00:48:44.200 alabama just real quickly give us a summary where the suits are where do you have standing and where
00:48:49.080 do you have traction where we got a shot to adjudicate this in a court okay separate from
00:48:53.540 your defamation lawsuits yeah yeah arizona was the first one it was a miracle about a month ago
00:49:00.560 a judge said i'll look at the machine evidence i will look at it and he's still looking at it we
00:49:06.020 We had a great hearing out there, and we said, boy, if one judge does it, maybe another one will.
00:49:11.140 Well, Alabama just yesterday said, I'll not only look at it, but the attorney general for Alabama, or not the attorney general, the defendant of the state of Alabama said, well, we don't want to talk about the relief of not having machines.
00:49:28.400 and the attorney general or the judge ruled, I guess it was the judge ruled, oh no, we're going
00:49:33.800 to rule, you're going to look at everything. You're going to look at getting rid of these
00:49:37.720 machines. They're going to look at this is what the whole lawsuit is, is to get rid of the machines
00:49:42.760 in Alabama before the 2022 election. So Steve, we're working these cases, these preliminary
00:49:48.700 injunctions. One of the things we said at the summit, everyone, every state can do one, just
00:49:53.900 get an attorney, get money to cover the attorney, reach out to us and we will give you our template
00:49:59.180 and we get these going in all 50 states. Then from the bottom up, we have counties where you
00:50:04.760 go to your county commissioner and your sheriff and you bring them the evidence there. We have a
00:50:09.520 digital canvasser and we need the cast vote records. That was the big bombshell. We have
00:50:16.820 nine days to get the cast vote records. They tried to stop us, everybody. You can email
00:50:22.020 cast vote records at frankspeech.com we'll take care of you you can go to um um the moment of
00:50:28.580 truth.com moment of truth summit.com go there we're going to have the cast vote very easy
00:50:34.660 here's here's what you do it's a whole booklet steve that you can just look in there get you
00:50:39.500 get it ready go up to your county clerk and get those records i'm going to go through the booklet
00:50:44.200 tonight mike we got to bounce what can people get to lindell tv and frank speech right now tell us
00:50:49.780 how you get access to the network emma robinson follows us she's a rock star so on your channel

00:51:43.520 Again, today we have the opportunity to flip the board to a conservative majority.
00:51:47.880 In a conservative county, it's been a majority led by liberals.
