00:00:00.000 Well, the virus has now killed more than 100 people in China, and new cases have been confirmed
00:00:04.960 around the world. So you don't want to frighten the American public. France and South Korea have
00:00:09.460 also got evacuation plans. But you need to prepare for and assume. Broadly warning Americans to avoid
00:00:15.920 all non-essential travel to China. That this is going to be a real serious problem. France,
00:00:20.700 Australia, Canada, the U.S., Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on. Health officials are
00:00:25.500 investigating more than 100 possible cases in the U.S. Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
00:00:32.200 The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide. Japan, where a bus driver contracted
00:00:38.140 the virus. Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
00:00:44.820 We have to prepare for the worst, always. Because if you don't, and the worst happens.
00:00:49.840 War Room. Pandemic. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:00:57.380 It's Tuesday, 23 August, year of our Lord, 2022. I want to welcome everybody. We've got a packed
00:01:01.820 show this afternoon. There's been an arrest regarding a threat against Turning Point USA,
00:01:08.100 the Tampa Convention. Remember, we had Calamity Jane Zirkle down there, our on-the-spot reporter.
00:01:14.360 She was down there. Charlie Kirk, we're trying to get, I think we're going to get Jack Posobiec as soon as
00:01:18.620 he's up. We're going to come in for that breaking news. There's been an arrest about a threat that
00:01:23.440 was made at that conference. Jack Posobiec from Human Events Daily in Real America's Voice,
00:01:28.900 10 p.m. show with Fernandez. We'll join us in a second. Hernandez will join us in a second.
00:01:34.500 I want to start with Julie Kelly. Julie, we had you on the show this morning,
00:01:37.480 and as you got off, the verdict came out. Now, I've got Darren Beattie from Revolver is going to join
00:01:43.940 us. By the way, Boris Epstein is going to come and talk about the president's strategy. We've got Bill
00:01:47.300 Mitchell from Bill Mitchell Reports. Packed show today. You literally got off the show with what
00:01:54.300 Darren Beattie, yourself, a bunch of lawyers, everybody's talking about a clear case of
00:01:58.320 entrapment, and they found these two individuals guilty. Give us your assessment, Julie Kelly.
00:02:05.120 Shocked, outraged, disgusted at the conduct of this judge in particular. Think about this, Steve.
00:02:12.120 The first trial in April, you and I have talked about it numerous times. We had four federal
00:02:16.180 defendants on trial. Two men were outright acquitted. Other two men hung jury. Adam Fox,
00:02:22.440 Barry Croft Jr. Prosecution immediately announces they're going to retry those two men. Their trial
00:02:27.720 starts on August 9th of this year. The April trial, three weeks of testimony, four and a half days of
00:02:34.660 jury deliberations. They come back, not a single conviction for the government. Complete defeat for
00:02:39.660 DOJ. Fast forward now to August 8th. The trial starts. We have eight days of testimony. The jury,
00:02:48.300 you have two fewer defendants for a conspiracy, two fewer defendants because they've been found not
00:02:53.620 guilty. Jury comes back in less than seven hours after eight days of testimony. Seven hours and a
00:03:00.440 conviction on every single count. Kidnapping.
00:03:03.960 Did we lose Julie? Did we lose our sound? She froze. Okay, well, we get her back up because the jury
00:03:14.000 was out less than a day. I got to get Julie up. We got to pound down seven counts. Let's go. We have
00:03:17.640 Jack Posobiec. Let's go to Jack. Jack Posobiec, can you walk me through what happened at Turning Point?
00:03:23.740 What was the situation? The conference was a huge success. We had Jane Zirkle down there doing
00:03:29.020 interviews nonstop. I think five, six, seven thousand young adults, place packed, super high
00:03:35.340 energy. There was an arrest today. Am I hearing this correctly? Because it's kind of coming in
00:03:39.440 fits and starts. What happened? That's right, Steve. And actually, that's where this is during
00:03:44.540 the time period when you were away on assignment and I was fighting the deep state and I was actually
00:03:49.660 guest hosting War Room at the same time this was going on during this week. But this was a situation
00:03:54.820 that I was made aware of during the time period that these threats to Turning Point and to this
00:04:02.000 event were identified. Law enforcement got in touch with Turning Point. Turning Point was in full
00:04:07.260 compliance with law enforcement, both federally and with local law enforcement, both in Florida and in
00:04:14.080 Texas, so San Antonio and Tampa. And then really also working to just keep that place shut down,
00:04:20.960 not shut down, I should say, but keep it secure for all the attendees of the event and make sure
00:04:25.960 that the threat itself was shut down and neutralized as fast as possible. So that was shared with us.
00:04:31.860 It was also shared with law enforcement. We've also, at Turning Point, gotten more information as the case
00:04:36.860 has proceeded. There were statements that the individual made relating back to the incel movement,
00:04:41.920 talking about Elliot Rogers and really targeting Turning Point and targeting this event. Because I really
00:04:47.580 think that, Steve, because the movement has gotten so much bigger, this populist, nationalist,
00:04:51.560 conservative movement has gotten so much bigger, we're seeing what? Possible violence against the
00:04:58.940 pro-life centers. We're seeing violence against Kavanaugh. We're seeing violence. Steve Scalise a couple of
00:05:03.660 years ago was shot. And so these are the type of things that really happen when the movement gets
00:05:08.120 bigger. That's the situation we're in. And so Turning Point took the steps both on the ground and then
00:05:13.920 outside the event with our security. And Steve, the security that we hire, it's everybody,
00:05:18.160 their former Navy SEALs, their former CAG, dev group guys, Delta Force. We make sure that everything
00:05:24.260 is really well taken care of. By the way, canceled his ticket on his way to Turning Points, didn't
00:05:30.260 actually make the flight out. We're still investigating what exactly the reason he canceled
00:05:34.660 his ticket was. But we have a screening process when anyone signs up for a Turning Point event. And
00:05:40.140 for lack of a better term, we go dark web on the people that sign up for these events.
00:05:44.360 We're looking up their names. We're looking up their social media. We're digging through stuff.
00:05:48.200 I believe it was Instagram posts and some Discord posts that initially started the ball rolling when
00:05:52.700 it came to this. But when you're looking at some of these statements that were made,
00:05:55.540 it was very clear that he was targeting Turning Point, that he wanted to use it as a possible
00:06:00.200 target, that he was making absolutely lethal threats. And then later, when he was investigated by the
00:06:07.400 FBI, they also found, apparently we're hearing now, child pornography in his possession. And so the
00:06:13.000 investigation is still out in terms of that. Turning Point is working with them. And the security will
00:06:17.900 always remain in place. And if anything, it's only going to get tighter as more events continue.
00:06:23.180 The child pornography was reported by CNN and Associated Press, I think, came forward and said,
00:06:30.140 hey, in the search of this guy's computer, they came with what looks like child pornography. Let's go back for a
00:06:35.240 second. People understand this. You say Tampa. We know Tampa is where it was, San Antonio. Is that
00:06:40.300 the hometown or is that where this individual lived? That's where the individual lived. That's right.
00:06:46.300 And we say threats. And then you said the insult movement, particularly for our boomers, right? We
00:06:52.520 have one or two audience members that are over the age of 45, Jack. So walk us to what is the
00:06:59.640 incel movement? This is not, you're the expert or the living expert on Antifa and Occupy, the Occupy
00:07:06.380 movement, Antifa, the radical aspects of BLM. What is incel? And maybe I can understand Antifa
00:07:13.980 coming after Turning Point, maybe BLM, some of the people that I'm not saying the overall groups,
00:07:19.440 but maybe individuals. But what is the incel movement? And what beef do they have against
00:07:25.740 the young people at Turning Point? Well, so incel, it's a portmanteau. What it stands for
00:07:31.860 is involuntarily celibate or involuntary celibate. And the idea is that young men who have become so
00:07:38.280 disaffected by current society, so disaffected by everything that's going on. And of course,
00:07:44.240 things that we talk about here on War Room, things we talk about in Human Events Daily,
00:07:48.380 the way that society has completely disaffected and purposefully, I would say, and I know you say
00:07:54.800 deliberately targeted so many of the young people in this country, shut them out of jobs,
00:07:59.740 shut them out of work, shut them out of meaningful relationships, shut them out of being able to
00:08:03.800 have wealth formation, family formation, that it's created this sort of anger and it's created this
00:08:08.980 sort of underbelly of rage. And you have people that are like this case in Santa Barbara who lashed
00:08:14.620 out against, and by the way, it's not to say that everybody who used this moniker is violent,
00:08:18.600 but you have seen incidents like UC Santa Barbara in 2014, Elliot Rogers, who's someone that this
00:08:24.200 individual specifically cited to the FBI in interviews as a way to lash out. And he was
00:08:30.200 targeting sororities, he was targeting these type of things. We don't know exactly why he targeted
00:08:36.100 Turning Point for this. We do know that he attended a CPAC, I believe one year prior to this. So that's
00:08:42.420 something that is tied into the investigation. But you do have these groups that look at Turning Point
00:08:47.080 and they target it because they see the size, they see the momentum, and they look at that as
00:08:51.440 potentially something that could be a target for them. Fortunately for us, we have the security
00:08:57.440 But hang on, given their issue set, isn't Turning Point offering solutions for that? This is what I'm
00:09:07.440 missing. I can understand hardcore lefties, cultural Marxists, and I'm not saying those people would
00:09:12.240 ever go to the thing of threatening Turning Point or threatening action against Turning Point. But I'm
00:09:17.780 saying you can understand maybe somebody on the far left. But Turning Point has breakout sessions,
00:09:25.780 workshops, it's young people coming together. Isn't it a family formation? I mean, the concept is,
00:09:33.780 you don't need to be involuntarily celibate, you're going to find a mate and have a family and have a
00:09:39.780 bunch of kids and live happily ever after. That's what I understand. What is the beef of the incel or
00:09:47.060 these individuals against, it looks like a group that is offering solutions for their dilemma?
00:09:53.780 Look, and that's exactly how the event was set up. But certainly I talked about in my speech at that
00:09:59.780 very Turning Point event, which by the way, my family was at, both of my children were there and my
00:10:04.260 wife was there. And specifically something I talked about was the importance of growing families,
00:10:09.140 of raising a family, of having kids, getting married, finding a way, path to success. That's
00:10:14.420 exactly what we were talking about throughout the entire event. But the problem is that you have these
00:10:18.340 various contingents on parts of the internet that they either start looking at clips taken out of
00:10:25.620 context or someone says, oh, I don't like Poso because I interviewed somebody they don't like,
00:10:31.380 or I tweeted something they don't like. And it just builds and builds and builds until you get to
00:10:35.940 the point where you have something like this. Okay, Jack, I know you're going to have updates.
00:10:41.300 Can we get all the social media associated with you, the 10 o'clock show, which is already a huge hit
00:10:46.340 with you and Drew Fernandez, and also Human Events Daily. I think you're sitting in for Charlie Kirk this
00:10:52.580 week also. You never stop. I mean, you're working crazier this week than I've ever seen you work
00:11:00.340 before. Where can everybody get you? Yeah, everybody knows if you need someone to pick
00:11:04.020 up the shifts, you call the Pollock, right? So we're guest hosting for Charlie Kirk.
00:11:07.860 Guest hosting for Charlie Kirk. I didn't want to say that. I guess I implied that to the polls.
00:11:15.060 You didn't need to, Steve. You didn't need to. That's all right, though.
00:11:18.180 I talked to Tanya Tay, and she says, hey, have you ever got any extra work for the guy?
00:11:22.820 Right? We're trying to take it to full capacity. We got bills to pay.
00:11:25.780 So I just gave me a heads up. Wait, am I supposed to be getting paid
00:11:30.420 more for this? I haven't. Wait, get my card. Producers! Producers!
00:11:34.900 No, so we're on the 10 p.m. It's the War Room Night Watch. Myself, Drew Hernandez,
00:11:40.020 we're coming in hot in the evenings. So you're up during the daytime. You've got the afternoon
00:11:44.340 show. We've got the nighttime. We're locking it down. And then, yes, also guesting for Charlie
00:11:48.180 all this week, 10 to noon, and then another hour that's just radio and on the live stream.
00:11:53.140 And we've got, of course, by the way, we're now co-located with John Solomon. So we actually had
00:11:57.940 him in studio today, and we were able to break down his massive bombshell.
00:12:01.700 Rob Markman Bombshell. The Solomon thing is a bombshell. John's
00:12:04.900 going to be on the show tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock. Jack, thank you so much. And for all
00:12:08.420 the people at Turning Point, great job on the security and great job on working with the authorities
00:12:13.220 to put this one away. Fantastic. Great work.
00:12:15.940 Look, we go full dark web, and we're going to keep doing it. That's one of the reasons that
00:12:20.260 when you have a skill set like this, and you come in from an intelligence background, you're working
00:12:24.180 with the people that we work with, we are not sparing any expense when it comes to... Steve,
00:12:28.420 we have minors, not just my children, but we have minors that come to attend, and we are not going to
00:12:31.780 spare any expense when it comes to the security of our attendees. Jack Posobiec, Turning Point USA,
00:12:38.100 Charlie Kirk, the whole team. Thank you very much. I think we got Julie up. Julie, we have a connection
00:12:44.340 again. Julie, here's the question. It was seven counts, and the jury was out less than 24 hours.
00:12:50.420 How could that possibly be on what you said is a slam dunk entrapment case?
00:12:56.500 Right. Well, it was actually about seven hours of deliberation. That was it. Closing arguments
00:13:01.780 wrapped on Monday around noon Eastern time. They left at 5. They came back at 8.30 today. I think by
00:13:09.140 10.30.11, they were filling out the verdict forms. So how does that happen? Well, you have a judge
00:13:15.380 constantly interfering on behalf of the government, which this judge did. As you and I discussed this
00:13:21.540 morning, he took the unprecedented step of limiting the cross-examination of two key government witnesses,
00:13:29.300 two defendants who had pleaded guilty. They were supposed to be part of this kidnapping conspiracy
00:13:35.220 with the two defendants, and the judge limited each defense attorney to 25 minutes. That was crazy.
00:13:42.500 Also, the defense accused one jury, a juror of misconduct, asked the judge to investigate
00:13:49.700 because co-workers had stepped forward telling defense attorneys that this particular juror said
00:13:55.140 he was going to find the defendants guilty no matter what. The judge kept this juror on, refused to let
00:14:01.860 defense attorneys in the room while this juror was interviewed about the potential misconduct,
00:14:09.540 sealed all the filings related to the misconduct. And what I'm hearing today, Steve, shockingly,
00:14:16.580 is that this was the juror who was the foreperson for this jury. I mean, none of this adds up. How could
00:14:23.860 you have such a lengthy trial the first time around? And now this time around, in less than seven hours
00:14:29.940 of convictions on life in prison, uh, uh, counts like conspiracy and weapons of mass destruction.
00:14:37.860 We're going to take a short break. Julie, just hang on for a second. We've got, uh,
00:14:41.540 Darren Beattie from Revolver, Bill Mitchell, Bill Renshaw reports,
00:14:44.580 and Boris is going to join us by phone all next in the war room.
00:14:59.140 You know what's never good? When your nation's supposed authority on economic policy completely
00:15:06.020 misses the flashing red lights of impending inflation. Now, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen has
00:15:12.580 finally admitted, quote, there's been an unanticipated and large shocks to the economy
00:15:17.380 that have boosted energy and food prices and supply bottlenecks that affected our economy badly
00:15:23.380 that I didn't at the time fully understand, end quote. You know who understands the real threat of
00:15:30.660 inflation? People who invested in gold and silver with Birch Gold Group. They're protecting their
00:15:37.380 savings from a highly turbulent economy by diversifying their 401k or IRA into gold,

00:16:23.540 War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:28.900 The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.

00:17:17.220 promo code WARROOM. Julie's going to hang with us for a second. I want to bring in Darren Beattie,
00:17:22.340 who American Greatness and Revolver have been all over this. So Darren, here's what I'm confused
00:17:27.780 about. I've been reading the coverage and we're all over this. It's seven major counts,
00:17:33.380 each one quite complicated. I think each one brings a life sentence, right? Yeah. And it took the jury
00:17:39.860 less than seven hours. It takes you that long to fill out the jury form.
00:17:45.220 What, tell me, give me your perspective, sir, because this is, this didn't seem like this was
00:17:50.980 close. You've been making the cases as open and shut entrapment. What went on here?
00:17:57.060 Well, I think it was clearly a politicized case and it, one can't help, but look at the details
00:18:02.660 of this case and the outcome in light of other, you know, frankly, outrageous outcomes that we've
00:18:09.220 seen from the justice department and conclude that the rule of law is dead in the United States of
00:18:14.500 America. This is just further proof. There's no such thing as the rule of law and blind justice
00:18:21.460 in the United States of America. These people absolutely did not deserve the verdict they had.
00:18:27.220 There was a full trial under basically the same circumstances with zero conviction. That turned
00:18:35.140 out to be profoundly inconvenient to the FBI and word spread around in national discourse
00:18:41.940 up to the lips of Ted Cruz, who was pointing out what a disaster it was and crucially making a link
00:18:49.060 between this disaster in January 6th. And so it's just too good of a talking point that percolated into
00:18:57.060 the establishment Republican arena spread too far and was too good of a talking point to say,
00:19:02.260 look at the fake fed entrapment hoax operation of the Whitmer case where there was zero conviction.
00:19:10.820 And so they had to change it and they did, irrespective of whether or not the defendants
00:19:16.980 in this case were actually guilty and or whether they were victims of entrapment, which I think all
00:19:22.820 the evidence suggests that they were. So I take it, and I'm going to get to Julie in a second,
00:19:27.380 about her assessment, because it was a jury of their peers. Are you guys going to argue in your
00:19:32.740 analysis that there was something structurally wrong with the trial? There was a judge. I know
00:19:38.740 these guys are going to appeal, but when you look at this, it was a jury of their peers. And I think
00:19:42.580 what's so shocking, I mean, Julie was on today. I didn't think this, I didn't think the verdict
00:19:46.660 would come back for a week. I thought you'd be here Thursday or Friday, but it came back actually
00:19:50.660 when she was on this morning. Is your issue now, the structure of this, the way evidence was
00:19:56.420 presented, the way they couldn't cross-examine or that you didn't like the judge? What's your beef?
00:20:01.620 Well, there are all kinds of outrageous details. And Julie Kelly has chronicled this
00:20:05.860 in far greater detail than I have. You can ask her about the judge and all of that, or just look at
00:20:11.860 the time spent. It was clear that this is a foregone conclusion. The fact that they had a retrial at all,
00:20:17.620 I think, is evident of a lack of disinterested approach on behalf of the Justice Department.
00:20:26.340 They needed this conviction and they were going to get it any way they possibly could, by hook
00:20:31.860 or by crook. Because as I said, it's just too good of a talking point for Americans to say, look, this Fed
00:20:41.140 entrapment operation led to zero convictions. And the guy that oversaw this disaster is running the
00:20:48.420 January 6th investigation. It's just too good. It's too powerful. It's too damning. And so they
00:20:53.780 needed to at least undermine that talking point by securing these convictions at the expense of these
00:20:59.460 two individuals' lives. Let me go to Julie Kelly. Julie, what is your assessment? You've covered this
00:21:05.620 in more detail than anybody. What is your assessment? I know you put the breaking news up
00:21:10.020 on American Greatness in your Twitter feed, but what is your assessment so people can actually see
00:21:15.060 your breakdown of what went on here? Well, the assessment, to Darren's point,
00:21:20.180 this is a lot of the same evidence that was presented in the April trial that didn't result
00:21:24.580 in a single conviction after four and a half days of jury deliberations. What was different in this
00:21:30.100 case was the conduct of Judge Yonker? Now, I listened to most of the first trial and I listened
00:21:35.460 to almost all of this trial. His attitude, the way he handled defense attorneys, the way he rushed
00:21:42.340 through jury selection in one day, the way he kept pushing defense to get this trial over with,
00:21:48.900 calling their line of questioning crap. I mean, those were the words that he used.
00:21:53.700 And at one point, defense attorney Joshua Blanchard told the judge, look,
00:21:57.460 your attitude, your conduct is certainly showing the jury your bias towards the government.
00:22:03.300 This is not how this should be handled. This is a major case. Our defendants lives are at stake.
00:22:08.500 They can go to jail for the rest of their lives. What is the rush? And so that was just one
00:22:15.300 example of how the judge acted differently than the first trial. You had accusations of juror misconduct.
00:22:22.340 Now, it seems like that juror was the foreman for the jury. Everything is under seal. And now
00:22:30.420 we're going to have to wait for an appeal. But if there is an appeal and these two men get off,
00:22:34.580 which they should, this will be long memory hold. The scary thing is that this judge and his conduct
00:22:41.060 emboldened a corrupt, unaccountable, out of control FBI to continue these sort of operations.
00:22:48.820 I'll tell you, the tweets coming out of the FBI, D.C. field office today,
00:22:52.820 seem like bragging from Steven D'Antuano. They've got six or seven tweets bragging about
00:22:58.740 new arrests for January 6th, bragging about plea deals, bragging about convictions in court that
00:23:04.260 happened today for January 6th defendants. This is, they are just tap dancing in Washington, D.C.
00:23:10.580 at that field office for what they think that they're going to get away with. And unfortunately,
00:23:15.140 they probably will. Because even the Republicans who have made this an issue,
00:23:19.860 they're going to forget all about it now that DOJ got these two convictions.
00:23:26.180 Julie, how can people follow you, get your assessment and follow you in American
00:23:30.580 Greatness and on Twitter and other social media platforms?
00:23:34.180 So all my work is at amgreatness.com, including my article today with the wrap up of the trial,
00:23:39.140 Twitter, Julie underscore Kelly to getter and true social, Julie underscore Kelly.
00:23:45.140 The reason the FBI is doing it, they're totally politicized. They're the Gestapo.
00:23:48.500 Hey, I don't care if they don't like hearing it. Daily Mail's got a story up net right now
00:23:52.020 about Garland, about what Garland's done in the president situation. Boris is going to be on here
00:23:55.940 updated. John Solomon is going to be back on here tomorrow. They got the White House counsel
00:23:59.940 involved in this. They're completely lawless. They know they're lawless. And we're going to,
00:24:03.380 by the way, I think you're going to be quite surprised on like Anthony Sabatini says, defund
00:24:08.420 them first and then hold a hearing. So they can tap dance all they want, have the smirks,
00:24:14.340 spike the football. They're all doing that for the MSNBC and New York Times crowd. Well,
00:24:18.100 guess what? Those people don't run the country. I know they think they run the country. They don't
00:24:22.100 run the country. The people run the country and you're going to see that on November. That's
00:24:25.780 what they rushed this thing for. They had to get done through the midterm. BD is absolutely correct.
00:24:29.540 This is terrible for their narrative. Julie, thank you very much for coming on here. We look
00:24:33.780 forward to seeing the assessment, man. Great. Thanks for having me on again, Steve.
00:24:38.580 Thanks. Okay, Darren, tell me about Twitter. You know, I hate to say I'm getting tired of winning,
00:24:45.380 brother, but I'm almost getting tired of winning. I told you this is not a company. I told you this is
00:24:52.020 just an Intel operation that they're completely mismanaged, chaotic. They lie about everything they do.
00:24:59.300 Tell us about this whistleblower. How big a deal is this, not just for the Elon Musk of it all,
00:25:04.020 but more importantly, for what you call the global town square, sir?
00:25:08.820 Yes. Well, it's really something that anyone should have known already as far as the fact that
00:25:15.620 Twitter is a hotbed of intelligence operations being, and why wouldn't it be? This is the global
00:25:22.340 public square. It is the absolute global nexus of communication, certainly of influential communication
00:25:31.060 that only makes sense that it would be infiltrated up the wazoo by influence operations led by
00:25:37.620 intelligence agencies. And indeed it is. And that's one thing that from the beginning, when we were
00:25:43.060 talking about the possibility of Musk acquiring it, that Musk maybe didn't take fully into account, is that
00:25:50.660 the fact that this is such a crown jewel for intelligence agencies, not reflected in whatever
00:25:56.900 ostensible valuation of Twitter as being $20 billion, $40 billion, whatever. It's priceless. It's
00:26:02.420 priceless because control of information at that scale is priceless. And that's why, unfortunately,
00:26:08.340 the acquisition was doomed from the beginning. But here we have a story from CNN of all places,
00:26:14.740 indicating that a whistleblower is saying he's a former head of security at Twitter saying,
00:26:19.380 oh, the C-suite is really doing a lot to cover up the extent to which there's foreign infiltration of
00:26:25.300 Twitter. Now, first of all, I have to say, the fact that CNN is covering this indicates something
00:26:31.060 very important. What the guy's complaining about is that there are foreign intelligence agencies
00:26:36.260 operating on Twitter, as opposed to how it should be and how it normally is, is that it's the US
00:26:41.300 intelligence using Twitter. So that's OK. But once some other foreign agency gets a piece of the pie,
00:26:47.860 that's a problem. And that requires a whistleblower. So there is a bit of a kind of a slant and an angle
00:26:54.980 going on even in the CNN revelation. But it's important to understand Twitter for what it is.
00:27:00.340 That's precisely what it is. And I hope the whistleblower comes forward further because,
00:27:04.980 frankly, anything that damages Twitter at this point is a good thing. And it shouldn't be understood as a
00:27:10.740 normal company. It shouldn't be understood as just an ordinary business because it's not.
00:27:16.980 It is the epicenter ground zero for the creation of people's reality. Because information creates
00:27:23.620 people's reality at scale. And that's what Twitter does. And whoever controls Twitter has a big,
00:27:28.740 big role in shaping the reality that people live in from a day to day basis.
00:27:32.580 I mean, here's what's shocking. By the way, just stay with us through the break for a minute. We got
00:27:36.820 Boris up. We got Bill Mitchell up. But here's the thing. We said in the very first day, we said,
00:27:41.140 hey, this is just different intelligence operations. And Darren comes on and says they craft the
00:27:45.780 narrative. The head of security. This is not some Schmendrick. This is not some Grundoon.
00:27:50.900 This is the head of security that reported directly to the chief executive officer. He's
00:27:56.020 come for it. He's one of the top hackers in the world. His information is put out already. I suppose
00:28:00.900 there's all these reports going around. We'll blow your hair. But basically says, yeah,
00:28:04.100 the platform is nothing but a bunch of it's got tons of Intel operations. Oh, guess what?
00:28:08.820 We can't even we don't know the number of bots. We don't want to know the number of bots.
00:28:12.180 I keep saying it's not a business. The bots are the business. Short break. Darren Beattie,
00:28:17.540 Bill Mitchell, Boris Epstein next in the world.
00:28:25.060 Millions of Americans are waking up to a country they don't recognize. And while they struggle to
00:28:29.620 raise their families and pay the bills, the media and corporations are telling them
00:28:33.700 they're what's wrong with the country. Well, thankfully, there are a few companies that still
00:28:37.940 believe in America and our Constitution. Patriot Mobile, America's only Christian conservative
00:28:44.180 cell phone company, is on the front lines fighting for the sanctity of life, religious freedom,
00:28:49.380 and the Second Amendment. This is why Patriot Mobile is different from every other provider
00:28:54.020 out there. Inflation has made it really hard on many Americans. Thankfully, Patriot Mobile has
00:28:59.300 plans for almost any budget. They offer the same nationwide coverage as the major carriers. I want
00:29:04.820 to repeat that. They offer the same nationwide coverage as the major carriers. Get the same great
00:29:10.340 service plus the knowledge that your money is supporting the values that made America great
00:29:15.460 and will make her great again. Go to PatriotMobile.com. That's one word. PatriotMobile.com slash Bannon.
00:29:23.220 Or call 972-PATRIOT. That's 972-PATRIOT. Use the offer code Bannon to get free activation.

00:29:38.100 switch today. PatriotMobile.com slash Bannon. That's PatriotMobile.com slash Bannon. Or call 972-PATRIOT.
00:29:46.980 Action. Action. Action. Action. Do this today. War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon. The
00:29:54.980 epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide. War Room Pandemic. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:30:05.460 Okay, for folks at home, if I can tell the, if I get the crew in Denver and if I can also get my
00:30:10.260 always crack production team at the War Room, if you go to Daily Mail, the largest site in the world,
00:30:15.180 the Daily Mail right now, if you go below the J-Lo's three dresses and the announcement of
00:30:21.840 Meghan Markle's incredible new podcast, you know, talking about her life and her insights on
00:30:28.220 everything. If you go below that and above, it's above Ivanka and Jarrett in their matching black
00:30:34.720 outfits, holding hands, walking in. Who does that? Matching black outfits, shorts and tanked.
00:30:41.220 It's above that. The Daily Mail actually has our morning show, my rant against the FBI and
00:30:48.360 Merrick Garland. I'm sure that's just to add to my prison sentence. That's what I thank the Daily
00:30:53.120 Mail. It's below Meghan Markle and above the Jarrett and Ivanka in matching black outfits.
00:31:02.100 Kitted out. You can't make this up. And of course, J-Lo's three dresses. Three, I might add white
00:31:10.680 wedding dresses as a sign of purity. Okay, that's the Daily Mail. Let's please, if we can get that
00:31:17.480 story up. I want to go back to Darren Beattie. You know, you don't know how to take this seriously
00:31:22.140 or it's all a parody. Darren, Michigan. Twitter, we'll get more into. Here's what people have to
00:31:29.720 understand. That Twitter, that one time had a market capitalization of, I think it topped
00:31:36.160 out at $90 billion. And to get there, it not just had a lot of individuals involved, a lot of your
00:31:43.300 pension fund money, a lot of these crooks on Wall Street bought this stock at a $90 billion
00:31:50.140 valuation. Okay. Trump, then they kicked their number one guy off. Trump, it dropped. Then
00:31:56.580 Getter and all these other parlor gaps are come up in July of 2021. The market cap was $70 billion.
00:32:03.520 When Elon Musk bid on it, the market capitalization was $35 billion. It dropped, I think, essentially
00:32:11.440 $50 or $60 billion in value. Okay. And remember, your pension money is in there. So,
00:32:20.140 check your account of your pension fund and see how these brilliant managers are doing
00:32:24.600 it. This thing is not worth anything. I know Darren says his prices. My point is, it's not
00:32:31.020 really a business. It's a bunch of Intel operations and others like Big Pharma that are trying to
00:32:35.860 drive narrative and trying to, you know, as Alex Jones says, control your mind. But now
00:32:41.720 it's proven. The head of security came forward and said, there's no controls. We don't want
00:32:46.360 to know the number of bots because the whole thing is bots. So, we don't ever ask the questions.
00:32:50.740 We don't, we've got intelligence platforms all in here. Intelligence services all in here. Foreign
00:32:55.240 intelligence service, Reed, CC, Chinese Communist Party, as we've said, all in here. They're giving
00:33:01.920 your information out to everybody. There's literally no checks and controls on anything. As we've said,
00:33:08.020 and I have said from day one, the management team in the, if there's a private company,
00:33:12.360 nobody care or nobody's care as much. They're putting out public information every, every quarter
00:33:18.320 telling you how big they are and how much growth there. It's all crap. It's all lies. It's a breach
00:33:23.580 of fiduciary responsibility. Who's going to pay the pension funds, the difference in the 80 or 90
00:33:30.040 billion dollars and where it is a day in the floor. It's about to fall through. Who's going to pay
00:33:35.240 is Jack Dorsey. Let's go grab his money. Let's have, let's have some reparations. How about reparations
00:33:41.260 for the pension funds, for the lies and misrepresentation? All of management in the chain of
00:33:46.160 command has to go to jail. All the boards of directors to jail. You guys know about it. Your
00:33:52.420 head of security is saying it. Not just you have to have congressional, where's, where's FBI and
00:33:58.120 justice department in that? Hey Merrick, where are you on that? You're rounding up these guys in
00:34:02.980 somebody's basement in, in Michigan, right? Where, where are you? Where's this touted FBI with all your
00:34:08.260 press releases and everything? Where are you on, on Facebook about the foreign intelligence
00:34:12.800 service? The CCP's all over. Where are your brother? Darren Beattie, talk to me about Michigan
00:34:17.980 for your punch. Yeah. I just wanted to really let it sink into the audience. Just what an outrage
00:34:24.880 the Michigan case was from an entrapment standpoint. So just a few data points. The explosives expert.
00:34:32.920 And so one of the guys, one of the defendants who was just found guilty today, they arrested him when
00:34:38.080 he was driven by a guy. The guy driving the car was a Fed. Driving him to somebody that he was going
00:34:45.300 to allegedly buy explosives from, the explosives expert was a Fed. The reason that he would have
00:34:51.680 money in the first place is that the Feds gave him credit cards because the guy was so destitute that
00:34:57.340 he was living in the basement of a vacuum repair shop. He didn't even cash out the money. He brought
00:35:03.880 like $200, which wasn't enough to buy the explosives anyway. Like what makes this entrapment is that it's
00:35:10.260 not like this was going on and the Feds were just sitting back watching and they stopped it.
00:35:14.300 They were actively, proactively involved in every critical element of it. In fact, there's one other
00:35:20.520 scene I want to draw people's attention to, which was this famous surveillance scene where they were
00:35:25.080 driving by Whitmer's house and thinking about, oh, should we blow this up? Should we blow up a
00:35:30.040 bridge? Should we kidnap her there? It's incredible. They were driving around in a van and three out of
00:35:37.280 the five people in the van were federal agents and informants. That gives you a sense.
00:35:44.800 This is ridiculous. It's ridiculous.
00:35:46.620 Three out of the five people including the person driving.
00:35:50.320 It's obscene. It's an obscenity. It's not funny. It's an obscenity.
00:35:53.200 I'm only laughing because it's such an obscenity. Remember too, even the media is so
00:35:59.120 embarrassed about this. We couldn't even pull a poll clip. There may be tonight, but people remember
00:36:05.800 in October of 20, we're running up to the election. I mean, people are voting. People are voting in
00:36:10.380 Michigan. They got people voting. There's rallies. The debates, we're down to it. We are down to this
00:36:16.840 election. And for five nights in a row, this is all Rachel Maddow did. I think she flew to Michigan.
00:36:21.900 I mean, they were anchoring out there. This was the biggest story in the world.
00:36:26.700 The Whitmer, who was going to be president one day, the biggest story in the world. This is the
00:36:30.160 biggest story in the universe. Three of the five guys in the van, including the driver, were FBI
00:36:34.560 agents or assets. We're going to get to all this too. We have the real January 6th, the real
00:36:40.640 investigation, and we adjudicate three November. We're going to get to the whole Fed's direction part
00:36:45.100 of this. Darren Beatty, how do people get to you on Revolver? You're breaking some amazing stuff
00:36:49.980 over there. It's a must-go-to show prep. It's one of the show preps for the war room.
00:36:54.880 So how do people get there?
00:36:57.300 Revolver.news. It's quite hot right now. We're covering the Whitmer case. We've got Julie Kelly's
00:37:03.640 excellent write-up. We've got some amazing things from Just the News, which you've been talking about
00:37:09.540 recently. There's a lot of hot, brand new, fresh stuff up at Revolver News. And I am on Twitter,
00:37:16.480 at Darren J. Beatty. And we're also at Gitter, at Revolver News. So check us out there. And
00:37:22.480 there's much, much more to come.
00:37:24.860 By the way, Darren, my always astute production team tells me your new headset. You've got a side
00:37:31.860 gig at ESPN? Are you doing the game? You're getting so high tech on me. I'm now showing the
00:37:38.300 big hair. I got the IFB. I'm doing the big hair. I'm doing the big hair without the thing that Darren
00:37:43.100 Beatty's going the actual opposite. He's going, he's a gamer, right? You're showing me that.
00:37:47.520 Representing the gamer community, yes.
00:37:50.100 Representing the gamer community. You're so hip. By the way, do you have a matching black suit
00:37:54.380 with your wife you guys walk around down in Miami?
00:37:57.720 No, but I'm glad you got the idea now.
00:38:00.760 No, we're going to have matching black. Who does that? Seriously, what adults do that?
00:38:06.100 Okay. Thank you, Darren Beatty. Bill Mitchell, Bill Mitchell. Bill, I want to bring you up. First
00:38:12.880 off, Bill, you were one of the early guys for Trump and on Trump and knew about and kind of got Trump
00:38:18.000 back in 15, 16 on Twitter. You at one time were a massive presence on Twitter. And then all of a
00:38:24.000 sudden Twitter decided Bill Mitchell's too big a presence. He's gone. Give us your assessment,
00:38:28.880 sir, of being a guy that was one of the voices platforms for Trump back in the early days. What is
00:38:34.100 your assessment of Twitter, sir? Yeah, you know, MIT did a study of 150 most influential people
00:38:40.720 in the 2016 election. And just based upon my Twitter presence, I was ranked number 26 in the
00:38:45.880 country, the highest civilian in the whole country in the election. Just based upon my Twitter presence,
00:38:52.020 I had almost 700,000 followers there. And on election night, people were tuning into my feed
00:38:57.460 because I had been guaranteeing a Trump victory. And I had 90 million hits on my Twitter feed on
00:39:02.820 election night. And I think that as 2020 approached, they saw me as a threat. They
00:39:08.500 didn't want me on there. And so about four months before the election, I had made a post that if you
00:39:13.180 breathe into a mask, you rebreathe your own CO2 and it's unhealthy for you. And I posted some medical
00:39:17.700 studies and they found that offensive and they, without recourse, deleted my account. I was gone
00:39:22.820 from Twitter forever.
00:39:23.600 There's no doubt, but there's no doubt in your mind it was done because you had a platform and
00:39:31.280 we're talking about President Trump, et cetera, right? That's where they took you down, right? No
00:39:35.300 doubt.
00:39:35.880 Oh, absolutely. I mean, I've seen tweets where actually were threatening to assassinate
00:39:42.120 President Trump. And those tweets weren't even taken down. My entire account was wiped out. No
00:39:47.460 warnings, nothing, just gone. No recourse for posting that. If you breathe into a mask, it's not
00:39:54.040 healthy.
00:39:55.300 You got the Twitter death.
00:39:57.800 I got the Twitter.
00:39:58.740 The reason I want to have you on tonight, you had something up on your show the other day that
00:40:03.760 that was quite fascinating. And I don't think we do it enough here. You talked about polls and you
00:40:08.020 talked about everything. You said, Hey, look, don't get it. I think it's specifically, I think it was
00:40:12.380 related to the 16 down Fetterman, 16 up, uh, Oz is 16 down, uh, you know, uh, master on his 15 down.
00:40:19.960 And I don't think you were pining about the quality of their campaigns. We say, Hey, look,
00:40:23.760 the establishment is going to do this. Democrats don't do this. There's all these polls going to
00:40:27.240 come out. Don't lose it. When you see a lot of these polls walk through what you were talking
00:40:31.220 about in on the fake poll business, sir. Yeah. You know, polls are a lot like a cereal box. You
00:40:36.940 know, you look at the front of a cereal box, you've got a kid enjoying the cereal. It looks
00:40:40.260 delicious, right? But if you turn the box over, you see all the garbage that's in the cereal.
00:40:44.660 And that's why I recommend to people when they look at polling, I said, don't look at the top
00:40:47.920 line number. That's where they lie to you. Go into the internals and find out what the internals of
00:40:52.520 the poll. I'll give you an example. In the Wisconsin race, a poll just came out, uh, from Marquette
00:40:58.300 law school. It says that, uh, Johnson is trailing by seven points in that race. And they say the reason
00:41:06.340 why he's trailing by seven points in that race is because the incumbent, uh, or Lieutenant Governor,
00:41:11.340 uh, Mandela Barnes has got a 14 point lead with independents. Now you understand, Steve,
00:41:17.960 that Joe Biden, according to Quinnipiac, which is not a Republican pollster is only a 23% approval
00:41:23.620 amongst independents. So how does this Democrat have a 14 point lead amongst independents? He doesn't.
00:41:29.240 That's the back of the cereal box. That's what tells you that the front of the box
00:41:32.740 is a lie. And I remember back in 2016, about two or three weeks before the election,
00:41:38.640 WAPO and, um, um, and, uh, who was it? Uh, Washington post and ABC news came out of the
00:41:44.280 poll saying that Hillary was 16 points ahead, uh, in the election. And I said at the time,
00:41:49.340 look at this is a D plus 16 sample. They're using Obama numbers as the sample. Hillary does not have
00:41:54.480 that. If you make this an even R plus zero sample, then Trump is winning this election. And I said,
00:42:01.080 if you look at the internals, you can tell who's really winning the election. And if you look at
00:42:05.460 the internals on all these polls in Arizona, the masters, uh, uh, poll, it just came out and they
00:42:11.100 said that Kelly was ahead by, I believe about eight points in Arizona. But if you look at it,
00:42:16.460 they're claiming in that poll, the masters only is only getting 82% of Republican votes and 10%
00:42:22.800 Republicans are voting for Kelly preposterous in the, uh, in the, uh, uh, primary Republicans
00:42:29.440 turned out 230,000 more voters and Democrats did. And yet in polls for both Carrie Lake and for
00:42:37.020 masters, they're both trailing. It's baloney. It's garbage. It's just to take your joy. It's just
00:42:42.680 to lead the news cycle and make you feel like you can't win, but trust me, you can win. And we are
00:42:48.000 winning. Bill, how do people get to the Bill Mitchell report? How do they get to you on social

00:45:50.600 there's some breaking news and assessments you want to give us. What's going on?
00:45:53.880 No doubt about it, Steve. Honored to be with you. Honored to be with the War Room Posse again.
00:45:58.860 Just came down in the last few minutes, but the judge in Florida, in the Southern District of
00:46:04.600 Florida, Judge Cannon, has now come down and asked for more filings from the president and his legal
00:46:11.440 team. And I would say from reading the order, which is short to the point, it definitely indicates
00:46:17.580 her positive perspective on where the president or the president team stands and on the fact that
00:46:25.660 this is, you know, this case and this issue should be in front of her in the Southern District versus
00:46:30.540 being in front of the lower judge. Real quickly, I know you pressed for time, but tell us the difference
00:46:36.240 between why you're now at the Southern District of Florida, where it should be in front of a man.
00:46:41.560 I mean, she's a real federal judge. The other guy is a magistrate. It's a magistrate judge,
00:46:45.740 it's a magistrate judge. There's a difference in scale like that. Tell us, is this now you think
00:46:50.440 the judges are going to put their hands on it? There's a significant precedent. When you go and
00:46:54.760 you petition for a special master, which means an independent judge, independent entity person to
00:47:00.280 oversee your information documents, property, that during a significant precedent says that you go up to
00:47:10.040 the, to a district court, you go to the highest level possible before you get up to the appellate
00:47:14.640 courts. You go to the, to a district court. Now that precedent comes from the Southern District of
00:47:19.400 New York. It applies to the Southern District of Florida. So that is why where the president and
00:47:24.400 his team have filed now is at that district court level. And, you know, by she, the judge has asked
00:47:30.440 by Friday to submit filings on the, the, the standing vis-a-vis Judge Reinhardt and whether,
00:47:36.680 you know, where, you know, where that conflict stands. And obviously President Trump has already
00:47:40.100 expressed that Reinhardt should recuse himself because Reinhardt- Will this delay, will this
00:47:44.580 delay, if they're asking for more, if they're asking for more filings on Friday, will this delay
00:47:48.500 Reinhardt's decision, you believe on Thursday, where he kicked the can down the road and said,
00:47:52.980 I'll see what the federal court will say, say first. He shouldn't. And by, and by the way,
00:47:57.520 that was, that's another reason why the president's decision to separate the president and his team
00:48:02.520 from the issue in front of Reinhardt. Remember, Reinhardt is overseeing a motion that was done by a
00:48:09.560 conglomeration of left-wing outlets, judicial watch, center-right outlets, and it's versus the
00:48:14.980 DOJ. President Trump is not, is not involved in that back and forth regarding the affidavit.
00:48:20.900 President Trump and his team filed a robust filing yesterday in the Southern District Court
00:48:25.260 that's totally separate and, and, and direct from that. So that I, you know, Judge Reinhardt should
00:48:32.300 not use this as an opportunity to kick the can down the road because President Trump is not a party
00:48:37.120 to the motion in front of him. It's the New York Times, uh, judicial watch and others versus the
00:48:42.320 DOJ. That's what is going to be on Thursday. What is, what is, what is the filing by the DOJ on the
00:48:48.120 redaction? The, the president's lawyers, what, what's your response in this, on this mayor or the
00:48:53.260 White House getting directly involved with the White House counsel and kicking it to the FBI for,
00:48:57.500 for a criminal process, sir? Well, what obviously happened, you could read it in that,
00:49:02.360 in that letter is that the, you know, the White House counsel's office, the Biden White House
00:49:06.400 counsel's office is pusing the, the privilege without, without actually affirmatively doing
00:49:12.400 something. Oh, you, you figure it out. Well, by not asserting privilege, by not affirming that
00:49:16.980 a president who's out of office continues to have privilege, which of course he does,
00:49:22.020 that's what the Biden White House did and absolutely participated in the planning and preparation
00:49:26.940 for this unprecedented, unwarranted, unnecessary raid against president Trump and his family at his
00:49:33.700 home. This all goes back to the key issue. President Trump was in full compliance and
00:49:37.660 cooperation with all rules, laws, and regulation and cooperation with the DOJ. And further, if you
00:49:43.040 look at the warrant, this is very important. Rifkin wrote about this in the wall street journal.
00:49:47.020 Yeah. There's absolutely no way there's any legal underpinning for this because the DOJ actually
00:49:52.100 didn't even lose, use the presidential records act as a reason for the warrant. They try to do an
00:49:56.800 And Rifkin, Rifkin was all with us on the page when we're having him back on real quickly. Your
00:50:00.920 social media, you'll be back on tomorrow morning for more in-depth analysis. Give us your, give us
00:50:04.720 your social media. Absolutely. Hot, hot on boriscp.com. Set up right now, the website boriscp.com.

00:50:14.320 gram, boris underscore Epstein. Stay strong. God bless all offense. See you tomorrow.
00:50:19.480 Thank you, brother on offense. I want to bring in one of the heroes and patrons, one of the
00:50:22.740 fighters, Jennifer in Oceola County, Oceola, Oceola County, Florida. I hope, Oceola, close
00:50:28.980 enough. Jennifer, you're running for school. Oceola, you're running for school board. Tell
00:50:32.820 us why you're running and do you need people to turn out right now to support your candidacy?
00:50:38.680 Absolutely. I'm running because I'm a mother first and foremost, and I'm running to stand
00:50:43.200 up for our parental rights and to stand up for our children. Their innocence, their mind,
00:50:47.720 their vulnerability is something that needs to be preserved as long as we possibly can.
00:50:52.580 That's our duty and our honor and our privilege. And I'm standing with many, many, many other
00:50:56.620 parents who feel the exact same way and who have been showing up to the school board meetings
00:51:01.240 and showing up for their children to make sure that we take back our school boards and we make
00:51:06.480 sure that they respond to the community the way it's supposed to be. Jennifer, when we say take back,
00:51:11.780 I thought what you just laid out is the mandate of the school boards anyway. We've got 30 seconds.
00:51:16.640 Tell us what happened. How did this get off track?
00:51:20.620 I don't know how it got off track. I think that COVID served as a blessing, right? A blessing in
00:51:26.980 disguise. And it allowed a lot of parents to wake up and realize what was being taught in schools and
00:51:31.900 things that were going on. And I think that's the biggest take out of it from it right now is just
00:51:37.820 that it's an opportunity that we need to seize the moment. And it's a wave that we're going to ride
00:51:42.840 it to the end and parents are going to be triumphant and we are going to protect our kids.
00:51:46.620 We're going to stand up for our parental rights and we're going to make a difference. We're going
00:51:50.520 to make a change. Jennifer, real quickly, what's your social media? How'd they get to your site?
00:51:55.860 There's a couple hours left to vote. Where do they go?
00:51:59.480 Yes. So I am running for a school board in district one, which is essentially West Osceola County,
00:52:06.240 West Kissimmee. Celebration is a big area that they can come. That's where a lot of my voters are
00:52:11.520 located. And off of 192 as well, also in Davenport and South OBT. I have a link on my Facebook page,
00:52:20.000 which is Arguello for School Board. They can find all the information there to go and vote,
00:52:24.860 please. We've got about an hour left, you're right, to come out and vote. So we urge everyone
00:52:29.600 to come out and vote, pass their voices. Let's keep pounding. Okay. We're going to thank you very much,
00:52:35.340 Jennifer. Good luck. Run through the tape. We're going to go to Florida, New York, Nevada,
00:52:40.220 New Hampshire, Fauci, and the Ukraine all next hour. You're not going to want to miss this.
00:52:46.700 Okay. As we power through on primary day here in the war room, John Fredericks also tonight,
00:52:52.560 I think starting at seven o'clock, John Fredericks will be picking up coverage from
00:52:56.040 Anthony Sabatini's headquarters. See you in a few minutes.
