Bannon's War Room - Episode 2110： The FBI Has Systemic Problems And The Ransacing Of Mar A Largo Is Just One Example

00:00:00.000 Well, the virus has now killed more than 100 people in China and new cases have been confirmed

00:00:04.660 around the world. So you don't want to frighten the American public. France and South Korea have

00:00:09.160 also got evacuation plans. But you need to prepare for and assume. Broadly warning Americans to avoid

00:00:15.620 all non-essential travel to China. That this is going to be a real serious problem. France,

00:00:20.400 Australia, Canada, the U.S., Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on. Health officials are

00:00:25.220 investigating more than 100 possible cases in the U.S. Germany, a man has contracted the virus.

00:00:31.900 The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide. Japan, where a bus driver contracted

00:00:37.840 the virus. Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.

00:00:44.540 We have to prepare for the worst always, because if you don't and the worst happens.

00:00:49.600 War Room. Pandemic. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:00:56.760 If there is a trail of authorities asking on multiple occasions the president to turn over

00:01:02.840 those documents, which they apparently knew were there, isn't that a problem, Mike?

00:01:08.200 If the president had the opportunity to hand these documents over when asked.

00:01:12.320 The librarians are asking for overdue copies of the overdue books that are not overdue. The president

00:01:21.360 has the legal right to declassify these records and keep a personal copy. The former president had

00:01:27.840 every right to keep these records and the bureaucrats at the archives did not, as confirmed by the 1988

00:01:33.500 Supreme Court decision, Department of Navy versus Eagan, and the 2012 Judicial Watch case against President

00:01:40.260 Obama with the tapes in his sock drawer. They can demand them all they want. And the question you

00:01:44.780 have to ask is, okay, so they're demanding these records and Attorney General Merrick Garland leaked

00:01:49.980 that he was deliberating for weeks on whether to order this home raid before he went to a biased judge,

00:01:55.320 Bruce Reinhart, down in Florida, who just recused from President Trump's civil lawsuit versus Hillary

00:01:59.940 Clinton because of his 2017 Facebook post where he bashed President Trump's integrity. So if he had

00:02:07.200 weeks to deliberate, why didn't Attorney General Merrick Garland get an opinion from the Department

00:02:12.220 of Justice's Office of Legal Counsel or OLC? And the reason he didn't get it, presumably, is because he would

00:02:17.940 not have gotten the answer he wanted. This was a political raid on a former president and someone who is

00:02:24.480 almost certainly going to be a political enemy of President Biden.

00:02:29.680 When you say presumably, do you know that to be the case?

00:02:31.880 Presumably that he's going to run for president?

00:02:35.800 No, that there was a trail of him not wanting to ask because he wasn't going to get the answer that

00:02:41.660 he wanted.

00:02:43.680 Well, I mean, why else would, if he had weeks to deliberate on something this unprecedented

00:02:48.440 and consequential, why would he not seek an opinion from the Office of Legal Counsel on this?

00:02:53.520 This is this is this is a political raid by that was and then they said that the attorney general

00:03:00.140 didn't personally authorize this raid. He absolutely did. They also said that the Biden

00:03:04.240 White House was not involved with this raid. They absolutely were because White House Deputy

00:03:09.240 Counsel of the President, Jonathan Suh, had to relay that President Biden waived President Trump's

00:03:15.440 assertion of executive privilege, which paved the way for this raid.

00:03:18.520 And so it it the president, President Biden was absolutely involved in this raid.

00:03:24.000 And so so were his his officials in the in the Biden White House Counsel's office, Jonathan Suh.

00:03:29.100 This is a political hit on a former president.

00:03:33.940 Wow. Our own Mike Davis going full war room on Fox today. Amazing.

00:03:38.780 Benny Johnson, the great Benny Johnson, put that up on Twitter. It's gone viral.

00:03:42.340 I want to go to Jack Posobiec. Posobiec, give me your assessment of Mike Davis.

00:03:46.680 This whole day has been a fiasco, embarrassment, humiliation to the United States.

00:03:51.480 Jack Posobiec. Well, Steve, I just got to say, it's nice to see that Fox News is finally catching

00:03:56.220 up to the war room. Right. They're finally understanding that this is this is where we

00:04:00.720 operate. OK, that's the level that we're at every day, every single morning when we wake

00:04:05.800 up, when we have our my coffee. That's where we start. That's what we operate at.

00:04:10.200 If you don't if you want to go and watch your little throw it on the background, you're hanging

00:04:14.120 out, you're having a good time. That's Fox. You come in a war room, you come in to work,

00:04:18.320 you throw on human events daily. You're taking notes. You put on the Charlie. If you saw what

00:04:22.300 we did on the Charlie Kirk show is this thing broke in real time. I had John Solomon on.

00:04:27.000 I saw him walking around. I said, John, get in here. Pulled him into the studio.

00:04:30.480 Then we had Davis on Davis tried to leave. I said, no, we got him back by phone.

00:04:34.280 By the end of it, we even had Devin Nunes on at the end of this whole thing. And I'll tell you

00:04:39.060 something else, Steve. We're going through this in real time. I said, where's the probable cause?

00:04:42.660 Where's the probable cause? Where's the probable cause? 18 of the 38 pages redacted.

00:04:47.420 Can't find it. There's no probable cause in this document. And Davis is exactly right. It's the

00:04:52.520 librarians arguing about the overdue library cards. But Steve, I got something for you because I don't

00:04:58.300 know anybody else in media who could do this today. But as a prior intelligence officer, I'm looking at

00:05:02.400 this thing and it says there's two pieces of information when they're talking about the

00:05:05.920 classified information. The caveats that they mention in the document that are there, HCS and

00:05:12.820 FISA. What the HCS and FISA stand for. People need to understand that. We're going to break it down

00:05:17.320 tonight on Human Events Daily. But HCS, human control systems, human intelligence controlled systems

00:05:24.200 means spy derived intelligence. The next one, I think everybody knows this one, FISA, the Foreign

00:05:29.820 Intelligence Surveillance Act, the FISA court. So FISA derived intelligence. Now let's go through,

00:05:35.580 let's put our thinking caps on, ladies and gentlemen. I love it, by the way, on when she goes to Davis.

00:05:39.960 Well, how do you know that? It's because I can think, because I'm an intelligent human being and

00:05:45.720 I can figure out these issues. What type of documents do you think that President Trump would

00:05:52.440 have in his remit that he would have declassified and brought with him to Mar-a-Lago? That include,

00:05:58.060 by the way, FISA and HCS on it. I'll tell you right there. It is exactly what Mike Davis said.

00:06:04.740 And the most likely scenario, not 100 percent, but the most likely scenario is that it is those

00:06:09.380 underlying Russiagate documents that were declassified. And we have the memo from Mark

00:06:13.960 Meadows. You can go to justthetruth.com and find that. Solomon has it up. DOJ never released these

00:06:19.760 documents. So President Trump, he kept a copy for himself. And by the way, Steve, your girlfriend,

00:06:25.600 Maggie Haberman out there is up there saying, oh, well, it wasn't secured. It wasn't secured.

00:06:30.200 I said, it's Mar-a-Lago. The whole place is run by the Secret Service. What do you mean it wasn't

00:06:33.800 secured?

00:06:36.440 No, they're reaching. Jack, hang on for one second. Let's bring in Mike Davis because he's

00:06:39.840 got to bring him in. Bring him in. Mike, and I realize that the folks at Fox are good people.

00:06:44.600 We know them both. They're fantastic. But you did go. You did go war room today. I don't think

00:06:49.100 they were ready for that. Give us your perspective. This is quite frankly, everything you warned us

00:06:53.880 about this had. But I got to tell you, the humiliation to see all that redaction and what

00:06:58.940 the world thinks of this. I mean, the Justice Department is not just, it's not evil. It's

00:07:03.540 incompetent and embarrassing. This thing today, why even put it out? Why the magistrate even let it

00:07:08.260 put out? Mike Davis.

00:07:11.080 This affidavit was meaningless. It was redacted to the point of meaningless. This judge knew it was

00:07:16.040 going to be meaningless. He said that. And remember, this biased judge, magistrate judge Bruce

00:07:21.120 Reinhardt, he's biased. He just recused from President Trump's civil lawsuit against Hillary

00:07:26.220 Clinton on June 22nd. His bias didn't go away as a matter of law over the last over six weeks when

00:07:33.140 he ordered this unprecedented, unnecessary and unlawful home raid. This biased judge has the exact

00:07:38.860 same incentives as the corrupt counter espionage unit at the FBI and the Biden Justice Department

00:07:45.820 to cover their tracks here. They know that they ordered a political hit here on President Trump

00:07:51.580 to get back these crossfire hurricane Russian collusion documents.

00:07:57.820 Are you, do you agree within the Naval Intelligence Officer Jack Posobiec? Do you think this points to

00:08:03.740 at least what was released? Do you think this points to what a lot of people have been talking

00:08:08.960 about, crossfire hurricane?

00:08:10.020 Absolutely. And I presume it is number two on the raid inventory. Those leather bound documents

00:08:16.260 are the declassified personal copy. That's the declassified personal copy of the crossfire

00:08:22.000 hurricane records. President Trump, he classified them with a memo on January 19th, 2021, before he left

00:08:29.980 office the next day. The librarians, the bureaucrats at the National Archives dragged their feet. The Biden

00:08:35.460 Justice Department dragged their feet. They said that they had to do a Privacy Act review to make

00:08:40.220 sure that, you know, private information to get out there, which is just complete nonsense. They did.

00:08:44.400 They dragged their feet. And now President, they know President, they found out President Trump has

00:08:48.500 his copy and they're terrified. And that's why they ordered this home raid on former President Trump.

00:08:55.120 The Fox guys were not quite up to speed and understand how you laid it out. But I want this

00:09:01.620 audience, you've done it before. How important in the smoking gun on this thing is the no OLC opinion.

00:09:08.260 They've had plenty of time. There's no urgency on this. The OLC is the in-house elite law firm for

00:09:15.200 the Justice Department. On every executive order, anything controversial, they literally write a

00:09:19.400 legal opinion. Remember on the on the travel ban on the first and second on the first travel ban,

00:09:25.100 they gave us a clean opinion. And President Trump said, hey, I don't want to change this thing.

00:09:28.460 The OLC did it. The smoking gun here is that Merrick Garland does not have an OLC opinion

00:09:34.340 to back up his move. Is that not correct, sir? That's absolutely right. He leaked out. He was

00:09:40.520 in damage control mode and he leaked out that he deliberated four weeks before he ordered this

00:09:45.800 very unlawful, unprecedented home raid. Well, if he had weeks to deliberate, he could have walked down

00:09:52.120 the hall at the Justice Department and it had the Office of Legal Counsel or OLC give him an

00:09:57.780 legal opinion on whether this potential home raid that he that he eventually ordered would have

00:10:04.060 been lawful, whether the president has this inherent constitutional authority that the Supreme Court

00:10:08.880 said he had in 1988 to declassify anything he wants, whether the president had this statutory authority

00:10:15.080 that the Obama appointed D.C. District Court judge held that President Clinton had in the 2012 case

00:10:22.200 related to eight years of audio tapes and President Clinton's sock drawer. Merrick Garland knew what the

00:10:27.760 answer would have been from OLC, so he just did not get an opinion.

00:10:33.400 Politico, one more thing before you go, Mike. Politico made a big deal this morning about the Tom

00:10:37.200 Fitton situation. Tom was on the show yesterday to walk through exactly his fights with the

00:10:41.480 with the Clintons. And their assumption in this piece was that Fitton bringing this up actually

00:10:48.720 took the president in the wrong direction about being assessed, about even giving the first set

00:10:53.420 of documents. What is your belief of Tom Fitton and Judicial Watch's angle of attack on all this?

00:11:00.300 I think that they've been very good and they've been very good for for a long time, for for many,

00:11:06.580 many years at exposing corruption within the federal government, within the executive branch. And so,

00:11:11.760 you know, good for them for what they've done. They're the ones who, you know, John Solomon in

00:11:16.700 Just the News is the one who reported this Tom Fitton case. Tom Fitton does great work over

00:11:21.940 at Judicial Watch. So I have nothing but praise for him.

00:11:27.440 And so do you believe that this thing he brought up in the Clintons is pertinent to the situation we're

00:11:32.540 in today, correct? It's very pertinent. Look, if you have eight years of audio tapes of your

00:11:38.620 presidency, that would certainly qualify as a presidential record subject to the Presidential

00:11:43.360 Records Act. But this 2012 ruling by the Obama appointed judge said the president had the sole

00:11:50.400 statutory authority under the Presidential Records Act to determine whether a record is personal that

00:11:55.660 belongs to the president or a presidential record that goes to the librarians and the bureaucrats in the

00:12:00.340 archives and then goes back to the former president's library. Remember, before the Presidential

00:12:04.420 Records Act was passed in the 70s and made applicable to the president starting in 1981,

00:12:10.780 presidents personally owned presidential records. They belong to the president. All the Presidential

00:12:15.580 Records Act does is it says that presidential records are government property if the president

00:12:20.420 determines that they're not his personal records.

00:12:25.200 And it's the president's determination. Mike, how do people follow you? Because obviously,

00:12:29.620 you're in demand all over and people want to follow your social media.

00:12:33.160 So it's my social media is MRDDMIA, my initials in Des Moines, Iowa, on Getter,

00:12:40.180 Truth, Twitter. Article3Project.org is our website and at Article3Project, at Article3Project. And thank

00:12:49.480 you very much, Steve and Jack, for helping me get out this message.

00:12:52.600 Thank you, Mike. I look forward to your other hits. We'll push them out. And by the way,

00:12:58.720 the Benny Johnson piece has gone viral. So amazing. Jack, we got about two minutes here. I'm going to

00:13:03.280 hold you through the break. I want to reiterate, you're a naval intelligence officer. Walk me through

00:13:07.900 those two, the human intelligence and the FISA piece. Why are they so important? On the unredacted

00:13:12.460 piece, the information you derive from that, sir?

00:13:14.940 So when they're talking about SEI, SEI isn't a caveat into itself. It is a whole family of

00:13:22.920 markings that you might find. And so all of those caveated intelligence, whether at the secret or

00:13:27.760 the top secret level, it's always going to be derived from a certain types of sources and methods.

00:13:34.100 So it always goes back to what that type of method is. Sometimes you'll also see information in there

00:13:38.700 about dissemination. So no foreign, that means you cannot release it to a foreign government,

00:13:43.540 foreign entity. You might see LES, that's law enforcement sensitive. You might see FOUO for

00:13:48.620 official use only. There's so many different caveats that you can find. But the two that we see

00:13:53.280 specifically in these documents are HCS and FISA. HCS, human control systems. That's your sources.

00:14:02.600 That is your human sources. That's your spies. That's your HCSs. Those are your folks like the 0.50

00:14:08.180 walrus that was put up there in President Trump's campaign. Then FISA, of course, it speaks for itself.

00:14:12.980 That came from a FISA investigation. So what FISA investigation derived information do you think

00:14:18.980 that President Trump would be bringing with him to Mar-a-Lago? The answer is very, very simple to

00:14:24.960 us. And so when we can glean from this is that it is very, it's very likely that Mike Davis is

00:14:32.020 correct. I also spoke earlier today to Devin Nunes. He said he thinks it absolutely is the

00:14:37.940 Russian gay documents. Okay. Hang on one second. That was on the Charlie Kirk show right here on

00:14:42.800 Real America's Voice. They had a cage match right after the war room day. Short break. We're going to

00:14:47.500 bring Boris Epstein into the conversation with Jack Posovic and yours truly. All next in the war room.

00:14:52.940 We will fight till they're all gone. We rejoice when there's no more. Let's take down the CCP.

00:14:58.940 You know what's never good? When your nation's supposed authority on economic policy completely

00:15:05.800 misses the flashing red lights of impending inflation. Now, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen

00:15:12.000 has finally admitted, quote, there's been an unanticipated and large shocks to the economy

00:15:17.200 that have boosted energy and food prices and supply bottlenecks that affected our economy badly

00:15:22.700 that I didn't at the time fully understand. End quote. You know who understands the real threat of

00:15:30.540 inflation? People who invested in gold and silver with Birch Gold Group. They're protecting their

00:16:25.020 War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.

00:16:28.600 The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.

00:16:32.420 War Room Pandemic. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:16:39.060 Okay, welcome back. I have Jack Posobiec and Boris. I'm going to Boris second. Jack's going to hang

00:16:44.360 with us for a few minutes and Jack's got a huge show tonight he's going to tell you about and he's

00:16:48.580 got some massive scoops even unrelated to what happened in Palm Beach today. I just want to make

00:16:55.260 sure everyone understands something. We talk about confidential secret and top secret, those kind

00:16:58.660 of broad categorizations of intelligence. When we talk about SCI and other things like that,

00:17:03.520 Q, which is everything related to nuclear, those are compartmented. That means only

00:17:08.920 certain people. It's a deep vertical. Only certain people have that and other people don't.

00:17:12.840 So the intelligence is not widely spread because it doesn't need to be. It's a need-to-know

00:17:17.940 bases only. But as Jack Posobiec keeps reiterating, at the top of that is the commander-in-chief.

00:17:23.300 He determines everything. It is his determination. This is what Mike Davis keeps hammering on.

00:17:27.640 He determines. There's not some sidebar that all the other stuff you hear on MSNBC is all nonsense.

00:17:33.460 So you have the compartment and then above that you have the commander-in-chief. And right now,

00:17:36.660 you know, you have, and by the way, they overclassify everything, particularly at the

00:17:40.460 secret and top secret level. I think also even at the compartmented, but that's a topic

00:17:45.200 for a different day. Let me bring in Boris Epstein. Boris, with all the hoopla, the actual

00:17:50.940 system, the pacer system went down. The entire globe was sitting there when we went off the air

00:17:55.780 this morning at 12 noon for the magistrate. If you had asked the partisans at the war room to do

00:18:04.500 something that would humiliate Merrick Garland and the justice, the institution, the just part of the

00:18:09.200 FBI, if you had come to us a week ago and said, look, we really want to make these guys look like 0.99

00:18:13.540 fools. That's the redaction we would have put out. It's like, I don't even know why the magistrate 0.92

00:18:19.720 even put this thing out, particularly on the big speech he gave on Monday. This was for this nation

00:18:25.180 in the eyes of the world. This is a humiliating embarrassment for the department of justice,

00:18:31.960 Boris Epstein.

00:18:33.500 Steve, no doubt about it. I don't want to be here. They redacted the motion to redact.

00:18:40.460 They redacted the motion to read. They wouldn't even let the American people know

00:18:45.000 why they were asking for the redact. And then they released this thing that's 38 pages and

00:18:50.580 you know, it's got black ink all over the place. The key point is this. The key point is that

00:18:58.060 Merrick Garland went out there and talked about, oh, transparency. We're going to act, we're going

00:19:01.520 to treat this case just like any other. Here's the bottom line. President Trump had full compliance

00:19:07.320 with the applicable act, which is the Presidential Records Act and all other laws, rules and regulations.

00:19:12.480 President Trump was in full cooperation with all applicable authorities and agencies. And this

00:19:19.420 was a completely unwarranted, unnecessary, and unlawful raid. And everyone knows it, including

00:19:25.480 Merrick Garland. And this redacted affidavit they put forward only underscores that. This affidavit

00:19:31.720 from a Washington, D.C. area FBI agent said, well, based on my training, I think there were some

00:19:38.760 documents there that somehow impacted implicated defense. Or maybe, or maybe there were documents

00:19:47.100 which are presidential records, which maybe weren't stored the way they should be. Okay.

00:19:52.240 That's literally the explanation they're trying to put out there. And you better believe anything

00:19:55.660 that's not redacted, everything that is redacted is what's not helpful to the DOJ. What they're putting

00:20:02.480 out there, what they left outside those black boxes is the only things they can find that are

00:20:08.160 somehow helpful to them. They released this letter from President Trump's counsel, Evan

00:20:12.360 Corcoran, which he had sent in late May, which lays out that the president's absolute authority

00:20:17.080 to declassify. It laid out that there's absolutely no criminality. And it laid out that, hey, if

00:20:23.120 you go before a judge, DOJ, make sure you present all exculpatory evidence, which would be all the

00:20:29.580 cooperation. And in that redacted affidavit, do we see any? Do we see any reference to the

00:20:36.160 overwhelming cooperation between President Trump and the applicable agency? We didn't see

00:20:41.240 the quote of President Trump saying, hey, if you need anything else after the June 3rd meeting,

00:20:44.860 let us know we're here to help. That's not in there. What the DOJ laid bare today is that they

00:20:52.160 have absolutely no leg to stand on. And they knew it were making this affidavit. Judge Reinhardt should

00:20:57.720 have never signed that warrant. They should have never allowed him to circumvent the Presidential

00:21:01.760 Records Act by taking some of the clauses of the PRA, the act put in place in 1978, and then bolting

00:21:09.020 onto it an enforcement mechanism from other statutes which don't even apply to the president.

00:21:14.940 This is a contrived Frankenstein of a political weaponization of law enforcement, the kind that

00:21:23.060 we've never seen in this country before. They tried to go in and break into the president's home

00:21:28.880 and get away with it. And they are failing miserably at doing so. So where do we stand

00:21:36.720 right now? There'll be filings by end of the day with the District Court Judge, Judge Cannon,

00:21:41.220 on the items she requested further information on. And from then on, you better expect and you better

00:21:47.120 believe that President Trump and his team will continue making the vital point that, A,

00:21:51.820 he's been in full compliance and cooperation with all applicable statutes, that, B, this

00:21:56.560 raid was unlawful and unconstitutional, and C, all property taken was done so wrongfully

00:22:01.840 because it was pursuant to a wrongful, overbroad, unconstitutional warrant. You've got Fourth

00:22:07.560 Amendment violations, you've got violations of the Presidential Records Act itself, and you've

00:22:12.040 got standard criminal procedure violations up to the level that really we've never seen before.

00:22:18.040 Okay, I want to hold on for a second. I'm going to bring it back in a minute, but I have to have

00:22:23.620 you answer this. You laid out something yesterday on the show that I think was very important for the

00:22:30.900 Justice Department here, and particularly for the magistrate. You said tomorrow is going to be very

00:22:36.520 important for the magistrate, Reinhardt, to show he was not duped, fooled, or forced to do this. You laid out

00:22:44.320 three. Duped, fooled, or forced to do this. And that's what's humiliating about this today. This is why it's a

00:22:52.460 black mark. Those redactions are a black mark on the Justice Department. You cannot tell. They don't ever even let you

00:23:01.180 see any evidence that the magistrate had a full story. And that can't be, how can that be

00:23:06.360 confidentially be kept from the American people? He actually said last week, or beginning of this week,

00:23:11.560 this was unprecedented. It was incumbent upon the magistrate to show exactly what you said yesterday.

00:23:19.660 He had to show he was not duped, he was not fooled, or he's not forced. And the American people,

00:23:25.640 as we sit here tonight, what, 5.30 Eastern Daylight Time, that question is hanging out there

00:23:32.420 in the balance, because quite frankly, it looks like they're trying to cover up that part of it,

00:23:35.900 Boris Epstein. No doubt. They covered up, again, not just the affidavit, they covered up the

00:23:42.740 application for the redaction. Their motion to redact is redact. So they are, so the DOJ is here

00:23:52.120 covering their own steps. And also, let's be honest, they're covering the information that

00:23:57.640 Judge Reinhardt had before he signed that unlawful warrant. So right now, out of those,

00:24:03.520 you know, three duped, fooled, or forced, it appears that it was either fooled or forced,

00:24:09.180 because they laid out the information with Reinhardt, and we see a part of it. And from

00:24:13.220 everything we see, no reasonable, credible judge would have looked and said, okay, well,

00:24:18.040 here you're saying that either it's the information that may implicate defense, or it's Presidential

00:24:22.660 Records Act, and then find probable fault. So right now, it seems that either the judge just

00:24:28.920 doesn't understand the application of the statute, right, which is the Presidential Records Act, which

00:24:34.640 applies to dot, dot, dot the president, or he doesn't understand that the others don't apply

00:24:41.460 to the president. Or he does understand all that, and the DOJ rolled in there heavy and said, hey,

00:24:45.780 you're a Manchester judge in Florida, you better do this right now. You better do this

00:24:49.820 right now. Or it was his own bias that forced him to do it.

00:24:54.400 This is the thing about what Mike Davis said. This is a fight. It looks like a fight between

00:24:58.560 librarians. I know Posobiec's got to go. Let me go back to Posobiec. Posobiec, even the left,

00:25:05.120 the Maggie Habermans of the world, realized that not just this is a nothing burger, that the cover-up 0.68

00:25:10.360 of this is going to be bigger than actually the rate itself. They're scrambling right now between

00:25:15.580 the White House. He had Zen master Jean-Pierre last night. Couldn't even answer a question on

00:25:20.640 Don Lemon. Don Lemon lights are up, right, about what did you know and when did you know it.

00:25:25.400 This stinks to high heaven, and the cover-up by the Justice Department is going to be bigger

00:25:29.420 than even what they try to do to President Trump. Jack Posobiec.

00:25:33.060 Look, if you're on CNN and you're making Don Lemon look like a genius, you know you got some big

00:25:38.340 problems. You know, to Boris's point, I'm reading this document. There's no probable cause here.

00:25:44.940 He said you have to include the exculpatory evidence, and that they did exclude the exculpatory

00:25:49.660 evidence, but there is no inculpatory evidence. There's no criminal intent here. There's no basis

00:25:55.760 for a crime. There's nothing. I'll tell you what happened though, Steve, and I've got a head off,

00:26:00.400 so guys, make sure that you watch on 10 p.m. here on RAV, Human Events Daily. Myself,

00:26:06.080 Drew Hernandez up. We're the night watch of War Room. I'll tell you what this was.

00:26:09.860 This was a defilement of Mar-a-Lago, and they committed sacrilege against our nation. They

00:26:18.400 committed sacrilege against our president, our future president, potentially the opposition,

00:26:24.340 and what they've done, what they've done, Steve. We are now in the midst. We are seeing,

00:26:30.460 we are underway in a preeminent coup, a preemptive coup of 2024, a preemptive coup of the president to

00:26:39.580 protect him, prevent him from becoming 2024 as president. They want to protect themselves.

00:26:46.960 That's what this is all about. It's about hiding the bodies. It's about covering up what they did

00:26:50.920 in Russiagate. We are in the midst of a preemptive coup. A preemptive coup is underway.

00:26:55.800 Jack Posobiec, how do people get you on social media? One more time. How did you get to the show

00:30:32.380 The armored piercing shell that is Mike Lindell. And of course, your humble servants here at the

00:30:35.960 War Room. Okay, Boris. Boris, I don't know how to say this, but let me, let me, I, the War Room

00:30:42.180 posse, the audience, the vanguard, the cadres were so furious on the day of the 8th. And I got to tell

00:30:49.720 you, I think what Jack Posobiec said, defilement. I've been calling it a ransacking, but I think it's

00:30:53.980 a defilement. And they did it on purpose to say, hey, it's a flex. But I got to tell you, I think

00:31:01.160 that they've gone up in far as anger and just disgust, 10 levels about this charade today, where the

00:31:09.980 DOJ is going to do it, and the FBI is going to do it, and the White House is going to do

00:31:13.200 it. And then when they're ordered by a court to release it, they redact everything that

00:31:16.720 comes out. It's obviously a massive cover-up that's going to make water, it's going to

00:31:21.620 dwarf Watergate. It's going to dwarf Watergate. Because now you have a national security state

00:31:26.200 that's turned itself, not simply on the American people, but a president of the United States.

00:31:31.280 This is, but we are rapidly going into Banana Republic territory.

00:31:36.180 And the question the audience has, is President Trump, with that great team he's pulling around

00:31:42.160 him, going to go on offense?

00:31:44.840 No doubt about it. The president's already on offense. First, I'm sure everyone saw the post

00:31:49.060 he had as soon as this redacted part, small part of the affidavit came out. No nuclear,

00:31:58.280 redacted without recognition. And vitally, the president of the United States, Donald J. Trump,

00:32:05.580 followed every applicable law, rule, and regulation. President Trump was on offense. Tonight,

00:32:11.660 you're going to see filings. Those will be very specific to what the judge asked. But keep in

00:32:16.720 mind, on Monday, President Trump laid out chapter and verse, not just how wrongful this warrant was,

00:32:23.020 but the fact that there needs to be a special master to go through the documents. The review

00:32:28.040 by the DOJ has to stop, and all the documents, all the property wrongfully taken has to be returned

00:32:34.560 to President Trump. And you're going to see more of that in the coming weeks.

00:32:39.200 Mayor Goyle went out there when he embarrassed himself for those three and a half minutes and

00:32:42.840 promised the American people transparency. What have we gotten? We have gotten a manipulation of

00:32:49.460 the justice system. We've gotten this Frankenstein of a redacted, again, beyond recognition,

00:32:56.960 not just affidavit, but application for an affidavit. But let's go back out 30,000 feet.

00:33:03.320 This was a completely unnecessary, unlawful, unwarranted, unconstitutional raid. Why?

00:33:08.840 Because all they had to do was ask. And we're talking about the Presidential Records Act,

00:33:13.980 which has literally no enforcement mechanism. And the parts you can't see in the affidavit make it

00:33:19.640 crystal clear that they tried to take the PRA, the Presidential Records Act, and bolt onto it

00:33:26.000 an enforcement mechanism, which simply is impossible in our legal justice system.

00:33:32.020 You could maybe do that in tyrannical countries. You could do it in authoritarian countries. You could

00:33:37.060 do it in other countries. But here we have laws, we have statutes, and we're supposed to be following

00:33:41.080 them. President Trump did. The DOJ, the feckless Biden White House, and weaponized law enforcement

00:33:47.340 have not. President Trump is going to continue to stand for the American people, to stand for the

00:33:52.000 Constitution, and fight against this politicization and weaponization of law enforcement. And today

00:33:58.140 is another great day. Today's the day where we went into this morning, and it was unknown. What's

00:34:02.560 going to be in the affidavit? Hey, maybe the DOJ had actually something that they could show,

00:34:07.280 and they have shown one thing. They have shown they don't have a leg to stand on. And when they broke

00:34:12.500 in, when they raided iconic Mar-a-Lago, they knew it. They knew they didn't have a leg to stand on.

00:34:18.640 That's why they asked for the security cameras to be turned off. That's why they made the lawyers

00:34:23.180 wait outside. And they tried to do this in a hush-hush way, just like a break-in. Well,

00:34:27.540 they failed. They failed because President Trump has called them out on it. He hasn't taken one inch

00:34:33.100 back. He hasn't stepped back at all. Instead, he continues to push forward, continues to lead the

00:34:38.600 American people. And while Joe Biden is flailing and failing, President Trump is standing for

00:34:44.100 American greatness and will continue to do so. But the three questions haven't been answered.

00:34:52.360 Was the magistrate duped? In other words, was he duped? Was he fooled? Or was he forced?

00:34:59.860 And we still don't have that today. We don't have that. You just mentioned, and when I say on offense,

00:35:07.920 don't get me wrong, we love truth. We love the president's proclamations, and he lays out the

00:35:12.920 case better than anybody. But I'm talking things like he's got the tapes. He can go on offense here.

00:35:22.900 I think the nation, this Justice Department is so corrupt. We have never seen anything like this.

00:35:29.540 And on the world stage, I can tell you, I'm talking to people all day today. They are shocked that this

00:35:33.460 could happen in the United States. This is what happens in third world countries. 1.00

00:35:36.420 Do you get a sense that we're going to see even more offense by the president, including

00:35:43.280 releasing the videotapes of these guys? What Jack Postobiec said, this was a defilement. This was a

00:35:51.080 ransacking. This was not even a raid. It was a defilement. It was a ransacking. And they did this on

00:35:58.140 purpose. This is a pre-coup. And what they want to do is show MAGA that they're in charge and that no

00:36:05.220 matter what happens this November, no matter what happens on November 8th, they're in charge and

00:36:10.340 they're going to play by their rules. And that rule is not the rule of law. Boris Epstein.

00:36:15.800 Steve, I will tell you, I will tell the audience, the posse and the MAGA movement that President Trump

00:36:23.300 is going to be on offense in exactly the way that he needs to be to combat this weaponization of law

00:36:31.500 enforcement and in a way that continues his absolutely refutable leadership over the MAGA movement,

00:36:36.740 the Republican Party, and the United States of America. In terms of the tapes, hey, you said it.

00:36:41.360 He reserves the right to do those videotapes as he and his legal team decide. And there's absolutely

00:36:48.220 no doubt that when they went in, there's a reason, right? There's a reason that DOJ law enforcement

00:36:54.360 asked for the security cameras to be turned off. What's that reason? There's no conspiracies.

00:36:59.480 There's no coincidences, right? Were they trying to do something untowardable? We'll never know,

00:37:04.280 but it's definitely a very questionable and suspect ask. And what's even more suspect is

00:37:08.500 redacting not just the affidavit, but the application for redaction. The DOJ is covering

00:37:15.580 its tracks. It's a joke. President Trump is on offense. It's a joke. It's a joke. And the DOJ

00:37:19.440 is on their back foot in a huge way. The DOJ should have nothing. They should have been able to come

00:37:26.240 forward. They should have been able to come forward. Actually, here's the probable cause.

00:37:30.320 Why? With the fight over the librarians, all the stuff on the records and the human intel

00:37:35.400 and all this, why did you take his diplomatic passport? Why did you go into other areas that

00:37:42.560 had nothing to do with documents? Why did you go through all Mar-a-Lago? But answer the question.

00:37:46.100 Oh, that was just a tiny little mistake. He's the President of the United States.

00:37:48.340 Why did you take the head to call back to D.C.? Who authorized that? Who authorized? Because

00:37:55.040 in taking the passport, it shows you're on a fishing expedition. Everything you put in

00:37:59.700 there is a lie and spin. And if those guys, and they put it down now to the FBI and the

00:38:06.000 Justice Department, everybody in that chain of command, you're going to be investigated,

00:38:10.520 you're going to be litigated, and you're going to be incarcerated. We're not going to stop

00:38:15.340 until you're in prison. MAGA is not going to allow this country to devolve into a banana

00:38:21.920 republic like you want it to be. And today shows you how gutless you are, what cowards 0.99

00:38:27.500 you are, and how you think you're going to hide behind the New York Times. The New York 0.98

00:38:30.760 Times covers an editorial, I'll be criminally prosecuted. No, you New York Times are going

00:38:34.900 to be criminally prosecuted. We're going to play smash mouth hardball. We are absolutely

00:38:39.320 sick and tired of this. We're going to run the tables on November 8th. And then in a new

00:38:43.660 Congress, we're going to cut all the money. And then we're going to start having the investigation.

00:38:47.540 This is an outrage to this nation on the global stage. And if you had one leg to stand on,

00:38:53.460 you would have put forward, you would not have redacted three quarters of this thing today. 0.99

00:38:56.960 You're at absolute disgust, disgusting. You've humiliated this nation. You've humiliated every 0.99

00:39:02.520 generation of patriots that have fought for the rule of law. And I got to tell you, everybody in

00:39:06.780 the FBI, I don't want to hear anymore. They got good soldiers at the foot. You must come forward in

00:39:11.960 the DOJ, in the FBI, and you must be whistleblowers today. I don't want to hear this thing, oh, it's

00:39:17.700 just at the top. It's not at the top. It's systemic throughout the whole place. The good people got a

00:39:22.460 chance to come forward, and they should be coming forward right now on this debacle and embarrassment

00:39:27.740 of what happened, the defilement and the ransacking of Mar-a-Lago. Boris, what's your social media,

00:39:33.880 sir?

00:39:34.940 Steve, I agree with you 100%. Here's what else I'll say. But our country has a rule of law,

00:39:40.700 and it's a rule of law that's been established over centuries. And a huge part of that rule of law

00:39:44.680 is to keep law enforcement and politics separate. The Democrats now, for decades, have conflated the

00:39:52.060 two. And this is the most disgusting, un-American, unpatriotic, unconstitutional example that we have

00:39:59.700 ever had. And you better believe that in these three weeks, and James Carlson said this is the

00:40:03.360 biggest story since 9-11, and outside of President Trump getting elected in 2016, that's probably true.

00:40:07.700 The reason the story continues to be front-page news, top-headline news, is because the American

00:40:12.540 people know that what was done was wrong, and they know that President Trump is the only force

00:40:17.640 standing between us and total anarchy, between us and Banana Republic, between us and becoming

00:40:23.480 Venezuela. And we've got to continue coalescing behind President Trump and fighting against this

00:40:28.380 disgusting, un-American weaponization of law enforcement. My socials are BorisCP.com,

00:40:39.700 hottest on the gram, Boris underscore Epstein. Stay strong. God bless all offense, and Shabbat Shalom.

00:40:46.900 Thank you very much, Boris. I want to go. We only got a couple of them. It's got the great

00:40:49.780 John Solomon. John, you cut to the chase in your piece today. This thing had Breitbart news stories.

00:40:55.140 There's a bunch of media. What was released was a bunch of media stories. Tell us what you thought

00:40:58.580 today of this release, sir. Well, listen, I've been interviewing lots of FBI folks, lawyers.

00:41:03.720 The first thing that comes to everyone's mind who's looked at this with an honest, neutral look

00:41:08.880 at it, the FBI said they were trying to establish that the president was in unlawful possession of

00:41:14.220 classified documents, but the unredacted parts don't make that case at all. We have one of the

00:41:19.700 former FBI bosses under Bob Mueller is going to be coming on our show in a little bit. He's going to

00:41:23.560 tell everybody this is a criminalization of a document dispute, and the FBI did not meet its

00:41:28.580 standard for a search warrant. That's an FBI boss saying that. The second thing that jumps out,

00:41:32.820 you just mentioned it, Steve. They're using news articles again as evidence to validate something

00:41:38.940 going after Donald Trump. This is something the inspector general during the Russia collusion

00:41:42.920 review sharply criticized. They quoted, remember they famously quoted a Yahoo News article saying,

00:41:47.700 hey, this backs up Christopher Steele. Turns out Christopher Steele was the leaker of that article.

00:41:52.560 The IG really smashed the FBI for relying on news articles when they should be getting real evidence.

00:41:58.040 They do it again, not once, but twice in this search warrant that we can see, maybe more in

00:42:03.160 places we can't. That's a big thing. And the third one, I think, that jumps out to a lot of people as

00:42:07.900 they go through this. The idea from start to finish that the president's rival, the former

00:42:14.060 president's rival, Joe Biden, is the guy that starts this investigation, waives the president's

00:42:18.800 privilege. This is a Joe Biden-driven criminal investigation against the man he suspects is

00:42:24.480 going to run against him in 2024. We can't lose sight of that. I'll mention one other language

00:42:29.400 thing that I think is very important. In both the letter I broke Monday, where you saw Biden

00:42:34.620 waving the privilege, and in the affidavits today, they never call these documents classified

00:42:41.180 documents. You know what they say? Documents with classified markings, leaving open the very

00:42:45.380 possibility, they know they may have been declassified. Yeah. John, real quickly, the show follows

00:42:51.940 us at six, but how did they get to Just the News? Because you're breaking stuff up there

00:42:55.100 24-7. Yeah, thank you. Just the News.com, and then on all social media, Jay Solomon reports.

00:43:00.680 Real simple stuff. By the way, Real America's Voice with War Room. Charlie Kirk's show today

00:43:06.980 with Jack Posovic was a cage match. John Solomon's part of that. The War Room Afternoon, and now

00:43:11.560 Real America's Voice with John Solomon and Amanda Head, the best coverage of this, real coverage.

00:43:17.500 You saw Mike Davis on Fox today. Went full War Room. You get it every day. John Solomon,

00:43:22.480 thank you so much, and thank you for your leadership in this investigation. Okay, short commercial break.

00:43:28.720 Back. We're going to go to Georgia, and we're going to talk to the people of what they think

00:43:32.420 about what's going on in Mar-a-Lago. Next.

00:43:40.280 Americans are discovering that if we want to change this nation, we have to change the way

00:43:44.180 the marketplace works. Look, woke corporations are seeking to divide us. Big banks are freezing

00:43:48.340 the accounts of people who disagree with their political views, and our supply chain is dependent

00:43:53.760 upon countries that actively work against our values, like the Chinese Communist Party.

00:43:58.700 It's time for a change, and that change starts with you and your wallet. That's why I'm proud

00:44:04.640 to partner with Public SQ, the largest network of patriotic, freedom-loving businesses and consumers

00:45:03.660 Millions of Americans are waking up to a country they don't recognize, and while they struggle to

00:47:19.900 today. Promo code war room. Okay. I've asked a Syria Ivy, co-chair of the Republican Party, 0.99

00:47:27.940 vice chair of the Republican Party in Gwinnett County, Georgia to join us. Ma'am, give us your

00:47:32.980 assessment as kind of the representative of MAGA today when you see this, what happened at this

00:47:39.520 court in Palm Beach and this redaction of the, of the, all the information related to the search

00:47:45.640 warrant and the affidavit of the raid on Mar-a-Lago, ma'am? Well, out of respect for the

00:47:52.060 current first draft vice chair, I am the former vice chair of Gwinnett. Just out of respect for

00:47:57.300 him. He's doing a great job, but you know what I think when I think about redaction, the raid on

00:48:02.120 Mar-a-Lago, you know, it kind of reminds me of high school when you had that bully that tried to

00:48:06.720 terrorize everybody. And then he finally got his butt kicked on the playground. So when he realized he 0.99

00:48:11.100 wasn't big and bad enough and strong enough to attack somebody, he just goes running and snitches

00:48:15.860 and go finagles things. This is kind of how I see Joe Biden. He understands that he is sitting in

00:48:23.260 that office by foul means. He couldn't win it on his own. So what he did is he went and took it.

00:48:29.780 And now he has realized he's unable to handle it and he can't keep it. And now here comes the true

00:48:35.980 president of the United States ready to assume the position again. And he's terrified. And so

00:48:42.680 while you can't win it on fair means, what does a bully do? He tries to bully and he tries to

00:48:47.760 terrorize, but I don't know what it is about him that makes him feel to realize that we are not

00:48:52.480 going to tolerate it. I mean, we're Americans. I know that's a difficult concept for the woke

00:48:56.580 generation because they want us to be North Korea, China, or Venezuela, but this is America.

00:49:01.520 Europe. We are bred for adversity. We believe in protecting that which is ours. And we want to be

00:49:09.020 independent, free people. And we will fight to the death for that. This nation and this constitution

00:49:14.540 was forged in blood. What makes you think we won't protect it with the same means?

00:49:20.360 Ms. Ivy, you're obviously involved in politics. When you get a sense of the citizens in Gwinnett are

00:49:27.360 going about their busy lives. What is your perception of what's going on here between the

00:49:31.760 Justice Department and President Trump? Do you have a feel for what just the average citizen out

00:49:35.680 there thinks of what's going on with all this? The general consensus throughout the state of Georgia,

00:49:42.060 especially in my community, is frustration. It's apparent that there is no plausible cause for

00:49:49.720 any of the things that we're doing in America's government. There's no rationale behind it. It defies logic.

00:49:56.540 And the majority, including Democrats, believe it or not, they feel the exact same way. What are you

00:50:03.800 doing? We have real issues that need to be addressed. We have real situations that need your attention.

00:50:10.380 And you seem to be focused on everything but what you should. And that's generally what the feel is

00:50:16.480 in Georgia and in Gwinnett County.

00:50:20.460 Talk to us about, you have an event tomorrow and I want to announce that we're going to actually have,

00:50:23.980 hopefully have Ms. Ivory back on tomorrow morning. You have an event at two o'clock 0.77

00:50:27.180 Eastern Daylight Time tomorrow in Gwinnett County. Can you walk us through exactly what you're putting

00:50:31.860 on? Absolutely. This is called, this is how they did it. There's been a lot of information disseminated

00:50:38.800 about 2020 election, 2022 election. And a lot of it has created a lot of passion without wisdom and

00:50:47.900 passion without execution. People are getting very frustrated because we can see there's a problem.

00:50:53.980 Ray Charles can see that there's a problem. TV Wonder can see that there's a problem. But what

00:50:59.660 is frustrating us beyond measure is, it seems that those that are entrusted and empowered to execute

00:51:05.320 on behalf of us, our rights and privileges, don't see it, refuse to see it, or they were copable for it.

00:51:11.900 And so what I wanted to do is I wanted to get people together because I have a tech background.

00:51:17.140 Operating systems is how I got paid for the last eight years. And so what I wanted to do is help

00:51:22.420 the general public understand the different components of irregularities and anomalies that

00:51:28.620 occurred in the races in Georgia with 2022 being the primary focal point and showing the parallel to

00:51:36.780 that in 2020 with the hopes that people will learn how to deal with the data that they have

00:51:41.820 gotten. And then I want to talk to them a little bit about the environment, like what we're seeing

00:51:46.540 on the national front, the cloak and the protection of the nefarious acts that we are seeing of the

00:51:52.680 anomalies, irregularities and illegal activities regarding the vote. It is being protected by the

00:51:57.560 judicial system. Way back into the Obama administration, I venture to say up into Clinton's

00:52:02.320 administration, we have weaponized the judicial system and used it as an armor for those who have

00:52:08.160 evil intent or nefarious intent toward the American people. And now they have built a fortress to hide

00:52:14.240 behind. And we have got to learn how to deal with that. I believe we are fighting on the wrong

00:52:19.060 battleground with the wrong weapon and come Saturday tomorrow, I hope to arm you with the right stuff.

00:52:26.060 And so you're going to walk, so I want to get it like a minute, but you're going to walk people

00:52:29.100 through the basics of exactly saying this is how they did it. You're just going to deal with the

00:52:33.760 facts of the case, given the fact that you understand the technologies that is that and

00:52:38.220 people can people get on, we're going to have you back on tomorrow to tee it up. But can people

00:52:42.620 live stream this? And where do they go tonight to start getting organized to watch it, man?

00:52:47.980 Hey, so you go to enough GA on Facebook, that is where we're going to stream it. Enough GA on Facebook,

00:52:55.860 that's where we're streaming it. And yes, we're going to walk it through. I'm going to show you

00:52:59.580 QR code or no QR code. I can take your vote. Touching it or not touching it, I can take your

00:53:04.840 vote. And then I'm going to help you see how that's possible and what steps we need to take

00:53:09.700 in avenues to make sure that doesn't happen, but at the same time, receive justice for winning.

00:53:16.380 Saria, Ivy, we're going to have you back on the war room tomorrow morning. I really appreciate this.

00:53:20.040 And I got to tell you, I really appreciate what you're putting on tomorrow because it's time people

00:53:23.460 start dealing with facts. Honored to have you on here. See you tomorrow in the war room. Thank you.

00:53:27.660 Thank you, sir.

00:53:31.000 Okay. We want everybody, we're going to get it up six o'clock. We've got coming up. It's a

00:53:34.620 blow away show. You're going to have to see it. We're going to talk economics. We're going to talk

00:53:37.760 what happened in Afghanistan and why it relates to the day, what happened in Mar-a-Lago. We're

00:53:42.980 going to have a new superstar that's coming out of California, Peter Hernandez, running for Congress

00:53:47.640 to walk through the weaponization of the Justice Department. You're not going to want to miss the

00:53:51.700 next hour of war room. Also tomorrow morning, 10 o'clock, we'll be back here live.

00:53:57.640 We're going to be explosive show. We're actually going to tee up what's going to go down in

00:54:01.960 Georgia tomorrow where Saria Ivy on how they did it. See you tomorrow. See you back here

00:54:07.480 a couple of minutes. Be back here in a moment. We've got Jason Jones, Frank Gaffney is going

00:54:13.580 to join us. Also Dave Walsh, Dave Bratt, and what happened in Jackson Hole, Wyoming today.
