Bannon's War Room - Episode 2132： MAGA Rally Turn Out Trump's Biden's Weak Crowds; Biased Media Meltdown Over Special Session; Footage Shows Ballot Stuffing In Key BattleGround State

00:00:00.000 What's happening in our country today is not normal.

00:00:05.320 Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations

00:00:12.600 of our republic.

00:00:13.920 Now, I want to be very clear, very clear up front.

00:00:20.720 Not every Republican, not even the majority of Republicans are MAGA Republicans.

00:00:26.000 Not every Republican embraces their extreme ideology.

00:00:29.560 I know because I've been able to work with these mainstream Republicans.

00:00:34.740 Democracy is really at stake.

00:00:36.360 You can't be a democracy when you support violence, when you don't like the outcome

00:00:41.000 of election.

00:00:42.120 You can't call yourself a democracy when you don't, in fact, count the votes that people

00:00:46.520 legitimately cast and count that as who you are.

00:00:50.760 You can't be a democracy and call yourself one if you continue to do what they're doing.

00:00:55.920 And so, folks, look, we have a choice.

00:00:59.000 We, we, Trump and the MAGA Republicans made their choice.

00:01:02.960 We can choose to build a better America or we can continue down this sliding path of oblivion

00:01:08.800 to where we don't want to go.

00:01:10.440 To this day, MAGA Republicans in Congress defend the mob that stormed the Capitol and people

00:01:18.240 died later.

00:01:20.240 Senator Johnson said it was a, by and large, a peaceful protest.

00:01:28.120 Have you seen the videos?

00:01:29.120 Have you seen the videos?

00:01:30.120 What happened that day?

00:01:31.080 Listen to the stories of the members of both parties of Congress and the jeopardy they were

00:01:35.080 put in.

00:01:36.880 Cops attacked and assaulted, speared with flagpoles, sprayed with mace, stomped down,

00:01:42.080 dragged, brutalized.

00:01:44.080 The police lost their lives as a result of that day.

00:01:48.040 MAGA Republicans and your senior senators said it was a peaceful protest.

00:01:52.000 I want to be very clear upfront.

00:01:55.960 Not every Republican is a MAGA Republican.

00:01:57.960 Not every Republican embraces that extreme ideology.

00:02:02.040 But the extreme MAGA Republicans in Congress have chosen to go backwards, full of anger,

00:02:07.720 violence, hate and division.

00:02:09.880 But together we can and we must choose a different path forward.

00:02:16.080 We ask so much of you, so much of you.

00:02:21.480 Joe Biden came to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to give the most vicious, hateful and divisive

00:02:28.900 speech ever delivered by an American president, vilifying 75 million citizens plus another

00:02:38.600 probably 75 to 150, if we want to be accurate about it, as threats to democracy and as enemies

00:02:49.120 of the state.

00:02:50.120 You're all enemies of the state.

00:02:52.120 He's an enemy of the state.

00:02:54.120 You want to know the truth?

00:02:55.120 The enemy of the state is him and the group that control him, which is circling around him.

00:03:02.120 Do this.

00:03:03.120 Do that, Joe.

00:03:04.120 You're going to do this, Joe.

00:03:05.120 Right.

00:03:06.120 I think Philadelphia was a great choice to make this speech of hatred and anger.

00:03:13.600 His speech was hatred and anger.

00:03:16.280 By the way, the next morning he forgot what he said.

00:03:18.400 You saw that.

00:03:19.400 They asked him about.

00:03:20.400 Oh, I didn't think I said that.

00:03:23.400 Did I?

00:03:24.400 Oh, no.

00:03:52.400 USA!

00:03:53.400 host of the Real America's Voice morning show.

00:03:55.600 Guys, you anchored the coverage there.

00:03:57.600 Just, I want you to put it in perspective,

00:03:59.440 the energy, the focus,

00:04:01.240 and compare and contrast

00:04:02.560 Biden's defilement and desecration

00:04:05.460 of our

00:04:06.580 sacred monument of Independence

00:04:09.480 Hall with Donald Trump's energy.

00:04:12.580 And then I want to ask

00:04:13.560 you about the Fetterman, the disasters in Wisconsin

00:04:15.540 and Pennsylvania later. But compare

00:04:17.640 and contrast, Ed and Karen.

00:04:20.480 This rally,

00:04:21.760 out of all the rallies that we've been

00:04:23.780 to, seemed to have a really infectious

00:04:25.520 energy. And I think from where I was

00:04:27.700 sitting, a lot of this has to do with the

00:04:29.720 primaries and the fact that there have been wins

00:04:31.580 for Donald Trump, that people see a future

00:04:33.660 in America. And when they come together

00:04:35.760 at these rallies, it's a sense of

00:04:37.560 community that they're lacking elsewhere.

00:04:39.960 And they see that they're not alone, and

00:04:41.640 they realize that there is hope for a future.

00:04:43.660 And there's people chanting, USA,

00:04:45.980 USA, positive,

00:04:47.820 uplifting patriots. It's

00:04:49.680 nothing like Joe Biden described

00:04:51.680 the MAGA movement, the America First

00:04:53.900 movement. And our coverage,

00:04:55.800 President Trump didn't start

00:04:57.620 until about 7.30, 7.40 p.m.

00:04:59.700 Eastern, Saturday night.

00:05:01.280 We started at 3 o'clock with the pregame, because there

00:05:03.500 were thousands of people camped out outside

00:05:05.700 already, Steve. But in the arena,

00:05:08.000 this is like a minor league hockey arena,

00:05:10.240 it was only half full

00:05:11.760 at 3, 4 in the afternoon. I had friends

00:05:13.460 texting me saying, hey, what's going on?

00:05:15.200 Or is the MAGA movement not turning out?

00:05:17.380 Because this was hours before Trump spoke.

00:05:19.500 By the time he hit that podium,

00:05:21.860 Steve, there was

00:05:23.440 not a seat to be had.

00:05:24.880 Not one.

00:05:25.560 There were maybe 100 empty seats that

00:05:27.460 were in the obstructed view area,

00:05:29.360 where our cameras, the media's cameras,

00:05:31.700 were blocking it.

00:05:32.900 And I think it's fascinating,

00:05:33.780 because where we were standing and

00:05:35.460 broadcasting, in front of us,

00:05:37.780 closer to the stage, there were marked

00:05:39.480 off spots for CBS News and Fox

00:05:41.680 News. And let me tell you,

00:05:43.360 they were empty, Steve.

00:05:44.500 They did not have cameras or reporters

00:05:47.060 from CBS and Fox.

00:05:49.000 Now, they take a pool feed, as you know,

00:05:51.240 and I understand they were streaming it

00:05:52.640 on Fox Nation.

00:05:53.620 But the idea that Fox didn't even

00:05:55.180 directly cover this speech,

00:05:56.960 when Donald Trump had 10 or 12,000

00:05:58.880 people in that arena,

00:05:59.960 and many more in the parking lot,

00:06:01.860 this movement is stronger than ever.

00:06:04.860 And if anything,

00:06:05.800 I think the FBI and the Justice

00:06:07.160 Department, to Karen's point,

00:06:09.560 have solidified the MAGA

00:06:11.600 base behind Trump.

00:06:12.560 Yeah, no, to your point about

00:06:15.640 being newsworthy, I mean,

00:06:17.520 it's the first public address

00:06:19.600 since the raid of Mar-a-Lago.

00:06:21.720 Just, even if you hated Trump,

00:06:23.220 just as a news organization,

00:06:24.440 you would have to be there with,

00:06:25.800 I think, a significant crew.

00:06:27.580 Let me ask you guys,

00:06:28.720 but yesterday,

00:06:31.220 Biden, and that's,

00:06:32.460 we had those clips in there,

00:06:33.940 Biden goes to Milwaukee

00:06:35.020 in a union, you know,

00:06:37.260 day, traditional Labor Day,

00:06:38.660 but they're all day with the bands.

00:06:40.920 The picture was they have like

00:06:42.200 benches for 800 people,

00:06:44.700 about 175 or 200

00:06:46.160 when Biden takes the stage.

00:06:47.600 In Pennsylvania,

00:06:49.060 the state, the Commonwealth,

00:06:50.300 the state you guys just came back

00:06:51.540 with that energy,

00:06:52.700 he's outside of Pittsburgh

00:06:53.720 at a union event,

00:06:56.580 and Fetterman's there,

00:06:58.580 and there's 30 people, right?

00:07:00.340 And most of those look like staff.

00:07:02.040 Tell me, give me an assessment

00:07:03.060 right now of the Commonwealth.

00:07:03.960 Will you see the energy

00:07:05.300 in these two movements?

00:07:07.240 We just talked about this

00:07:08.460 on the show earlier,

00:07:09.260 and these people

00:07:10.020 that were in the gymnasium

00:07:10.960 when he gave that speech,

00:07:11.760 it almost looked like

00:07:12.300 they were paid to be there,

00:07:13.340 whether they're hiring these people

00:07:14.380 through a temporary agency

00:07:15.540 or they're going out

00:07:16.680 and they're putting an ad

00:07:17.460 on Backstage.com

00:07:18.560 and getting people to come

00:07:19.700 as extras for production.

00:07:21.160 They don't look like real people.

00:07:23.320 They're not real people.

00:07:24.700 You can see that

00:07:25.480 they're not even happy.

00:07:26.880 Look at the difference,

00:07:27.920 the contrast of the people

00:07:29.100 standing behind Donald Trump

00:07:30.800 at a Trump rally

00:07:31.920 and then the people

00:07:32.840 standing behind Biden

00:07:34.040 at this Biden speech.

00:07:35.480 It's incredible.

00:07:36.760 You can just see

00:07:37.260 on their faces, 1.00

00:07:38.200 these people are miserable. 0.99

00:07:39.760 No wonder Fetiman's 1.00

00:07:40.800 running around 0.61

00:07:41.280 in a dirty hoodie. 1.00

00:07:42.260 He's miserable. 1.00

00:07:43.120 He's in his parents' basement. 1.00

00:07:44.420 He's a mess.

00:07:45.720 And these are the people

00:07:46.560 that they have

00:07:47.080 representing them.

00:07:48.080 I'm not surprised

00:07:49.060 he gets no turnout.

00:07:50.060 People are embarrassed.

00:07:51.300 Well, and meanwhile,

00:07:52.700 what the mainstream media

00:07:53.660 is saying,

00:07:54.280 Karen's right on all those points.

00:07:55.840 I wake up Saturday morning

00:07:57.180 in the Commonwealth

00:07:57.880 of Pennsylvania

00:07:58.340 and think,

00:07:58.620 how are we going to frame

00:07:59.360 this coverage?

00:07:59.920 You've got hours of coverage.

00:08:01.300 And every morning

00:08:02.120 I get in my inbox,

00:08:03.020 among other things,

00:08:03.760 an AP right

00:08:04.560 of what their big headlines

00:08:05.660 are overnight.

00:08:06.740 And there was a story,

00:08:07.560 you can check it,

00:08:08.140 Saturday morning,

00:08:08.940 AP's right was,

00:08:10.340 Trump about to rally

00:08:11.980 in Pennsylvania

00:08:12.840 amid Republican concerns

00:08:14.960 about turnout

00:08:16.220 and enthusiasm

00:08:17.380 in the midterms.

00:08:18.540 And then we go to the arena

00:08:20.140 and there's thousands

00:08:21.840 of people in the parking lot

00:08:23.020 dying to get in.

00:08:24.220 And you're right,

00:08:24.820 there's a video

00:08:25.380 that Benny Johnson

00:08:26.100 put together,

00:08:26.620 and we played it

00:08:27.080 on American Sunrise today,

00:08:28.500 with the Trump rah-rah

00:08:29.880 as he comes in.

00:08:31.240 There was a guy

00:08:31.880 measuring the decibels,

00:08:33.120 by the way,

00:08:33.640 and he showed it to me

00:08:34.920 and it reached 111.

00:08:36.580 I'm not a decibel guy,

00:08:37.500 but it sounds pretty high.

00:08:38.720 The decibel level

00:08:39.680 at the Biden events

00:08:41.660 is probably four or five.

00:08:43.800 And there is a direct contrast.

00:08:45.460 You're right about Pittsburgh

00:08:46.140 and the other,

00:08:46.960 and Philadelphia

00:08:47.500 for the primetime speech.

00:08:48.860 But actually,

00:08:49.660 Joe Biden,

00:08:50.220 I think there was a gun event

00:08:51.280 or something last week,

00:08:52.120 was in Wilkes-Barre.

00:08:53.760 And that was the gym

00:08:55.320 where there were like

00:08:56.100 30 or 40 people,

00:08:57.400 like paid people,

00:08:58.300 like Karen said.

00:08:59.160 And Trump had 10,000,

00:09:00.200 12,000.

00:09:01.120 And by the way,

00:09:01.720 I'm old enough to remember

00:09:02.820 an inaugural address

00:09:04.260 that Steve Bannon

00:09:05.240 may have helped put together

00:09:06.300 where the media spent days

00:09:08.040 talking about American carnage.

00:09:10.200 And this is a dark,

00:09:11.420 dark view of America.

00:09:13.020 And they left out

00:09:13.900 all the positive things

00:09:14.800 that Donald Trump talked about.

00:09:16.740 And then Biden gives that speech.

00:09:19.060 In the dark,

00:09:20.120 with red.

00:09:20.600 They talked about

00:09:21.200 bringing the light.

00:09:22.020 Do you remember that

00:09:22.480 when they talked about

00:09:23.080 coming out of the darkness

00:09:24.220 and into the light?

00:09:25.360 And then all of a sudden

00:09:26.420 we're at this very,

00:09:27.780 you know,

00:09:28.100 I'll call it what it is,

00:09:28.900 a Nazi-esque speech.

00:09:30.820 I mean,

00:09:31.280 that's what it looked like.

00:09:32.160 And you were right.

00:09:32.840 And Steve,

00:09:33.600 you were right.

00:09:34.220 Donald Trump was right

00:09:35.160 about American carnage,

00:09:36.940 which we're seeing

00:09:37.900 under Joe Biden right now.

00:09:39.920 Go look at Philadelphia.

00:09:41.180 Look at people

00:09:41.660 getting shot at gas stations.

00:09:43.400 Look at the upper east side

00:09:44.520 of New York City

00:09:45.200 where people are either

00:09:46.220 being carjacked

00:09:47.080 or rammed aside.

00:09:48.640 Grand Theft Auto?

00:09:49.640 Yeah,

00:09:50.100 so people can steal

00:09:50.900 $20,000 from their vehicle.

00:09:52.820 It is American carnage 0.58

00:09:54.540 that's going on right now.

00:09:55.560 And it's a much darker

00:09:56.680 situation under Joe Biden

00:09:58.460 than we ever saw

00:09:59.240 under Donald Trump.

00:10:00.840 Zombie Apocalypse.

00:10:01.700 Thank you guys,

00:10:02.200 by the way.

00:10:02.860 Magnificent coverage.

00:10:03.900 And thank you guys

00:10:04.480 for kicking off the show.

00:10:19.740 Pluto TV,

00:10:22.080 But certainly the app,

00:10:23.200 you can find all of our,

00:10:24.320 and there's my Getter page.

00:10:25.140 That was Donald Trump.

00:10:26.300 We were there together

00:10:27.240 at the wall.

00:10:27.760 Oh, and that's fine.

00:10:28.540 Look, I have Donald Trump

00:10:29.300 on my tip.

00:10:30.020 Look at that.

00:10:30.560 So there you are.

00:10:31.140 So every morning,

00:10:31.860 thanks, Steve.

00:10:32.280 We appreciate getting a chance

00:10:33.640 to work with you.

00:10:34.220 It was fabulous.

00:10:34.700 You get the lightness

00:10:36.280 from Ed Henry and Karen Turek,

00:10:38.040 and then you're into the War Room.

00:10:39.660 Zombie apocalypse.

00:10:41.220 Thank you very much.

00:10:43.820 Honored to have you on here.

00:10:44.640 I want to go to Ernie Preet now.

00:10:47.340 Ernie knows Commonwealth

00:10:48.380 better than anybody.

00:10:49.800 Ernie was in.

00:10:51.140 Ernie, Ed Henry and Karen Turek,

00:10:52.740 Decibels.

00:10:53.520 You've been to a lot of rallies

00:10:54.660 in Pennsylvania.

00:10:55.300 You went to a lot of the Trump rallies

00:10:56.840 in 16.

00:10:58.080 Give me the enthusiasm level

00:10:59.600 you saw on Saturday

00:11:01.220 in the Commonwealth, sir.

00:11:03.100 It was through the roof.

00:11:04.420 Ed and Karen were absolutely right.

00:11:06.620 The difference between a Biden rally

00:11:08.700 and a Trump rally

00:11:10.000 is night and day,

00:11:11.380 light and dark.

00:11:12.300 The enthusiasm of the people

00:11:15.680 in that arena.

00:11:16.560 And I was there.

00:11:18.000 I got in at 3 o'clock.

00:11:20.360 People were, just like Ed said,

00:11:22.440 lined up out in the parking lot

00:11:23.820 waiting to get in.

00:11:25.220 And the speeches that were on,

00:11:27.920 and then Trump came on around 7.30,

00:11:30.660 and the place just erupted.

00:11:34.040 There's just no way to describe it

00:11:36.500 other than to say it was electrifying.

00:11:38.660 It was just absolutely overwhelming

00:11:43.060 to see the people coming out

00:11:45.320 to support this man

00:11:46.460 and their candidates

00:11:47.420 and the Republican ticket

00:11:49.220 that no one said

00:11:50.900 was ever going to happen.

00:11:53.100 Oh, these are,

00:11:53.840 this is the Biden say

00:11:55.000 we're in a dark period.

00:11:56.700 Well, you were in that arena.

00:11:58.000 There was no darkness in that arena.

00:12:00.140 There was life.

00:12:01.300 There was hope.

00:12:02.540 There was faith in the future

00:12:04.260 of this country.

00:12:04.940 And people were there

00:12:05.880 to show Donald Trump that

00:12:07.300 and the Republican candidates

00:12:09.100 who, Mehmet Oz and Doug Mastriano,

00:12:14.380 the candidate for governor,

00:12:15.600 they were fantastic in their speeches.

00:12:17.740 And they electrified the crowd.

00:12:20.020 This is, the whole thing was,

00:12:21.520 it's talked about every speaker,

00:12:23.320 MTG, Mastriano, Dr. Oz, all of it.

00:12:26.400 Let me ask you, yesterday then,

00:12:28.200 and by the way,

00:12:28.640 Richard Barris is going to be on here.

00:12:30.440 He's got a major analysis

00:12:31.980 up on RearClearPolitics right now,

00:12:34.000 polling that the way you win

00:12:36.140 is to bring out the Trump base.

00:12:37.880 The Republicans need the Trump base.

00:12:39.440 And this is what it's about.

00:12:40.360 Talk to me about Fetterman in Pittsburgh.

00:12:42.000 You know, the whole Commonwealth

00:12:42.980 used to be the attorney general.

00:12:44.600 Talk to me about Fetterman

00:12:45.880 and 30 people showing up

00:12:48.280 on a Labor Day.

00:12:50.000 By the presence there,

00:12:51.540 it should be 5,000.

00:12:53.180 But also Fetterman's there.

00:12:54.700 The Fetterman's supposed to be

00:12:55.520 such a guy beloved

00:12:56.320 by working class people.

00:12:57.600 What happened yesterday to Fetterman?

00:12:58.860 This was a debacle.

00:12:59.880 Even Daily Mail has it up

00:13:01.500 as one of its lead stories.

00:13:02.540 That's how bad it is.

00:13:03.420 Ernie.

00:13:04.260 It was pitiful.

00:13:05.780 I've been,

00:13:06.420 I was elected twice

00:13:07.380 attorney general in the state.

00:13:09.480 And the second time

00:13:10.820 was in Bill Clinton's run

00:13:12.160 and Clinton won the state 0.94

00:13:13.880 for $800,000

00:13:14.660 and won it for $130,000.

00:13:16.280 So people know how to split their tickets.

00:13:17.920 So people know how to make

00:13:18.780 a discerning decision.

00:13:20.620 There in Pittsburgh,

00:13:22.200 they made a discerning decision.

00:13:24.260 They didn't want to have

00:13:25.620 these two people

00:13:26.360 in their backyard.

00:13:27.380 The Trump people,

00:13:29.380 on the other hand,

00:13:30.240 were welcomed

00:13:30.940 in Wilkes-Barre,

00:13:32.400 northeastern Pennsylvania

00:13:33.560 by,

00:13:35.000 Ed says,

00:13:35.860 10,000,

00:13:36.280 12,000.

00:13:36.860 I think it's 14,000

00:13:38.120 because

00:13:38.540 there was three levels of people.

00:13:41.220 The first floor,

00:13:42.360 the basketball court,

00:13:44.000 then the breachers,

00:13:45.700 the second mezzanine,

00:13:46.740 and then there's a third level,

00:13:49.080 the box seat level,

00:13:50.200 and people were standing

00:13:51.380 in the hallways

00:13:52.380 and there were people

00:13:53.200 still outside.

00:13:53.920 So my estimate

00:13:55.220 is that there were

00:13:55.780 14,000 people there

00:13:58.160 and I can't,

00:13:59.740 there's no way

00:14:00.760 Joe Biden can do that.

00:14:02.040 He cannot do that at all.

00:14:03.460 He has to rely on

00:14:04.760 somehow getting mail-in votes

00:14:07.160 from dead people

00:14:08.200 in cemeteries

00:14:09.140 to win.

00:14:10.800 The first thing,

00:14:11.560 one of the things

00:14:12.140 that Doug Mastriano

00:14:13.820 said that he's going to do

00:14:15.060 the first day

00:14:15.940 is he's going to

00:14:17.840 require people

00:14:18.920 to have

00:14:19.700 a license

00:14:20.660 to vote,

00:14:21.600 an ID

00:14:23.360 to vote.

00:14:24.580 We have IDs

00:14:25.780 to get

00:14:26.320 jets passed,

00:14:27.220 to buy liquor,

00:14:28.140 and you know what,

00:14:29.480 but we don't have it

00:14:30.580 to get the vote.

00:14:32.380 And Doug said

00:14:32.980 he's going to do that.

00:14:34.620 Ernie,

00:14:35.160 thank you very much.

00:14:36.000 You know,

00:14:36.240 the Commonwealth

00:14:36.760 Bender,

00:14:37.080 everybody,

00:14:37.420 thank you for being there

00:14:38.600 on Saturday

00:14:39.280 to report for us

00:14:40.300 and thank you

00:14:40.820 for your report.

00:14:42.000 Ernie Priett.

00:14:42.660 You're welcome.

00:14:43.220 Okay,

00:14:43.580 Rudy Giuliani,

00:14:44.900 Mike Davis,

00:14:45.900 Jim Hoft,

00:14:47.300 John Fredericks,

00:14:48.460 Richard Barris,

00:14:49.180 next in the war room.

00:14:50.100 You know what's never good?

00:15:01.740 When your nation's

00:15:02.700 supposed authority

00:15:03.980 on economic policy

00:15:05.280 completely misses

00:15:06.680 the flashing red lights

00:15:08.520 of impending inflation.

00:15:10.560 Now,

00:15:10.940 Treasury Secretary

00:15:11.720 Janet Yellen

00:15:12.360 has finally admitted,

00:15:13.900 quote,

00:15:14.720 there's been

00:15:15.160 an unanticipated

00:15:16.120 and large shocks

00:15:16.920 to the economy

00:15:17.580 that have boosted

00:15:18.520 energy and food prices.

00:15:19.620 And supply bottlenecks

00:15:21.500 that affected

00:15:22.000 our economy badly

00:15:23.060 that I didn't

00:15:25.340 at the time

00:15:26.320 fully understand.

00:15:28.100 End quote.

00:15:28.980 You know who understands

00:15:30.060 the real threat

00:15:30.760 of inflation?

00:15:31.820 People who invested

00:15:33.140 in gold and silver

00:15:34.280 with Birch Gold Group.

00:17:33.860 It's absolutely incredible.

00:17:34.860 The energy.

00:17:35.340 And they're getting

00:17:36.340 into the deepest,

00:17:37.180 most complicated issues

00:17:38.260 of the day.

00:17:39.220 The Great Reset.

00:17:54.640 I'll be there

00:17:55.240 breathing fire

00:17:56.700 about the party

00:17:58.240 at Davos

00:17:58.820 and Klaus Schwab

00:17:59.620 and the entire situation.

00:18:01.540 Let me go to

00:18:01.900 John Furtick.

00:18:02.400 John,

00:18:03.600 taking time away

00:18:04.760 from your sports book

00:18:05.720 over the weekend

00:18:06.320 and doing your main gig

00:18:07.700 as the Oracle

00:18:10.020 of the Deplorables.

00:18:11.180 Tell me the energy level.

00:18:12.300 You've done this a lot.

00:18:13.860 You know the Commonwealth

00:18:14.760 as well as anybody.

00:18:16.880 You're obviously

00:18:17.460 a big supporter

00:18:18.100 of Dr. Oz.

00:18:19.480 Give me the enthusiasm

00:18:20.840 level

00:18:21.440 on Saturday

00:18:23.760 compared to

00:18:24.580 what you saw

00:18:25.160 for Biden

00:18:25.780 and particularly

00:18:27.260 Fetterman yesterday.

00:18:28.340 I mean,

00:18:28.480 Dr. Oz will be

00:18:29.240 pounding that tape

00:18:30.780 yesterday.

00:18:31.100 30 people

00:18:31.860 in Pittsburgh

00:18:32.600 at a union place.

00:18:34.260 I mean,

00:18:34.420 and those were mainly staff.

00:18:35.820 I don't know

00:18:36.440 how many actual folks

00:18:37.680 showed up

00:18:38.080 because it looked like

00:18:38.800 it was all staff.

00:18:39.780 John Fredericks.

00:18:41.440 I think you probably

00:18:42.400 got five to ten people

00:18:43.660 there on a Labor Day picnic,

00:18:45.500 which normally

00:18:46.380 you would get

00:18:47.260 500 to 1,000.

00:18:48.880 Look,

00:18:49.480 the whole Fetterman

00:18:50.320 campaign

00:18:50.760 is a complete disaster.

00:18:51.920 The guy's a communist, 0.80

00:18:53.220 Marxist.

00:18:54.160 But I've got to tell you

00:18:54.940 about Saturday night,

00:18:55.960 Steve.

00:18:56.380 I've been going to these

00:18:57.440 since I think

00:18:57.980 the first one

00:18:59.040 that was ever held

00:19:00.220 in Mobile

00:19:01.700 at a football stadium

00:19:03.200 back in August

00:19:04.100 of 2015,

00:19:05.860 I believe,

00:19:06.760 where we had about

00:19:07.380 35,000 there.

00:19:09.160 You know,

00:19:09.460 I took my wife in

00:19:10.600 and I didn't want to work.

00:19:12.260 So I did no video,

00:19:13.740 no audios.

00:19:14.920 Just,

00:19:15.520 hey,

00:19:15.680 let's go enjoy the rally.

00:19:17.400 The love,

00:19:19.040 enthusiasm,

00:19:19.680 the happiness.

00:19:21.440 You know,

00:19:21.640 Steve,

00:19:22.100 it's nothing.

00:19:23.420 The Democrats

00:19:23.960 run around in masks. 0.99

00:19:25.140 They hate life. 0.93

00:19:25.900 They hate people.

00:19:26.700 You go to this Trump rally,

00:19:28.200 it's like my wife

00:19:29.260 and said,

00:19:29.980 there was nothing there

00:19:31.260 but love

00:19:32.360 and happiness,

00:19:33.780 people friendly.

00:19:34.780 Here's a comment

00:19:35.400 she made.

00:19:36.140 We got there,

00:19:37.200 you know,

00:19:37.580 the night before.

00:19:38.520 We go there

00:19:38.920 about one o'clock.

00:19:40.280 I mean,

00:19:40.800 from parks,

00:19:41.900 everybody's nice,

00:19:43.220 to going online,

00:19:44.880 nobody's cutting

00:19:45.460 anybody off.

00:19:46.700 The concession stands,

00:19:47.880 you know,

00:19:48.660 we were letting

00:19:49.340 the older people 0.58

00:19:50.600 go first,

00:19:51.820 you know,

00:19:52.000 having whatever seats

00:19:53.020 they wanted.

00:19:54.140 Everybody was having fun

00:19:55.680 and if you go to the,

00:19:56.720 there were 12,000 people

00:19:58.100 packed in inside,

00:19:59.440 not a single despondent person.

00:20:02.280 It was all upbeat,

00:20:03.440 it was all optimism.

00:20:05.180 You contrast that

00:20:06.140 and I'll tell you the other thing,

00:20:07.380 you leave

00:20:08.040 that thing, 0.68

00:20:08.960 15,000 people,

00:20:10.040 3,000 outside,

00:20:11.240 you leave

00:20:11.980 that entire crowd

00:20:13.880 at the Mohegan Sun

00:20:15.940 was cleaner

00:20:17.280 than when we came.

00:20:19.140 You could have eaten

00:20:20.100 off the street.

00:20:21.200 It was a mecca.

00:20:22.080 It wasn't a paper cup

00:20:23.160 to be found.

00:20:24.180 The porta potty,

00:20:26.360 I mean,

00:20:26.740 that's what we are.

00:20:28.120 We're just fun,

00:20:29.240 loving,

00:20:29.780 happy people

00:20:30.460 that want a better life

00:20:32.640 that believe

00:20:33.320 in our president

00:20:34.460 and they believe

00:20:35.320 we believe in God,

00:20:36.640 we believe in Jesus Christ

00:20:38.120 as our savior,

00:20:39.020 we believe in our friends

00:20:39.940 and so it was just

00:20:41.360 a half-uplift event.

00:20:43.240 You go to these

00:20:44.080 Biden events,

00:20:45.140 the whole thing is nasty,

00:20:46.540 everybody's mean,

00:20:47.400 everybody hates everybody.

00:20:49.160 This is why

00:20:49.840 we're going to win.

00:20:51.380 I've never seen

00:20:52.260 such genuine enthusiasm,

00:20:55.640 but that's the word,

00:20:56.820 genuine.

00:20:57.340 This wasn't described

00:20:58.380 or, you know,

00:20:59.060 they had to hand out

00:20:59.800 a script to people.

00:21:01.280 This was genuine love

00:21:03.700 for our way of life

00:21:06.720 and for a philosophy

00:21:08.340 America person,

00:21:09.780 we believe it.

00:21:10.460 And I thought the president

00:21:11.700 hit on all notes

00:21:13.040 and his tone

00:21:14.080 was perfect.

00:21:15.060 I thought it was

00:21:15.380 one of the best

00:21:15.940 speeches he's ever delivered

00:21:17.420 and that,

00:21:18.820 to me,

00:21:19.260 that was the first

00:21:20.220 general election rally

00:21:21.700 that he held

00:21:22.740 and it was a blockbuster

00:21:24.400 and that place

00:21:25.320 was rock.

00:21:28.360 John,

00:21:28.820 how do people

00:21:29.420 get to you,

00:21:30.200 the sports part of it

00:21:31.040 and John Frederick's radio,

00:21:32.080 how do they get to all of you

00:21:32.820 is because I've got to tell you

00:21:33.820 in the run-up,

00:21:34.700 you've got to be

00:21:35.260 watching Frederick's

00:21:36.500 and going to his podcast

00:21:37.940 everything 24-7,

00:21:39.300 particularly in states

00:21:41.120 like the Commonwealth

00:21:42.300 of Pennsylvania,

00:21:43.180 how do people

00:21:44.060 get to you?

00:21:45.660 At JF radio show

00:21:46.940 is the best way

00:21:47.440 to follow me

00:21:47.920 and everything

00:21:48.280 at JF radio show

00:21:49.800 is the best way

00:21:50.880 to follow me

00:21:51.560 and then you can go

00:21:52.800 to our website,

00:21:53.820 johntherteresradio.com,

00:21:55.080 you've got everything there.

00:21:56.340 Also,

00:21:56.820 I got another winner

00:21:58.120 last night,

00:21:59.400 Clemson,

00:22:00.060 I had Florida State

00:22:01.120 Sunday night,

00:22:02.040 just go to

00:22:02.480 godzillawins.com.

00:22:04.120 I'm at the Virginia Derby today,

00:22:05.780 I've hit seven

00:22:06.540 Virginia Derbies in a row,

00:22:08.140 going for number eight today.

00:22:09.820 My winner will be up

00:22:10.720 on godzillawins.com

00:22:12.060 at free of time.

00:22:14.780 Richard Barris

00:22:15.460 is going to be on,

00:22:16.220 John,

00:22:16.480 and your theory of the case

00:22:17.420 is that you've got to

00:22:17.860 get the MAGA vote out.

00:22:18.780 The Republicans can't win

00:22:19.800 unless MAGA represents.

00:22:21.240 Richard Barris

00:22:21.780 got an amazing piece

00:22:22.680 on real-clair politics,

00:22:24.320 which given that enthusiasm

00:22:25.300 on Saturday,

00:22:26.520 we're going to win.

00:22:27.460 John Frederick,

00:22:28.060 thank you so much

00:22:28.760 for the coverage

00:22:29.680 and thank you

00:22:30.760 for all you do

00:22:31.660 for this movement, sir.

00:22:33.860 Thank you, Steve.

00:22:35.640 Okay,

00:22:36.040 we want to start off

00:22:37.020 with the reality

00:22:37.620 of where we are politically,

00:22:38.940 but there was a blockbuster

00:22:40.800 decision yesterday

00:22:42.200 by a federal judge

00:22:43.200 and Mike Davis

00:22:44.560 called the shot,

00:22:45.640 you know,

00:22:46.340 on the afternoon

00:22:47.180 of the defilement

00:22:48.680 and raid

00:22:49.340 and ransacking

00:22:50.020 of Mar-a-Lago.

00:22:51.180 Let's play the cold open.

00:22:52.160 I want to bring in Mike Davis.

00:22:53.780 How on earth

00:22:55.620 could a judge

00:22:57.120 who made it

00:22:58.340 through law school

00:22:59.000 think that Donald Trump

00:23:01.300 can take the property

00:23:02.740 of the government,

00:23:03.920 the federal government,

00:23:05.740 take it home

00:23:06.480 and then have to have

00:23:07.660 a special master decide

00:23:08.960 whether they can

00:23:10.000 investigate him?

00:23:11.600 Because she's biased 0.99

00:23:12.960 and corrupt. 0.99

00:23:14.180 Like, I don't know

00:23:14.820 what to tell everybody anymore.

00:23:16.120 Like, I've been saying this

00:23:17.500 since he took office.

00:23:18.860 When you allow Republicans

00:23:20.720 to control the courts,

00:23:23.140 you get nothing.

00:23:25.140 Trump judges

00:23:26.040 do not believe

00:23:27.340 in the rule of law.

00:23:28.580 They do not believe

00:23:29.500 in precedent.

00:23:30.240 They do not believe

00:23:30.740 in facts.

00:23:31.240 They do not believe

00:23:31.720 in logic.

00:23:32.200 They just believe

00:23:33.320 in whatever is going

00:23:34.160 to help Donald Trump.

00:23:35.640 And they've proven it

00:23:36.760 again and again and again.

00:23:38.580 So when I say

00:23:39.320 that you cannot trust

00:23:40.700 Trump judges,

00:23:42.080 I don't know

00:23:42.760 what more evidence

00:23:43.640 you need for that fact, right?

00:23:45.800 Like, look,

00:23:46.400 the argument that he has

00:23:47.820 executive privilege

00:23:48.720 is so what the scientists 1.00

00:23:51.720 would call stupid 1.00

00:23:53.680 that it's difficult 1.00

00:23:55.680 to explain it, right?

00:23:56.980 Like, the idea that,

00:23:58.340 first of all,

00:23:58.880 privilege goes to

00:23:59.800 the current president.

00:24:00.740 We only have one president

00:24:01.760 at a time.

00:24:02.900 So it's not Trump's

00:24:03.760 privilege to have.

00:24:05.160 But even if it was,

00:24:06.700 as you pointed out

00:24:08.300 with Bill Barr,

00:24:09.280 who believes that

00:24:10.080 the executive of the

00:24:11.080 United States

00:24:11.660 is something closer

00:24:12.680 to a king than a president,

00:24:14.660 even Bill Barr

00:24:15.620 says that if he had

00:24:16.940 a privilege,

00:24:17.760 that privilege still goes

00:24:19.120 with the government,

00:24:20.220 not with Trump.

00:24:21.340 And so these documents

00:24:22.280 belong in the archives.

00:24:23.580 It'd be like if Trump's

00:24:24.500 called for executive privilege

00:24:27.300 over the plane

00:24:28.660 and then parked the plane,

00:24:31.600 Air Force One,

00:24:33.180 at Mar-a-Lago.

00:24:34.360 Can't do that.

00:24:35.280 Even if it was his,

00:24:36.340 we'd have the right

00:24:37.160 to take it back.

00:24:38.080 But when you allow

00:24:39.000 Trump judges

00:24:40.080 to infect the system,

00:24:42.100 these are the kinds

00:24:43.060 of decisions you get.

00:24:44.740 And people,

00:24:45.200 and this is my last point,

00:24:46.240 people in the media

00:24:47.140 need to stop standing

00:24:49.100 for these Trump judges,

00:24:50.380 need to stop pretending

00:24:51.840 that these Trump judges

00:24:53.400 are like the rest

00:24:54.880 of the judicial system,

00:24:56.440 right?

00:24:57.060 They have to stop

00:24:58.260 carrying water for them

00:24:59.900 and start calling them out

00:25:01.620 as they are, 0.99

00:25:02.820 corrupt, 0.99

00:25:03.920 leave-behind gifts 0.99

00:25:05.500 from the Trump administration

00:25:07.120 to destroy the rule of law

00:25:09.420 in America.

00:25:10.200 You know,

00:25:10.460 this whole problem

00:25:11.380 we're all talking about

00:25:12.340 and all the issues

00:25:13.220 you just raised there,

00:25:14.420 all intelligently stated

00:25:16.500 about what really is going on

00:25:18.140 in all these months

00:25:19.040 is Donald Trump's fault.

00:25:21.300 We've always had

00:25:22.480 a Republican or a Democrat

00:25:24.140 who loses a presidential election.

00:25:26.520 Going back to Adlai Stevenson

00:25:28.120 in my memory,

00:25:28.980 even vaguely,

00:25:30.080 and certainly Richard Nixon,

00:25:31.840 they have all accepted

00:25:32.660 the fact that they lost.

00:25:33.960 They told their people 0.76

00:25:34.960 they lost.

00:25:35.580 They made sure

00:25:36.120 they all understood it.

00:25:37.580 Nixon met with Kennedy

00:25:38.580 down in Key Biscayne, Florida,

00:25:40.340 sat there drinking Cokes

00:25:41.480 with him and said,

00:25:42.220 I lost.

00:25:43.160 You've got the helicopter.

00:25:44.380 I don't.

00:25:45.200 You're president.

00:25:46.040 I'm not.

00:25:47.220 Hubert Humphrey,

00:25:48.560 the first time I got the vote,

00:25:50.360 he said,

00:25:50.860 you know,

00:25:51.380 I did my best.

00:25:52.800 I've lost.

00:25:53.960 Richard Nixon has won.

00:25:55.720 That's how the process works.

00:25:57.380 Hillary Clinton,

00:25:58.040 I just watched it last night.

00:25:59.760 She said,

00:26:00.320 Trump's now president

00:26:01.460 for four years,

00:26:02.220 but we have to obey the law.

00:26:04.240 Obey the law.

00:26:05.460 And now he's out there

00:26:06.940 doing his same old trick

00:26:08.400 he's done

00:26:08.880 to make all the millions

00:26:10.100 he's kept from people

00:26:11.080 that he owes people.

00:26:12.200 He's out there saying,

00:26:13.560 I'm going to delay this process.

00:26:15.440 And that's what he's doing

00:26:16.340 with this special master.

00:26:17.520 I can't.

00:26:18.280 Now I know where Chris Matthews

00:26:19.860 was taking off TV.

00:26:20.960 He didn't lose,

00:26:21.900 Chris.

00:26:22.320 Look at Philadelphia.

00:26:23.740 Look at Pennsylvania.

00:26:25.060 30 people showed up.

00:26:26.320 25 of them were staff.

00:26:28.600 Wisconsin,

00:26:29.320 with the Milwaukee,

00:26:30.420 with the unions.

00:26:32.140 Nobody there.

00:26:33.080 Mike Davis,

00:26:34.020 we got about a minute and a half.

00:26:35.780 Walk me through

00:26:36.320 the blockbuster decision

00:26:37.580 yesterday.

00:26:39.820 You called it.

00:26:40.720 You called the shot.

00:26:41.600 How big a deal is this,

00:26:42.600 sir?

00:26:43.660 Well,

00:26:44.100 it's a big win

00:26:44.960 for President Trump

00:26:45.900 because I think Judge Cannon

00:26:47.320 clearly has recognized

00:26:48.840 that there is,

00:26:50.660 there are serious

00:26:51.680 legal problems

00:26:53.620 with the Biden

00:26:54.900 Justice Department's

00:26:55.980 unprecedented,

00:26:56.920 unnecessary,

00:26:57.520 and unlawful raid

00:26:58.300 against President Trump.

00:27:00.040 And she knows,

00:27:01.520 she talks about this.

00:27:02.500 She talks about,

00:27:03.160 quote,

00:27:03.360 the swirling allegations

00:27:04.800 of bias

00:27:05.820 and media leaks

00:27:07.280 in this case.

00:27:07.960 So that means

00:27:08.480 she understands

00:27:09.340 that the Biden

00:27:10.820 Justice Department

00:27:11.920 went to a,

00:27:13.540 they judge shop

00:27:14.620 for a clearly

00:27:15.560 biased judge,

00:27:16.740 judge,

00:27:17.140 magistrate judge

00:27:18.020 Bruce Reinhardt,

00:27:19.040 who just recused

00:27:20.080 from President Trump's

00:27:21.240 civil lawsuit

00:27:21.760 against Hillary Clinton

00:27:22.640 on June 22nd.

00:27:24.080 The Biden Justice Department

00:27:25.420 has been leaking

00:27:26.720 and lying

00:27:27.320 throughout this case,

00:27:29.140 illegally leaking

00:27:30.420 from the grand jury

00:27:31.340 in particular

00:27:33.000 is particularly damning

00:27:34.240 for them.

00:27:35.220 I think,

00:27:36.000 what I have to ask

00:27:37.020 these people

00:27:37.540 like Eli Mistel, 1.00

00:27:38.720 the dumbest lawyer 1.00

00:27:39.460 in America 1.00

00:27:39.900 who you just,

00:27:40.740 who you just had

00:27:41.360 in your cold open,

00:27:42.820 what,

00:27:43.000 why are they so worried

00:27:44.340 about a special master

00:27:45.560 checking the Biden

00:27:46.940 Justice Department's

00:27:48.320 homework here?

00:27:49.140 What do they have

00:27:49.960 to hide?

00:27:51.020 Why are they so terrified

00:27:52.640 about a special master?

00:27:54.040 It seems like Judge Cannon

00:27:55.260 is directly over the target.

00:27:58.040 Mike,

00:27:58.560 she is over the target.

00:27:59.760 Short commercial break,

00:28:00.640 Mike Davis,

00:28:01.280 Rudy Giuliani,

00:28:02.140 Jim Hoff

00:28:02.640 on the blockbuster decision

00:28:04.400 on the special master

00:28:05.300 all next in the world.

00:28:06.260 Everything's begun

00:28:07.740 and you are over

00:28:09.480 because we're taking

00:28:11.980 down the CCP.

00:28:14.900 Spread the word

00:28:15.660 all through Hong Kong.

00:28:17.260 We will fight 0.98

00:28:18.140 till they're all gone. 0.98

00:28:19.780 We rejoice

00:28:20.660 when there's no more.

00:28:21.680 Let's take down

00:28:22.680 the CCP.

00:28:24.640 Millions of Americans

00:28:25.760 are waking up

00:28:26.700 to a country

00:28:27.300 they don't recognize.

00:28:28.560 And while they struggle

00:28:29.220 to raise their families

00:28:30.080 and pay the bills,

00:28:31.000 the media and corporations

00:28:32.000 are telling them

00:28:32.820 they're what's wrong

00:28:34.260 with the country.

00:28:34.780 Well, thankfully,

00:28:35.760 there are few companies

00:28:36.980 that still believe

00:28:38.040 in America

00:28:38.640 and our Constitution.

00:28:40.800 Patriot Mobile,

00:28:41.780 America's only 0.88

00:28:42.680 Christian conservative

00:28:43.780 cell phone company,

00:28:45.040 is on the front lines

00:28:46.120 fighting for the sanctity

00:28:47.180 of life,

00:28:48.200 religious freedom,

00:28:49.180 and the Second Amendment.

00:28:50.420 This is why Patriot Mobile

00:28:51.760 is different

00:28:52.520 from every other provider

00:28:53.720 out there.

00:28:54.160 Inflation has made it

00:28:55.240 really hard

00:28:55.780 on many Americans.

00:28:57.080 Thankfully,

00:28:57.860 Patriot Mobile

00:28:58.460 has plans

00:28:59.340 for almost any budget.

00:29:00.880 They offer

00:29:01.340 the same nationwide coverage

00:29:03.220 as the major carriers.

00:29:04.400 I want to repeat that.

00:29:05.080 They offer the same

00:29:06.080 nationwide coverage

00:29:07.260 as the major carriers.

00:29:09.200 Get the same great service

00:29:10.380 plus the knowledge

00:29:11.400 that your money

00:29:12.600 is supporting the values

00:29:13.760 that made America great

00:29:15.180 and will make her great again. 0.81

00:29:54.660 The epidemic

00:29:55.340 is a demon

00:29:58.460 War Room

00:29:59.140 Pandemic.

00:30:00.600 Here's your host,

00:30:01.940 Stephen K. Bannon.

00:30:02.920 Okay, welcome back.

00:30:06.280 Mike,

00:30:06.960 the mainstream media

00:30:08.580 on the left

00:30:09.040 is in meltdown

00:30:10.100 like I have not seen

00:30:10.960 them in meltdown.

00:30:12.140 And I realize

00:30:12.600 you and Rudy

00:30:13.140 advocated immediately

00:30:14.400 to go for the special master,

00:30:16.060 but the timing

00:30:16.840 is what it is.

00:30:18.000 I want to go

00:30:18.560 to the opinion.

00:30:19.140 If you're sitting

00:30:21.280 in Maine Justice

00:30:21.940 and see that,

00:30:23.120 how humiliating

00:30:24.080 is that for you?

00:30:24.700 Because she takes

00:30:25.340 them apart

00:30:25.820 brick by brick,

00:30:26.700 does she not,

00:30:27.520 sir?

00:30:28.700 Yeah, I mean,

00:30:29.400 it's pretty clear

00:30:30.900 that she doesn't

00:30:31.600 have confidence

00:30:32.580 in the Biden

00:30:34.000 Justice Department

00:30:35.320 and how they're

00:30:36.240 handling both

00:30:37.080 the structure

00:30:37.680 of how they're

00:30:38.220 handling the review

00:30:39.760 and its operation

00:30:41.680 and the fact

00:30:42.280 that they went

00:30:42.700 to a biased judge,

00:30:43.880 this magistrate judge.

00:30:45.180 She talks about this.

00:30:46.040 She talks about

00:30:46.600 the swirling allegations

00:30:47.620 of bias and media leaks

00:30:49.060 in this case.

00:30:50.380 She talks about

00:30:51.200 the structure,

00:30:52.280 how it's the same,

00:30:53.320 it's the same unit

00:30:55.060 within the Justice Department

00:30:56.980 that's doing

00:30:57.980 the privilege review

00:30:59.080 versus the potential prosecution.

00:31:01.480 That's a huge problem.

00:31:02.320 She talks about

00:31:03.060 how there have been

00:31:04.240 privileged documents

00:31:05.300 that have gotten

00:31:05.940 through this review

00:31:06.780 mistakenly,

00:31:08.280 two times at least,

00:31:09.920 and they did not take

00:31:11.600 the tainted attorneys

00:31:13.060 off of the case.

00:31:14.040 They didn't wall them

00:31:14.700 off the case.

00:31:15.220 That was a huge problem

00:31:16.200 for her.

00:31:17.020 She talked about

00:31:17.540 the politicized

00:31:18.620 circumstances of this case

00:31:20.300 and how it was

00:31:20.820 an extraordinary

00:31:21.540 and an exceptional raid.

00:31:24.040 She talked about

00:31:24.680 how Trump was cooperating

00:31:25.920 with the Biden

00:31:26.940 Justice Department

00:31:27.840 in this case.

00:31:29.320 And she pointed out

00:31:30.580 that it was President Biden

00:31:31.880 who precipitated

00:31:33.200 this home raid.

00:31:34.240 So I think that she

00:31:35.780 has some major problems

00:31:37.060 with the fundamental

00:31:38.260 unfairness,

00:31:39.220 the unprecedented,

00:31:40.220 unnecessary,

00:31:40.900 and unlawful

00:31:41.520 home raid

00:31:42.240 of a former president here.

00:31:43.800 The substance

00:31:46.980 of Professor Mistal's

00:31:48.400 argument about

00:31:49.760 being government

00:31:50.400 property

00:31:50.940 and that Republican

00:31:52.700 judges don't know

00:31:53.420 about the rule of law,

00:31:54.360 could you give me

00:31:55.120 60 seconds on that,

00:31:56.460 sir?

00:31:57.280 So,

00:31:58.000 Eli Mistal,

00:31:59.060 again, 1.00

00:31:59.480 the dumbest lawyer 1.00

00:32:00.240 in America, 1.00

00:32:00.700 I don't think he's

00:32:01.380 an attorney

00:32:01.760 because I don't think

00:32:02.240 he's passed the bar yet,

00:32:03.440 but so here's the deal

00:32:05.420 with this.

00:32:05.940 The president

00:32:06.440 has the absolute

00:32:07.200 constitutional power

00:32:08.320 to declassify anything.

00:32:10.000 He has the absolute

00:32:10.800 statutory power

00:32:11.820 to make any

00:32:12.480 presidential record

00:32:13.480 personal.

00:32:15.360 It's legally impossible

00:32:16.920 to obstruct investigations

00:32:18.620 into these non-crimes,

00:32:20.660 and this is what

00:32:21.360 I've been saying

00:32:22.060 since the raid happened.

00:32:23.360 Let's compare it to this.

00:32:24.780 At the bottom,

00:32:25.720 at the end of the day,

00:32:27.580 Biden's so-called

00:32:28.860 criminal case

00:32:30.100 against Trump

00:32:30.740 is this.

00:32:31.340 The librarians

00:32:32.160 called the police

00:32:33.880 for overdue

00:32:34.820 library books.

00:32:36.200 Those books

00:32:36.900 aren't overdue,

00:32:38.100 and the books

00:32:38.740 never belong

00:32:39.460 to the library.

00:32:40.120 Do you believe

00:32:42.580 this investigation,

00:32:43.620 now they're talking

00:32:44.220 about obstruction

00:32:44.760 of justice

00:32:45.260 and some of the

00:32:45.900 lower-level lawyers

00:32:46.860 in essence

00:32:48.440 because they enjoined

00:32:50.100 any going forward,

00:32:50.820 do you think

00:32:51.060 this thing's essentially

00:32:51.840 over,

00:32:52.280 just like J6,

00:32:53.260 that they took

00:32:53.900 their shot,

00:32:54.680 they didn't have

00:32:55.200 anything,

00:32:55.940 and it's now done?

00:32:58.180 I think that this

00:32:58.960 is going to back,

00:32:59.680 yes,

00:33:00.240 and I think this

00:33:00.840 is going to backfire

00:33:01.700 so spectacularly

00:33:03.120 on the Biden

00:33:03.780 Justice Department.

00:33:04.700 They thought they

00:33:05.140 were going to go in,

00:33:06.360 get back these

00:33:07.140 damning crossfire

00:33:08.340 hurricane documents, 0.95

00:33:09.660 that Trump

00:33:10.600 declassified

00:33:11.400 and kept

00:33:11.740 a personal copy

00:33:12.860 in Mar-a-Lago.

00:33:13.500 They're so damning

00:33:14.220 for Biden,

00:33:14.860 Hillary,

00:33:15.860 Obama,

00:33:17.580 Susan Rice,

00:33:18.460 Clapper,

00:33:18.900 Brennan,

00:33:19.260 the FBI,

00:33:19.720 the intel community.

00:33:20.820 It's the Russian 0.90

00:33:21.400 collusion documents.

00:33:22.280 That was the purpose

00:33:23.000 of this raid.

00:33:23.580 This backfired

00:33:24.280 spectacularly

00:33:25.500 because now Trump

00:33:26.620 is on offense

00:33:27.600 with his civil lawsuit

00:33:28.960 in the Southern District

00:33:30.260 of Florida

00:33:30.840 with Judge Cannon

00:33:31.880 versus facing

00:33:33.140 a criminal indictment,

00:33:34.460 which I think

00:33:34.920 was their intent

00:33:36.560 from day one

00:33:37.320 until this backfired

00:33:38.300 so badly on them.

00:33:40.320 No,

00:33:40.600 it's that criminal

00:33:41.320 indictment,

00:33:41.720 game over.

00:33:42.560 Mike,

00:33:43.120 you've been spectacular.

00:33:43.980 You and Tom Fitton

00:33:44.620 have been the rocks

00:33:45.140 of Gibraltar.

00:33:46.060 How do people

00:33:46.600 get to you

00:33:47.180 on both your website

00:33:48.280 and your social media?

00:33:50.380 Thank you,

00:34:09.600 coordinates up there.

00:34:11.500 Mike,

00:34:11.720 people got to follow

00:34:12.320 you 24 hours a day.

00:34:13.640 Thank you, sir.

00:34:14.180 Appreciate it.

00:34:15.220 I want to bring in

00:34:15.700 the greatest mayor

00:34:16.360 in the history

00:34:16.960 of New York City,

00:34:17.880 Rudy the Great,

00:34:18.620 Rudy Giuliani.

00:34:19.700 Rudy,

00:34:20.000 if you're in Maine Justice,

00:34:21.200 I mean,

00:34:21.480 you've been at this

00:34:22.240 a long time.

00:34:24.100 Is that the most

00:34:26.480 humiliating

00:34:27.280 opinion from a judge

00:34:30.300 about how

00:34:31.200 the Justice Department

00:34:32.440 comports itself,

00:34:33.920 sir?

00:34:38.960 Okay.

00:34:39.740 Is Rudy muted?

00:34:42.180 Okay.

00:34:42.780 Let's do this

00:34:43.320 over again.

00:34:44.180 Do we have...

00:34:45.500 Let's do it off.

00:34:46.160 Okay.

00:34:49.040 Gosh,

00:34:49.540 you're killing me. 0.82

00:34:50.600 Okay.

00:34:51.020 Is Jim Hoff up?

00:34:52.620 Jim,

00:34:52.980 do we have you,

00:34:53.560 sir?

00:34:54.740 Hey, Steve.

00:34:56.080 Hey,

00:34:56.540 how you doing?

00:34:57.580 Great.

00:34:57.940 We're just going to

00:34:58.380 get Rudy booted up.

00:35:01.020 Jim,

00:35:01.540 talk to me about

00:35:02.240 this lead story

00:35:02.920 you've got.

00:35:03.520 And before I want

00:35:04.160 to get to the footage

00:35:04.800 you've got from Michigan,

00:35:06.000 I want to talk about

00:35:07.020 the lead story

00:35:07.740 that's in the lead story

00:35:09.980 in Gateway Pundit

00:35:11.860 about what you're saying

00:35:13.200 about the Biden White House

00:35:14.880 and what's the show's.

00:35:17.260 Right.

00:35:17.780 So we put this up last night.

00:35:19.180 There was a footnote

00:35:21.180 on page two and three,

00:35:23.260 I believe it was,

00:35:24.160 in this ruling

00:35:25.760 that the judge

00:35:26.740 released yesterday.

00:35:27.960 and the judge

00:35:31.480 says that

00:35:32.100 in this ruling

00:35:33.020 that she specifically

00:35:34.820 mentions the incumbent

00:35:36.320 president

00:35:36.960 as being behind

00:35:39.180 the call

00:35:39.800 to get more

00:35:40.780 of this information

00:35:41.620 from Mar-a-Lago.

00:35:42.760 I don't have

00:35:43.320 the exact quote

00:35:44.320 in front of me,

00:35:45.580 but this implicates

00:35:47.240 Joe Biden.

00:35:48.840 We also know

00:35:49.900 that Joe Biden,

00:35:51.120 his spokesperson,

00:35:52.300 have repeatedly said

00:35:53.500 they had no idea

00:35:54.380 that this was happening,

00:35:55.780 this raid,

00:35:56.580 and they were clueless.

00:35:59.960 They heard it

00:36:00.420 from the news media

00:36:01.880 when they were

00:36:02.480 in Mar-a-Lago.

00:36:03.880 And now we have

00:36:04.680 this actual quote

00:36:06.100 from the ruling yesterday

00:36:07.440 from the judge,

00:36:09.000 Cannon,

00:36:09.640 who says

00:36:10.280 that actually

00:36:12.160 Joe Biden

00:36:12.760 was involved

00:36:13.860 in...

00:36:14.540 The Biden White House

00:36:15.560 and the White House

00:36:16.500 counsel's office

00:36:17.260 knew about this

00:36:18.040 and kind of drove it.

00:36:19.420 That's what it says.

00:36:21.120 Absolutely.

00:36:21.440 And he sat there

00:36:22.320 and he sat there

00:36:23.040 and correct me

00:36:23.620 if I'm wrong,

00:36:24.360 Jim Huff,

00:36:24.820 did he sit there

00:36:25.340 and lie to the American people?

00:36:26.320 I didn't know.

00:36:26.880 We found it.

00:36:27.840 The Zen master,

00:36:29.020 Jean-Pierre,

00:36:30.220 did she sit there

00:36:31.560 and say,

00:36:31.940 oh no,

00:36:32.220 we just saw it

00:36:33.180 on the news?

00:36:34.500 Did the Biden White House

00:36:35.540 lie to the American...

00:36:36.760 They lied to the American people

00:36:37.980 to their face.

00:36:38.560 It wouldn't be

00:36:39.440 the first time

00:36:40.260 and obviously

00:36:41.840 that's what it looks like

00:36:43.840 and there's proof now

00:36:45.820 in the court document.

00:36:47.200 So if MSNBC

00:36:49.020 is going to be upset

00:36:49.720 about something,

00:36:50.400 maybe they should

00:36:50.960 look at that.

00:36:53.180 Hang on for one second,

00:36:54.260 Jim,

00:36:54.460 because we've got

00:36:54.740 other breaking news

00:36:55.520 for you in another clip.

00:36:56.380 I want to go to Rudy.

00:36:57.520 Rudy,

00:36:57.920 we have your sound correct?

00:37:00.440 No, Rudy?

00:37:01.340 Okay. 0.89

00:37:02.160 You guys are killing me.

00:37:03.300 Let's go to...

00:37:06.200 Do we have Jim Hoff's clip?

00:37:08.120 Can we do something

00:37:08.760 right this morning?

00:37:09.440 Let's get Jim Hoff's clip up.

00:37:11.300 Okay.

00:37:11.740 Go ahead and play

00:37:12.460 Jim Hoff's clip

00:37:13.140 and I want to talk about it.

00:37:14.040 Bye. 1.00

00:37:21.320 Damn. 1.00

00:37:21.520 Bye. 1.00

00:37:22.360 Switch

00:37:22.540 All right.

00:37:23.180 See you.

00:37:23.600 All right.

00:37:26.140 Bye.

00:37:26.800 discussions.

00:37:27.380 Bye.

00:37:27.900 Bye.

00:37:28.060 Bye.

00:37:40.660 Bye.

00:37:40.880 Bye.

00:37:41.260 Bye.

00:37:42.020 Bye.

00:37:42.560 Bye.

00:37:42.840 To be continued...

00:38:12.840 To be continued...

00:38:42.840 To be continued...

00:39:12.840 To be continued...

00:39:42.840 Right.

00:40:12.840 This was their Pennsylvania working class, you know, iron workers in Pittsburgh and 30 people show up and 25 of them are staff.

00:40:23.860 Chris Matthews, Trump didn't lose.

00:40:27.620 Now, but why is this video relevant and why is it relevant today when we're trying to drive towards a big victory on 8 November, Jim Hoft?

00:40:34.980 This is so important for the 2022 election, Steve.

00:40:38.480 We know that they need these ballots.

00:40:41.660 And how they do this, Steve, is they load the voter rolls with all of these extra names.

00:40:47.540 We have the Michigan Secretary of State right now fighting to get these dead people removed from the voter rolls.

00:40:54.480 She wants... 1.00

00:40:55.140 She's against this case.

00:40:57.580 She wants to keep them on.

00:40:58.880 We also know that they need these bloated rolls so they can...

00:41:03.380 And they need the mail-in voting so they can mail all of these thousands and thousands of ballots out.

00:41:09.880 Many of them are returned.

00:41:11.600 We see them go to the post office.

00:41:13.560 Now we have evidence of postal workers dumping them in the ballot drop boxes.

00:41:17.440 What happens to all of these votes once they go back to the post office?

00:41:21.380 There is no chain of custody.

00:41:23.280 We don't know what happens here.

00:41:25.280 Something has to be done to stop this process.

00:41:28.120 If we can stop this process and a few others, Steve, this will help us in the future.

00:41:33.380 It will stop the Democrats dead in their tracks. 0.90

00:41:36.560 I believe with each election, they need to steal more and more ballots because they're insane. 0.99

00:41:42.140 But hang on. 0.94

00:41:43.040 Hang on.

00:41:43.580 The president got this whole thing.

00:41:45.020 The post office is now official part.

00:41:46.720 They're now official part of the mail-in ballot process.

00:41:49.660 Am I not correct there?

00:41:50.820 Didn't he sign an executive order to that?

00:41:52.980 Absolutely.

00:41:53.740 And of course, it explains everything.

00:41:56.540 When they're going to put more money into this, you know that something's happening.

00:42:00.420 But Nancy Pelosi, the first action she takes when she takes over Congress in 2021 is to push this insane ballot trafficking, ballot harvesting, mail-in ballots. 1.00

00:42:15.200 That's what she wants.

00:42:16.340 We know that there's something to that.

00:42:17.900 That's how they keep power.

00:42:19.760 And that's how they rule.

00:42:21.160 We see Joe Biden come out with his famous Moloch speech last week.

00:42:24.820 There's a reason for that.

00:42:26.260 He can do that if he thinks that the Democrats are going to win this coming election.

00:42:30.840 Republicans, they're giving us a lot of tells right now. 0.91

00:42:33.720 And that is they're pushing ridiculous things.

00:42:36.960 They passed that spending bill two months out on green new energy. 0.74

00:42:41.300 It's insane.

00:42:42.460 How come they're doing that?

00:42:43.420 It's because they think we have to get smart.

00:42:46.820 And I think we found a piece here from 2020.

00:42:50.400 And I need to give a shout out, Steve, real quickly to the Michigan Citizens for Election Integrity who sat hours and scoured through this footage that Gateway Pundit had exclusively and found several instances that we put up today.

00:43:03.560 And we're going to be releasing a couple more videos in the days to come.

00:43:07.020 Okay.

00:43:07.520 Go to Gateway Pundit now.

00:43:08.720 You've got this up.

00:45:33.800 Download now.

00:45:36.320 Okay, welcome back.

00:45:37.600 I think we've worked at our technical problems.

00:45:39.260 We now have Rudy the Great, Rudy Giuliani, the greatest mayor in the history of New York.

00:45:44.180 Rudy, you've read this judge's, you've read the judge's opinion.

00:45:48.460 How brutal a beatdown on Merrick Garland and his entire Justice Department is this, sir?

00:45:54.620 I haven't seen one like this, if I have at all, in a very long time.

00:45:59.780 I mean, this clearly demonstrates that this is a completely biased team that's been created.

00:46:07.540 You would think in the case of a president of the United States where there are these issues that it is the opponent of the president, he's going to be his opponent most likely, that they go to the expense of doing it at least normally.

00:46:21.380 What they did is completely against Justice Department procedure for the last 30 or 40 years.

00:46:26.920 When you take potentially privileged material, first of all, you don't look at it.

00:46:33.280 You don't have the government set up a team to look at it. 0.95

00:46:36.060 That's ridiculous.

00:46:36.600 I mean, the privilege is gone the minute the government lawyer looks at it. 0.84

00:46:42.100 I mean, the judge says no one trusts the government to do this, even out of appearance of fairness.

00:46:48.300 You appoint someone independent to do it.

00:46:50.800 I'll tell you, in my case, when they seized the electronics, and that's all they took, just electronics.

00:46:58.260 They didn't do what they did in Trump's case, which is to take dresses and go into his wife's bedroom and his son's bedroom.

00:47:06.600 But they took the electronics, and it wasn't even a question.

00:47:11.380 They put it aside.

00:47:14.120 They put it in a special room.

00:47:15.420 They put it in a lockbox, basically.

00:47:18.920 And then we went through a two- or three-month period where a special master that we agreed on went through them.

00:47:26.660 It wasn't even a question.

00:47:28.100 It's just like normal.

00:47:29.380 But, Rudy, this is a guy that's the president of the United States.

00:47:34.280 This is basically a federal judge saying they don't trust the Justice Department to be fair and even-handed.

00:47:41.160 They don't – think about that for a second.

00:47:42.480 They don't trust the attorney general and the clique of thugs around him to be fair and impartial on something that's so monumental of a raid and a ransack of a president's residence.

00:47:54.620 This is what's so stunning about this.

00:47:56.540 And if you people need to read it, I want to get the opinion up on all the chat rooms so people can read it.

00:48:02.400 It's brutal.

00:48:03.080 That's my point.

00:48:04.180 This wasn't just some normal course of business thing.

00:48:06.620 This was so exceptional.

00:48:08.160 And she crushed him.

00:48:10.680 I don't even know – she enjoined the investigation that nothing can go forward.

00:48:15.780 I don't even know how they appealed this.

00:48:17.680 I don't even know how they – I don't know how they're not asking – Republicans are not asking for Merrick Garland to do the honorable thing and submit a resignation.

00:48:26.000 Wouldn't that be the logical – this has never happened in the history of the republic where a federal judge has taken – am I incorrect in that, Rudy?

00:48:33.440 You know the history.

00:48:33.940 No, no, you're absolutely correct.

00:48:35.480 I mean, if this were normal circumstances, someone would introduce an impeachment resolution in the House.

00:48:41.260 I know it's not going to go anywhere, but it should be – I mean, this is impeachment material here with regard to the attorney general.

00:48:47.960 Impeachment for the attorney general.

00:48:50.460 For the attorney general.

00:48:52.440 There should be discovery as to how they selected that judge.

00:48:55.780 I'd like to put under oath the FBI agents and the lawyers who selected the biased, prejudiced judge.

00:49:03.880 I'd like to put the judge under oath.

00:49:05.960 How the hell was he prejudiced two weeks earlier, but not now?

00:49:09.180 And all the – get all the emails, all the meetings, everything.

00:49:12.560 Here's the point, ladies and gentlemen.

00:49:15.740 The hunters just became the hunted.

00:49:18.540 That's what this judge did.

00:49:21.320 This is – we're going to take the House.

00:49:23.880 We're going to be able to impeach Garland.

00:49:25.860 This is going to be as big as what they did on the – what they did on Hunter Biden's laptop, which we're going to have Miranda Davis on this afternoon to talk about.

00:49:35.200 The hunters become the hunted in this case.

00:49:37.940 Am I incorrect, Rudy Giuliani?

00:49:39.780 No, you're absolutely right.

00:49:41.300 I mean, this is – this is basically following Weissman's procedure.

00:49:46.380 This is what I dealt with when I represented the president in the impeachment proceeding in Jay Zekal.

00:49:51.600 We dealt with unethical activity all the time.

00:49:56.820 Raiding lawyers off.

00:49:58.800 When the hell did the FBI and the Justice Department raid lawyers off?

00:50:03.260 That's absurd.

00:50:06.020 Smashing down doors.

00:50:07.520 Showing up at six in the morning.

00:50:09.780 In white-collar cases.

00:50:11.440 This is – this is Weissman using fascist procedure in – in American law.

00:50:17.940 And – and it looks like they adopt the Weissman series.

00:50:21.640 Now, the whole Justice Department.

00:50:23.640 I mean, they had to have elected that judge on purpose.

00:50:28.360 And there has to be evidence of it.

00:50:29.960 And it should be exposed.

00:50:31.580 And by the way, the whole search should be declared unconstitutional.

00:50:35.160 And everything's suppressed like we do when drugs are seized illegally.

00:50:39.920 I mean, I used to get really angry.

00:50:42.080 It's not – it's – the magistrate – picking the magistrate's a big deal and this should be researched.

00:50:46.760 But it's the whole concept of what they were doing, even the concept that they would need to go to a magistrate.

00:50:51.920 It's not a warrant.

00:50:52.900 It violates the very purpose – yes.

00:50:54.800 It violates the very purpose of the Fourth Amendment.

00:50:57.300 I mean, we put it in to stop the English from doing general warrants and risk the detainer against us.

00:51:02.240 And that's exactly – I mean, this guy's become George III.

00:51:06.700 So, I mean, the evidence should be suppressed.

00:51:10.080 There's no question about it.

00:51:11.120 This is an illegal search under the Fourth Amendment, of which, unfortunately, we get more than a few in court all the time and are arguing for it.

00:51:19.620 Is this investigation now that they're talking about obstruction of justice, is this a move to indict Trump dead in the water after the special?

00:51:27.960 They've already looked at the privileged material.

00:51:31.720 The government of the United States has already looked at the arguably privileged 500 or so documents.

00:51:38.780 I mean, that's – that's a violation of the Constitution.

00:51:43.800 They – and how does the government decide that something's attorney-client privilege?

00:51:47.560 How do they know?

00:51:48.820 How would a government lawyer know that my communication with my client is privileged or not privileged?

00:51:55.520 Unless maybe they've been taping them forever and they have everything he ever said or did, which is possible.

00:52:02.460 They don't have – they don't have sufficient knowledge to make an informed choice as to attorney-client privilege.

00:52:07.980 They're not the attorney.

00:52:08.960 They're not the client.

00:52:10.060 They're not consulting with the attorney-client privilege, but people.

00:52:13.060 How can they determine attorney-client privilege except out of their prejudice?

00:52:17.520 And then the executive privilege.

00:52:18.600 How much else did they not select as attorney-client privilege?

00:52:21.620 They picked 500 documents.

00:52:24.000 And nobody –

00:52:24.400 How did they get –

00:52:25.200 How did people get to your podcast?

00:52:28.400 How did they get to your –
